PALM BEACH, United States, April 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in this southeastern U.S. coastal town on Thursday for the first meeting with his U.S. counterpart, Donald Trump, in a bid to chart the course of bilateral ties in a new era.
In cloudy sunshine, the plane carrying the Chinese president, First Lady Peng Liyuan and other members of the delegation landed in the early afternoon at Palm Beach International Airport.
Under the gaze of an enthused welcoming crowd, including U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and his wife, Xi and Peng stepped out of the hatch and waved before they walked down the ramp hand in hand.
During his two-day stay in the Sunshine State of Florida, Xi is scheduled to hold talks with Trump in the Mar-a-Lago resort, which Trump calls "the Southern White House," to exchange views on bilateral ties and major regional and global issues of common concern.
Xi and Peng will also attend a welcome banquet hosted by Trump and First Lady Melania, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zheng Zeguang told a press conference on March 31.
Under the current international circumstances, "the meeting will be of great significance to charting China-U.S. relationship in a new era, advancing the development of bilateral ties in a healthy and stable way from a new starting point, and promoting peace, stability and prosperity in the Asia-Pacific region and the world at large," Zheng said.
Also late last month, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said at a press briefing that Trump sees the meeting as an opportunity for him "to develop a relationship in person with President Xi."
The U.S. president, he added, "looks forward to meeting with President Xi and exchanging views on each other's respective priorities, and to chart a way forward on a bilateral relationship between our two nations."
Prior to the trip, the two sides, respectively the world's largest developed and developing country, have maintained close communication at various levels and reached important consensuses.
In a telephone conversation in February, the two heads of state, who have maintained contact through phone calls and letters, agreed to build a constructive China-U.S. relationship and step up cooperation. In addition, Trump reversed his earlier stance and pledged to honor the one China policy, the political bedrock of bilateral ties.
Senior officials of the two countries have also exchanged visits to prepare for the presidential meeting. While visiting Beijing last month, Tillerson vowed to develop bilateral relations on the basis of non-conflict, non-confrontation, mutual respect and win-win cooperation, a principle Beijing has championed to describe its vision for China-U.S. ties.
Since establishing diplomatic relations in 1979, the two countries have witnessed twists and turns in their relationship, but have nonetheless become highly interdependent with their interests getting increasingly intertwined.
China is now the largest trading partner of the United States. Last year, two-way trade reached 519.6 billion U.S. dollars. In comparison, the figure was 2.5 billion dollars in 1979.
Meanwhile, economic cooperation with China has been vital to job creation in the United States, the U.S.-China Business Council said in a report in January. Bilateral trade and investment supported some 2.6 million jobs in the United States across a range of industries in 2015, while Chinese products also help lower costs for U.S. consumers.
Although they still have many differences and frictions, with trade and currency among the major thorny issues, the two sides have sought to properly manage them and expand common ground, as the world craves a healthy relationship between the two countries.
Noting that the first Xi-Trump meeting takes place just two and a half months after Trump assumed office, Robert Hormats, vice chairman of Kissinger Associates, an international consulting firm based in New York City, said such an early tete-a-tete will not only benefit both countries, but also serve "multilateral interests."
A successful presidential meeting will publicly convey a message that the two countries are not caught in an "adversarial relationship" and will work together to solve problems through "constructive dialogue," he added.
Joseph Nye, a renowned U.S. foreign policy expert, told Xinhua in an email interview that he is optimistic about China-U.S. relations for the long term.
"The U.S. and China will both compete and cooperate, but they have more gain from the cooperation dimension of the relationship," he said.
This Issue: State Legislatures Begin to Rebel Against Trump's Immigration Enforcement Efforts

The last time we saw significant and widespread activity at the state level was during the early part of the decade, following passage of Arizona's pro-enforcement measure, SB 1070, and a Supreme Court ruling that upheld the state's mandatory E-Verify law. But since 2013, state legislatures have been relatively quiet ... until now. CALIFORNIA While Arizona has been ground zero for pro-enforcement legislation, California has been the center of pro-illegal alien legislation, and the Golden State is at it again. State lawmakers are working on legislation that would make the entire state a sanctuary for illegal aliens -- an affront to Pres. Trump's Jan. 25 executive order and federal law. Earlier this week, the state Senate passed SB 54, and the legislation now moves to the Assembly for its consideration. SB 54 would prohibit any officer with a state or local entity from cooperating with federal immigration officers in any manner. It also prohibits law enforcement agencies from assisting in the enforcement of federal immigration laws. This would void Orange County's ongoing participation in the voluntary, 287(g) program. But that's not all. SB 6 was also passed by the Senate earlier this week. That bill would establish a legal defense fund for illegal aliens. And in the Assembly, AB 450 would prohibit employers from cooperating with ICE investigations unless ICE presents a subpoena. If passed, AB 450 would, in essence, protect employers who knowingly hire illegal workers. MARYLAND The Maryland House of Delegates has also passed a "sanctuary state" bill, HB 1362. Like California's legislation, HB 1362 would prohibit state and local law enforcement agents from asking individuals about their immigration status and bar police from honoring ICE detainer requests unless a warrant is obtained. Unlike California, Maryland's HB 1362 faces stiffer opposition. A number of sheriffs in the state have been vocal in their opposition of the bill, and Gov. Larry Hogan has already announced that he'll veto the legislation should it reach his desk. In addition, Senate President Mike Miller has said that the bill, as passed by the House, will not pass through the Senate. But that doesn't mean the Senate couldn't pass a watered down version of the legislation. TENNESSEE One of the last places one would expect to see pro-illegal alien legislation is in Tennessee, but a bill that would grant in-state tuition to illegal aliens is gaining traction in the Volunteer State. SB 365 and HB 660 are similar to in-state tuition bills passed by other states across the country, and Gov. Bill Haslam has announced his support for the proposal. So far, no legislative action has been taken, but we're continuing to monitor the situation. FLORIDA (one state with good news) There is good news! A group in Florida is leading an effort to require all employers in the state to use E-Verify. Floridians for E-Verify Now has begun laying the groundwork to add a mandatory E-Verify amendment to the state's constitution. If a state commission approves the amendment, it can be added to the 2018 general election ballot, and a 60% vote would add it to the state constitution. GEORGIA (a victory)! The Georgia state legislature recently passed HB 452. Under the legislation, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation will be required to share information it receives from ICE on criminal illegal aliens who are released onto the streets instead of being turned over to ICE. The legislation is awaiting Gov. Nathan Deal's signature. If you live in these states, or any other state, keep your eyes open for alerts from Van Esser who monitors all the state-level legislation.

Three supervisors for Waste Management in Houston, TX have been sentenced to prison for knowingly hiring 10 or more illegal aliens. The men had encouraged illegal aliens to take the identities of U.S. citizens so that they could hire them.
According to written testimony from Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly, less than 12,500 illegal aliens were apprehended on the U.S.-Mexico border in March, which is the lowest figure in 17 years and a 71% decline since Dec. 2016.
Our immigration system has been constructed as if employers should never hire teenagers again. If Andy Puzder were a teenager today, he probably couldn't get a job at Baskin-Robbins -- much less be entrusted with opening the store.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) department issued a memorandum over the weekend that requires companies to prove that the computer programming job they are filling with a H-1B foreign worker meets the advanced knowledge and experience qualifications of the H-1B visa program. This will provide more scrutiny to computer programmer applications to ensure they are not being hired to do simple jobs that Americans could do.
After having the lowest number of refugees resettled for FY17 last month, a State Department spokesperson has said they will increase the number of refugees resettled to 900 individuals per week. Under this policy they would resettle 65,000 refugees by the end of the fiscal year, an increase from the 50,000 cap that Pres. Trump set in his executive order.
Let me try to explain something that only military personnel would only think of. The current bombing of Syria was in retaliation for the genocide of many, that will not cause any war related issues with Russia as intended by the cabal.
You will also see some provoc intent coming out of North Korea but that to will fail because China is keeping a eye on there actions and will stop and suppress there aggressions.
The Presidents of America, Russia and China know what is at stake here,they know that the entire world needs to be totally liberated from the economic slavery of the cabal since 1913.
They know that these acts are of chaos and that they are triggered out of lost and desperation, badly orchestrated which can be seen by sloppy media coverage. These Presidents know about these 209 countries that are now all gold backed and reevaluating and also of the GLOBAL CURRENCY Reset which is 53 years overdue since our dear President Kennedys death.
So now this world knows the real deal and what is expected of these great men now ruling these three countries.
I expect the 800 number within a small time frame. I expect that the rates to be honored in there highest state and that no bank dare to try to rip off the people of God.
I see changes coming forward for America and the entire world and I can also see that the total extinction of the cabal is now imminent. And you who know me... will vouch to that within a few days.

