1. In the US the end of 2nd Quarter Fiscal Year 2017 is Sat. April 1 at 11:59:59pm EDT. The beginning of 3rd Quarter Fiscal Year 2017 is Sun. at12:00:00am EDT.
2. The IQD revalued in country at 9pm EST Friday March 31 and will complete it's international cycle (other countries receiving and accepting the new IQD rate) by 9pm EDT Sat. April 1.
3. Off site redemption appointment contact 800 numbers can come as early as Sun. April 2 at 12:00:00am EST or anytime thereafter.
4. Final program terms were issued with corresponding interests rates by HSBC, as well as a hard start "range" of times.
5. There's a new upfront "gift amount" for redeemers with less than 200T ZIM, whereby they can receive a specific cash amount per note and not have to deal with the math or emotion of on-screen rates or privately negotiated rates.
6. Bankers will not ask, nor offer higher rates for the protection of the unprepared gifted redeemer's psyche.
7. If a redeemer knows the true screen rate or sovereign rates available, regardless of how many notes they hold, they can ask to negotiate from an on-screen rate starting point.
8. These next two weeks look for a bombardment of media, big and global stories, to flood the airwaves and internet sites to provide cover distraction for the release of the RV while it is actually happening.
9. President's Trump [will not be resigning as the cabal propaganda persists in saying. In fact watch for dark caballer Paul Ryan to be arrested with his D.C. cronies.]
10. It was expected that many would have a difficult time explaining new found wealth as no NDA will be necessary.
11. Screen rates have been increased to such a high starting point that signing NDA's was no longer relevant, unless you desire to negotiate for the super high humanitarian or sovereign rates.
12. The NPTB have thought of everything and they sincerely want you to have a calm, abundant, joyful and safe redemption experience. Surrender your drama at the door and have one. This is a gift, accept it graciously and humbly and pay it forward.

At first, this SITREP may be a little confusing, but after this post, it will be crystal clear.
RATES: (What Has NOT Changed)
#1) We know that we will be getting, or should I say "Offered," higher Negotiated Rates (Formally Known as Sovereign Rates), especially for doing Humanitarian Projects. This has NOT changed.
#2) Remember that these "Special" rates will NOT be offered unless you ASK for them. If you don't ask for the higher rates, they will not offer them to you. This has NOT changed.
#3) We know that after a "Certain Exchange Period Of Time," these special, extra high, privately negotiated rates, will NO LONGER BE OFFERED, NOR AVAILABLE. This has NOT changed.
#4) We have been told that HSBC is NOW the lead bank for this exchange process. This has NOT changed.
#5) If you call any of these Banks and ask if they will exchange the ZIM or other First Basket currencies, especially for the higher rates, THE WILL SAY NO! This has NOT changed. They are not allowed to verify the GCR for many reasons you can figure out for yourself. So, DO NOT expect them to "Spill the Beans" and admit to the GCR, until it is actually going and LIVE! Only then will they confirm the GCR and invite you to come in and exchange.
RATES: (What Has Changed)
#1) We heard that due to criminal activity among the various banks, HSBC Would be the ONLY BANK exchanging the Zim. This HAS Changed.
Now, it turns out that there will be many top Banks, and perhaps lower level banks as well, that will be permitted to exchange the ZIM along with the other currencies. This is a big change in the plan. However, it has a catch.
#2) We heard that the "Screen Rate" for the ZIM was as much as $2 per ZIM. This HAS Changed.... a bit.
Now, as it turns out, the $2 Per Zim, is NOT the actual "Screen Rate" that anyone can get walking off the street. It is more like the Low End of the "Privately Negotiated Rates." More specifically, from what we know now, it is the highest rate you can negotiate without having to sign an NDA. In short the Highest non-NDA rate.
Importantly, it falls under the category of "Privately Negotiated" in that you MUST ask for it, in order to get it. This means that people who have no idea what they are doing, who just happen to walk into a bank with ZIM, WILL NOT BE OFFERED THAT RATE. In short, that means that it is NOT THE SCREEN RATE.
#3) According to the latest SITREP, the Screen Rate is now: 0.00000018 without an NDA (Or 18M for 1 100T note), 0.00000200 USD with an NDA (Or 200M for 1 100T note) This HAS Changed.
This means that someone who does not know to ask for negotiated rates, will be offered these two rates and NO MORE. Anyone walking off the street, into a bank, will get these Screen Rates For the ZIM. While not said specifically, I expect that these will be the rates available after the special Humanitarian Exchange Time Period ends. It most likely, will be the "regular rate" that will go on for some time for these high denomination Zimbabwe (Bond) notes.
RATES: (What Is Different, BUT: )
#1) It is now different that the majority of Banks are now allowed to exchange the ZIM, BUT, only HSBC can offer the Higher Privately Negotiated Rates on the ZIM.
#2) There seems to be some trust that is now being extended back to the other Banks, BUT, clearly, they are only being trusted with the VERY LOW screen rates and NOT the VERY HIGH Privately Negotiated Rates.
#3) It would seem that these Banks are still being penalized since they cannot bring in high net worth depositors due to the limit they have on the ZIM exchange rate, BUT, they will now be able to sell the ZIM they do take in, to HSBC and make big money for the Bank itself. This is a reasonable trade off, since HSBC will get the largest Depositors/deposits with high Zim rates, it still gives the other Banks (Mostly Owned by HSBC anyway), a chance to become safer for their depositors, by having substantial Banking reserves themselves.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that for most everyone reading this post, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. We will still call the special numbers and follow the special instructions when the GCR OFFICIALLY Happens. We will go to the offsite military bases to exchange our Zim for $2 with No NDA, and for higher rates and/or interest programs with an NDA.
What is different now, is that we know what the regular people will get who don’t know about these special arrangements, and what the rates will most likely be after the offsite exchange centers are closed.
As far as early exchanges, I am not sure if they will be cash or have SKRs. I can tell you that the early exchanges at the crazy low rates are NOT FOR ME, since I know our turn is almost here, if not here already.
Everything finds its place in the Universe. Those who get the high rates were meant to, and those who get the lower rates, are probably right where they need to be.

Over the last 40 years, the assault on Western culture and civilization has taken people so far away from lucid thinking and logic, they don't even know this discipline exists at all.
What has replaced it is entertainment.
It seems that hundreds of gimmicks and machines are now necessary, in order to keep the attention of children in school. There is a fear that without these "up-to-date" items, the kids will drop into a coma or walk out of the classroom.
Well, entertainment has an interesting side effect. It enables humans to jump quickly from one moment to another, leaving the last moment in the dust, forgotten. In other words, all-pervasive entertainment contributes mightily to short attention spans.
I've encountered this phenomenon as a lecturer. Standing at the podium, I've seen light bulbs of discovery go off above people's heads as I explain the specifics of medical fraud.
And then, an hour later, standing in the lobby, surrounded by audience members, I've heard these same newly enlightened people ask questions that reveal they'd heard nothing of what I'd just said inside the hall.
Ah, but they had heard it. It was illuminating, to be sure, but it was also entertainment-as far as they were concerned. Therefore, they could shrug it off and kick it to the floor under their chairs and forget it.
Why do people opt for entertainment rather than education?
Because they have no mental foundation to which they can attach new learning. It isn't there.
Yes, learning to read and write and do math are basics-but there is another basic that has been expunged from our curriculum: logic. Most people in America don't even recognize logic is a body of knowledge in the same way that biology, geology, physics, and chemistry are.
Astonishing, when you realize that learning has to be hooked to the star of logic, so it can flourish.
When Plato began writing his Dialogues 2400 years ago, he was bringing to light, for the first time in recorded history, a version of logic. He apparently learned about these matters from his teacher, Socrates, and he passed the knowledge on to his pupil, Aristotle-who, in turn, created a foundation for what we now know as science.
One can trace the development (and repression) of logic all the way up through Western thought, to the present-where, in high schools, it arouses almost zero interest.
It's now fashionable to discard logic, just as it is fashionable to grant universal "equality" to all opinions, no matter how ridiculous and unintelligible they are.
When the foundation is gone, the house collapses.
So I am about re-building the foundation and the house.

Dear Light Workers,
We have reached the end of our journey. There are so many arrests that are going on behind the scenes that you can't see. Frankly, I was personally involved one of the first "Take Downs" that netted 60,000 pedophiles and Cabal scum all over the planet. Since then there have been several operations, each one coming closer and closer to the public take downs. It is the "Public Take Downs" that I was talking about that you would see on TV. When you see that, "The Big Distraction" you will know it is all over.
Importantly, all of these different "Levels" of take downs, have always been planned to happen just before the public release of the GCR. These are the mass arrests that you have always heard about. I can tell you that they are happening as we speak. The numbers were so voluminous that I got involved with the "Amnesty For Cabal" posts.
Like it or not, most of them will be released back into society after they sign certain documents and agree under VERY strict penalty, to NEVER harm Humanity in any way for the rest of their lives. It is sort of a "Tag and Release" of Cabal minions since they really pose no danger since the heads of the Cabal snakes are being removed from the Planet or incarcerated in deep isolation.
For your information, there has been a flood of takers on the Amnesty deal, which speeds up our go time. Frankly, the fact that I was authorized to offer the Amnesty program to the Cabal minions should be evidence to you that we are at the end, the mop up part of the plan. The Big "Distraction" in about to happen. It will signal the end of the Cabal, and the Beginning of our new Golden Age.
I am usually tactful when I respond to the nay Sayers, but some of the things I have been hearing are just STUPID. Apparently some think that the Cabal Amnesty Program is a Cabal Operation.... How ridiculous.
The military are the back bone of our New Republic and are 100% Light Workers in uniform. There is no way that any Cabal Master would say call a military Base and turn yourself in for Amnesty. Their Foot Soldiers are "Defecting" in droves because they can see the writing on the wall. It is over and they know it. As every minute goes by, more and more opt for safety, protection, and Freedom by taking the Amnesty program. Frankly, these minions are running to the safety of the most benevolent, Humanity based operation ever conceived in the History of this Planet.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that there is no more intel to be had. The Pre-GCR arrests are already completed on many phases and the final, publicly viewable phase is about to begin. Clearly they had to save the public arrests for last, because once those happened they would have some "explaining to do" to the sleeping public. But don’t worry, they already have the explanations ready to transmit to the World. It is called "Disclosure."
If this wasn't really happening, then why are the Cabal being offered Amnesty if they call a military base and give themselves up and promise to stop their evil ways? You have NEVER heard that before, and definitely not in a public message.
We are at the end, and are now way beyond the point of no return. While I do offer encouragement at every chance I get, I would never tell you something that I didn't KNOW TO BE TRUE. I personally KNOW about the final arrests that are going on right now. I am personally involved in some of those operations, and I am the "Designated" and fully Authorized "communicator" to the Cabal, to offer a final chance for freedom through the Amnesty program. BREAKING: Obama “Shadow Government” Operative Just ARRESTED, It’s Finally Happening
Even though Obama is out of the White House, we know for a fact he still has operators trying to undermine Trump’s presidency. But Obama’s little army just lost a key member.
On Wednesday, the Department of Justice announced it had arrested a State Department employee, Candace Claiborne, for “obstructing an official proceeding and making false statements to the FBI.”
Claiborne’s history with the State Department, however, proves this “shadow government” has been in place for some time and runs much deeper than just former President Obama.
Candace Claiborne was first brought into the State Department in 1999, under none other than President Bill Clinton.
During her early days, she had multiple assignments overseas, including several countries in the Middle East and China.
Oddly enough, these are also countries who have funneled money to the Clinton Foundation during the now infamous pay-to-play scandal Hillary was running while she was in charge of the Department of State.
This most recent arrest explains a lot that went on during the presidential campaign, and the events shortly thereafter.
I have to believe Clinton knew Claiborne was in place, hence the urgent meeting the Attorney General at the time, Loretta Lynch, had on the tarmac with Bill.
I would even speculate that Lynch herself knew about the traitor, and that Bill made it quite clear that dropping the charges against Hillary was necessary to ensure that Claiborne was not outed.
This would also explain the quick turnaround in attitude by Michelle and Barack Obama on Hillary when everyone realized she was no longer a shoo-in to win the presidency. Even though they openly despised the Clintons, they were forced to back her.
To protect their own interests, Hillary had to be put into the White House for fear of one of their top spies being outed by Trump if he were to win the presidency.
Low and behold, Trump won and, miraculously, a woman that has been operating within our government for the enemy for almost two decades has been outed.
If my speculations are correct, this is not the last we are going to hear from Ms. Claiborne. She will, more than likely, cut a deal and spill the beans about the corrupt administrations of both Clinton, and Obama.
Her arrest is a major coup for the Trump administration and is one that should provide quite the bounty in upcoming months.

