Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
As Bush continues his war for oil against Iraq and demands more
American troops be sent to Iraq, we see again WHY NESARA is so
necessary. NESARA’s announcement will remove Bush and recall all US
military from Iraq and Afghanistan.
BIG OIL
It’s well-known Dick Cheney had many meetings with big oil companies’
executives in early 2001. It’s documented in former US Treasury
Secretary Paul O’Neill’s book, What Price Loyalty, that the very first
and every cabinet meeting of the Bush government focused on “getting
into Iraq” for the oil until Bush attacked Iraq. It’s known the oil
fields had already been assigned to different oil companies in
February 2001. In early 2001, the Bush cabinet meeting room had a map
on the wall showing the distribution of Iraq oil wells to different
foreign oil companies after Bush attacked Iraq.
WORLD PROSPERITY
NESARA will also usher in several strong processes to lift up
Americans and the world’s people. People’s needs for food, water,
health help, education, shelter, employment, self-actualization and
more shall be met in many ways. There are many good organizations
which will be utilized in bringing a good life to the world’s people.
During one of my trips I saw proof of great prosperity which will be
utilized to fuel these activities.
BUSH GOVERNMENT PLANS TO ROB SOCIAL SECURITY TO HURT USA
The Bush government is attempting to give US Social Security benefits
to people from Mexico who have worked only 18 months in the USA. This
plan is called “Totalization” and is a warping of the original purpose
of “totalization agreements” made in the past to keep people working
in other countries from paying double retirement taxes.
I see Totalization as one of the ways the Bush government is purposely
working to impoverish Americans and the USA. Robbing funds from US
Social Security to pay people in Mexico, who have not earned the right
to Social Security retirement funds as Americans are required to do,
is a plan for disaster. Disasters of various kinds are exactly what
the Bush government is promoting every day. Bush believes
impoverished people cannot fight his government.

TOTALIZATION IS A BAD IDEA

Through a Freedom of Information Act Request, a private group
recently obtained a copy of a 2004 agreement between the United States
and Mexico that will allow hundreds of thousands of noncitizens to
receive Social Security benefits.
The agreement creates a so-called “totalization” plan between the
two nations. Totalization is nothing new. The first such agreements
were made in the late 1970s between the United States and several
foreign governments simply to make sure American citizens living
abroad did not suffer from double taxation with respect to Social
Security taxes. From there, however, totalization agreements have
become vehicles for noncitizens to become eligible for U.S. Social
Security benefits. The new agreement with Mexico would make an
estimated 160,000 Mexican citizens eligible in the next five years.
Ultimately, the bill for Mexicans working legally in the U.S.
could reach one billion dollars by 2050, when the estimated Mexican
beneficiaries could reach 300,000. Worse still, an estimated five
million Mexicans working illegally in the United States could be
eligible for the program. According to press reports, a provision in
the Social Security Act allows illegal immigrants to receive Social
Security benefits if the United States and another country have a
totalization agreement.
It’s important to note that Congress, like the American people,
heretofore had not seen this totalization agreement. This decision to
expand our single largest entitlement program was made with no input
from the legislative branch of government. If the president signs it,
Congress will have to affirmatively act to override him and in essence
veto the agreement. This is the opposite of how it’s supposed to
work.
There are obvious reasons to oppose a Social Security
totalization agreement with Mexico. First, our Social Security system
already faces trillions of dollars in future shortages as the Baby
Boomer generation retires and fewer young workers pay into the system.
Adding hundreds of thousand of noncitizens to the Social Security
rolls can only hasten the day of reckoning.
Second, Social Security never was intended to serve as an
individual foreign aid program for noncitizens abroad. Remember,
there is no real Social Security trust fund, and the distinction
between income taxes and payroll taxes is entirely artificial. The
Social Security contributions made by noncitizens are spent
immediately as general revenues. So while it’s unfortunate that some
are forced to pay into a system from which they might never receive a
penny, the same can be said of younger American citizens. If
noncitizens wish to obtain Social Security benefits, or any other U.S.
government entitlements, they should seek to become U.S. citizens.
Also, totalization agreements allow noncitizens to quality for
Social Security benefits by working in the U.S. as little as 18
months. A Mexican citizen could work here for only a year and a half,
return to Mexico, and retire with full U.S. benefits. This is grossly
unfair to Americans who must work more quarters even to qualify for
benefits-- especially younger people who face the possibility that
there may be nothing left when it is their turn to retire.
Those in favor of sending U.S. Social Security benefits to
Mexican citizens argue that crushing poverty in Mexico demands some
form of U.S. assistance to that country's aged. While poverty in
Mexico truly is deplorable and saddening, the fact remains that
Congress has no constitutional authority to enact what is essentially
another foreign aid program.[End quote.]
MAJOR PROVISIONS OF NESARA
For those of you new to NESARA, here are the major provisions of the
NESARA Law:
1. Restores Constitutional Law in America as of NESARA’s public
announcement.
2. Removes US administration officials and all members of the US
Congress from their positions due to their continuous unconstitutional
actions. Bush, Cheney, Cabinet members, and all members of Congress
are immediately removed from office by NESARA’s public announcement;
specific law enforcement personnel shall physically remove Bush
government officials from their offices. These removals allow a fresh
start at the national level. Using the Constitutional Line of
Succession, NESARA installs Constitutionally acceptable NESARA
President and Vice President Designates until new federal elections
can take place within six months after NESARA’s announcement.
3. Because NESARA abolishes unconstitutional states of emergency,
NESARA’s public announcement declares “peace”. US military in Iraq
and Afghanistan are immediately recalled to the USA.
4. As partial remedy for 90 years of government and banking fraud,
NESARA requires zeroing out of credit card balances and bank debt
relief be given to Americans.
5. Initiates the US Treasury Bank System with new U.S. Treasury
currency backed by gold. The Federal Reserve is abolished; Federal
Reserve facilities and most personnel are absorbed into the US
Treasury Bank System.
6. Abolishes Income Taxes in US and creates a national sales tax on
new, non-essential items as revenue for government. Essential items
such as food and medicine, and used items, are exempt from the sales
tax.

to once again SERVE the PEOPLE under Constitutional Law! Every single
person on the planet benefits from NESARA directly or by ripple
effect.

* Other major banking systems worldwide are expected to announce their
currencies are backed by precious metals within months after NESARA’s
announcement.
* Income taxes expected to be phased out in all countries.
* Bank debt relief expected to be given to people in many countries.

cures for diseases, advanced technologies and processes to clean up
pollution, and new prosperity resources which will eradicate poverty,
homelessness, hunger, and make life better for every person on Earth.
