In the midst of the media frenzy over former Special Consul Robert Mueller's testimony in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, there were some significant development on the immigration front. Some of you may have seen the Newsflash we sent out earlier this week (if you're not signed up you can do so on your E-mail Subscriptions page). In it, we heralded a VICTORY! as the House of Representatives blocked passage of H.R. 549 -- a bill to grant Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to illegal aliens from Venezuela. The House Leadership had sought to pass the bill by bypassing regular order, sending it directly on the floor for a vote without first going through committees and not allowing any amendments to be offered. This tactic failed with a vote of 268-to-154, since a bill needs a two-thirds majority to pass through this process. NumbersUSA had sent a scoring notice to House offices urging a no vote on H.R. 549, and posted requests on the Action Board for activists to call their Representatives asking them to oppose the bill. The failure of H.R. 549 was a welcome outcome, but the victory was short-lived.
On Wednesday, the House Leadership huddled and decided to send the bill to the Committee on Rules, which voted to consider it as an emergency measure. By doing so, the bill went directly to the floor and passed with a simple majority, 272-158, with 39 Republicans voting in favor. TPS is supposed to protect foreign nationals who are legally in the United States on temporary visas from being forced to return to unsafe conditions in their home countries. And it is supposed to be granted on a temporary basis. That is often not the case with TPS. Nicaraguans remain in the U.S. under TPS who first gained that status in 1999, Salvadorans since 2001. One could argue that the situation in Venezuela requires granting TPS to Venezuelans in the United States by passing an emergency measure. However, the Senate is unlikely to vote on this legislation anytime soon. The House bill puts the cutout date to qualify for TPS at "upon enactment," which incentivizes Venezuelans to come the United States without permission, or for those who are already here to remain illegally, with the hopes of benefitting from a future TPS. Even if the Venezuelan TPS bill passes the Senate, its future is uncertain as President Trump did not use his authority to grant it through executive action. He has not said whether he would sign TPS legislation that passed Congress into law. Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) introduced their "TPS Reform Act" ( H.R.3899) this week, which would grant TPS for eighteen months to Venezuelans in the country legally, and would require a vote by Congress to extend this designation. It would not allow the President to extend TPS, as is now current practice.
Also uncertain is the future of the Trump administration's refusal to consider the appeals of asylum seekers who pass through another country en route to the U.S. border. A D.C. District judge on Wednesday denied a motion to block the policy's implementation, while only hours later a judge in the Northern District of California in San Francisco did block the policy. With contrasting rulings, the Trump Administration has not signaled what its next course of action will be. Another big immigration case seems destined for the Supreme Court.
In the meantime, the House starts its August recess this afternoon after failing to pass any legislation to prevent the ongoing border crisis.

U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar issued a preliminary injunction that will halt the asylum ban nationwide. The move came hours after a federal judge presiding over similar litigation in the District of Columbia declined to stop its implementation.
A D.C.-based federal judge today ruled that a Trump administration ban on asylum seekers who pass through another country en route to the southwest border can go forward on a temporary basis, as reported by Politico. U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly denied a motion filed by immigrant legal service providers to block the policy's implementation.

The Department of Homeland Security will finalize a regulation that raises minimum investment amounts in the EB-5 visa program. The program currently allows foreigners who invest $1 million in a U.S. commercial project that will create or preserve at least 10 jobs to apply for a green card. The investment threshold drops to $500,000 if the project takes place in a high-unemployment or rural area.
The Trump Administration has finalized a plan to bypass immigration courts and remove illegal aliens who are unable to prove they've been present continuously in the U.S. for two years or more, according to an announcement Monday, as reported by Politico. The Department of Homeland Security will publish a notice that aims to use the department's full statutory authority to employ "expedited removal" to a broader range of illegal aliens who cross the border.

The dopes on the left hoped the Mueller Report hearing yesterday would finally put them over the impeachment hump and send Trump packing. Instead, it turned out to be an embarrassment to Mueller and every angry Trump hater in the room.
Not only was Mueller, the face of Andrew Weissmann's Trump impeachment squad, ill-prepared for the questions thrown at him by the Republicans, but he appeared confused, mumbled and stumbled through his testimony and seemed badly in need of a hearing aid, asking dozens of times for the questions to be repeated.
Mueller was exposed in this hearing as the figurehead of a Marxist group of Trump-hating, Clinton supporters that were allowed to harass a duly elected President for two and a half years. If the major players in this coup don't see prison time, all trust in the FBI and the Department of Justice will be lost.
Aside from the shock of seeing this feeble old deep state fixer have a series of senior moments on national television, the viewer saw that Mueller was so unfamiliar with the contents of the report that bears his name that when asked about Fusion GPS and owner Glenn Simpson, Mueller said he wasn't familiar with either.
That seemed hard to believe since it was Glenn Simpson and Fusion GPS who hired former British Intelligence agent Christopher Steele to write the infamous Trump Dossier for the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Both are mentioned in his report.
*Sadly No one was more surprised about what was in his report than Mr. Mueller.
The dossier was central to the case against Trump yet Mueller said that the subject was "beyond my purview." He also testified that he never bothered to interview Glen Simpson, a key witness in the Trump Tower meeting with Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya who met with Simpson the day before the meeting with the Trump team and the day after. This certainly should have been in Mueller's purview!
This, however, didn't surprise me a bit. I wrote on May 17, 2017, after Mueller was named special counsel, in "Deep State Cover-ups, Conspiracies, And Lies"...

