The Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009 (H.R. 4173), just adopted by the House of Representatives (and sent to the Senate as S.3217) includes language giving more power to the Federal Trade Commission to make general rules for interstate commerce that could be used to restrict truthful information about dietary supplements, by requiring expensive, "drug company" level clinical trials before vitamin companies could make claims about their products. This "reform" could hand-over the natural products industry to Big Pharma, which, over the past few years, has bought up most of the larger vitamin companies. The new rules could become a "barrier against entry" driving many smaller companies out of business.
We address this issue in an Action Item telling the Senate to provide protective language for natural products which do not need the same level of substantiation (called "significant scientific agreement") that drugs should require for public safety. 1. Deaths in Mexico have gone from 168 to 16. Now that is REAL healing! Where are the hundreds of deaths the MMD (media of mass deception) were originally reporting? Where are the thousands of deaths they predicted?
2. CDC said that we should expect to see more severe cases of the Swine Flu on April 26 despite the fact that NONE of the cases they have identified are at all severe.
"We are seeing more cases of swine flu, and we expect to see more cases of swine flu," said Richard Besser, Director of the CDC, at a White House briefing. "I would expect that over time we are going to see more severe disease in this

3. CDC prepared a "seed stock by April 24, just 10 days after the previously unknown disease was identified. Here's is what it takes to prepare a seed stock:

(It's still unclear whether they'll include the swine flu in next year's seasonal flu vaccine.) 4. CDC "justified" declaring a "Health Emergency" on April 27, just 13 days after the "novel" Swine Flu was first "discovered" in a rural town in Mexico.
5. Meriden Company would be able to produce a Swine Flu Virus in just six weeks on April 28. Here is what it takes to produce a vaccine AFTER the seed stock is produced: " inject the [viral] strains into chicken embryos, wait for them to multiply, and extract them several days later to create a so-called "seed stock." Then comes testing on lab animals, followed by any necessary adjustments to the stock. (Haste can have a price: During the swine flu outbreak of 1976, 500 people who got vaccinated developed a disease called Guillain-Barré syndrome, and 25 of them died.)
Once researchers have finalized the vaccine, they repeat the embryo injection process millions of times. So even if they finalize the vaccine in June, it will take at least until September to produce the first 50 million or so doses. Producing all 600 million doses-enough to give Americans the usual two shots-would take months longer.[Note that no testing in humans or other animals is involved in this schedule]
A new experimental method would grow the virus in individual cells instead of eggs. That process is a lot faster-it could shave weeks off the time it takes to create the seed stock-since cell cultures grow faster than eggs. But that method hasn't been approved yet by the FDA, and there are still doubts about its effectiveness." Pandemic, on April 29 with one alleged death and only 91 confirmed human cases of a mild, inconsequential flu, with one death. Saving the Best for Last
I wonder at the total absurdity of the following article, printed without change (make sure to read the last sentence!):
9. Ohio health officials say two more cases of H1N1, formerly known as swine flu, have been confirmed in Ohio. That brings the state's total to three. The victims are 31 years old and 33 years old, both are men and both are from Franklin County, near Columbus. Health officials confirmed, last week, a nine year old boy from Elyria has H1N1.
Pennsylvania health officials say there are still no confirmed cases of swine flu in the commonwealth, although they are listing five Philadelphia-area cases as probable. All cases reported so far have been in Philadelphia or Montgomery County.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention says the outbreak continues to grow in the U.S. Officials gave an update Saturday afternoon and say they now have 160 confirmed cases of H1N1 in 21 states. MD/CDC Interim Deputy Director, Anne Schuchat, said, "The point is that the majority of cases don't have direct contact with Mexico. They didn't travel to Mexico. It is much more likely that people are getting this particular infection now from somebody who has no...from somebody within their own communities."
The World Health Organization has confirmed more than 700 cases of H1N1 flu worldwide so far, in at least 15 countries. And now, Canada officials say pigs have been infected and are under quarantine. It's the first known case of pigs having the virus."
To my mind, the real threat here is decidedly NOT the disease although it is very clear that the novel virus was manufactured by a lab crew. That is threat enough. But there is more. To my way of thinking, this is a crass, cruel and horrifying example of intentional mayhem and death (although this pandemic, like Avian Flu and SARS has so far fizzled) used as a weapon of not only mass deception, but of mass destruction as well.
I do not believe that this episode, which is far from finished, is merely another exercise in fear mongering by agencies and of potential profiteering by Big Pharma… No, I believe there is additionally a heavy political agenda; a, dare we say, "mind control" agenda, whereby we are all being desensitized to the violations of privacy and health rights that become "normal" during a time of declared "medical emergency?"
The game plan, as I see it, was to have created a major epidemic, invoke the State's Emergency Medical Powers Acts of the States through which, when a Governnor declares a Pandemic, you MUST accept vaccination/treatment or you will automatically be declared to be felon and incarcerated/quarentined indefinitely.
This dovetails precisely with the federal powers invoked when the Secretary of Health and Human Services declares a Pandemic (which would happen first) and the same compulsions desend upon you: either accept vaccination/treatment or be involuntarily quarantined indefinitely.
If people resist, riot or protest? Marshal Law is right around the corner.
Foreign troops (including 300,000 Chinese troops reputed to be quartered at Edwards Air Force Base, in clear violation of the US Constitution) and domestic ones (including NorthCom, in whose mission this type of action lies), police and mercenaries are apparently ready, to one degree or another, to enforce these "safety measures".
Failing this scenario, there is also the political possibility of using the irrational and absurd "Health Emergency Alert" status of the US to divide the country in to the 10 FEMA regions, restrict movement and commerce and build the tension through the MMD, the Media of Mass Deception, so that, finally, when the savior vaccine arrives, the maximum number of people roll up their sleeves to be both "saved" from the "deadly" flu threat or be released from FEMA territorial restrictions.
Do I know this is what is in store for us? Of course not. But do I strongly suspect that these possibilities are not too far off the mark? Yes I do.
And while all this is going on, are you thinking about the insanity and criminality of the bailout? Of the weaponization and industrialization of all food production and control? Of the rapid coming of the new global currency? Of the dissolution of national states under the emergency authority of the United Nations, to whom all power is ceded under a state of "Global Pandemic"? Of course not.
This is the ultimate slight of hand. But instead of a rabbit magically pulled out of the hat, it is a weaponized vaccine in a syringe.
The syringe of death. Death to health, freedom and, very possibly, billions of people.
We must also acknowledge, as Gen. Stubblebine pointed out, the Swine Flu panic was not the first such incident that could have triggered a pandemic; there have been several in the past several years. The forces at work that, WHO tells us, will lead to the "inevitable" pandemic are still there. Only push-back can hold off the event. Vigilance, preparation and courage.
I am glad to read that both Dr. Mercola and Dr. Paul (Ron Paul, that is) agree with me that we cannot view recent events, such as the Baxter incident and the Swine Flu panic, as mere epidemiological events. When we connect the dots, we are concerned that we are looking at the engineering of weaponized pathogens to force weaponized vaccinations on an unsuspecting public.
Dr. Leonard Horowitz also agrees, and in an astounding YouTube presentation, names the names of the researchers, institutes and companies he considers responsible.
And the good doctors all agree on something else: Natural Solutions are available to protect the public. "Pandemic panic" is not necessary. Forced vaccinations, transportation and public event closings, and martial law are not necessary!

Using Action Alerts to Defend Food, Freedom
There does seem to be so much happening all at the same time. We at Natural Solutions Foundation do not think that is an accident. The momentum of the new administration is even more dangerous than the lame duck deregulation momentum of the Bush administration seeking to leave presents for their supporters and funders, Big Business, before they left office.
The new White House is determined to extend and expand that gifting by driving all doctors out of the business of independent thought or service to their patients through the new super bureaucracy which will determine your health options - all of them, while removing any shreds remaining of your health privacy.
For that matter, any other privacy you might have had will be dissolved in the acid brine of the Smart Grid proposed for implementation within 60 days.

