This post comes as a result of my dear African friend from Nigeria as we discuss our beginning steps in setting up our Plantation communities. I was suggesting that we needed the help of other organizations that are already doing work in Africa. It is wise to not re-invent the wheel again when there is already a working model in use, or so I thought.
He then explained to me that there are over 1 million NGOs importing billions of dollars into Africa. (An NGO is a Non - Government Organization similar to our non-profit corporations) He explained that of all the billions of dollars donated, the African people get only peanuts. The Government of China just donated the equivalent of $30 billion for a railway line in east Africa. And for what did they donate?.. to move gold and other commodities from the interior regions to the coast so they can be shipped out to other countries. That $30 Billion would have provided food and water to thousands and possibly millions of starving people. What a waste until people are feed and on their own feet again.
He had nothing good to say about the United Nations, UNICEF, the Red Cross, the World Health Organization and most NGOs that solicit money from around the world, the money never gets to where it can help feed and cloth those who have very little to live on. We have all seen the television celebrities giving heart wrenching pleas for help by just giving $16 a month to feed a child for a month. He was blunt when he said that it was all bullshit, fraud, and lined the pockets of the businesses that promote this kind of donations. It never, ever gets to the right places to do the best good. It's a ploy used to get kind hearted people's money for their own fat checks and greedy businesses.
Listen to this. The children of Sierra Leon and Guinea in West Africa never had Ebola until the Red Cross started giving shots to keep the children from getting diseases. The Governments of these west African nations kicked the Red Cross out of their countries, with a warning to never come back. So much for the Red Cross and the World Health Organization. They are examples of the Cabal run depopulation mandated for the New World Order.
There are a lot of NGOs in CHINA that give freely to the highly populated people in need and China has never experienced the terrible diseases that have occurred in Africa. There is a systemic work in progress to kill African people as a way to reduce their population. This in turn leaves the land to the foreign corporations to rob and plunder the riches of Africa for their own greed. All diamonds harvested in South Africa are controlled by the DeBeer family and have been for 60 to 70 years. Do they give to the African people? No, nothing beyond wages that don't even support a family unit.
This warning is given to those who want to help Africans. To help them with food, clothing,water,and shelter. DO NOT FALL PREY TO ANY ORGANIZATION ALREADY ESTABLISHED IN AFRICA, without first checking them out extensively. The money you invest may be used for the politicians with little getting to the people.

There is a 9 year old, non-profit organization, called LOVE WON SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL, that has a humanitarian ministry that serves Africa. We are setting up a very large organizational structure to not only feed,clothe and house these precious people, but to provide means for them to not only survive but to thrive with education and businesses of their own. The structure is comprised of African Nationals whose only desire is to serve their people. These are very well educated professionals who will be the basis of moving our program throughout all countries of Africa. They have seen first hand the greed and corruption of Government and other individuals and have committed to join together to provide whatever it takes to get Africans off their knees and create the nation that it was meant to be.
The basic structure starts out with large Plantations (not a negative term in Africa) that will bring people off the streets and give them a safe place to live and work to do, so they can earn money and become independent and productive members of the communal society that will be built up around the plantation. This basic plantation model will be rubber stamped all over Africa with an interactive social structure that will know no boundaries. Each plantation will eventually become a village, a town, or a small city with all the amenities that a thriving community can provide.
We, of course will not need money as we will have sufficient for our needs. Man power through a 2 year work missions will provide the professionals and other skilled labor that we will need to augment local businesses for construction, schools, and medical teams, etc. We will have a web page designed to catalogue the projects and list the needed skills in each area we move into. We can use help in finding the people for the paid 2 year work missions. It will be a great opportunity to be of service while coming from the heart. Each child we bring into our program will need to be hugged 8 times per day, so we need loving people to be apart of this program. Perverts need not apply. They will be persecuted and prosecuted to the fullest extent of tribal law.

What an interesting turn of events in Pahrump, Nevada...

But late last week 'Big Jugs' Jill Diamond, the owner/madam, sued the church, the preacher and the entire congregation on the grounds that the church ... "was ultimately responsible for the demise of her building and her business -- either through direct or indirect divine actions or means."
In its reply to the court, the church vehemently and vociferously denied any and all responsibility or any connection to the building's demise.
The crusty old judge read through the plaintiff's complaint and the defendant's reply, and at the opening hearing he commented,
"I don't know how the hell I'm going to decide this case, but it appears from the paperwork, that we now have a whorehouse owner who staunchly believes in the power of prayer, and an entire church congregation that thinks it's all bullshit...
A Priest was being honored at his retirement dinner after 35 years in the parish. A leading local political figure and member of the congregation was chosen to make the presentation and to give a little speech at the dinner. However, he was delayed, so the Priest decided to say his own few words while they waited:

On a very warm summer afternoon he decided to take his car to town. It needed gas, as the gauge was practically on empty, but he wanted ice cream, so he headed first to his favorite ice cream shop.
He had trouble finding a parking space and had to park the car down a side street. He noticed a group of young guys standing around smoking cigarettes and eyeing my car rather covetously. He was a bit uneasy leaving it there, but people often take interest in such an old and well-preserved car, so he went off to enjoy his ice cream.
The line at the ice cream shop was long and it took him quite a while to return to his car. When he did, his worst fears were realized... his car was gone.
He called the police and reported the theft and then went back and bought a quart of pistachio ice cream. About ten minutes later the police called him to say they had found the car abandoned near a gas station a few miles out of town.
It was unharmed and he was relieved. It seems just before he called, the police had received a call from a young woman who was an employee at a self-service gas station. She told them that three young men had driven in with this beautiful old convertible. One of them came to the window and prepaid for 20 dollars worth of gas.
Then all three of them walked around the car. Then they all got in the car and drove off, without filling the tank.
The question is, why would anybody steal a car, pay for gas that they never pumped and then abandon the car later and walk away.

Hi One Who Knows
We are being told by members of our group that if we step away from the group and go to an exchange center, we will not be allowed to exchange. That our names are known and we will not be allowed to exchange anywhere. And also, that if we have currency that is not on their spreadsheet, they "will see what can be done" for us. We already have financial instruments/trusts set up with these people waiting to be funded.
We are also told that we have to exchange all of our currency at the same time.
From what I understand, if you still hold your currency, you are WAY better off ditching the group and exchanging on your own. If you have already sent your currency to the group, but still have other currency in your hand, then exchange the currency you have in your hand as an individual.
IF THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE INDIVIDUALLY, THEN REPORT THEM, THEY WILL BE PICKED UP AND DEALT WITH. Anyone who has committed a financial crime, including Harmful currency advice, will not be allowed to exchange.

Question re: need for Utility Bill in Exchange Appointment for Bruce and/or One Who Knows
Is it necessary to have a copy of my Utility Bill in my Exchange Appointment? My utilities are included in my rent, and are not in my name, as I rent a basement apartment. Can I instead print off a copy of a cell phone bill or cable bill? Also, I have recently changed my address and have a P.O. Box rather than a street address. Will any of this be a problem in my appointment?
A utility bill is NOT required, it is just another good way to establish your address. The bottom line is bring whatever you have in the form of ID, mail to your address, etc. They just want to make sure it is you for their protection and yours. As an important point, some people are currently living in their trucks or on someone else's couch and have none of that. Just bring whatever you have and they will help you from there. This is a new Benevolent financial system and World in general. EXPECT it to work out for you, I do.
As far as I understand the new plan, the ZIM will be exchanged at ALL the "Offsite" locations and NOT just Military bases as was mentioned before. Just based on that, you will have a location very near where you are now.
As far as getting transportation, DO NOT get a ride from someone on the net or in our Dinar World. DO NOT tell anyone when you appointment is or where it is. If you get a ride from a taxi cab, DO NOT tell them where you are going or why you are going there. I would have the Taxi leave after you get dropped off. Then when you are done with your exchange call another one to take you home.
IF, you know someone else personally, "Physically" that is exchanging like you are, then you can go together with "Back to Back" appointments. This way, you each do your own exchange and then you can leave together as well.

Am I totally off base or wasn't there information passed along that the white hats, the galactics, the military and other "powers that be" had helped to remove the cabal leaders and the other war mongering, devil worshipers. How is Trump (good or bad) being manipulated into creating another potential war in Syria or North Korea? How worried should we be? Beyond that, is this yet another ploy to delay the RV? if so, how effective? Great that the big names with faces easily recognizable, were able to get exchanges done and sit on their SKR's. The rest of us at the "grass roots" level should be just as vital to the vibrations, and success of the RV, peace implementation process, humanitarian efforts.

I am part of a group. Our brokers have informed us that the Reno groups (Tier 3) have liquid funds this week and expect to go into next week. This includes all asset type payouts. They have asked us to be patient and await our turn. I have no idea if this means the public (anyone in or out of Dinarland not in a sanctioned group) will get bank rates, or not this week, or next. I don't know if they have to finish with the Reno people first, or if they will start with low rates publicly at the same time.
Which will come first? The RV, or the US 2016 tax submission deadline? The news has been very active over the weekend and into today (Tues.), though not enough to bring us the rate change. A delay here followed by a delay there. No reasons forthcoming, nor would I expect to see one. I'm told that this will be a very good week. All I can do is admonish you to stay strong and resolute in your belief in the IQD and other currencies.
It seems to me like April 15 may be a date to watch. I have dealt with Middle Eastern companies and it is typical for them to pay salaries on the fortnight. This typically means every 14 days, so say the 15th and 30th. We have the economic forum going on today and tomorrow and then pay starting at 1000-1 at next pay period. It all seems to be lining up. Oh yeah, Mosul is 90% liberated.

I have gotten several "Distressed" emails and a posted question today (Link Below) about "People" claiming that the ZIM will be no good. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The ZIM is the "Rock Star" of the GCR. Frankly, those who already have ZIM, will take them to the exchange anyway and be pleased at what they get. But that is not the point of this post.

