One group has been virtually forgotten. Its influence is enormous. It has existed since 1973.
It’s called the Trilateral Commission (TC).
Keep in mind that the original stated goal of the TC was to create “a new international economic order.”
In the run-up to his inauguration after the 2008 presidential election, Barack Obama was tutored by the co-founder of the Trilateral Commission, Zbigniew Brzezinski.
In 1969, four years before birthing the TC with David Rockefeller, Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote: “[The] nation state as a fundamental unit of man’s organized life has ceased to be the principal creative force. International banks and multinational corporations are acting and planning in terms that are far in advance of the political concepts of the nation state.”

Any doubt on the question of TC goals is answered by David Rockefeller himself, in his Memoirs (2003): “Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure—one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”

Here is a stunning piece of forgotten history, a 1978 conversation between a US reporter and two members of the Trilateral Commission. (Source: Trilateralism: The Trilateral Commission and Elite Planning for World Management; ed. by Holly Sklar, 1980, South End Press, Pages 192-3).
The conversation was public knowledge at the time.
Anyone who was anyone in Washington politics, in media, in think-tanks, had access to it. Understood its meaning.
But no one shouted from the rooftops. No one used the conversation to force a scandal. No one protested loudly.

And yet: official silence. Media silence. The Dept. of Justice made no moves, Congress undertook no serious inquiries, and the President, Jimmy Carter, issued no statements. Carter was himself an agent of the Trilateral Commission in the White House. He had been plucked from obscurity by David Rockefeller, and through elite TC press connections, vaulted into the spotlight as a pre-eminent choice for the Presidency.
The following 1978 conversation featured reporter, Jeremiah Novak, and two Trilateral Commission members, Karl Kaiser and Richard Cooper. The interview took up the issue of who exactly, during President Carter’s administration, was formulating US economic and political policy.
The careless and off-hand attitude of Trilateralists Kaiser and Cooper is astonishing. It’s as if they’re saying, “What we’re revealing is already out in the open, it’s too late to do anything about it, why are you so worked up, we’ve already won…”
NOVAK (the reporter): Is it true that a private [Trilateral committee] led by Henry Owen of the US and made up of [Trilateral] representatives of the US, UK, West Germany, Japan, France and the EEC is coordinating the economic and political policies of the Trilateral countries [which would include the US]?
COOPER: Yes, they have met three times.
NOVAK: Yet, in your recent paper you state that this committee should remain informal because to formalize ‘this function might well prove offensive to some of the Trilateral and other countries which do not take part.’ Who are you afraid of?
KAISER: Many countries in Europe would resent the dominant role that West Germany plays at these [Trilateral] meetings.
COOPER: Many people still live in a world of separate nations, and they would resent such coordination [of policy].
NOVAK: But this [Trilateral] committee is essential to your whole policy. How can you keep it a secret or fail to try to get popular support [for its decisions on how nations will conduct their economic and political policies]?
COOPER: Well, I guess it’s the press’ job to publicize it.
NOVAK: Yes, but why doesn’t President Carter come out with it and tell the American people that [US] economic and political power is being coordinated by a [Trilateral] committee made up of Henry Owen and six others? After all, if [US] policy is being made on a multinational level, the people should know.
COOPER: President Carter and Secretary of State Vance have constantly alluded to this in their speeches. [a lie]
KAISER: It just hasn’t become an issue.
This interview slipped under the mainstream media radar, which is to say, it was buried.

Vance and Brzezinski were appointed secretary of state and national security adviser, as Jordan feared. But he didn’t quit. He became Carter’s chief of staff.