There are some people who hear the word CREATE and wake up, as if a new flashing music has begun.
This lone word makes them see something majestic and untamed and astonishing.
They feel the sound of a Niagara approaching.
They suddenly know why they are alive.
It happened to me one day in 1949 when I was 11 years old. I was boarding a bus in upstate New York for a full day’s ride back down into New York City. I was sitting by the window as the bus pulled out of a parking lot, and I opened the first page of Ray Bradbury’s Martian Chronicles, a perfect children’s book.
The word CREATE wasn’t on that first page, but I felt it. It sounded like a great bell in my ear, and I knew I was in a different world.
I’ve been writing about the creative life for some time. For me, this life is a far cry from the pallid oatmeal of “peace through avoidance.”
The creative life is not about slogans and systems. It is about EXPERIENCE.
It’s about diving in. It’s about a kind of transformation that shreds programming and gets down to the energy of the Fire.
Most people don’t want to travel to that grand arena because they have been trained like pets by some sector of this society to be good little girls and boys.
The truth is, if people want to live the creative existence, they have to be willing to destroy—and the main thing that awaits their destruction is their own illusions and their commitment to the World of Nice where doily power is the only power. Where that tired phrase, “the approval of others,” is the guiding precept and the stick of fear.
The creative life isn’t about little changes done in little penguin steps. It’s about putting your arms and your mind around Deep, Big, and Wide Desire. It’s about making that Desire come to life.
99% of the world has been trained like rats to adore systems. Give them a system and they’re ready to cuddle up and take it all in. If they have questions, or if they want to argue, it’s about how to tweak the system to make it a little better. And with every move they make, they put another blanket over the Fire Within.
Maybe you once saw something truly free that didn’t care about consequences, and it blew you away and turned on your soul’s electricity for an hour.
Maybe you’re sick and tired of bowing and scraping before a pedestal of nonsense.
CREATE is a word that should be oceanic. It should shake and blow apart the pillars of the smug boredom of the soul.
CREATE is about what the individual does when he is on fire and doesn’t care about concealing it. It’s about what the individual invents when he has thrown off the false front that is slowly strangling him.
CREATE is about the end of mindless postponement. It’s about what happens when you burn up the pretty and petty little obsessions. It’s about emerging from the empty suit and empty machine of society that goes around and around and sucks away the vital bloodstream.
People come to the brink, and then say, “I’m waiting for orders. I’m looking for a sign. I want the signal that it’s okay to proceed.”
People pretend they don’t know anything about imagination, about how “it operates” (as if it were a machine), about what it can do, about where it can go, about how it can take them into new territory. They feign ignorance.
“I want to stay the same, and I’ll do anything to maintain that.”
It’s a test of loyalty. Do you want to remain faithful to an idea that is just a small piece of what you can be, or do you want to take the greater adventure?
The propaganda machines of society relentlessly turn out images and messages that ultimately say: YOU MUST BELONG TO THE GROUP.
The formula is simple. Imagination transcends the status quo. Therefore, belong to the group and avoid the possibility of transformation.
Day after day after day, year after year, the media celebrate heroes. They inevitably interview these people to drag out of them the same old familiar stories. Have you EVER, even once, seen a hero who told an interviewer in no uncertain terms: “I got to where I am by denying the power of the group”?
Have you ever heard that kind of uncompromising statement?
I didn’t think so.
Why not?
Because it’s not part of the BELONGING PROGRAM, the program that society runs on to stay away from the transforming power of CREATION.

I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of ALL Humanity. The center of my Universe is the Threefold Flame in my Heart. My Universe consists of every person, place, condition and thing in my life, conscious or unconscious, past or present, through obvious choice or through karmic liability. Within my Heart Flame I have the ability to Love my Universe FREE of all lower energies and thus I set myself FREE. Simultaneously, I assist every other point in my Universe to move forward in the Light.
With this affirmation the Cosmic Force of the Mother-of-Pearl Resurrection Flame and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love pour through the Threefold Flame in my Heart. Now, instead of being a victim to the circumstances in my world, I KNOW I AM the Master of my life.
I now visualize myself in the center of my Universe with every person, place, condition or thing in orbit around my Heart Flame, some close, some at a great distance. I visualize each one receiving the uplifting frequencies of God’s Resurrection Flame and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love as it flows through my Heart Flame. In every case, this Sacred Fire is a greater force than any negative energy associated with that person, place, condition or thing. I AM now Loving FREE every point in my Universe, from its center, which is my Heart Flame. I remain in this elevated state of consciousness, and I affirm with deep feeling:
I AM the center of my Universe.
I AM a force of God’s Resurrection Flame and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love to all points in my Universe.
I AM a Master over every vibration less than Divine Love.
I AM Free. . . I AM Free. . . I AM Eternally Free.
Now I AM aware of my physical presence on Earth, and I know I AM One with all Life. I gently remove my attention from the outer world, and I reverently enter the Divinity of my Heart Flame. Within this sacred space my Father-Mother God envelop me in the most exquisite frequency of the Mother-of-Pearl Resurrection Flame. This Sacred Fire begins Resurrecting my physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies into the full embrace of my I AM Presence.
I breathe in deeply and on the Holy Breath I realize that I AM Ascending in consciousness into the very Heart of my Father-Mother God. Instantly, I AM enveloped in my God Parents’ unfathomable Transfiguring Divine Love. I hear the melodious tones and I absorb the celestial fragrance of this Divine Love.
I breathe in deeply again and suddenly I feel the Resurrection Flame lifting me into higher and higher frequencies of Divine Love, Oneness, Reverence for Life, Eternal Peace and God’s Infinite Abundance. I pierce into the core of purity within each and every one of these celestial patterns and the splendor of these glorious expressions of the New Earth permeate my Being.
I AM now experiencing an Awakening beyond anything I have ever known. A new level of Divine Wisdom is being Resurrected within my Heart and Mind. In a flash of Enlightenment I know, and fully understand, how I AM to convey Divine Love and Reverence for ALL Life to the mass consciousness of Humanity. This realization is encoded within my conscious mind and will now be tangibly available to me whenever I need to recall this sacred knowledge in my service to Humanity and all Life.
In deep humility and gratitude, I accept the opportunities that my Father-Mother God are now presenting to me. Through my I AM Presence, I consecrate my life to be an Open Door through which the full spectrum of the Resurrection Flame and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love will now flow to bless all life on Earth.
For a sublime moment, I assimilate this experience as I breathe in and breathe out, slowly and rhythmically. (pause)
With each inbreath I Ascend higher and higher into the multifaceted, celestial frequencies of the Resurrection Flame and the Flame of God’s Transfiguring Divine Love. And, with every outbreath I breathe this Sacred Fire forth to consecrate all life evolving on Earth.
As each Human Being evolving on Earth is consecrated with the full potential of these two Sacred Flames, their I AM Presence activates specific genetic codings within their RNA and DNA structures. These codes contain the Immaculate Concept of each person’s Divine Plan. This Activity of Light empowers every Beloved Son and Daughter of God to fulfill his or her Divine Purpose and reason for being. Through this activation, the mind and emotions of every person are being purified and realigned with their highest Divine Potential.
This purification paves the way for the conscious mind and the super-conscious mind within each individual to merge and become One. In this state of at-one-ment, each person’s I AM Presence comes to the forefront and takes dominion of their life. As this occurs, the life, body, mind and soul of each person is quickened and Resurrected into a state of Enlightenment that clears the way for the fulfillment of the Divine Plan and the manifestation of the New Earth.
I accept and know that this activity of Light has been God Victoriously accomplished this sacred and holy day and will increase in power and might daily and hourly with every breath I take.
And so it is. Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM That I AM.

