We also received some raw intelligence over the weekend from two CIA sources operating in and Southeast Asia that reads like a Hollywood thriller about the high seas theft of 100 tons of gold.

In other words, the visit by Indonesia’s Muslim president to celebrate Christmas was the cover for a major naval operation to move 100 tons of gold.
However, three sources, including an Indonesian general, say the Navy ship carrying the gold bars was hijacked at sea in international waters.
Here is a CIA source’s version of the events:
“It was a very well-planned operation. The gold was offloaded into a submarine and went ‘off radar’ into Singapore. This was part of the overall play at the top of the Indonesian government along with a few of the top players in the Singapore government. The promise made during the secret meeting at the APEC Summit in Vietnam was used for personal gain. The very top players in this theater planned and made off with the Au.
“This was to be used as a small part of the new gold-backed currency with Russia, China, and India. It is currently 90% pure and easily re-smelted to 99.95 purity (the minimum purity allowed by the LBMA). Estimated between 80-100 metric tons, this will make a very few at the top of the Indonesia government extremely wealthy in the 3D matrix (for as long as it lasts). The problem is that they have stolen something of high importance.
“This was for the benefit of humanity. I was told that there will be repercussions, including severe penalties like imprisonment or worse. The movement of the Au is being monitored by special equipment under the control of the White Hats. The perpetrators have nowhere to hide. Their names are already known.
“These top corrupt politicians were under orders from their masters, the Zionist cabal, who still have a strong foothold in Indonesia.”
The movement and related hijacking of gold is linked to some sort of major financial event due sometime in the first half of this year, a separate CIA source says. This source, who has provided us with both big scoops and disinformation in the past, says the financial system will be completely shut down, the stock market will drop to zero, bank accounts will be emptied, and ATMs will shut down when this event happens. This will be followed by the launch of the new gold-backed system, this source says.
There is some supporting evidence out there for this scenario. India, Russia, China and many other countries have announced publicly they will be moving to a gold-backed currency. The Chinese have also said they will be trading oil for gold and yuan. Furthermore, the entire management of the Federal Reserve Board has been replaced.
We also see that world stock markets are becoming increasingly detached from reality. Even people who never studied even basic economics know that when more people sell than buy, then prices fall. Yet the U.S. stock market has been reaching record heights, even though sellers have vastly outnumbered buyers since 2013. Reality always has a way of catching up, and illusions never last forever.
In any case, it will be possible to completely end Khazarian mafia rule during this year, not just in the U.S. but worldwide, if the right action is taken. Early on in this battle, I was asked by Pentagon sources to “think like a military man” and come up with specific targets. Years of research and conversations with hundreds of sources, including Rothschilds, Rockefellers, and Japanese royals, have forced me to the conclusion that the problem ultimately lies with the P2 Freemason lodge and their plan to create a one-world religion and a world fascist empire controlled by the descendants of the Caesars.
Recently, for example, I was told by an NSA source to watch the “Bourne Identity” TV miniseries from the late 1980’s. The story is about a hunt for Carlos the Jackal (Ramírez Sánchez), the notorious terrorist who was active for 30 years in the latter part of the past century. What intrigued me is that the show depicts Carlos being sheltered in monasteries and working out of churches. That is because Leo Zagami of the P2 Freemason lodge told me it was they who ran both Catholicism and Communism.
What really irks me is that Carlos, who was arrested in 1994, was allowed to publish a book promoting terrorism called Revolutionary Islam in 2003. At the same time, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security froze the bank accounts of publishers trying to publish my book about the secret battle for the planet earth that promotes world peace. You can see these people for who they are by the constant fear-mongering and war promotion (Iran, North Korea, Syria, etc.) in their controlled-media operations.
So, in conclusion, if the U.S. military and agency white hats want to finish this battle in 2018, and they want specific targets, I would recommend they target the Calabrian Peninsula, Rome, Milan, Tel Aviv, Zug, and Basel. Doing so would knock out the self-appointed social engineers who are behind terrorism, false flags, mass migration of young single Muslim men (not families) into Europe, etc. Pope Francis, with his promotion of the global warming fraud, is just a nice face for this demonic group.
In a final note, Japanese military intelligence is telling me that some sort of operation against the Bank of Japan is in the works for the new year.

The House of Representatives doesn't return until Monday, but there was still a bustle of activity on the immigration issue in Washington this week, including a strong statement from President Trump. Pres. Trump met with a group of Republican Senators at the White House on Thursday to discuss progress on the different DACA amnesty proposals floating around the Senate. The President made it clear from the beginning, and put several of the Senators on notice, by saying that he would accept nothing less than an end to Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery in exchange for an amnesty for DACA recipients. "Any legislation on DACA must secure the border with a wall, it must give our immigration officers the resources they need to stop illegal immigration and also to stop visa overstays and, crucially, the legislation must end chain migration. It must end the visa lottery."
Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) were in attendance and agreed with the President. But Trump's comments were directed more at the pro-amnesty Senators in attendance, including Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), and James Lankford (R-Okla.). All three have been working with Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) on legislation that would offer amnesty to the much larger group of "Dreamers" paired with a few minor improvements along the U.S.-Mexico border. However, if other media reports from yesterday are true, it appears that Sens. Tillis and Lankford have left (or been kicked out of) the Durbin/Graham amnesty group because of the group's unwillingness to pair ending Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery with amnesty legislation. (For activists living in North Carolina and Oklahoma, we've posted a new action on your Action Board that you can send to Sens. Tillis and Lankford.) We expect these White House meetings to continue over the next few weeks, involving not only the Senators who attended yesterday's meeting, but also Democratic Senators. Before Thursday's meeting, Congressional leaders met with senior White House officials on Wednesday to discuss spending legislation that must be passed by Jan. 19 to avoid a government shutdown. Democrats have again indicated that they would make an amnesty for DACA recipients a condition for the must-pass legislation. But after the meeting, it appeared that Republican Leaders and the White House budget negotiators have drawn a line in the sand when it comes to the spending bill. "Today the Republicans and Democrats in Congress shared their priorities for a bipartisan spending agreement. The American people deserve a government that funds our great military, protects our borders, and leads to a more prosperous future for all. It is important that we achieve a two-year agreement that funds our troops and provides for our national security and other critical functions of the Federal government. It also remains important that members of Congress do not hold funding for our troops hostage for immigration policy. We've been clear about these budget priorities from the beginning and hope that further discussions will lead to an agreement soon."