The Highlands Group participants appear to have been oblivious to their illegality of their meetings. “In 2009, the New York Times reported that the Gates Foundation was partnering with media companies to write and shape stories to ‘embed’ messages in primetime dramas:”

“In the case of the Guardian, Gates effectively owns an entire vertical, so when one of his investments is written up, one doesn’t notice the conflict of interest—like a fish doesn’t notice water. Because his influence is everywhere, it appears to be nowhere.”
HR6666: This aptly numbered bill is moving forward in the US House Energy and Commerce Committee. Titled TRACE, “Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone,” it officially embeds the snitch culture—with benefits for new agents of the State:
“To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID–19, and related activities such as contact tracing, through mobile health units and, as necessary, at individuals’ residences, and for other purposes.”
“The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, may award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID–19, to trace and monitor the contacts of infected individuals, and to support the quarantine of such contacts…”
HR6666 funds this enterprise to the tune of “$100,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal year 2021 and any subsequent fiscal year during which the emergency period continues.”
Why don’t they simply advertise: “Have you always wanted to run around like a little fascist, targeting the unwary, the sheep, the outliers, the rebels, the dissenters? Here’s your chance. The State will pay you to do it. Who knows? Maybe the government will design a uniform for you, embroidered with the logo of a skull or a virus with spikes.”
REMDESIVIR: This is the Fauci COVID drug. He wants the antiviral to hit the market yesterday. At the Alliance for Human Research and Protection (ahrp.org), an article points to the fraud:
“Fauci’s Promotional Hype Catapults Gilead’s Remdesivir”: “[On 4/29], Gilead [the manufacturer of remdesivir] issued a press release announcing that it ‘was aware of positive data emerging from [a] National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) study’.” [Gilead provided assistance on study design and conduct to NIAID.]
“Based on the ‘positive data’ from the NIAID study, the Food and Drug Administration approved emergency use of remdesivir against COVID-19 on May 1.”
“…Dr. Anthony Fauci, who heads the President’s Coronavirus Task Force, and heads the NIAID, since 1984, has a vested interest in remdesivir. He sponsored the [NIAID] clinical trial whose detailed results have not been peer-reviewed. What’s more, [on May 1] HE declared the tenuous results to be ‘highly significant,’ and pronounced remdesivir to be the new ‘standard of care.’”
“Dr. Fauci made the promotional pronouncement while sitting on a couch in the White House, without providing a detailed news release; without a briefing at a medical meeting or in a scientific journal – as is the norm and practice, to allow scientists and researchers to review the data.”
“What Dr. Fauci failed to disclose to the public in his promotional pronouncement was that the [list of] primary outcomes [measures for success or failure] of the [NAID] study [NCT04280705] were changed on April 16, 2020. Changes in the Primary Outcome are posted on Clinical Trials.gov.”
“Changing primary outcomes [measures] after a study has commenced is considered dubious and suspicious.”
“Reuters News reported that highly respected prominent leaders in the medical community — such as Steven Nissen, MD, the chief academic officer at the Cleveland Clinic and Eric Topol, MD, director and founder of the Scripps Research Translational Institute in California – were unimpressed by remdesivir’s tentative, modest benefit at best.”
“…the NIAID-Gilead study results have not been published in peer-reviewed literature – nor have details of the findings been disclosed. However, they were publicly promoted by the head of the federal agency that conducted the study, from the White House. What better free advertisement?”
So…take this admittedly toxic drug. Convincing data? No need. Just trust Fauci. Like other drugs of its type, remdesivir inhibits the machinery of cell-reproduction in the body.
DEATHS IN ITALY: I have reported on this con in the past. Italy’s own National Institute of Health has been combing through the records of patients who have died. Their average age? 79.5. And the overwhelming percentage of these people were already suffering from multiple, long-term, serious health conditions—and had certainly been treated with a number of toxic medical drugs. Claiming their deaths stemmed from the purported COVID-19 virus would be absurd.
Add to these facts the horrendous air pollution in areas of Northern Italy. Toxic air can easily explain the lung conditions attributed to the virus.
In recent years, the annual number of flu cases in Italy averages roughly five million. It’s a simple matter to label some of these people COVID-19.
I’ve also indicated that vaccination campaigns could account for destruction of health in Northern Italy. I have a few possible clues in that regard.
Colorado Naturopathic Doctor, Michael Murray writes: “Could a new flu vaccine be partly responsible for the COVID-19 mortality rate in Italy?…My colleague, Dr. Alex Vazquez, provided me with a valuable insight. In September 2019, Italy rolled out an entirely new type of influenza vaccine. This vaccine called VIQCC is different than others. Most available influenza vaccines are produced in embryonated chicken eggs. VIQCC, however, is produced from cultured animal cells rather than eggs and has more of a ‘boost’ to the immune system as a result. VIQCC also contains four types of viruses – 2 type A viruses (H1N1 and H3N2) and 2 type B viruses…”