More large corporations have decided that the electric power grid is unreliable and are planning to unplug from it and generate their own electricity.
The Wall Street Journal has confirmed a story that Off the Grid News previously reported – and the newspaper found the practice is even more widespread than previously thought.
Off The Grid News had reported that several large corporations, including Walmart, Safeway, Google, Bank of America and Coca-Cola, are spending hundreds of millions of dollars on systems to generate their own electricity. A Journal article indicates that many other large companies, too, are taking steps to generate their own electricity.
Electric companies are worried
The generation of electricity by private corporations has grown to such a level that it’s beginning to cause utility executives to worry, Journal reporters Rebecca Smith and Cassandra Sweet noted. They wrote: “The growing number of companies that are at least partially energy self-sufficient is sending a shudder through the utility industry, threatening its revenues and growth prospects.”
The two made the conclusion based on a report put out by the Edison Electric Institute. The Institute is a think tank for the electricity utility industry.
One of the main reasons large companies are looking into generating their own power is the fear that power outages will become more common. The aftermath of Superstorm Sandy, when large areas of the East Coast went dark, convinced many companies that the grid is unreliable, Rick Fioravanti, an executive at DNV Kema — a consulting company — told The Journal.
Journal Predicts grim future for the grid and home electric customers
Sweet and Smith made some troubling revelations about the power grid and its future in their article. These discoveries include:
The widespread generation of electricity by private companies could drive up electric rates for homeowners and small business. They wrote: “State and federal regulators say they are worried that utilities could end up with fewer customers to pay for costly transmission lines and power plants.” That means your electric bill could go up when Google and Walmart unplug from the grid.
The number of commercial and industrial facilities that have the capability to generate at least some of their own electricity has quadrupled since 2006. Federal statistics indicated that 10,000 such facilities could generate their own electricity in 2006. In 2013, 40,000 facilities had such a capability.
The Kroger Corp. — owner of supermarket chains such as Ralph’s, Food4Less, Kroger and King Soopers — has invested in technology to convert food waste into biogas to power one of its distribution centers, saving it 20 percent on electricity a year. The gas will be made from food Kroger cannot resale and it even will power forklifts. It’ll be used to make electricity. The company plans to employ the technology at many of its facilities. At another location, Kroger is using wind turbines.
Walmart currently produces 4 percent of the electricity its stores use. The retail giant which also owns Sam’s Club plans to produce 20 percent of its own electricity by 2020. Most of the electricity will be generated by rooftop solar panels.
Other corporations installing solar electric units include: Costco, Kohl’s, Macy’s, McGraw-Hill, Johnson & Johnson, Staples, Campbell Soups, BMW and the Walgreen drug stores.
Apple now generates 16 percent of the electricity it consumes using a combination of solar panels and biogas fuel cells. Apple has a data center in Maiden, North Carolina, that is completely independent of the grid. The center produces all of the electricity that it uses.
Verizon is planning to install $100 million worth of fuel cells from companies like ClearEdge and Bloom Energy at facilities in 19 states.
The moral of the story is clear: Large corporations no longer think that the grid is dependable. A company like Verizon wouldn’t be spending $100 million on fuel cell technology if it didn’t think it was necessary.
Big rate increases could be coming soon
Yet there’s another reason why corporate executives are rushing to generate their own electricity. It’s because the cost of self-generating technology such as solar panels and fuel cells is falling.
The cost of solar electricity and grid electricity for Walmart will be about the same in three years, David Ozment, the retailer’s director of energy management, told The Journal. If that’s true, it’s safe to assume it might be cheaper for Walmart to generate all of its own electricity and simply disconnect from the grid at some point in the future.
If big companies like Walmart leave the grid, utility companies will have to raise rates on households and small businesses to pay for the system.
Perhaps it is time for families and small businesses to start learning from big business. Big business has realized the importance of maintaining a dependable and affordable source of electricity. Families and small businesses need to start doing the same thing.

1. We are still thinking this would happen this week before Easter. Every indicator is pointing toward an immediate release.
2. Iraq social media is controlled - they are hiding things from being known.

Exchanging For Someone Else & More Exchange Information
I got a question from "Truckdriver Wife" about her husband being on the road. Could she just exchange for the both of them? There are actually 4 answers to this question. I will also cover where you can get all the Official & Exact information you want (Your 5 Sources).

First let me say thank you One Who Knows. Your contributions and help are invaluable. Thank you for what you do. At times you are the glue that holds things together.
I have a question about exchanging our ZIMs. My husband is an over the road trucker and only gets in a few days every month. It is never predictable or even certain that he actually gets in when planned as loads cancel and there are sometimes delays. I have the currency with me. Can I go ahead and do the exchange for us and then he can sign whatever he needs to sign when he comes in, or do we have to wait till he gets in to exchange? How would we even set up the appointment as it is not set in stone when he could be here? I know all is well and it will work out fine, but I just need your wisdom and advice. I am 65 and don't travel as well as I did a few years ago or handle things so easily. But we need to get the funds as soon as we can so we can get where we need to be and finally have our own home again. I am so grateful for this opportunity to finally pull our lives back together as all came crashing down in 2012 for us. We have great plans to help all we can with our blessing.

Answer:
First thanks for this question because I think that there will be many people who will have similar circumstances.
Answer #1) The "Official" answer might be that you get a signed and notarized "Power of Attorney" to exchange his portion of the currency for him while he is a way. This is the most complex of the possible solutions as it involves attorneys and such. Frankly, I personally think that it is too late for this solution, since I think it is about to go, maybe today!
Answer #2) Another possibility, is to use the delayed appointment plan. Remember that the most important part of the Exchange Process is calling right away and getting in the system. They will make allowances for travel, medical, or other reasons like the one you have. That means that even though you called right away, like you should, you can set the actual physical appointment for a later, or a much later date. That might give you plenty of time for him to get back home. I expect that you can stretch it out quite a while, once you have made contact and are "in the system."
Answer #3) The next solution is since the one who has the currency "in Hand" (you), is the owner in a sense. They have complete control of it and absent any legal documents or agreements, are able to do whatever they like with the currency. This is how the Bank is going to look at this event. So you could just exchange all the currency yourself, and when it is put in the temporary trust, just place both your names on the trust. In this way, you will both have equal power over the money. If this sounds good to you, then you can and ask the bank to help you "Arrange It" that way when you are at your exchange.
Answer #4) The last answer for this situation is a variation of Answer #3, in that you exchange all the currency yourself and put it in a Trust, except you only put your name on the Trust, for now. This means that all the money is yours, at least for the moment. It is a bit less complex this way since you don't have to get into putting someone else on a trust at your first exchange appointment. However, after the exchange, when he is back in town, you can go to your second appointment with your Wealth Manager, and "Fix" things there. You could split it up then into two trusts or you could both be on the same trust or whatever way you want. It is my VERY strong feeling that by that time there will be NO income tax consequences. If that is the case, you could just give him half of the money and the matter is solved. That might be a good question to ask the exchanger in case he knows. They have been trained for years on what is to come.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that once this goes and is Live around the World, you will find out everything you need to know. You will get "Official" information and instructions. When you call in for your appointment, you will be able to ask all the questions you need to know about setting your appointment, what to bring, who can come with you etc. It will no longer be a matter of "guessing" it will be a matter of getting straight, exact, and official answers. You will have 5 "Levels" of information available to you that should cover anything and everything you want to know.
Level #1) The official information and instructions on the web sites and/or emailed to you. 800#s, appointment getting instructions etc.
Level #2) The first call in number. You will be able to ask a lot of questions at that time including what currencies you have, including Historical Bonds if you have them, and figuring out where the best exchange location is for you.
Level #3) The actual appointment location phone call. This is the call you make with the actual location you will be going to. You can get information on what to bring, directions on how to get there, who can come with you, etc. You can get a lot of very important information during this call.
Level #4) This is the information you get while you are at your exchange appointment. These bankers can answer lots of questions about temporary trusts, tax implications, rates, types of credit cards, no RFID cards, account types, cash in hand, send money by wires, getting cashier's checks, and many other things. This will be a wealth of information waiting to be tapped.
Level #5) This will be your greatest source of information, you appointment with your Wealth Manager. He will help you from now on to set up accounts, trusts, estate planning, setting up your families, whatever else you want to do. He will become your personal banker/advisor 24/7/365.
So don’t worry, you will have help and valid information all along your journey, once the GCR is a go.... and I am expecting that time to be VERY SOON!

They were on the winning side this week in tough fights against nationwide forces seeking to reward illegal immigration through state laws. (See our website story here.) Our activists in those two states have been getting a lot of special Action Alerts to help them influence their state legislators and governors.
Running this part of our NumbersUSA operation as in all our NumbersUSA state-centered campaigns were Van Esser and Ashley Craig.
Van and Ashley swing into action each time a pro-enforcement state legislator, local official or activist contacts them about an opportunity or threat that needs the support of NumbersUSA activists. Van has a special feel for these state and local actions; before joining NumbersUSA's staff, he worked in the Illinois legislature and here in Washington with state legislators from all over the country.

DEMOCRATIC STATE SENATOR BLOCKS MARYLAND FROM BECOMING 'SANCTUARY STATE' Maryland has been one of the most Democratic and pro-illegal immigration states in the country. It was logical that it would be one of the first to respond to a nationwide effort to have states declare themselves in opposition to Pres. Trump's announced efforts to greatly increase the removal of criminal aliens from the country.
The Maryland House of Delegates approved a bill that would have had the practical effect of releasing many criminal aliens onto the streets instead of being held until federal immigration agents arrived to put them into proceedings to remove them from the country. The bill was widely regarded as one declaring Maryland to be a "sanctuary state."
After a vigorous public outcry against the bill, Democrat Thomas V. Mike Miller (the president of the state Senate) announced this week that he would not bring the bill to a vote, killing it for the year. Commentators suggested that the expressions of opposition from voters divided the normally solid anti-enforcement state Democratic Party between those who see illegal aliens as a minority group needing protection and those who see illegal immigration as posing threats that need to be curbed.
BEATING BACK THE TENNESSEE REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT ON IN-STATE TUITION A narrow vote in the Tennessee House killed an in-state tuition bill that had already passed the state Senate. The bill would have given taxpayer-subsidized in-state tuition to illegal border crossers and visa overstays. Our Tennessee colleagues have had to fight this bill three straight years. Each time, the bill was introduced by Republicans. The Republican governor supported this bill.
Tennessee has a government controlled by a Republican Party that often bows to the cheap-worker business interests on immigration issues and on incentives for illegal aliens. Both of Tennessee's Republican U.S. Senators were full-throated supporters of the giant Gang of Eight Amnesty in 2013. The Republican supporters of illegal immigration can count on nearly all Democrats in the legislature, so our activists had their work cut out for them to win this fight. Congratulations.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, along with 13 other state attorneys general and Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant, have filed a friend-of-the-court amicus brief to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals supporting Pres. Trump's revised executive order. The executive order was blocked by a three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit before its March 16 start date.
During his visit to the U.S.-Mexico border Attorney General Jeff Sessions made remarks on the new Justice Dept. memo that sets new immigration enforcement priorities that will end the "catch and release" practices that were used under the Obama administration. The memo orders federal prosecutors to prioritize criminal charges against illegal aliens who have a record of prior deportations or other criminal convictions and those who have helped to smuggle other illegal aliens across the border.
U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick will hold a hearing today on requests by San Francisco and Santa Clara County for an injunction preventing the Administration from sanctioning sanctuary cities. The local governments are seeking standing to sue even though the Administration has not suspended federal funds for their or other jurisdictions.
Pres. Trump picked Kevin Hassett to become the chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors, Breitbart News reports. Hassett has been an outspoken supporter of higher immigration levels and outsourcing American jobs.

