Ask Georgia State Legislators to Support Criminal-Alien Disclosure Bill

The Georgia House Rules Committee is expected to consider a bill (HB 202) that would require the Georgia Department of Corrections to provide a quarterly, public report on the number of non-citizens in the prison system, including information on immigration status, country of origin, crimes committed and the percentage of the total prison population this non-citizen group represents. This information can provide insight into the monetary and human costs of illegal immigration and serve to educate both the public and state legislators on immigration-related crime.
The Rules Committee will determine whether HB 202 will get a House floor vote. Time is of the essence because the bill must clear the full House by March 7th in order to have a chance at becoming law this year. Push in Congress to expand immigration continues House Democrats plan to introduce a new DREAM Act on March 12. This is more expansive than recent bills designed to shield DACA recipients and if it became law would likely grant amnesty to over 3 million illegal aliens. The bill would also allow illegal aliens who currently have Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to become citizens, as well as any illegal aliens no longer eligible for Deferred Enforced Departure. There are no indications that the bill has any enforcement provisions to prevent future illegal immigration. See the story below for more details.
There is also a push to expand the number of guest workers coming into the United States each year, in both high-skilled and low-skilled job sectors. Employers reliant on H-2B low-skilled, non-agricultural workers have long demanded substantial increases in the number of available visas and are now using the fact that the labor market is tightening to the point that wages are starting to rise as evidence of a "labor shortage." Of course, there is no labor shortage, which is defined as a lack of sufficient workers to fill demand at any price. With 51.5 million working-age Americans out of work, and wage gains still very modest, there is clearly a vast oversupply of labor. What H-2B employers are complaining about is a shortage of workers willing to take the wages and conditions being offered them. Welcome oversight of the H-1B program Tech employers also continue to lobby for more guest workers through the H1-B program, which allows businesses to legally replace qualified American workers with foreign guest workers. Some of you may remember the infamous video of lawyers from the Cohen & Grigsby law firm explaining "how not to hire an American" in order to bring in an H-1B guest worker. While this is an unusually public admission of exactly how many U.S. employers use the program, it is rare for employers to be held accountable for obvious discrimination against American workers. One reason is that Congress put very few safeguards in the H-1B program to protect domestic workers. The other reason so many Americans have been displaced is due to the lack of government oversight. The Trump Administration promised more scrutiny of the H-1B program, and USCIS under Secretary Francis Cissna has done just that, leading to complaints from tech employers that the agency is no longer rubber-stamping their petitions for guest workers. Another hopeful sign this week that the Administration is working to curb H-1B abuses was the announcement of a settlement reached between the Justice Department and a Charlottesville, Virginia company which discriminated "by preferring to hire H-1B visa holders over U.S. workers." The Chartered Financial Analysts Institute (CFAI) will pay $321,000 in civil penalties, train employees on anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, and accept departmental monitoring and reporting requirements. Hopefully this action by the Justice Department will make other employers reluctant to pass over qualified Americans in favor of cheaper foreign guest-workers. Another hopeful sign are news reports that the Administration is going to rescind the rule that allowed spouses (H-4) of H-1B visa holders to work in the United States, a rule put in place by the Obama Administration but not authorized by any Congressional statute. While reports were that the publication of the H-4 rule was immanent, we are still awaiting the official announcement from DHS.

The Wall Street Journal -- "'H-2B employers have been calling for an increase in the cap forever,' said Eric Ruark, director of research for Numbers USA.
'Just because you had a glitch in the system doesn't equate to a need for an increase in the cap. You need to ask the question: "Is there a shortage of workers?" And there isn't.'"
Politico -- Chris was quoted in a story about how immigration reductionist groups would rather the Trump Administration focus its efforts on reducing overall levels of immigration, as indications are Jared Kushner, the President's son-in-law, is working with business groups to bring in more foreign workers.
"'Kushner looks at it more from the business-owner or corporate perspective: "The economy is improving, wages are growing, we need to get more workers in here,"' said Chris Chmielenski, deputy director of NumbersUSA, another group advocating lower levels of immigration."

