In their infinite wisdom, the United States' Founders created the Electoral College to ensure the STATES were fairly represented. Why should one or two densely populated areas speak for the whole of the nation?
The following list of statistics has been making the rounds on the Internet. It should finally put an end to the argument as to why the Electoral College makes sense.

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.
Trump won 3,084 of them.
Clinton won 57.
There are 62 counties in New York State.
Trump won 46 of them.
Clinton won 16.
Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.
In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)
Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.
These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles.
The United States is comprised of 3,797,000 square miles.
When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.
Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc.) DO NOT and SHOULD NOT speak for the rest of our country!
And...it's been verified and documented that those aforementioned 319 square miles are where the majority of our nation's problems foment.

I wrote and posted this article in 2018. I recently revisited it and confirmed how important this information, gathered by Steve Aftergood, is.
For decades, people have been accusing the government of hiding advanced technology. Here we have a serious clue. Something in the record and on the record. It is only a very small piece of the puzzle, but it's a potent piece, if you'll stop and think about it.
The world is waking up to censorship of information by the press, by corporations, and by government. Here we have what amounts to a US government POLICY of censoring certain inventions, groundbreaking inventions.
Here is my brief 2018 piece: How many of these 5,000-plus patents, if granted, would be game changers for planet Earth? Who knows?

From FAS (Federation of American Scientists), Secrecy News, Oct. 21, 2010, "Invention Secrecy Still Going Strong," by Steven Aftergood:
"There were 5,135 inventions that were under secrecy orders at the end of Fiscal Year 2010, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office told Secrecy News last week. It's a 1% rise over the year before, and the highest total in more than a decade."
"Under the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951, patent applications on new inventions can be subject to secrecy orders restricting their publication if government agencies believe that disclosure would be 'detrimental to the national security'."
"The current list of technology areas that is used to screen patent applications for possible restriction under the Invention Secrecy Act is not publicly available and has been denied under the Freedom of Information Act. (An appeal is pending.)..."
"Most of the listed technology areas are closely related to military applications. But some of them range more widely."
"Thus, the 1971 list indicates that patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and possible restriction IF THE PHOTOVOLTAICS WERE MORE THAN 20% EFFFICIENT. Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and possible restriction IF THEY OFFERED CONVERSION EFFICIENCIES 'IN EXCESS OF 70-80%'." (Emphasis is mine.)
"One may fairly ask if disclosure of such technologies could really have been 'detrimental to the national security,' or whether the opposite would be closer to the truth. One may further ask what comparable advances in technology may be subject to restriction and non-disclosure today. But no answers are forthcoming, and the invention secrecy system persists with no discernible external review."
If you're one of those people who maintains that advanced technology is being held away from the public, here is an overall smoking gun that validates your stance.
And you can see that breakthrough energy tech, which would radically lessen the need for oil, would be on the secrecy-do-not-release list.
What else is on the list? Old Tesla patents, for example?
The US Patent Office is an official chokepoint for the "planned society"---or should we say the "restricted society."
But this is not to say advanced technology is always shelved or scuttled. The patent applications, in suspended animation at the US Patent Office, can be quietly disclosed, for example, to government researchers engaged in black-budget projects, where the data and the research are turned to "other uses."
Innovative inventors, who can revolutionize society for the good, incur risks if they submit their patent applications to the State. Getting trapped in limbo, while outright theft of their research occurs, is one of those risks.
On the other hand, if a giant corporation has an invention that deploys the genetic engineering of food crops, and adds millions of tons of toxic pesticides to the environment, its patent application sails through review at the Patent Office...