Indeed! Often we have urged you to heed your intuition, messages to the consciousness from the soul, wherein all truth is known; and in one of God’s talks with my mother, He told her, “The heart is the seat of the soul.” The composition of the soul is the energy of love and it is in the heart area where the love sensation is felt. It’s with good reason that you say “I love you with all my heart” and add little heart symbols to love notes and send heart-embellished valentines to people especially dear to you.
“Very informative and thank you so much. What I still don't understand is where The Golden Age fits in [ascension]. Or does it?” Oh yes, absolutely it fits in. Imagine Earth’s ascension as a train that completely encircles the globe and its passengers as souls on their own ascension journey. About 80 years ago this train started inching along in virtual darkness and everyone got aboard. Throughout the decades since then, the train picked up steam as it traveled around and around the world, infants got on and people of all ages got off, and Earth became brighter and brighter. This train/passenger trip will continue until Earth is brilliantly agleam and the glories of her Golden Age are in full bloom—this is the train’s destination. Passengers still on board may stay at that station briefly or for a century or more, but they and every other soul who rode on the train as it kept circumnavigating the planet will continue their personal journey to reintegrate with the Supreme Being of this universe.
That is the best analogy we could think of to show the relationship between that sublime Age and planetary and personal ascension, but there is more to the story. Some of the passengers advanced spiritually and consciously from third density to fourth before they disembarked to enter Nirvana; others did not, but the train ride was only one of limitless opportunities for them to reach that milestone. The train is going to keep on traveling into increasingly high vibrations and all passengers who use those to their benefit may decide to return to Earth after a lifetime in spirit or go to another wondrous world of their choice. Regardless of when or where souls choose to experience lifetimes on their way to universal reintegration, the ultimate destination of all is the love-light essence of Creator, where they always have been and ever more shall be.
As for what you can do to help “speed up” your ascension and Earth’s, we say: Live your light, live from your heart, LOVE is the key. Light and love are the same energy and the most powerful force in the cosmos; therefore, feeling love/sending light are one and the same and the acme of ascension assistance. Being compassionate, grateful, forgiving, generous, kind and honest emits the high vibrations that light up your life and add light to your world. Feeling confident and optimistic about your future and Earth’s helps manifest what corresponds with the energy put forth and visualizing all of Earth immersed in golden white light sends that radiance into the collective consciousness, the so-called “universal soup” from which everything in your world is materialized.
“Please ask Matthew if baptism has any effect on the ascension process.” Not a whit. Making baptism a mandated religious rite was done by the leaders of church and state to give them more control over the populace. That said, belief creates a person’s reality, and if that includes baptism as a requirement for “going to heaven” and that is equated with ascension, the reality for that person is, yes, baptism is an essential aspect of ascension.
As much as we wish that politics no longer held our beloved Earth family in its grasp, it still does, and we don’t want to ignore the many requests from readers everywhere for us to speak about US Presidents Obama and Trump and Russian President Putin, whose actions have impact far beyond their national borders. As we address your questions and comments, please remember what we have said in previous messages: We are apolitical, judge no one, and unconditionally love all our brothers and sisters on Earth.
Barack Obama is as light-filled today as he was when Gaia chose this soul to become US president at what would have been the right time for a visionary leader with spiritual and moral integrity to inspire the peoples to live in progressively enlightened ways. The timing, your year 2008, was aligned with what the Golden Age master planners anticipated would correspond with the civilization’s readiness in spiritual and conscious awareness. However, some years prior to the turn of the century, souls who had agreed to create circumstances to provide karmic lessons chosen by the masses, then join the light forces, refused to honor the latter part of their agreement. Having become enamored of unbridled power and vast riches, they continued causing such devastation and violence on their march toward world domination that it caused a 10-year delay in the peoples’ advancing to that anticipated awareness status.
Thus, Obama entered office when divisiveness, bigotry, greed, deception, corruption, violence, impoverishment and war mentality still were rampant. By keeping that third density pot boiling, the Illuminati were able to derail or dilute everything he wanted to do for his country and the world, and he made compromises or complied with their demands because of death threats to his family and primary supporters. It is a sadness for him that he couldn’t do more for his country and help usher in a world at peace during his presidency, and his motivation remains strong to continue working toward those goals that are Gaia’s vision for Earth’s humankind.
It was not by predestination that Donald Trump became president and it wasn’t a karmic experience he chose in his soul contract. The contract does include positive assets—intelligence, health, wealth, perseverance, self-confidence, entrepreneurial capability, charisma—and his choices in employing those assets have brought him the fame he sought, but they haven’t engendered the wisdom and conduct a national leader needs to be respected and trusted. His decision to run for president came from his ambition to succeed in a new kind of venture, and, ironically, it was minions in Hillary Clinton’s Illuminati camp who enabled him to do that. Their vote-rigging in the primaries eliminated Senator Bernie Sanders, whose adherents’ votes would have put him in the Oval Office, and the minions’ error in manipulating the presidential election vote count gave the victory they intended to be Clinton’s to Trump instead. But few people know that, so the finger is officially pointed at Russia for interfering in the US electoral process and it is implied that this was done with the collusion of the Trump campaign.
Putting aside the means that actually led to the election outcome, two universal laws that are in constant motion would affect whomever was in the White House, and we speak first about the law of attraction and how it has been affecting the president’s administration. By acting upon his campaign promises, they are satisfying everyone who wants the country to go in the direction his policies would take it. The greater numbers of citizens want to build on the progress the country has made in civil, legal and environmental reforms. The law of attraction is neutral—it simply brings back from the collective consciousness what matches the energy of the peoples’ thoughts, feelings and actions, thereby supplying in accordance with demand, so to say. Because the preponderance of energy is being generated by the larger numbers of the citizenry, this impartial law is responding to their resistance to a proportionately greater extent than to the policies favored by the president and his supporters.
The other law at play pertains to vibrations, and it also is contributing to resistance to the administration’s direction. The vibratory fallout includes legal challenges to the travel ban executive orders and inability to bring proposed healthcare legislation to a vote, the intentions of which your analysts rightfully deem are to promote fear and discrimination and to favor the wealthy, respectively. The low vibrations emitted by those intentions, along with those of the EOs reversing environmental safety measures, are clashing with the higher vibrations prevailing on the planet. Like everything else in existence, intentions are energy vibrating at one frequency or another, and the moment of the two opposing vibratory levels “dancing” passed in the blink of an eye. If the ensuing conflict between the levels isn’t ended by a turnaround in the country’s current direction, it will end when unity is achieved in the planes of lighter energy where Earth is heading.
Now then, more is going on in the Trump administration than those effects of the universal laws. Activity by the president and his staff is afoot to publicly identify and bring to justice members of “the cabal”—Illuminati—within and outside the government. Vibrations support this plan that is of worldwide importance; however, reaction to what in all candor can only be called Trump’s lack of sound judgment in numerous instances has brought into question whether individuals whose assistance is needed will work with him, and this has weakened the plan’s chance of succeeding from “probable” to “possible” in Earth’s energy field of potential. Nevertheless, this is not reason for dismay—success still could come by way of the presidency, but if it doesn’t, it will come via another avenue. The long ages of the Illuminati’s dark reign are ending.
Officials, political analysts and mainstream media in “free press” nations are echoing information disseminated by the Illuminati about Vladimir Putin, who consistently has refused to join forces with them. That is why you hear that he is a cunning ruthless dictator who meddles in other governments’ affairs and is a threat to Europe, put out the “fake news” about Hillary Clinton’s involvement in a pedophile ring and initiated cyberspace warfare. While Putin’s hands may not be pristine, that profile—like all other lies promulgated by the Illuminati—is way off the mark. 4. We have been told that HSBC is NOW the lead bank for this exchange process. This has NOT changed.
5. If you call any of these Banks and ask if they will exchange the ZIM or other First Basket currencies, especially for the higher rates, THEY WILL SAY NO! This has NOT changed. They are not allowed to verify the GCR for many reasons you can figure out for yourself. So, DO NOT expect them to "Spill the Beans" and admit to the GCR, until it is actually going and LIVE! Only then will they confirm the GCR and invite you to come in and exchange.
RATES: (What Has Changed)
1. Due to criminal activity among the various banks, HSBC Would be the ONLY BANK exchanging the Zim. This HAS Changed. Now there will be many top Banks, and perhaps lower level banks as well, that will be permitted to exchange the ZIM along with the other currencies. This is a big change in the plan. However, it has a catch.
2. We heard that the "Screen Rate" for the ZIM was as much as $2 per ZIM. This HAS Changed. The $2 Per Zim, is NOT the actual "Screen Rate" that anyone can get walking off the street. It is more like the Low End of the "Privately Negotiated Rates." It is the highest rate you can negotiate without having to sign an NDA. You MUST ask for it, in order to get it. People who just happen to walk into a bank with ZIM, will not be offered that rate because it is not the screen rate.
3. According to the latest SITREP, the Screen Rate is now: 0.00000018 without an NDA (Or 18M for 1 100T note), 0.00000200 USD with an NDA (Or 200M for 1 100T note) This HAS Changed.
4. Someone who does not ask for negotiated rates, will be offered these two very low Screen rates and NO MORE for the Zim.
5. These will be the rates available after the special Humanitarian Exchange Time Period ends. It most likely, will be the "regular rate" that will go on for some time for these high denomination Zimbabwe (Bond) notes.
RATES: (What Is Different, BUT: )
1, It is now different that the majority of Banks are now allowed to exchange the ZIM, BUT, only HSBC can offer the Higher Privately Negotiated Rates on the ZIM.
2. There seems to be some trust that is now being extended back to the other Banks, BUT, clearly, they are only being trusted with the VERY LOW screen rates and NOT the VERY HIGH Privately Negotiated Rates.
3. It would seem that these Banks are still being penalized since they cannot bring in high net worth depositors due to the limit they have on the ZIM exchange rate, BUT, they will now be able to sell the ZIM they do take in, to HSBC and make big money for the Bank itself. This is a reasonable trade off, since HSBC will get the largest Depositors/ deposits with high Zim rates, it still gives the other Banks (Mostly Owned by HSBC anyway), a chance to become safer for their depositors, by having substantial Banking reserves themselves.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that for most everyone reading this post, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. We will still call the special numbers and follow the special instructions when the GCR OFFICIALLY Happens. We will go to the offsite military bases to exchange our Zim for $2 with No NDA, and for higher rates and/or interest programs with an NDA.