Yes, I AM St. Germain. As always it is wonderful when I can share some of these moments with you. And these moments are becoming very special, very special indeed. As you continue to move very quickly now toward that understanding, toward that level of oneness that is bringing you to your next highest evolution within yourself and within your selves as a collective.
You all have much to be grateful for, much to be thankful for, because there is only love ahead for you. All of the hate, all of the fear, all of the lower expressions of the lower chakra centers are all being cleared away, cleansed away. The Violet Flame — even if you do not use it every day as a visualization although that is helpful — even if you do not it is still doing what he needs to across the planet. You are all assisting in this process in any way that you can. And know that there is no greater or lesser part to all of this. You all have a part to play. So believe in yourselves as these things continue to unfold all around you. And it has been in the past and still to some degree this day, for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear these things are opening up more to you. But even to those others now, those ones that are still slumbering; have still not come to an awakening state; even to them there are changes happening within them. There are spiritual changes happening. Their DNA is being shifted just as yours is. Their third eye centers are beginning to open just as yours is or already has.
There are many understandings that are still yet to come, many indeed. But I ask that you continue to trust, continue to believe in the process, because that which we call the Republic — not the New Republic, although it will be new to many. It is really the old Republic. It is the old understanding that is coming forward that is replacing — it is replacing this charade that has been laid across all of you.
It is time to move beyond this charade. It is time to move beyond the falsehoods. It is time to recognize and accept the truth. And as has been said many times, ‘the truth shall set you free,’ and the truth is there for all to see and all to hear. Just open up. Open up your understandings, open up your heart centers and it will all be revealed to you.
The announcements you have been waiting for are close… very close indeed. We have all been working toward this. For hundreds of years now we have been working toward this moment, this time. For many of you it has been many, many lifetimes you have been working toward this. Now is the time to let go fully and begin to embrace who you truly are. Don't worry about what the Currency code letters are, or mean.. You just hand them your Trillion, Billion, million, or thousand dollar Zim Bonds or the Bearer Checks, and tell them the rate you want.
By the way I got 100% confirmation that the Bearer Checks will be honored as well, and as it turns out, that was always the plan all along.

Hello Everyone!
I've been following this page for less than one month ago, I am new to all this, however I used to trade forex, so getting the idea was not really that complicated. I see we are really close, but I am afraid I won't be able to do the exchange, I purchased a couple of Zim notes, and they were going to be sent to my country (South America) via USPS... Well USPS did their job and sent it to the postal office in my country, however my Postal office hasn't done their job, they told me that it could take up to 2 months to deliver it to me... I got pissed off so much, at this point I am in hard finacial situation, buying one note and overnight it or use another carrier is not an option... I am trying to get my notes ASAP(Hopefully for this week), I will try to cordinate with them but I really now know how they work and how pathetic they are... If the RV happens and I dont get my Zims on time, I will be out... I guess? Dont think a HSBC will wait for it....
AGAIN if some of you think.. Oh boy, it is only $20 bucks for X notes, $10 shipping you can buy them and use a differenet courier... Well, being poor in any big country must not be good, think about being it in a 3rd World Country... Im not ashamed to recognize I am poor, I do work but I am not getting a paycheck until the end of the month... What if this happens now?

If this starts before you get your currency, call HSBC and tell them you have currency in route. Talk to some sort of manager and be sure you are noted by someone as calling in time, but waiting for your currency. #1) There will be a number of days to exchange anyway, and #2) People who have issues such as travel, medical problems or other problems likes yours may set later appointment dates for a time that you can make it to the appointment. Just call Early.
Remember, this is no longer the Cabal, it is good people who want to help you get your money in their bank. Expect to get it in time, and if not, then just work with the Bank to exchange it when you do get it.
By the way, I wouldn't be surprised if someone who reads this post holds a Zim note for you in case you never get yours. There are a lot of people on this site that have way more zim than they could possible use. When the rate was 3 cents with 6 zeros taken off, it made sense, but now at the new high rates, the amount they have is over kill. Expect things to work out and they will.

Dear OWK, got some questions I hope you can answer:
For the ones living outside the US, how will the exchange process will work regarding first basket currencies? Will we get the 1:1 rate for zim or it changes according to each country currency?
Also for the ones of us wanting to do humanitarian projects in another country. Will we have to do a regular currency exchange after our appointment our can the bank do something at the time of our main appointment?
I got my humanitarian projects already planned with the amount of funds required over a certain period of time, is this important at the exchange process? and should I include this in my presentation and ask for the "final rate" required to complete such projects or just exchange my currencies normally?

Answer:
First the $1 to $1 on the Zim was an "In country" rate in Zimbabwe for the lower denominations. In the US, the rate will be over $2/zim without NDA and way higher than that with and NDA.
However, the rate will be slightly different in every country since the currencies rates are different to start with. In example whatever the exchange rate is to go from Zim to USN will be one rate, the rate to go from ZIM to Canadian Dollar, would be slightly different, and the rate to go from the Mexican Peso would be even different than that. The reason is that those three currencies are NOT 1 to 1, so the rates will be different naturally.
You will do all of your exchanging on your first appointment. When you walk out, you will have NO more first basked currencies. Also, it is in that first appointment that you will talk about your projects and ask for the higher rates if you want/need them. Tell them and show them if you like what you have in mind to do with the extra "Gift" money.
On your second appointment, you will be meeting with your Wealth Manager and figuring out what you want to do will all your money and what would be the best ways to set up your different trusts for different things. This will be a relationship you will have for years if not the rest of your life.
When the GCR starts, every country in the World will have exchange instructions that are easy to find and easy to follow. When it starts, see what you can find on line and in the blogs and if you don't get the answers you are looking for, then call the biggest bank in your country to get the instructions. Easy as that.