ANY vaccines given to people whose immune systems are already weakened—such as the elderly and infirm—are automatically dangerous and life-threatening at a high level. Before I jump in, I want to point to a film that hacks away the leaves, the branches, the trunk and the roots of the poisonous tree of vaccination all at once: VAXXED II, directed by Brian Burrowes. I urge you to watch it. “Urge” is too light a word. What is coming down the pipeline at us, in terms of attempts at vaccine mandates…this film will only strengthen your resolve, even if you’re quite sure you don’t need strengthening. The film contains many interviews with parents of vaccine-devastated children, and the children are there, too. The children who have died are there as well. Nobody has ever made a film like this.
A month or so ago, a reader made a crucial point: researchers and writers should make it clear whether they are operating from WITHIN the official paradigm of the epidemic, in order to reveal gross inconsistencies and internal contradictions; or whether they are standing OUTSIDE that paradigm and attacking its basic foundations.
Going further, we need to drill down to the roots of the poisonous tree.
Some people make this calculation: “I don’t want my view to appear too radical. That would drive the audience away. So I’ll cut myself off at a certain point and try to give the audience pieces of the puzzle they can digest…”
For example, they would assert: “I’m not against vaccines. I just want to make them safer.”
They would say: “We have to agree there is a new virus spreading around the world. If we don’t, people will reject everything we say. So let’s focus on whether the virus is as dangerous as health officials claim it is.”
They would say: “We have to accept official case numbers as a starting point, even if untold numbers of people are being diagnosed with COVID by a casual glance at their symptoms, and even if the tests are inaccurate…”
Bit by bit, and piece by piece, people would be accepting the official COVID story, until there is very little to argue about.
Let’s take the issue of safer vaccines. How are they going to be made safer? Manufacturers are going to throw in the towel and just eliminate the toxic adjuvants? They’ll eliminate the injected germs which are the very basis of the exercise? They’ll make vaccines in outer space, where, hopefully, contamination with random viruses would be avoided?
Deeper still, why do immune systems need a “rehearsal for the real thing”—which is the foundational hypothesis underlying vaccination. Nature isn’t sufficient? We must fight off every conceivable germ with a shot in the arm?
Why not try to improve the strength of immune systems through non-medical means? Nutrition, for instance, was the key reason for the historical decline of traditional diseases. Along with improved sanitation. No matter how many vaccines you inject in a person with a weak immune system, he is going to get sick (aside from the obvious toxic effects of the vaccines).
“No, let’s not go there. Too many people will reject us if we reject vaccines.”
I beg to differ. We are in a long-term war against the medical cartel. It’s not going away. Think ten thousand years into the future. That’s a reasonable estimate of the length of the battle.
“Look, I know there are serious questions about the original discovery of the COVID virus. Maybe the researchers didn’t use the proper procedures. But let’s not awaken that sleeping giant. Too many people won’t be able to fathom what we’re talking about. It’s too far out. Then they’ll reject everything else we’re saying.”
Yes? And? So? Sooner or later we’re going to have to bring up the subject. Because this isn’t the only time “discovery” was faked. And it won’t be the last. So let’s jump in now. Don’t stint. Don’t hold back. Go to the root.

The issue isn’t the content of slogans. It’s the acceptance of any gross shortcuts that seek to avoid the need to do something called THINKING.