Former Fox business commentator Ed Butowski filed suit against the DNC and their IT experts at Crowdstrike to provide records showing whether their servers were hacked and by whom. Attorneys for the DNC and Crowdstrike recently formally objected to subpoenas in the case. Why aren't they being compelled to testify?

Butowski has also provided new information in a recent lawsuit filing revealing that the source that met with Julian Assange. This source informed him that it was Seth Rich and his brother Aaron that provided the Clinton e-mails to Assange and not a Russian hack. This new source was former Fox Commentator Ellen Ratner.
Ratner's brother was Julian Assange's attorney, and in 2016, shortly after Seth Rich was murdered, during a meeting at the Ecuadorian Embassy, Assange told her it was the Rich brothers who was the source of the thumb drive and he wanted Ratner to get word to Rich's parents in case it had something to do with there son's murder.
Ratner apparently took this information to Bill Shine, the president of Fox News, but Fox sat on this vital information for over two years!

As a 77 yr. old guy who has gone to Europe, Canada, Mexico and now Cuba for bicycle road trips, I thought you might enjoy reading my report of my bike trip to Cuba:
On February 1st I flew to Atlanta, met some friends and we flew to Cancun, Mexico. We spent 4 days there, mostly touring the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Chichen Itza and getting ready for the next part of the adventure. Seven more people flew in and we all boarded a Mexican airline, Interjet, and flew to Havana for a week of bicycle riding in Cuba.
Cuba, where nothing works, including the people. Unemployment is 48% and of those who do work, 8 out of every 10 work for the government. Before heading to the western part of the island, we spent a night in Havana at the Riviera Classic, the finest hotel at one time. 20 stories with 3 elevators, but only one worked. Contrary to what I found in the rest of the country, my shower only had hot water. Turn the knobs all you want, but you only got hot, scalding water.
The stories about the old cars is quite true, but many of those cars are to take tourists on tours of the city. $30.00 gets you 2 hours in a 1952 Cadillac convertible and you can pile in as many people in as you want. Old Chevys seem to be the most popular and a few are quite nicely restored. They all fell in the 1941 to 1957 range. I saw nothing newer than a 57. By restored, I mean they look good on the outside, but as our Cuban tour guide said, there would not be a V8 under the hood. The original had failed decades ago and with no parts to fix it, other means had to be found. Generally, that involved putting a 4 cylinder Russian made diesel in and making the necessary changes to get it to fit and mate up with an unknown transmission.
The country is still in the 19th century. Many people walk, but equally as many use horses, both to ride and pull carts. I saw wagons pulled by oxen on the highway.
We traveled by motor coach, stayed in crude motels, and ate in restaurants; all owned by the government. Staying clean was a challenge. In the public restrooms washing your hands was interesting. You need three things to wash your hands; water, soap, towel to dry. Well, the towel was your shirt or pants, because there never was any towels.
In 1/3 of the toilets there was no water and in one case, there was a lady standing beside the sink with a bottle of water to pour over your hands. In an equal number of places, there was no soap.
If you thought not having soap and water in the restroom was a problem, imagine not having a toilet SEAT. Yep, no toilet seat and it wasn’t just confined to public facilities. One of the rooms we stayed in had no toilet seat, which was matched by the fact there was no toilet paper. In its place, somebody had carefully torn individual sheets of toilet paper from a roll and placed them on the back of the toilet.
Free health care and education is one of the things Castro brought with his revolution. The healthcare is generally limited to the bigger cities. Our guide told us that a taxi driver in Havana earned more in tips each day than a medical doctor earned in salary in one month. Oh, and the doctor can be arrested and jailed if he attempts to treat people on the side for extra money.
Education is free, but the reality is that most people cannot afford to stay in school. Our tour guide was the exception. He completed college and got a Master’s degree in computer technology, but can’t find a job in that field, so he conducts tours.
We visited a tobacco farm, where we had the opportunity to purchase genuine Cuba cigars for $3.25. The farm had been in this man’s family for 3 generations, but only recently had actual title been put back in his name. The government claimed it after the revolution. After harvest, the government takes 90% of the tobacco, leaving the farmer with just 10% for his “own personal use”. He chose to demonstrate how to hand roll a cigar, then sell it to tourists. I asked our guide if all farmers lost 90% of their crop to the government. His reply, “Oh no, vegetable farmers only give up 60% of their crop”.
The roads looked like they had been carpet bombed with huge potholes everywhere. Add that to the very steep hills we encountered and it made for slow biking. While I am no speed demon, one day I averaged just 4.5 MPH as I attempted to find bits of pavement between the holes in the road. In many cases, there was no road, just dirt and when the trucks went past, we were engulfed in a storm of dust and exhaust fumes. A few of the trucks were left over Russian military vehicles.
Personal transportation in the rural area was provided by stake bodied trucks. People would stand by the side of the road and climb aboard when such a truck came by. The fare was around 8 cents and you stood packed in the bed of the truck with several dozen other people.
Those on welfare receive $25 a month, plus a ration of beans, rice, and cooking oil. The money came from the Cuban government, but the Russians provided the food. Each month a supply cargo ship docks with beans, rice, and cooking oil sent by the Russians. Speaking of them, the Cuban version of the Missile Crisis is quite different from what we heard in the US.
Glad I went, but have no desire to return. Cuba makes our inner cities look like paradise and the poverty is staggering. After two weeks abroad, we flew home and I spent the night in a Hampton Inn at the Atlanta airport, before catching an early morning flight back to Seattle. Took the longest hot water shower ever after having a cheeseburger, fries and two gin & tonics for dinner. I was really glad to be back.