US House just now passed big amnesty
260 Representatives agreed that ag wages are too high and voted for a bill to keep wages from rising.
What did your activism accomplish?
DEAR FRIENDS,
I'm sorry to report that the U.S. House of Representatives a few minutes ago passed the H.R. 5038 ag amnesty and indentured servitude act by a vote of 260 to 165. (As noted below, although the grassroots opposition was not enough to defeat this bill in the House, there are reasons to believe it may have been enough to block this in the Senate.) While some supporters of the bill called Americans lazy and said ag wages are too high, I am proud of NumbersUSA activists across the country who stood with us on the side of American workers.
VOTING YES ON THE AMNESTY
Amazingly, 226 Democrats took the side of law-breaking agri-business employers and their illegal workers against the legal workers in the ag industry. Joining them in supporting the amnesty for employers who have massively broken immigration laws for years were 34 Republicans voting YES. Everybody's votes will show up on their NumbersUSA Report Cards tomorrow, and their grades will reflect where they stood this evening.
VOTING NO ON THE AMNESTY
Voting NO to the amnesty were 161 Republicans , three Democrats and one Independent. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR THOUSANDS OF PHONE CALLS IN OPPOSITION Yes, we lost this vote. But we have gone into every fight in the 23 years of our existence with the idea that there are always ways to win while losing. That is, we often can set up better results in the future even while losing an immediate battle. The view from Capitol Hill earlier this week was that the House was ready to pass this amnesty in a landslide that showed such bi-partisan consensus that the majority Republicans in the Senate would have to move the amnesty on to the President. Thanks to the grassroots opposition that poured into congressional offices over the phone lines, that consensus did not occur. The phone blitz certainly blunted the momentum for the bi-partisan consensus and helped the majority of House Republicans to stand against the tide of cheap-labor ag industry lobbying. We hope that the fact that more than 80% of the Republicans in the House voted against the bill will signal to the Republican majority in the Senate that they should stop this travesty of a bill.
ESPECIALLY INTERESTING VOTES
Those of you phoning the offices of the following Representatives should feel especially pleased about the way they responded on the floor of the House. Three Democrats broke ranks and voted NO, siding with the legal workers -- and with ag employers who have chosen to obey the law.

Also, even though the libertarian CATO Institute endorsed the amnesty, Rep. Amash (a Michigan Libertarian) voted NO. In addition, every office of a Representative voting YES has been made aware this week of just how horrible a vote for this bill sounds to many constituents. Thank you for all of the important information. I greatly appreciate it and enjoy learning from your various websites. However, I downloaded the PDF of sigils and printed a page on avery labels #5160 and they worked just fine. I just attempted to print another page of sigils and now my printer says, “all items may not fit on the page” and when I go ahead and print anyway only the inner spiral prints without the side artwork. I’m baffled – I then attempted to “clip” a sigil and insert into an Avery template from the Avery website and insert a whole page of sigils into the label template. When I printed them they were not aligned at all into each label. I was bummed. I was attempting to print more sigils to give out to others — all to no avail. Have you ever heard of this happening before and if so….do you know what the solution might be? I’ve worked on computers for decades in admin type positions and I can’t believe I can’t print a page of sigils

Thanks again for the Sigil PDF’s etc. I finally got my Avery labels to print perfectly again! In addition to using them as you have suggested on ourspirit.com I purchased a package of plastic name tags which I have inserted them into — then I can wear them with many different items of clothing. See attached photos.
In addition, after viewing your video on the Qube I went about placing sigils everywhere in my home, on radios, tv’s, water containers, computers, front and back doors, and so forth. The next day I shared the Qube video with my boyfriend, as we often watch your various videos and recordings together. He was quite interested in the sigils and then I pointed them out to him around the house and told him that I had placed them around a day earlier. He then said, “well, I do think they are working because I have noticed that just in the last day his morning and evening TM meditations had become more “coherent” and he wasn’t kidding with me”.
So that’s why I’ve been busy printing up extra labels because he’s sending them to his grown children, grand-children and even his ex-wife (divorced in 2003) and various other relatives

Yes, this is how they work. They clear the detrimental “fog” in the room that is keeping you from connecting to your “higher self”. This Issue: Border apprehensions and inadmissibles down nearly 50% in November compared to last year