'No Forced Vaccine' Message to NJ
New Jersey is the most vaccinated state in the US. It is also the home to Big Pharma giants like Merck, Johnson and Johnson, Abbot Laboratories, Bristol Myers Squib and more than 60 others. The relationship is hard to miss.
New Jersey became the first state in the Union to mandate annual flu vaccines for every child in the state from 6 months to 18 years and to state publicaly that it would make religious and medical exemptions as hard to get as it could. In fact, a fully vaccinated girl in NJ has had 78 vaccines by the age of 15 (75 for boys.)
New Jersey bears the shame of being the first state to send out the vaccine police: inspectors who check the records of every preschool child in the state enrolled in a pre school (although they are private) and levy fines of $500 per day per child who is not fully vaccinated.
It is the first state to attempt to pass legislation which would require home schooled children to be vaccinated according to a schedule approved by the Superintendent of Schools (NOT the child's parents or doctor!) in the child's home district or have the "priviledge" of being home schooled revoked by the district.
New Jersey is clearly not on the same planet as health freedom since a basic definition of that term is the capacity and right to decide what happens to your own body, what goes into it and what you do to it for treatment and prevention of illness.
to see what one of our Trustees, Ralph Fucetola, who is also an attorney, had to say about this illegal, and probably unconstitutional, economic end run around health freedom when he spoke at the State House Rally last week.
Michael Pollan is a writer of prodigious intellect and intellegence. His book, "The Omnivore's Dilemna" is surely one of the best books I have ever read and athough I know quite a bit about food, I learned a great deal more and had a - excuse the phrase - delicious time consuming the book.
Pollan is thoughtful and deeply insightful. He has written an article of great importance to the next president of the United States suggesting that unless he pays close attention to food policy, the United States is vulnerable and cannot be protected.
I concur heartily. In fact, I have been writing for years about the fact that the national immune system is our greatest collective vulnerability (second only to our politiicans, of course). Think about it a moment an you will see that it is true: If the nation's nutrition is as bad as it is, and its food supply is forcing it to get worse, how strong, how efficient, how work-efficient, how clear thinking can we be collectively?
Avian flu danger has dropped for this year, the UN tells us in a press release yesterday, but not to worry! We are still due for the inevitable pandemic (http://tinyurl.com/6ogd2q) so we have to make plans, control the citizenry, kill outdoor flocks (the kind that people have raised for millenia and that a recent Johns Hopkins study shows have the lowest liklihood of developing H5N1 infections) and replace them with factory farms (the kind that multinational corporations have been making huge profits on and degrading the food supply with for decades, the kind that have the highest liklihood of developing H5N1 infections). It is worth noting, of course, that backyard flocks have NEVER developed the H5N1 strain of Avian Flu. It is the factory farmed flocks, which HAVE BEEN VACCINATED AGAINST THE H5N1 STRAIN OF AVIAN FLU WHICH DEVELOP THE DISEASE. If you think there might be a parallel there for human health, you are right, by the way.
Don't think for a moment, says the UN, that you are out of the woods! Nope! We need more vaccines which are the 'first line of defense' against a disease which supposedly does not even exist yet.
Never mind that you simply cannot make a vaccine against something which does not exist, and never mind that the CDC and WHO, who sit down to guess what the viral threat will be next October each March, literally guess wrong more years than they guess right about what virus they should make the flu vaccine against for next season's "seasonal flu vaccine". What they waste that way is time, money and the collective and individual immune system capacity of the people whom they coerce or bamboozle into a accepting their toxic jabs.
And never mind that people who get those seasonal flu shots not only get the flu and give it to others since live viruses (like those contained in Flu Mist) are still infective and shed for up to 3 months to other people, like babies and pregnant moms and people on steroids and people who have had transplants and people who have cancer and the very young and the elderly (for example). All of these groups of folks can get the disease from contact with a person who has had the shot or the nasal innoculation! Never mind that yearly flu shots, with their load of
Aluminum hydroxide
Mercury (even in "mercury-free" shots)
Formaldehyde
Fluoride
Stealth viruses
Polysorbate 80 - associated with infertility
MSG
Aspartame
Stray bits of DNA from the culture medium (which can be eggs, human cells or aborted fetal tissue, for example)
contain viruses associated with cancer, including leukemia. Vaccines are good business for the only "stake holder" that the government seems to consider: Big Pharma.
Never mind that recent studies showed that people who had five consecutive influenza vaccinations between the years 1970 and 1980 were ten times more likely to develop Alzheimer's than were individuals who had none, one or two.
New "blockbuster' drugs are in precious short supply in the pipeline that produces the wildly lucrative patented chemicals (e.g., "drugs") which make Big Pharma so much money. Even though manufacturers cut costs by using plants in places like China, "employing", it is reported, slave labor (which works pretty cheaply) and questionable quality controls, and are now immune from costly liability suits. Still, the profits are simply not on the horizon from block buster new drugs the way they once were. So Big Pharma has turned to Big Vaccine to pull it out of the anticipated hole$ it $ee$ ahead.

The declaration on October 1, 2008 by President Bush of a state of national emergency over Anthrax (http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/?p=1257) so that anthrax vaccine makers can get an extra measure of immunity from liability for the damage their product does since they are even more fully protected against damages when a state of emergency has been declared. By the way, it is my understanding that the government could now, if it decided to do so, order every man, woman and child in the US to have an anthrax vaccine under this state of emergency.
Anthrax? Is Anthrax a Threat?
Not so's you'd notice. But litigation might be, what with the recent decision of a Georgia court to allow parents to sue both the doctor and the company who made the vaccine that the doctor administered to the child for damages to their child. Vaccination is, you will recall, an unisurable risk meaning that no insurance company is willing to bet on the safety of the "treatment" which governments increasingly want to compel military and civilians alike to accept into their bodies.
And thus the State Medical Emergency Powers Acts which say that if the Governor declares a state of Medical Emergency, pandemic or otherwise, refusing treatment, such as, say, a vaccine, would be a felony offense. People are imprisoned for felony offenses.
How handy to have more than 630 detention centers to take care of all the anticipated felons and add them to the largest per capita (and actual) prison population on the planet in our privatized prison system! Empty and manned, there they sit, just waiting for you to refuse to allow God-Knows-What into your body and those of your children. Have they been privatized, too? Do the same multinational corporations who run US prisions run them, too? Would that explain the reported foreign troops (German, Chinese, Belgian) allegedly stationed at these centers with nothing to do and no one to imprison? Are they, in fact, mercenaries waiting to do the bidding of their employers?
So we really do have to stop this vaccination threat NOW, before we can no longer stop it. Cheap Meat - Expensive Death?

You'll see very quickly that these practices, permitted by Codex, by the way, as well as by the USDA, make for animals which cannot possibly resist infection and which can serve as the perfect vector for the perfect storm: weaponized disease causing organisms.

As you know, General Bert and I are currently spending full time in the Highlands of Panama laying the foundation for the Valley of the Moon(TM) Eco Demonstration project. The roads here vary from perfectly paved, smooth and modern to atrocious. There is no way, for example, to get to the house we are renting without driving over a short stretch of awful road which can only be navigated by a regular car at about 3 miles per hour - and that is hazardous to the undercarriage of the vehicle.
So we needed a 4 wheel drive, high chassis car to get around, see the sites we are looking at, and generally survive the parts of the Panamanian road system that is not perfect. We were reccomended to a car dealer and a dealership and off we went. Every time we visited Oscar Hernandez at Ricardo Perez in the provincial capital of David, the big, bright and very clean dealership was either having a fiesta or getting ready to have one.
Big, lavish do's with food and music and drinks and flowers.
We finally concluded our 4 wheel drive purchase on Thursday last week. Oscar implored us to come back to David on Friday because the dealership was having another party, but this time, it was going to have typical Panamanian dancing, music and food. Well, we could not resist and, indeed, it was delightful.

When a dancer approached me (the best male dancer in the troupe, by the way), I did not even consider saying "NO!". I was up in a second and if you click on some of the videos, you can see me there. Unfortunatley, I do not have a Polera dress. Maybe I will next time!
About Those Detox Pads...
A number of people wrote to me rencently to question the sale of Detox Pads since another physician on the internet said that they were a scam. While I respect the other doctor and his work, I do not agree on his assessment of this particular item. I have had good clinical and personal experiences with these detox tools and have done a little experimentation of my own with them because I was quite sceptical about their function when I first encountered them.
The first time I used them, I put the pads on the soles of my feet as instructed and noted the change in color and consistency in the pads in the morning. The next time I applied them, I put them on the soles of my feet and the inside of my forearm to see if contact with skin or moisture alone would bring about the same results. In the morning, the pads applied to my feet were gooey and brown/green (UGH!) while the ones applied to my forearms were unchanged.
Coupled with the change in my physicial state after using the pads, I decided to reccomend them to some very toxic patients. Each of the people who used them reported that they experienced a positive change after the use of the pads, although sometimes several applications were necessary to feel that improvement.
I have no idea why these things work. I also have no idea whether the other physician used the same Detox Pads which we make available here on our site. What I do know is that my information testing, my personal experience and the experience of my patients led me to conclude that these items are worth having in my took kit of things that will help detoxification with good clinical results. Otherwise, you may rest assured that we would not offer them for sale!

So this man races into his analyst's office early one morning in a cold sweat. "Doctor", he says, "I had the most horrible dream and I can't make heads or tails out of it. It was so bad that even after I woke up, I couldn't stop thinking about it and I lay awake the rest of the night thinking about how frightening it was and wishing I could understand it.
I couldn't wait to get here to tell you about it this morning. In fact, I was so upset that I couldn't eat a thing for breakfast and ran all the way here to tell you about it.
I dreamed you were behind me and when I turned around, I saw you, but you had my mother's face. It was horrible. Doctor, what could it mean?"

Well... About GMO Dangers! Natural Solutions Foundation welcomes Prince Charles to its Hall of Fame for his stance on the cataclysmic dangers of GM "foods". Prince Charles publicaly said that companies developing genetically modified crops risk creating the biggest environmental disaster "of all time". Relying on "gigantic corporations" for food would end in "absolute disaster", he warned.
"That would be the absolute destruction of everything... and the classic way of ensuring there is no food in the future."
He said GM developers might think they would be successful by having "one form of clever genetic engineering after another", but he believed "that will be guaranteed to cause the biggest disaster environmentally of all time".