What I Learned in the Peace Corps in Africa: Trump Is Right

Three weeks after college, I flew to Senegal, West Africa, to run a community center in a rural town. Life was placid, with no danger, except to your health. That danger was considerable, because it was, in the words of the Peace Corps doctor, "a fecalized environment"
In plain English: s--- is everywhere. People defecate on the open ground, and the feces is blown with the dust on to you, your clothes, your food, the water. He warned us the first day of training: do not even touch water. Human feces carries parasites that bore through your skin and cause organ failure.
Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that a few decades later, liberals would be pushing the lie that Western civilization is no better than a third-world country. Or would teach two generations of our kids that loving your own culture and wanting to preserve it are racism.
Last time I was in Paris, I saw a beautiful African woman in a grand boubou have her child defecate on the sidewalk next to Notre Dame Cathedral. The French police officer, ten steps from her, turned his head not to see. I have seen. I am not turning my head and pretending unpleasant things are not true.
Senegal was not a hellhole. Very poor people can lead happy, meaningful lives in their own cultures' terms. But they are not our terms. The excrement is the least of it. Our basic ideas of human relations, right and wrong, are incompatible.
As a twenty-one-year-old starting out in the Peace Corps, I loved Senegal. In fact, I was euphoric. I quickly made friends and had an adopted family. I relished the feeling of the brotherhood of man. People were open, willing to share their lives and, after they knew you, their innermost thoughts.
The longer I lived there, the more I understood: it became blindingly obvious that the Senegalese are not the same as us. The truths we hold to be self-evident are not evident to the Senegalese. How could they be? Their reality is totally different. You can't understand anything in Senegal using American terms.
Take something as basic as family. Family was a few hundred people, extending out to second and third cousins. All the men in one generation were called "father." Senegalese are Muslim, with up to four wives. Girls had their clitorises cut off at puberty. (I witnessed this, at what I thought was going to be a nice coming-of-age ceremony, like a bat mitzvah or confirmation.) Sex, I was told, did not include kissing. Love and friendship in marriage were Western ideas. Fidelity was not a thing. Married women would have sex for a few cents to have cash for the market. What I did witness every day was that women were worked half to death. Wives raised the food and fed their own children, did the heavy labor of walking miles to gather wood for the fire, drew water from the well or public faucet, pounded grain with heavy hand-held pestles, lived in their own huts, and had conjugal visits from their husbands on a rotating basis with their co-wives. Their husbands lazed in the shade of the trees. Yemily was crucial to people there in a way Americans cannot comprehend.
The Ten Commandments were not disobeyed “ they were unknown." The value system was the exact opposite. You were supposed to steal everything you can to give to your own relatives. There are some Westernized Africans who try to rebel against the system. They fail.
We hear a lot about the kleptocratic elites of Africa. The kleptocracy extends through the whole society. My town had a medical clinic donated by international agencies. The medicine was stolen by the medical workers and sold to the local store. If you were sick and didn't have money, drop dead. That was normal. So here in the States, when we discovered that my 98-year-old father's Muslim health aide from Nigeria had stolen his clothes and wasn't bathing him, I wasn't surprised. It was familiar.
In Senegal, corruption ruled, from top to bottom. Go to the post office, and the clerk would name an outrageous price for a stamp. After paying the bribe, you still didn't know it if it would be mailed or thrown out. That was normal. One of my most vivid memories was from the clinic. One day, as the wait grew hotter in the 110-degree heat, an old woman two feet from the medical aides, who were chatting in the shade of a mango tree instead of working, collapsed to the ground. They turned their heads so as not to see her and kept talking. She lay there in the dirt. Callousness to the sick was normal.
Americans think it is a universal human instinct to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It's not. It seems natural to us because we live in a Bible-based Judeo-Christian culture.
We think the Protestant work ethic is universal. It's not. My town was full of young men doing nothing. They were waiting for a government job. There was no private enterprise. Private business was not illegal, just impossible, given the nightmare of a third-world bureaucratic kleptocracy. It is also incompatible with Senegalese insistence on taking care of relatives. All the little stores in Senegal were owned by Mauritanians. If a Senegalese wanted to run a little store, he'd go to another country. The reason? Your friends and relatives would ask you for stuff for free, and you would have to say yes. End of your business. You are not allowed to be a selfish individual and say no to relatives. The result: Everyone has nothing.
The more I worked there and visited government officials doing absolutely nothing, the more I realized that no one in Senegal had the idea that a job means work. A job is something given to you by a relative. It provides the place where you steal everything to give back to your family.
I couldn't wait to get home. So why would I want to bring Africa here? Non-Westerners do not magically become American by arriving on our shores with a visa.
For the rest of my life, I enjoyed the greatest gift of the Peace Corps: I love and treasure America more than ever. I take seriously my responsibility to defend our culture and our country and pass on the American heritage to the next generation.
African problems are made worse by our aid efforts Senegal is full of smart, capable people. They will eventually solve their own country's problems. They will do it on their terms, not ours. The solution is not to bring Africans here.
We are lectured by Democrats that we must privilege third-world immigration by the hundred million with chain migration. They tell us we must end America as a white, Western, Judeo-Christian, capitalist nation to prove we are not racist. I don't need to prove a thing. Leftists want open borders because they resent whites, resent Western achievements, and hate America. They want to destroy America as we know it.
As President Trump asked, why would we do that?
We have the right to choose what kind of country to live in. I was happy to donate a year of my life as a young woman to help the poor Senegalese. I am not willing to donate my country.
Look around society today and ask yourself: Why are people so stupid? The answer is staring us all right in the face: It's the mobile phones, the vaccines and the 5G networks that are frying everybody's brains into mush.
The typical American of today can't even remember recent history. Human memories are being wiped and replaced with revisionist history. Logical thinking has been eliminated and replaced with emotional knee-jerk reactions to emotion-based "news."