The 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act is well-known for increasing immigration and for ending the national origins quota system that had existed since the 1920s. News stories will often give the misimpression that ending Chain Migration would reverse all of the 1965 Act when actually it wouldn't reverse any of it (moving to a merit-based system, on the other hand would reverse the 1965 bill's priorities). In combination with the existing chain categories, the 1965 Act's changes resulted in the doubling of immigration over the next 25 years.
DHS department heads are drafting a "Buy American, Hire American" proposal that would prevent H-1B visa extensions beyond the six-year limit. If implemented, the proposed regulations would likely stop more than 100,000 foreign workers with pending green card applications from keeping their H-1B visas beyond the allowed two three-year terms, creating job opportunities for higher-skilled Americans.
President Trump delivered a speech on December 18 outlining his National Security Strategy, a document required each year from the executive branch by Congress. Reiterating themes that won him the 2016 election, President Trump gave strong indications that immigration policy will be at the forefront of his Administration's efforts in 2018.
The Orange County Sheriff's Department this week terminated its 287(g) agreement with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which allowed deputies to inform immigration agents about criminal aliens in custody. The move came in response to a new state law (SB 54) taking effect on January 1 that prohibits law enforcement agencies from participating in 287(g) and otherwise limits cooperation with ICE. Orange County (OC) Sheriff Sandra Hutchens and the state sheriff's association opposed the sanctuary law, but now all sheriffs must comply.
The recently released Yearbook of Immigration Statistics for 2016 shows us that family-based immigration is the main driver of admission numbers, and that Chain Migration was well over 250,000 in 2016. All together, admissions in Chain Migration extended family categories in 2016 were 307,197.

Another year has passed quicker than ever, full of events that have given you a tremendous lift for what is coming. As the years have flown by since the present Age commenced in 2012 so things are starting to take shape that will signal the reality of the New Age. So to say, the dust has settled and now you should be able to see the beginning of changes that are going to carry you forward. As you must already be aware, much is being held back until the right time to be released, and that really means the safe time. After all of the planning and preparations that have been made they will not be spoilt by rushing them into being. Indeed, there are a number of issues involved and as long as everything is done at the appropriate time, you will enjoy a period of great upliftment. The last thing that is needed is the interference from those who would rather maintain the old energies. Their efforts to do so no longer carry any real power and they are destined to failure. They are the architects of their own demise and will be left to experience the result of their chosen activities.
Dear Ones never lose sight of the fact that you are well past the marker of 2012 and ever since that time, many Lightworkers have been able to progress and prepare for the times to come. Much has already been prepared so that when circumstances permit, you will be able to enjoy the prospect of many advancements that can commence in comparative safety. Then you shall see what you have been waiting for and Humanity will be overjoyed at the results. By focussing on the future you will be helping to speed up it’s manifestation, because you do have a hand in determining how things work out. Naturally there are always greater powers that control events and protect Humanity so that their decisions are honoured. After all, it is you who have helped pave the way forward and passed the marker that allowed Humanity to continue progressing in the higher vibrations.
The surprise for you was having left the old vibrations behind, you also gained a new start with as you would say “a clean sheet” with none of the old energies remaining. The most exciting prospect is the eventual appearance of a number of Extraterrestrials who are strongly associated with the Human Race. They have followed your progress for thousands of years and helped you along, without infringing your freewill. You may be new souls in terms of time as you know it, but in reality you are very old souls that have been around for eons of time. As Human Beings you are adding to your existing experience, so that eventually you can become mentors to others who can benefit from it. It is normal for those who have become well advanced to help others who follow on, and can benefit from their experience. Can you see how eventually groups grow bigger and bigger, as more evolved souls join them.
In reality you are helped to evolve at every step you take that carries you onwards and upwards. Bear in mind that at a certain point in your evolution, you will all become Beings of Light, and dispense with whatever physical form you had previously. However, where needs arise you can “think” yourself into whatever form of body you need. Even now you are beginning to develop the power of creation, and it means that as the vibrations continue to lift up, Humanity will have a greater say in how it evolves. It is why we have already given you a cautionary note to be positive about what you wish for, as you can never be sure how it will turn out in the future. Obviously when you evolve to the point where your thoughts are centred upon the needs of others, you will have realised that many evolved souls can also foresee your needs, and if necessary meet them providing they are essential for your continued evolution.
It has been a very long time since you reached this point in your evolution. Take it with both hands and more than ever before, focus on what you want out of life as you now have every chance of being successful. Bear in mind that much of what we talk about is your potential as your time line is opening up before you, and exactly what path it takes is down to your collective focus. Some may wonder how the dark Ones are kept at bay, and we have to say whilst they are still a threat but their power is being curtailed. They will continue to be denied the resources they have previously plundered from others, and funding their operations will be found to be their Achilles heel. There is no way that they will be able to indefinitely fund their activities, as many of those channels are being closed.
Humanity is being given a massive opportunity to pave the way to Ascension, so that all souls that are ready to ascend can claim success. Naturally we talk of events that are to come, and in some cases quite a few years away. In some instances the timing is out of your hands as the bigger picture entails much organisation that reaches out to your friends in Space, who are pleased to help you succeed. Many of you have already gone through Ascension in former lives, but have come back to offer your experience where needed. Be assured that your Galactic friends are only too pleased to help you on your path to becoming Galactic Beings.
It is time for Humanity to come of age, and so much help is waiting to step out of the shadows. Your success in overcoming the lower vibrations was as you might say “touch and go” and those of you who are already of the Light played a considerable part in helping lift up the vibrations. Having reached this stage, there is absolutely no reason why you should not go from strength to strength, and no way that you should have to experience the lower vibrations again. The immediate plan covers reduction in hostilities between nations, and many of your Indigo children are now young adults fully equipped to handle the problems being experienced on Earth. They are old souls with so much experience, and will see solutions to problems that presently seem unsurmountable. Your future will be safe in their hands, and they will come to the fore at the right time.
With each New Year much is promised, and slowly but surely people will step forward when they see they have the answers to age old problems that are holding up progress. You will not have long to wait to identify the “new ones” who came to Earth in great numbers specifically to help Humanity. With help from such evolved Beings coming to Earth in greater numbers, the future looks very bright. So take note of their opinions, because the young ones are old souls who have come specifically to help Humanity through the challenges that are yet to come. You cannot fail unless many of you go “Off the Rails” and with so much help that is not a prospect that will even be considered.

SHIFTING Matter ~ Shifting Consciousness ~ AS Light
While you appear to be at least in part ~ still living in the OLD World. The restructuring of Consciousness ~ as LIGHT ~ being Matter ~ is re patterning itself, as I write.
The Shattering of the old patterning ~ allows the new thought processes ~ to emerge. As the old does not function in the new and the new does not function in the old.
Sort of Like Being tossed in an OCEAN ~ and you are learning to swim for the first time.
There will appear to be NO order.
Yet ~ there is Divine Order and the New Restructuring is RELEASING all the old patterns. The memories too ~ they leave ~ when ready.
And the searching through consciousness, so to speak, begins to appear like peering into the Void of non knowingness. With the foothold ~ being nothing. There is nothing to grasp on to.
This STATE ~ is a welcome state ~ it makes things and life appear messy with no order.
YET it is the perfect of order ~ of the Higher Levels.