The New Frontier of Homeland Insecurity:Mental Privacy
The Department of Homeland Security is moving towards implementing a provision of the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 otherwise known as the "Thought Crimes Bill" through a 3 year, $12 Million program designe to study "terrorists" and their supporters' thinking and communications. This is despite the fact that the legislation has not been signed into law. The House version of the bill HR 1955 was passed by a margin of 404-6 whereas the Senate version of the bill S 1959 is still awaiting action.
One of the bill's provisions gives the Department of Homeland Security the authority to fund a University based "Center of Excellence" to study ways to thwart what the government believes are "extremist" belief systems and "radical ideologies" of individual Americans. In other words, if the government doesn't like the way you think, they are going to have teams of social scientists and behavioral experts trying to figure out the best way to deal with you.
As it turns out, the Department of Homeland Security is already funding a Center of Excellence to study "thought criminals" in the United States at the University of Maryland. This shows that it doesn't matter if S 1959 is defeated or not, as they are moving forward with this agenda with or without Congressional approval. In reality, Congress is nothing more than a staged circus to make people falsely believe that they actually have a say in what the government does.
The Department of Homeland Security is funding research to setup an Orwellian system to deal with political dissenters under the guise of fighting terrorism and they care not if it is in accordance with what the people want or the law provides. Your Voice, and Mine, Got Monsanto's Attention!
Monsanto has announced that it will sell off its thriving Prosilac (TM) business. Prosilac is the trade name for recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH), a hotly contested, controversial animal drug used to increase the milk output of cows.
Despite strong public, scientific and humane objection to the stuff, Monsanto estimates that 1/3 the cows in the US receive the drug which is frequently associated with very sick cows and, scientists assert, very sick people.
The number of disorders feared associated with rBGH treated milk runs from auto-immune disorders through Crohn's disease to cancer to premature puberty. None the less, the FDA, USDA and Codex have permitted its use. Codex sets no upper limit for its use in dairy cattle.
Farmers who use it must be prepared for chronically ill cows with mastitis, diarrhea from organisms like pseudotuberculinum, and other cattle illnesses. Antibiotic use is very common in cows on Prosilac since they are depleted by the abnormal milk production levels and must receive drugs to stay alive. In addition, rBGH treated cows last not 12 years, like a healthy milk cow without drugs, but as little as 2 years before they are so depleted that they are sold to slaughter houses for meat. That meat, of course, is from drug-treated, sick animals and the rBGH may be transmitted in the meat derived from the sick cows.
rBGH-treated cows are so ill, in fact, that to allow their milk into production the FDA decided to increase the amount of pus (from infected udders) and fecal material (from chronic diarrhea) permitted in milk.
It's August, the Economy's bad and you've got Crisis Fatigue. Does that mean you are willing to give up your freedoms - permanently?
Here is what a foreign correspondent had to say about the state of awareness in the world - among high level officials. This from Singapore, a country which imports all of its food and thus is totally vulnerable to Codex and its depredations:

She spoke to our FTC [Federal Trade Commission] cousin about the food rules.

Some have called us "sensationalist" for our willingness to call your attention to some of the outrageous possibilities that face our health and freedom. So take a look at this information which documents that organic standards have become so weak that the inforcement is left to the producers with no oversight whatsoever. The result? At least half of all organic products are no such thing, with potentially dangerous or even deadly consequences. To make matters worse, the US allows 10% contamination of organic food with gentically modified product.
That's right - 10%. The rest of the world allows either 0.9% or 1.0%. We allow 10 times that much AND there is no inspection or labeling for any of it.
We have been advising you to eat organic. Now we are advising you to learn first hand about the source of your food. Call or visit the farmers who grow your food. Ask questions. Call the store you buy your organic products from or call the manufacturers and ask to see the third party evaluations and anlaysis of your products for pesticides, herbicides, GM and other contaminants. Even if you do not understand the reports, asking for them will alert the companies that this is important to consumers. Or you can ignore it, but that choice might kill you. It's your choice. The tale which you need to hear is a long, complicated one, winding its way from China to France by way of the First World War, Rockefeller's Oil Cartel, Sanofi-Pasteur and Iraq to its final destination: A syringe full of something claiming to be a vaccine against the now-deadly Avian Flu imported from China and filled in a plant in the US. Filled with what? Nothing good. This is not a story to be told in a few brief paragraphs.

Avian Flu Has Already Been Weaponized
I'll give you the bottom line first: based on Gen. Stubblebine's careful analysis of the existing evidence, Avian Flu has already been turned into a pandemic virus with a lot of sophisticated help from people who are not your friends, but who are very good at weaponizing organisms, like the previously innocuous bird flu virus, H5N1.
There is a basic virological fact you need to know to make sense of what comes next: it is impossible to make a vaccine against a virus that does not yet exist. Public relations efforts to the contrary, IF a vaccine is being made against the Avian Flu virus in its pandemic form, that means that the pandemic virus already exists. Period. End of discussion. So that fact that the Avian Flu vaccine is already being manufactured in China by Sanofi-Pasteur, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the French arm of the Rockefeller oil cartel (Total Petroleum) is confirmation of what you are about to read. If you allow it to be introduced into your body, there is no reason to imagine it will be anything but an unmitigated disaster for your immune system and for you. We believe it's planned to be that way.
I do not know A. True Ott, PhD, but he was kind enough to send me a PDF file recently in which he puts a lot of the pieces together that I have been finding in my own research. Some of his conclusions I have serious difficulty with, but parts of his chronology are used here with appreciation.
Let's start with the basics: H5N1 is a benign, commonplace virus which most birds carry with no harm to themselves or humans. Humans also have viruses we have no problem with: these viral companions keep our immune systems healthy and humming. Only under the stimulus of novel and dangerous toxins which your body has no way to get rid of (detoxify), and stress which overwhelms your coping capacity, does an innocuous virus mutate and become something that can make you sick or kill you.
All human cases of H5N1 have occurred in areas of sick birds in large concentrations such as factory farms where handlers come into contact with stressed and sick birds in toxic surroundings where toxic residues are concentrated at high levels.
For example, in Vietnam, where thousands of gallons of Monsanto chemicals such as Agent Orange were dumped in huge amounts following the Vietnam war outbreaks of Avian Flu are not uncommon. These outbreaks occurred in highly toxic environments, where crowded, sick factory farm chickens have been inoculated [supposedly] against Avian Flu.
It will also become deadly, of course, when labs are employed to alter it so that it becomes an efficient weapon of mass destruction. The US has had a program to accomplish exactly that for over a century now, astounding as that may seem!
Our best intelligence estimate is that pandemic Avian Flu already exists. It appears to have been turned into a massive viral threat through bioengineering by the United States, fusing the deadly genome of the 1918 Pandemic, mis-named the "Spanish Flu", with the DNA of the H5N1 virus in a growth medium of human kidney cells to make sure that the virus recognizes human cells and knows how to invade them.

The Spanish Pandemic Rides Again
The genome of the 1918 pandemic so-called "Spanish Flu" was recently intentionally resurrected. Because of that ressurection, the Avian Flu, and its vaccine, are now a US government-instigated threat to life - your life.
The Spanish Flu, which was not Spanish at all, was created in the US through an early bioweapons program and injected into healthy young men (i.e., 'soliders') as the first mandatory vaccination in the military during WWI (also known as the "War to End Wars" and the "Great War"). The "Spanish Flu", which originated in Kansas on US Military bases, killed a minimum of 50 million Americans. It was one of the deadliest pandemics in modern history. It was also one of the most successful biological weapons ever created.

On March 23, 2005, NIH, through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, announces the initiation of a program to develop a vaccine for Avian Flu, asserting that although there have only been less than a handfull of cases, Avian Flu poses a vast public health menace.

As a side note, the Chinese factories of these two pharmacetuical mammoths are (unlike Sanofi-Pasteur's Swiftwater, PA, factory, according to dissidents such as Harry Wu, et. al.) staffed in part or entirely by poltical and other prisoners working under brutal slave labor conditions. China has a long history of Western Pharmaceutical manufacture, according to Wikipedia.
Bear in mind that most influenza strains and their hosts adapt to each other after roughtly two years, so that the same strain of flu no longer causes symptoms. Of course, once a strain has been weaponized, there is little reason to think that it will revert as natural strains do. It, or the vaccine it seems to legitimize, will go on killing and killing and killing. Or is the word "culling"?
To date, there have only been around 385 human cases identified worldwide (if those identifications are trustworthy, of course), with only 243 deaths. To put the absurdity of this effort into perspective, Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD), which researchers believe is heavily associated with aspartame consumption, is a leading cause of death which, according to the CDC, for example, killed 460,000 Americans in 1999 and the numbers keep rising (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5106a3.htm). but Aspartame is not under the gun. Instead, Avian Flu is.
To quote Dr. Ott, "There are 6.7 Billion humans on planet earth. This equates to a statistical infection rate of .000000004215 percent. In other words, statistically speaking, you are over 100,000 times more likely to be hit by lightning in your home than to contract the "Bird Flu."
Given the shockingly obvious lack of a real threat from an unweaponized H5N1 virus, how can we explain the Bush Administration spending billions of dollars preparing each of the 50 States for what it drums into us is the "inevitable Bird Flu pandemic" anticipated to kill half or more of all Americans and similar numbers of people around the globe?