Joy understands that reducing per-capita consumption is a necessary-but-insufficient means to sustainability. We also need to check our growth, and that means reducing immigration. In his letter to the editor in the Times-Herald Online, Jerry Hinton says: "Based on [California's] current population of about 40 million people, we should have around 80 million acre feet of water storage capacity. We only have 42. If we don't increase our water storage capacity to meet the needs of our population, the state faces disaster." California is projected to grow by another 10 million people by 2060. States and cities are getting creative as they prepare for looming water shortages. Colorado is "planning to purify sewage water into drinking water. But that may not be enough according to a new study in the journal Earth's future. The study - part of a U.S. Forest Service project - finds "reductions in per-capita water use rates are likely in most water-use sectors, but will be insufficient to avoid impending water shortages because of the combined effects of population growth and climate change." The water challenge is not a global event, but a local one that is happening all over the globe. The Economist reports that global water use is six times greater than it was a hundred years ago, and global demand is projected to grow further still, driven in large part by population growth and increasing affluence/consumption. In the United States, 95 percent of population growth between now and 2060 is projected to be a result of immigration policies. We need to talk about this. There were conflicting messages coming out of the White House this week. On Thursday, the White House put out a news release entitled "Ivanka Trump calls on American companies to invest in our workers." This was to highlight a meeting this week in the White House with top business leaders, and Ivanka's appearance on Fox News touting the Administration's work to retrain unemployed Americans and prepare the workforce for increasing automation. The first paragraph reads: For decades, American workers were neglected and forgotten as Washington stood by idly. While corporate America pushed for cheap labor abroad, our leaders let communities in the heartland crumble instead of fighting for blue-collar employees. This statement is in-line with candidate Donald Trump's promise to put American workers first, and is the main reason he is now in the White House. This message cut across partisan lines and remains a winning one with voters. The problem is that President Trump appears be backing off his campaign pledge in favor of placating the business lobby clamoring for an increase in foreign workers. The White House goes on to describe the meeting with "some of the country's top CEO --including Apple's Tim Cook and Walmart's Doug McMillon." Employers were coming to us and they were saying, 'We're optimistic about America, we want to invest here and a constraint for growth is the lack of a skilled workforce,'" Ms. Trump told The Wall Street Journal this week. "We don't have people to fill the jobs. The President has strongly indicated he no longer supports immigration reduction, including at the White House meeting this week. 'We want to have a very strong border, but we want to have a lot of people coming in,' Trump said during a White House meeting with more than 20 CEOs and officials from state and local governments.' A lot of people don't understand that. They think we're shutting it out. We're not shutting it out. We want people to come in, but they have to come in through a process. President Trump's rhetoric is not far removed from U.S. Chamber of Commerce president Tom Donahue, who said last October that "The United States is fundamentally out of people." When there are still 50 million people in the United States between the ages of 18 and 64 who are not employed, the problem is not a lack of workers. If there was a genuine shortage of available workers, wages would rising be much faster. The problem too many employers have is that wages are rising at all. The White House call for more foreign workers comes upon the heels of an anemic February jobs report that found employers added only 20,000 new jobs, while 200,000 more people dropped out of the labor force. Hiring in many occupations was flat, or even negative, with construction sector losing 31,000 jobs. On that same day the President argued for the need for more immigrants to fill open jobs, the Lordstown GM plant in Ohio announced it was ending operations, laying off 1,400 assembly-line workers. DHS also announced this week that illegal border crossings in February were at a ten year high and total crossings for the year were likely to approach 800,000, close to "historic highs." Building barriers on the border with Mexico is not going to stop this surge, since most illegal crossers being apprehended are taking advantage of asylum loopholes and gaining admittance to the United States.

The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed that Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients are not entitled to enroll in certain Georgia colleges and universities that bar those without "lawful presence." The Court ruled that the DACA program does not confer lawful presence on recipients, and that Georgia's admissions bar does not violate a DACA recipient's right to equal protection.