Today I wish to write a little bit regarding some of the readers’ unhappiness with our choice for adding political articles on the web page.

We share everything in connection with the process of ascension. Politics plays a huge role in this as well whether we like it not. Politics are used in the Higher Dimensions also for those that were not aware of this. As a matter of fact “politics” was used to convince many negative factions of ET’s to lay their hands off of Earth so we can move forward with this process.
One of the main reasons our world is in this dire situation today is because people did not pay attention to what was happening in politics and behind the scenes, they blindly trusted their so called leaders and were duped into a system of enslavement.
Now, I for one do not care or align with any political or religious party, political correctness or political “wrongness” and other ideologies created for the purpose of causing distraction, hatred, and chaos in our world.
However, this current president of America was chosen not just by the people but by a group of Higher Dimensional beings who not only saw potential in this individual but who also is fearless and would not hesitate to act against the Cabal regime once the truth was shared with him. Let us be clear on this, Donald Trump is NOT acting alone. He is being guided by positive groups of beings who have the best interest for humanity and Earth. Step by step as how to totally bring down the Cabal. If he did not have the support of those beings 1) he would have been forced to start an all out world war, 2) he would have been assasinated all ready, or told to resign.

FIFTH U.S. CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS has issued a stunning ruling admitting that the United States and the federal courts have been systematically misapplying the income tax as a non-apportioned direct tax for decades. The clear implication is that literally trillions of dollars have been improperly taken from their rightful owners. The further implication is that 100s of men and women– perhaps even 1000s– have been victims of legal harassment and intimidation, property seizures, character assassination and even imprisonment, all based on a fraud.
At the same time, it is clear that the explosive (and, some would say, republic-eroding) growth of the federal government over the same period has been financed by this same scheme.
THE PARADIGM-SHATTERING ADMISSION by the panel of the circuit court (which has since been replicated in other circuits, as well) came in a ruling reported as Parker v. Comm’r, 724 F.2d 469 Alton Parker, an otherwise unremarkable “Fifth Amendment” tax protestor, had appealed a Tax Court decision finding him liable for taxes on conceded taxable activity.
In the appellate court, Parker raised an additional argument beyond the confused notion that completing a tax form amounted to “self-incrimination”. Parker also squarely challenged the appellate court with the assertion that, as put by the panel, “the IRS and the government in general, including the judiciary, mistakenly interpret the 16 amendment as allowing a direct tax on property (wages, salaries, commissions, etc.) without apportionment.”
The circuit court panel found itself unable to dispute Parker’s allegation, and ultimately admitted its accuracy. THE ADMISSION BY THE COURT IS (perhaps unsurprisingly) circumspectly and even deceptively made. It takes the form of a complete misrepresentation of an old (but still standing and widely-cited) ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, declaring the high court to have said exactly the opposite of what it actually says. (See the misrepresentation, and what the Supreme Court actually says, here.)
Despite the awkwardness of this approach, however, the circuit court’s evasion of Parker’s allegation constitutes a definitive admission of its accuracy under routine principles of law.
As the Supreme Court puts it, …”Indeed, as Mr. Justice Brandeis declared, speaking for a unanimous court in the Tod case, supra, which involved a deportation: “Silence is often evidence of the most persuasive character.” 263 U.S at 263 U. S. 153-154.
And just last Term, in Hale, supra, the Court recognized that “[f]ail… Plainly, an outright falsehood in response to an assertion is the equivalent of silence as meant in these statements of the law by the high court. In fact, falsehood such as that resorted to by the Fifth Circuit panel simply makes clear that the circuit court recognized its duty to have validly objected to the assertion presented had it been able to do so, thus making its failure to do so that much more plainly an admission of the assertion’s accuracy.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PREDICT how extensively the Parker court’s admission of the misapplication of the income tax will be called upon in legal actions for redress sure to come from victims of what is now acknowledged to have been abusive– if not criminal– behavior by government, tax agency, and judicial officials under the auspices of tax law.

Africa is ancient.
The oldest known continent on the earth's surface. As such, many of its sub-terrainian rock formations are incredibly dense and loaded with valuable minerals.
Now the term "Rare Earth Element" (REE) is commonly used to describe 15 chemically similar, lanthanide elements which appear together towards the bottom of the Periodic Table.
2 other elements, yttrium and scandium, which have similar chemical properties, are often also referred to as rare earths.
REEs can be divided into "light" rare earths and "heavy" rare earths, both are present to varying degrees in all rare earth deposits.
REEs are therefore recovered and processed together before sequential separation into individual rare earth elements.
Prices for individual REEs in pure oxide form can vary significantly with, generally speaking, the heavy rare earths trading at higher values.
The oxides produced from processing rare earths are collectively referred to as rare earth oxides.
Although REEs are relatively common in the earth’s crust, they often do not occur in high enough concentrations, or occur along with high levels of radioactive elements to make their extraction economic.
The oxides that are produced from processing the rare earth elements constitute the basic material that can be sold to the market or further processed into metals or alloys.
At present almost all rare earth metal production comes from China and Mongolia, with Chinese output accounting for over 95% of global production.
Mines and processed REEs are then used in the manufacture of a wide variety of consumer electronics, green technology and transportation industry.
This need for continuous REE exports has been realized by the US, Japan and the EU who are all now seeking new sources of REE mining from companies outside of China.
Because there are 2 principal uses of REEs: 1) magnets and 2) phosphors, which accounts for 70% of the value while accounting for just 30% of rare earth element output; it has allowed China to corner the market worldwide.
Other major rare earth mineral application categories include luminescence, metal alloy/batteries, catalysts and glass and polishing and ceramics.
REEs have also emerged in some minerals such as tantalite and lithium, that are considered to be ‘rare earth minerals’ but more plentiful. They are turning into the minerals of tomorrow because of rapid advancement in modern technologies (some of which have yet to be released into mass production).
Tantalite is at the moment being used on China’s railway systems as well as in the production of information communication technology equipment such as cellphones. And among other functions, lithium is used in the production of electric car batteries.
In 2016, the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) said that Zimbabwe is a top five lithium producer in the world, with rich untapped, surface deposits waiting to be mined.
But given the advanced age of current Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe (94), there is much speculation as to what happens after he dies or retires.
One suggestion is that Zimbabwe will be fast tracked in from the cold economically, and both China and Russia will provide the necessary mining funds (and technology) to this unjustly repressed nation (due to crippling western banking and export sanctions) and help rebuild Zimbabwe into something closer to a Republic of South Africa model.
Under this approach, Zimbabwe’s abundant natural resources will be quickly surveyed, and where commercial, brought quickly into production and then sold onto the open global market. All future products of the world will require these REEs, including children's toys, medical devices, food supply, environmental housing and progressive energy / waste solutions.
This will create a great scramble for Africa’s most vast deposits of natural and critical resources, as the world’s largest mining companies from Russia and China who are already in-country and have made all the initial "ramp up" investments, will look to permanently corner both the raw material and distribution chains.
Zimbabwe is already the largest lithium producer in Africa, and the world’s 5th top lithium-producing country. And they are expected to slot into second by 2025 behind only China. But China is committed to controlling the price of lithium and thus it's supply and demand.
This alone will neutralize any technological advantage the western world had over the eastern world. And it will empower people of color like never before in the history of humanity.
And as soon as 2020, a reformed Zimbabwe will again be the leading economy in Africa and premier mineral producers of the world.
Because Zimbabwe has the 2nd largest deposit of platinum in the world; 30% of all known global alluvial (raw) diamonds reserves; largest known gold deposits in Africa (13 million metric tonnes); plus vast base metal deposits such as nickel, copper, zinc, iron ore and lead; as well as a plethora of industrial minerals like limestone, phosphate, clay and dolomite.
And most importantly, 90% of all Zimbabwe's in-ground tangible assets are still classified as un-mined.
This plain fact in combination with the global market for REEs expected to double every 3-5 years over the next 5 decades, makes for an economic launch pad unseen in the history of modern finance--and all 100% hard asset backed.