Lost in this week's news over the House vote on farm amnesty legislation was the report on November's border statistics. For the sixth consecutive month, the total number of border apprehensions and inadmissibles was down compared to the previous month, hitting their lowest mark since July 2018. In general, reductions in apprehensions is a good sign that total illegal crossings are similarly dropping. Last month, border patrol officers arrested 33,510 illegal border crossers.
They included:
* Single adults -- Nearly two-thirds of the total.
* Family units -- 9,000 was a decline from October.
* UACs -- The number of unaccompanied alien children (UAC) did increase by 17% with 3,321 UACs being apprehended last month.
The number of inadmissibles also declined in November by 6%. Inadmissibles include individuals encountered at ports of entry who are seeking admission but deemed inadmissible, individuals seeking humanitarian protection, and individuals who withdrew an application for admission. It's still difficult to assess how much of the decline in illegal border crossings is due to policies put in place by the Trump Administration during the height of the border surge, or due to seasonal fluctuations. The most recent border surge began right around this time last year. In November 2018, total apprehensions and inadmissibles were 62,469, so we've seen close to a 50% decline year-to-year. SEN. LEE TO TRY AGAIN TO LIFT COUNTRY CAPS
Breitbart reports that Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) will once again ask for unanimous consent next week to pass S.386, the Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act. The bill would lift the per-country caps on employment-based green cards, allowing most green cards to go to foreign workers from either India or China. While the bill would not directly increase legal immigration, it would result in most employment-based green cards going to nationals from only a handful of countries, reducing diversity within the immigration system. Further, since Indian and Chinese immigrants are concentrated in the tech industry, few employment-based green cards would be available for workers in other industries. We've already seen opposition to S.386 from the healthcare industry, and now the dairy industry is speaking up. Breitbart reports that Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) will object to Sen. Lee's next unanimous consent request on behalf of the dairy industry. Dairy farmers are concerned that by allowing most green cards to go to nationals from India, it would prevent them from rewarding long-serving dairy workers with green cards.

House Approves Amnesty & Indentured Servitude for Illegal Farm Workers

The House of Representatives approved legislation on Wednesday night that would grant amnesty to more than 1 million illegal farm workers and renew the outdated system of indentured servitude to guarantee a steady and cheap foreign worker labor force going forward. The bill passed 260-165, mostly along party lines with all but four Democrats who were present supporting the legislation and more than 80% of the Republicans opposing the legislation.
Non-border immigration arrests in the United States fell by 10 percent in the year to September from a year earlier, the latest U.S. data shows, a drop the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said was partly due to the diversion of the agencc's resources to the border.

Since logic is no longer taught as a required subject in schools, the door is open to all sorts of bizarre reactions to the presence of information.
Here are three favorites:
One: grab the headline or the title of an article, make up your mind about how you "feel," and ignore everything else.
Two: Actually read the article until you find a piece of information that appeals to you for any reason; latch on to it, and run with it in any direction. In all cases, the direction will have nothing to do with the intent of the article.
Three: From the moment you begin to read the headline of the article, be in a state of "free association." Take any word or sentence and connect it to an arbitrary thought or feeling, associate that thought with yet another arbitrary thought...and keep going until you become tired or bored.
You might be surprised at how many people use these three "methods of analysis."
The very idea that the author of the article is making a central point doesn't really register. And certainly, the notion that the author is providing evidence for the central point and reasoning his way from A to B to C is alien.
A college liberal education? These days it could be imparted in a matter of weeks, simply by hammering a small set of values into students' skulls---along with requisite guilt and fear at the prospect of wandering off the reservation.
Logic as a subject is viewed with grave suspicion, as if it might involuntarily take a person down the wrong track and dump him in a politically incorrect ditch---a fate to be avoided at all costs. Therefore, the practice of rational debate is on the way out. Too risky. Besides, the preferred method of dealing with opponents is screaming at them, shoving them off stage, and whining about "being triggered."
If you think obtaining what's called a liberal college education is vastly overrated (and absurdly expensive), you're right. Learning logic, instead, would be a good start down a different road.
And an analysis of the principle of "greatest good for the greatest number" would be very, very useful---since it underpins so much of values-centered education these days.
What does greatest good mean, specifically? How would it be achieved? Who would implement it? How would the implementation affect individual freedom? Wrestling with these questions would open up whole new territories of insight.
As I've mentioned in past articles, when I taught a few basics of logic to middle-school students, the clutter in their minds receded. They found the ability to follow a line of thought---for the first time, they recognized there was such a thing as a connected flow of reasoning from A to B to C to D. The lights went on.
The world may be sinking into deeper levels of know-nothing non-rationality, but that's not a good excuse for trailing along down into the swamp. It should be a wake-up call to go the other way.
No matter what anyone says, it's not a crime to be smarter than other people.