The U.S. Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, Ft. Detrick, Rockville, Maryland, the US research center for biological weaponry, commissions Dr. Jeffery Taubenberger to lead a research team to ISOLATE the 1918 Flu Virus' genetic code, the most lethal pathogen in history
Aug. 24, 1997:
Brevig, Alaska. Research Team member Johan Hultin sends well-preserved 1918 flu virus specimens (from a frozen body killed by the 1918 flu) to Dr. Taubenberger's lab in Maryland.
Days later, Taubenberger detects the genetic fragments for which he has been searching.
The 1918 virus' RNA-based gene fragments are analyzed by computer sequencing in order to reveal its complete genetic code. Even with a super-computer, this code sequencing will take years to complete.
October, 2003:
Taubenberger's team finally deciphers the deadly 1918 flu virus' entire genetic code - completing a 6 year project.
Taubenberger's colleague, R.G. Webster, publishes article in American Scientist Magazine declaring: "The world is teetering on the edge of a flu pandemic that could kill a large fraction of the human population".

32 states pass laws which make resisting inocculation once ordered by the governor a felony.
These laws join Patriot Act I, II, BARDA, BIOSHIELD I, II in making drug treatment and innoculation mandatory once a Pandemic is called.
Unlimited quarantine without review is mandated under these laws for those who resist innoculation under Pandemic conditions.
Fully staffed, empty detention centers exist all over North America. The largest, in Alasks, is roumored to have a 2.5 million person capacity.

New York Times reports Gulf War Syndrome positively linked to vaccination of Veterans.
More than 100,000 vets contracted the syndrome during the 1991 Desert Storm Operation.
More than 20,000 vets have died to date from this syndrom believed to be triggered by squalene, a vaccine "adjuvant."

The Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA) branch of HHS utilizes its Emergency Use Authorization authority and awards a license to produce H5N1 "Bird Flu" vaccines to Sanofi-Pasteur.
FDA Bird Flu approval letter states:
"We have approved your Biologics License Application (BLA) for Influenza Virus Vaccine, H5N1, effective this date. You are hereby authorized to introduce or deliver for introduction into interstate commerce, Influenza Virus Vaccine, H5N1, under your existing Department of Health and Human Services U.S. License No. 1725; however, we acknowledge your statement provided in your submission of April 5, 2007, that Sanofi Pasteur Inc. does not intend to license this product for commercial distribution, since it was produced under contract to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as part of national pandemic preparedness initiatives. Influenza Virus Vaccine, H5N1, is indicated for active immunization of persons 18 through 64 years of age at increased risk of exposure to the H5N1 influenza virus subtype contained in the vaccine."
Among the required post-market studies on this untested vaccine are;

Leavitt's HHS orders 100 million H5N1 "vaccines [doses]" from Sanofi-Pasteur. Expected delivery date, August, 2008.
Sanofi-Pasteur issues a press release announcing their lucrative HHS contract (100 million vaccines @ $15 USD each) and declares that the cell-based vaccine will be mass produced in the company's CHINA facility - then shipped to Stillwater, PA for hypodermic syringe-friendly packaging.

Dr. David Nabarro, UN Influenza Coordinator, welcomes a donation of 60 million doses of H5N1 Avian Flu vaccine by Sanofi-Pasteur.
This adds to the stockpile of a previous donation of 30 million doses by GlaxoSmithKline Dr. Nabarro said that good progress had been made but Avian Flu could still kill as many of 150 million people.
Avian Flu still entrenched in Viet Nam, Bangladesh, India, Egypt and India [sic] says Dr. Nabarro.
Outbreaks recorded in 60 more countries according to US Influenza Coordinator.
But the people who make vaccines are ethical and look out for our best interests don't they? The cold, hard fact is that vaccine makers are neither ethical nor concerned with health and longevity of their recipients.
Remember: vaccination remains an uninurable risk: no parent, physician or pharmaceutical company can buy insurance against vaccine induced harm. The insurance industry refuses to accept the risk. That's why Congress created the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that is funded by a special tax added to the cost of each vaccine shot: we pay to protect pharmaceutical company profits.
Vaccines can be used for a great deal more than just for what it says on the label. After all, faced with a syringe of fluid, who is to say exactly what is in there and what the intended, or unintended outcomes of being injected will be?
It takes a huge amount of faith to allow a hypodermic under your skin. That faith is, the Natural Solutions Foundation believes, without significant basis.

Eli Lilly, makers of Thimerisol, inject the product into 22 people with meningitis who all die. Lilly publishes the "study", claiming that thimerisol, 50% mercury by weight, is safe.
1972:
World Health Organization (WHO) Bulletin No.47 refers to creation of an immune virus and suggests that a useful way to study the effects would be "to put it into a vaccination program and observe the results."
It is theorized that WHO used the smallpox vaccination program in Central Africa for this study, since the spread of HIV infection coincides precisely with the most intense and recent smallpox vaccination campaigns.
Information on the Central African countries most infected with HIV precisely matches WHO figures indicating the number of people vaccinated in these areas.
The virus requested would selectively destroy the T-cell system. (1972 Federation Proceedings of WHO).

No epidemic of Swine flu surfaces despite rapid approval and respone to perceived threat following 1 death of a solder at Ft. Dix, NJ.
Swine Flu innoculation program shut down after risk of death and polio like syndrome from the vaccination is found to be almost 12 times greater in vaccinated than unvaccinated people. 5% of people afflicted die, 10% are crippled or maimed for life.

Sterility agents were among the contaminants found in the samples.
According to the local population of the Akha, a Thai hill tribe, pregnant women are forced to receive the vaccine in order to get ID cards for their children.

I Told You It Was A Long Story, But One You Needed to Hear. Now What Can You Do To Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones?
First of all, remember that you have an immune system.
Back at the beginning of this article I told you that viruses (and bacteria, for that matter), do not make you sick if you are equipped with a healthy immune system and you are non toxic.
That means change your eating habits TODAY. The intake of refined sugar, pesticides, flouridated water and toothpastes, etc., artificial colors, flavors and preservatives and genetically modified foods (found in everything that does not explictly say "Certified Organic") all depress your immune system.
Buy "Organic", wild crafted, food that is locally grown by people you know (and don't assume that just because a field is nearby, the food is not sprayed or genetically modified or both). ASK!
So Step One is to alter your diet and make eating for life, not for the moment, your number one food priority. Please, take this seriously.
Step Two is to harvest and cultivate information. When the Pandemic is about to be released (and, God willing, it will never be), there will be increased propaganda rumblings to "prepare" you to submit to the schemes for control and innoculation. Stay in touch with your local community advanced health care advocates (including NSF local organizers, alternative practitioners, health store and food co-ops, etc)... keep your eyes and ears opened and let us know if you come across any information that may help us all.

The way the drug companies tell it (to you and doctors alike) you can poison any enzyme system you like to get whatever impact ("treatment") you're looking for and everything's just fine. That's called "reductionism" and it ignores holistic considerations. You see, the problem is that Mother (Mother Nature, that is) is quite a thrifty lady.She doesn't like to throw away things that work and saves them, knowing that, like that big rubberband at the back of your desk drawer, it might some day come in handy.
When Mother comes up with a great enzyme system (and they are pretty complicated so making a good one that works properly takes some doing!), she uses it in more than one place.For example, you may be familiar with Selective Serotonin Re-Uptake Inhibitors or SSRIs as they are widely known.
SSRI's inhibit (that means "poison" the enzymes that pick up a molecule of serotonin in the space between the working ends of two neurons, pull it back into one of them, process the serotonin molecule and use it again to transmit information to another neuron by sending it out into the synapse (space) again.
That means, hopefully, that the serotonin hangs around longer in the space and exerts its impact on more cells for longer.
Of course, there are serious and long-lasting consequences (side effects) from messing around with this system that most of us are familiar with --- like suicide, homicide, permanent brain damage, depression, mania, seizures, permanent worm-like movement disorders, seizures, death and so on.
In fact, the brains of children may be particularly susceptible to these poisoning events but SSRIs found a great market in kids: they live a long time after they start on the drugs (mostly) and they have no say in the matter so no matter how awful it makes them feel, they have to take the stuff if grown ups tell them to. Even after they try to kill themselves (unless they succeed) or someone else, they get kept on the drug and more drugs are usually added.
If that weren't awful enough (and Mother and I think it's pretty awful), Mother's been at her thrifty work again. She uses the very same serotonin system at the place where bones are being formed - their surfaces. So, after dosing kids with these dangerous substances whose "adverse events" lead to higher doses and more drugs like the first (because the "side effects" are very similar to what got the person on the drugs in the first place), we learned that some of these kids were developing old people's weak bones -- osteoporosis.

Yesterday the FDA announced that a long list of antibiotics will finally require a new "Black Box Warning" label.
Well known and widely over-used and misprescribed antibiotics like Cipro (R) which can be associated with a three-fold increase of a painful and potentially crippling condition in which a tendon ruptures.Tendons are poorly supplied with blood so they do not heal well but they are richly supplied with nerves so damage to them is exquisitely painful.
Vitamin B 6 and other B Vitamins are either made or processed in the gut.When suppressed or blocked, nutritional deficits result which have profound effects all over the body.So, in addition to killing beneficial bacteria and interfering with the control of fungus like Candida, antibiotics deprive your body of nutrients it needs for health.