I have been in TV news for 27 years, and have worked at the highest levels from network to local. I keep reading about cabal manipulation of the news, but I have never personally seen this in action. Following Einstein's Lead, Choose One
This post is in direct response to a request by C40 (Link at the bottom), and generally covers our new World Change. Thank you C40 for your questions about the Chinese and regarding what is going on in our World as well. This is going to be an overview of what has happened and what to expect in the coming days, months, and years.
First, let's start with Einstein's Quote:
"The most important decision you'll ever make, is whether you decide to live in a Universe that is supportive and friendly, or one that is hostile and unkind." - Albert Einstein
Notice that there are two important words in that quote that say it all:
"Decision" and "Decide." That is where we are in this process. It does not say "Figure Out," or "Listen to what others are saying in print or on a video." It says for YOU to DECIDE if this change really happening or not? At this point, if you think that this World is still in Cabal Control, and that they still have power of any amount, then I have nothing for you here. You might as well just stop reading this, right here.
However, if YOU have DECIDED that the good guys have won, and that we are in the changeover right now, then read on, because I will give you plenty to support that point of view.
Overview
The big picture overview is that the Cabal World ran out of money, power and control. One of the first things to be taken from them was the military.
Military
In the beginning, it was split, but there was a "Come to Jesus" meeting in which they were told that Trump was the Commander in Chief, as president of the Republic, and that they had to make a choice, get on board or face the consequences. I don't know how many made the "Wrong decision" and were dealt with, but I do know that 100% of our Military are now Republic Good Guys, and ready to Kick Cabal behind. Then after the Military had been secured, they began cutting off the Cabal money streams, and the first to go was the Drug Trade Money.
Drug Trades
They went into Afghanistan, and in other places, and shut down American Bases that were actually being used to fly drugs all over the World. That put a big dent in the Cabal money supply. With the power of the Military on the good guy's side, they could easily shut down the sources of Cabal money. Then they began to crack down on Money Laundering in the big banks and that shut down even more of their money supplies.
Finances
The good guys have now completely taken over the Entire Financial system Worldwide. All banking MUST be Basel III compliant if not more. That MANDATES EXTREME ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING. That MEANS NO FUNNY BUSINESS. The money is tracked 40 moves one way or the other. No More SWIFT, no more Cabal owned or controlled Banks, nada. This was a huge blow to the Cabal system and makes it hard to pay any minions to do anything. Interestingly, I have
heard stories from well connected people, who tell about Minions wanting to get their back pay, and it is not coming. Additionally and VERY Importantly, the Money will no longer be printed or controlled by the Federal Reserve, or any other "Like" Cabal money central bank in the World. Ours will now be Gold Backed, controlled by our Treasury, and totally incorruptible. That is to say it is stable because its value is based on a formula of backing assets and cannot be changed. BUT, this change is not just us, it is the "Same Change" all over the World. 100% of the World.
Governments
That brings us to politics, and the focus of your questions C40. What you need to realize is that NOT ONE COUNTRY IN THIS WORLD will get any money, unless their Governmental structure is GESARA compliant. They have ALL signed and agreed to this change over. THEY WILL ALL COMPLY, 100%, NO IFS AND OR BUTS. PERIOD. Here is a tip: GESARA/NESARA is a NOT A CABAL governmental structure.
Your Issue
Your issue is about how things "look" right now, in China, or frankly anywhere for that matter. However, it is NOT WHAT IT SEEMS, far from it. Take a look at our Government for example. It "LOOKS and SEEMS" Cabal 100%, and it is... sort of. At least it is what a Cabal Government used to look like. But is has been gutted and a fully formed, NESARA compliant, Republic Government is secretly waiting to take over "Publicly." However, if anybody else in the World looked at our Government they might be saying the same thing you are saying about China "Look at them, they are Cabal controlled and dangerous." But is that true? No, of course not. But that has not been revealed to the World yet.
I have been told that this Yosef post is 90% accurate. It has a very interesting part that I want to quote now:
"The Ukrainian/Russian Minsk Agreement has been signed, and just awaiting public acknowledgement which will demand the release of all satellite territory demanding sovereignty as well as elections and constitutional changes. The Ukrainian/IMF $1 billion loan released today to given to a hidden government already in place. There are similar hidden governments already seated in both Israel and Germany as well--and all four (including the USA) are ready to move on from this insane and now clearly desperate Zionist nightmare."
So, not only do we have a secret "Hidden Government" about to be unveiled, so do the Ukrainian, Israel, and Germany. This means that anyone looking at these places thinking that they are Cabal, have no idea what is really going on either.
The take away point about the Governments of the World, is that they ALL WILL BE 100% GESARA Compliant, and there will be no exceptions. Some are there right now, others like ourselves have secret GESARA compliant Governments ready to jump into action, and the rest are changing right before our eyes whether we can see it or not. Laws are ready to pass, people are ready to resign, etc.
C40, Your Answer Is:
So, the answer to your worry about Cabal anything in the World, has no basis. I agree that it sure can look that way. The good guys are VERY GOOD at what they do. They have tricked the Cabal time and time again and now it is all over for them. I can understand how you might believe what you are seeing and reading, because it was so good that it worked on the Cabal. Again, you have to "DECIDE" to believe that we are winning, and the Cabal have lost.

People who you "Think" are the Bad guys, are really the "good guys. This includes Grandfather's son, Chinese President Xi Jinping and President of the Republic, Donald Trump. Remember. the last dominoes to fall, the last people to get arrested, the last people to resign, the last laws to be made public are the ones that reveal the New World of GESARA. It is no issue that you were taken in on the ruse, but it was a necessary "Play" to trap and corner the Cabal. All that being said, things are so good, so perfect, so wonderful, you can't even imagine right now.... But, soon you will not only see it, you will "Feel" the Reality of it as well.

Are all Redemption centers HSBC?
If there is no HSBC in the area, and you are exchanging at the Redemption centers or WF, how can you qualify for higher sovereign rates ?
Exchangers in Dallas TX area has no HSBC presence?

HSBC will be "Represented" at EVERY Off Site Exchange Center. It does not matter if there is a "Retail" branch there or not. You can still set up an account with them and have a "Private Banking" relationship with them. Most likely, you will NEVER go in a regular bank branch EVER again. Wealthy people don’t do that and neither will you. They will come to you or make whatever arrangements you want.
However, as a side note: There will be HSBC Branches EVERYWHERE soon.
Also: They are the ONLY ones who will be exchanging Zim.

It amazes me that everyone on The Real Truth Call 2 seems to hate our President. Me a former DEM, who voted for Trump and frankly I am very pleased that he is not the typical politician. We the people of America suffered through 8 years of the Kenyan, Bi-Racial (Mulatto) fake Christian who was sporting his Connecticut Birth Certificate (they always give out those in Hawaii) who tried to take us down the very wrong road. It seems that he (Obummer) received a much more cooperation than Mr. Trump. Reversing direction is Mr. Trump main focus and frankly, I am very pleased to see he is following through. If the Congress, especially the Senate could cooperate than we might really Make America Great Again.
Now for TANKS comments about Mr. Trumps pallets of Dinar, again he is way off base. Mr. Trump bought his currency years ago (yes he owns Billions) and he SKR'd when visiting RENO and he is not taking his money as a "Pay Off" for anything. He like us was smart enough to invest early as he too though we would be finished by now. He is pushing this forward and is doing a yeoman's job at that to get all of us in the Bank while insuring that no banker steals our funds.
Yosef's diatribe about the Admiral is another bone of contention with all of us working on this massive project. I can assure that the Admiral is not only held in the highest esteem but is also protected by the former military who he served. They do it freely and would deliver extreme retaliation to anyone who tries to interfere in any way with the Admiral or his family. Historical Bonds & Zim Bonds
I have gotten questions on both of these today and I will address each of them in turn. First the Historical Bonds.
Historical Bonds
The Historical Bonds are old debt instruments from way back in the day. Here is a link to get more information on what some of these bonds looked like:
Some of these type bonds were packed in little Boxes called "Baby Boxes" See Picture:
Then these small boxes were packed in a larger box called "Mamma Boxes"
The main point of all this is that they were supposed to be registered a long time ago. If you had these Bonds or any of the other Historical bonds, you should have already made a claim with official paper work as well. I don't know the exact procedures for that since I never had any of these, nor do I know anyone personally who does.
Today I got a question from someone who wanted to know how to "Exchange" them. I felt bad since it was already past due to make your claims on them, but I checked with my sources to verify what to do...

Then when you call the first 800#, just like the currency holders, you tell them the currencies you have, and if you have any of the Historical Bonds, you tell them about them as well. They will give you EXACT instructions on how to proceed with the Bonds and who to call. In short, call the 800# that the currency holders are calling, and tell them about your bonds and, follow instructions from there.
Zim Bonds & All Others
I got a question about Zim that actually applies to all of the currencies. The question was about circulated currency and non circulated. The answer it that does not matter if the currency is circulated or non circulated. Just like the money in your wallet, if it is wrinkled it is still worth just as much as a new bill that has never been circulated. Money is money, wrinkled or not.