We went through a period of about two weeks where things accelerated from “yea the dems are talking about gun control again” to “holy shit, they’re literally pushing out bill after bill after bill to create felons out of conservatives, threatening the NG to enforce their bullshit when the sheriff’s refuse, and are now creating retribution legislation in response to 2A sanctuary counties, so that they can simply fire/remove (at least in their minds) any sheriff, DA, deputy or any other government employee who refuses to enforce their unconstitutional bullshit, and bar them from public service —- All at the speed of light…
Like, the shit accelerated so fast, the water boiled so quickly… A lot of people are still on absolute edge, and there’s no sign it’s slowing down.

Medical News Today reports that, in 2011, there was a modest uptick in the number of prescriptions written in the US.
The increase brought the total to: 4.02 billion.
Yes, in 2011, doctors wrote 4.02 billion prescriptions for drugs in America.
That's an average of roughly 13 prescriptions for each man, woman, and child.
That's about one new prescription every month for every American.
The Medical News Today article concluded, "...the industry should be heartened by the growth of the number of prescriptions and spending." Yes, I'm sure the drug industry is popping champagne corks.
We're talking about prescriptions here. We're not talking about the number of pills Americans took. We're also not counting over-the-counter drugs or vaccine shots.
Pharmacopoeia, a 2011 exhibition at the British Museum, estimated that "the average number of pills a person takes in his or her own lifetime in the UK is 14,000." That's as a result of prescriptions. Including over-the-counter drugs, the 14,000 number would swell to 40,000 pills taken in a lifetime.
What are the effects of all these drugs?
We are looking at a supreme Trojan Horse that is rotting out America and all other countries from the inside. Wars, no wars, economic deprivation, economic prosperity, the drugs continue to do their work, debilitating and ruining and terminating lives.

On January 8th, 2001, the LA Times published an article by one of the best medical reporters in the business, Linda Marsa: "When Good Drugs Do Harm." Marsa quoted researcher Dr. David Bates, who indicated that, in the US, there are 36 million serious adverse reactions to medical drugs per year.
On July 26, 2000, the Journal of the American Medical Association published the most stunning mainstream estimate of medical-drug damage in history: "Is US health really the best in the world?" The author was Dr. Barbara Starfield, a respected public-health researcher at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
Starfield concluded that medical drugs were killing Americans at the rate of 106,000 per year.
That's a million deaths per decade.