This Issue: Sen. Graham pushes good (but not perfect) border crisis bill through committee just before Senate leaves for 5 weeks -- WH extends TPS for Syria

As the humanitarian and national security crisis at the Southern border rages on, the Senate Judiciary Committee approved a measure this week introduced by the Committee Chairman, Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), that would close some of the loopholes that are driving the border crisis.
The Secure and Protect Act of 2019, S. 1494, would:
* Extend the time that minors could be detained from the current 20 days under the Flores Settlement Agreement to 100 days, allowing families to remain intact while in detention;
* Prioritize removal cases where an alien minor is involved;
* Reform the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act so that unaccompanied alien children from non-contiguous countries are treated the same as those from Canada and Mexico;
* Strengthen the credible fear standard; and
* Bar illegal border crossers from applying for asylum when caught.
The Committee passed the bill along party lines, with Democrats accusing Sen. Graham of breaking committee rules in order to pass the legislation. Committee rules call for at least two Members of the minority party to attend the hearing on the bill, basically giving the minority party the ability to block consideration of any bill. Only one Democrat -- Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) -- attended this hearing. The Senate broke for August recess on Thursday, so the earliest the bill could come to the Senate floor is after Labor Day. Both chambers are now on recess for the next five weeks, meaning no action will be taken by Congress to address the border crisis until then.
WHITE HOUSE AND CONGRESS CONTINUE TO RAISE QUESTIONS ABOUT WHETHER TPS IS REALLY PERMANENT
As Congress weighs granting Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to illegal aliens from Venezuela, the White House announced yesterday that it's extending TPS for approximately 7,000 Syrians living in the United States, many of whom were in the country illegally prior to receiving TPS. TPS status provides relief from deportation for anyone in the country illegally, and more significantly, offers them a work permit. Syria first received the designation in 2012, marking the second time the Trump Administration has offered an extension. It's important to note that the administration is not re-designating TPS for Syria -- meaning those currently without status can apply -- but rather simply extending it for those who already have it. This newest extension means that Syria will have TPS designation for 9 years, but that's fairly short compared to the other nine countries that currently have the designation. In fact, seven of the 10 TPS designated countries have had it for more than 10 years, which is why it's safe to say that "Temporary" Protected Status is anything but "temporary."
Legislation offered by Reps. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) and Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), H.R. 3899, would make badly needed reforms to the TPS program, notably by requiring an act from Congress to both grant and extend TPS status and by blocking illegal aliens from receiving TPS status. The program has lacked credibility since its inception through the Immigration Act of 1990 -- the same legislation that doubled annual legal immigration and gave us the visa lottery, H-1B visa, OPT program, and many other programs that harm American workers. Three countries (Honduras, Nicaragua, and Sudan) have had this "temporary" designation for more than 20 years, and El Salvador has had it for 18 years. Many in Congress, however, are determined to make TPS a permanent amnesty program. Earlier this year, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 6, which would give green cards to at least 450,000 TPS recipients.

SCOTUS Sides with Trump in Border Wall Funding Dispute

The Supreme Court ruled Friday that President Trump acted within his authority when he unilaterally appropriated $2.5 billion in military funds to build 100 miles of his long-promised border wall. In a 5-4 decision, the justices reversed a ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that barred the administration from accessing the funding.
President Donald Trump announced that the United States had struck an asylum agreement with Guatemala. Speaking from the Oval Office, Trump told reporters he had reached a "safe third country" deal with the Central American nation, but the Guatemalan government did not use that term, it said that the new measures applied only to Honduran and Salvadoran citizens.
Will candidates agree with the Party's voters that immigration laws should favor recruiting -- and pay raises for -- American workers? You wouldn't sense it from the candidates in the Democratic debates thus far, but most Democratic voters want the government to stop illegal migration. And they want it done in a way that should be comfortable for Democratic candidates to espouse -- by clamping down on exploitative businesses that entice illegal migration with illegal jobs.
I have a concerning video and quick article for you today that reveals why the beaches of California and Texas are heavily contaminated with raw human feces.
In California, liberal city policies allow people to defecate right on the sidewalks and streets. Each time it rains, this untreated human sewage is flushed through the storm drains, directly into the Pacific Ocean. Winds and waves deposit that human sewage on the beaches.
In Texas, the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is dumping raw, untreated human sewage from arriving airplanes directly into the city's storm drains. Those also drain right into the Gulf of Mexico after passing through various waterways (rivers, streams and lakes). The result is massive contamination of Texas beaches with raw sewage and biological hazards.
Thanks to the policies of these cities, America is now descending into a Third World status, with more filth and feces than I've ever seen in any Third World nation.

Here's what it looks like when all the pieces are sewn together.

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation.
A Grand Jury had been impaneled.

Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those "Donations" to the Clinton Foundation were ever declared.
Hmmm, now you would think that an honest investigator would be able to figure this out.
Guess who took over this investigation in 2002?
None other than James Comey.
Guess who was transferred in to the Internal Revenue Service to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS?

Guess who ran the Tax Division inside the Department of Injustice from 2001 to 2005?