Good luck with that notion. Do you really believe you can win a long-term war, AT THE ROOT, by engaging in a contest of slogans? Here’s an example of root vs. compromise. It’s called pellagra.
Among the symptoms: Large scaly sores. Huge areas of red inflamed skin. Diarrhea. Weakness. Loss of appetite. Abdominal pain.
In the early 20th century, several million people in the American South suffered from it. Public health officials asserted the cause was a germ.
The question was, which germ? A prestigious government commission was appointed to find the answer.
At the time, there were people who suspected a germ wasn’t the cause, but they kept their mouths shut, in part because they thought they couldn’t sell the idea. It was too radical. Better to argue about whether quarantines would work. Better to argue about whether studies proved that case clusters were a fertile area for research. Better to argue about whether the germ might be carried in corn, across farms. Better to argue about unique weather conditions in the South, where the disease was concentrated. Argue about anything other than the existence of a germ as the causative agent.
Flash forward THIRTY YEARS. After fighting their own war, a few researchers correctly convinced the medical world that pellagra was the result of a niacin deficiency.
There was no germ. It didn’t exist. It was a pompous assumption, championed by arrogant scientists, who wanted to own the territory of disease research.
What if the few dissenting investigators, who endured three decades of utter rejection by the establishment, had decided, “Well, we can’t claim there’s no germ involved at all. That would be too much. We can’t go that far. We can’t go to the root. Let’s debate about the weather, the case clusters, the corn fields—issues where we can make a stand, where we can have an effect…”

The House of Representatives will vote today on legislation that would create extra foreign worker competition and reward illegal immigration and the employers who profit from it. Dubbed by sponsors as the Heroes Act, the massive 'relief' bill being pushed by House Democratic Leadership provides little relief for the more than 35 million Americans who have filed for unemployment over the last two months by instead:
* giving work authorization to certain illegal-alien workers,
* extending the visas of nonimmigrant foreign workers currently working in the U.S., and
* fast-tracking the admission of foreign health care workers despite the fact that 1.4 million American health care workers have filed for unemployment in recent weeks.
Our Capitol Hill team sent the following scoring notice to all House Members. House Democrats prioritizing foreign workers, legal and illegal, over unemployed and underemployed Americans in the middle of a crisis is shameful... Is it too much to ask that House Democrats stand for working-class Americans and protect the jobs of our own medical professionals, or are legal and illegal foreign workers really their only "Heroes?" Stand with American workers, and vote NO on HR 6800.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has called the Heroes Act a "marker", knowing that it has little-to-no chance in the Republican-held Senate. Still, it puts the priorities of House Democratic Leadership front-and-center. It is frightening that they think it is a good political move with voters to signal that they care more about rewarding foreign workers (both illegal and legal) than about getting unemployed Americans back to work. Thanks to all of you who have been contacting your Democratic U.S. Representatives to remind them of how terrible their leaders' rhetoric sounds to the average American.
Not all Democrats side with Leadership There may be some break in the ranks today. At least five House Democrats have come out and said that the Heroes Act goes too far and doesn't do enough to help America's unemployed get back to work. Reps. Kendra Horn of Oklahoma, Tom O'Halleran of Arizona, Joe Cunningham of South Carolina, Xochitl Torres Small of New Mexico, and Anthony Brindisi of New York all have concerns, but only Rep. Horn has announced that she'll vote no. The Progressive Caucus has also complained that the bill doesn't go far enough, but most observers still expect the Heroes Act to pass through the House. At least one Republican, Rep. Peter King of New York, has said he'll support the measure. Rep. King represents a district that has been hit hard by the pandemic, but he's also been supportive of amnesty and foreign worker increases over the years. Daily Caller: Numbers USA, a nonprofit that advocates for less immigration into the United States, criticized the bill's provisions regarding foreign workers.
"House Democrats prioritizing foreign workers, legal and illegal, over unemployed and underemployed Americans in the middle of a crisis is shameful," said Numbers USA president Roy Beck.
Beck also derided a provision in the bill that would "expedite the permanent importation of foreign health care professionals, apparently to take the jobs of the tens of thousands of American health care professionals who have been laid off or furloughed during the pandemic."
CNN: Roy commented on Pres. Trump's green card pause, and Sen. Tom Cotton's letter asking to expand the pause to guest workers.
Since the release of the proclamation, there's been various requests that have come out from the Trump administration for input for an expected follow-up order, said Roy Beck, president of NumbersUSA, a group that advocates for reduced immigration.
"We gave our rationale, went through the long list of each visa, with our various contacts in the administration," he added....
"Basically in the most respectful way possible, these four senators are telling the President, 'here's the way you stick to your principles or you can choose to go with some of your other White House advisers who are dragging their feet,'" Beck said.
No American has to be told the economy is in a severe downturn and that unemployment has increased precipitously. Those facts are plainly evident. The questions in front of us no one knows the answers to are: How many of these jobs will be lost long-term, and how long will it take the economy to "recover."
House Democrats unveiled their wish list Tuesday for Covid-19 relief in the form of the HEROES Act, H.R. 6800. The bill will likely receive a floor vote on Friday and is expected to pass. But even House Democrats acknowledge that the bill is more about messaging and has no chance of passing the Republican-controlled Senate.
A number of House Republicans have joined some of their Senate colleagues in writing their own letter to Trump urging that "unaddressed guest worker programs" represent a "greater threat" than did green cards to American jobs.
The U.S. unemployment rate jumped to 14.7 percent in April, the highest level since the Great Depression, as most businesses shut down or severely curtailed operations to try and limit the spread of the deadly coronavirus.