I’ve covered this subject in various ways. Here I’m going to use a Q & A format to highlight vital points.
Q: What do people need to know about names for diseases?
A: A disease-label of any kind is something you need to look at the way you’d look at a scorpion on your porch.
Q: Why?
A: Because the label is meant to make you think there is a specific condition.
Q: Isn’t that the case?
A: Not necessarily. For example, autism.
Q: Isn’t autism a specific condition?
A: No.
Q: Why not?
A: Well, start with this. There is no defining diagnostic test for autism. No defining physical test. No blood test, saliva test, urine test, brain scan, genetic assay.
Q: That’s impossible.
A: It’s true.
Q: How can that be?
A: Autism is listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), the bible of the psychiatric profession. The definition of autism is basically a menu of behaviors. There is no defining diagnostic test. You’ll find, in the official lexicon, other names for various so-called “developmental neurological disorders,” too. And none of them in the DSM have defining diagnostic tests, either.
Q: What are you driving at? Are you saying autism is some kind of illusion, that there is no damage or problem?
A: Of course not. Of course there is damage.
Q: So what is your point?
A: If a parent applies to the US federal vaccine court, for compensation, because her child was severely damaged by a vaccine, and if she or her doctor calls that damage “autism,” there is almost no chance the government will award her compensation.
Q: Why?
A: Because the government is committed to saying, come hell or high water, vaccines don’t cause autism. But if that same parent says her child developed “encephalopathy”—a generalized term meaning a condition that adversely affects the structure or function of the brain—her chances of receiving compensation increase by a small percentage.
Q: Even if she says a vaccine caused the encephalopathy?
A: Yes. It’s all a word game, and if the parent doesn’t know how to play it, she’ll almost certainly lose.
Q: That’s ridiculous.
A: Indeed it is.
Q: If none of these neurological disease-labels in the DSM has a specific and defining diagnostic test, then why doesn’t the parent just tell the vaccine court, “My child’s brain was damaged by a vaccine”?
A: Because the rules demand that she present evidence that the vaccine caused a known and officially accepted disease condition with a disease label.
Q: But the truth is, the vaccine caused brain damage.
A: Truth is not the goal of the government’s game.
Q: Are you saying there is no such thing as autism?
A: I’m saying there is no conclusive evidence for the existence of autism as a specific condition. Otherwise, there would be a defining diagnostic test for it, and there isn’t. There are various causes for neurological and brain damage. When a vaccine is the cause, it should be called VACCINE DAMAGE, and compensation should be awarded on that basis. Period. Stop the fiddling and game playing.
Q: But the government doesn’t want to admit that vaccines cause severe damage.
A: That’s why they play their word games.
Q: What are some causes for neurological damage?
A: A blow to the head, a fall, almost drowning in a pool, oxygen deprivation at birth, severe and long-term nutritional deficits, toxic pesticides, toxic medical drugs, vaccines.
Q: Why are these and other causes hidden under fancy medical names?
A: Because, for example, for each disease-name, drugs can be developed and sold.
Q: What are some names for neurological disease or damage?
A: Fragile X syndrome, Asperger, Rett syndrome; Childhood Disintegrative Disorder, Intellectual Disability, autism.
Q: Are there overlaps of symptoms?
A: Yes.
Q: Is it possible that any of these could be caused by vaccines?
A: The actual DAMAGE that is at the heart of these disease-labels could be caused by vaccines. Or other factors. Each child must be assessed uniquely.
Q: You’re suggesting that, in a sane world, parents and doctors and government officials would call vaccine damage VACCINE DAMAGE, and forget all the rest of it.
A: Neurological vaccine damage, yes. Because that’s what it is. You can say, “Well, we think this group of nerve cells is affected or that group is affected, or possibly this part of the brain is affected or that part,” but when a vaccine is the cause, it’s vaccine damage, plain and simple.
Q: Any other medical tricks people should be aware of, relating to autism?
A: Yes. Researchers can say they know vaccines don’t cause autism, because there are children diagnosed with autism who have never been vaccinated. That assertion is a hoax. The label and the definition of autism are worthless, to begin with, because there is no specific test that invariably diagnoses autism. Instead, as I keep saying, vaccine damage is real and it should be labeled as such. Then, there is no argument about what is and isn’t autism, or what does and doesn’t cause it. There is just naked straightforward truth.
Q: So when a doctor tells a parent, “Your child has autism…”
A: He’s really saying, “Your child has suffered some kind of neurological damage. We have a general label for it. Autism. The label doesn’t tell us what caused your child’s damage.”
Q: But the doctor wouldn’t admit that.
A: No, he wouldn’t.
Q: Suppose he did admit that. Suppose all doctors admitted that.
A: Then there would be a whole new world. Doctors would be tasked with trying to find out what caused the damage in each child. And in talking to a parent, who was there and saw the radical change in her child after vaccination, a doctor would realize that a vaccine was the cause.
Q: It sounds like the government is leading a parent with a vaccine-damaged child into a blind alley with its vaccine court.
A: That’s right. The parent is seeking compensation to pay for her child’s care. The court is essentially saying, “If you claim your child was damaged by a vaccine and call that damage autism, even though the word “autism” is just a meaningless label, we’ll deny compensation. We’ll deny it because we’ve arbitrarily decided that vaccines can’t cause autism.”
Q: This is pure insanity.
A: Yes, cruel insanity.
Q: Let me see if I can sum all this up. First, we have a meaningless label called “autism.” It’s meaningless because there are no defining diagnostic tests for autism. Therefore, there is no proof that autism is a specific condition, beyond the fact that a child has been neurologically damaged in some way. But most people, and the government, and the medical system, ALL BUY INTO THE IDEA THAT AUTISM IS REAL AND SPECIFIC…AND THEN THE GOVERNMENT TURNS AROUND AND SAYS: A PARENT WHO IS SEEKING COMPENSATION FOR VACCINE DAMAGE, ON THE BASIS THAT A VACCINE CAUSED HER CHILD TO “DEVELOP AUTISM,” WON’T BE COMPENSATED, BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROOF THAT ANY VACCINE CAUSES AUTISM. THE GOVERNMENT IS ESSENTIALLY SAYING: THERE IS NO PROOF A VACCINE CAN CAUSE A CONDITION WHICH HASN’T BEEN PROVEN TO EXIST.
A: Yes, that’s correct.
Q: This is even crazier than I thought it was.
A: You can add in one more factor. There are parents with vaccine-damaged children, and these children have been diagnosed with autism. If you tell these parents there is no proof that autism exists, and their child simply has devastating neurological vaccine damage, they will protest. They’re caught in a situation they don’t fully understand, and they’re determined to hold on to the idea that their child “has autism.” They want that label to be applied to their child. For them, it provides an “explanation” for what happened to their child. They won’t let it go. And THEN, they will go to the federal vaccine court and ask for compensation, not realizing that if they use the word “autism,” that’s doom. The court will deny their claim.
Q: It’s like being caught in a maze.
A: That’s exactly what it is.

Chinese President Xi Jinping made a surprise stop in Alaska on Friday after a two-day summit with President Trump in Florida, underscoring China’s resource ambitions in the global far north.
Xi met with Alaska Gov. Bill Walker on Friday night during a refueling stop in Anchorage before resuming the flight to Beijing. The two talked trade — Walker told Xi that Alaska could provide the resource-hungry country with a “generation’s worth” of liquefied natural gas, according to local media.
China is Alaska’s top export market — the state sold more than $1 billion worth of goods to China last year, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Its biggest export was fish.
“I think this is an extremely valuable opportunity to meet with our largest trade partner face to face,” said Chris Hladick, the commissioner of the state's Commerce Department, according to the Associated Press. He called the meeting a “once-in-a lifetime opportunity.”
Although the Chinese government has not articulated a clear Arctic policy, the world’s northernmost extreme sits on formidable quantities of mineral reserves, and China has positioned itself as a major stakeholder in the area.

On Friday, Xi and Walker took a sightseeing tour in their motorcade,according to local media, stopping at Beluga Point, a rocky, highway-side outpost looking out over a stunning vista of mountains and glaciers.
Photos posted by the Alaska Dispatch News showed Xi and his wife, soprano Peng Liyuan, disembarking from their plane Friday about 6:45 p.m., meeting with Walker on the tarmac and accepting flowers from Walker’s 8-year-old granddaughter, Mera Hobson.
They also showed a long motorcade, a staged handshake between Xi and Walker and a mob of people, most of them presumably officials and their security details, standing at the scenic spot and admiring the view.