You live long enough, however, to generate huge profits for the Illness Business.
Even the term "side effects" makes it sound like the sometimes disastrous, and frequently lethal unintended consequences of drugs (combined with chronic nutrition deficits from our industrialized diet), are a surprise.
Although they may truly be unintended, adverse effects are not unanticipated - they are well known and catalogued in such widely available resources as the Physician's Desk Reference (c) or PDR (c) which lists a truly horrifying, and not necessarily uncommon, list of adverse events for each and every drug.
Now, these adverse events are the ones left after the drug companies eliminate any one who does not respond well to the drug before the trial and then chuck out people who have adverse events during the trials or die - those people's adverse events are usually not counted because they did not "finish the trial." When you look at the list of awful anticipated but unfortunate consequences of poisoning enzyme systems (which is the common mechanism by which every drug achieves its effects, anticipated or not), you are looking at the tip of the tip of the tip of the top of the mountain.
The same is especially true with vaccinations... which, as you well know, is an uninsurable risk... no parent, doctor or drug company can buy insurance against the anticipated harm caused by vaccinations, that's why the government adds a tax to the cost of each shot, to fund the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that has paid out over two billion dollars to the families of kids killed or maimed by vaccinations. We are not sure what the technical reason for that is or if there is another reason. We know that we are often blocked or hacked when we are right on target and someone's ox is being gored. Is this one of those times? We don't know. What we do know is that is is a vitally important email blast.

Sticking our heads in the sand is not going to get us out of the spot we are in now. Understanding, connecting and then dealing with the underlying cause of the dots, however, may save us.

Perhaps the dot connection indicates that social strategies are in place which do not favor strong, clear thinking, active and informed citizens. Perhaps those strategies are working hand in glove with the policies which allow deadly fake foods to stand in for the nutritious foods we need will support and sustain us. And perhaps those strategies and policies are consistent with Henry Kissinger's now public 1972 secret assessment for President Nixon...

US Bullies Africa on GM Labeling, Africa's Had Enough
The US outdid itself at this Codex meeting. It actually bullied another country into withdrawing its submission because the paper South Africa submitted in favor of Mandatory GM Labeling was so strong and under cut the US position that no labeling should ever be permitted. South Africa is a sovereign nation, with its own concerns, laws and issues, but it was forced by US bullying to rescind its submission because of the international tantrum that the US threw. The US DOES NOT want anyone to know if there is GM food in what they are eating under any circumstances. Once the US became aware of South Africa's paper (apparently before it was generally available to the rest of the meeting), they jumped all over them electronically. This was a major affront to national sovereignty, African and the concept that Codex is anything but a mouth piece for the multinational corporations which the US represents! Africa, however, decided that they have had enough!
What this means for us as consumers is huge. What it means for us as an organization is likewise huge but adds a continuing requirement for sufficient funding for us to be able to continue both our health freedom campaigns in the US and to continue our international work. For example, we will need to go to Africa at least twice before the next CCFL meeting, perhaps 3 times, if we are to support this vitally important effort properly. Species-specific mandatory labeling of GM foods impacts each and every one of us. Manufacturers who have to put such declarations on their labels for international trade will put great pressure on the US to lift the ban on such labeling for domestic consumption. The US will be hard pressed, indeed, to keep such labeling out of the US on food imported (as more and more of our food is) and the pressure for mandatory GM labeling will be increased immeasurably by this move.
We are proud to be such an active part of this movement to allow people to have health freedom options in their food choices and eat safe foods.
YES, INDEED, compared to the US position, we certainly have something else to say to anyone with a pro-health ear and we continue to say it.

Remember, the US actively FORBIDS the labeling of the GM components in your food.
You read that right. It FORBIDS any reference to the fact that 75-80% of your food contains (or is) Genetically Modified. So you are part of the largest experiment in human history. Risk Assessment and Risk Management depend on Post Market Surveillance, as it is called, which means finding out what the stuff that you are exposed to does to you. It is the final (and official) phase of human experimentation and clinical trials for foods and drugs. Without labeling, however, there can be no Post Market Surveillance because there is no possible way to find out who ate what and when. There is therefore absolutely no way of knowing what these "foods" are doing to us and our children, to our cancer and fertility rates, to the possibility that, for example, contact with GM cotton might be causing the horrifying Morgellon's Disease and [literally!] who knows what else. Consumers who want to avoid this stuff (as I do, because the more I learn about these products, the more concerned I become and the more unwilling I am to consume them.
The Natural Solutions Foundation is working on this issue inside, and outside, of the US because that's where the solutions are. What is the US afraid of your knowing? If you read Appendix I (on the right hand side of the Press Release about the situation (http://www.prweb.com/releases/GM_Labeling/Codex/prweb909004.htm)to South Africa's Conference Room Document 21 (now retracted), you will see a pretty good summary of why you should be afraid, very afraid, of eating GM foods. If you read Appendix II of the same document, you will see the official US Policy, taken directly from the FDA's website, on why GM foods are NOT tested for safety and why materials proving their safety are not required before they enter the food chain - and your body!
Two Working Groups on the labeling of GM foods were convened (Oslo, 2007 and Accra, 2008) to deal with this impasse. The Oslo meeting saw the memorable declaration by the US Delegate, FDA's Dr. Barbara Schneeman, that the reason the US FORBIDS any GM labeling is that consumers would overwhelmingly reject GM if they knew they were eating it and therefore, because the US holds that GM and non GM foods are identical, it would be false and misleading information if consumers were told the truth about GM components in their foods. I have previously reported on the stunned silence and astonishment that greeted this revelation, characterized by the EU Delegate (when he could catch his breath!) as "Weird!"
Zimbabwe, Zambia and several other African nations are, in fact, convinced the description should be "Lethal" because they believe that GM food is a genocidal strategy to depopulate Africa [first]. They may be right, given the fact that organisms like Epicyte's spermicide-producing corn, which confers permanent male sterility when eaten, which was patented in 2001. Monsanto and DuPont acquired it for development and proliferation. The extent to which it has contaminated the food chain is currently unknown.* Further, the emerging science of GM impacts is frighteningly clear: eating, raising or growing GM products has many serious impacts.**

That's Our Table!
Nine out of ten Americans already know that they do not want to eat GM foods but the FDA and other decision makers in the US and abroad do not necessarily get the message yet. After all, Big Biotech, like Big Pharma, has bought a seat at the Power Table - in fact, some say they have bought the whole table.Well, we, the "netroots" -- the consumers, have a seat at the table, too - in fact, it's our table! As it happens there is a Codex meeting coming up this month in Ottawa Canada where labeling of GM foods will be on the agenda, once again. For almost 20 years the US has been trying to force Big Biotech's Agenda down the throats (literally!) of the rest of the world. It has not been going well for the US.
The wonderful innovation in Codex proceedings that began at the last Codex Working Group on labeling of GM foods (Feb, Accra), when developing nations told the US that it can no longer dictate what happens to them and their health for the sake of the corporations who determine US policy (and who send advisors to sit on the US delegations of every Codex meeting), will be put to the test at the Codex Committee on Food Labeling (CCFL), April 28-May 2, 2008.

GM: the Most Expensive Cheap Food You'll Ever Eat
GM food is cheap.It is grown under conditions that turn lush complex ecosystems once known as "farms" into monoculture (single crop) deserts.The very concept of integrated farming, where one plant or animal uses the waste of another and sustains the first one (or yet another) is meaningless in monoculture.Vast industrial techniques and huge government subsidies make GM food inexpensive and chemical additives keep the prepared and fast foods so easily available cheap, cheap, cheap.
Foods "rich" in GM ingredients and chemical substitutes for real flavors and components are poor in nutrition.But when you pick up a box of this or that or drive through a fast food lane, you don't tend to count the cost of that cheap food: cancers, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke,Morgellon's Disease, potentially lethal allergies, infertility, depressed immunity, auto immune disease, poor school performance, depression, anxiety, worry about a loved one's illness or your own, doctor bills, hospital bills, lost days at work or school, etc.The "food" may be cheap, but the price you pay for eating or serving it is enormous.
While the US is dedicated in its support of the deadly technology which produces "food" then-President George H. W. Bush declared -- without a shred of science to back him up -- to be identical to natural food, other countries are beginning to fear that they have made a terrible mistake in embracing GM technology.While the rest of the EU, for example, fears GM foods and ingredients, Romania, concerned about the damage to the environment and health, is considering ending its approval of GM food crops.

When you go to a market that sells real, nourishing foods (perhaps your local farmers market) you do not hesitate to bear the extra cost of organic and wholesome foods. You know the hidden cost of cheap, factory-made Franken Foods is the health of your family.
Staples like taro in Hawaii, rice in Asia, soy and corn in the US have already been genetically modified. Papaya, peas, potatoes, pigs, they are all fair game for the GM boys (and girls).Never mind that species besides the crop which has been genetically modified are being contaminated -- for example, us, through Morgellon's Disease.Insects, arguably significantly smarter than we are, have already figured out how to resist the super plants and their loads of super pesticides, becoming resistant and passing their resistance on to the huge levels of pesticide many plants are engineered to produce. But consumers who do not want to eat GM foods and do not want their word, or their bodies, contaminated by GM technology and its cataclysmic mistakes are on the march.In Hawaii, where taro is a staple food, consumers have gotten the State Legislature to consider a 10 year moratorium on GM taro (http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/index.php?p=584).
It would be a good idea to make that march a quick step double time, too, because even the existence of clean food, certified organic, is threatened by the use of GM plants.That may be hard to imagine, but GM food spreads beyond its boundaries on wind and wheels and wings.The continued availability of components to make organic foods, which are grown without pesticides, artificial fertilizers, genetically modifiedcomponents or other food-born toxins is in question.
Widespread contamination of U.S. corn, soybeans and other crops by genetically engineered varieties is threatening the purity of organic and natural food products and driving purveyors of such specialty products to new efforts to protect their markets.