COVID: Brilliant new paper takes apart antibody testing

Assuming that a new virus called COVID-19 was actually discovered—we are being told that antibody tests are a vital tool for determining who is immune and who is not.
These tests are heralded as essential and necessary, despite some downplayed doubt among “experts” about how reliable they are.
Canadian author and long-time independent researcher, David Crowe, has written a new paper, “Antibody Testing for COVID-19.” (May 13, 2020).

I can safely say it is the most detailed analysis of the tests anyone will ever read.
It approaches the subject from a number of angles, and includes a breakdown of the test-kit manufacturers and the comparative results of their efforts to bring a useful test to the public.
Here are several devastating excerpts from Crowe’s very deep dive:
“The only jurisdiction with a formal structure for approval of antibody tests is the United States but, until very recently, it was a complete joke, as the test manufacturers did not need to provide validation data. Now it is only a partial joke, as validation data must be provided, but the FDA can only do a paper analysis. Imagine if auto-manufacturers had to build cars to certain EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) fuel efficiency standards, but rather than sending a car to the EPA for testing, they could do the testing at their facilities, and just send the results in afterwards…”
“Antibody tests are often subject to cross-reactions with other conditions. This could be because the [other irrelevant] medical condition produces similar antibodies, or because something related to that [other] condition reacts with other test components. The choice of [cross-reacting] conditions to check for is completely under the control of the manufacturer and even when no cross reactions were found for a condition, the number of samples tested was so small that the possibility of a fairly high rate of false positive cross reactions still exists.”
“Positive antibody tests have only been found in a minority of people in the general population even where the virus is believed to have been circulating for months. These fractions are generally taken as truth, but one would expect a highly infectious virus to have spread much more widely…The one experiment that could show whether antibody tests are actually meaningful would be a time series of a large number of people who are currently negative on all tests. This experiment would be time consuming, inefficient (as many people would never become positive on any tests), intrusive (frequent nasal swabs and blood tests) and obviously very expensive. Those are practical considerations, but in the absence of such an experiment we are almost totally in the dark about COVID-19 antibody testing. Given the billions being spent on COVID and the trillions being lost by the economy, it surely is not impossible to do some worthwhile science.”