It's Time You Know Who
We are now at the end of this journey and it is time for the big reveal. I have said all along that I have sources at the very top of this process and have been bringing you the information I received. Those of you who are very close to me already know who my "Direct" sources are but now it is time to tell my Dinarland Family as well.

Clearly, the Higher Realms of Creation and the Elders especially, monitor these "Dinar" web-sights and become disheartened from time to time by what is being posted. I am sure you have guessed that they like what I post especially since it is uplifting and encouraging. While my most recent posts about the Cabal Amnesty was "Directly Approved" and authorized, my other writings are inspired by their wishes and information.
The funny thing is that I get an idea sometimes about a post to write and I start typing so fast that my fingers run into each other. The funny part is that once I post it, I later have a chat with Grandfather and find out that it was his message and he was inspiring me from "above." Even though, I can't take complete credit for the idea or the post, I can take comfort in the fact that I completely agree with everything I wrote. I am of a "like Mind" with my sources and clearly that is why we work so well together.
What Does This All Mean?
Well, as I teach, what this means is your decision and you will reap the results of that decision. However, if it were me, this means that we have been looked after by the benevolent Authors of this plan all along. They have always been here to protect you from the nay sayers, the trolls and those who would mislead you. I found out that even before I met them directly, and officially, they have been guiding my hand, to help and protect you in this process. The Bottom Line

Lots of Questions & Answers
I am going to answer several different questions that have come my way. By the way, forget that Cobra Interview. Frankly it is too late for the Disinformation agents since we already have our currency and will take it to the exchange center anyway. Can't stop us now. Here are some other questions answered:
Zim Exchange Locations
The understanding I have is that Zim will be redeemed at the offsite Exchange locations only. This is new, since we heard that it would be Military bases before. I think that there are so many with Zim now that they need more locations. If you have zim they will also exchange everything else you have while you are there.
By Contrast, if you DON'T have zim, you will be directed to one of the Designated Bank Exchange locations near you. These are specially trained and staffed locations that are set up to do these First basket exchanges. (Except Zim)
Zim Goes First?
This question is answered by the above answer. If the Zim exchanges are in one location (Off-site) and the other currencies at another location (Designated Bank locations), then they are most likely to go at the same time.
Early Teaser Rates
I asked about this question specifically and this is the answer: They had the lower so called "Teaser" rates loaded in the computers when they were still testing out the system. They did a few exchanges and once they were satisfied that it was working like it should those special exchanges stopped. Now they have the higher, "REAL" rates in the system and cannot offer "teaser" rates any more.
However, as interesting as the early Teaser rate exchange sounded, it turns out that they got "SKRs" which means they could not spend the money then, and still cannot spend it now... at least not yet. When this goes for everyone, they will be able to get that money. So, in the end... THIS WAS NOT A GOOD DEAL. Not only could they not spend their money, they are now locked in at the teaser rate. If they had waited, they could get the high rate by exchanging when we do. Live and learn....
HSBC
Regarding the Corruption at HSBC there is more to the story than you know.
#1) The issue was all the way back in 2012 long before the Elders bought the bank. See Link:
#2) Every single bank was Cabal infested, and if there were no firings, the bank has not been cleaned out yet.
#3) Now that the Elders own that Bank, it is as clean as it could be since it will be holding the Elders' money gifts to you. It is my opinion, that it is the ONLY choice for big money, especially ZIM money.
#4) James Comey (cabal), was fired as FBI director by Trump.
#5) HSBC is the main bank for this entire World Financial reset. It will soon have branches everywhere since they are buying the old Cabal banks and fixing them.
#6) No matter if there is an HSBC near you now, not only will there be one later, EVERY Off-Site Exchange location near you will have HSBC representatives there to help you.
Disinformation
I have been saying all the while that the Disinformation is actually serving us at this time, after all, nothing wakes someone up as fast as hearing they might die due to some radiation or nuclear bomb. However, I had a conversation with Grandfather's [liason] on this matter and got an even better understanding of its value.
When a person gets triggered into fear, the "Arcturian Healers" are activated in the non physical realm to help them with their fear. Importantly, if those who might fear, are not triggered to fear, they cannot be identified for healing. So the Fear mongering disinformation, which is not dangerous anyway, triggers deep set fears into view so that they can be healed.

As my readers know, I’ve been documenting the downfall of education in America for a long time. My basic logic course, contained in my collection, The Matrix Revealed, is one antidote.
Aside from what happens and what doesn’t happen in the classroom, the promotion of a popular culture devoted to glorifying ignorance certainly erodes children’s ambition to learn.
Let’s return to a “more innocent time” to pick up a clue, and a turning point.
Wonderful World, composed by Sam Cooke, Herb Alpert, and Lou Adler, broke on to the scene in 1960. It had legs. Later covers of the tune climbed the charts in 1965 and 1978, and then Cooke’s original performance was resurrected as a hit in 1985 and 1986:

Just another sentimental popular tune; who cares? No one; except the lyric awoke a vast underlying YES in many hearts.
I don’t know nothin’, but love will carry the day, and the world will be wonderful then.
The obvious message: there is a shortcut to happiness. Learning is beside the point. It’s irrelevant. Just listen, the singer has found the key. He’s basically ignorant, but it doesn’t matter. If he can convince Her to love him, he has the answer the world has been waiting for.
He’s the hero. He’s the example.
Knowledge is just a con. It gets in the way. It creates adults. That’s a horrible fate. Remaining a child wins the prize. Children don’t have to worry. All they need is love. Let’s somehow reduce EVERYTHING to THAT.
As for Sam Cooke himself, well, he began singing with a group when he was six, he later composed a number of hit tunes, he launched his own record label (SAR), he put together his own music publishing company and a talent-management outfit. I don’t know what he knew and didn’t know, but he knew something. He worked tirelessly for years. (At the age of 33, in 1964, he was shot and killed in a Los Angeles motel. The circumstances surrounding his death are in dispute.) Point is, the Cooke who was singing about being ignorant was far from ignorant—as is the case with many performers who convincingly launch childlike sentiments to audiences for mass consumption. But these audiences, enveloped in the “feelings,” rarely bother to consider the source and the intelligence of the source.
Popular culture is a back-and-forth affair. The artist relays a quick dream, and the public buys it, because the dream arouses some latent idea that proposes a shortcut to happiness. An out.
The artist and his handlers are always looking for the fabled hook; the phrase that will pull in the crowd and galvanize their reaction.
Eventually, after years of swimming in pop culture, the tuned-up audience is conditioned to the notion that life’s secret has to be one hook or another. Little else is important.
Certainly, work is not important. Striving is not important. Ambition is not important. One’s own creative impulse is not important. Learning is not important. Those are all dead ends. Instead, something much simpler and easier (and vaguer) has to be the key.
In the realm of politics, there is a carryover. The answer in that arena would be simple, too. Greatest good. Love everybody right now. Kinder, gentler. I feel your pain. It takes a village. No child left behind. Hope and change. Yes we can.

If you just took the last three lines of that lyric and eliminated the rest, you’d have…nothing. No hook, no impact. But add the “don’t know” piece, and you’re striking gold. Because the audience of mostly young people wants the “don’t know.” That’s what they’re looking for. A boil-down into the effortless item that allows them to win what they yearn for, by pleading ignorance. Perfect.

CNN is already claiming the whole Susan Rice scandal is a tempest in a teapot, and the Trump team is exaggerating it to distract the public from…something. Fill in the blank yourself. For example: Trump isn’t actually the president, he cheated his way into the Oval Office, while acting as a secret agent for his handler, Vladimir Putin, who in turn was operating on behalf of aliens from Jupiter.
The Susan Rice scandal is out in the open. She, Obama’s national security advisor, led an effort to spy on legal phone calls the Trump team was making during the presidential campaign, in order to gain “intelligence on the enemy.”
The Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) spoke with “Col. (Ret.) James Waurishuk, an NSC [National Security Council] veteran and former deputy director for intelligence at the U.S. Central Command.” Waurishuk said: “…many hands had to be involved throughout the Obama administration to launch such a political spying program…It’s unbelievable of [sic] the level and degree of the [Obama] administration to look for information on Donald Trump and his associates, his campaign team and his transition team. This is really, really serious stuff’.”
“Michael Doran, former NSC [National Security Council] senior director, told The DCNF Monday that ‘somebody blew a hole in the wall between national security secrets and partisan politics’. This ‘was a stream of information that was supposed to be hermetically sealed from politics and the Obama administration found a way to blow a hole in that wall’, he said.”
Yes, serious stuff. A felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Obama, of course, will have plausible deniability if the Susan Rice scandal blows up into a Watergate. He didn’t know. He didn’t order the spying. He was playing golf that day. Or any day.
And if a Congressional investigation of Rice and her antics reaches a fever pitch, somebody can play the race card. That’s always an option.
“If Rice were white, this never would have happened to her.”
“The Trump people are all over her like white on Rice.”
Meanwhile, CNN, in alternating segments, can say a) Rice and her people never spied on anybody, and b) everybody spies on everybody all the time, it’s not a big deal…and then some on-air goofball will add, “In fact, we here at CNN are spying—”
And the TV screen will go blank, then display colored stripes, then come back and the goofball will be gone, and an anchor will say, “We had a technical problem for a moment.”
But under no circumstances will CNN or MSNBC admit that the swaggering shoot-from-the-hip cowboy in the Oval Office was right when he lashed out and claimed the Obama administration was spying on him. Even if a few Obama people come out in the open and confess to the spying, those networks will insist Trump made a lucky guess, that’s all. It was all a coincidence.
And anyway, he’s not the real president, he’s a spy ultimately working for aliens from Jupiter; and on Jupiter, everyone is a racist.
And that will settle that.

FEEL The Change
Here we now after much anticipation before, during and after the Spring Equinox, can you still say nothing happened, again? Yes you can. Because perhaps physically, big events, not much happened. Energetically, a whole lot changed. Within your being, within all of humanity, within Earth and beyond.
Immense cleansing and releasing of old energies, of the physical, emotional, mental and even your spiritual body.
The most noticeable would be the physical effects the energies have on your human vessel. Headaches, dizziness, vomiting, exhaustion, loss of appetite or eating more than usual, neck pain/stiffness. Other experiences would include unusual dreams, lack of focus, memory loss/forgetting too often, ears ringing, higher sensitivity to your environment, emotional roller coaster, weeping, boredom, no motivation, feeling empty, and more.
Let us not forget that there are also positive effects or symptoms with these changes, from the new energies.
A very important one for all of us, which I’ve noticed begun to change in my self long ago but now I feel it is ready to disappear completely, judgement, of self and others and different situations. More than ever before are things beginning to ‘bother’ me less and less by the minute. Everyday I find myself being more in the observer state rather than the judgemental state.
Attachment. Not feeling attached to people, situations, past or future events. Releasing the ego. No longer fearing ‘death’. Taking a more gentle approach on life. Going within more often when faced with certain life situations. Deeper connection with your Higher Self, intuition ‘speaks louder’.
All these and more, is a process of a great thing, of which the ‘end result’ will be your original self, a fully awakened, fully conscious, being of light. This process of your full awakening is very near. Yes there will be a moment, fast approaching, where YOU WILL FEEL as if you just ‘switched on’ your OWN LIGHT/True Self. And from that moment on, this journey for you will be one of pure joy.