Outrage! Liberal prof. demands conservatives be executed

A liberal professor at Fresno State is under investigation by the FBI for repetitive tweets calling for Republican deaths, specifically saying that President Donald Trump "must hang" and his voters should be executed. But, of course, he hasn't been fired for his dangerous calls for violence!
Fresno State President Joseph Castro told The Fresno Bee Wednesday that he has been in frequent communication with the FBI, Secret Service and Homeland Security since attention was drawn to Lars Maischak's alarming tweets. Maishchak, an American History professor, has since deleted his Twitter account and apologized... but his threats and the calls for violence against everyday Americans are unerasable. In a February 17th tweet, Maischak called for Trump's murder, writing, "To save American democracy, Trump must hang.
The sooner and the higher the better." In another tweet on March 8th, Maischak slammed law and order, tweeting: "Don't tell me to 'obey the law.' 'The law' in this country is one part Racism, one part Class Oppression, all Capitalism. #TheResistance." In another one, he wrote, "Has anyone started soliciting money and design drafts for a monument honoring the Trump assassin, yet?" While it seems like it couldn't get much worse, he calls more the mass assassination of Republicans. The tweets were originally reported by Breitbart, who wrote that the tweets show, "why universities across the country are now viewed with disdain by average, salt-of-the-earth Americans." "Justice= The execution of two Republicans for each deported immigrant." Imagine if a conservative said the same thing about Democrats and illegal immigrants while working for a university? They'd have been fired so fast, heads would spin! But, because he's liberal, Maischak still works at the university, filling young minds with liberal extremist propaganda. We have very little info here on the morning of April 12th, 2017 even though we too are here on the East Coast of Florida where this tragedy occurred. The family has been on Passover so they have not commented.
Dr. Wainberg, a virologist, and director of the McGill University AIDS Centre (and a former president of the Canadian AIDS Society) died on Tuesday. Wainberg, a world-renowned Canadian researcher who helped revolutionize the world’s understanding of HIV-AIDS at a scientific, medical and political level is said to have allegedly drowned off the coast of Florida, despite being a good swimmer. However, authorities stated they’re not sure if drowning is the cause of death.
The acting chief of the Bal Harbour Police Department in suburban Miami said that police responded to a 911 call on Tuesday after family members couldn’t spot the doctor, one went out to swim and found him, pulled Dr. Wainberg unconscious from the water. Although paramedics performed CPR he was declared dead at the hospital.
Dr. Wainberg’s interest in AIDS began in the early years of the pandemic. He was able to “identify 3TC (Lamivudine) as an antiviral, and it became one of the first effective treatments for people who contracted HIV. Later, he also published some of the earliest research on the effectiveness of antiretroviral cocktails.”
He also became an outspoken advocate for human rights; he denounced the criminalization of HIV-AIDS and demanded that treatment be more available and affordable- especially to those in the developing world.
Wainberg was named to the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame in 2015 and was also an officer of the Order of Canada, an officer of the Ordre national du Québec, and a Chevalier in the Legion d’Honneur of France.
Our heart goes out to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

T4 redemptions are occurring in specified segments at those locations.
Redemption center staff checks in at 5:30am, 11:30am, 5:30pm & 11:30pm daily.
HSBC told their midnight crew would get the RV start sometime Saturday.

I have a (maybe) strange question for you. I have been on the spiritual path my entire life. I have heard of the Ascension and everything of it happening and some would not ascend.
The question I have is....what if you know someone who is NOT ascending? I understand the realities will split, but what will their experience be of you? If they are not ascending and you are, how will each experience the relationship? This has never been explained to me.

First, most everybody will be Ascending in one way or another. I realize that it can "Look Like" the sleeping public doesn't have a clue, have hate-fear issues, and are hopelessly ignorant of what is really going on in the World, and you would be right.... BUT, not for long.
We are the advanced "Light Worker Team." We had to pull ourselves up to this high vibration, all by ourselves, since we had little help. You might call us "Self-Starter" Light Workers. That takes a special "Being" that can be experiencing huge difficulties, pain, loss, and suffering, and still hold the light of hope, faith, and endure anyway. Many have been taken down, but we are still here.
So, it is not fair for us to compare where others are in their Ascension, enlightenment, and their Love-Quotient, for we are special in that regard. We were meant to be special, as we had to lift ourselves up, when we had no one else to help us, but that will not be the case for everyone else.
They will have money in their pockets, food in their bellies, and a roof over their heads very soon, and we did not. They will have announcements of change, enlightenment, disclosure, new benevolent governments, and eventually mentors. We never had those things. But, that is why we were special, we didn't need those "Niceties" to stand fast in our knowing, and hold our lights in high vibration anyway.
So when you look around at all those who seem so lost, they will soon be lifted up by us, and the new World. It will be enough to bring them up to where we already are. That was always the plan, we would lead the way, help Rescue the Earth, and then we would help the rest of Humanity rise up as well. While we were Self-Starters by design, they were meant to have help, the help they are about to receive, from us and the World.
All that being said, there will be many who die in the coming time, which is just ascension without the body. It will be important to "Remember/Know" that NO ONE can or does die, that it is not in their "Soul-Plan" to do so. So, don’t feel bad, as they are just jumping out of this reality, and will jump back in at a later point in our evolution. No big deal.
And.. Yes, there will be some who stay 3d and will wake up one day on another World and have no idea that anything changed. I don't think that it will be as many as you might guess. The way Zorra describes it is amazing. It seems that we, the ones who stayed here on Earth and Evolved to our higher selves (Ascended) will be "Represented" by Solid Holograms on their 3d World. It is all about the experience and the illusion. I am not too surprised about that since we already know "Physical" life is an illusion we are having in the first place. We are actually non-physical beings having a Physical Experience because it is fun, interesting, and very enlightening.
The bottom line is that whatever happens, and who ever goes one way or the other, it will all make sense to us and them. When you think about it, you have lost family members and friends in every single life experience you have ever had, just to meet up with them in the next incarnation experience. So, why would this time be any different? Trust the Universe as you have already been doing for eons, and will for eternity. Remember, that nothing is going wrong.... How could it? It is only experience, enlightenment, and in the end... wisdom, every life, every time!
Reading this site IDC comforts me in many ways because I see many great intentions on rebuilding infrastructures to help the downtrodden, I for one am implicated with Cameroon, Congo as well as RD Congo and have worked for many years to protect many from prying eyes so much so that I have kept a very low profile and many that are involved with me never publicly mention my name except in very reserved groups even away from my family who know very little about me.

Dante, the World is a "Different" place now. Since the Reality that you "Experience" is a projection of the Reality that you expect, it is time to change from expecting the worst to expecting the best, for that is how it actually is now. I wrote a post on this:
You are not going to be killed, or be unsafe in any way at your exchange appointment. You have to realize that the Extreme security at the exchange centers were both needed and at the same time a message to the Cabal, that they could not interfere with the process. However by the time we do exchange, the Cabal will no longer be an issue, and frankly the security will hardly be needed. It will still be there, but will be Over-Kill, but that is O.K., as it makes people like you feel better. Clearly, you have been in bad situations and are still wary as a result, and for those who have had your experiences, the super safe security should make you feel better & safer.
As far as the NDA is concerned, it is not necessary for your "People" to travel to sign the NDA. The NDA is basically, don't talk about where the exchange location is, how much money you got, your exchange rates, or about the high interest rates you were given. I am glad to answer this question since there are many who have this question.
When you have people working for you or with you it is not necessary for them to know the rate you got, or any of that other information. While there may be reason for them to know exactly how much you have in the bank or interest payment details, you can just have an NDA of your own, for your helpers, workers, accountants, lawyers, and others to sign to keep your information private. Another technique, is that you can have money put into an account that the others work off of, without them knowing what is in the master, mother-load account or what money you are getting in interest. They only know about one account, whatever amount that might be. That way each group, only knows about the account that they work with and noting else. That should cover your issues.

(3) If we can redeem ZIM at a bank will this be limited to a currency rate only, or will a negotiable bond rate be available?
(4) Would you have any idea of either or both the ZIM currency rate and the highest non-NDA bond rate that may be available?

First, let me say that no matter what country you are in there will be basically two groups of exchangers. #1) The ones who know about the high privately negotiated rates and call in time to get them, and #2) Everyone else who happens to have those currencies and one day goes to the bank to exchange them.
Next, Some countries will have offsite locations and others may only have selected/designated bank locations. But no matter what they will have a plan on how it will be done in that country/county/area of the World.
Then, when the GCR comes out and goes live, there will be special instructions made available for those who will be getting the higher rates and be doing the special exchanges. I don’t know exactly how that will be given out in each country but, no matter what, it will be made available for you to find. Importantly, it will be easy to find... In other words, they are not going to hide it from you, in fact quite the opposite. They will post it on websites like this one, and probably on Bank websites under the currency exchange tab. In short, you will find what you are looking for, when this goes live.
Rates: As far as rates go, they will be a bit different in each country, just because the currency in each country is at a different level to start with. But, that really doesn't matter since you will be asking for the amount you want anyway. The Elders and the NPTB, are in a hurry to fix and help the World. You will most likely get what you want... But what rate should you ask for? I wrote a post on this as well:
As A Last Resort: As a last resort move, when you know the GCR has gone live, and you can't find information for your country anywhere (I doubt that will ever happen), then look up the biggest bank in your country on the net, or call their phone number. Ask for the currency exchange department, and explain that you have dong, dinar or zim, and they will know what to do. DO NOT TELL THEM THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE. They don’t need to know that, to give you exchange instructions.
It was said on the Landa Global call yesterday that there can not be a shot gun approach as it would disrupt the whole global financial markets; and no one knows yet how the GCR will roll out.

I agree that there will NOT BE a shot-gun approach, at least not like we think. First, it will start in the East, and work its way around the World, in one day, or over a few days. No big deal. Then in each country, they will most likely release the 800#s to a few selected Gurus to send out to their personal contacts, and then in an hour or two, release it to the net, and then later make some sort of public announcement about it for the rest who have currency.
If you think about it, they say there are 30 million currency holders, not including the ones who were gifted currency and are not accounted for. There is no way that many people could call the 800# at once. So it will "leak" out to Gurus, then the net, and then to the public, all within a few hours. Although the public announcement will most likely be a few days later. The bottom line is that I completely agree it will not be a shot-gun approach, at least not at EXACTLY the same time. By the time you find out about the 800#s and call in to make your appointment, there will have been some who called before you, and still a lot more who will call after you. It works perfectly that way.