Guess who was the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation during this time frame?
I know, it's a miracle, just a coincidence, just an anomaly in statistics and chances, but it was Robert Mueller.
What do all four casting characters have in common?
They all were briefed and/or were front line investigators into the Clinton Foundation Investigation.
Now that's just a coincidence, right?
Ok, lets chalk the last one up to mere chance.
Let's fast forward to 2009.....
James Comey leaves the Justice Department to go and cash-in at Lockheed Martin.
Hillary Clinton is running the State Department, on her own personal email server, by the way.
The Uranium One "issue" comes to the attention of Hillary.
Like all good public servants do. You know - looking out for America's best interests. She decides to support the decision and approve the sale of 20% of all of the US's Uranium to no other than - the Russians.
Now, you might think that this was a fairly straight-up deal, except that it wasn't: The American People got absolutely nothing out of it.
And they're investigating president Trump for "collusion?"
However, prior to the sales approval, no other than Bill Clinton traveled to Moscow, got paid $500K for a one hour speech, and then met with Vladimir Putin at his home for a few hours.
Ok, no big deal right?
Well, not so fast: the FBI had a mole inside the money laundering and bribery scheme.
Guess who was the FBI Director during this time?
Yep, Robert Mueller, who even delivered a Uranium Sample to Moscow in 2009.
Guess who was handling that case within the Justice Department out of the US Attorney's Office in Maryland?
None other than, Rod Rosenstein.
Guess what happened to the informant?
The Department of Justice placed a GAG order on him and threatened to lock him up if he spoke out about it.
How does 20% of the most strategic asset of the United States of America end up in Russian hands when the FBI has an informant, a mole, providing inside information to the FBI on the criminal enterprise?
Guess what happened soon after the sale was approved?
About 145 million dollars in "donations" made their way into the Clinton Foundation from entities directly connected to the Uranium One deal.
Now guess who was still at the Internal Revenue Service working the Charitable Division? None other than, Lois Lerner.
Ok, that's all just another series of coincidences. Nothing to see here, right?
Let's fast forward to 2015.
Due to a series of tragic events in Benghazi, and after the 9 "investigations", the House, Senate and at State Department, Trey Gowdy who was running the 10th investigation as Chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi discovers that The Hillary ran the State Department on an unclassified, unauthorized, outlaw personal email server.
He also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her "Public Service" as Secretary of State which was required by law
He also discovered that there was Top Secret information contained within her personally archived email. (Let's not forget - at least 10 CIA spies in China were killed by the Chinese because of the leaks, and God knows what else occurred.)
Sparing you the State Departments cover up, the nostrums they floated, the delay tactics that were employed and the outright lies that were spewed forth from the necks of the Kerry State Department, we shall leave it with this...... they did everything humanly possible to cover for Hillary.
Now this is amazing: guess who became FBI Director in 2013?
Hint: he secured 17 no-bid contracts for his employer (Lockheed Martin) with the State Department and was rewarded with a six million dollar thank you present when he departed Lockheed.
None other than James Comey.
Amazing how all those no-bids just went right through at State, huh?
So he's the FBI Director in charge of the "Clinton Email Investigation" after, of course, his FBI Investigates the Lois Lerner "Matter" at the Internal Revenue Service and exonerates her.
Nope...we couldn't find any crimes there.
So what happened next?
In April 2016, James Comey drafts an exoneration letter of Hillary Rodham Clinton - something he had no authority to do. Meanwhile the DOJ is handing out immunity deals like candy.
They didn't even convene a Grand Jury.
Like a lightning bolt of statistical impossibility, like a miracle from God himself, like the true "Gangsta" that Comey is, he steps out into the cameras of an awaiting press conference on July the 5th of 2016, and exonerates The Hillary from any wrongdoing.
Can you see the pattern?
It goes on and on. Rosenstein becomes Asst. Attorney General; Comey gets fired based upon a letter by Rosenstein; Comey leaks government information to the press; Mueller is assigned to the Russian Investigation sham by Rosenstein to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI and DOJ.
And the story continues.
FISA Abuse, political espionage.... pick a crime, any crime, chances are...... this group and a few others did bringing new meaning to the term "organized crime."
All the same players.
All compromised and conflicted.
All working fervently to NOT go to jail themselves
All connected in one way or another to the Clintons.
They are like battery acid, they corrode and corrupt everything they touch.
How many lives have the Clinton's destroyed?
As of this writing, the Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
Let us not forget that Comey's brother works for DLA Piper, the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation's taxes.
And the person that is the common denominator to all the crimes above while doing her evil escape legal maneuvers at the top of the 3 Letter USA Agencies? Yep, that would be Hillary R. Clinton!
Who is Lisa Barsoomian?
Let's look a little into Mrs. Lisa H. Barsoomian's background.
Lisa H. Barsoomian, a US Attorney who graduated from Georgetown Law, is a protege of James Comey and Robert Mueller.
Barsoomian, with her boss, R. Craig Lawrence, represented Bill Clinton in 1998.
Lawrence also represented:
Robert Mueller three times;
James Comey five times;
Barack Obama 45 times;
Kathleen Sebelius 56 times;
Bill Clinton 40 times; and
Hillary Clinton 17 times.
Between 1998 and 2017, Barsoomian herself represented the FBI at least five times.
You may be saying to yourself, OK, who cares? Who cares about the work history of this Barsoomian woman?
Apparently someone does, because someone out there cares so much that they've "purged" all Barsoomian court documents for her Clinton representation in Hamburg vs. Clinton in 1998 and its appeal in 1999 from the DC District and Appeals Court dockets.
Someone out there cares so much that the internet has been "purged" of all information pertaining to Barsoomian.
Historically, this indicates that the individual is a protected CIA operative. Additionally, Lisa Barsoomian has specialized in opposing Freedom of Information Act requests on behalf of the intelligence community.
And, although Barsoomian has been involved in hundreds of cases representing the DC Office of the US Attorney, her email address is Lisa Barsoomian at NIH gov. The NIH stands for National Institutes of Health.
This is a tactic routinely used by the CIA to protect an operative by using another government organization to shield their activities.
It's a cover, so big deal, right? I mean what does one more attorney with ties to the US intelligence community really matter?