The word of the day to describe our current times is discombobulated; meaning this energy can be confusing, disconcerting and often frustrating. Many simply feel all over the place – one moment is full of the most incredible bliss and the next moment comes uncertainty and anxiety. The lack of rhythm with this energy has made it a challenge to write about as it changes so quickly. I am going to do my best to summarize what is taking place.
Memories & Emotions Rising
Whether it is through dreams or brief moments of a memory arising, all is coming to the surface. The intensity of this depends on where you are in your process. For some of us it can be the first time we’ve really seen into our depths, felt the sadness and rage. Honor these feelings, allow them to have a voice no matter how ugly they may seem. For others, it’s allowing us to peel back more layers, forgiving and loving ourselves more and more. For myself and some of my clients, the universe has orchestrated events that have showed us where we still have deep hidden wounds even with all the inner work we have done so that we can finally release them. The good news is that we now have the tools to do just that. I asked my guides how to handle the emotions that are rising and was told very clearly that I have a choice I can go into the emotions and relive them or I can choose to see from a higher perspective and let go any sense of wrong doing I feel. It is understanding that being able to see the bigger picture (as much as we can) allows us to walk completely from duality & victimhood to pure personal power; a must for complete soul embodiment.
I was talking with Quan Yin about how so many are drowning in the waves of emotions, unable to keep their heads above water. She said so clearly that “at times one must drown in order to find what makes them breathe” and she reminded me of times I too was drowning, holding on to things that didn’t serve for whatever reason and how much I grew after I released them. The point here is that if you are finding yourself submerged in the emotions and negativity of this world, change your focus and find what makes you breathe, what makes your heart sing. We can get lost in the depth of the releasing taking place on this planet and that takes us off course from our true mission which is to merge with our soul.
Physically & Energetically
Wow, just wow. I find myself waffling between these bursts of inspiration and just wanting to sit and stare at the wall. With the amount of light increasing on the planet in each moment we are being challenged in so many ways. Many are experiencing increased ascension symptoms such as stomach upset, exhaustion, insomnia, and a resurging of old injuries. Where ever your weak spot is, for me it is my back, it may be acting up. The nervous system for many people is on over drive as it responds to the increased light. This sense of tired but wired can cause fair ups in those with autoimmune and other chronic conditions.
We are also receiving massive upgrades to our body systems. These can be in the chakras, to the brain’s functioning, the endocrine and metabolic systems. Be very aware of what your body needs. I recommend not hard lining anything but rather going with the flow of the body. It needs to be understood that generally if a body holds as much light as is possible now that the human form is dropped, leaving only spirit. That is not to be this time, we are continuing our journey with our forms intact and there is no handbook that tells us exactly what is needed. Part of this is you understanding that YOU ARE THE AUTHORITY on you. We can get advice and insight from others but at the end of the day, it is you who must trust you.
On the bright side, so many abilities are opening up for us and again here we must take responsibility for all that we put out there and what we allow in. This is our reality, our creation and we need to manage it. The way that we connect has gotten profoundly deeper as well. None of it is “out there” rather it is all within us. Connect through your heart and allow your soul to become your greatest guide.
Timelines Shifting
The lower timelines are collapsing at a very fast pace. We have really been moving energetically and it will continue to escalate through April. When a timeline collapses it can be as simple as an apparent redirection to major life changes. While these can be hard to understand and accept, it is important to trust that all is happening in your highest long term good. This also explains why so many are feeling triggered, is so that those emotions can be released and the timeline where they were held dissolved. Take a moment and see how even the painful stuff is a gift. A gift showing you it is there so that you may choose different. Pay attention to your surroundings and all the emotions you are experiencing, these are clues as to the frequency you are holding. The fastest way to shift from one frequency to another is to express gratitude for everything, even the painful parts.
Some of you may even be seeing the shifting realities. These can look like grids in the sky, waves in the air as if you were staring at a mirage or steam from a sun baked road. Others may be seeing reality bend and this is wonderful as it leads us to question what reality truly is… and those questions lead to one becoming the master of their reality. It really is a beautiful time, even with all the challenges.

Greetings! It is I, Quan Yin. We hope that you are able to feel upon the horizon the winds of change that are touching every part of your planet. It is a miraculous time, one that each of you wanted and chose to be a part of. There is not a single area that is not being affected by all that is taking place. We have spoken to you before about the frequencies separating and indeed that has begun.
For those that have stationed themselves in the higher frequencies, there is a mental ease to this time. This does not mean that all is perfect and joyous in each moment but rather that you are aware and have the tools to cope with anything that comes your way. Think of a boat in a storm, the wave may cover the bow and submerge you for a moment, but the boat always rises again, keeping you afloat. For those who are finding themselves continually submerged, continually battered by the waves, we ask you, what is it that is weighing you down? What is it that must be changed and let go of within so that are no longer anchored to a reality that drowns you bit by bit. For you see, it is that simple, when you follow your heart and not the preconceived limitations of your world you will find yourself rising to meet any challenge.

Because in art we can see our visions. We can see ideals and archetypes. These fictional characters have the energy we strive for.
When Ayn Rand, the author of The Fountainhead (1943), was asked whether Howard Roark, the hero of her novel, could exist in real life, she answered, with annoyance, “Of course.”
Her implication was: don’t you have the desire to discover your own highest ideals and live them out?
Roark is an architect who creates buildings no one has imagined before. His refusal to compromise his vision is legendary. He suffers deprivation and poverty and rejection with an astonishing amount of indifference. He is the epitome of the creative individual living in a collective world.
For reasons no one can discover (must there always be reasons?), Roark has freed himself from The Group. Perhaps he was born free.
Roark’s hidden nemesis is a little man named Ellsworth Toohey, an architecture columnist for a New York newspaper, who is quietly building a consensus that has, as its ultimate goal, the destruction of all thought and action by the individual for the individual.
But Roark, in his personality, spirit and force, is The Exception to the Rule.
He stands as a force that transcends the complication of Need and, instead, is pure Desire.
Desire, plus intelligence, plus creative power.
Whatever dross may once have existed in Roark’s character has been burned away.
Rand allows us to see that society encourages everything an individual does and thinks that keeps him from being self-sufficient. That is what society, in its advanced stage of dissolution, is for.
Therefore, as Roark moves through space and time, he ignites in others, without trying to, all the emotions that signal their self-betrayal: shame, fear, disgust, resentment, hatred.
Their dedication to endless compromise remains intact. They tell themselves whatever stories they need to, in order to protect their second-hand existences.
They enact the range of feelings that allow for entombment in The Group.
These days, when people talk about “self-improvement,” they unerringly manage to avoid the starkness of these matters. And this is why the so-called “helping professions” fail.
Those who own the systems that run the world enforce, celebrate, champion, and fund life-by-need.
Drug dealer and his addicts—that’s the societal model.
But then, what of community? What of family? These are often thrown in the face of The Fountainhead as accusations, as if Rand wants to stamp them out and leave them in the dust.
The obvious answer is, which community, which family? Are the individuals intact, or are they sacrificing themselves to an “ideal” of diminishing their power?
The Matrix has an entrance, a gate on which is transcribed, “Reduce your vision and surrender your separate power.”
Yes, “separate.” A word that is now considered taboo. “Separate” was what we defended before we “understood” that the only salvation was attained in “coming together” and melting down.
We can even find this Melt in physics. The latest version of coming together is the interpretation placed on quantum entanglement, in which atoms light years apart react simultaneously from a stimulus placed on either atom. We are supposed to believe that the whole universe is arranged as a spontaneously reacting Whole, with no part distinct from another. And this is confirmation that the Collective is the preferred pattern of life in every venue. In other words, political collectivism mirrors cosmic collectivism.
Are you sensing something strange here? You should be.
Once upon a time, in a document called the Constitution, separateness was considered a key element. There was separation of church and state. There was separation of the rights of an individual from what the state could arbitrarily do to the individual. There was separation among the three branches of federal government, a plan enacted to limit overall federal power. There was separation of the enumerated powers of the federal government from the far more numerous powers of the states.
DISTINCTIONS that created separation were absolutely necessary. Making and abiding by such distinctions were made possible by minds that could think, minds that could utilize logic—rather than minds that boiled down in a puddle of gray sameness.
Roark is shown to us as a man who stands separate from the mass, the crowd, the mob, the group, the collective, the majority, the minority. He isn’t seeking permission or approval or praise or consensus for his work, his art, his buildings, his creations.
The stunning intensity of his Desire isn’t watered down by a Need to be drawn into what the group wants or accepts or believes in.
The hallmark of The Matrix is a collective lens, through which the individual is supposed to view his life, his work, and the world.
“I see what everybody sees, and they see what I see, and we all see together.”
Talk about fiction. The collective lens is built, step by step, piece by piece, along a path of self-betrayal and corruption.
To speak about individual freedom while living and seeing and thinking through the collective lens is a contradiction and impossibility of titanic proportions.
“I have the inalienable right to see things as others see them. To melt down what might, in other circumstances, be my Separate Vision. To melt it down for the sake of the Whole. So that I might better serve others.”
Well, thank you for your sacrifice. I’m sure a gold star is waiting for you in some cosmic classroom. Now, if we all sacrifice all the time, someday soon we will all be invisible. We will all live in the great mouth of a great nothing. No one will have power. No one will be free. But we will speak as if we are free.
Our false words will sound important. Our rhetoric will, perhaps, convince us and everyone else that freedom still exists.
We will, in fact, be speaking like those politicians do, the ones we accuse of acting on ulterior motives.
Modern leaders have found their power through promoting a concept of endless need. This need can never be solved, it can only be accommodated.
Groups are educated and tuned up to demand more. They must have more of this and more of that. Without limit.
The individual, if he is thought of at all, is depicted as a bundle of needs.
Naturally, when someone defects, he is looked at as a betrayer. Actually, he is exposing the game.
That is when things become interesting.
That is when life takes over.

Last October, as part of the Podesta email leaks, we [Zero Hedges] disclosed the particularly close relationship between Fed governor Dan Tarullo and Barack Obama, which emerged as part of a previously undisclosed memo involving the AIG bailout. We speculated that as a result of this now public disclosure it was possible that Tarullo's days at the Fed were numbered should Donald Trump win the election. Trump won, and moments ago [on February 10th] Dan Tarullo unexpectedly announced that he is resigning in early April, just days after the Fed's general counsel Alvarez also announced that he is departing the Fed.
Tarullo’s decision will clear the way for President Donald Trump to select a candidate for the bank supervision position. Trump is likely to choose someone more in line with his desires to roll back the regulations put in place by the Dodd-Frank Act, which overhauled bank supervision in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis.
Tarullo said in a short resignation letter to Trump that he planned to step down “on or around April 5, 2017.” He did not provide a reason for his decision.
There are currently two vacancies on the Fed board because Congress refused to confirm two nominees of former President Barack Obama. Tarullo’s departure will mean that Trump will have the chance to fill three Fed vacancies in his first months in office.
The Dodd-Frank Act created a position of vice chairman for bank supervision. But the Obama administration never filled the post, reflecting in part the sharp disagreements between Democrats and Republicans in Congress over how the financial system should be regulated. Instead, Tarullo has effectively served as the Fed’s point person on bank regulation since 2009.
"Dan led the Fed's work to craft a new framework for ensuring the safety and soundness of our financial system following the financial crisis and made invaluable contributions across the entire range of the Fed's responsibilities," Fed Chair Janet Yellen said in a statement.
President Barack Obama appointed Tarullo in 2009 for a term that would have expired at the end of January 2022.
"It has been a great privilege to work with former Chairman Bernanke and Chair Yellen during such a challenging period for the nation's economy and financial system," Tarullo said in his resignation letter. He was involved in implementing the Dodd-Frank reforms created after the 2008 financial crisis to prevent a repeat.
His resignation came after Trump took action to start easing regulations on the financial industry.
Trump, who won the White House on a populist platform filled with jabs at Wall Street titans, said previously he would cut "a lot" of the changes brought about by the Dodd-Frank Act.
White House press secretary Sean Spicer has said the rules hold back economic growth. He said Dodd-Frank is "frankly not doing what it's supposed to do."
Tarullo said in a meeting last year that banking regulators must defend tough rules governing Wall Street and resist efforts to dilute regulations that might prevent a future financial crisis.
"It is critical that we not forget our still quite recent history," Tarullo told a meeting of financial market researchers in Washington, referring to the 2008 housing bust that pushed global financial markets to near collapse.
Tarullo, 64, was a law professor at Georgetown University before joining the Fed.