I am a doctor specializing in the Emergency Departments of the only two military Level One-Trauma Centers, both in San Antonio, TX. We care for civilian emergencies as well as military personnel. San Antonio has the largest military retiree population in the world living here. As a military doctor, I work long hours and the pay is less than glamorous. One tends to become jaded by the long hours, lack of sleep, food, family contact and the endless parade of human suffering passing before you. The arrival of another ambulance does not mean more pay, only more work. Most often, it is a victim from a motor vehicle crash.
Often it is a person of dubious character who has been shot or stabbed. With our large military retiree population, it is often a nursing home patient. Even with my enlisted service and minimal combat experience in Panama, I have caught myself groaning when the ambulance brings in yet another sick, elderly person from one of the local retirement centers that cater to military retirees. I had not stopped to think of what the citizens of this age group represented.
I saw 'Saving Private Ryan.' I was touched deeply. Not so much by the carnage, but by the sacrifices of so many. I was touched most by the scene of the elderly survivor at the graveside, asking his wife if he'd been a good man. I realized that I had seen these same men and women coming through my Emergency Dept. and had not realized what magnificent sacrifices they had made. The things they did for me and everyone else that has lived on this planet since the end of that conflict are priceless.
Situation permitting, I now try to ask my patients about their experiences. They would never bring up the subject without my inquiry. I have been privileged to hear an amazing array of experiences, recounted in the brief minutes allowed in an Emergency Dept. encounter. These experiences have revealed the incredible individuals I have had the honor of serving in a medical capacity, many on their last admission to the hospital.
There was a frail, elderly woman who reassured my young enlisted medic, trying to start an IV line in her arm. She remained calm and poised, despite her illness and the multiple needle-sticks into her fragile veins. She was what we call a 'hard stick.' As the medic made another attempt, I noticed a number tattooed across her forearm. I touched it with one finger and looked into her eyes. She simply said, ' Auschwitz ..' Many of later generations would have loudly and openly berated the young medic in his many attempts. How different was the response from this person who'd seen unspeakable suffering.
Also, there was this long retired Colonel, who as a young officer had parachuted from his burning plane over a Pacific Island held by the Japanese. Now an octogenarian, he had a minor cut on his head from a fall at his home where he lived alone. His CT scan and suturing had been delayed until after midnight by the usual parade of high priority ambulance patients. Still spry for his age, he asked to use the phone to call a taxi, to take him home, then he realized his ambulance had brought him without his wallet. He asked if he could use the phone to make a long distance call to his daughter who lived 7 miles away. With great pride we told him that he could not, as he'd done enough for his country and the least we could do was get him a taxi home, even if we had to pay for it ourselves. My only regret was that my shift wouldn't end for several hours, and I couldn't drive him myself.
I was there the night M/Sgt. Roy Benavidez came through the Emergency Dept. for the last time. He was very sick. I was not the doctor taking care of him, but I walked to his bedside and took his hand. I said nothing. He was so sick, he didn't know I was there. I'd read his Congressional Medal of Honor citation and wanted to shake his hand. He died a few days later.
I have seen a Congress who would turn their back on these individuals who've sacrificed so much to protect our liberty. I see later generations that seem to be totally engrossed in abusing these same liberties, won with such sacrifice.
It has become my personal endeavor to make the nurses and young enlisted medics aware of these amazing individuals when I encounter them in our Emergency Dept. Their response to these particular citizens has made me think that perhaps all is not lost in the next generation.
My experiences have solidified my belief that we are losing an incredible generation, and this nation knows not what it is losing. Our uncaring government and ungrateful civilian populace should all take note. We should all remember that we must 'earn this.'
If it weren't for the United States Military, there'd be NO United States of America!
And now as you have finished reading this, our Congress enjoys their free medical care, are in the process of charging these people for their medical care and at the same time possibly reducing their retirement pay. A typical political "Thank you" for their Service.