This is particularly remarkable when you consider that although most countries allow a 0.9% contamination level of GM components in organic products, the US allows a shocking 10% contamination in certified organic foods.So if products which are 90% free of GM crops are increasingly hard to come by, what does that say about the urgency of the situation for those of us who do not want to undergo forced drugging by toxic components or Franken Foods?
Ready to Get Involved?
I hope you are now good and steamed and looking for an outlet for your outrage (justified) at a system which actively prohibits labeling of GM foods because it (the FDA) knows that you will reject GM foods so they make it a crime to tell you if your foods are genetically modified.
And, most importantly, get everyone you know to join as well.If ever netroots had a part to play in shaping policy, now is that time.And if ever the timeline before the tipping point into environmental disaster was close enough to take action without waiting any longer, now is that time, too.
We need to force the FDA to REQUIRE labeling of GM foods, not forbid it, to hold hearings on the safety (really, the lack thereof) of GM foods for the environment and for people, to make all corporate information submitted to the FDA about GM foods and non-food crops public, to find out what the USDA knows and does not know about the pharmaceutically modified crops it has lost control of, according to an internal audit of its Pharma modified crop test plantings, etc. And we need to do it quickly.
We need to get GM foods out of schools, hospitals, and off our tables, and we need to do it now!
GM is the problem, but WE, yes, WE! Are the answer…

Thrilling Change in Codex IF We Play Our Cards Right!
I just received the following email signaling the real possibility of success in pushing back US policy to ban labeling of GM foods around the world, just as that information is banned in the US now. The Natural Solutions Foundation has its boots on the ground at Codex meetings and in meetings with decision makers in Health Friendly countries around the world. We constantly advise the developing nations on how to stop acting alone (ineffective against the multinationals and the US) and start acting as a strong bloc.
As you probably remember, we reported that this health freedom bloc had formed in Accra this past February with outstanding initial success. And it will happen again this coming April in Ottawa (and again in Geneval in July) if we play our cards right and continue our strategic and tactical support of the health friendly countries. The Codex Two Step Process is powerful and supports the ability of countries to safeguard the food chain in their countries and keep toxic food out. The Developing World understands this far better than many people in the Developed World and are moving forward because of it. That is very gratifying, as you can imagine.
Here's the email I got yesterday saying clearly that our strategy is bearing fruit and it's time to press forward (you'll instantly understand why the country it is from and the name of the person who sent it are redacted):

To me and many who attended the Working Group meeting [on labeling of genetically modified foods] in Ghana [in February, 2008], the move we took [to force back the US labeling strategy and the associated attempt to set up countries banning GM foods for World Trade Organization sanctions] was exceptional and very rare in the history of such meetings. We need more concrete scientific evidence and very logical reasoning to further advance the success of the African bloc, joined by it allies on this matter, by greater successes in Ottawa and Geneva. We resolve that all the African delegates who represented their countries in Ghana, should make an effort to represent their countries again in Ottawa, Canada. This way it will be a lot easier for us to forge ahead with that kind of solidarity. É.
We all know and strongly believe that the reasons being advanced [to ban labeling of GM foods] by the US, Canada and their allies is a scientific fallacy, but to provide a formidable road block to the US "chess move" to declare all foods (including GM) safe and thus requiring no labeling, needs a lot of concerted efforts. GM plants designed to create their own pesticide (often at levels 10,000 times as concentrated as the same compound produced in unmodified organisms which leads, of course, to tremendous environmental damage, including human toxicity and, in some cases, death) were marketed to make people believe that insects could never develop resistence to them. Natural Solutions Foundation has been attending Codex meetings and developing meaningful relationships with Codex delegates from health freedom countries and taking our message of clean food and the Codex Two Step (http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/index.php?page_id=220) to them.
You also know that in Ghana this past February an historic second was achieved: the US corporate agenda was pushed back one full step by the African coalition which we have helped to build. The rest of that game, of course, will play out at the Codex Committee on Food Labeling (CCFL) in Ottawa and at the Codex Alimentarius Commission in Geneva in July. (The first time we know of that the US got pushed back in Codex was when fluoride was not permitted as an additive in baby formula for healthy infants (November 2006, CCNFSDU, Thailand). That health-friendly triumph was directly due to the scientific dossier prepared by the Natural Solutions Foundation and presented to the delegates during the meeting.
We are building toward the start of a major breakthrough within Codex itself. Three years of very hard work is now beginning to pay off! Now, how do we get to the meeting in Ottawa? We are still running at a significant deficit from last month and we clearly have to be at the Codex meetings in Ottawa and Geneva. FTC Citizens Petition: Breaking New Ground for Health Freedom
We all know that the FDA is not our friend and is, in fact a tragically failed institution (read on for more about its critical failures and our program to change that situation). Most people are also aware that the USDA, home of the National Organic Standards Board (see below for more on that topic, too!), is pretty flawed, too. But few people in the health freedom movement have considered the power of using our Constitution's First Amendment right of Petition to invoke the remarkably powerful Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on the vacine issue. But that is exactly what the Natural Solutions Foundation has done!
Our highly innovative Citizens Petition asks the FTC to use its powers to prevent false and misleading advertising in order to STOP THE VACCINE INDUSTRY FROM SAYING THAT VACCINES ARE SAFE, EFFECTIVE OR PROVEN METHODS OF PREVENTING DISEASE AND PROMOTING HEALTH. Forced Drugging Through 5 Year Spraying of Level 3 Toxin on Entire San Francisco Bay Area for a Non Existant Pest Every 30 Days for 5 years!
If you have to swallow a drug you don't want to take, that is forced drugging. If it is pumped into your veins, that is forced drugging. If you are forced to breath it, and so is your dog, your spouse, your infant, your grandmother and your neighbor, that's forced drugging, too. And that is precisely what is going on in the San Francisco Bay area. And if you are breathing a sigh of relief because you don't live in the Bay area, don't. We believe California is being targeted for something that will come to an arial sprayer near you in the near future: If California decides to stop this madness, the EPA has said that it will seize jurisdiction and spray anyway. Obviously, spraying for a pest that does not exist has a purpose far beyond the so-called "pest".
California has decided to spray the entire San Francisco Bay area, every man, woman, child, duck, bee, fish and ornamental shrub for the Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM), depicted by the government as a threat to the entire agricultural structure of Northern California despite the fact that it may not even be established in the Bay area and has never done any damage to anything and is not an agricultural pest. Their solution? To spray a moth pheramone solution, called Checkmate (c), which allegedly disrups the mating behavior of the male LBAM. It is bonded to tiny flakes, capsuels and other shaped particles of a plastic which allegedly dissolves slowly over 30-70 days, releasing its disorienting chemical. The pheremone is mixed with a toxic brew of "inert ingredients which, although labeled "inert" are biologically active and are, in fact, known carcinogens. The plastic particles are small enough to travel deep into the lungs where they break down with unknown consequences: the material has never been tested on human.
General Stubblebine and I made a special stop in Marin County, CA, on our way to South East Asia (where we are engaged in serious discussions about Codex and protecting Natural Health options here) so we cold attended a community meeting on the serious danger to the population and the ecology of the entire Bay Area posed by the Government of California, backed up by the Federal EPA. They are determined to expand arial spraying of a brew called "Checkmate (c) containing known Level 3 Toxins in both the active and ingredients. CheckMate (c) has never been tested on humans or the environment for safety or effectiveness. The brew contains plastic nanoflakes to which chemicals are bonded. It breaks down over about 70 days in the environment and who-knows-how-long in your lungs before it breaks down to who-knows-what. Checkmate's effect on other life forms (including helpful insencts, fish, etc.) may be known to the manufacturer, but we, the public, do not have that information. There is, however, a considerable amount of meaningful information available. According to two UC scientists, not only can the Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM) not be 'eradicated' by the forced aerial pesticide spraying of the San Francisco Bay Area planned for this summer by a state agency, but it poses no real threat to agriculture in the first place.
UC Davis Entomologist Dr. James Carey and UC Santa Cruz Arboretum Executive Director Dr. Daniel Harder present the results of their research at the March 13, 2008 informational hearing held in San Rafael by State Senator Joe Simitian, Chair of the Senate Environmental Quality Committee.
Dr. Harder's report on his recent trip to New Zealand, where the LBAM is "...effectively controlled almost exclusively by natural predators in both agricultural settings and wild lands," is available on-line at:
The "dreaded LBAM" has not been definitively shown to exist in most areas to be sprayed. If two moths are found in an area it is officially deemed to be infested and the area becomes a candidate for the $75.4 million dollar spraying program. The State of California requires stringent environmental impact statements before spraying pesticides unless there is an emergency. The emergency posed by the LBAM appears to be that there is no emergency: without a problem there would be no reason to spray anything and the LBAM poses no threat of any kind. Therefore, the emergency of not having an emergency has been handled by the people who want the spraying to take place by goving to the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and asking THEM to declare a state of emergency. That way, even if the Governor of California decides to issue and edict halting the spraying, the EPA can step in, take jurisdiction and spray anyway. Why? What else is in the spray?
While the LBAM has never caused any harm to any plant, animal, fish, shrub, crop, or person, Checkmate (c) has. Although the Health Departments of the various regions already sprayed failed to make provisions to find out what the results of the spraying were, or for collecting reports of its impact (actually discarding the reports that did find their way to them), local organizations quickly set up reporting systems for people in Santa Cruz and Monterey. The results were frightening. Although few doctors were aware of the possible effects of the spray, and even fewer people knew, 638 people became ill or very ill from two areal spraying episodes in Santa Cruz. We do not have figures for the number of people who became ill from a single spraying in Monterey because no collection system was set up there.
What is planned for the Bay area is not two sprayings. It is arial spraying EVERY 30 DAYS for 60-120 months for a pest which is hypothetical at best, can easily be controlled by natural preditors if it exists and requires nothing at all to control it.
Is the LBAM the target or are the people of the San Francisco Bay area the target? And is Idaho next? How about New York (where malathione has already been sprayed on people to kill the West Nile Virus mosquito), Montana? Arizona? Or perhaps, all of the US (and beyond?) Sort of like Chemtrails, perhaps?
Spraying will commence in the Bay Area in August, 2008 and continue evdry 30 days or 5 years or longer (up to 10 years) until there are no LBAM left. Since there are virtually none, or none at all, left right now, that seems a pretty weird standard. The deal is that if 2 LBAMs are found in an area, that area is deemed to be infested and the spraying will continue.
You know, there is a silver lining to this ecocidal (genocide?) insanity. The San Francisco area is coming together around this in a way that is hard to imagine unless you have seen it. I have seen it earlier this month at the meeting we attended but I have seen it before: in the 60's and 70's when America said "NO!" to the Viet Nam war. I have seen it before that in the early 60's when America said "YES!" to integration and racial equality under the law. Normal conditions of pregnancy and birth are presented as medical conditions which require drug therapy when there is little or no evidence of any such requirement or success in treatment with these drugs. However, there is a great deal of evidence showing that these anti-depressant and anti-psychotic drugs carry serious risks of suicidal and homicidal thougths and actions (not a good idea in a sleep deprived and possibly worried pregnant or new mother). They also pose a serious risk to the fetus or nursing baby.