Richmond Fed President Lacker says he was involved with Medley leak, announces immediate resignation
Richmond Federal Reserve President Jeffrey Lacker announced his immediate resignation Tuesday, admitting that he discussed sensitive information with an analyst regarding the Fed's plans for economic stimulus.
Lacker, 61, became president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond on Aug. 1, 2004. He is a member of the policy-setting Federal Open Market Committee. CNBC has learned that the resignation was negotiated with law enforcement officials. Lacker's attorney told CNBC no charges will be filed.

THE BIG CALL WITH BRUCE TUESDAY, APRIL 04, 2017

Bruce: I mentioned to you we have information to lead us to believe tonight call maybe a good call, and things are happening and may manifest tonight or in a few days. Sort of in that time frame of last minute meeting and happenings that should bring us to what it is we are looking for our blessing.
Bruce: Welcome everybody to the Big Call. I know people listen to everything we bring on the Big Call which includes teaching, prayer, Sue’s information and Bob’s information, and Intel. When it comes to Intel, I get a lot of things I cannot share. Things that is private. Sometime I try to forget those things so I don’t bring them out those accidently, but I am hearing about cool things about the release of the blessing.
Bruce: Everything we learn about this seems to go back to Iraq. Nothing is going to happen until Iraq is ready. We had a celebration in Iraq. We had known about that. There was a delegation to witness the announcements of Iraq returning to sovereignty and release of chapter 7 of the UN. Basically the return of sovereignty and revalued rate of their currency.
Bruce: We believe even though the announcements were supposed to be made today in the mosque, they were made. Social media out of Iraq has been squashed, made dark, and still dark. That was supposed to have come off where we would have communication like that even last night at midnight. If that didn’t happen they still have things they want to keep under wrap. That is what occurred and didn’t want to release it and we not going to know about it and maybe never hear correctly what they were.
Bruce: The fact we had people there to witness that as part of a delegation. We had people there as Abadi, two from our country to witness it and probably others as well. That tells us all we need to know in terms of what Iraq needed to do. They had a rate varied from $3.71 to over $6 on their smart cards that they have been paying out. There banks have all come up. They are the first digital banking country with gold back rates on the dinar. It is now the IQN instead of IQD.
Bruce: We have a currency known as USN meaning new as oppose to US dollar which was a fiat dollar, not backed by any assets, but backed by the full credit of the dollar It has been that way since 1913 because we came off the gold standard and silver. Now we are back on as a gold standard. The entire world is partially gold and asset backed. That gives a lot of currencies a lot of value, a much more even playing field. Countries like Vietnam and Indonesia and others are going to have their currencies be much higher than they have been. We know that in the mosque a few day s ago, Iraq had made an announcement that their currency is 6 times the value of the USD. In line of the rate we had at that time $6.25. These are in-country rates. Our rates on our screens should be higher than that.
Bruce: We know the liberation of Mosul also was announced. We know that is something that was celebrated by having the two new flags flying on either side of the Tigris River. A lot is happening there symbolically pointing to a new Iraq. We have made arrangements with Iraq to work further with them in military, and continue to negotiate things with our current administration to make them a force and strength in the region. Also an opportunity to have good standing in the Middle East and our troops a base in the Middle East to help in that region.
Bruce: Rates is something we have seen recently and then on Sunday at 12:05pm EST the rates came off the screens, all disappeared. It did not surprise us. We know sometimes the rates come off because they need to be reentered for the latest up-to-date rates to be utilized around the world. At 3:05pm EST Sunday cursors on the screens started to blink. We thought that might change when the Forex came at 5pm. At5:01pm EST there was no difference. The cursors still were blinking and rates not populating. The rates should repopulate.
Bruce: My understanding now is the new rates have not come back on the screens’. We are waiting for that to happen as well. When they do come up, they should be our latest rates of all the currencies in the first basket showing what we think they should show. I don’t know when that would be. I haven’t heard that. That is something out there we should keep an eye on.
Bruce: Another thing is a lot of activity happening out west and continue to have meetings even as we speak. All last minute timing, perhaps the release we are looking for. Meetings with high level military as well as our Administration. Putting all things together, maybe this is the last meeting before the release. We will see.
Bruce: Also we know President Trump is involved in the negotiations. A lot of things going on and continue to go on last of the week. There are plans from our mainstream news for the President of China to meet with our President this week. They are working through some situation that are global in nature and yet important for China and the United States. Really good things should come out of their meetings this week.
Bruce: I heard report this afternoon the President announcing infrastructure. We talked about working directly with our administration with infrastructure of Rebuild America. President Trump wants to make America great again. Our slogan is Rebuild America. We plan to do Rebuild America by adopt a city, adopt a town, adopt a community. You can scale that as high or small as you wish of your involvement and my involvement working together on a humanitarian project.
Bruce: When President Trump talked about infrastructure, he didn’t limit it to roads. He indicated real infrastructure. I am talking about not only roads but community back, whole neighborhoods, positive things we can bring back rebuilding homes, helping to improve schools and add centers, gyms, etc to the schools whatever the schools need. Also improving networks for communications, improve internet accessibility for the whole country, etc. A lot we can get involved in.
Bruce: Also technologies that will come out that involve free to low cost energy, and healing technologies. I am looking for at least 5000 partners from the Big Call audience to help in the United States and then to other parts of the world to help with clean water, farming techniques, etc.
Bruce: Do I want your money? NO. I want you to consider an area where you live or want to live to adopt a city, town, and community. Hire a team of leaders that will take this vision I have and make it happen where you want this to happen. We want 100 cities in each state. That is a great start. Starting with Appalachian area, coal country, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, any place such as Cleveland. Pick any city. All have an area that needs help.
Bruce: We are going to be mentors and have our veterans. We will be hiring veterans to be mentors, and combination of services to bring the very best out like apprenticeships like plumbers, electricians, brick layers. They will get training on site. I want to get volunteers that would like to be part of that and be a leader to help you do that. Not mean you are going to be pounding nails, digging trenches. We want to employ people as leaders, directors to direct the vision throughout the country. We will have a template of ideas we will share as building techniques. I want some leaders that will step up in each state. Let consider that. I will have a template of ideas and a portal to communicate and do our calls, pod cast calls.
Bruce: Make sure all your soft ware is encrypted. Unless you are totally protected I would not go online to check your accounts online. I will only check accounts out only through the management bank people. The way things can get hacked these days, be old school a little bit until you are totally protected on your computers and phones. We will probably have a call on that.
Bruce: When it comes to timing with this. This week looks really good. What we are hearing from out west is that a lot of the SKRS, Prepaid are being liquidated and made accessible now. A number of people in the core groups being paid now. Just a matter of time before it is release for us. I am feeling really good the possibility of anytime between now and the weekend. It may not take that long, could be couple of days or less. I thought we would be here now. Then I found out there are additional things going on that is keeping this held up slightly. It is a plan that is moving forward. It is in a sense on autopilot. We are going to get it when we get it. It is rolling out. We will get it shortly.
Bruce: When it comes to our infrastructure and helping to do our projects, if you don’t have your own projects to negotiate your rates especially on the ZIM, you can partner with the Big Call with Rebuild America. You can tell those at the Redemption Center that is what you intend to do. There is enough communication with HSBC, AIIB, Peoples Bank of China that they know this is the project I have come up with and they will understand that.
Bruce: I am hoping the infrastructure we help to rebuild as part of Rebuild America will be available to us in the form of some bonds, infrastructure bonds. I got that concept of what were being offered couple months ago in Iraq. They got a trillion dollars in infrastructure bonds offered. Why couldn’t our country offer the same thing? Why can’t we do that? Why can’t we have 10 trillion dollars or more in infrastructure bonds? This is where our administration will get together on that and come up with a cool concept and make it tax exempt to give us an opportunity to invest with this. I want to drive home the concept of this program as a private entity as the Big Call’s Rebuild America would be in partnering. Private and public partnering in infrastructure. I think that is what I came up with that would work for all of us.
Bruce: Beyond that we are looking for rates to come back on screens and notifications to come out. Looking for more people that have programs in effect like ZIM platforms to be paid. Some of the larger gold back bonds are being negotiated today in Zurich. There was a very large tranche received I think over the weekend, extremely large amount from Malaysia through HSBC to cover our exchanges. It was such a big number.
Bruce: I know that people have been working nonstop for days now in different parts of the country to get things done to get paid out, transacting bonds, and groups, to get ready for us. We should have a number to give you I hope very shortly. I would think in the next few days we should have it. Hang in there. Stay confident, stay positive, stay in faith and continue to do what you are doing as plan A. Don’t quit your day job until plan B which is blessing to come through. We all have to do that. It is teaching us a lot about patience.
Bruce: I did take a call and glad that I did. I am hearing some very positive things coming out of one of my sources indicating that some meetings are still in process like we talked about earlier. Things are moving along and being paid out tonight. I am looking forward to hearing some good news possibly shortly. Not in time for the Big Call tonight, but before Thursday’s call at the regular time. Beware Thursday’s night call may or may not take place and have a recorded call in its place. That is good news. I am excited where we are and where we are going.