We, the Star Councils of Light, are de-lighted to enter into this portal with you, dear Earth people – the portal of 2018, in your time line. We bring you news that will excite you beyond measure – those of you who are ready for change! For those of you who are fearful of change – who are reluctant to let go of the safety of the shore and glide with the current of life’s stream into the new reality – you may experience cynical or doubting thoughts and emotions as you hear our words. But you will feel an underlying excitement, nevertheless, at the future possibilities we describe. And if you allow yourselves to move with that excitement, you will quickly dissolve the resistance that holds you back.
Our news is this – that your abilities to perceive that which has previously been invisible or inaudible are in 2018 catapulted into manifestation. In other words, the time is now for these extra-sensory perception skills to manifest in your reality. It will be as if the abilities you have in your dream state – to experience other-worldly realities – are crossing over into your consciously perceived AWAKE reality. You have experienced the ability to FLY in your dreams; to teleport; to travel through space without vehicles, have you not? You have entered worlds of light and colour that are not of your 3-D realm, have you not?
And we say to you that you are able to both do and perceive many of these things in your awake state – as your greater Light Body is activated, and as you master the ability to hold a certain Light frequency at will. These are the steps that you naturally gravitate towards in this time period, as they are a part of your evolutionary process. There is a particular extra-sensory skill that we wish to speak of now, and which we will assist you in mastering in this message. It is the ability to use sound as a healing, transformational and activational tool.
SOUND HEALING/ACTIVATION EXERCISE:
Step 1: We ask you to tune into this ability now by listening to a piece of music, and noticing the effect that it has on you. Is your auric field expanding or contracting while you listen? Do you feel yourself grounding or centering – or are you being lifted into a higher vibration – or both? Do you feel your emotions raising towards happiness or descending into fear? This is your first task in this lesson: to learn how to tune in when listening to a piece of music, and to observe carefully how your emotions and energy are being affected by the sound. It is a meditation on sound, as such – and for some of you this is enough, to simply learn how to change your mood, or open your chakras and energy field, or heal parts of your body, through listening to music and receiving it in a new, more conscious way. This will lead you to listen to music more often, to choose the music you play more carefully, to spontaneously dance more, and to become conscious of the effect different pieces have on your mind, body and emotions.
Step 2: When you have found one or more pieces of music that you like and find uplifting, close your eyes and see if you can perceive any colour or shapes being created by the sounds. It is possible to open your inner vision through your intention, and actually see wave lengths, vibration, sacred geometry or colour that is being generated by or which a part of the music. This is a natural skill of yours, you have simply not been encouraged to do it. Try this exercise when in a group, or with your children, and see what comes up – you will be encouraged in your efforts as several of you experience similar shapes and colours being created by the music. In this process you will be remembering your ancient Atlantean skills with sound – learning how to see and feel sound, rather than only hear it.
Step 3: Now you are ready to use sound as a healing or activating force. You can train yourself to do this if you are willing to put in some practise, and if you allow yourself to feel a sense of excitement when reading our words. Trust that you have this ability, and you are already more than half-way to its manifestation!
Begin by experimenting with making your own sounds – both through toning with your own voice, and through playing instruments and singing bowls. It matters not if this is the first time you have ever tried this. Let go of your self-consciousness, and move into the sounds. This exercise requires open-ness, a sense of freedom and experimentation. You can begin with the intention of using sounds to open, balance, or reconnect specific chakras – or to bring light/colour/energy into parts of your body that are out of alignment. Do not expect to get the right sound immediately – just relax your mouth, let it change shape as the sounds come out, and experiment. Continue to open your inner vision to see the vibrations, waves, shapes and colours that are created by or present within the sounds.
Perhaps the most awesome context in which you can use these sound skills are in healing any aspect of your 3-D world – and in particular, the aspects of your natural world which have been polluted, resulting in the suffering of physical beings - plant, mineral, animal and human beings included. You can, individually or in groups, focus on dissolving pollution or contamination in specific areas. Even the pollution of the collective unconscious, which holds thought forms and beliefs harmful to our society can be transmuted into the light through sound.
If you are inspired to work with sound in this way, you will be guided as to when and how to chant/sing/tone out to that part of the world, holding a clear vision of the pollution being dissolved through the sound that is being used. Even a few minutes of sounding, coupled with a crystal clear intention, can effect a change for the good! What is essential is that the sound is produced with an open and happy heart, and with an absolute trust that the healing is possible – with the attitude that the desired result is, in fact, already in progress. It is this passion; this trust; this optimism which allows the magic to unfold.
This is of course true in the process of manifesting every aspect of your lives. It is your attitude which is all-important, and the degree to which you decide to trust the unfolding process. When you resist change and focus on what you do not desire, so you unfailingly create more of the same. Same-old; same-old. Time after time, he was pushed to narrow his demands for what has to be in any immigration deal in Congress. And every time, those precious words came out of his mouth -- "Chain" and "Lottery" -- about what any bill has to eliminate. They are happy to have them continue to add at least 300,000 new immigrants every year with lifetime work permits to compete for wages, for jobs, for taxpayer-funded benefits, for infrastructure. Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery are the key reasons why demographers say immigration is set to add another 100 million people to our local American communities this century. Very few Americans believe that will make the quality of life better for the American people.