Within God you have your eternal and endlessly joyful existence.
Humanity has chosen to awaken, it’s as simple as that! However, although in truth the awakening has already occurred, it does take time to come to fruition for you because the illusion is largely about time and its passing, and until your awakening happens you are time-bound within your collective dream, the illusion. It is unreal but, because you intended it to seem very real, it does seem utterly real to you. That, of course, is very confusing for you, and because the vast majority of the human population believes that the illusion is absolutely real that is how it appears to you.
What is presently occurring is the unraveling of the collective belief in the illusion, and because of that you see apparent chaos, confusion, and conflict in many places across the world as the beliefs that hold it in place are released. Remember, beliefs are restrictive and limiting opinions that, as humans, you hold and trust, but which are largely invalid.
Humans like beliefs because they seem to offer safety and security, allowing them to align themselves with others who hold the same or similar beliefs, thus helping them to feel accepted, and yet humans are skeptical and very quick to judge and disparage the beliefs others hold that are different from their own. This intensely bigoted “I’m right and you are wrong” syndrome, constantly leads to disagreement and conflict. And, of course, it is driven by fear and the desperate need to be accepted, and that is why these beliefs have been held onto so strongly while rarely being questioned – for fear that if questioned, scrutinized, they might be proved wrong.
Over the last few decades numerous entrenched and collective beliefs have been discarded as humanity, moving steadily towards its moment of awakening, has come to realize their invalidity. And many commonly accepted negative judgments of other people’s life styles have also been discarded. Many are finally attempting to honor the golden rule “do not do unto others what you would not want them to do to you.” Even though conflicts and judgments of a very unloving nature are still endemic in many areas, humanity is moving towards acceptance and compassion for each and everyone, and away from judgment.
To awaken means to discard all attitudes and behaviors that are not in complete alignment with Love – judgment, blame, condemnation, disapproval, self-righteousness – and that is what is occurring as more and more people make the choice to toss away those severely limiting and self damaging opinions and affectations. As general acceptance of one another grows the need for the defenses provided by arrogant and unshakable beliefs and positionalities decreases, and the awareness grows that all are human, seeking only Love, in spite of all the apparent differences between them – nationality, ethnicity, color, sex, political or religious persuasion, interests, and professional qualifications.
You are all the beloved children of God who have momentarily forgotten that divine Truth as you dream the dream of separation and unreality. Note that word “momentarily,” because in Reality there is only the eternal now, and any apparent move away from that moment can only be extremely brief, so short in fact that it is immeasurable. To awaken is your inevitable and unavoidable destiny, and for that you should give thanks, daily.
Reality, your Home, is joy-filled, the illusion is fear-filled. Almost every activity in which you engage as humans, whether mental or physical, is to deal with or escape from fear – fear of being unworthy, incompetent, unloved, abandoned, not good enough, attacked, destroyed, judged, blamed, punished, etc., etc. – and of course this fear is, like the illusion that you have built in which to have these very unsettling experiences, itself unreal!
To awaken is your only real desire, because deep within yourselves you know that what you are experiencing is unreal, a dream, or more often a nightmare. And you want only to be once more permanently in the Presence of God, your infinitely loving Father and the Source of All that exists. Without God there would be nothing, no consciousness, which is the field of Love in which everything has its eternal existence. And there is absolutely no possibility of a state “without God.”
God is . . . there is nothing outside God, God is the One Mind in which everything happens. It is the field of unlimited infinite creative potential of which you are all essential parts or aspects, and which, without even one of you, It would be incomplete, another impossibility, although “impossibilities” are also impossible!
There is only God, and within God you have your eternal and endlessly joyful existence, so REJOICE! You are to awaken from the momentary aberration that you built, the illusion, and your joy will once more be complete as all memories of unreality fade away through the tiny spot, stain, or blemish that has hidden Reality from you ever so briefly, and which has never existed.
The experiential field in which humanity finds itself is the illusion that you built in which to undergo a sense of abandonment and aloneness in the insane momentary belief that you had no need of God Who had created you and Who had given you everything that He had and is. In that brief moment you forgot that there was only God and that you were an inseparable part of Him, and in that instant, by your intent, the illusion arrived and you installed yourself within it, apparently completely separated from your divine Source. And instantly FEAR arose – it seemed enormous and threatening because you had shrunk yourself into a tiny and insignificant human body that was as nothing to the seemingly vast universe in which you found yourself.
But you are not insignificant! You are an inseparable and infinitely powerful aspect or part of God, the Source, and it is the illusion that is insignificant. In fact it is so small and insignificant that there will be not a trace of it when you awaken, as you most surely will.
You were created for eternal joy, and in your experiencing of eternal joy God is fulfilled. And, of course, God is always utterly fulfilled. Therefore you are always in eternal joy, and when you awaken you will know this once more, as all doubt, fear, pain, and suffering dissolve never to be remembered. So rejoice in the certainty of the Truth that you are eternally and inseparably One with God.