I am sorry that I got a B and a C (in a couple of categories). . . . but that means I am really going up. But I basically got an F..." Everyone from political news reporters to everyday voters pay close attention to our gradecards because they know we put them together with absolute objectivity. If the House takes a vote that would cut funds available for border enforcement, for example, we know illegal immigration will be higher as a result and grade the action accordingly. This Issue: Do the new border apprehension numbers represent a declining surge or an historical trend over the summer months?

Both U.S. and Mexican officials are crowing over yesterday's release of the July border apprehension numbers. But is the border crisis really improving, or are we just seeing the normal seasonal fluctuations that have historically impacted the number of illegal border crossings attempted each month?
JULY APPREHENSION NUMBERS
According to CBP, Border Patrol agents apprehended 71,999 illegal border crossers last month. It's nearly a 25% drop from last month and a 46% drop from the May high when more than 130,000 illegal border crossers were apprehended. Both apprehensions of family units and unaccompanied alien children (UACs) in July were at a 5-month low with 42,566 and 5,561 apprehensions, respectively. Apprehensions of single adults were also down, but the change from June was not as significant as the other two categories. Despite the improving numbers, the number of family units apprehended over the month of July still ranks as the fifth highest number of apprehensions in a single month since DHS has recorded the statistic. To put it even further into perspective, more family units were apprehended last month than during the entire fiscal years of both 2013 and 2015.
DECLINING SURGE OR SEASONAL FLUCTUATIONS?
Acting DHS Secretary, Kevin McAleenan offered optimism in a statement that coincided with yesterday's release, but also offered a word of caution: "The situation is improving by every available metric, but, I want to be very clear, that we remain at and beyond crisis levels in illegal crossings even as our initiatives to address irregular flows and mitigate humanitarian conditions are making an impact."

There's little doubt that the Trump Administration's attempts to stem the crisis have had an impact. According to DHS, at least 30,000 asylum-seekers are still in Mexico instead of the U.S. as a result of the Administration's "Remain in Mexico" policy. And last month, the Administration inked a safe-third country agreement with Guatemala -- a deal that requires asylum seekers who pass through Guatemala to claim asylum there instead of the U.S. The Trump Administration has also worked a deal with Mexico that requires them to step up immigration enforcement efforts. I witnessed this effort first-hand just a few weeks ago along the Southern border in Texas where Mexican troops had been strategically placed on the Mexico side of the border in an attempt to prevent illegal border crossings into the United States. But there could be another reason for the dip in apprehension numbers -- seasonal fluctuations. The desert that lies along much of the Southwest border is hottest in summer months, and historically, there's always been a dip in apprehension numbers over the months of July and August. During the 2014 border surge, there was a 33% dip between May and July. In fact, on average, apprehensions have dropped by close to 30% during the summer months over the last five years. Still, this year's dip is the largest we've seen since 2013. But as McAleenan pointed out, we're still seeing a massive number of border apprehensions, regardless of the time of year. It's likely that we'll see apprehension numbers dip again in August before steadily creeping back up in September and through the fall. Congress must still take action. It must fund more detention space for illegal border crossers, close the asylum loophole by strengthening the credible fear standard, allow for the government to hold family units for longer than 20 days, and reform the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act so that UACs from non-contiguous countries are treated the same as those from Canada and Mexico. There are a few bills introduced in the House that include some or all of the needed reforms. House Judiciary Ranking Member Doug Collins's (R-Ga.), H.R. 586, has the largest number of cosponsors behind it. Sen. Lindsey Graham has legislation in the Senate that was passed by the Judiciary Committee just before recess. Until those reforms are enacted, the border crisis will continue.

United States immigration officials raided numerous Mississippi food processing plants Wednesday, arresting 680 workers in what marked the largest workplace sting in at least a decade. As reported by USA Today, the raids were planned months ago, and the largest took place at a Koch Foods Inc. plant in Morton, 40 miles east of Jackson. Workers who were confirmed to have legal status were allowed to leave the plant. Other linked operations were executed in Bay Springs, Carthage, Canton, Pelahatchie, and Sebastapol Mississippi.

I'm 83
Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I've worked hard since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven't called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there's no retirement in sight, and I'm tired. Very tired.
I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.
I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't"believers;" of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery;" of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari??? law tells them to.
I'm tired of being told that, out of "tolerance for other cultures," we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and madrassah Islamic schools to preach hate in America and Canada , while no American nor Canadian group is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance.
I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate.
I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off?