The unmanned Falcon rocket blasted off from Cape Canaveral on Sunday night, carrying the satellite toward an undisclosed orbit.

BELOW IS A LIST OF PHONE NUMBERS of the Members of Congress who met with Trump at the White House Tuesday and are said to be meeting again today to hammer out the details of an immigration deal that could get a congressional vote next week.

3. If you are really revved up, call anybody else on the list that you've been hankering to try to influence.

If you are ready to make that call, scroll down, get your number and phone your message that any immigration deal must -- at a minimum -- end Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery, and mandate E-Verify. But you might want to read a little background first.
TRUMP STAYS TRUE TO ENDING CHAIN & LOTTERY If you were watching the live coverage of the meeting, you heard the President say some things that sounded like he supported Congress passing a "clean" DACA amnesty of some sort without any other provisions of note. But as the meeting ended, it became clear that Pres. Trump and Sen. Durbin (D-Ill.) meant different things when they called for a clean, or simple, DACA bill. Most journalists picked up on that and reported that Trump's idea of a simple DACA bill was one not limited to helping young-adult illegal aliens (DACA recipients) and further securing the border, but also to ending Chain Migration and ending the Visa Lottery. So, Trump was staying true to a message he has been pounding for weeks. That in itself is a great victory for our cause.
WE 'REBUKED' TRUMP ABOUT PUTTING MANDATORY E-VERIFY OFF UNTIL LATER
Unfortunately, the meeting didn't highlight mandating E-Verify. Although on the President's list of 70 immigration wishes, it has never been on the President's short list -- or the tip of his tongue. Mandating E-Verify and removing the jobs magnet is the only way that a DACA amnesty won't entice millions more illegal aliens to settle in the U.S. and illegally take American jobs. I immediately sent out a statement to all the news media. Among those who picked it up was the New York Times which lauded what it called the President's "pivot" toward an amnesty but said the pivot "drew swift rebukes" from immigration activists like us at NumbersUSA: "Roy Beck, the executive director of NumbersUSA, which pushes for reducing immigration, said the deal that Mr. Trump envisioned, like previous grants of amnesty, would bolster both illegal and legal immigration levels, flooding the American labor market.
"Amnesty-now and enforcement/reform-later agreements always fail the American people," Mr. Beck said in a statement. "President Trump must hold fast to his compact with American workers to greatly reduce both the illegal and legal competition from mass migration."
TIME TO MAKE A PHONE CALL
If you haven't made a call to Congress before, it can be as easy as saying: "My name is xxxxx. I know (Sen./Rep. xmxmxmx) is negotiating with the President about an immigration deal. The three most important things are (1) ending Chain Migration, (2) ending the Visa Lottery, and (3) requiring every employer to use E-Verify. Thank you." It's that simple. You can say more. But you don't have to say any more than that to make a difference. Why are those three the most important actions? IT'S THE NUMBERS. The DACA amnesty supporters are talking about work permits for 700,000 to 800,000 people. Ending Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery would reduce lifetime work permits to legal immigrants by at least 3 MILLION in the first decade alone. And mandatory E-Verify not only would stop most future illegal workers but would gradually drive out hundreds of thousands (even millions) of illegal aliens who now hold U.S. jobs from holding them in the future. You'll notice that more than half the names on this list have long-time open-borders, immigration-expansionist records. THEY NEED TO HEAR WHAT YOU WANT MORE THAN ANY OF THEM because they may not really understand the depth of what polls say is the majority voter opinion in favor of all three of our top priorities.

On Friday night, Tucker Carlson's top-rated Fox News show featured our new NumbersUSA immigration poll in a segment. Quoting the results of the poll.
Tucker argued that likely voters overwhelmingly support FOUR THINGS:
(1) Ending Chain Migration: 57% for ending, to 30% for keeping
(2) Abolishing the Visa Lottery: 60% for abolishing, to 29% for keeping
(3) Requiring E-Verify be used to check every new hire: 57% for requiring, to 23% against
(4) Cutting legal immigration by half or more: 60% for half a million or less, only 23% for the current million or more.
Tucker said he was shocked that some Senate Republicans already appeared to be caving to Democrats:
"[Republicans] should able to come together to pass a far more popular form of immigration reform. Yet, somehow, that's not happening. In fact, the opposite is happening. Apparently, a number of Republican senators are prepared to cave completely to Democrats on this question, agreeing to amnesty with no serious concessions in return. "If you see that kind of deal come out of Congress, and you may, the Republican Party is done. It's over. It's toast. It will be a short epitaph, too. Suicide." Pres. Trump has been pretty consistent that ending chain migration and the visa lottery and funding a border wall are his preconditions to any deal to somehow legalize DACA recipients. Monday, our president Roy Beck wrote most of our members, announcing a series of phone campaigns to tell Congress that any "deal" reached has to include ending chain migration, abolishing the visa lottery, and mandate E-Verify. But, if a bill is negotiated that is against the interests of the American people . . . we will kill it.
As Roy stated:
"Friends, we've not had a chance like this during our 21 years of fighting for sensible immigration policies." Roy went on to say that Congressional leaders are negotiating all week with the White House.
He added:
FRIENDS, DEALS ARE BEING MADE AND YOU HAVE TO ACT NOW IF YOU WANT TO BE PART OF DECIDING WHAT THE DEALS LOOK LIKE."
Finally, Roy announced, on Monday, that:

Get ready to imagine a world without the post office. They are so deeply in financial trouble that there is probably no way to sustain it long term. Email, Fed Ex, and UPS have just about wiped out the minimum revenue needed to keep the post office alive. Most of your mail every day is junk mail and bills.
2. The Check
Britain is already laying the groundwork to do away with checks by 2018. It costs the financial system billions of dollars a year to process checks. Plastic cards and online transactions will lead to the eventual demise of the check. This plays right into the death of the post office. If you never paid your bills by mail and never received them by mail, the post office would absolutely go out of business.
3. The Newspaper
The younger generation simply doesn't read the newspaper. They certainly don't subscribe to a daily delivered print edition. That may go the way of the milkman and the laundry man. As for reading the paper online, get ready to pay for it. The rise in mobile Internet devices and e-readers has caused all the newspaper and magazine publishers to form an alliance. They have met with Apple, Amazon, and the major cell phone companies to develop a model for paid subscription services.
4. The Book
You say you will never give up the physical book that you hold in your hand and turn the literal pages I said the same thing about downloading music from iTunes. I wanted my hard copy CD. But I quickly changed my mind when I discovered that I could get albums for half the price without ever leaving home to get the latest music. The same thing will happen with books. You can browse a bookstore online and even read a preview chapter before you buy. And the price is less than half that of a real book. And think of the convenience! Once you start flicking your fingers on the screen instead of the book, you find that you are lost in the story, can't wait to see what happens next, and you forget that you're holding a gadget instead of a book.
5. The Land Line Telephone
Unless you have a large family and make a lot of local calls, you don't need it anymore. Most people keep it simply because they've always had it. But you are paying double charges for that extra service. All the cell phone companies will let you call customers using the same cell provider for no charge against your minutes.
6. Music
This is one of the saddest parts of the change story. The music industry is dying a slow death. Not just because of illegal downloading. It's the lack of innovative new music being given a chance to get to the people who would like to hear it. Greed and corruption is the problem. The record labels and the radio conglomerates are simply self-destructing. Over 40% of the music purchased today is "catalogue items," meaning traditional music that the public is familiar with. Older established artists. This is also true on the live concert circuit. 7. Television Revenues
To the networks are down dramatically. Not just because of the economy. People are watching TV and movies streamed from their computers. And they're playing games and doing lots of other things that take up the time that used to be spent watching TV. Prime time shows have degenerated down to lower than the lowest common denominator. Cable rates are skyrocketing and commercials run about every 4 minutes and 30 seconds. I say good riddance to most of it. It's time for the cable companies to be put out of our misery. Let the people choose what they want to watch online and through Netflix.
8. The "Things" That You Own
Many of the very possessions that we used to own are still in our lives, but we may not actually own them in the future. They may simply reside in "the cloud." Today your computer has a hard drive and you store your pictures, music, movies, and documents. Your software is on a CD or DVD, and you can always re-install it if need be. But all of that is changing. Apple, Microsoft, and Google are all finishing up their latest "cloud services." That means that when you turn on a computer, the Internet will be built into the operating system. So, Windows, Google, and the Mac OS will be tied straight into the Internet. If you click an icon, it will open something in the Internet cloud. If you save something, it will be saved to the cloud. And you may pay a monthly subscription fee to the cloud provider. In this virtual world, you can access your music or your books, or your whatever from any laptop or handheld device. That's the good news. But, will you actually own any of this "stuff" or will it all be able to disappear at any moment in a big "Poof?" Will most of the things in our lives be disposable and whimsical? It makes you want to run to the closet and pull out that photo album, grab a book from the shelf, or open up a CD case and pull out the insert.
9. Joined Handwriting (Cursive Writing)
Already gone in some schools who no longer teach "joined handwriting" because nearly everything is done now on computers or keyboards of some type (pun not intended)
10. Privacy
If there ever was a concept that we can look back on nostalgically, it would be privacy. That's gone. It's been gone for a long time anyway.. There are cameras on the street, in most of the buildings, and even built into your computer and cell phone. But you can be sure that 24/7, "They" know who you are and where you are, right down to the GPS coordinates, and the Google Street View. If you buy something, your habit is put into a zillion profiles, and your ads will change to reflect those habits.. "They" will try to get you to buy something else. Again and again and again.
All we will have left that which can't be changed.......are our "Memories".

11= Reflects Transformation from the physical into the Divine
Our Father-Mother God and the entire Company of Heaven are sending their Infinite Gratitude to the Lightworkers who were physically present and the thousands of Lightworkers around the world who consciously wove their Light into our Planetary Grid of Transfiguring Divine Love. This occurred during our first Free Seminar for 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona. Our God Parents are also sending their blessings to the I AM Presences of the rest of Humanity who participated in this opportunity to add to the Light of the world, whether the person was consciously aware of it or not.
Phoenix was the ideal location for this initial expansion of our newly empowered Planetary Grid of Transfiguring Divine Love. The Phoenix Bird rising from the ashes is the perfect metaphor for the New Earth of Love and Oneness rising out of the ashes of the old Earth of separation and duality.
Through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth our Father-Mother God were able to breathe higher frequencies of Transfiguring Divine Love than we have ever experienced into our grid. This Divine Light will bathe the Earth for the entire month amplifying the Lightwork of every single person a thousandfold. With every Outbreath, my God Parents open my Heart Chakra to new breadths and project their Divine Love and Power into the physical plane of Earth.
Through this activity of Light, the portal within my right-brain hemisphere and my Heart Chakra, through which the Love of my Mother God originally flowed to bless all Life on Earth, is once again opening to full breadth.
As the full Divine Potential of my Mother God’s Pink Flame of Love pulsates through my Heart Chakra, it is brought into perfect balance with my Father God’s Blue Flame of Divine Power which is also pulsating within the Divinity of my Heart.

On the Holy Breath, my return to Christ Consciousness and my inner journey back to my Father-Mother God are balanced with my outer service to Humanity and all Life. It is within this balance that I open my Heart Chakra once again to the perpetual flow of my Mother God’s pure Divine Love.
My Father God’s Blue Flame of Power and my Mother God’s Pink Flame of Divine Love are now balanced within my Heart Flame. These two aspects of my Father-Mother God now merge into the magnificent Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection. This Sacred Fire blazes up from my Heart Chakra and expands into my physical brain structure activating my pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus glands, and the ganglionic center at the base of my brain.
The activation of my spiritual brain centers creates the sacred space for the opening of my Crown Chakra. As this occurs, a greatly intensified frequency of the Yellow-gold Flame of Christ Consciousness begins flowing from the very Heart of God into the Planetary Grid of Transfiguring Divine Love. These brand new frequencies of Christ Consciousness now flow through my I AM Presence and my Crown Chakra into my pineal gland.
With this influx of Light the highest frequencies of Christ Consciousness that I AM capable of integrating flow through my pineal gland into my mental and emotional bodies. As I return to Christ Consciousness, my heart and mind are recalibrated to higher frequencies of Divine Love, Oneness and Reverence for All Life than I have experienced since Humanity’s fall from Grace aeons ago. Lockheed Martin's secretive Skunk Works unit may have already finished making the radical hypersonic update of the long-retired Mach 3 SR-71 Blackbird spy plane. Jack O’Banion, Vice President of Strategy and Customer Requirements, Advanced Development Programs for Lockheed Martin, let slip at a conference the UNmanned aircraft has already been made. Speaking at The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics SciTech Forum, he showed a slide of a digital mockup of the craft, and said: "Without the digital transformation, the aircraft you see there could not have been made."