Q: You were once certain that vaccines were the hallmark of good medicine.
A: Yes I was. I helped develop a few vaccines. I won't say which ones.
Q: Why not?
A: I want to preserve my privacy.
Q: So you think you could have problems if you came out into the open?
A: I believe I could lose my pension.
Q: On what grounds?
A: The grounds don't matter. These people have ways of causing you problems, when you were once part of the Club. I know one or two people who were put under surveillance, who were harassed.
Q: Harassed by whom?
A: The FBI.
Q: Really?
A: Sure. The FBI used other pretexts. And the IRS can come calling too.
Q: So much for free speech.
A: I was "part of the inner circle." If now I began to name names and make specific accusations against researchers, I could be in a world of trouble.
Q: What is at the bottom of these efforts at harassment?
A: Vaccines are the last defense of modern medicine. Vaccines are the ultimate justification for the overall "brilliance" of modern medicine.
Q: Do you believe that people should be allowed to choose whether they should get vaccines?
A: On a political level, yes. On a scientific level, people need information, so that they can choose well. It's one thing to say choice is good. But if the atmosphere is full of lies, how can you choose? Also, if the FDA were run by honorable people, these vaccines would not be granted licenses. They would be investigated to within an inch of their lives.
Q: There are medical historians who state that the overall decline of illnesses was not due to vaccines.
A: I know. For a long time, I ignored their work.
Q: Why?
A: Because I was afraid of what I would find out. I was in the business of developing vaccines. My livelihood depended on continuing that work.
Q: And then?
A: I did my own investigation.
Q: What conclusions did you come to?
A: The decline of disease is due to improved living conditions.
Q: What conditions?
A: Cleaner water. Advanced sewage systems. Nutrition. Fresher food. A decrease in poverty. Germs may be everywhere, but when you are healthy, you don't contract the diseases as easily.
Q: What did you feel when you completed your own investigation?
A: Despair. I realized I was working a sector based on a collection of lies.
Q: Are some vaccines more dangerous than others?
A: Yes. The DPT shot, for example. The MMR. But some lots of a vaccine are more dangerous than other lots of the same vaccine. As far as I'm concerned, all vaccines are dangerous.
Q: Why?
A: Several reasons. They involve the human immune system in a process that tends to compromise immunity. They can actually cause the disease they are supposed to prevent. They can cause other diseases than the ones they are supposed to prevent.
Q: Why are we quoted statistics which seem to prove that vaccines have been tremendously successful at wiping out diseases?
A: Why? To give the illusion that these vaccines are useful. If a vaccine suppresses visible symptoms of a disease like measles, everyone assumes that the vaccine is a success. But, under the surface, the vaccine can harm the immune system itself. And if it causes other diseases -- say, meningitis -- that fact is masked, because no one believes that the vaccine can do that. The connection is overlooked.
Q: It is said that the smallpox vaccine wiped out smallpox in England.
A: Yes. But when you study the available statistics, you get another picture.
Q: Which is?
A: There were cities in England where people who were not vaccinated did not get smallpox. There were places where people who were vaccinated experienced smallpox epidemics. And smallpox was already on the decline before the vaccine was introduced.
Q: So you're saying that we have been treated to a false history.
A: Yes. That's exactly what I'm saying. This is a history that has been cooked up to convince people that vaccines are invariably safe and effective.
Q: Now, you worked in labs. Where purity was an issue.
A: The public believes that these labs, these manufacturing facilities are the cleanest places in the world. That is not true. Contamination occurs all the time. You get all sorts of debris introduced into vaccines.
Q: For example, the SV40 monkey virus slips into the polio vaccine.
A: Well yes, that happened. But that's not what I mean. The SV40 got into the polio vaccine because the vaccine was made by using monkey kidneys. But I'm talking about something else. The actual lab conditions. The mistakes. The careless errors. SV40, which was later found in cancer tumors -- that was what I would call a structural problem. It was an accepted part of the manufacturing process. If you use monkey kidneys, you open the door to germs which you don't know are in those kidneys.
Q: Okay, but let's ignore that distinction between different types of contaminants for a moment. What contaminants did you find in your many years of work with vaccines?
