17 years after the 9/11 attacks, the feds have yet to implement the biometric entry/exit system

After the 9/11 terror attacks in 2001, the 9/11 Commission recommended that the government create a biometric entry/exit system so that it would be able to keep track of those entering the country and ensure they leave when their visa expires. 17 years later, the government has not implemented the entry/exit system! The Department of Homeland Security recently reported that more than 700,000 foreign visitors overstayed a visa in FY2017. Isn't it time that the feds took the Commission's recommendation seriously and implement the biometric entry/exit system?

Trump Administration Reduces Refugee Resettlement Cap to 30,000
Yesterday, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo proposed resettling up to 30,000 refugees in fiscal year 2019 and processing over 280,000 asylum seekers. He said, "They will join the over 800,000 asylum seekers who are already inside the United States and who are awaiting adjudication of their claims...In consideration of both U.S. national security interest and the urgent need to restore integrity to our overwhelmed asylum system, the United States will focus on addressing the humanitarian protection cases of those already in the country." Sec. Pompeo said refugee resettlement is one of many humanitarian programs the U.S. operates. The 2019 reduction should be viewed in that context. The following are excerpts from his remarks yesterday: "Since 2000, over one and a half million people have been admitted as refugees or granted asylum in the United States of America. Since 2001, the U.S. has permanently admitted 4.1 million total lawful permanent residents from refugee-producing nations...(H)undreds of thousands...have received temporary and permanent humanitarian protection under other immigration categories such as victims of trafficking, humanitarian parole, temporary protected status, and special immigrant juveniles...(T)otal U.S. humanitarian assistance worldwide was more than $8 billion in FY 2017, more than any other country.

The States of Arizona, Maryland and Wyoming joined the Records and Information from DMVs for E-Verify (RIDE) program. RIDE links E-Verify with state motor vehicle department databases, and allows it to verify the validity of driver's license and ID card information. Litigation Accuses IT Staffing Companies of Bias Against American Workers
Seven lawsuits have been lodged claiming that IT staffing companies prefer H-1B guest workers from South Asia over qualified American workers. Bloomberg Law reported that if the courts rule the companies used H-1B visas in violation of anti-discrimination laws, they could be forced to "change their long-standing hiring and business models. If there aren't enough U.S. workers to take the place of H-1B visa holders, as the companies say, that could force them out of business." THE TOP LINE on the chart is the latest projection from the U.S. Census Bureau. Under current trends the population in 2060 will be double what it was in 1970 when the national consensus was to stabilize! THE GREEN ON THE CHART shows the U.S. population growth that would have happened since 1965 if there had been no immigration (SOURCE: Pew). ALL THE OTHER POPULATION EXPANSION ON THE CHART (the red part) IS CAUSED BY CONGRESSIONAL IMMIGRATION POLICIES. Look at the red that rises above the green block from 1965 to 2018. That red mass illustrates the 75+ million additional people that Congress has forced into the country's cities, suburbs, former farms and natural habitat, its roads and schools through federal immigration policies since 1965. Can you think of anything that Congress has done that has had a larger impact on the country since 1965 than adding 75+ million through immigration? Now, look at the red tide that rises another 75+ million higher between 2018 and 2060. That big red mass at the top of the chart is the second 75 million who will be added due to post-1965 immigration -- if Congress doesn't reduce annual immigration.
That is because it represents what is in our power as American citizens to achieve.
If we can persuade Congress to make only moderate reductions in immigration, we can reduce the rise of U.S. population down to that orange line. You can see that the orange line levels off by 2050. LEVELS OFF! How great would that be for those of you young adults and your children -- and for the children and grandchildren of the rest of us. Instead of using immigration to force the addition of 75+ million more people to reach a total population of 404 million by 2060, the orange line shows a rise of 25+ million and a peak population of around 355 million. I don't have to remind you that adding yet another 25 million to the highways, byways and flyways of this country will make it much more difficult to maintain the quality of life that Americans desire. But dealing with 25+ million more people the next four decades will be incredibly easier than having to deal with the 75+ million that will be added if Congress doesn't immediately start reducing annual immigration! Every aspect of Americans' quality of life would be immensely better with 355 million than with 404 million. Even more important, the U.S. population would finally have stabilized by 2060, instead of continuing to balloon indefinitely into the future of our grandchildren's grandchildren. Massive amounts of natural habitat, farmland and other open space would be saved from the current relentless destruction in which immigration-driven population growth is the primary factor. The ORANGE LINE is based on what would happen if the Census Bureau's projection for annual immigration is reduced by a little more than one-third. It has been calculated through work by Dr. Stephen Camarota, Director of Research at the Center for Immigration Studies, with assistance by Eric Ruark, Director of Research at NumbersUSA Education & Research Foundation. On our website, we will provide much more detail about these projection scenarios. A cut of a little more than one-third would bring immigration down to around what it was in the 1980s, which was already double the average in the 1950s and 1960s. All of us must demand that candidates for Congress this fall declare whether they will continue the forced mass population expansion or will support moderate immigration reductions.