"In fact, five years ago, it could not have been made." O’Banion also said the aircraft will have a "digital twin" that knows every part on the aircraft. "Talking about speed, you're talking about hypersoncs, aircraft that operate above mach 5," he added. According to Aviation Week late last year, a technology demonstrator, believed to be an UNmanned subscale aircraft, was observed flying into the U.S. Air Force's Plant 42 at Palmdale, where Skunk Works is headquartered, in July. The SR-72 hypersonic plane will be a strike and reconnaissance aircraft that tops Mach 6, and the firm has been working on the project since the early 2000s.

"Although I can't go into specifics, let us just say the Skunk Works team in Palmdale, California, is doubling down on our commitment to speed," Orlando Carvalho, executive vice president of aeronautics at Lockheed Martin, told the SAE International Aerotech Congress and Exhibition. "Simply put, I believe the United States is on the verge of a hypersonics revolution." Hypersonic technologies, including a combined cycle propulsion system that blends a rocket engine and a supersonic jet engine, are now sufficiently advanced to allow the planned SR-72 project to begin, it is believed. "We've been saying hypersonics is two years away for the last 20 years, but all I can say is the technology is mature and we, along with Darpa and the services, are working hard to get that capability into the hands of our war fighters as soon as possible," Rob Weiss, Lockheed Martin's executive vice president and general manager for Advanced Development Programs, previously told Aviation Week.
The RECORD BREAKING BLACKBIRD SR-71
The SR-71 was the world's fastest and highest-flying operational manned aircraft throughout its career. On July 28 1976 it broke the world record for absolute altitude -- reaching 85,069 feet.
· That same day a different SR-71 set an absolute speed record of 2,193.2 mph -- a record it still holds today.
· The plane was so fast that it could outrun surface-to-air missiles as it traveled close to the edge of space at about 85,000 feet, or about 16 miles above the earth.
On July 28 1976 it broke the world record for absolute altitude -- reaching 85,069 feet If a surface-to-air missile launch was detected, the standard evasive action was simply to accelerate and out fly the missile. The plane flew so high above the Earth's surface that Joersz said there was no real sense of speed at all with the clouds so far below. A total of 32 of the aircraft were built which flew from 1964 to 1999; 12 were lost in accidents, but NONE were shot down by enemies. Lockheed's previous reconnaissance aircraft was the relatively slow U-2, designed for the CIA.
The plane's titanium skin was capable of surviving temperatures up to 482C In late 1957, the CIA approached the defense contractor Lockheed to build an UNdetectable spy plane and within ten months they had come up with the design for the Blackbird. Flying at 80,000 ft meant that crews could not use standard masks, which would not provide enough oxygen above 43,000 ft, so specialist protective pressurized suits were made. The plane's titanium skin was capable of surviving temperatures up to 482C. "I can't give you any timelines or any specifics on the capabilities," he said. "It is all very sensitive. Some of our adversaries are moving along these lines pretty quickly and it is important we stay quiet about what is going on. We can acknowledge the general capability that's out there, but any program specifics are off limits." It is expected to be around the same size as an F-22 and powered by a full-scale, combined cycle engine. Envisioned as an unmanned aircraft, the SR-72 would fly at speeds up to Mach 6, or six times the speed of sound, Lockheed Martin has said previously.
The image was revealed as part of a slide on how Lockheed Martin is using "disruptive designs" At this speed, the aircraft would be so fast, an adversary would have no time to react or hide. "Hypersonic aircraft, coupled with hypersonic missiles, could penetrate denied airspace and strike at nearly any location across a continent in less than an hour," said Brad Leland, Lockheed Martin program manager, Hypersonics. "Speed is the next aviation advancement to counter emerging threats in the next several decades. The technology would be a game-changer in theater, similar to how stealth is changing the battlespace today."

Lockheed Martin and Aerojet Rocketdyne have been working together since 2006 on work to integrate an off-the-shelf turbine with a scramjet to power an aircraft with a combined cycle propulsion system from standstill to Mach 6 "The combined cycle work is still occurring and obviously a big breakthrough in the air-breathing side of hypersonics is the propulsion system," Weiss revealed. "The technology of the 'air breather has been matured and work is continuing on those capabilities to demonstrate that they are ready to go and be fielded." It comes as Boeing has pledged to make hypersonic passengers planes a reality -- and says they could be operating within a decade. "I think in the next decade or two you're going to see them become a reality," Boeing Chairman and CEO Dennis Muilenburg told CNBC at the Paris Air Show. However, he admitted the firm still has to prove there are enough people who could afford tickets to make it worthwhile.

NASA recently said it is is seeking proposals for the development of its supersonic X-plane, with plans to begin work as early as next year. The Quiet Supersonic Transport (QueSST) low-boom flight demonstrator aims to produce a much lower 'boom' than other supersonic aircraft, and NASA is hoping to see the first flight tests take place in 2021. Lockheed Martin has been working on the preliminary design, with hopes to move on to build the demonstrator, but NASA has now opened the door for other companies to submit their own designs as well.
Boeing recently won a military contract to build a "big bother" for the secretive X-37b space plane. Boeing declined to say how much it will put into development of the vehicle, which it calls Phantom Express, with DARPA, which is an agency under the U.S. Department of Defense. About the size of a business jet, Phantom Express will take off like a rocket, boost itself beyond the atmosphere and release an expendable second-stage rocket and satellite, then turn around and land like an airplane on a runway. The project, known as the XS-1, is expected to debut in 2020, and military bosses claim it will "bolster national security by providing short-notice, low-cost access to space."

Thanks for all the phenomenal phone calling to Congress every day of the week thus far. Here is our challenge on Day 4: In the highly unusual and largely televised negotiating session with a couple dozen Members of Congress on Tuesday, Pres. Trump sometimes seemed like he was willing to accept a DACA amnesty with some border enforcement and then deal with other immigration goals in a later bill. If so, that would be a disaster. The only leverage he/we have to get passage through the Senate of pro-American immigration changes is for it to be linked with the immigration expansionists' desires for a DACA amnesty. We know from seven past amnesties that once Congress provides the amnesty, nothing positive gets done. So, we need saturation phone calls today to Senators letting them know what we know about that. If eliminating Chain Migration and Visa Lottery are not in a bill that Congress passes to give a DACA amnesty, we're unlikely to ever see a vote on those issues.
TRUMP PROBABLY MORE COMMITTED TO ENDING CHAIN & LOTTERY THAN HE MAY HAVE LOOKED THIS WEEK
The good news is that the President and his staff did several things to show that Trump is still committed to four things in immediate legislative action and not just a DACA amnesty and border security. It is important for you to phone your state's Senators and let them know that you throw your full weight behind those other two factors on Trump's list of four: ending Chain Migration and ending the Visa Lottery. I cannot overstate the power of these Senators' staffers getting calls all day every day from constituents saying that ending Chain and Lottery are top priorities. We don't want them to hear the word "immigration" or "DACA" without thinking of "Chain" and "Lottery." This will happen only from their receiving continuous phone calls every day. I know many of you wonder why we don't just put all our efforts into killing an amnesty. The problem is that the President -- the most committed immigration "hardliner" ever elected President -- really, really wants a DACA amnesty. And so do the congressional Republican leaders and virtually every Democrat in Congress. Our main hope is to add as many positive things as possible to DACA to (1) either cause the Democrats and expansionist Republicans to kill the amnesty, (2) or make the overall bill a net positive if it does pass.
PLEASE CALL SENATORS WITH SOME OF THESE TALKING POINTS

*MUST END all Chain Migration of extended family.