A: All right. I'll give you some of what I came across, and I'll also give you what colleagues of mine found. Here's a partial list. In the Rimavex measles vaccine, we found various chicken viruses. In polio vaccine, we found acanthamoeba, which is a so-called "brain-eating" amoeba.
Simian cytomegalovirus in polio vaccine. Simian foamy virus in the rotavirus vaccine. Bird-cancer viruses in the MMR vaccine. Various micro-organisms in the anthrax vaccine. I've found potentially dangerous enzyme inhibitors in several vaccines. Duck, dog, and rabbit viruses in the rubella vaccine. Avian leucosis virus in the flu vaccine. Pestivirus in the MMR vaccine.
Q: Let me get this straight. These are all contaminants which don't belong in the vaccines.
A: That's right. And if you try to calculate what damage these contaminants can cause, well, we don't really know, because no testing has been done, or very little testing. It's a game of roulette. You take your chances. Also, most people don't know that some polio vaccines, adenovirus vaccines, rubella and hep A and measles vaccines have been made with aborted human fetal tissue. I have found what I believed were bacterial fragments and poliovirus in these vaccines from time to time -- which may have come from that fetal tissue. When you look for contaminants in vaccines, you can come up with material that IS puzzling. You know it shouldn't be there, but you don't know exactly what you've got. I have found what I believed was a very small "fragment" of human hair and also human mucus. I have found what can only be called "foreign protein," which could mean almost anything. It could mean protein from viruses.
Q: Alarm bells are ringing all over the place.
A: How do you think I felt? Remember, this material is going into the bloodstream without passing through some of the ordinary immune defenses.
Q: How were your findings received?
A: Basically, it was, don't worry, this can't be helped. In making vaccines, you use various animals' tissue, and that's where this kind of contamination enters in. Of course, I'm not even mentioning the standard chemicals like formaldehyde, mercury, and aluminum which are purposely put into vaccines.
Q: This information is pretty staggering.
A: Yes. And I'm just mentioning some of the biological contaminants. Who knows how many others there are? Others we don't find because we don't think to look for them. If tissue from, say, a bird is used to make a vaccine, how many possible germs can be in that tissue? We have no idea. We have no idea what they might be, or what effects they could have on humans.
Q: And beyond the purity issue?
A: You are dealing with the basic faulty premise about vaccines. That they intricately stimulate the immune system to create the conditions for immunity from disease. That is the bad premise. It doesn't work that way. A vaccine is supposed to "create" antibodies which, indirectly, offer protection against disease. However, the immune system is much larger and more involved than antibodies and their related "killer cells."
Q: The immune system is?
A: The entire body, really. Plus the mind. It's all immune system, you might say. That is why you can have, in the middle of an epidemic, those individuals who remain healthy.
Q: So the level of general health is important.
A: More than important. Vital.
Q: How are vaccine statistics falsely presented?
A: There are many ways. For example, suppose that 25 people who have received the hepatitis B vaccine come down with hepatitis. Well, hep B is a liver disease. But you can call liver disease many things. You can change the diagnosis. Then, you've concealed the root cause of the problem.
Q: And that happens?
A: All the time. It HAS to happen, if the doctors automatically assume that people who get vaccines DO NOT come down with the diseases they are now supposed to be protected from. And that is exactly what doctors assume. You see, it's circular reasoning. It's a closed system. It admits no fault. No possible fault. If a person who gets a vaccine against hepatitis gets hepatitis, or gets some other disease, the automatic assumption is, this had nothing to do with the disease.
Q: In your years working in the vaccine establishment, how many doctors did you encounter who admitted that vaccines were a problem?
A: None. There were a few who privately questioned what they were doing. But they would never go public, even within their companies.
Q: What was the turning point for you?
A: I had a friend whose baby died after a DPT shot.
Q: Did you investigate?
A: Yes, informally. I found that this baby was completely healthy before the vaccination. There was no reason for his death, except the vaccine. That started my doubts. Of course, I wanted to believe that the baby had gotten a bad shot from a bad lot. But as I looked into this further, I found that was not the case in this instance. I was being drawn into a spiral of doubt that increased over time. I continued to investigate. I found that, contrary to what I thought, vaccines are not tested in a scientific way.