OWK (Star Fynder): First let me say that I didn't think that this story/information would ever be released to the public. But, it is in line with Disclosure and so I will tell this story since Grandfather wants you to know about it.
March 23 ....
The story starts for me on the 23rd of March. I was talking with AAM, and he directed me to see a post that featured him and his message. The post had just been put up for all to see, but it was old at that point. It was "Channeled" on the 19th just before the Equinox on the 20th. He had some (unknown to me) reason he wanted me to see what the post said. I didn't understand it at first, since I talk with him often anyway. Here is the post and the important part of it. By the way, this is where he talks about the time lines splitting into two different ones. I thought that this is what he wanted me to know and share. So I talked about time lines on the Zorra Call and wrote a post about it as well:
While that might have been the point, I have come to realize that there was something else in store for me that was way more important. In that regard, I am only going to quote the important part of the AAM post that relates to the story I am telling you now. Here is the relevant part of his post:

These moments of time in your sense I have spoken of, others have spoken of this day that you are coming upon, this spring equinox. The day that is going to begin a shift of consciousness unlike anything you have felt before. It is not to say that tomorrow (The 20th) will bring the event, will bring the pulse from the Galactic Central Sun, but it is the precursor of this, it is the beginning of this, it is the beginning of the many things.
And there is one other change that is happening: that is the reconnection of the many ley lines and the connecting structures, temples, pyramids, all of the sacred sites being connected once again on these waves of light … no longer connected by the darkness.
For so long, those of the dark have taken these spaces, these energy sites and utilized them for their own means. But they have been taken back! They are being reconnected now and tomorrow the 20th will see not the completion but near completion of all of these centers. There are still some to move ahead with, still some that need to be connected or reconnected once again but that is also coming soon.
What That Post Meant
In hind sight, I can tell that the "Evil" (Dark) devices were place on the Ley Lines of the Earth, and were causing damage to the energies on Earth. He mentioned that they had "Connected" and Re-Connected many places but that there were still some more to "Complete."
This is where Sephora and my story begins. The removal of the last 4 evil devices on Earth. It all started on March 26th.
Date: March 26th
Sephora saw a rainbow and took a picture of it and sent it to me.
I was looking at it and noticed that it was not a "Usual" type rain bow since it was sort of flat and not very arched. It turns out that I have a skill of noticing when something is "Different" and needs further investigation and this picture was "Calling for it." It also turns out that the Rainbow was put there by the Galactics to "light up" (Point out) the evil device.
When I enlarged the picture to get a better look at the rainbow I noticed a very strange thing in the shot. From a distance, it cannot be seen, but when it is greatly enlarged, it is very noticeable.
At this enlargement, I noticed that there was something that looked like it was up in the top of that tree. At this point, I could tell that it was NOT a bird, and frankly, it seemed to have a white glow around it. So I zoomed in even more to see what it was.
Importantly, in the above picture, notice the detail of the branches in the tree. Even though this picture is enlarged quite a bit, you can still see the whole tree and all of its branches. This will be an important detail later in this post.
I brought this to Sephora's attention and she passed it on to her higher realm contacts to check out in more detail. And it was quite surprising to find out what it was...
It turns out that this was some high powered ANNUNAKI device designed to imprison the Human Population. It was Planted there over 30,000 years ago and has been "Running" and doing damage to us ever since.
Importantly, this was NOT the device itself but was only an "indicator" that the device was there in another dimension. To make a long story short, the device, that was cloaked in another dimension was causing a light pole in our dimension to be invisible to the camera. That is, only this small part of the light pole could be seen.
Later...
Sephora and I got the word that the device had been removed. She went back to the location and was "Drawn" to another nearby place and to make a long story short again, she took more pictures and I noticed another weird place in the photo. It was another one and it was removed as well. So far, that was two devices we identified and got removed.
Later...
She got a photo of the first place where the rainbow had been so that we could compare them and see the difference between them. This is the "After Picture."
Notice that it was the same exact place that the other picture was taken. So I enlarged it to see if that weird thing in the tree was still there or if it was gone. What I saw surprised me. It was a Light pole. It turns out that the device was "Masking" the rest of the pole from the camera, in a higher dimension.
It turns out that there was a light pole in front of that tree. The device in the other dimension was causing most of the light pole to be invisible to the camera. Interestingly, it was actually invisible. Remember the picture earlier where you could see all the branches of the tree? There was no blank space in the picture, where the pole was. That means it was really gone out of our reality as far as the camera goes. All this happened on the 26th and I am not sure of the exact time that those 2 devices were shut down and removed since that was being done in another higher dimension by AAM.
However this post (Next) came out later, and I heard it was directly related to what we had done. I will quote the first part of it and you can click on the link to read the rest. Notice that the post was on the 30th, but it was talking about what happened on the 27th, the day after we got those devices removed.
A very interesting development took place today around 12PM Pacific time. A massive false light matrix was extricated from the planetary surface, with connections to the moon, as well as Saturn being dissolved.
This false light matrix has been masquerading as benevolent ET/spiritual contact for millennia and is as old as the Soul Trap technology recycling the surface population back into incarnation after incarnation. The Earth's moon is a natural satellite brought here from elsewhere, Technology was placed inside of the moon both physically and etherically, and the orbit was locked into a non rotating Lagrange point, locking the energy of the manipulated satellite into the Earth's etheric and gravemetric/magnetic fields... Later On: About 3-30-2017 Afternoon/Evening
Sephora and I were talking about the post and how we heard that it was the result of our discovery of those 2 devices and their subsequent removals. I was wanting to know what they looked like and how they were connected to the ground.
I suddenly "Connected" with Mother Gaia. She said she knew who I was and could feel my steps on her surface. She said that she was so glad to get those 2 devices off her surface. She then described them so that I could visualize them.
They were Cone shaped and were about 20 feet in diameter at the base and rose in cone shape to about 60 feet in the air. It is a very odd thing to describe from another higher dimension, but where that "Piece of the light pole" was showing was the transmitter area where it was transmitting evil stuff into our dimension. That is why only that small part of the pole was visible. That transmitter area was in "Our" dimension and frequency range.
Finding these devices is like hunting for a submarine. Most of it is in another dimension, like underwater, and only a small part is "Peeking" into our dimension like a periscope above the water. If you can spot the Periscope, you know the rest is there in another dimension.
2 More Devices...
Mother Gaia then told me that there were 2 more devices that were near me and she thought they were within a few miles of where I live. If I had the right intention, and took lots of pictures around different places, I could locate them.
To shorten this story... after quite a bit of discussion... I was able to figure out where they were, but it was late at night on the 30th. The next morning, I went and took pictures of the suspected area and between me and Sephora, we located the other 2 devices in the pictures. The resolution on my camera was not as good as Sephora's was, but was good enough to find them. They were quickly removed and dealt with by Arc Angel Michael.
Summery
It turns out those were the last 4 devices on the planet. There are no more. In the weird cosmic plan, it seems that Sephora was meant to find the first 2 that were near her, and I was somehow destined (Meant) to find the last 2 that were near me. I now realize that this is what AAM was hinting to me when he wanted me to read the post with his message in it. It is clear to me now, especially since we have been told since, that this was our job to do, that we agreed to do it, many thousands of years ago. That this time in history, we would be the ones to identify these objects and AAM would be the one to remove them. He wanted me to read that post that there were still ley line issues to be "Completed." I had no idea then, but recognize it now, that he was hinting that I would be the one to help get rid of these evil damaging devices.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that Sehopra and I have been busy doing more than posting in Dinarland. My guess is that our higher level contacts were no coincidence either. We have some larger part to play in this Change on Earth. When I got into this investment, I NEVER thought I would be talking with Grandfather, AAM, Gaia (The Earth), Prime Creator, and Zorra, and helping to remove evil devices from the face of the Earth. You never know what your future holds until you get there. There is way more to this story and many other things that I and Sephora have been involved in, and I will share them when I am told to do so. But for now, know that this World and Universe is an amazing place, and that everything is working out just like it should.

Since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1979, China and the United States have had their share of ups and downs, but cooperation has remained the main theme, especially now given their greater-than-ever interdependence and increasing convergence of interests.
The two countries have come a long way, with two-way trade of goods surging 207-fold from 1979 to 519.6 billion U.S. dollars in 2016. Bilateral investment amounted to more than 170 billion dollars at the end of last year. They also cooperated in the fight against terrorism, climate change and other issues of global impact.
Accomplishments like these speak volumes about how beneficial a sound China-U.S. relationship can be, not only to the two peoples involved, but the world at large. Cooperation has proved to be the right way forward.

As major countries, China and the United States should do more than just looking out for their own best interests.
They need to set good examples for the world, shoulder due responsibility, and separately or jointly, provide more public goods to promote mankind's well-being.
Avoiding the Thucydides Trap is crucial. Enhanced dialogue and coordination between the two sides could do the trick.

Are all Redemption centers HSBC?
If there is no HSBC in the area, and you are exchanging at the Redemption centers or WF, how can you qualify for higher sovereign rates ?

HSBC will be "Represented" at EVERY Off Site Exchange Center. It does not matter if there is a "Retail" branch there or not. You can still set up an account with them and have a "Private Banking" relationship with them. Most likely, you will NEVER go in a regular bank branch EVER again. Wealthy people don’t do that and neither will you. They will come to you or make whatever arrangements you want.
However, as a side note: There will be HSBC Branches EVERYWHERE soon.
Also: They are the ONLY ones who will be exchanging Zim.

On Monday, I played the Disney, Lake Buena Vista course. As usual the starters matched me with three other players. After a few holes we began to get to know each other a bit. One fellow was rather young and had his wife riding along in the golf cart with him. I noticed that his golf bag had his name on it and after closer inspection it also said "wounded war veterans ". F. April 5 2017 7:03 pm EST What has happened with the Cabal and What to Expect by One Who Knows:
1. The big picture overview is that the Cabal World ran out of money, power and control.
2. One of the first things to be taken from them was the military.
3. I don't know how many made the "Wrong decision" and were dealt with, but I do know that 100% of our Military are now Republic Good Guys, and ready to Kick Cabal behind.

The bank will set up a temporary trust for you to hold your money until you can create a more tailored one that you want to keep. Chances are you will have lots of them for different reasons. For me, I will have one for each house, sports car, different spending accounts, project accounts, and other big items. But for your first trust that you will set up at your exchange, they will want to know what you will call it? It seems that the name has to be different like URLs have to be different on the net. So, if you think of several different trust names, you should have a least one that has not already been used by anyone else. However, if you call it "My Big Money Stash Trust" that will probably already be used by someone, especially since I just said it in this post.
As far as "Wires" and "Bank Checks" are concerned, may people want to pay some of their big things ASAP. They may get a Cashier's Check, drawn off of your new money account, to pay off your mortgage, or something else. But, that is not really that necessary. You can get Cashier's Checks later, to do that. The one thing I would recommend is to get a Cashier's Check (Or bank wiring instructions to send money bank to bank) payable to yourself, that you can deposit in the bank you already are using right now. Since you are already using that bank and have debit cards and/or checks, it is a quick way to have some ready cash until you figure out what you are going to do with your big money accounts.

HSBC is no different than all the major banks in that they were all Cabal at one time and corrupted big time. Those stories you are hearing about are OLD stories and are no longer an issue.
Frankly, Grandfather told me that after they bought HSBC, they cleaned it out. After all, what use is it to give the World this money, just to have Cabal take it away again? Frankly, that is why they bought that HUGE bank was to make a safe place for you to store the money they are giving you. Why would they give you the money and then take it back through HSBC? Doesn't make sense does it? No, of course not.
To make a long answer short, all the major banks have been cleaned out by now and for the most part are all safe. The new Basel requirements make it virtually impossible for any bank to "Harm" you. With all that being said, I wouldn't put money anywhere else than HSBC, the main bank for this exchange. I want the people who gave me this money to protect it for me as well. After all, that is why they are the ONLY Zim exchange location to make sure your money stays safe. I trust them.

One who knows, I have a very interesting journey the last year and half.
Growing up my belief has been survival of the fittest, being number one etc.
My life has completely changed with the Law of attraction, I know this is happening beneath the surface.
My question is maybe a week and half ago on the Zorra call you had mentioned we are basically done and there will be an event happen that was not the GCR that would make everybody very happy.

Several years ago I witnessed strange rainbows in the desert that were like the ones in the picture, and even had a ending in the ground. I mused then: what hidden truth might be lurking in the lever on story. I've noticed the brotherhood societies like to leave clues in children stories and eyes, and wished I had a way to get closer to where it was. I could tell at the time exactly where it was. Grandfather told me some more information about the weird flat rainbow. I knew it had been created by cloaked ships, but now I know EXACTLY how it was made. It turns out it was a Projection, maybe Holographic I'm not sure, but it was across the top of a baby Mother ship. But it is your mind that is creating everything that is happening in your life. It is creating your very existence. But if it is attuned to your heart center then your mind operates from that center and from that high heart center. That is where you are all going. That is what is bringing you up into the higher vibrations, into the higher frequencies and yes, into the higher dimensions. It is your heart mind connection that is doing this.