I have been getting a lot of questions about what rate should be asked for and how the Bank will oversee your projects and check on you. Exchange Rate vs. Bank Oversight
I understand that the money given for the Historic Bonds (Not Zim), and the Prosperity Packages (Not NESARA/GESARA Money), DO HAVE OVERSIGHT to make sure that the money is being used properly. I don't know the details, but it seems that they do have some conditions and must do what they are supposed to do.
In Contrast, it is my understanding that in regard to currency exchanges and the extra money offered for Projects, that there will be NO BANK OVERSIGHT over your projects and plans. You are free to do your projects or not. In short, no one will be checking up on you to see if you really did all the projects that you said you would do.
You Are "Trusted"
The only chance the Bank/Elders have to insure that the projects get completed, is by listening to your presentation at the time of your exchange. If you sound like someone who really wants to help Humanity, and you already have some ideas in mind, they will offer you the extra high rates and TRUST you to follow through with your plans. You are quite literally entrusted to become the financial ambassadors of the new age, on behalf of the Elders who have collected and protected this money for thousands of years.
It Is Your Energy That Matters
Anyone can be made to do projects at the risk of losing their money. There is no "Light" present under those conditions. Trust empowers the Light within. When doing the projects is your passion, what you want to do, and in your Heart to do, you are shining Brightly. That "Light" cannot be bought. It can be nourished and supported, but in the end, it is there or it is not. A "Light Worker" by definition is one who Holds the "Light" in all they do, think and say. They thrive on service to others and spread Love and Light in all they do. They DO NOT NEED OVERSIGHT. They can hardly be held back as it is. Their work is both their passion and their Joy. Light Workers Wanted
Light Workers have had hardship and pain themselves, but it hasn't broken them, it has Made them instead. They have compassion and Love for their fellow Humans, Nature and Even Earth herself. It is that unquenchable Love that sustains the Light they have within. The currency revaluation was a natural way up/out for those who had suffered greatly. BUT, NOT ALL WHO SUFFER BECOME LIGHT WORKERS, far from it.
It is the hope and faith that separates those who have succumbed to life's hardships, and those who believed it would work out. Many have fallen by the wayside and lost their currency in one way or another because they lost faith. It is those who had the faith in these currencies that are here today. The Faithful are still here and will soon be redeeming their currency and changing the World as a result.
What ZIM Rate Can You Get?
First, let's get real. If you have just one $100T ZIM, even at the rate of $2, you will never spend it all. Should you ask for more? Sure! Ask for the amount that feels right for you whatever that might be. Will it be $2, or $120,000 per Zim? You should know, that the Bank is going to want to give you as much as you ask for. The key word is "want." They will do their best to "Detect Your Light," and Feel your energy. But, I truly expect that most of us will get what we ask for. But what Rate should you ask for?
What Rate Will You Ask For?
First, don't base it on what you think you can spend, because you most likely won’t be able to spend it all at the $2 rate, much less anything higher. So, that is NOT the measure of what you should get. What Rate "Empowers" you? What rate feels like the "Big Move" that will change the World? Frankly, if you know you will never spend it all, then the amount you get is more about the statement you are making to yourself and the World. Go Big, Feel Big, Do Big Things! But, with the ZIM, even the $2 rate is Big. So, whatever you get is more about the feeling of what you have done and are going to be doing, and not whether or not you can and will actually spend it all, because you will not be able to.
As a side note, going for the higher rates will help the bank have more money in their system, especially if you don’t spend it all, and you can't. You can try, but, in the end there will be plenty left and that is perfectly O.K.
What NOT To Do
Whatever you do, DO NOT make up projects or ask for way more than you really want just to have more money. That has the potential to take you down over time. When you get the big money rates because you have big ideas and what to change the World, that is legitimate. Your "Heart" was congruent with your request. However, if you are fraudulently (Incongruent with your Heart's Desires), telling the Bankers about big projects that you have no intention of following through on, just to get a higher rate, it will haunt you later. You will have hundreds if not thousands of Trillions of dollars in your account, and the thrill of having that money will fade quickly. With the NDA, you won’t really be able to brag about it, or speak about it to anyone. It will remain your secret wealth that HAS NO MERIT, USE, OR REASON FOR BEING. One day, you will feel the weight of your lack of personal integrity. All that money and just horded in true Cabal fashion.
The Day The Money Dies
There will come a day when money is dead. It will be a time when there is nothing to buy anymore, and everyone has more money than they will ever need. You won't be able to give it away anymore. To be clear, EVERYONE who has ZIM, will still have gobs of money in the bank paying interest at that time. That is not the issue as that will be a fact. The issue, is that the ones who asked for more money when they knew they were just going to keep it, will have more than anyone else, and there will be no prize or joy for that. It will be worth-less, and of no use to anyone. What a waste.
The Difference Is "Intention"
Those who got more money and really wanted to spend it, experienced great joy doing the best they could, dispersing the money in ways that gave them great joy, were on the Light Worker path. Sure they had money left over, but that is NOT the point. Maybe they got the extra money just in case there were more things to do, that they had not thought of yet. Maybe they got extra money and what they were planning did not need as much money as they thought, or other Light Workers got the job done first and in the end it was already done. Or it could be thousands of reasons why they still have huge amounts of money that is left, but that doesn't matter, they intended to do good things with it and they did what they could. That is a great life of joy and great intention(s). This is a very High Vibrational state to be in.
However, for those who got the higher rates, but did NOT intend to follow through on the plans they told the Banker, they will have a tougher road. They will have a pang of guilt as others are out spending money and having fun in joyful service to others while they just sit there with their fat bank accounts. It won't be a long time that money is of any use, and whatever is not spent during that time, will become useless the day that money dies. At that time it will be too late to use the money to bring joy and comfort to others. After all, that is the true "Gift," not the money. The gift is your ability (Empowerment by money) to get as much joy as you can for yourself and others doing great works. When that window of opportunity for the joyous use of money passes by, it will forever be gone. Those who did not use their money to create joy for themselves and others through their good works, will have missed a great opportunity to raise their own vibrations.
What Are Some Good Reasons-Intentions For A Higher Rate?
Sure you can get VERY HIGH rates, but what Intentions would support them? Of course, your "pet" projects, the ones that give you the most joy to even think about, head the list. Then, whatever you can and will do in one town, "Intend" to do in every town, in every state, in every country. Whatever you "Intend" to do this year, do next year, and every year, for 100 years or more. What new technologies with there be... Who knows? "Intend" to have plenty of money to create, manufacture, and distribute these new products for free, to your community and the World. Sure, there are a certain number of light Workers like yourself that had the foresight and faith to get this money for these great Humanitarian works, but how many more Light Workers will there be? "Intend" to have extra money to fund newly awakened souls who are wanting to do Humanitarian Projects. What about all the youngsters who are growing up and will become the next generation of Light Workers? Who will fund them now that the once in a lifetime currency revaluation is over? Yes, of course it will be you, because you planned for it ahead of time.
The big take away here is that since we don’t know what the future needs are, from where we stand now, we should get more now, while the getting is good, so that we will be capable of doing whatever is needed later. Will you actually get all this done? Probably not, but all that matters is that you intended to, and planned for it, just in case you could.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that you can get just about whatever rate you want, as long as it seems you should have it. It is better to ask for a high rate with great intentions, and not get them done, than it is to ask for a high rate with false intentions and not get them done. One is a High Vibration Light Worker and the Other is a False Light Worker. But in the end, the day that money dies, those who created the most joy with their money, wins, and those who created the least, will suffer in regret. In short, DREAM and PLAN as big as possible. Ask for a rate that makes sense to your BIG PLANS and BIG INTENTIONS. Whether or not you end up getting everything done, doesn't matter, because you probably won't.
If you are not called to this kind of work, and doing Humanitarian work is not really interesting to you, that is no problem. There are plenty of us to do what needs to be done. However, if this is you, a non-Humanitarian, don't feel bad about it, just get whatever the Highest "Regular" currency rate is for your currency and be at peace. Do go for the $2 rate on the Zim, as that is the "Screen Rate For The Informed." The super low rate at the other banks is the "Screen Rate For The Ignorant," those who don't know what is going on. Even though you might not plan on doing Humanitarian projects, you deserve to get a very good rate, such as the $2/zim, because you are following the process and are well informed. And... Who knows, you might just decide to get involved in some projects later.... It is fun, and very satisfying to the soul.

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has moved to ease foreign payments bottlenecks after it drew-down $100 million on the $150 million African Export-Import Bank loan facility yesterday.
The central bank said apart from the Afreximbank facility, the release of the funds was made possible by export earnings from the sale of green-leaf tobacco at the tobacco floors by tobacco growers.
As at April 10, about 39 million kilogrammes of tobacco valued at about $102 million had been sold on auction and contract floors, which was day 19 of the 2017 tobacco selling season.
About $700 million has been mobilised by merchants for the purchase of tobacco this season, where the golden leaf’s output is expected to marginally surpass last year’s sales.
RBZ governor Dr John Mangudya said yesterday that the funds released into the banking sector would cater for outstanding foreign payments for productive uses, including payments of tuition fees by Zimbabweans studying abroad.
Another $70 million facility from the same bank will be drawn-down from next week.
“We remain greatly indebted to Afreximbank and earners of foreign exchange in Zimbabwe,” said Dr Mangudya.
Foreign currency shortages have been Zimbabwe’s bane since the country adopted a multiple currency basket system in 2009. Low foreign currency inflows and high imports, coupled with externalisation of the green-back at a time when exports have declined significantly, resulted in the country depleting its nostro accounts, causing a gridlock on foreign currency payments.
To stem the challenges, the central bank introduced a priority list for foreign payments with a strong bias towards productive and critical areas such as fuel and health. Mangudya said the draw down of the funds released to the market comes at an appropriate time at the commencement of the tobacco selling season, which makes it faster to address the foreign payments backlog.
The central bank chief noted that the pricing was quite reasonable, an all-inclusive interest rate of just below 5 percent per annum. Dr Mangudya said the $100 million released into the banking system will be utilised by customers with funded accounts only and that the central bank will monitor distribution of funds from the facility.
“The funds released by the bank shall be utilised by banks’ customers through normal banking channels and shall be made available to funded accounts only, that is, banks are not supposed to fund their customers’ accounts from loans and overdraft facilities to access funds released by the (central) bank.
“This principle is necessary to deal with effective demand for foreign exchange and thus eliminating latent demand while simultaneously encouraging businesses to bank their sales proceeds. Non-compliance by banks to this principle shall be a punishable offence,” said Dr Mangudya adding that all tuition fees backlog had been cleared following the release yesterday.
He said that the bank is putting in place foreign exchange facilities to smoothen the troughs during the low-exporting periods after the closure of the tobacco and cotton selling seasons. “We need to be better planners of our destiny.”