In Donald Trump's run for the White House, he promised bold changes on immigration. Those changes, if enacted, would boost American workers and put the country on a more sustainable path by reducing legal immigration and deterring illegal immigration. No person in the Administration has done more to advance Pres. Trump's immigration agenda than Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Here's an overview of some of the areas in which AG Sessions has taken bold action over the last 21 months.
END DACA -- AG Sessions authored the legal defense for the Trump Administration's decision to end the illegal DACA executive amnesty. The Department of Justice has also defended the decision to end DACA in a number of legal challenges filed by several states and pro-amnesty groups.
END SANCTUARY CITIES -- AG Sessions has taken several actions to discourage states and local jurisdictions from providing sanctuary to illegal aliens. He's blocked Department of Justice grants for sanctuary jurisdictions and sued the state of California over the state's passage and implementation of laws that block both law enforcement and employers from working with federal immigration officers. AG Sessions has also supported a Texas state lawsuit that seeks to eliminate sanctuary jurisdictions in the Lone Star state.
REDUCE ASYLUM FRAUD -- Earlier this year, AG Sessions took action to reduce the growing number of illegal border crossers who exploit the asylum system to avoid prosecution for illegal entry. He strengthened the credible fear standard by clarifying that the law does not allow individuals to receive asylum for fear of gang violence or domestic abuse perpetrated by non-governmental actors. He ruled that credible fear claims should only be approved when the alien has a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country because of their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group. This single action should help reverse the dramatic rise of defensive asylum claims entered by illegal aliens over the last decade.
INCREASE IMMIGRATION JUDGES -- AG Sessions has taken steps to eliminate the enormous backlog of cases that are bogging down the immigration courts. Just last week, AG Sessions announced that the DOJ would be increasing the number of immigration judges by 50% to help deal with the more than 746,000 immigration cases that await a ruling. This major new expansion would be on top of the additional judges AG Sessions sent to the Southern border region earlier this year to help deal with the ongoing border surge. He's also issued new guidelines to immigration judges to ensure the fair and expeditious treatment of cases and placed limits on judges' ability to postpone hearings that allow illegal aliens to live and work in the United States.
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY -- AG Sessions issued a zero-tolerance policy for illegal border crossers, ordering the prosecution of all foreign nationals apprehended crossing the border illegally. The policy also covers illegal aliens who enter a defensive claim for asylum -- approximately 80% of illegal border crossers from Central America who claim asylum have their claims eventually denied. In his State of the Union speech earlier this year, Pres. Trump said "Struggling communities, especially immigrant communities, will be helped by immigration policies that focus on the best interests of American workers and American families." It's clear that Attorney General Jeff Sessions has done more to implement those policies than any other individual in the Trump Administration. Note to All from St. Germain: These messages may or may not be what you expected when you saw the title of RV/GCR SitRep. (smile) That is a nice catch phrase, is it not? Well, I have lured you here to share messages of love and of hope. Each message does of course have my essence imbued into it and you should feel a piece of me as you read these words. This is how it works, dear hearts. My essence is sent with love and many blessings to ease you on your journey. I do not want to get sidetracked here, but I easily could! Let me dive into what I would like to say to you today.
Lots of love work is happening all across Gaia at this time. Love “work” is a term that I often use to describe the “action” of loving. I am of course referring to the excellent love work that you all have been doing since my first message was posted. Outstanding job, Lightworkers!! You are joining together in your dream-states and in your meditations and sending LOVE VIBRATIONS to everyONE. I am ever so proud! Your Love Work is stupendous and has a great effect; it is even softening the hearts of those whose hearts were quite hard. So yes, you get a gold star!
Now, have you also been using your creative abilities to their fullest? Are you visualizing your glorious futures? I hope that you are enjoying this fun task of sorts. As you continue to see your bright futures you will continually raise your vibrations and you will bring this future to your now even faster. Your manifesting creative abilities are powerful and I am pleased that many of you are enjoying this assignment/suggestion.