And I share with you now — not that it is important to know directly who your twin soul is at this point, (some of you yes, some of you are becoming aware of this,) but understand that it is aspects of yourself. It is aspects of your Higher Self. So there can be many Sanandas, many Yeshuas, many Lady Nadas, many St. Germains, etc. It is not that there is only one. But there is only one twin soul aspect and that is correct. There are many levels though of this aspect. It is not for your mind to understand this at this point. Your three dimensional mind cannot grasp this. Just as your three dimensional mind cannot grasp the idea of a Prime Creator, a Creator Source, but your heart center together with your mind can begin to understand this. And this is where you are all moving toward. This is what this is all about, these gatherings. “Where two or more are gathered in My Name there will I be amongst you.” That was said for a reason so that you would understand of the multi-aspects of yourself and how this relates to the reconnection or the re-understanding of that connection with your Higher God Self.
So do not be concerned or consumed with the idea of who you are or who you might’ve been, but understand that when the moment comes all will be revealed as it needs to be. And as always you are all in the right place at the right time in the perfect moment. And please just continue to understand that as all of this, all of this continues to unfold right before your eyes.

A. April 6 2017 Bruce's Call:
1. This may go tonight, or in the next few days.
2. The Banking community listens to the calls. We are partnering with them to build out projects 5-15-30 years.
3. Debt forgiveness may start around July 2017.
4. Iraq's currency, the Dinar, has been revalued for over a week.
5. The Dinar international rate is over $6.00. They have announced that on their TV.
6. There will be some major announcements in the mosques tomorrow.
7. There is a full liberation of Mosul.
8. There has been a blackout on intel lately.
9. SKRs, prepaid, and advanced pay people have already been paid.
10. Tier 1, 2, 3 have been being paid and should be completed by tonight.
11. The internet group is next.
12. John Q. Public will likely be paid at the same time we receive the 800 number.
13. We will use the off site redemption centers.
14. Rates have populated over the last day or so, but are not permanent yet.
15. Later tonight April 6 2017, the banks will have the new codes and rates.
16. By midnight tonight redemption centers will have new codes and rates on the screens.

1. The Trust had a few more delays by the Bankers and Regulators in proving lineage of funds, or the provenance. These anti-money laundering regulations are the final hurdle to prove the funds are not proceeds of crime and have been properly documented.
2. These funds are very old and have been kept safe for Humanity until the right time, which is now. They do not take chances with such matters and over many centuries made sure the funds stayed where they were and were secure.
3. Getting them released has been a work of some years and not easy. Drug Lords and others that would hide ill-gotten gains are the primary targets of compliance sequences.
4. They did it with help of the Royals working with regulators and governments involved in reconstruction project process.
5. As of today Wed. April 5 2017 the funds were sent to the Paymaster, the Bank approved all regulatory compliance documentation and sent the first wires to various destinations, including us.
6. We may see the money in our account by Fri. April 7, or by Mon. April 10.
7. We will start staffing next week.
8. The Critical Projects that were vetted a long time ago will receive their test transfers next week or sooner. We will advise each project as we process them.
9. We have received requests to join Humanus and the Project oversight teams.
10. We will need many project managers. The more who join us with necessary qualifications, the better.

Bruce: Welcome Everybody to the Big Call. I appreciate all the listeners with the faithfulness you all have come in each Tuesday and Thursday night. This is our 6th year now. December 28th was the start of our 6th year. This is my 13th year with the aspect of currency. It has been an incredible education the last 13 years and a lot of us it has been. Some of you guys have been in less and others more like Okie been in it for 14 years. It has been crazy and fun, but I know it is not an easy ride. Some days are harder than others, but we know we are very close.
Bruce: Did I expect this call to take place tonight? No I did not. Based on what we had Tuesday night we thought we were golden and that would be it. We still are golden, but the timing is a little different than what we thought. It is stretching out a little bit longer than what we thought. I did say the next few days. I was hearing some really good things in the possibility of Tuesday night on in the next few days. I am still hearing very good things of tonight and the next few days. It is right there. I think we will have the result we are looking for.
Bruce: I do speak to the banking community around the world. Many listen to our call. The banks want to know what it is we know. What it is we know and what it is we are expecting when we come in for redemptions of the ZIM and the other currencies. I appreciate they are tuning in.
Bruce: We had just from the financial community, not all the listeners which are in the tens of thousands now, 512 from US and Canada from Tuesday night call and 1890 around the world beyond the US and Canada from the banking and financial world. That is wonderful. Especially our international audience has grown to 4 times what we have in the US and Canada. It is telling me our reach is extending. I appreciate all the listeners internationally and in the US and Canada for tuning in.
Bruce: We do have big plans. We do have plans in Rebuild America and working with our Veterans in our Veteran Retreat Network. We do have plans with, water, farming, aquaponics, and community gardens. All these things we have talked about for over 3 years. We will leave quite a legacy in the result of this. I am excited about that.
Bruce: I want to thank all who are tuning in. and all our international banking listeners understand we will be partnering with our banks to put together our programs or projects so they know what we are doing and we will know the options we will have working with this money. We know we will those of us with ZIM especially beyond the screen rate, NDA rate, we will build out these projects and we will have payout structures that will go on to 5, 15, or30 years payout. I am going for 30 year payout. I like that stability and fixed rate of interest coming in so I don’t have to sweat the investment of this. You will be able to sleep well at night knowing the money is safe and will come in each quarter or monthly. You won’t have to worry about investing. This is where the banks will be helping us in this. That will be the easy part of us. The banks will be going nuts how to invest it all. To get a fixed rate of return up to 30 years is golden, a good play for me.
Bruce: Realize I am not a CPA, not a financial advisor or attorney. I just telling you what Bruce is going to do. You have to do what is best for you. You will work with wealth people through the banks to help you layout what you want to do. They will help design the right structures for you and will have some advice for you. This is not something you have to jump into the first week or two. Nothing is wrong to get everything stable, and pay off your bills the first couple of weeks. If I had house mortgage, I would pay it off. Just do it.
Bruce: I think we will be looking at debt forgiveness about July. I do not know the specifics of it. We probably will give you information about it down the road. My thought on this is if I owe money I am just going to pay the money I owe. I rather do that than just wait and see what will happen to save a few hundred or thousands hundred dollars. It is going to dwarf in the terms of amounts we are going to talk about. I just want to put it out there so you will understand these banking partners we will have with Wells Fargo, HSB, and our Canadian partners to the north with Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, and Scotia Bank. All these banks as well as AIIB and all the other banks these are people we are going to try to work with.
Bruce: If they come at me with an attitude they know everything and I know nothing, it is going to turn me off. I don’t think they will have that attitude. I think that they are going to respect the fact we have done something pretty amazing and that we have great plans as rebuild this country. I think they respect that, and consider us wise for being involved in something like this. I think their attitude will be something we will be looking at like something they will be looking at our attitude. It is a two way street. I look forward to having a beautiful relationship with my banking people.
Bruce: Let us go into where we are right now. In Iraq we have heard over a week now Iraq has revalued their currency. The Iraqi dinar is now IQN instead of IQD just as the USD is the USN. Iraq has already announced even on television yesterday morning that they had revalued their currency and it has a value 6 times of the US dollar. That is approximately correct. It is a little bit over that. That is a wonderful thing. Now we heard that a week ago, but they just brought that out on TV yesterday.
Bruce: My understanding is social media in Iraq like twitter, instagram, etc., they are still on a black out. It was suppose to be lifted. It is not lifted still. They just don’t want that aspect to go out yet. There is a reason for that. Tomorrow I think we will have some major announcement wise in the mosque. Maybe it include the HCL law, Chapter 140. That suppose to go through. For the HCL goes through you have to have a rate. Well they got the rate. Now they have to make sure it is in the law which it will be. I don’t think at this point we are waiting on Iraq.
Bruce: Just to let you know they have a revalued currency and have their Qi cards charged. They got a system that is totally digital throughout Iraq. They are plugged in. They have been paying their people a really good rate for a while now on their cards and those cards are being used internationally by citizens of Iraq. They can use them anywhere in the world. That has been going on for months now actually at different rates.
Bruce: They are making moves to be completely ready for business internationally. They just been busy at the Arab Summit last week. Then they hosted some of our people last week, and Kurdistan this week with our people this week. They put an end to ISIS, and fully taken back of Mosul and the full liberation of it. It is like old news to us because we know it, but now there has been a black out recently and information has become hard to come by.
Bruce: In the United States some information has become hard to come by also. When there is hardly any Intel it means a lot is happening behind the scenes. People are being paid SKRS, beneficiaries, and their accounts paid and becoming liquid and accessible. That is h happening and should be completed by tonight. That puts us in a sense we are next. I know we have heard we are next and we are in Tier 4. Tier 1, 2, 3 have been paid and getting access to their funds.
Bruce: We are in a position where we the so called internet group we are sort of a group but we are public. We believe when we get the 800 number, we will go about the same time as John Q public should start. The John Q public will use the regular banks as normal currency transactions. Those of us who will call and set up our appointments, we will go and use the offsite Redemption Centers. Let me just say this about the offsite Redemption Centers and the banks.
Bruce: We had on our last call Tuesday night the rates came of the screen on Sunday at noon, 12: 05. Three hours later the cursors were blinking on the screen. We had rates populating the last day or so but had not come back up solid with the new rates yet. We had two currencies yesterday where we could determine their rates were. We had three as of last night that were showing up on screens. Then we had two that suppose to populate and show up early this morning. Five of which were suppose to be there. I did not get confirmation whether those have populate and have come back up strong again.
Bruce: I have heard that by now banks have received codes where they can go on and see the rates. Later tonight, a little before midnight, the Redemption Centers should receive their codes where they could see the new rates on their screens. My understanding is we are in really good shape to go to engage status sometime tomorrow afternoon. This is what I have heard. It doesn’t mean it is necessarily what is going to happen. If that is the case everything is moving through beautifully and we could possibly get an 800 number between now and tomorrow afternoon. I hope this is the case and we get this thing started.
Bruce: Maybe they are waiting for the timing of Friday afternoon because you have several things that are happening. You have the Stock market which would close at 4 and kind of finish those last minute trades around 4:30 EST tomorrow. You have the vote in the Senate of the Judge Gorsuch which should take place tomorrow to be voted in to the Supreme Court. That is a major deal. Also, President Trump is meeting tomorrow with President Xi of China. Possibly there be some good meetings and some good results possibly coming out of that as well.
Bruce: We have a big news day tomorrow. The timing is good. I believe from what I am hearing as the rates are traded up, the rates should be higher on the screens. We should have very good results for screen rates. I am going to say the situation in the Redemption Centers that we will use should be much more favorable than at the normal banks. I can’t prove that but I believe that is going to be the case.
Bruce: You have the opportunity to negotiate the rates at the Redemption Centers much higher. To do that you need to talk about the humanitarian projects you have in mind. You might have an incredible project of your own and you would put that out at the time of your meeting. I mentioned you should use a short outline of 1 to 3 pages using bullet points to explain what is you are about and what you wish to do and you plan to hire people, create jobs, something to improve the infrastructure of the country, and how you plan to have longevity in terms of our project. You might have a project that would go beyond your years 10, 20, 100 years to create longevity and legacy for you and your family.
Bruce: With rebuild America that we plan to do with the Big Call listenership, we could have a project that could go on indefinitely, and see the countries like they never seen before. I want to see us go back to fellowship and being neighborly. Do you know your neighbors? We should have the opportunity to create that again for us.
Bruce: Based on the Intel I got, we are in a great position for this to come through the next couple of days. I really believe this should be a weekend we will remember. I hope that is the case. Stay in faith for this to come through because we are people of faith and we believe this is happening. Maybe some of the sources are limited and the information is quiet now that is a good sign. We should take it as such.
Bruce: Pay attention what is going on. Remember this is our weekend on the Big Call after tonight. If we should get the information we expect with the 800 number to put it out, we will put it out as effectively and efficiently as we will told to do so. I want everybody realize until we have our new website, our new portal the way for you to communicate with us through a blog, we are not prepared at this point to take your information, your emails, your ideas, and your city you want. All that will come. Just keep it going to yourself. Stay with it. We are not ready for you yet.
Bruce: We may be ready in a month after everybody exchanges and we got our new website up where we can be taking information and put out information for you to see how we are going to do this with a template. We want to do it all over the country. Remember Rebuild America is adopt a city, adopt a town, adopt a community. All over the country I am looking for 100 people per state. There is our 5000 minimum I am looking for to participate in this. By that I mean set aside some money in your trust, and we will give you some ideas how to do this. Set finances aside when this comes through so you can help to rebuild a city or town or community maybe one where you live or plan to live.
Bruce: We have opportunities. You may ask, Do I have to come up with a city or town? No. You don’t have to come up with one right now, but this is a program, project we will do and start and it will go on for years. We will do research where the neediest parts of the country are and need infrastructure to rebuilding and the help than other cities. For example in New Mexico we might suggest Albuquerque. We will give you some areas that need some consideration. We will go state by state, city by city, area by area, and we might ask you who out there in Big Call Universe would like to adopt this town or city or these communities. We will do that and make it interactive.
Bruce: You guys will have some ideas and we will have some ideas. Then we will be able to do this. The idea of 100 cities in 50 states is sort of a goal. We will see some improvements in starting in the first year. I am asking the Trump administration to partner with us in the sense of working with our banking partners to create an Infrastructure bonds like they did in Iraq with a trillion dollars in infrastructure bonds. Why can’t we have 10, 20 Trillion dollars of Infrastructure bonds that we can utilize to purchase from some of our quarterly earnings from our structure payouts to go ahead and plow back the money into our country? That is how we are going to do it
Bruce: I hope they are listening and they are saying Bruce that is a good concept and I like it. We will work on it and fine tune it. We are not looking for government money. We don’t want any money come from the budget. We will have the money. This is something I believe we can do to give back to the country and rebuild America. We will not be solely involved just in the United States. Some of us have plans to go international to help out. Pastor Steven, Bob, and myself do for example.
Bruce: We will do building techniques in housing that is so needed, clean water, good sewage filtration, good and free energy. There are a lot of concepts in new technologies as in health. Quite a bit we will be doing that will be fun. I just really am excited to get started here. Rebuild America is an ongoing project. If you don’t have a project, go into the Redemption Center and say I don’t have a project of my own, but I do have one that I am going to join in with Rebuild America that Bruce started on the Big Call. Then let them know a little about it. You can partner with us on that and I will tell you how to do that. It will be really fun.
Bruce: Do not forget, we will be the largest employee of the Veterans in the country through the Veteran Retreat Network. As President Trump is recreating the Veteran administration, we will create a whole new network of retreats all over the country for the families and the veterans. Major opportunities will be all over the country. We talked about it years ago, and we will revisit that and I will tell you how you can participate in that as well. A lot is going on. I want all to be positive and think we are very close. Don’t do anything in excess but in moderation. Will you do that for Bruce, your family and friends? We don’t need to lose any more people. We have lost enough people. We just don’t need to lose more. We need to stay strong, and healthy.