Candace Marie Claiborne has become the first Clinton-era State Department employee indicted on treason charges, after a federal grand jury indicted her for conspiring to defraud the U.S. government, concealing contact with foreign spies, obstructing an official proceeding, and making false statements to the FBI. Claiborne, a veteran State Department employee who possessed a Top Secret security clearance, concealed her extensive contacts with Chinese intelligence agents, who for years lavished her with thousands of dollars in gifts as part of a pay-for-play scheme, according to a Department of Justice press release. In addition to cash payments, Chinese spies provided Claiborne with vacations, an apartment, Apple electronics, and tuition to a Chinese fashion school, according to the indictment. Suggesting she learned tricks from Hillary Clinton, her former boss, Claiborne allegedly told co-conspirators to delete all emails and evidence after getting caught. The bill of charges contains numerous felonies and Claiborne, 60, is facing spending the rest of her life behind bars, as prosecutors warn she is "the
first of many" corrupt Clinton-era State Department employees that will be bought to justice by a reinvigorated DOJ. "Candace Marie Claiborne is a U.S. State Department employee who possesses a Top Secret security clearance and allegedly failed to report her contacts with Chinese foreign intelligence agents who provided her with thousands of dollars of gifts and benefits," said Acting Assistant Attorney General McCord.
"Claiborne used her position and her access to sensitive diplomatic data for personal profit. Pursuing those who imperil our national security for personal gain will remain a key priority of the National Security Division." He added: "This case demonstrates that U.S. government employees will be held accountable for failing to honor the trust placed in them when they take on such sensitive assignments." "Candace Claiborne is accused of violating her oath of office as a State Department employee, who was entrusted with Top Secret information when she purposefully mislead federal investigators about her significant and repeated interactions with foreign contacts," said Assistant Director in Charge Vale.
"The FBI will continue to investigate individuals who, though required by law, fail to report foreign contacts, which is a key indicator of potential insider threats posed by those in positions of public trust." The grand jury found Claiborne's Washington, D.C. home and her savings account are subject to forfeiture, if she's convicted. She wrote in a journal that she could "generate 20k in 1 year" through one of her Chinese agents, according to an affidavit. She was allegedly wired nearly $2,500 shortly after and was asked to provide the U.S. government's analyses of its 2011 economic talks with China. According to the Department of Justice's press release, Claiborne is facing decades behind bars for her crimes: "The maximum penalty for a person convicted of obstructing an official proceeding is 20 years in prison. The maximum penalty for making false statements to the FBI is five years in prison. The maximum statutory sentence is prescribed by Congress and is provided here for informational purposes. If convicted of any offense, the sentencing of the defendant will be determined by the court based on the advisory Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors."

Attorney General and long-time NumbersUSA ally Jeff Sessions gave a speech yesterday, at the Border Patrol station in Nogales, Arizona announcing the Department of Justice's renewed commitment to criminal immigration enforcement. "For those that continue to seek improper and illegal entry into this country, be forewarned: This is a new era. This is the Trump era," Sessions said. "The lawlessness, the abdication of the duty to enforce our immigration laws, and the catch and release practices of old are over." Under the direction of the Attorney General Sessions, the DOJ has announced that 94 U.S. Attorneys' offices are to:
♦ Target traffickers and harborers of illegal aliens for prosecution.
♦ Target for criminal prosecution as felons those aliens who have re-entered after being deported and who are gang members, convicted felons or threats to public safety.
♦ Criminal aliens will be charged with document fraud and aggravated identity theft (such as using someone else's ID to claim citizenship or work status to secure a job) whenever possible. The latter offense will be subject to a minimum jail time of 2 years. In order to enable more deportations and removals, the Department of Justice will add 125 new federal immigration judges within two years. Finally, Sessions announced the end of catch and release, with all adults apprehended on the border to be detained.

Attorney General Sessions and the Administration are doing what they can to make our immigration enforcement system work. But Congress must act to fundamentally reform the system. Congress must:
1) Mandate the use of E-Verify for all U.S. employers.
2) End the practice of birthright citizenship for illegal aliens and foreign visitors.
3) Fund the completion of a biometric entry/exit system to track non-immigrant visitor.
4) Fund Sessions' reforms of the judicial process in immigration courts, including restricting relief from removal, to expedite the process and reduce the backlog of cases.

Dratzo! The madness of this odd reality continues to bring forth constant new interpretations of how this world works. We are left in a quandary to figure it all out. Because of that, we are left in a holding pattern, but are still in the final process to make possible the predicted release of the RV and the end of the old USA, INC. This realm is filled with constant pitfalls that somehow turn into blessings that move everything forward. We expect to shortly hear that the initial long awaited payouts have at last begun. Those in charge of this task insist that the current misguided state of this realm is not to defer this much-prolonged moment. We expect to hear the good news and know that something grand is about to happen. This journey of yours is constantly tainted by the devious skullduggery of the supposedly helpless dark cabal. We tend to laugh at their assumptions. Our belief is that a major set of miracles is about to descend and change everything.
We have been observing this collective madness for the past few decades, and it is difficult to formally engage it. This realm seems like a modern “Alice in Wonderland” reality where what appears real is not and what is ridiculous suddenly seems to be the only true reality. You have those in charge acting in a surreal way. Meanwhile, what appears impossible becomes the only real pathway. In spite of this, things really do happen in this mixed up upside-down reality. It is no wonder that in the past we avoided such incomplete worlds. Despite this, we are nevertheless committed to doing what is right to permit this realm to grow in consciousness and resolve its present difficulties. We see that those empowered with creating this new world are close to taking their much-required action. It is this that gives us the feeling that something wonderful is about to happen!
Those whose lives are closely intertwined with sacred process realize how deeply the creation of this new reality is being accomplished even though all seems a little off. Something truly wonderful is being born. The dark is beginning to figure out that this old reality is finished, and in its place is a new one that in the near future is to gift this realm with two things. First, there is the new prosperity and its divine corollary, the rise of a more conscious humanity. Second, there is the growing force in this realm that is to finally seduce and then really destroy the dark and its vile ways. In its wake is to be the energy arising to forge the Light and its true Love, the way of Righteousness! Be ever aware of this and know in your inner Heart that this nonsense-filled morass contains the seeds for this new wondrous reality. You have wandered for seemingly forever to reach this point. Become ever aware that this new sacred force is forming and it is to carry earthly humanity to its destined point of heavenly glory.
The transformation of this reality is to end the present miasma of hopelessness, and replace it with freedom that contains Sovereignty and a way to achieve your inner passions for Love, Light and Joy. It is this set of magnificence that is to be the new republic and its special brand of celestial governance. The sacred force behind all of this is growing and is on the verge of transforming your present unnecessary suffering. Hence, do not think the present unhealthy circumstances are permanent. The dark and its numerous regiments are to be swept away. We welcome the start of our time with you! This is to permit you to participate with all. You are to begin your time with Heaven on Earth. All wonders are to become normal. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Hooray! We are your Ascended Masters! We come filled with a Joy that simply acknowledges how wonderfully you are growing and preparing yourselves for a new reality. This presently forming land is soon to be Blessed by Heaven and therefore able, at the right time, to magically appear. Our operation is to ready these things and prepare ourselves for the manifestation of this inner magnificence! Do not fret, blessed Ones! This new realm is to arise out of the present miasma that currently covers this land of misplaced dreams. You are destined to soon see these wonders and a new reality appear! We realize just how easily you often confuse the coming of Good with bad. We understand why Heaven has so disguised all of this, and that it is leaving you confused in the midst of this specially planned conundrum. This process is now beginning to dissolve and become something that you are to see more clearly.
This process is a means to allow you to see things in a much more appreciable way. It is something that is to change as your consciousness grows. In this new awareness, you are to see us more clearly and better understand how all of this needed to occur. It is often not easy to view old beliefs in new ways. We encountered this as we started our own training to become good and reliable Ascended Masters. It is in the pouring of these new bottles of perceptions that you learn how to reorder your old realities. It is in doing this regularly that you learn to see things differently. You have all swiftly learned about the great power of your collective vision. Now you are to show yourselves the next step, reasserting new beliefs with these most marvelous visions. This reorganization of your old perceptions into new ones is vital to what you do next.
Think of this growth as a new path toward realizing who you really are and why you are now here. It can be hard, and, as previously stated, somewhat confusing. Let these coming times be a kind of measurement of what lies ahead. Use these lessons to help you better understand what Heaven is really up to. Once you understand inwardly, the strange miasma surrounding you will suddenly make sense. Hence, it is important to remain calm and not to try too hard to make sense of things. At the right time, the hidden truths are to suddenly become quite clear. All is to reveal itself and allow the current points of stress to disappear. In this moment of clarity, you can at last realize why all of this happened in its own divine way. The methods of Heaven can at times seem confusing. However, clarity is to become apparent at the right time.