OK, what's next? Well, as you can imagine I cannot give you deep, dark inside secrets of what's going on behind closed doors. But please know that your Alliance Teams are continuing their efforts to bring the RV/GCR about. It is not a question of “if” but only a question of “when.” So please do continue to do your Lightworker duties of Love Work and creating the New Earth.
Today I wish to suggest that we remain open to new possibilities. Remain open and flexible and go with the flow. Sometimes things to do not happen as we think they will. Do they? For instance, you may hope for a surprise birthday party, but your family was so busy that they forgot it was your birthday. Are you going to sulk? Throw a tantrum? No. You are a understanding, loving Soul. You and your family and friends may celebrate your day of birth another day. You stay grounded, flexible, centered in your Being and feel gratitude for all that you have been given.
Now, why I am saying this? Well, let me say that I know what's floating around in all of your heads. “When is the RV going to happen? What will my exchange appointment be like? When will “The Event” come? When will we go to Hollow Earth? When will the Galactics land? When will our Mentors arrive? When is Disclosure going to happen? What about all those mass arrests? When will we get flying cars? (smile) How long will we have to accomplish our Humanitarian Projects before...? When can I ride on board a spaceship with my Galactic Family? WHEN IS THE ASCENSION GOING TO OCCUR?”
Each of you, my precious hearts, have your own ideas about all of these items above. Please keep your minds and hearts open! You've been reading, researching, watching videos, meditating and talking in chat rooms ever since you woke up from the 3D coma that you were raised in. Of course, this is to be expected!
I am saying this to get you thinking that events may or may not happen in the way that you have been told. In whatever order...in whatever manner, in whatever type of experience that you were expecting. So, I've just put a wrench in your mind-works, correct? Not to worry!
As a quick example, this one taking my message had a dream months ago that is still very fresh today. This dream illustrated how rigid her thinking had become in certain areas and it was a “wake-up call” to her. In the dream, she was sitting in a waiting room with a briefcase and feeling very nervous. She had donned her best clothes, prepared her business plan and was rehearsing her speech in her mind as she waited. There were other people waiting also but they did not speak to each other. Finally, it was her turn. She walked into the room and it was so different than she expected! It was a surgery theater! She expected a boardroom or office at the very least. A hospital? A surgery? So, she put down her briefcase and picked up a surgical mask. Someone came over and put a robe and gloves on her. She she started acting like a big-wig surgeon calling out commands to the others. She began enjoying herself and was a bit embarrassed at how she had reacted to the unexpected situation when she first entered the room.

A table, as the one above, can certainly be helpful in listing the names of all of the subsequent numbers depending on how many zeros they have. But it can be really mind-boggling to see just what some of those numbers look like.
Below is a listing, including all of the zeros, for the numbers up to decillion. For comparison, that's a little more than half the numbers listed in the above table.
Except for relatively small numbers, names for sets of zeros is reserved for groupings of three zeros. You write numbers with commas separating sets of three zeros so that it's easier to read and understand the value. For example, you write one million as 1,000,000 rather than 1000000. As another example, it's much easier to remember that a trillion is written with four sets of three zeros than it is to count out 12 separate zeroes. While you might think that one's pretty simple, just wait until you have to count 27 zeros for an octillion or 303 zeros for a centillion. It is then that you will be thankful that you only have to remember nine and 101 sets of three zeros, respectively. I cannot verify the sources for this report, but I can verify that most of it is accurate. Kennedy Jr. (son of assassinated President John F. Kennedy) [actually JFK Jr. death was coordinated by Bush Jr.] — and others.
ITEM 6: Then-Republican Presidential candidate Trump was right that Sen. Ted Cruz’s father was implicated with Lee Harvey Oswald.
ITEM 7: California Rep. Adam Schiff, Ranking Member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence; and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel, former White House Chief of Staff for US President Barack Obama, are connected with the Mossad.

ITEM 13: Bill Plante, who retired as a CBS News correspondent in November 2016, confirmed that JFK was shot from the front [by the driver of the limo], Tennessee Sen./Democratic President candidate Al Gore actually won the 2000 election, and the whole 9/11 terrorist attack was rigged. Plante said none of this will be reported because reporters are afraid for their lives.
ITEM 14: This country will not have a deficit once protocols are implemented. $100 trillion comes in, $35 trillion goes right into the U.S. Treasury, and there’s a $15 trillion surplus. We can [end illegal income] taxes, rebuild the military, create a great infrastructure program for this country, and Donald Trump will go down as the greatest President since Ronald Reagan.