4: Health revolution…We need to move back to natural health and environmental health plus personal health.
5: Arrests. At least 100 of them . The impeachment scam is because the evidence is about to come out that will put many of them in jail and shame many of them out of public office.
6: Termination of Mossad, CIA, and FBI criminal operation across the United States. Jeffrey Epstein was the tip of the iceburg. The dirty little secret is the US is an occupied country with a faschist underbelly doing secret surveillance . It is preying on our public with impunity. 9: 75 % of all lands west of the Mississippi should be returned to the states. There is no reason for the Federal Government to own and control almost 90% of the land west of the Mississippi. 10: A Manhatten project for farmers focused on free and renewable energy while eliminating pesticides that kill everything and are causing mutations in human beings . with free energy you can do unlimited de-salinated water that refills the aquafer and restored the desert.
11. Termination of 5G and Geo-engineering. I believe the President is starting to do some of this.
12: Termination of the toxic vaccinations program. I would have a massive investigation into the criminal disease control mafia and the crimes of the pharmacuetical companies. Included in this is compensations for all victims of vaccines, pesticides, GMO foods and more.
13: Mr. President- you said the system is rigged…why are you not unrigging it? It’s called a “Bill of Attainder,” and it’s expressly prohibited in Secs. 1.9.3 and 1.10.1 on both the Federal and the State level.
The Founders purposely did not give the legislature “judicial power.” This was given only to the Judicial Branch. Only they can find a person guilty of a crime, and then only by established procedure. Congress is entitled to act before an indictment is actually handed down, but it is quite clear that the impeached person “will still face indictment, trial, conviction and punishment” in the actual Court.
But here … the President faces none of this. No indictment has been issued nor is any contemplated. The allegations of collusion and obstruction, researched over two years at a cost of $40 million, were dismissed. There is no Constitutional basis to proceed.
What we have is “attainder.” Where the legislature simply declares the person to be guilty, and punishes him (by impeachment), all without benefit of trial or due process. Trump is quite correct: at least the women in Salem were given a trial.
We can’t just sit on our hands and tell these people how mean they are. We have to stop this, or we will endure repetitions of it forevermore. As Bill Barr observed in his unsolicited legal treatise before becoming AG, no one in the Executive (or Judicial) Branch will be able to function. Even better, we have strong hopes that this bill will not be brought up for a vote if we push hard enough against it. Attorney General; Comey gets fired based upon a letter by Rosenstein; Comey leaks government information to the press; Mueller is assigned to the Russian Investigation sham by Rosenstein to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI and DOJ. Apparently someone does, because someone out there cares so much that they’ve “purged” all Barsoomian court documents for her Clinton representation in Hamburg vs. Clinton in 1998 and its appeal in 1999 from the DC District and Appeals Court dockets (?).
Someone out there cares so much that the internet has been “purged” of all information pertaining to Barsoomian.
Historically, this indicates that the individual is a protected CIA operative. Additionally, Lisa Barsoomian has specialized in opposing Freedom of Information Act requests on behalf of the intelligence community. And, although Barsoomian has been involved in hundreds of cases representing the DC Office of the US Attorney, her email address is Lisa Barsoomian at NIH gov. "The principle economic effect of this bill will be to destroy American jobs and to undermine the wages and benefits of American workers." --Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) "Let the free market work. I do not believe that American workers, by the way, will not work for decent wages and working conditions. Now, if we have a worker shortage in this country, fine, but let's see. Instead of producing a program designed to afford lots of laborers at sub-minimum wages, with lousy working conditions, no ability to bargain collectively, no leverage -- and we know the result of that. We've seen that result. We've seen the slave labor over the decades in this country. We don't need more of that." -- Zoe Lofgren (D-Cal.) "[Why] create a scenario where the only possible reason why you would want to come in at these low wages would be to get into the country so you could disappear? It is absurd." -- Jared Nadler (D-N.Y.) The three quotes above were taken from statements made in the House of Representatives in October 2017 in opposition to H.R.4092, a Republican bill that would have created an agricultural guest worker program akin to indentured servitude. This week, Reps. Raskin, Nadler, and Lofgren voted for a Democratic bill that created a similar program. In fact, it was Lofgren herself who sponsored the bill! Apparently, protecting American workers and opposing the exploitation of foreign guest workers is no longer a priority