Bernie Sanders' father was a high school drop-out, who tormented his family with rants about their financial problems. He blamed society and economic inequality for his plight, though as a white male in a middle class neighborhood, he was hardly among the downtrodden. This was Bernie's inspiration to take up the cause of economic justice, though he would spend half of his life as an able-bodied college graduate living off of unemployment checks, and the women in his life, between odd job. By his own admission, Bernie was not a great student, starting at Brooklyn College and transferring to Univ. of Chicago, but his enrollment kept him protected from the draft. He joined socialist organizations and dabbled in far-left communist politics, gaining national notoriety by petitioning the school to let students have sex in the dormitories. This was before birth control and abortion were legal, when there were still very serious repercussions for women if the condom broke, but that didn't stop him from crusading against those silly rules that were an obstacle to his own satisfaction.
He participated in the 1963 March on Washington, a few demonstrations, and was arrested once, but his activism for civil rights ended when he became obsessed with socialism. NOT "democratic socialism", but oppressive far-left Marxism. Bernie married his college sweetheart, Deborah Shilling, and spent his small inheritance on a summer home in Vermont on 85 acres. The shack had a dirt floor and no electricity, maintaining his proletariat credibility, but not impressing his new bride. He refused to get a steady job, so his wife didn't stick around long, divorced after 18 months. The Viet Nam war was escalating, and when the next draft was announced, Bernie applied for a conscientious objector deferment. His deferment was denied, so he dodged the draft by having a kid out of wedlock in 1969 with his new girlfriend, Susan Mott, even though he STILL wasn't working, and had no way to support the child. By the time his draft number came up, he was too old to be drafted anyway. He continued to subsist on odd carpentry jobs and unemployment checks, and occasionally selling $15 articles, including the one about how women fantasize about gang rape. He still refused to get a steady job to support his child. His girlfriend left him. In 1988 he married Jane Driscoll,and took a cold-war era honeymoon in communist USSR. His new wife supported Bernie financially through his many attempts to win a public office, and shared his radical leftist political views. They visited the pro-Soviet Sandinista Government in Nicaragua known for their human rights violations, support for anti-American terrorists, and the imprisonment and exile of opponents. Bernie blindly overlooked the carnage to stand with fellow socialists. They traveled to Cuba in hopes of meeting Bernie's hero Fidel Castro, but access to him was denied. Bernie Sanders managed not to hold a full-time job his entire life or vote in a single election, until he finally ran for Mayor of Burlington at the age of 40.
After several failed elections, he finally won the office of Mayor of Burlington, VT, and eventually a Senate seat, which he has managed to keep off and on. For all of his years representing Vermont, Bernie Sanders passed a total of three bills, and two of them were for naming post offices. He's a draft-dodging deadbeat dad, a globe-trotting communist dilettante, and a petulant detractor of hard-working honorable Democrats. His one skill is yelling about how unfair the world is, and how everything SHOULD be. But he has no plans for how to make it happen, and no idea what goes on in the rest of the world or how to deal with problems overseas. His excuse for not having a foreign policy or national security plank on his platform: "I've only been campaigning for three months." His socialist friends are bitter about what they see as a betrayal of their values by Bernie's pursuit of the Democratic nomination. His former wife and girlfriend run when they see reporters and will not speak to the press. Bernie's past, including a brief stint living in a kibbutz in Israel is cloaked in secrecy. (It worked for B Hussein.) Former employees and coworkers describe him as hostile and belligerent. All of the Democrats in Vermont's government endorsed Hillary Clinton. The people who know Bernie best cannot stand him. His supporters cannot explain how he is qualified to be president. As for his detractors, we can only watch in horror as this Nader 2.0 works an appalling act of sabotage on the Democratic Party.

The article also includes a strange counterclaim offered by Daranee Petsod, President of Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees, suggesting that overpopulation is somehow not an issue in the United States: "The U.S. birth rate is at a 30-year low, and many economists believe that more immigration is needed."
This is similar to suggesting that the U.S. doesn't have a debt problem when the annual deficit is lower now than it was in previous years! For responding to misguided claims like this, here are a few resources worth referencing or sharing:

The amnesty bill I warned of in my last message has been introduced by House Democrats. Some provisions seem downright absurd (read on!), but we have to take it seriously: All but a few Democrats have already cosponsored it. It is on the fast track. The press and so many political factions are already pushing for this. We are certain that NumbersUSA can defeat it, just as we've always defeated stand-alone amnesties that harm U.S. citizens.
Thanks to our members, NOT ONE of the 50 amnesties proposed by Congress this century has passed! But, it's not enough just to defeat this bill. We must do so resoundingly, to show that it's not just a matter of time before Congress passes another amnesty. We must again dominate the discussion and make our voices heard in the halls of Congress. We have to raise our voices to say, "No! This amnesty will NEVER pass!" Thomas, we can't do this without your help!
This bill affects far more people than President Obama's DACA amnesty, which protected 690,000 people who applied and met the conditions. The "American Dream and Promise Act of 2019" (H.R. 6) would amnesty 2.3 million -- this includes giving legal permanent residency (LPR-Green Cards) to most of the illegal aliens who claim to have entered the United States before age 18. Green card holders can become U.S. citizens with a few more steps. On top of that, the bill will grant permanent legal status to about 429,000 people from twelve countries who currently live in the U.S. under something called Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Experts say most of those people entered illegally. Why should we give permanent status and citizenship to people who've only been allowed to stay with the understanding that they will go back home when the situation there improves? The bill's text was just released today, and our analysts are dissecting it now. What's clear already is that if someone who would otherwise be eligible for this sweeping citizen-track amnesty has already been deported during the Trump administration, he or she can apply to be readmitted to gain reentry and a path to U.S. citizenship.
One argument for DACA was that it supposedly brought people "out of the shadows." This bill would protect illegal aliens even if they hadn't applied until after they were caught. And they could stay in America while their application was being considered... and being appealed. A big problem with this bill is that it hasn't been drawn up in a vacuum. In the past few months, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens have stormed the border. This includes record numbers of entire families and a large number of unaccompanied minors. With bills like H.R. 6 gaining traction in Congress, these new illegal arrivals and those yet to come have every reason to believe that they, too, will eventually be offered amnesty and a path to citizenship.
After all, this very bill grants amnesty to aliens who arrived after President Obama's DACA amnesty was implemented! Remember how the open-borders crowd insists the government must allow the caravans in and hear their asylum claims because so many of the aliens are fleeing domestic violence? This bill actually authorizes the government to allow the perpetrators of domestic violence to stay, on the basis of family unity or humanitarianism! (More below.) Yet, together, we can defeat this bill. With the large amnesties that were passed in the 1980s and '90s, amnesty was always followed by a surge in illegal immigration. Simple - people correctly assumed that if they held on long enough, they too would receive amnesty. Introducing THIS amnesty offers encouragement to those who haven't come yet, but would have qualified, including previous deportees and unaccompanied minors. Thomas, we can't do this without your help!

As expected, H.R. 6 is as bad as we expected, and even worse in some ways. Based on the bill's summary, and the text just released, this bill will not only protect covered illegal aliens living in America, it will also welcome deportees to come back! The summary states:
"The bill also includes a number of provisions for Dreamers, including... permitting eligible Dreamers deported from the United States by the Trump Administration to apply for relief [protected status] from abroad..." Once "relief" is granted, those newly amnestied individuals will be able to get work papers and in-state tuition benefits in all 50 states.
Do your friends argue that DREAMers are highly educated workers our economy needs? To qualify, applicants need only a high-school diploma. Or an equivalency exam. Or whatever "industry recognized credential" or "apprenticeship program" the bill allows. Or simply be working towards one. Illegal aliens don't even need to come forward to be protected by this bill. The bill prevents Homeland Security and the Department of Justice from removing anyone who appears eligible on the face of it, until they apply for relief and are rejected. Who knows WHAT future administrations may do with the can of worms this bill opens up?
This may astonish and outrage you more: Like the previous DREAM Act bills, the bill states that no amnesty will be granted to those who've served a year in prison or who've had three convictions on separate dates resulting in 90 days in jail. Also says no domestic abusers and human smugglers or illegal voters, etc., qualify. But believe it or not, the bill specifically allows the government to waive the disqualifications, even to allow domestic abusers to stay. See here: "... Permitting the Secretary to waive select inadmissibility bars and crimes of domestic violence for humanitarian purposes, family unity, or if the waiver is otherwise in the public interest."
Can you believe that in the 21st century, politicians are actually foreseeing granting benefits to men who beat up their wives for "humanitarian purposes" and for "family unity?" What could the public interest in aiding spousal abusers stay in America possibly be?
Let me tell you what the "Dream and Promise Act of 2019" DOESN'T do. The bill DOES NOT:
✖ Does NOT end Chain Migration;
✖ Does NOT mandate E-Verify;
✖ Does NOT abolish the Visa Lottery;
✖ Does NOT improve enforcement (in fact, it's makes it worse); and
✖ Does NOT ban sanctuary cities.
Last week, I said the American people gain NOTHING from this "Dreamers and Promise Act of 2019." So, as I promised last week, NumbersUSA will oppose this bill with every resource we have.
✔ We're mobilizing our members to contact their members of Congress, using our toll-free phone lines and free, one-step faxing system. We're bombarding Congress with faxes, e-mails and phone calls in opposition to amnesty.
✔ We're notifying activists of congressional town halls all spring and summer long.
✔ We have begun alerting our 7 million Facebook fans to contact key elected officials representing them who could support this amnesty.
✔ Our Capitol Hill team is working with our allies on the Hill, to do everything to stop this amnesty.
✔ We'll apply the heaviest pressure to newly-elected Democrats, especially in swing districts, to convince them their constituents won't tolerate the fact that they're siding with illegal aliens over their own country's citizens.