Answer:
According to Zorra of Hollow Earth, the IRS, and The Federal Reserve "Are No More." They were agents of the British Crown. That being said, the "Official" response is to file or file an extension.
However, my personal feeling is "Screw them" and don't file. I expect it is just a matter of hours if not days before the Republic and NESARA will be announced and we will be told that those "Agencies" no longer exist.
Frankly, it would be fun to see what they would do about it since they are all show now, and have no authority to do diddly squat about it. To be clear, my personal advice to my friends up till today was to file if they were going to get a refund, and file an extension or skip it if they were not. But today, with the GCR about to start, and the Republic about to make its appearance, I think that the IRS is all bark and no bite, and I would not file a thing.
It is my expectation that once the Republic and NESARA is announced, EVERYONE who paid taxes this year, if not prior years as well, will get a 100% refund of EVERYTHING they paid. All that being said, you may get your answer before the 18th anyway. All is well.

First, you might be calling the same 800#s that we are here in the US. However, when this goes we will have the real Official information on what EXACTLY to do. I am quite certain that there will be some sort of list of countries, and banks to call once this is actually going. Don't worry about that, just wait until it is go time and then look for the information that pertains to your country.
#2) It is better for you to exchange in your own country. The systems are set up that way. When you get extra money for projects, it is expected that it will benefit your country, if not totally, at least to start with.
#3) You will be exchanging into your country's money first. You can then exchange again into another country's money later, but in your case, I would not recommend it. I personally think that your Peso might get a bit of a bump up in value later. If that is true, you will make money on your own currency.
For a while, we used to hear about the "Second Basket" of currencies that would revalue next. I no longer hear about that and I think that might be because many of them will change value this time around, and/or just because we are already getting whatever money we ask for, so why would we be interested in investing it in another currency? All that being said, I still think that there will be some other adjustments later and I would not be surprised if the Mexican Peso was one of them.
The bottom line is to just wait until this goes, then call whatever numbers you get and ask what you should do next in/for your country. The information will be available for EVERY country in the World. No country will be left out. Also, exchange in your own country, bring whatever ID you have and expect it to work out for you, because it will.

Your question is actually a very good one. In the early days, the banks just lied to their employees to keep them from finding out about it. But many still bought it anyway. Then they put out memos that their Employees were forbidden from investing in these currencies and that worked on some of the employees. However, many people just quit so they could invest anyway, others got their families into it, and still others bought the currencies anyway. They knew that the bank was in no position to make such demands on their employees.
So, now that the cat is out of the bag, (and typing on a keyboard), the banks have had to take another tact. They found it was smarter, to accept that their employees had the currency and offered them pay increases if they would agree to work for a certain period of time after the GCR goes, so that the bank would not have to close. The alternative was to hire and train new people, to just lose them later once they found out about the currencies.
Now, most of them have currencies, and are getting paid very well to stay, and will continue to work for a short time after the GCR goes, until the bank can replace them. This was the better policy.

The NDAs have changed "BIG TIME" since this whole thing started. The NDA is so easy and nothing to worry about. My best advice is to not worry about it now. That being said, I have been comforted by Grandfather, that it is nothing to worry about. They want you to have big money so bad that they have even raised the NON NDA rate so you wouldn't worry. In this case their ignorance, will be their bliss.

Richard/OWK…Firstly I want to thank you kindly for the most informative, loving service you provide & done so in such a fabulous way, and we eagerly await your posts each day. Though I’ve emailed you a few times before but have never had a reply, I do understand that you can handle only so many requests. Hopefully you can respond to these queries, as I’m sure many others have a few of the following similar concerns.
As you’re likely aware, Ebay is still loaded with currency offers (ZIM, Dong, IQD)… It seems that sellers of these notes are those who either firmly believe the RV is merely a hoax/scam & are laughing each time they make a sale OR have so much of their own already, that in the meantime they’ll make enough $ to keep themselves afloat. In your opinion, will these cheap listing rates suddenly disappear once the RV goes officially live for current currency holders?
I realize you don’t have a crystal ball, and even if you did soon know the ACTUAL 'GO' date, while the vast majority of us should be fully aware that you would/could NOT give out that info, given the daily Chronicles updates about the mid-April ‘any day now’ implications, are you able to at least confirm that the ‘GO’ signal would arrive no further than 4.30?
(I ask this particularly because I have a commitment for which I have to put out all but $900 of my total $ stash either Mon the 17th or Tues the 18th.)
Lastly, do you know if it will be mandatory that for any exchange to:
1. present currency receipts (eg: TD bank in Canada (for VND) & Ebay for VND, IQD & ZIM)
2. have your Humanitarian Aid project plan(s) in hand to present when exchanging –especially when requesting the higher/sovereign rates?

Currency Dealers:
First, currency "Dealers" are dealer of other "people's" currency. In short they buy and sell, and they are NOT selling their own currency. Also, clearly they already know what is coming and have bought plenty for their own needs when this goes.
As soon as the GCR happens, they will change their prices and most likely will stop selling altogether because they will be no takers at the new super high rates.
Also, DO NOT BUY CURRENCY AT LOW PRICES ONCE THE GCR STARTS. Anyone still offering currency at the old prices or greatly reduced prices will be running a scam.
Go Time:
You will be fine, as I still expect this to happen VERY SOON.... Expect the best.
Receipts:
Having a receipt was encouraged in the "Old Days" when we thought there might be tax implications. Having proof that you made your purchase over a year ago would put you in the lower tax bracket. But we are VERY confident now that there will be no tax, and thus receipts will be of no value, or use.
Humanitarian Projects:
They are more interested in what you have to say, than what you bring. They ARE NOT GOING TO JUDGE YOUR PROJECT IN ANY WAY. They will judge you and see if you are truly excited about doing this kind of work, and have some plans in mind, even if they are not written down. Having them written down only proves that you are a bit more organized and well prepared. However, there will be many people who have nothing in hand to show, and will still get very high rates, as it is all based on the person, and not what you have to show the Bankers.

Thank you for that GREAT question. Ascension has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Religion what so ever. Ascension is also known as "Evolution," moving to a higher frequency range of existence. Religions are a construct of the Cabal for control purposes. It is often said to be Christ Consciousness, as he epitomizes the essence of the Higher frequency Dimension. Love, caring, service to others, etc. In that regard he serves as an "Example" of what life at that level of existence is like. I am sure that every religion has a story or two so someone they believe in who exhibited the same qualities, of Love for all, concern for nature and high morals and character. For them, they could use that person as their "Example" of a life lived at that level of consciousness.
So, the short answer is that, as you move up in consciousness, as we all will at 5d, you will feel a greater connection to all of life and a great Love for all who share the experience with you. But it is not religion in any way. It is that when you are talking to one who subscribes to the Christian religion, they would say, "you mean we will be living and acting like Jesus, a Christ Consciousness?" At some point we will all be examples of that way of thinking, love for all, service to others, and high regard for all life. While you can call that some sort of Religion, it is actually a "Higher Order Of Life" (Evolution) away from fear and toward Love.

My advice to you is for you to figure out what you would like to do as a project for Humanity, and one that brings joy to your heart. I been in this for 4 years and so thankful you came onto the scene publicly to bring calmness, harmony and common sense with valued intel. I live in Indonesia taking care of my in laws and I have a young child although I am a US Citizen. I travel often around Asia and hold currency in the nations of Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. My questions are:
1. Must I travel to each of these nations to exchange their currency?
2. I am traveling this week can I bring the various currencies back with me and exchange in one location?
3. I do not have a bank account in any of these countries so will my passport, US Drivers license and foreign permanent resident and drivers license ID be sufficient for the exchange?
4. I would prefer to take all the various currencies to Singapore and exchange it there since they are a strong financial center. Will I be able to do that?
5. Will I be required to exchange the Zim in the USA and take a 35 hour trip which would be tough on my child?

Pick a country, especially where you reside, and exchange there since all countries will have a strong financial center now in the new financial system.

It would seem that Trump not signing the Paris Peace Agreement and our long awaited RV/GCR is in direct conflict.
We have been told time and time again that the Agreement must be signed and implemented before the RV is released.