ITEM 15: George H.W. Bush tried to assassinate President Reagan three times during Reagan’s eight-year presidency. [they did kill and cloned him]
ITEM 16: “Daddy Bush” (and Hillary Clinton) have also tried to assassinate President Donald Trump seven times. And Bush, throughout the years, has been involved with 25 assassination plots against other major political figures — specifically congress members and senators.
ITEM 17: If Gore had taken office and the Bush’s weren’t able to steal the election, there was a plot to remove Gore and put Vice President candidate Al Lieberman as President. [not true]
ITEM 18: There’s a coverup involving California Rep. Maxine Waters and the Blue Moon Bank in Thailand.
ITEM 19: The November 3, 2017 Rene Boucher assault on anti-war/pro-life Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul was attempted murder, “that guy [Boucher] was chipped,” because Paul knows too much and he can’t be controlled.
ITEM 20: A reporter in a major network was going to break a story — which he is sitting on to this day — that the government contacted orphanages around the country and paid these orphanages to transport orphans to Washington D.C.; so Dick Cheney and George H.W. Bush and other pedophiles (e.g. Barney Frank) could pick out the kids they wanted to have sex with. Then they took those kids to parties. Hookers were present at these parties. Congress members were drugged and photographs were taken of politicians and these orphans in sexually compromising positions. Most people are not aware that they should be asking the question - Should I vaccinate? Since the first mandatory vaccination law was passed in the U.S. (1903), the belief in vaccination has been promoted by a pro-vaccine government, a pro-vaccine school system and a pro-vaccine western allopathic medicine industry.
The Government:
The U.S. government is the largest purchaser of vaccines in the country. In fact, nearly 30 percent of the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) annual budget is composed of purchasing vaccines and ensuring vaccination is completed for every child in the country. Laws have been passed to protect vaccine manufactures from liability while at the same time, state laws require parents to inject their children with up to 100 vaccination antigens prior to entering school. If a vaccine injury – or death – occurs after a vaccine, parents cannot sue the doctor, the drug company or the government; they required to petition the Vaccine Court for damages, which can take years and is often denied.
The Schools:
Each state has school vaccination laws which require children of appropriate age to be vaccinated for several communicable diseases. State vaccination laws mandate that children be vaccinated prior to being allowed to attend public or private schools. Failure to vaccinate children can result in children being denied from attending school, civil fines and criminal penalties against their parents or guardians. What schools don’t tell parents is that in every state, an exemption exists allowing parents to legally refuse vaccines and allowing children to attend school.
The Medical Industry:
The medical industry advocates vaccines, often demanding that parents vaccinate their children or be dismissed from the medical practice. A sizable portion of a pediatrician’s income is derived from insurance reimbursement for vaccinations. The ever-expanding vaccination schedule that includes increasingly more expensive vaccines has been a source of increased revenues for vaccinating doctors. Unfortunately, many doctors have not read the package insert for the vaccines which they so readily inject into their little patients. Here are some possible things for members to consider.
1) The veracity of Turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties can be confirmed on GreenMedInfo.com, Sayer Ji's educational, science based site.
2) To confirm the Essential Oil information they can look to Dr. Z's site (Eric Zielinski) DrEricZ.com or Dr. Josh Axe.
3) I use Young Living Essential Oils and recommend DoTerra as well. Always try to find Organically grown for best quality. I avoid the oils carried by Whole Foods or other commercial cheap brands as I know will not get the full benefit. They were not harvested and processed to maintain and protect the oils.
FOR MOUTH ISSUES
The important thing is to reduce the inflammation and bacterial growth in her mouth. As we know each tooth is directly connected to specific energy meridians and organs in our bodies.
Were this my sister or child I'd start with:
- Toss any Flouridated toothpaste or mouthwash
- First thing every morning rehydrate with 8-16 oz of warm water with a whole lemon squeezed into it. Why? Because you are dehydrated after 6-8 hours of sleep and the lemon helps to detox your system. Despite lemon being acidic your body's metabolism actually changes it into a basic (beneficial) fluid. The more hydrated you are the better your entire system including your body's ability to cleanse and detox.