Hope has nothing to do with it. What you are seeing in your world, in your collective world, it can be referred to as the "second day process". The second day is the doubt filled day that comes after you make or hold a belief that excites you.......say for the RV to happen right about now, after reading Yosef's post. That was your first day excitement and manifesting with your imagination.
The second day reaction, where things could fail, is to make sure we want to proceed down this path. The second day is asking us ......"are we sure we want to go forward?"........."do we really want this change for ourselves and the world?" It is a fork in the road, much like a safety switch.
That is what this is........an energy test, a belief test, a faith type of a test, that your Higher self (you) set up for you and this collective set up for itself. It offers a choice once again and lets you bail if you are weak.
So, are you? are we going to cave in to your own lack energies? and not follow the course and stop? Huge changes require huge tests. It is not about Hope that some outside magical powers make it all magically happen, but that You first make it happen for you and then miraculously the outer circumstances manifest for you. They fall into place for you, just like you originally wanted it to appear for you.
You have to be the hope and create the hope and Reality responds to you, not the other way around where you are responding as a victim and as a slave to some objective world that gives you no choice. With a no choice view point........you are reduced to praying for hope to save your bacon, when it can not, since you have created the doubt and empowered the lack of the world,...."Yee of Little faith" .......Tath lack of faith is what now keeps you depending on a false hope, when it is really a failure to understand how thing work.
Manifestations and change do not show up when you put lack first, over your original desires. Ignore what really does not exist for you. Once you stick the course and don't believe more in the second day test, than you do off your original intention, then all will work out.
It is already done, it is just waiting for you to show up. None of this would have been possible if the success was not already certain and waiting for you.
You always have a choice, part of that choice, is to ignore what does not resonate with your original creation and desire. Simply ignore it. Why give that which you do not want more power than what you want? You get to chose where your power goes. That is Free Will. .....It is done and don't look towards false hope. You make the hope......and with that the third day shows up and you are there.

The man identified as the unidentified man caught on video at the hunting resort the night Justice Scalia was murdered has been captured trying to flee the country. He is being held and questioned as a possible terrorist at an undisclosed location. What we know from reports coming out of the Justice Department is that the man is in his mid to late 50s and is most likely responsible for at least a dozen politically motivated assassinations. He is also being questioned about involvement with the Vince Foster case, which means there is at least some suspicion that he is on the Clinton payroll. His involvement with Scalia also puts him in cahoots with Obama's Deep State shadow government. No other information about the shooter himself is available but there has been talk about Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch being put into protective custody on information that there may be a hit out on him. Authorities have been unsuccessful in obtaining warrants or any substantive evidence that could implicate the Clintons or Obama. Trey Gowdy is opening an investigation in congress later today.

Zim Bearer Checks & Receipts
This question comes from Aussie Lightworker about the "Pay the bearer on demand" Zim Bonds/notes & the need for Receipts.
Receipts
First on the matter of the receipts, they are not necessary. Back in the day, when we thought that there would be some sort of "Capital Gains" tax on our exchanges, it was important to "Document" exactly when we got the currency so that we could get charged less tax on the longer investment. But now we have heard consistently that there will be no tax on our exchanges and I have high confidence in that statement.
Fraud
On the matter of whether or not the Zim you purchased was Fraudulent, is not really on you. As long as you have a reason to believe that you purchased your currency in a legitimate way, you should be O.K. However, if you know in some way that you are involved in some criminal currency activity, you will have trouble ahead.
Bearer Checks
"2006, 2007 and 2008 Bearer cheque series"
On the matter of the Bearer Checks Zim notes, we are not certain what they will be doing with those. The best advice is to take EVERYTHING you have to the exchange. Considering that Zim Bond redemptions can go as high as $125,000 per Zim, it is very likely that they will redeem those Bearer Checks as well. There is so much wealth associated with the African Continent that redeeming those few Bearer Checks that are held by you and others, would just be a drop in the bucket over all. So, in summary, don't buy them, buy the regular Zim Bonds/Currency instead, but if you already have them, DEFINITELY take them to the exchange just in case.

Zim In-Country Rate
Ralf asked a question about Zim's In-Country rates.
The Zim "Strategy" has been very complex to say the least. There is way more going on here that you even realize.
Remember that way back in 2001, we were about to go to the Gold standard and implement NESARA standards, when the Cabal did their Cabal thing and attacked our own country to start a war. But that is not the point. The point is the timing of things since then.
It should be clear to anyone who's paying attention to the Game Play, that Zimbabwe printing that crazy high currency 7 years later in 2008, was part of the Cabal take down plan. Did you really buy the "Rampant Inflation" Theory? It was a way to store the nearly unlimited value of Zimbabwe and Africa in useless Bond notes. Looking back, isn't it easy to see that they were printed as "Bonds" on 25% Cotton Bond paper (Not durable 100% cotton currency paper), for a very good reason, play, and strategy?
They Were Already Redeemed In Country
So, in the big plan, it was NOT to give all the Value of Africa to the Zimbabwe people, but to spread it out to the World for benevolent Humanitarian work. In line with that plan, they collected all the Large Zim "Bond Notes" in country a long time ago. You can look up the articles from two or three years ago. They paid people $5 per account that they lost in that time, and a small amount per Zim Bond Note. I don’t remember exactly what it was, but it was declared that after a certain time, they would no longer be redeemed in country.
To set the stage, the Zim currency had No value on the World currency markets, and was considered a worthless collector novelty item. So the Zimbabwe people jumped at the chance to get "something" for their money while the getting was good. But what has happened since they dried up the Zim notes in country? Good Question.
Since Then...
Since that time, Zimbabwe has re-introduced the Zim bond note in country in the lower denominations at a rate of $1 Zim Bond to $1 USD. And most importantly, the old Zim Bonds in the Trillions have become the most valuable piece of paper on the planet. One $100T note can buy any corporation on the Planet 1000 times over. But that was the point wasn't it?
The Strategy
Print the "Legal" Bond notes against the entire value of the African Continent. Then declare them worthless, protecting them from being horded, or leveraged by the Cabal. Then at the right time collect up (Redeem) the Bonds in country at a very low rate. Once that has been done, "Leak Out" to Dinarland that they will have "Some" value. Then only the people who have the most faith, take a chance on them. As they spread out over the World, leak more and more info about the Zim, and soon the Humanitarian wealth has been (Equally?) spread throughout the World. Then, just in time, bring out Yosef to drop the bomb that there will be NO LOP. What? Well, you know the rest after that.
Now You Ask....
Does it have value for real? YES, it does and the World is depending on it. Should you get on the band wagon and buy some? Only if you want to have Trillions of dollars to help Humanity.
The Biggest Question
The biggest question you have to ask yourself is: "Did Zimbabwe really screw up and decide to print crazy high currency denominations on the wrong paper by accident, or was it an intentional genius plan to thwart the Cabal, and save the World when the GCR finally was successful? It was either Genius, or stupidity. When you answer that question, you will know what to do.

It’s a lie [or] it’s not a lie.” He said this is a golden opportunity for President Trump to crack down and “make an example” of a corrupt government bureaucrat. “President Trump’s been given an opportunity here to set a precedent and stop this.” Paronto is right. Rice should have been, at the very LEAST, fired after the original Benghazi debacle. Now, if the allegations are true that she helped Obama use the official defense apparatus of the nation to spy on their political opponents, she should be in prison for life. Because it sadly seems to happen so often, it’s easy to sort of side step how incredibly massive each of these scandals are on their own. Think about it: The Obama administration denied requests for additional security, and did nothing while Americans were dying in Libya. Then Susan Rice had the audacity to tell the entire nation bald-faced lies about it. Why do we allow these crooks to stay in business? Never forget: It’s truly unbelievable, and Paronto has the right idea. If President Trump truly wants to drain the swamp and do battle with the establishment, he needs to start holding these criminals accountable.