This Issue: House Dems expand Dream Amnesty to include nearly a half-million more

More than 200 Democrats have cosponsored the new Dream amnesty that was introduced earlier this week. The American Dream and Promise Act, H.R. 6, would grant amnesty to as many as 3.5 million illegal aliens who entered the country before their 18th birthday AND to 429,000 (mostly illegal-alien) individuals who have received relief from deportation.
The American Dream and Promise Act, if passed, could become the largest amnesty in our nation's history! With 210 House Democrats already on board, it's unlikely that we'll be able to stop H.R. 6 from passing in the House. The real battle will be in the Senate where a number of Republican Senators, including Cory Gardner of Colorado, Susan Collins of Maine, and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina (who are all up for re-election in 2020), have been supportive in the past of massive, no-strings amnesties.
THE FINE PRINT
Many of you received Jim's letter yesterday that highlighted several of the key provisions tucked inside the American Dream and Promise Act. Here are the full details on the two amnesties:
Dream Amnesty
*Would provide conditional legal status and work permits for 10 years to most illegal aliens 18 or over who claim to have entered the country before reaching the age of 18 and claim to have been continuously present during the four years immediately prior to enactment.
*To receive the amnesty, illegal aliens must have been accepted to a U.S. institution of higher learning, obtained a high school diploma (or its equivalent), or be pursuing a high school diploma (or its equivalent).
*Illegal aliens must also be free of a felony conviction or have no more than 3 misdemeanor convictions committed on separate days where the aggregate jail time was 90 days or longer.
*Once granted amnesty, illegal aliens can receive a green card and a lifetime work permit after: 1) receiving a degree from a U.S. institution of higher learning, 2) completing 2 years of schooling in pursuit of a 4-year degree, 3) serving in the military for 2 years, or 4) working for 3 years for at least 75% of the time after receiving a work permit.
*Illegal aliens under the age of 18 who have been continuously present for the 4 years immediately prior to enactment will become eligible once they reach the age of 18 and meet the educational requirement.
*According to the Migration Policy Institute, there are 2.3 million illegal aliens who currently meet the age, residency, and education requirements. Based on past estimates from MPI, there could be another 1 million or more who currently meet the age and residency requirements.
TPS/DED Amnesty
*Any alien (most of whom are in the country illegally) who has been continuously present for the 3 years immediately prior to enactment and has received either Temporary Protected Status or Deferred Enforced Departure receives amnesty, including Legal Permanent Residency status and a lifetime work permit.
*Temporary Protected Status is given to foreign citizens in the United States who are unable to return home for a temporary period of time because of a political uprising or natural disaster in their home countries. Deferred Enforced Departure is similar to TPS, but is used by the president for matters of foreign relations. Citizens from 12 countries are currently eligible for the designations.
*The Migration Policy Institute estimates that approximately 429,000 aliens (mostly illegal) will receive the amnesty under this provision.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
For most of you, we've posted a new message on your Action Board that you can send to your Members of Congress. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has said that passing the Dream Act is one of her top priorities for the 116th Congress. The bill number, H.R. 6, was reserved by Speaker Pelosi for this legislation, so we expect the House to act within the next few months. Between now and then, we'll continue to provide you with updates and new actions that you can take to express your opposition to this mass amnesty.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen announced an extension of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for South Sudan. After reviewing conditions with interagency partners, Nielsen said the ongoing armed conflict and other extraordinary conditions in South Sudan warrant an extension. The current 84 beneficiaries from South Sudan are eligible to re-register for a TPS extension through November 2, 2020.