NumbersUSA has been at the forefront of grassroots mobilization against every amnesty since 1996. BUT OUR TOP GOAL IS TO REDUCE IMMIGRATION NUMBERS.
That's why we have endorsed H.R. 4760, the Securing America's Future Act, introduced yesterday by U.S. House Judiciary and Homeland Security Committee and Sub-Committee chairs Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), Michael McCaul (R-Texas), Raul Labrador (R-Idaho) and Martha McSally (R-Ariz.) Below, I will provide you with the details of the bill so you can make your own judgment. Our endorsement is a highly unusual move by us since H.R. 4760 includes three-year work permits which around 700,000 DACA recipients would be able to renew indefinitely for the rest of their lives. In other words, it includes an amnesty. As I noted in my Action Alerts to you this morning, I know many of you may wonder why we aren't just insisting on the good stuff in the bill without accepting the DACA and other negative items. The problem is that Pres. Trump -- the most committed immigration "hardliner" ever elected to the White House -- really, really wants a DACA amnesty. And so do the congressional Republican leaders and virtually every Democrat in Congress. Our main hope to avoid Congress passing an 8th amnesty without beneficial tradeoffs is to push for as many positive things as possible to be added to a DACA solution. H.R. 4760 has met the test of offering something that would be far more positive than harmful to American wage-earners and communities. We believe this is in part a result of the sustained grassroots lobbying that you all have done with Members of the U.S. House for years, and especially the last few months.
THE MAJOR GOOD POINTS of H.R. 4760
These are improvements that we believe we can count on to happen almost automatically after passage of the bill:
*Immediately ceases applications for all Chain Migration categories. (Stopping categories for brothers, sisters, adult children and parents would be a reduction of more than 3 million lifetime immigrant work permits over the first 10 years alone.)
*Erases the 4 million Chain backlog, except for approx. 120,000 scheduled to get green cards in the first year after passage.
*Phases in mandatory E-Verify over a two-year period until all employers would have to be using it. (The reduced number of future and current illegal aliens working U.S. jobs would likely be several million after a few years in comparison to what would happen if we just continue the status quo.)
*Codifies sanctuary cities restrictions so the Justice Department can withhold grants from sanctuary cities and victims can sue cities that have released their illegal-alien attackers.
*Enhances ability of localities to voluntarily enforce immigration laws.
*Includes "Kate's Law" which toughens criminal penalties for deported criminals who illegally return.
*Makes it easier -- through several changes in law -- to remove gang members and other dangerous persons.
*Combats asylum fraud and "frivolous claims."
*Ensures safe and quick return of unaccompanied minors to discourage border surges. The bill "authorizes" several things, but Congress would have to later "appropriate" the funds for any of them to happen. Because you can't count on any of this happening (although it certainly could) I don't consider these as part of the equation in deciding whether the helpfulness of the good points significantly outweighs the harm of the compromises. The bill "authorizes" border wall construction, 5,000 extra Border Patrol Agents, 5,000 extra CBP Officers, full implementation of the biometric entry-exit system at all air, land and sea ports of entry.
COMPROMISES
H.R. 4760 contains all those provisions above that NumbersUSA admires, but it also contains these next provisions that we wish weren't included. But that's the nature of a compromise that gives you victories you could not otherwise obtain.
*Approx. 700,000 young-adult illegal aliens who were given an executive temporary DACA amnesty by Pres. Obama can go through new screening for fraud before being given 3-year, indefinitely renewable temporary worker permits. The numerical ceiling is already set, so we don't have worry that the amnesty would be far bigger than estimated at the beginning.
But the bill's authors expect many of them to eventually obtain a green card through an employer or by marrying a U.S. citizen. I think we should expect that all or most of the recipients of any DACA amnesty will eventually have a path to citizenship. Thus, the positive ingredients of any compromise have to be large enough to justify a "citizenship amnesty" even if citizenship isn't offered at the beginning.
*The Visa Lottery would be abolished. BUT the 55,000 Lottery green cards would be reshuffled into employment categories. A wash on the numbers.
*The agriculture bill that recently passed the House Judiciary Committee is included. It makes it easier for agri-business to recruit guest workers, and to convert their current illegal workers into rotating legal guest workers. That's not bad, especially since ag would finally have to use E-Verify to keep illegal workers off the farms. And the numbers would not be increased since the current ag guest worker program is unlimited. But several thousand of the ag visas could for the first time be used by meatpackers and poultry plants. On balance, we believe the Securing America's Future Act (H.R. 4760) would deliver a significant net improvement to the lives of American wage-earners and communities because it would reduce by millions the number of illegal and legal foreign workers added to compete for jobs and wages in the first 10 years, and far more in later decades.
Most of the net benefit would result from just two of the provisions in the bill
*Elimination of the extended-family Chain Migration categories
*Mandating E-Verify for all employers, which would turn off the jobs magnet for future illegal immigration. By moving us toward an immigration system that better serves the national interest, this bill would keep the promises of candidate Trump and now President Trump whose Administration stated on a talking-points sheet just this week that his top priority in immigration reform is "everyday hardworking American citizens." All the phone calling I'm requesting is aimed at pressing the President to stick to his promises despite huge pressures from powerful interests to do otherwise. One of the main ways to influence the President is for Senators and Representatives to make it clear they won't accept a weak compromise deal. And all of you are the ones who will help those Members of Congress to take that stand. We will be providing you ways to encourage House leaders to bring H.R. 4760 to a vote on the floor. It appears it would pass. But Republican leaders may be afraid to pass a bill that would be so effective in reducing overall immigration. And we will continue to facilitate daily opportunities to emphasize to lawmakers the central importance of ending Chain Migration and mandating E-Verify.