FBI Opens Probe After Jeffrey Epstein Dies In Apparent "Suicide"
Note: my medical background: approximately 50 years in medical field; six years Army corpsman; two years EMT; five years paramedic in regional trauma center; approximately 35 years practicing medicine as PA, including solo medical provider in emergency rooms.
This is a staged photo, if not Photoshop. (Someone appropriately pointed out that Epstein's head is much larger than everyone else's, even though he is further away. Also, the size of his head in relationship to the gurney would probably put him over 7 feet tall. But I am not an expert in Photoshop.) This is a crime scene. (11-44, coroners case). You might bring in the paramedics to initially verify death, or resuscitate. Paramedics would not be transporting a dead body. And dead bodies are first placed in body bags before transportation. Dead bodies are placed on "one-man" gurneys and not the typical ambulance gurney. (Laws vary from state to state, in many states today the paramedics evaluation is sufficient to pronounce death.). A sheet is typically placed over a body so that no one can take a picture, such as this, if the patient is really dead.
During a suspected hanging, the victim would be carefully "un- hung," and brought down usually onto the floor, or bed.This would be a suspected fractured neck. The initial treatment, if they believe treatment is warranted, would be CPR while carefully protecting the cervical spine, neck. When the paramedics arrive, advanced airway (intubation) would be initiated, along with IVs for the administration of emergency medicines. They would also be placed on an EKG monitor. If they were going to transport this patient, the neck and spine would be secured. In other words, he would be on one of those backboards, that are standing against the wall.It does look like he has a hard cervical collar in place, but he would also probably have sandbags, and his forehead either strapped or taped down. Very Important: when they "call the code," (decide to stop CPR/resuscitation) all tubes, patches and IV lines are left in place. This is standard practice for every corners case. You see absolutely no evidence of advanced life support on this patient. And all of that advanced life support would've been initiated prior to placing the patient on a transport gurney. And at this point, with this type of injury, both paramedics would be securing the patient, and many others would be around to assist in the moving of the gurney for transport.
My diagnosis: Mr. Epstein has entered the federal witness protection program, probably under military supervision.

We're talking about reality-construction here. Or should I say, reconstruction. Companies that can manipulate the ranking of search results online, and customer reviews, and professional reviews, and science, paint over the truth with lies, and the public believes what it is permitted to see.
That's a pretty good description of tons of what is called Fake News.
"Well, we don't like what this reporter is doing because it exposes us as naked and culpable and criminal, so let's hide and defame the reporter's work. Let's move a cloud over it. In time, the reporter's work will fade out, and we'll still be here. We'll keep pounding out the notion that we're doing good, we're devoted to public service, we're providing a marvelous product, we're cutting-edge researchers, and so on. Our product causes cancer? That's ridiculous. We would never sell such a product. We're fine people..."
The one big thing this company has going for it? A major segment of the public doesn't want to believe something so visible and huge (the company) is committing evil acts left and right, out in the open. A company isn't like a deranged individual with a gun who walks into a store and shoots people. No. A company is an organized and competent and polite entity that BELONGS. It's part and parcel of the COMMUNITY. The idea that the company could be guilty of destroying and maiming life on a continuing basis...that would be tantamount to saying it is an organized-crime operation---which is absurd.
Yes. It's absurd. Until it's shown to be true.
And then, on top of it all, suppose the government, which has the resources and the laws and the agencies to bring this company to justice doesn't lift a finger, but in fact supports the company with its own official brand of fake news?
Why, that's a...a conspiracy.
Yes. The dreaded word.
Another absurdity. Until it's shown to be true by the simple act of opening one's eyes and looking.
Shall we take this a step further? Why not? In for a penny, in for a pound. We're entering a new phase in the battle to expose high-level, society-wide, institutional crimes. In part, owing to a recent FBI "finding" that conspiracy theories can fuel individuals to commit "terrorist acts," there will be increased propaganda aimed at persons who unearth actual conspiracies. They will be accused of fomenting violence. In order to "protect the community" (where have we heard that before?), there must be a limiter and a monitor on information. The public must be guarded against false news. Righteous censorship must prevail. For the greater good, the 1st Amendment must undergo a reformation.
To understand this, think "money laundering." Criminal organizations, like drug cartels, have so much cash on hand they have to find ways to hide it. So they funnel it into friendly banks and legitimate businesses and shell corporations. Likewise, with the advent and expansion of the Web, there is so much information exposing high-level crimes, it must be hidden---but certainly not by its authors. Agencies of government and secret corporate units and social media giants must conceal this information by obscuring it and defaming it and dead-ending it and blacking it out and blaming it for inspiring heinous crimes. That's the laundering operation, and it extends to every true conspiracy.
A final note for now---here's a wrinkle on the laundering campaign. In the defunct subject called Logic, it's called the Straw Man fallacy. You build up a patently ridiculous icon to represent a wide field of information, you knock down that icon, and then you claim it invalidates the whole field. For example, some pathetic paid agent publishes a piece claiming JFK never died in 1963, he's living under the name, Jack Kenn, in Brooklyn, on Oswald Street. A paid blogger jumps on this "conspiracy theory," and in the process declares that all conspiracy theorists are lunatics. The one becomes the many.
It's a version of "we're all normal people living normal lives and here are disruptors who want to take us off course into a storm and make us believe that official truth is different from actual truth."
I have news. Millions and millions and millions of people are way past that moronic construction, and they aren't turning back.