Superficial reliance on antibody tests has no connection to real science. Yet, the so-called experts are using these tests to make momentous decisions about the present and future of humans on Earth.

We learned that a powerful tool to use against the swamp rats is PUBLIC SHAMING AND BLAMING. This useful warfare tactic can be used on the ground as well as cyber space. Find out where the swamp corruptocrat works, dines, or lives and make some noise around them, making sure to shame them for the horrific things they have done to the country. Make sure to drop into their primary social media accounts and lay down some truth bombs. Visit frequently and encourage other information warriors to join you.
We have learned how to move the Overton Window on words and concepts that the enemy does not want us to embrace, like treason, espionage, public executions, firing squads, hangings. We have learned en masse our use of these words will begin to trend as top words and phrases which can frighten our enemy.

Face Masks Pose Serious Risks to the Healthy - Global ResearchGlobal Res...
By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.” — Russell Blaylock, MD
Researchers found that about a third of the workers developed headaches with use of the mask, most had preexisting headaches that were worsened by the mask wearing, and 60% required pain medications for relief. As to the cause of the headaches, while straps and pressure from the mask could be causative, the bulk of the evidence points toward hypoxia and/or hypercapnia as the cause. That is, a reduction in blood oxygenation (hypoxia) or an elevation in blood C02 (hypercapnia).
It is known that the N95 mask, if worn for hours, can reduce blood oxygenation as much as 20%, which can lead to a loss of consciousness, as happened to the hapless fellow driving around alone in his car wearing an N95 mask, causing him to pass out, and to crash his car and sustain injuries. I am sure that we have several cases of elderly individuals or any person with poor lung function passing out, hitting their head. This, of course, can lead to death.
A more recent study involving 159 healthcare workers aged 21 to 35 years of age found that 81% developed headaches from wearing a face mask.Some had pre-existing headaches that were precipitated by the masks. All felt like the headaches affected their work performance.
Unfortunately, no one is telling the frail elderly and those with lung diseases, such as COPD, emphysema or pulmonary fibrosis, of these dangers when wearing a facial mask of any kind—which can cause a severe worsening of lung function. This also includes lung cancer patients and people having had lung surgery, especially with partial resection or even the removal of a whole lung.
The importance of these findings is that a drop in oxygen levels (hypoxia) is associated with an impairment in immunity. Studies have shown that hypoxia can inhibit the type of main immune cells used to fight viral infections called the CD4+ T-lymphocyte. This occurs because the hypoxia increases the level of a compound called hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1), which inhibits T-lymphocytes and stimulates a powerful immune inhibitor cell called the Tregs. This sets the stage for contracting any infection, including COVID-19 and making the consequences of that infection much graver. In essence, your mask may very well put you at an increased risk of infections and if so, having a much worse outcome.
People with cancer, especially if the cancer has spread, will be at a further risk from prolonged hypoxia as the cancer grows best in a microenvironment that is low in oxygen. Low oxygen also promotes inflammation which can promote the growth, invasion and spread of cancers. Repeated episodes of hypoxia have been proposed as a significant factor in atherosclerosis and hence increases all cardiovascular (heart attacks) and cerebrovascular (strokes) diseases.
There is another danger to wearing these masks on a daily basis, especially if worn for several hours. When a person is infected with a respiratory virus, they will expel some of the virus with each breath. If they are wearing a mask, especially an N95 mask or other tightly fitting mask, they will be constantly rebreathing the viruses, raising the concentration of the virus in the lungs and the nasal passages. We know that people who have the worst reactions to the coronavirus have the highest concentrations of the virus early on. And this leads to the deadly cytokine storm in a selected number.
It gets even more frightening. Newer evidence suggests that in some cases the virus can enter the brain. In most instances it enters the brain by way of the olfactory nerves (smell nerves), which connect directly with the area of the brain dealing with recent memory and memory consolidation. By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.”