Thrilling Change in Codex IF We Play Our Cards Right!
I just received the following email signaling the real possibility of success in pushing back US policy to ban labeling of GM foods around the world, just as that information is banned in the US now. The Natural Solutions Foundation has its boots on the ground at Codex meetings and in meetings with decision makers in Health Friendly countries around the world. We constantly advise the developing nations on how to stop acting alone (ineffective against the multinationals and the US) and start acting as a strong bloc.
As you probably remember, we reported that this health freedom bloc had formed in Accra this past February with outstanding initial success. And it will happen again this coming April in Ottawa (and again in Geneval in July) if we play our cards right and continue our strategic and tactical support of the health friendly countries. The Codex Two Step Process is powerful and supports the ability of countries to safeguard the food chain in their countries and keep toxic food out. The Developing World understands this far better than many people in the Developed World and are moving forward because of it. That is very gratifying, as you can imagine.
Here's the email I got yesterday saying clearly that our strategy is bearing fruit and it's time to press forward (you'll instantly understand why the country it is from and the name of the person who sent it are redacted):

To me and many who attended the Working Group meeting [on labeling of genetically modified foods] in Ghana [in February, 2008], the move we took [to force back the US labeling strategy and the associated attempt to set up countries banning GM foods for World Trade Organization sanctions] was exceptional and very rare in the history of such meetings. …. We need more concrete scientific evidence and very logical reasoning to further advance the success of the African bloc, joined by it allies on this matter, by greater successes in Ottawa and Geneva. We resolve that all the African delegates who represented their countries in Ghana, should make an effort to represent their countries again in Ottawa, Canada. This way it will be a lot easier for us to forge ahead with that kind of solidarity. ….
We all know and strongly believe that the reasons being advanced [to ban labeling of GM foods] by the US, Canada and their allies is a scientific fallacy, but to provide a formidable road block to the US "chess move" to declare all foods (including GM) safe and thus requiring no labeling, needs a lot of concerted efforts. GM plants designed to create their own pesticide (often at levels 10,000 times as concentrated as the same compound produced in unmodified organisms which leads, of course, to tremendous environmental damage, including human toxicity and, in some cases, death) were marketed to make people believe that insects could never develop resistence to them. Natural Solutions Foundation has been attending Codex meetings and developing meaningful relationships with Codex delegates from health freedom countries and taking our message of clean food and the Codex Two Step (http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/index.php?page_id=220) to them.

(The first time we know of that the US got pushed back in Codex was when fluoride was not permitted as an additive in baby formula for healthy infants (November 2006, CCNFSDU, Thailand). That health-friendly triumph was directly due to the scientific dossier prepared by the Natural Solutions Foundation and presented to the delegates during the meeting.
We are building toward the start of a major breakthrough within Codex itself. Three years of very hard work is now beginning to pay off! Now, how do we get to the meeting in Ottawa? FTC Citizens Petition: Breaking New Ground for Health Freedom
We all know that the FDA is not our friend and is, in fact a tragically failed institution (read on for more about its critical failures and our program to change that situation). Most people are also aware that the USDA, home of the National Organic Standards Board (see below for more on that topic, too!), is pretty flawed, too. But few people in the health freedom movement have considered the power of using our Constitution's First Amendment right of Petition to invoke the remarkably powerful Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on the vacine issue. But that is exactly what the Natural Solutions Foundation has done!
Our highly innovative Citizens Petition asks the FTC to use its powers to prevent false and misleading advertising in order to STOP THE VACCINE INDUSTRY FROM SAYING THAT VACCINES ARE SAFE, EFFECTIVE OR PROVEN METHODS OF PREVENTING DISEASE AND PROMOTING HEALTH. Forced Drugging Through 5 Year Spraying of Level 3 Toxin on Entire San Francisco Bay Area for a Non Existant Pest Every 30 Days for 5 years!
If you have to swallow a drug you don't want to take, that is forced drugging. If it is pumped into your veins, that is forced drugging. If you are forced to breath it, and so is your dog, your spouse, your infant, your grandmother and your neighbor, that's forced drugging, too. And that is precisely what is going on in the San Francisco Bay area. And if you are breathing a sigh of relief because you don't live in the Bay area, don't. We believe California is being targeted for something that will come to an arial sprayer near you in the near future: If California decides to stop this madness, the EPA has said that it will seize jurisdiction and spray anyway. Obviously, spraying for a pest that does not exist has a purpose far beyond the so-called "pest".
California has decided to spray the entire San Francisco Bay area, every man, woman, child, duck, bee, fish and ornamental shrub for the Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM), depicted by the government as a threat to the entire agricultural structure of Northern California despite the fact that it may not even be established in the Bay area and has never done any damage to anything and is not an agricultural pest. Their solution? To spray a moth pheramone solution, called Checkmate (c), which allegedly disrups the mating behavior of the male LBAM. It is bonded to tiny flakes, capsuels and other shaped particles of a plastic which allegedly dissolves slowly over 30-70 days, releasing its disorienting chemical. The pheremone is mixed with a toxic brew of "inert ingredients which, although labeled "inert" are biologically active and are, in fact, known carcinogens. The plastic particles are small enough to travel deep into the lungs where they break down with unknown consequences: the material has never been tested on human.
General Stubblebine and I made a special stop in Marin County, CA, on our way to South East Asia (where we are engaged in serious discussions about Codex and protecting Natural Health options here) so we cold attended a community meeting on the serious danger to the population and the ecology of the entire Bay Area posed by the Government of California, backed up by the Federal EPA. They are determined to expand arial spraying of a brew called "Checkmate (c) containing known Level 3 Toxins in both the active and ingredients. CheckMate (c) has never been tested on humans or the environment for safety or effectiveness. The brew contains plastic nanoflakes to which chemicals are bonded. It breaks down over about 70 days in the environment and who-knows-how-long in your lungs before it breaks down to who-knows-what. Checkmate's effect on other life forms (including helpful insencts, fish, etc.) may be known to the manufacturer, but we, the public, do not have that information. There is, however, a considerable amount of meaningful information available. According to two UC scientists, not only can the Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM) not be 'eradicated' by the forced aerial pesticide spraying of the San Francisco Bay Area planned for this summer by a state agency, but it poses no real threat to agriculture in the first place.
UC Davis Entomologist Dr. James Carey and UC Santa Cruz Arboretum Executive Director Dr. Daniel Harder present the results of their research at the March 13, 2008 informational hearing held in San Rafael by State Senator Joe Simitian, Chair of the Senate Environmental Quality Committee.
Dr. Harder's report on his recent trip to New Zealand, where the LBAM is "...effectively controlled almost exclusively by natural predators in both agricultural settings and wild lands," is available on-line at:
The "dreaded LBAM" has not been definitively shown to exist in most areas to be sprayed. If two moths are found in an area it is officially deemed to be infested and the area becomes a candidate for the $75.4 million dollar spraying program. The State of California requires stringent environmental impact statements before spraying pesticides unless there is an emergency. The emergency posed by the LBAM appears to be that there is no emergency: without a problem there would be no reason to spray anything and the LBAM poses no threat of any kind. Therefore, the emergency of not having an emergency has been handled by the people who want the spraying to take place by goving to the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and asking THEM to declare a state of emergency. That way, even if the Governor of California decides to issue and edict halting the spraying, the EPA can step in, take jurisdiction and spray anyway. Why? What else is in the spray?
While the LBAM has never caused any harm to any plant, animal, fish, shrub, crop, or person, Checkmate (c) has. Although the Health Departments of the various regions already sprayed failed to make provisions to find out what the results of the spraying were, or for collecting reports of its impact (actually discarding the reports that did find their way to them), local organizations quickly set up reporting systems for people in Santa Cruz and Monterey. The results were frightening. Although few doctors were aware of the possible effects of the spray, and even fewer people knew, 638 people became ill or very ill from two areal spraying episodes in Santa Cruz. We do not have figures for the number of people who became ill from a single spraying in Monterey because no collection system was set up there.
What is planned for the Bay area is not two sprayings. It is arial spraying EVERY 30 DAYS for 60-120 months for a pest which is hypothetical at best, can easily be controlled by natural preditors if it exists and requires nothing at all to control it.
Is the LBAM the target or are the people of the San Francisco Bay area the target? And is Idaho next? How about New York (where malathione has already been sprayed on people to kill the West Nile Virus mosquito), Montana? Arizona? Or perhaps, all of the US (and beyond?) Sort of like Chemtrails, perhaps?
Spraying will commence in the Bay Area in August, 2008 and continue evdry 30 days or 5 years or longer (up to 10 years) until there are no LBAM left. Since there are virtually none, or none at all, left right now, that seems a pretty weird standard. The deal is that if 2 LBAMs are found in an area, that area is deemed to be infested and the spraying will continue.
You know, there is a silver lining to this ecocidal (genocide?) insanity. The San Francisco area is coming together around this in a way that is hard to imagine unless you have seen it. I have seen it earlier this month at the meeting we attended but I have seen it before: in the 60's and 70's when America said "NO!" to the Viet Nam war. I have seen it before that in the early 60's when America said "YES!" to integration and racial equality under the law. This is an important alert from Natural Solutions Foundation! Pregnant mothers and their unborn babies are at risk if Congress passes the seriously misguided "Mother's Act", S. 1375, which calls for mandatory screeding of all pregnant and new mothers and subsequent "treatment" of Postpartum Blues, Depression and Psychosis with drugs.
Senator Menendez (D - NJ) admits on his web site, "This bill helps mothers by providing important education and screening on postpartum depression that can lead to early identification and treatment." We know that Federal "recomendations" soon turn into State mandates.
Normal conditions of pregnancy and birth are presented as medical conditions which require drug therapy when there is little or no evidence of any such requirement or success in treatment with these drugs. However, there is a great deal of evidence showing that these anti-depressant and anti-psychotic drugs carry serious risks of suicidal and homicidal thougths and actions (not a good idea in a sleep deprived and possibly worried pregnant or new mother). They also pose a serious risk to the fetus or nursing baby.