So, I have read the "Segments" post that laid out a contact system to roll out the GCR. I know about this system first hand, and I am going to give you some insight so that you don't worry about it. Frankly, I am part of the plan and I am going to explain it to you.
#1 DON'T WORRY, IT IS A GENIUS PLAN
Remember that these are Benevolent people running this thing that are the ones who are giving you Trillions of dollars because you spent $50 on a zim note! As great as that is, and you have to agree with me it is GREAT, what would your neighbor, or person you work with, think about what they missed out on? They are going to either be PISSED, or VERY DEPRESSED.
They will have questions going through their mind.... Why didn't somebody tell me? I'm in need. Why didn't you tell me, or force me to see what I was missing. We the American people got screwed...etc, etc, etc.... The NPTB don't want that, and neither do you.
So we are ALL faced with the issue "How are we going to get 50 million people to the exchange centers without alerting the sleeping public?" Good question.... do you have an answer? No, neither do I, but the Elders and the NPTB do and here is how it is going to work.
You Had No Privacy With the Cabal, Get Over It
You had no privacy with the Cabal, and so every email you send, and every bit of currency you bought, and what you do in Dinarland was recorded and documented. Of course the Cabal was interested in what a future Trillionaire was doing and not doing.
The Good news is that the Good guys have taken over the surveillance systems so that the Cabal no longer can track you and they no longer have those records either. The good guys have them. They now know everything they need to know to help you get exchanged and through the system. They know what you bought, where you bought it, and who you follow in Dinarland. They have even already checked you out. This was all thanks to the Cabal, but, now it is a HUGE benefit to the Good guys. So, get over that, and recognize the advantage and benefit that the good guys have now.
Old Plans, Now Discarded
There was the "Post it on the net" plan, but that would jam the phone centers, and get the attention of the sleeping public very quickly. Clearly, that was not going to work for 50 million people.
There was the "email every one plan," but that was definitely going to fail for several reasons. #1) If everyone got an email at the same time, the phone appointment system would crash, and #2) If they delayed the emails, people would be telling others they got the email and it would cause a lot of confusion. Some would have gotten it already and others not, then they would not be controlled, and the number would eventually get on the net etc. Clearly, there is more problems with this plan than it solves.
Just for fun, I'll throw in the "broadcast it on TV plan," but only some would see it and others would not, and there would be way too many of the sleeping public that would see it. Of course this would NEVER be done, and I only included it for perspective.
What other way can you reach 50 million people, in some sort of organized sequence as not to over load the phone appointment system, and still instill confidence in the redeemers while not alerting the sleeping public? Yes, of course.... "Segments."
New Plan, Now In Effect: "Segments"
I know you guys are freaking out over this but you have been told about this at least 2 times, if not 3 or more. The only difference is that it has been given a fancy name this time: "Segments."
The way it works is that certain "Key" people get a private and unique number that is assigned to them. I know, because I am one of the segments. Remember that it was said that certain "Gurus" would get individual 800#s, and they would give them out to their people first, and then it would eventually show up on the net? That is this plan.
The Super (Duper) Computer
Don't you know that the NPTB have a some sort of Galactic style computer that can make a zillion calculations per second or something like that? Of course they do. All they did was plug in the data that had been collected by the Cabal about every purchase, every GURU CC Call, every contact mailing list, and match it up with every single currency purchase, the amount of currency etc. This is a piece of cake for these super computers. All they told the computer is "break up these currency holders into 10,000 groups, by their contacts." Then you had the segments. EVERYBODY is connected to someone in some way that will get a special 800#.
My "Segment"
I already know how my contact group will work. I get my special number, I send it out to my personal contact group, and tell them DO NOT GIVE THIS TO ANYONE ELSE AND DO NOT POST IT. This number is connected to me and it is bad for me if it gets leaked out. While I have already been given advanced notice that I will have a segment, I am quite sure that there are thousands of other "Segment Leaders" that don’t yet know they are "Segment" leaders.... at least not yet. But they will be notified, and they will send out their special number to their group/newsletter list, just like they send out other notifications. Except this will be the 800# and the special instructions as well.
How It Could Work
So, the way it might work is, they send me, Bruce, TNT, maybe certain currency dealers, and others, our special numbers and we send them out to "our people." The message and instructions say keep this quiet. Make your appointments and exchange and do not post about it. They monitor the appointments and when the call volume goes down, they send out more segment phone numbers, until they have sent them all out. Can you see that the appointments are being made and people are then exchanging and no one on the outside knows a thing about it? IT IS EXTREMELY QUITE THIS WAY. Genius!!!!
However, if one of the segments gets out of hand, and one of its members posts their special call in number on the net, that number just gets cancelled. However, all the other segments that are doing what they are supposed to be doing, are unaffected. This keeps control of the number getting on the net, facebook, or other place that it should not be. But, even when that number is turned off, it does not stop all the other segments from calling their number and setting their appointments.
Comparison
It is way better than just posting it on the net, and way better than just sending out a mass email blast. It is organized and very efficient. Of course they use this super duper computer to check that every person who bought currency, has in fact made an appointment. I am sure for those who have not, they will follow up to make sure it gets done. However, I am sure that they will then post it on the net FOR A VERY SHORT TIME. This will cover whoever did not get contacted since they had no email, or whatever other reason. With this system, of contact by segments, they can get 50 million people contacted and exchanged very efficiently and quickly.
The fact that the Segments post was posted means that the segments have already been assigned and they are ready to send out the notices. Don't worry, you are going to be in a segment group of some sort. You might even be in a couple of different segments. For my segment, I am going to tell my people to contact the people they gifted currency to as well. This will cover everybody. All you need to do now is wait and see who sends you "notice" of the 800#s and the special instructions, to set your appointment and then keep it quiet.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that this must be getting ready to go since they have actually posted their plan to contact you by way of segments. Everybody in this Internet group is connected to someone who will have the number shortly. Instead of getting an email and instructions from some strange place, you will get the email and instructions from someone you know. This is better and it makes it easier for you to trust the source of the email. Make sense? Using this system, you will get the numbers BEFORE they reach the net.
Whatever you do, do not fuss and complain about this. It is a good plan and I have inside knowledge of how it will work and I trust it 100%. They want EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU TO EXCHANGE AND GET THE HIGH RATES AS WELL. Using this direct contact system, is the best way they can make sure you get the 800#s directly, from someone you know, and they will check to make sure you have made your appointment with the super duper computer that set this all up.
No matter what, it will be on the net eventually, for a very short time. But you should be done exchanging by then, and be at the store already. TRUST the plan, and be on the lookout for a contact from a TRUSTED source of yours. A call leader, a website, a currency dealer, a Guru, or other person who you know, will be the one to contact you in a familiar way. It is safe and well thought out. I will keep you up to date on its progress and soon we will all be done.

Don't worry about that, just wait until it is go time and then look for the information that pertains to your country.
2. It is better for you to exchange in your own country. The systems are set up that way. When you get extra money for projects, it is expected that it will benefit your country, if not totally, at least to start with.
3. You will be exchanging into your country's money first. You can then exchange again into another country's money later, but in the case of Mexico, I would not recommend it. I personally think that your Peso might get a bit of a bump up in value later. If that is true, you will make money on your own currency.
4. For a while, we used to hear about the "Second Basket" of currencies that would revalue next. I no longer hear about that and I think that might be because many of them will change value this time around, and/or just because we are already getting whatever money we ask for, so why would we be interested in investing it in another currency? All that being said, I still think that there will be some other adjustments later and I would not be surprised if the Mexican Peso was one of them.
5. The bottom line is to just wait until this goes, then call whatever numbers you get and ask what you should do next in/for your country. The information will be available for EVERY country in the World. No country will be left out. Also, exchange in your own country, bring whatever ID you have and expect it to work out for you, because it will.

When it is your own personal creation, and you have complete control of the whole process, you can make things happen very quickly. But this is a bit more complex.
Mainly, you have to keep your expectation high, which you could easily do, but then you ALSO think about others who are not keeping their vibration and expectation high. So on the one hand, you are bringing the GCR on, but on the other hand, your thought that others are holding it up, causes you to use your energy to hold it up as well. You are both believing that it is working out, and at the same time believing that it is not working out, because of others.
Vibration is always (In All Ways) a balance and it is the "NET" result that creates reality. If you believe slightly more that it is going than you believe that others are holding it up, your contribution is slightly biased to the working out side.
Interestingly, for learning purposes, if you held your vibration and expectation to it is working out and it cannot be stopped by anyone, be it troll, nay sayer, Cabal, etc, you would be contributing 100% of your available manifesting energy to making it work out.
It is easy to see what the trolls and Cabal are up to with their nonsense. They do or say something that not only makes you doubt a little bit yourself, but makes you think that they have the power to stop or slow down this RV. If you think they have the power to do that, they win, because you contribute your energy to the not working outside due to what you think they can do to stop it.
That is why the Light Workers have been so important because we kept believing and expecting that this World would get on the right track and be good again. That supplied enough positive, working out energy, to those who were doing things to make this happen. They believed and received energy support from your belief as well.

here is a question i'm asking myself..
For exemple, one of the project i will realise is to construct healing centers. I live in France (i'm a taxi driver).
I'll build (not myself) Feng shui structured centers with energy healers, magnetizer, reiki massage etc etc and the center of that will be for cancer people, 3rd age people and children..
the main idea is to get Neil Keenan's healing computer's (germain made i think) into my centers in order to achieve good healing experience to patients..

So your question is about the coming advanced technologies. Let me give you a sneak peek at what the future holds. First, whatever you see now is already out of date. In fact I understand that within weeks if not days after this goes, the old computers and technology will be taken off the shelves and the new more advanced stuff will "Suddenly" be available. If that doesn't blow your mind, wait till you hear my personal story.
I plan on buying a big 750 foot yacht. It will take 4 years to build it and so it needs to be ordered right away. I was talking about my plans with some of my "higher" contacts and they sort of laughed. They have a technology on the "ships" (UFOs) that will "print out" an Aero-ship (UFO) in hours or a day. They said that they could "Print out" the entire Yacht, including everything on it and in it, in a day. Then I said, well if they can Print out Areo-ships and I had them print out my yacht for me, I might as well print out a Yacht that can fly like an Areo-ship as well. They said "Why Not!" So to make a long story short, I am looking forward to having the first flying Yacht very soon.
However, in answer to your question, I would wait a little bit and see what new medical technologies show up after "Disclosure." It will be amazing to say the least. I wouldn't plan anything based on the technology of today, I would plan on using the most advanced technology available after Disclosure.

- Do our gifting letters need to be signed & notarized "at home" in advance?
- Might our CE gifting documents have to differ from state to state? (Corporate entities are ruled by the laws of the state in which they're founded.)
My quick online research shows a simple generic document on NOLO (for a real estate transaction--easily adaptable to present purposes if it'd be accepted), vs. a 4-page highly complex one on lawdepot.com, where it's called a "gift deed." That one is classified as an irrevocable gift -- which will lead me to another question in a sec. Interestingly, lawdepot, which I've never explored before, popped up an editable document for MY home state. Hmmm. And I wonder if an irrevocable "gift deed" is my state's requirement, or something the site uses for all.
- About gifting Iraqi currency along with VND/VNN and Zim: we've read that there may be special taxable conditions on IQD/IQN currency, unlike the other countries' -- I believe this has to do with the US's wartime relationship with Iraq. Now, it'll be great if the IRS goes away, and soon, as OWK and others project. But I plan to set things up as compliant and asset-protective within the existing system, and will be delighted to see a formal announcement down the pike that there's no more IRS or income tax.
So, I plan to do 3 different gifting letters, one for each of my 3 currencies. We've been cautioned (in earlier years) against mixing currencies in one bank account. I'm also wondering about mixing IQD/IQN with the others in my LLC. I'm having a "virgin" LLC created that has never done any taxable business activity and is coded properly for asset-holding-only purposes; I don't want to compromise the rest of the funds in it with a taxable transaction. My plan is to bring all letters to the appointment, and if I learn there's a potential taxation issue with IQD/IQN, I may keep it, or have a letter that gifts it to a different LLC that has already done taxable business.
- Finally, it seems like a good idea to create an acknowledgement letter of thanks from the corporate entity for each gifting letter. Non-profits have to do this, but it might be prudent for business entities too, in this case.

You have got a lot of questions and information here but I am sure I can clear this up for you very quickly.
Gift Letters
The whole idea of "gifting letters" was due to tax consequences of the Currency exchange. You didn't need the "letter" because you had the receipt that proved when you got the currency. In the event of tax your receipt would prove when you bought the currency, and the Gifting Letter was for the same reasons. It showed when the currency was gifted, and was MEANT to show the gift to the person, LLC, or whatever else was at its low value rate. That way, the gift was a non tax issue since its value was only a few hundred dollars. But when the currency increased in value, it would already be in the "Other Person's" hands or in the company structure. But that no longer matters.
No Income Tax
Based on what we are being told about the tax situation, and I am not a tax professional, is that we will not have a tax issue based on the increase in value, and we can give a couple hundred dollars to someone else or a couple hundred million, billion, or trillion and still not have a tax consequence either, since income tax will no longer be collected. If that is true, and I am sure it is, there would be no need for Proof that the gift was given to the person or the corporation at a certain time when its value was less. It could be given while at a lower value or given after it increases in value with no difference in the tax ramifications.
Irrevocable
I am not a fan of Irrevocable trusts or structures. Again, I am not a tax professional, but irrevocable structures usually have to do with tax planning. It lets "things" happen in the trust, or structure and limits the tax consequences. However, we will not have a capital gains tax, nor an income tax and so there are no taxes that need that kind of protection. If it were me, I would NOT jump into anything irrevocable before the exchange because you don’t know what you will REALLY need until then. Frankly, if there are no tax issues, then it doesn't matter when you get it to the trust or what kind of trust it is.... at first.