The authors indicate that such falsely protected children can come down with “an often severe, atypical form of measles. The above quotes reflect only a mere fraction of an available literature.
It is criminally deceiving to say, “Vaccines are simple; they stimulate the immune system and confer immunity against specific germ agents.”
Official reports on vaccine reactions are often at odds with unofficial estimates because of the method of analysis used. If adverse vaccine-reaction is defined as a small set of possible effects experienced within 72 hours of an inoculation, then figures will be smaller. But doctors like G.T. Stewart, of the University of Glasgow, have found through meticulous investigation, including visits to hospitals and interviews with parents of children vaccinated, that reactions as severe as brain-damage (e.g., from the DPT vaccine) can be overlooked, go unreported and can be assumed to have come from other causes.

WA Governor Jay Inslee has announced that any citizen of the state who refuses to be tested for COVID-19 will be locked down at home—not even permitted to go out and buy groceries.

REPORTER: “When it comes to contact tracing, how are you guys going to handle people or families who want to refuse to test or to self isolate?…If they want to leave their home to get groceries I know you’ve said they can’t do that; how will you make sure they don’t?“
GOVERNOR JAY INSLEE: “We will have attached to the families a family support person who will check in with them to see what they need on a daily basis…and help them. If they can’t get a friend to do their grocery shopping, we will help get them groceries in some fashion. If they need pharmaceuticals to be picked up, we will make sure they get their pharmaceuticals…That’s going to help encourage them to maintain their isolation too.”

She has a petition before the U.S. Supreme Court now that simply asks the Court to protect her property Arunachalam v. Lyft, Inc. No. 19-8029 from the patent “reexamination” scam (excuse for theft of invention by deep pocket infringers) that Obama put in place in the euphemistically named the “American Invests Act” (Sep. 16, 2011).
Dr. Arunachalam merely questioned Chief Justice Roberts’ suitability to hear lawsuits of any kind given what appeared to be a seditious relationship with the Knights of Malta.
In response to this question, Roberts immediately recused himself from the question. The other justices then labelled Dr. Arunachalam’s question “frivolous or malicious” and then used that accusation as their justification to throw out her entire petition asking the court to protect her patent property rights!
Dr. Arunachalam has just today responded with a petition for rehearing, arguing that the dismissal of her petition is tantamount to punishing her for daring to asking about Justice Roberts’ suitability to be involved in her case.
“Frivolous” and “Malicious” have legal standards before they can be sustained. A frivolous lawsuit, motion, or appeal lacks any basis and is intended to harass, delay, or embarrass the opposition. “Malicious” means substantially certain to cause injury, being deliberately harmful or spiteful, without just cause or excuse.
She had asked the court to waive the requirement that she must hire a D.C. attorney to file her petition—easily a $10-15,000 minimum fee. In the same request she was required to submit her petition in advance. She also asked if Justice Roberts was associated with the Knights of Malta, since such a relationship should disqualify him from considering her petition.
Her question was triggered by new information, newspaper articles and photos that had come her way showing that Justice Roberts had flown to the little island of Malta after he had delivered his stunning and unexpected reversal on Obamacare (ruling it a tax and not insurance). The photo shows him arriving in a black car in front of the Knights of Malta office.
In her motion for rehearing, Dr. Arunachalam provides a surprising level of detail about the Knights of Malta and its relationships to the Pope, British Monarch, Commonwealth, EU and NGOs.
She also argues that her question cannot be frivolous since it triggered a recusal from Chief Justice Roberts, which he would have had no reason to do if it was frivolous and lacked basis.
She argues that her question cannot be malicious since it was a legitimate factual question to determine a judge’s suitability, ethically, to hear a case. Such questions, if brought on by the judge’s own conduct, do not shield a just for legitimate inquiry since obviously, if it is wrongdoing, by nature might be harmful to the judge’s reputation once discovered.
The astounding development in Justice Roberts’ recusal is an admission that he HAS a relationship with the Knights of Malta that triggered his recusal.