- Cleaning teeth - Depending on how sore the teeth and gums are one may have to start with warm saline rinses. Warm some water put some good salt (not table) Sea Salt better and dissolve completely in water then swish around mouth for 30 seconds. Spit out. Repeat. Spit out. Can try using water as hot as one can stand to heighten the impact. This will help to reduce swelling and get into nooks and crannies of her teeth to lift surface bacteria away. I learned this when I had an infected gum around a wisdom tooth and this was the ONLY thing that relieved the pain and reduced the swelling immediately.
- Brushing teeth - May need to start with a super soft baby toothbrush. Could also use a Water-Pik with warm water with 3 Tbsp Hydrogen Peroxide. For ease and convenience combine in two small bowls in the bathroom - 1) with Hydrogen Peroxide and, 2) with Equal parts Baking Soda and Sea Salt. Morning and night - Dip toothbrush into Hydrogen Peroxide to moisten then dip to coat bristles in Baking soda and Salt mixture. Brush teeth and gums. Spit out solution. Never swallow Hydrogen Peroxide. Repeat dipping, brushing process as necessary. The beauty of this combination is the baking soda neutralizes the acid created by the bacteria on the teeth that leads to plaque build up and the Salt reduces swelling and the Hydrogen Peroxide kills surface bacteria. Your teeth will never feel so smooth and your mouth fresh.
- Adding Essential Oils -There are 2 EOs (Essential Oils) I use for oral care. Clove and Oregano. Both are considered HOT oils meaning very strong and need to be diluted with a carrier oil. Best carrier oil would be Coconut Oil for oral care. Other carrier oils taste gross.
ONE drop will be all you need each time as these Essential Oils are strong, respect them. I alternate between Clove EO and Oregano EO on a daily cycle. Clove one day, Oregano the next and sometimes skip both on day three and just brush and/or use my Water-Pik.
Clove - I use this EO after I have brushed with above Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda Salt combination. Then I add Coconut Oil to my toothbrush, and ONE drop of Clove Essential Oil to the palm of my hand. Then I blend together in palm of my hand and as I brush I focus on my gum linings. You can swallow or spit out, your choice.
"In a study, Clove outperformed eugenol, eugenyl-acetate and fluoride in its ability to slow dental erosion. Not only did clove oil lead the pack by 'significantly' decreasing erosion, it actually remineralized teeth." Marya, C.M. et al 2012. Essential Oils Ancient Medicine, Axe, Bollinger and Rubin pg 126. Oregano - Repeat the same process as with Clove EO. Oregano is VERY strong so may need more Coconut Oil as a buffer. Depending on preference can swallow or spit out Oregano EO carrier oil mixture. Keep a glass of water at the ready to tone down the Oregano EO strength. You can swallow this tongue clearing water.
This is the powerhouse EO. "Oregano essential oil is an incredible natural antibiotic because it contains carvacrol and thymol, two powerful compounds with antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Dozens of studies confirm that oregano oil can be used along with or as an alternative to antibiotics for a number of health concerns. The research supports the fact that oregano is more than just an antibiotic--it's the ultimate natural antibiotic!" Essential Oils Ancient Medicine, Axe, Bollinger and Rubin pg 203.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
If this were my hip I'd start by cutting out inflammatory foods; sugars, processed foods, white breads, sodas etc.
Then I'd consider two different ways to reduce the inflammation, one using foods the other via topical application of turmeric to the area for transdermal absorption. Think Vick's Vaporub on your chest for respiratory coughs.
FOOD - I'd incorporate RAW ORGANIC TURMERIC ROOT into my diet everywhere I could. The reason I choose the whole root is the natural synergy of all the therapeutic compounds. Add to soups, salad dressings (make your own) sauces, on vegetables, smoothies, marinades for meats if you choose them. Use your imagination. It is the Curcumin that is the best known active compound in Turmeric.
"Turmeric contains the active ingredient cucumin, which is an anti-oxidant that demonstrates anti-inflammatory properties in conditions such as arthritis, muscle sprains and other injuries,…" Essential Oils Ancient Medicine, Axe, Bollinger and Rubin pg 232.
IMPORTANT - You will need to include Ground Black Pepper and a good Oil, such as Olive, Coconut with your Raw Turmeric. (Not canola, corn, soy or vegetable due to GMOs) The piperine in the black pepper and the good oil increase the absorption of the turmeric in the digestive system by 2000%
Turmeric Golden Milk Recipe - this is an old ayurvedic recipe that is used to treat joint, tendenitis and arthritic pain. I use Dr. Arjan Khalsa's recipe from YouTube. Super easy to make and the turmeric paste recipe will last 14 days in refrigerator.