Soft Fascism and Fake Health Freedom
What happens when our side, the Natural Medicine side, turns against itself and begins disenfranchsing competing elements? Soft fascism.
Take Ohio, for example: "Ohio law is not favorable to freedom of choice in health care. This state, since 1983, has had a very restrictive dietitian's law that prevents non-registered individuals from speaking freely to other individuals about nutrition. While this old law is contrary to Constitution principals, such as that announced in Thompson v Western States - 535 U.S. 357, 2002 it has set the tone for CAM health care enactments in Ohio."

Continued progress on our natural solutions demonstration project in the Santa Clara area of Panama, with about 100 people participating in the forum. We're reviewing survey estimates and expect to have a full topological survey of the land, showing the extent of the existing organic coffee plantation and identifying areas for homesites, organic+ farm and school and the Advanced Wellness Spa. "We met with a direct underling to the Minister of Health in X [a developing African nation - we don't want to identify it because it could be subect to extreme US and corporate pressure between now and our meeting] who is responsible for all preventive health in that country. She is very excited about the fact that concerted action by an alliance of Health Conscious Nations (HCN) can turn Codex Alimentarius (the World Food Code) to the advantage of food consumers, especially in areas like Africa…
Our contact has risked his whole career for this so he is counting on us to come through for him.She is fantastic… I do not want to announce publicly that we are in this country but we want to tell our netroots it would appear that the Natural Solutions Foundation interventions and connections over the last 3 years are bearing fruit in changing the mindset of Codex delegates and therefore the will of the countries in the developing world to take the power back to protect their people.
These countries banded together… for the first time, to stand together to counter the Big Agra/Big Pharma agenda. Realizing that the seemingly innocuous language used by the US to create a heading that would ordinarily seem quite innocent ("foods are considered safe if they are on the market"), would mean that, in an international trade dispute, say before the WHO, the refusing (or labeling) country could be found to be creating "a barrier to trade" because they were keeping out foods that were already known to be "safe."
But GM foods are NOT known to be safe and are on the market in ever increasing numbers.The FDA prevents their labeling in the US and wants to do the same all over the world…
Africa got it and led the revolt that took the "safety" words out of their proposed heading!

Dr. Rima and Gen. Bert were just in Ghana at the Codex GM working group. In the next few days they will be in several other African countries. Through your generosity we made a difference there again!
Internet service there is excruciatingly slow and very expensive. So Rima's emailed me her Codex Blog which I've posted on the www.healthfreedomusa.org web site. Here is paraphrasing of part of it:
"Let me cut to the chase: You already know that your health freedom is under attack in the US (think compulsory vaccination, unlabeled GM foods, cloned meat and milk, vaporized medical privacy, banning DHEA and bioidentical hormones, etc.) and through multinational interests impacting international bodies like Codex.
"General Stubblebine and I were at the second Codex "Working Group on the Labeling of Certain Foods Derived from Genetic Modification/Genetic Engineering" (GM/GE) which came into being when the US tried to get the labeling of GM foods off the Codex agenda.
"You see, if there as long as countries are part of Codex and the WTO (World Trade Organization) and there is no standard by which a country can control the GM labeling of the food that the US and its GM-friendly national buddies (like Australia, for example, and Argentina, Mexico, Canada and the others) to declare what food is GM (or has GM ingredients), then they are powerless to protect their people, their environment and their crops from the dangers of biotechnology."
The fact that this Working Group exists, by the way, is a validation of the Natural Solutions Foundation strategy of working with the developing world to force the changes that will protect them (and us!) in the Codex process.
"The US and its multinational corporate buddies (which function a lot like a mama duck and her ducklings following right in a row behind her) have been trying to bull through unlabeled GM foods for international trade for nearly a decade and a half using various parts of the Codex process to accomplish their desires. There are a great many countries, however, that are, thankfully, having none of it!
"The EU and many Asian and African countries have not been willing to accept the US FDA's assurances that these "foods" are either safe or identical to unmodified foods. Many of them, like Japan, Norway and the EU have gone on in that time to require identification of GM food on the labels that consumers will see so that they have a choice or to prohibit GM "food" altogether. This is not what the US wants. It clearly is not what the Biotech industry wants. In fact, in the US, as you probably already know, it is not permitted to label the food or food components which are GM in foods you make or sell.
"The FDA states that such labeling, although truthful, would be "false and misleading" ...huh? When Dr. Schneeman announced that the FDA believes that GM food is the same as non GM food and that the fact that consumers would reject it if they knew that food was GM allowed them to withhold the truth from them because that true information would be "false and misleading". If you remember the FDA's position last year at this meeting in Oslo,.
"Dr. Schneeman of the FDA and her delegation and their supporters from the Biotech Industry and the International Grocery Manufacturer's Association (yes, they are here as NGOs) tried stone walling the attempts of countries like Ghana, Mali and other developing nations to force the labeling of any genetically modified foods. I have to hand it to Dr. Scheeman: she is adroit and very, very skillful at using parlimentary procedure; too bad the position she asserts violates US statutory law, case law and constitutional law!"

Dr. Rima and Gen. Bert are engaged in effective and complex health freedom actions in the US and, as you can see from the above, internationally at Codex and elsewhere. I'll be back in Washington on February 7th to meet with Congressional staffers and other decision makers, bringing the Natural Solutions message regarding health freedom concerns like forced vaccination and Codex attacks on truthful information.
Our efforts, if being done by a country or industry association would have a dozen full time people. Here we have to rely on the part time volunteer efforts of a handfull. But even with that, we need a minimum of about $45,000 per month. Your generous efforts have, during some months, brought us up to a half or 2/3 of that requirement, and we've made do; but we could do much more with more support. Hundreds of thousands will get this eblast; ten to twenty percent will open it; two percent will do something... and between 300 and 600 people will donate monthly; some have become Health Freedom Heroes by signing on for a regular monthly donation... that really helps since it lets us budget and plan in advance.
With enough funding for travel, taking on basic staff support, legislative and other research, video and ebook production, Congressional Education and the like, we can have an increasing impact on decisions makers.
It is simple: we are looking for 450 people to pledge $100 per month or 900 people to pledge $50 per month or about $1.66 per day to make sure that we are able to continue this critical battle. No one else is carrying out these activities and no one else has as far reaching and effective a program as you have with the Natural Solutions Foundation.