Here’s my answer:
We Right-thinking people have tried dignity. There could not have been a man of more quiet dignity than George W. Bush as he suffered the outrageous lies and politically motivated hatreds that undermined his presidency. We tried statesmanship. Could there be another human being on this earth who so desperately prized “mcollegiality” as John McCain?
We tried propriety – has there been a nicer human being ever than Mitt Romney? And the results were always the same. This is because, while we were playing by the rules of dignity, collegiality and propriety, the Left has been, for the past 60 years, engaged in a knife fight where the only rules are those of Saul Alinsky and the Chicago mob. I don’t find anything “dignified,” “collegial” or “proper” about Barack Obama’s lying about what went down on the streets of Ferguson in order to ramp up racial hatreds because racial hatreds serve the Democratic Party. I don’t see anything “dignified” in lying about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi and imprisoning an innocent filmmaker to cover your tracks.
I don’t see anything “statesman-like” in weaponizing the IRS to be used to destroy your political opponents and any dissent. Yes, Obama was “articulate” and “polished” but in no way was he in the least bit “dignified,” “collegial” or “proper.” The Left has been engaged in a war against America since the rise of the Children of the ‘60s. To them, it has been an all-out war where nothing is held sacred and nothing is seen as beyond the pale. It has been a war they’ve fought with violence, the threat of violence, demagoguery and lies from day one – the violent take-over of the universities – till today.
The problem is that, through these years, the Left has been the only side fighting this war. While the Left has been taking a knife to anyone who stands in their way, the Right has continued to act with dignity, collegiality and propriety. With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Donald Trump is America ’s first wartime president in the Culture War. During wartime, things like “dignity” and “collegiality” simply aren’t the most essential qualities one looks for in their warriors. Ulysses Grant was a drunk whose behavior in peacetime might well have seen him drummed out of the Army for conduct unbecoming.
Had Abraham Lincoln applied the peacetime rules of propriety and booted Grant, the Democrats might well still be holding their slaves today. Lincoln rightly recognized that, “I cannot spare this man. He fights.” General George Patton was a vulgar-talking.. In peacetime, this might have seen him stripped of rank. But, had Franklin Roosevelt applied the normal rules of decorum then, Hitler and the Socialists would barely be five decades into their thousand-year Reich.
Trump is fighting. And what’s particularly delicious is that, like Patton standing over the battlefield as his tanks obliterated Rommel’s, he’s shouting, “You magnificent bastards, I read your book!” That is just the icing on the cake, but it’s wonderful to see that not only is Trump fighting, he’s defeating the Left using their own tactics. That book is Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals – a book so essential to the Liberals’ war against America that it is and was the playbook for the entire Obama administration and the subject of Hillary Clinton’s senior thesis. It is a book of such pure evil, that, just as the rest of us would dedicate our book to those we most love or those to whom we are most indebted, Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer.
Trump’s tweets may seem rash and unconsidered but, in reality, he is doing exactly what Alinsky suggested his followers do. First, instead of going after “the fake media” — and they are so fake that they have literally gotten every single significant story of the past 60 years not just wrong, but diametrically opposed to the truth, from the Tet Offensive to Benghazi, to what really happened on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri — Trump isolated CNN.. He made it personal. Then, just as Alinsky suggests, he employs ridicule which Alinsky described as “the most powerful weapon of all.”... Most importantly, Trump’s tweets have put CNN in an untenable and unwinnable position. ... They need to respond.
This leaves them with only two choices. They can either “go high” (as Hillary would disingenuously declare of herself and the fake news would disingenuously report as the truth) and begin to honestly and accurately report the news or they can double-down on their usual tactics and hope to defeat Trump with twice their usual hysteria and demagoguery. The problem for CNN (et al.) with the former is that, if they were to start honestly reporting the news, that would be the end of the Democratic Party they serve. It is nothing but the incessant use of fake news (read: propaganda) that keeps the Left alive. Imagine, for example, if CNN had honestly and accurately reported then-candidate Barack Obama’s close ties to foreign terrorists (Rashid Khalidi), domestic terrorists (William Ayers & Bernardine Dohrn), the mafia (Tony Rezko) or the true evils of his spiritual mentor, Jeremiah Wright’s church.
Imagine if they had honestly and accurately conveyed the evils of the Obama administration’s weaponizing of the IRS to be used against their political opponents or his running of guns to the Mexican cartels or the truth about the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the Obama administration’s cover-up. So, to my friends on the Left — and the #NeverTrumpers as well — do I wish we lived in a time when our president could be “collegial” and “dignified” and “proper”? Of course I do.
These aren’t those times. This is war. And it’s a war that the Left has been fighting without opposition for the past 50 years. So, say anything you want about this president - I get it - he can be vulgar, he can be crude, he can be undignified at times. I don’t care. I can’t spare this man. He fights for America! Congress continues to do NOTHING to stop the blatant censorship of Google, Facebook and Twitter against any web site or individual who doesn't fall in line with their Marxist ideology. Those tech giants have become gods and believe me, the damage they're doing to this country and intend to do to keep Trump from getting reelected is not going to stop until they are forced to stop.
Sure, a few hearings have taken place but the cons in the U.S Congress are now gone for their SIX WEEKS of paid vacations so nothing more will get done.
Google and Facebook literally own 80% of the digital ad market and their mission is to destroy truth telling sites like NWVs. They want to shut up people like me and all the fine writers who give so freely of their time to write columns for YOU.
Lest those who think those tech giants should be allowed to censor and shut down constitutionally grounded web sites, ones with a Christian base or anything conservative, Google and Facebook are NOT publishers. They create nothing. Yet, they believe they should enjoy special protection for their scheming to destroy the First Amendment.
This is no different than when the government rightly so stepped in and broke up giant monoplies like Standard Oil and AT & T. Today, two corporations, Google and Facebook, have a stranglehold on what they allow YOU to find in search engines and read. Google directs people to sites they want people to read full of sickening communist propaganda sold as liberal or progressive.
Truth will die when two monster monoplies are allowed to control everything you read while promoting hatred and their toxic agenda.
Once again, NWVs absolutely needs donations to pay the bills. They simply cannot exist without help from you, their loyal reader based.