TOPICAL - For transdermal I'd make a fairly thick poultice of either Raw Turmeric or Turmeric Powder and Coconut Oil and apply directly to the affected area. BE SURE to cover well with fabric you don't mind getting stained. Turmeric stains everything. Perhaps best at bedtime.
Getting Started You can find a number of vendors of Organic Turmeric Root on Amazon. I buy a pound at a time and grind up finely in my food processor. Then I store @ 1/3 in a glass jar in the refrigerator for ease of adding to foods. The balance I wrap in cut up plastic bag sheets and form into wrapped up balls. (I use gloves when doing this so I don't get orange finger tips) Then I freeze the little balls in a small tart tin form in the freezer. Then transfer to sealed bag once frozen. I take two balls out when needs be, unwrap place in glass jar so I always have fresh turmeric available.
This Issue: Trump signs CR, delaying vote on DHS spending bill until December
Fri, Sep 28th
Pres. Trump signed the final minibus spending bill earlier today averting a possible government shutdown. Congress approved funding for most government agencies for the next fiscal year, but it delayed a vote on the more controversial Department of Homeland Security spending bill until December. Current funding for DHS will be extended until Dec. 7, meaning the fight over funding for E-Verify, a biometric entry-exit system, border security, and several troubling immigration provisions won't occur until the lame duck session. As a reminder, the DHS spending bill, introduced by Rep. Kevin Yoder (R-Kansas), includes:
1) an exemption for H-2B returning workers from the annual cap, potentially quadrupling the number of low-skilled H-2B guestworker visas that can be issued in FY2019;
2) an expansion of the H-2A agricultural guest worker program to cover year-round workers instead of just temporary or seasonal workers;
3) the defunding of a DHS rule implementing Attorney General Jeff Sessions' asylum ruling that would help close an asylum loophole; and
4) the lifting of the per-country caps for employment-based green cards. Rep. Yoder has said that he plans to strip out the asylum provision before the House votes on the bill, but he's been silent on the other three immigration provisions. The House is expected to adjourn today until after the midterm elections in November, so we'll use the time Members are back in their districts to state our concerns with the DHS spending bill. Attention turns to elections With the House likely leaving town until mid-November, most of the attention will now turn to the hotly contested midterm elections. Roughly, one-fourth of the House seats are too close to call at this time, and immigration is proving to be a major issue in most of these races. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement bureau announced the arrest of criminal aliens and immigration violators in North Texas and Oklahoma (98), Wisconsin (83), and the Los Angeles area (150).
Speaking before the United Nations General Assembly yesterday, President Donald Trump touted the "right of every nation" to set its own immigration policy in accordance with its national interests." He addressed instances of "uncontrolled migration" and confirmed the United States will not participate in the new Global Compact on Migration, saying "Migration should not be governed by an international body unaccountable to our own citizens."
Brevard County commissioners voted 4-0 to approve a resolution requiring county contractors to use E-Verify as a condition of doing business. The county already requires E-Verify use on contracts involving state or federal dollars, and will soon consider a mandate for all employers that have county business tax receipts.
The Trump Administration will soon propose a federal rule to help ensure that immigrants and non-immigrants seeking entry to the United States rely on the resources of their sponsors and family members rather than public benefits. It would define the term "public charge" in regulation and to identify the types, amount, and duration of receipt of public benefits that would be considered in determining whether someone is inadmissible. Once published, the public will have 60 days to comment before the rule is finalized.
Orange County Superior Court Judge James Crandell ruled that California's law limiting police cooperation with ICE violates Huntington Beach's status as a charter city under the state constitution. The ruling makes Huntington Beach and California's other 120 charter cities exempt from complying with the state sanctuary law.

We would need to call for our appointments before Mon. It was my understanding that we would not be taxed on our exchanges/redemptions, but would be taxed on interest received from long term payouts. There will also be a website address provided for all further explanation. The QFS will have complete control of every banking transaction once the QFS is switched on. The RV/GCR will never take place until the QFS is in complete control of all funds. Once the QFS is operational it will permanently end Deep State’s influence over the global economy! The QFS-system will not handle any fiat currency, as these are part of the corrupt old cabal system. – All currencies of the 209 Countries that have signed up for GESARA, must being Gold or asset backed.
In the end, people will not need any form of money because of the new technology and our ability to barter or mentally create/manifest what is needed. Expect to see the Galactics on national TV and prior to that, friendly global lightship shows will be on display for everyone to see.
The Galactic Alliance Plan