I am looking forward to getting top advice on how all this will work and what the REAL tax issues will be. You will have the best advice that money can buy or rent, right at your finger tips and you won’t have to be winging it and guessing what is best. I am a large holder of Zims and have been since 2010 and there as of yet no one has contacted me about anything regarding them. So if there is a list of large Zim holders I have not heard of one or seen one.
From what we were led to believe that that so called release of the 800 #’s was suppose to be before today and that has not happened as of yet.
I have heard that the hold up was because of rather to collect taxes on the exchange or not. The next excuse was because of North Korea, Then that Trump was going to step down as President.
The excuses keep mounting up and no matter how many times they say the elders have given the go ahead nothing happens. People are being evicted out of their homes, utilities are being turned off, some people are dying.
So far all I have seen is smoke and mirrors and nothing else. Stop with the excuses and the smoke and mirrors and give us the truth.

Nick, I understand your frustration as it has been hard on everyone. Under the new personal contact plan, otherwise known as the "Segments" plan, someone will contact you with the 800#s when it is time and not before. I know about this plan because I am one of the "Segment Leaders" and yet I have not told my people that I will be sending them the 800#s before they are on the net. Frankly it is not time. This is a great plan and involves giving you EARLY access to the 800#s so that you can call in and make your appointment BEFORE they are on the net. You are in someone's Segment-group and you will be contacted with an EARLY 800# to make your appointments BEFORE it is on the net.
You can just wait until it is on the net. But, I am sure you will be happy to be contacted early with the 800#s. That is all this is, an Early contact plan. I wrote a post explaining how all this works. Get ready because it will be coming your way very soon.

OWK, could you please address this on the forum?
I intend to go for humanitarian funding.
With the structured payout I'm assuming the first interest payment comes at T+3 months meaning beyond the $10K in new USN I walk out of the exchange with, I'd still be poor for the first 3 months.
Have the elders addressed this?
Either of these alternatives I'd be fine with
1) First interest payment immediately, second deferred 6 months and then every quarter hence.
2) 1x high screen rate (that purported $2.75 rate - whatever it really is) up front and first interest payment at T+3 months and every quarter hence.
We have a currently running project with not nearly enough funding (gracious charities) we'd want to immediately fully fund and others ready to roll we'll start in about a month after the exchange for me so I have some time to get my life back together.
Sorry if this has already been addressed but so far I can't say I've seen it has. This would be an issue for anyone taking a structured payout as I see it.

No biggie. You get to choose how much you put in the structured payouts. Keep a Trillion dollars out in cash if you want. My plan is to keep out a few Billion in cash, and put the rest into a payout plan. If I thought that I would spend that Billion in the first 90 days, I would just hold out 2 Billion, or ten Billion, or a hundred Billion. No biggie, you decide what you keep in cash and what you roll into the program. My method is to estimate what I might be able to spend in 90 days and hold that in cash. It is up to you.
By the way, I saw a post that advised people to make their payouts less than 50 years, but I disagree. You have to realize that the only reason you are putting your money in the payout plan is that there is literally no other place to put/store/invest that amount of money. If you took a short payout time frame, you would just end up putting it back into the plan as you would find it is too much money to put ANYWHERE ELSE.

Victor, The main post that had you wondering was the "Segments" post that explained, not too well, the new GCR roll out plan. By the way I have explained it way better in my post:
As far as your question of "Disclosure" it is not about telling the people what happened in the RV or not, it is more about getting the Exchanges done without them poking around looking for the exchange centers while they are still operating. if you think about it, you can take the $2.75/zim rate on a $100T note without any NDA at all. That means you can tell the World that you have $275 Trillion dollars if you like. So you can see it is not about hiding the RV, at least not forever, it is to protect it while it is happening.
As far as the NDA terms, the other things such as the High rate you got, and the interest you are getting paid, that is something you want to keep to yourself as private business. You got more than the currency was worth, and are getting paid an interest rate that others can't get. That is nothing more than Private business between you and the Elders who are giving you the money. Your personal Business and agreements with the Elders DOES NOT QUALIFY as necessary Disclosure to the general public. That is completely understandable and reasonable.

Segments - Answers Coming
My friends in Dinarland, I have received a lot of questions on the new GCR Plan, and I will answer them for you. It will be my pleasure to do so. However, I don't want you to worry about the plan as it is a GREAT plan for Early notifications. Before I start on all the questions I am getting, Here are a few points to consider:
#1) EVERYONE will get the 800#s even if you have no email address, and are on no contact list what so ever. It will be on the Net. No worries.
#2) The Segments Plan is an EARLY CONTACT PLAN, that's all. If most of the currency holders can be notified personally, then the 800# won't have to be on the net for a long time. Makes Sense!
#3) When I said that a Segment Phone number would be cancelled if it were posted on the net, it just means that there will be another one issued to that same segment group so that everyone gets a chance to make their appointments. No biggie.
#4) The Segments Plan is just for the FIRST call number. Once you have your second number, or you have made contact with your appointment location, you are in the system, and no longer need the first number. That means that the Plan will roll out very quickly, since once you call that number you are done with it.
#5) The whole Early Notification Segments Plan will happen in a just a few days at most. Once the notifications start it will go VERY fast. Then it will show up on the net for those who didn't get contacted for some reason. No Worries.
#6) Don't worry, if you are paying attention to what is going on, you will get the 800#. The NPTB and the Elders, are going out of their way, to contact you early with the 800#. This is NOT NEW. Remember you were told lots of times that you would be contacted by email as well. The only difference is that you are being contacted by someone you know, be it a Guru, Group, Currency Dealer, Website, etc. It is WAY MORE PERSONAL & Better that way.
#7) This is NOT a change in Plan, it is an ADDITION to it. All they are doing is adding another Early Contact Method to everything else they are already doing. It is an EXTRA WAY to make sure EVERYONE is contacted efficiently.
#8) Remember the thing that makes the Internet People (Group) special is that they can be contacted, by the internet. They are just making contact with you by email first, and then they will contact you by the net. But, by that time I would say that 99% of us will have already been contacted and have appointments, if not already exchanged. Relax, it is all good!
I am now going to start working on these questions... It may be a little while before I get them all answered.... Stand by...

Illusions and Truth of Your Identity
When speaking of your identity, it is often that you percieve your identity to be who you really are, your truth, source or core. There are numerous aspects of your being. Therefore there are numerous aspects of yourself and the Creator for you to identify with. To say that you have only one identity whether physical or spiritual is an illusion. To believe that you extend from an individual energy, planet, star or civilisation is also an illusion. When wishing to comprehend your source, essence, core or truth, it is important to comprehend that you are both constant and every changing, everything and yet also nothing. You are the Creator, and you are formless, infinite and ever present. When you can truly comprehend yourself in this way, not with your mind, with your heart and inner knowingness, you become an embodiment of the truth of the Creator. With embodiment, you live and experience the truth of the Creator in every present moment. This is when your reality becomes effortless, truly enjoyable and breathtakingly beautiful.
The experiences of your current reality, past and future lifetimes, as well as existence on different dimensions, become stories, like scripts of a play in which you have a leading role. Each experience is valuable, beautiful, growth enhancing and inspirational allowing you to explore all that is the Creator. These experiences although they may feel real and a deep part of you at the time, truthfully, they do not resemble your true self, the formless, infinite and every present and yet ever changing self. Each experience becomes a story which describes your journey rather than the source of your being or who you truly are. Many allow their story and journey to become their identity.
It is interesting to contemplate if a lifetime where you were immensely kind, generous and compassionate describes or could be described as your truth? It is my opinion that this lifetime does not describe your true essence, no more than a lifetime when you were immensely spiritual, poor, sick, cruel or unkind. Each experience or story allows you to glimpse an aspect of your inner truth, akin to a mighty jewel within you gradually being revealed.
Your True Identity
Your actions reflect and reveal so much about you. However that which is revealed is not your identity, mostly it is a mixture of your beliefs, experiences, parental programming and so forth. Your true identity may not truly be revealed to you until barriers, limitations and distractions that your thoughts and emotions attach to are released. Your true identity emerges to you as glimmers when you are in stillness, connecting to the Creator, communing with nature, or exploring deep within. It is often that there is a need to move beyond your thoughts, emotions and perceptions of identity, even your spiritual perceptions of your identity to connect with the true essence of your being, your formless, infinite, every present and ever changing aspect of yourself. I share my message with you as I observe many people upon the Earth witnessing their inner self, in doing so many access a glimpse of their true essence, the Creator. The glimpse they receive of their inner Creator is awe inspiring and expansive with so much to contemplate, that they accept this glimpse of the Creator as their whole truth. They accept this glimpse of the Creator as their identity, feeling that they have discovered all they originally desired to recognise about their true self. There is so much of yourself to discover. Therefore it is important to let go of spiritual discoveries, past lifetime realisations, spiritual civilisation connections and so forth, as otherwise, these become your identity. Rather than a story, script or a glimpse of your truth leading you forth to greater true self-awareness, attachments can be formed, and you become stagnant in your growth, believing you have discovered all you need to about your spiritual being and self. Your belief in your discoveries and your acceptance of them as your identity can offer further growth to some extent. However, it also causes you to be blind to or distracted from new inner awakenings, realisations drawing and glimpses emerging.
Letting go or releasing your attachment to the stories, experiences, past, present, future and glimpses of the Creator, encourages you to exist in the flow of the Creator, creating within you an appropriate state of further growth, self-acceptance, discovery and true self-emergence. Cherish and love all that you are, all you have experienced and discovered about yourself, however, remember that your true self is formless, infinite, ever present and ever changing. This way attachments are dissolved, and the truth is constantly emerging from within your being. Therefore, your actions become an expression of your inner truth and Creator self.
Aligning with Your True Identity
Take time to observe your thoughts. In doing so contemplate whether you use your experiences, stories, inner reflections, beliefs and glimpses of the Creator to form your identity? Do you create who you believe yourself to be at a spiritual and physical level through your perceptions of yourself and the world around you? Notice how attached you are to your spiritual discoveries, the thoughts and beliefs you have about yourself. It is important to allow your spiritual discoveries to inspire you, to fill your entire being, even for you to embody the energies revealed to you, carrying it forth as an aspect of yourself without believing that it is your new complete identity. If your perception of yourself was to vanish would you feel liberated or lost? Through contemplation, you can expand your mind, your ability to perceive the Creator within you, while casting aside any blockages or limitations causing stagnant energy within your spiritual growth. There are no further instructions or guidelines for me to share with you because I know that with your contemplation, you will reveal insights that will support you in transforming within, releasing attachments and perspectives that cause stagnant energy within you. Your natural abilities will awaken within you rising to guide and assist you ever more.
You may wish to affirm during meditation or quiet time:
‘I merge my perspective of my identity with the formless, infinite, ever-present vibrations of the Creator.’
As you repeat the affirmation silently within, imagine thin threads of multi-coloured light flowing and twisting together, entering through your crown chakra at the top of your head, moving through each chakra and into the Earth. The energy you experience is directly from the Creator, it holds the Creator’s qualities of formlessness, infinity, being present and ever changing. You can imagine these sacred threads of light akin to the light DNA of the Creator, penetrating and merging with your being while awakening the same within you. This affirmation, visualisation and inner knowingness can be practised as often as you wish to support your deeper connection with and expression of the Creator.
In discovering your inner essence and truth, perceptions of your identity will naturally fall away revealing the truth of the Creator within you.