for these members of Congress. They voted to pass H.R.5038 last week which expands the H-2A guest worker program -- an unlimited visa program used by agricultural employers to hire seasonal farm workers -- to include dairy, meat and fish processing, and canning. The bill also sets aside 20,000 year-round H-2A visas that can be used to hire guest workers for full-time jobs, and creates 40,000 additional green cards each year for longtime H-2A workers and other low-skilled foreign workers. The kicker here is that illegal aliens who have worked in agriculture are eligible for the program, so H.R.5038 is an amnesty on top of a give-away to agribusiness. You don't have to just take our word that the bill is designed to undermine wages for ag workers. Rep. Lofgren explicitly made this point in a press conference last month:
[W]ages are expected to increase by another seven to eight percent next year [for H-2A workers]. Under this bill, those wage increases won't happen. And Rep. Newhouse (R-Wash.), a co-sponsor of the bill, wrote in an op-ed that his aim was to save employers in his state "at least $324 million" by "freezing 2019 wage rates and limiting increases going forward." NumbersUSA put out alerts to our members urging them to call their Representatives and tell them to vote NO on H.R.5038. Thank you to all who did. Unfortunately, with the House Democratic leadership pushing the bill, so much so that Speaker Pelosi took to the floor to voice her support, the bill passed 260 to 165. However, it appears some Republicans backed off from voting in favor of the bill, and three Democrats opposed it, including Rep. Bobby Scott of Virginia's 3rd District. It is unclear if the Senate will take up the bill in 2020. We will keep a close eye on it. Passing both Chambers this week were funding bills that contain immigration provisions. The 2020 National Defense Authorization Act grants amnesty to approximately 4,000 illegal aliens from Libera who have been living in the United States since 2007 under Deferred Enforced Departure -- an administrative designation by the executive branch shielding certain foreign nationals from removal. The Consolidated Appropriations Act (H.R. 1158 prohibits ICE from cooperating with Health and Human Services to detain or remove illegal alien sponsors of unaccompanied alien children (UACs), and the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act (H.R. 1865) authorizes DHS to nearly double the available H-2B visas for the remainder of FY 2020, though that is a decision that ultimately be left up to the DHS Secretary. President Trump is expected to sign all of these spending bills into law. With impeachment taking up all of the oxygen, it isn't surprising that the media has covered little else. It also isn't surprising that despite the supposed intractable partisan divide, support for amnesty and increases in foreign workers still wins bi-partisan support. The coming holidays will give us a respite, however brief, from D.C. politics. Let us turn our attention to hearth and home. Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Also, Congress agreed to terms on appropriation bills that grant amnesty to about 4,000 illegal aliens, limits communication between DHS and HHS about the adult sponsors of UACs, and will allow DHS to increase H-2B guest worker visas. I live it. I exchanged emails often, even used earliest versions of WWW. There was no content in those days, nothing to view. It was like a DOS cursor – would send a message to my buddy in the other building asking if they were ready for lunch, but we had tons of internal technology no one ever seen because it was custom and only used internal at R&D labs. We had multi-window OS2 in 80’s; we had SCRIPT (which is today’s html). We had fiber optic running 1Gb in 85. I worked on serial SCSI in 91. IBM bought Lotus and forced us all to use that stupid spreadsheet and email system but OS2 was far superior (that was the beginning of the idiots that came in messed up IBM in 90s)

In grad school I majored in EE with heavy course work in CS, nothing in Grad school at the time compared to the secret capability i knew about because i was in design team so the young man may just not understood the extent of communications on-going I designed the CPU interface to the internal L1.2.3 cache and main memory (oh IBM invented DRAM as well), and BTW we were competing with Burroughs and Sperry Univac and even PDP11 can’t imagine these corp not having email communications.

It may surprise some Christian readers that a weapon of war, a mighty spear, is part of a spiritual path that leads to compassion and love. Perhaps it is appropriate that one spear (and sword) is given to the Archangel Michael to defend the throne of God from the assault of Lucifer who desired to sit on the throne of God and take his place. Certainly, defending God from this attack justified the War in Heaven and Lucifer being cast out of the presence of God.
The fiery spear of Michael is a spiritual tool that is used to hold Lucifer (dragon) at bay so that his evil might be changed to good. This type of outcome makes the spear and sword of Michael into a spiritual weapon that vanquishes evil and leads the battle for the good. But to apply that type of spiritual logic to the spear that pierced the side of Jesus on the cross is difficult for some to understand.