Just think what it means to the planets above when they can see the earth, when they see the sparks of despondency that come from the earth. They, too, are affected. They, too, want the earth to overcome and they help in many ways. Those from different planets are still on this earth working hard to change minds and to help people realise who and what they are. You don’t live in a box with a small window. You live in a heavenly body with a wide, wide window. That wide window enables you to look out and helps you to realise that you have such power. Know that your thoughts build tremendous power so if they are negative and fearful, that is what the lower forces work on. They love fear and your fear feeds that negativity.
On the other side of the coin, I must say to you, there are many, many people upon the earth who are loving and kind and who follow the path of goodness. They send out wonderful, warm thoughts and these lovely thoughts rise up to contribute to the lovely, glorious Light. It is upon the Light of these wonderful, loving, kind people that we depend. So you who are asleep, you who are aslumber in your minds who cannot accept… you will, you know, or you will be left behind and I can assure you, you must now be awake to see what is happening. Do not have fear as soon as something dreadful happens. Yes, you may be shocked but bring out from yourself the Light. Send out Light. Be Light and know that nothing negative can win, ever, because the Light is the power of God. The power of God is within you and therefore you can send out warm, glowing, positive thoughts to the planets, which are indeed endeavouring to help.
Don’t you see, it is Light against darkness and the Light will win. I ask you today to think carefully about what I have said. You have the power to overcome. Imagine knowing what would be happening on Tuesday morning 9/11/2001 back on Monday night 9/10/2001?
Imagine knowing that every worldwide sovereign family leader and government, plus all militaries and banks, media and diplomats, were secretly awaiting a once in a lifetime, massive financial transition in some "Lord of the Ring" type passing of the torch to peacefully transfer control of mankind... only to wake up to the horror of the attacks at 8am EDT.
As 9/11 was the exact same day (and 8am the time) the world was to loving transition control from dark to light ... and sadly did not.
Imagine knowing who was behind the devastation, the planning, the reasoning and the misery that was sure to follow as the former torch bearers refused to surrender their global monetary throne no matter what was pre-negotiated and agreed to years and decades earlier.
The cabal just backed out. Just like that. And started an invisible currency war in its place. Done in plain sight for all the world to witness, yet only a select and privileged few knew who, what, where, when or why.
Flash forward 16 plus years and the financial system again finds itself on the eve of such a colossal transition, very differently this time, but none-the-less exactly the same.

WORLD leaders yesterday congratulated Zimbabwe for attaining 37 years of independence with Russian President Mr Vladimir Putin saying the relations between Harare and Moscow should be strengthened in line with Russia’s thrust to strengthen security and stability in Africa.
The solidarity messages came ahead of today’s 37th independence annivesary celebrations being held under the theme, ‘’Zimbabwe@37: Embracing ease of doing business for socio-economic development.”
Zimbabwe became independent on April 18 1980 after a protracted 14-year liberation struggle against the minority Smith regime.
Mr Putin said the relations between Russia and Zimbabwe have traditionally been of a friendly nature and should expand to other spheres.
“Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Zimbabwe — Independence Day.
“Russian-Zimbabwean relations have traditionally been of a friendly nature.
“I am confident that the further expansion of constructive cooperation in the political, trade and economic, humanitarian and other spheres meet the key interests of the peoples of our countries, goes in line with strengthening security and stability on the African continent.”
Mr Putin wished President Mugabe good health and success as well as the well-being and prosperity to the people of Zimbabwe.

British Ambassador Mrs Catriona Laing said the Queen of England Queen Elizabeth II wished Zimbabwe well on its day of independence.

Turning to negative western media, Ambassador Mwawampanga said: “President Mugabe should not lose any sleep. He is a strong leader whom we all look up to.”

I’d like to thank you very very much for your service on humanity, and in particular for helping the community here on IDC „planet“ to guide us on all topics of our currency exchange and questions about ascension and more. Also a special thank to Patrick for providing us this „galactic“ platform for our great future, thank you very much Patrick. And also many thanks to all writers here, equal on which topic you write, if currency exchange, spiritual guides, the event, ascension and a lot more – I love it to read a lot of them.
Until now I have translated a lot of articles posted here for a german speaking chat group, and it helped me on the one hand to learn the language better, and of course on the other hand to increase my knowledge on all these different themes.
Since many years I live in Spain, and for this reason I will stay in the future here too, and I will start my humanitarian and infrastructural project in Spain (center will be in Barcelona, I will move to there, just the moment I live on one of the beautiful Balearic islands). My projects includes about 25 countries, or even far more than 50 countries, it depends on the rate I can negotiate. Also when I have a profound knowledge on different professions I studied in this life, I am sure that I am not prepared to build up a huge company (foundation) of tens of thousands of humans to realize this project by my own (as a „CEO“), for this I need someone, but I am sure at my appointment they can help me!? I will take over a part of the whole project, and I see myself also in the position of a „student“ who will learn from the „CEO“ how to build up a huge foundation. I have only ZIMs, and will invest nearly all in my project, and I will take only a fix amount for me in private. At least the percentage I take for my my own will be less than 0.01%, or even far less.
I want to ask you some questions, I’m sure you can answer them :-)
1. I have prepared a PowerPoint presentation for the appointment. Do you think there is also the possibility that they have a beamer and computer at the appointment which I can use when I have a USB stick with me, or I can only use my printed presentation (My Macbook is broken, and the desktop computer I cannot carry with me ;-)? Or do I have to ask this at my #800 call?
2. About the language at the appointment. Like I said I live in Spain (born in Germany), I would like to have my appointment here; I think it will be in Barcelona, when I am right HSBC is there. The problem is, I want to do it in English language, even I don’t know if I can handle it perfectly in English, but definitely I am unsure to fulfill it in Spanish language, and I don’t think that at the appointment will be present German speaking peoples!? The reason is not really about the presentation, to handle it in English, it is more because of the NDA (yes, I want to and have to go for „sovereign“ rates cause of my project).
Do you think that it is possible also when I do my exchange in Spain, that I can have a copy of the NDA in German language beside the English version, which I can read before I sign the english version, because it is difficult for me to understand the business English in contracts? Or it will be better to go to Germany or Switzerland to do it there, even the project is in Spain? (My presentation is prepared in English language, because if I had to go to Germany or Switzerland, there is not the problem, they speak English too)
3. There were different opinions in the past about the number of pages of the presentation. Now I have two versions, a short and large one. The short one has nearly fifty pages, the large one nearly hundred. Or the short version still has to many pages (it is a PP presentation, so a single page has not a lot of text on it, and it is better to capture the content fast)? For me it makes no sense to have a presentation of a handful pages at this size of the project. Or what do you think or know about the count of pages?

First, you won’t be getting any help with your projects at your exchange appointment. That will be about agreeing to a rate, setting up your accounts etc. You will be able to enlist the help of your Wealth manager with your projects. He can help you pick a good contractor, manager, or whatever else you need. Importantly, you will have the money to get expert advice for EVERY AREA that you want advice. VERY EASY.
Electronics At The Appointment = NO
No phones, computers, recorders, or other devices will be permitted at your exchange appointment. If you have a Power Point presentation, print it out.
Your Project/Presentation
I have pointed out that it is not as much about your presentation on paper, as it is about you revealing your TRUE HEART. They are looking for passion. There will be people who have been living under a bridge who will get the high rates without any paper presentation at all. It is all about YOU. Your project presentation is more about them listening to your excitement, than it is about your project itself. If you are a Light Worker, it will show and that is all that matters.
NEXT: Language
This was a very important question and the answer will be as well. Tell them that your primary language is German and that you want someone there who can speak German to you, and you want your agreements in both German and English. There is NOTHING too hard to do for a future Trillionaire. Tell them what you want and expect to get it.

Your friend most likely will get some sort of notice from a segment-group. Just tell him to let you know when he does. If that doesn't work, then the numbers will be posted on the net anyway, just like they have always said they would. Just keep paying attention to the net and the numbers will show up soon.

I do not belong to a "group" nor do I have friends who have currencies. I do not have Zim currency.

First, you should be in the system since Travelex is not just a dealer, they are one of the largest. So, I am quite sure you will be notified through the email address you used with them. However, no matter what, the 800#s and information will be on the net just like they said. If for some weird reason, you don’t get an early notification, you will get the information you want from the net anyway. No Biggie.
The street Rates will be the ones that regular people get for years to come. The regular exchange rates for that currency. We will have much higher rates available to us during a short time for ALL THE FIRST BASKET CURRENCIES. The Dinar, Dong, Afghani, zim, etc. You will have plenty of time to exchange and get these rates.
There will be the early notices, emailed in segments, then it will be posted on the net for all those who didn't get any emails, or didn't even have emails, and that will last for a certain number of days. Once the special exchange offers are over, all rates will reset to the street rate where they will remain.

Hi IDC Family, I am an avid reader of this site (almost every an hour checking for an update) for almost a year now. Usually, I am first looking with OWK post before others....
Since I have a ZIM and have the written humanitarian project plan, I am reading OWK post as a priority. Now, I have a question for Richard/OWK, about his post
As I understand about this issue, that the #800 numbers will "FIRSTLY" be given to "KEY people" or leaders who had their "segments" then from them it will be given to their followers, but if this numbers would leaked out because of perhaps excitement of others to share this #800 number to other by posting it. then it will be cancelled...
So my question is (just to clarify), how about the #800 numbers that is suppose to be will be posted in IDC website that says: "This is where the 800#'s will be listed which will be included in the TETELESTAI post once published." (which actually I am waiting to appear)
Does it mean that there will be no number to be posted here or it will be cancelled also?

The segments plan is an Early notification plan. It is to get as many people through the process as possible before it is posted on the net. If someone posts one of the segment numbers publicly, it will have to be disabled and replaced. no biggie.
However, when the 800# is posted on the web site it will be the "Internet 800#" and will remain for a few days until all those who had not yet called in can do so. After a certain amount of time, it will be pulled down and turned off as well. This means that when you get an 800#, call right away to set your appointment. You don’t have to go in right away, just make contact right away, and then set an appointment time that works for you. Some will set a later appointment time due to travel sickness, or something else. Easy!

How will we get notified over here when we can go in, I have spoken to a HSBC Bank here in Aus several weeks ago and was informed that they new all about the RV/GCR and weren't allowed to discuss it or mention anything about it until they received official advice to do so, another question is the HSBC banks here don't do currency exchanges but all have a Travelex currency exchange centers inside the branch so who will do the exchange, Travelex or HSBC?
I am eagerly waiting to help the poor & hungry all over the world, I monitor all blogs and currency sites daily and can't wait for this to go but it's hard to get advice guidance when no one has your contact details, any guidance regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Basel III has strict standards of keeping track of these currencies and you MOST likely have an email address listed for your purchase for this VERY TIME IN THE PROCESS. They knew that down the road, when this actually went live, that they would be contacting people by email, just like it is being told to you. So don’t be surprised to find out that your email address was collected and saved for notifying you later.... Like now!
YES, you should notify your giftees as they probably don’t have any buying records or ways that the NPTB would know they have currency. Like you, I have many giftees and it will be our responsibility to notify them when we get the information ourselves.
Patrick will be getting the 800#s to put on his website when it is the right time. Remember, for all those who don't have emails, or aren’t contacted for some reason, they will be able to get the 800#s and information on the website when it is posted. Easy.
I read Dinar Chronicles and I am registered to be able to respond to posted messages. So I believe from this that I would be contacted but asked not to pass on the information. My question is that I gave away some of what I purchased to about twenty people all whom I have been keeping posted what is going on. They are depending on me to give them the 800# so they can exchange at these rates also. One is in the Philippines, another is in Hawaii, one is in Texas and the rest is here in the Pacific NW. How am I going to be able to help these people to be able to exchange at the higher rates to they can do the projects they have in mind to do. As far as your friend goes, I don’t see a problem with that. It is an early contact roll out plan, and you are just helping the process to go faster. That being said, keep it to those people you have direct contact with. I know that there will be some overlap at times, and some people will be left out since they never bought currency themselves. But that is why the number will then be posted on the net so that whoever still has not set their appointments, they can do so then. It is a pretty good plan, and it can be tweaked a bit, especially if you want to go with your friend to exchange as well.
I don't know anyone here in dinarland. I have been an observant currency holder.. I have gifted zim to people who are not monitoring anything and rely on me to share the 800s when released.

I have been following some gurus for 5 years now. At this point I am very confused about the sources these gurus get their info from and the post of others. I realize that none of the gurus can "make it happen". I have not been sitting around just waiting for the RV to happen. I have beem working till November of 2016 at which time I was in the hospital with neck surgery and also had back surgery 4 weeks ago. So, I have been out of work for a long time. First, exchange everything in only one country. In the new Benevolent financial system, there is no difference between countries, just the currency you get. Once you have done your exchanges, you can transfer your money anywhere in the World you want to, and exchange it again into any other currency you want. It is your money to do with as you please.

So, I'm sure the same thing is pretty much on everyone's mind; where are the 800#s? Easter has passed, Tax Day is Tuesday the 18th, and now we hear about the "Segments".
So my question is- Is this still going to be a quick time frame to get everyone exchanged or will this be a drawn out process before the public goes? The way this "Segment" is explained... some of these releases could be days if not weeks apart from each other. It is my deepest hope that we all exchange before the end of April but I am really getting worn out hearing, very soon, very very soon every weekend =( How fast can we expect this event to complete?

So what OWK is saying, if someone isn't playing fair in a group EVERYONE in the group who hasn't already called in for an appointment who is playing by the rules gets screwed because the 800 number gets turned off. I didn't see where everyone not yet called in for an appointment where one idiot ruins it, gets another chance. This is VERY troubling. Someone is going to get screwed, maybe many, if this happens if a new 800 number isn't issued by the group leader. Right?

No worries my friend. I am glad you brought this point up as it is a very good one. However the answer is simple. They will just disable the number that had been posted so it does not cause harm to the plan, and then issue a new one to the same segment for the ones who had not yet gotten their appointment set.
However, I expect that the moment a number is sent out to a certain segment, everyone will be done calling in a few hours at most. It will go very fast. Thanks for that great question.

I’ve always had lots of questions in my mind about the process, but equally, have always trusted that all will come clear, and that the process will work.
Having said that, I do have a question now arising from these posts.
There will be no record of purchase of my Zim by me, as I didn’t purchase any directly myself. They were very kindly gifted by a dear friend on the other side of the world, who knew that I had held plans and visions for a long time, and wanted to help me to realise them, as well as resolve my own personal financial issues. I simply couldn’t afford to purchase my own at the time, even though I dearly wished to. However, I’m not one of those who was gifted who only has a passing interest (which has been suggested in some recent posts), as you know, but completely and fully engaged, as though I had in fact purchased them myself.
So, wondering how I might receive my instructions and number to call? I shall contact the friend who gifted them to me, as there is a very clear record of his purchase, so I’m certain that he will be contacted. I’m also wondering whether Patrick will be asked to provide contact details for those he knows who’ve engaged on this forum, perhaps to hand on to OWK, or to others who are part of the Segment process? (Although there are many many more who watch and read, and perhaps have never written in, but who are all important to this process nonetheless – but assuming that if they’ve purchased their own currencies, there will be a clear record of their purchases anyway).
So, having told myself I’d just trust the process, I find I’m now asking for some guidance!! But I felt that these were questions that others might also have, as I know from reading the posts on this forum, that there are many others here like myself, who are extremely engaged, but were also gifted their currencies.

The Great Idea was to send out emails to all the Currency holders and get them in the process early. Clearly, as good as the NPTB are, there are going to be some giftees, or changed email address or whatever else, that make it hard to reach them. That is why it is still going to be posted on the net just as planned.
To Those Who Have Gifted Currency:
However, this is a great time to tell all those who have gifted to others, to be sure and notify them when you are notified. That is part of your gift, the currency and instructions on what to do with it when it is time.
To Those Who WERE Gifted Currency:
For all those who have been gifted currency, contact those who gave you the currency and have them notify you when they get the info. Remember, that even if you don't get the emails, or notification from your benefactors, the numbers and information will still be on the net as planned. Don't worry, You can't miss out.
I am so grateful for all the valuable information and the help you give to us all in Dinarland. I have read your "Segments " posts about the new roll-out plan, and I fully understand and accept it, it makes so much sense.
But I still have some questions, and I believe, nobody has asked them quite in these details. : So, I understand, this intricate new roll-out plan is mostly, for the people living in the US or Canada, or so, where there are those ( former Cabal) records of every single purchase on the net, where every single computer I.P was recorded for every call, and so on...But I doubt, that in other countries, this was done in the same amount as in America.
And so, for somebody in Europe ( like me) , or in other continents, there may not exist these records and evidence of currency purchase. I can not imagine, for the life of me, that this obscure little online company for collector items, where I bought my currency ( in fact, I purchased it with 3 different online sellers), that they have the advanced technology to record every single I.P, or that they would be contacted by the Elders with the 800 numbers, to give them out to their email list...
So my question is this: Can I , please, if it`s not too inconvenient, be on your "Segment " email list ?? I would be so grateful for that, because I would rather go quickly in, and not wait for too long ( I could really use the funds now , and I am also in the process of purchasing a huge property for my future healing center in Hungary, all that´s missing is the funds :). And I imagine, other people in different countries around the world, may have the same concern too.
Or even better, could you obtain from Patrick the email list with all subscribers on Dinar Chronicles, to send all of us those instructions with the 800 numbers to our Dinar Chronicles community here?? I am sure, everybody would appreciate it, even if some would get 2 or more emails with the instructions. The more, the merrier, as they say...Just to make sure, everybody here is covered and taken care of. In the bigger picture, it would not make much of a difference, or to disrupt the overall roll-out plan, as I believe, we are not quite such a huge number. Just a thought and suggestion.
With that being said, I would once again thank you so much for your service and help to this community here , and for your comforting posts, they really bring a sense of peace and calmness to this crazy ride, and it is so much appreciated !!

Remember that if you bought currency by mail, or at the Bank, or at a Currency Dealer, they already know who you are. By the way, based on the new financial system, the dealers have to keep better records than you know.
Remember also, that it will be posted on the net as well, as has been said many times. No worries there. And it will be very soon after the segment notifications start, since they what this whole process done, done, done, ASAP.
ONCE THEY START, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DRAG THIS OUT, IT IS GOING TO BE HIGH SPEED, FULL AHEAD!!!!
However, you do bring up an interesting point: Some of us may get more than one notification, as we have several places that we are connected to. Since you are only going to call that first number once to set up your appointment, then, if you get notices from other segments, just ignore them, since you are already done.

I never "apply" to any segment or segment leader.. I supposed you already thought of that but in order not to be "left behind" what are the steps so I can include myself into a group.. is there a French group that exist ? I live in France.. that's why I'm asking ..

26,000 people with zim in the USA, 50,000,000 people with currency in the world. The best you could come up with is to go to a Chinese restaurant everyday and wait for a fortune cookie with an 800 number in it to exchange. Any idea of how small that number is to the 7,000,000,000 people on this earth. Sure wouldn't want to upset anybody except us that have been living this chinese fire drill for the last ten years. Don't worry, it will be soon! Let see, everything has been completed and the time is at hand.
How's about call HSBC at the top of dinar chronicles web site. Oh I'm going to be tipping the world off when I call in. You figure I've got a party line here in California? I understand your frustration. I did try the Fortune cookie 800 number idea, but it never panned out. In answer to your questions, all is still going just as planned.
#1) Send out notifications by Email.... still the plan... Check!

So will you get an early notice to set your appointment by email? If you bought your currency by the net, from a bank, or a currency dealer, most likely yes. However, if you have deleted all your email addresses, and made yourself invisible, then probably not. In that case you will just have to wait till they are posted on the net. No biggie!

It is important to remember that the majority of this administration is Alliance personnel. The Cabal is not in charge of what is happening. They may throw some curve balls in the mix but by no means are they running the show. Nor could the president start making autonomous decisions when it comes to the military.
The Cabal seems to have been behind the CW attack in Syria, and the Alliance had to swiftly respond to that one.
