Setting up Phrases for testing. A brief explanation.
First off, any time you do any testing, you need to be in a quiet place with no distractions.
Phrases can be used for anything that your imagination can come up with. Your imagination is your only limit.
When I start, I have a one word phrase, “Ask”. When I say it, it means that I want to do all the things that I have assigned to the phrase. For example, part of it is that I’m “asking for permission to ask questions for and received accurate answers for ‘.....’ no matter what they are”
“That I want to set up any and all protections that are needed to keep me safe from any unknown entities.”
“To bring me into my alpha state for optimum results.”
“To turn my ego off for the duration of this session and to turn it back on when it’s appropriate” Important, don’t forget to turn it back on.
“To help direct my thoughts to the correct answers.”
“To check to see if any ‘negatives’ or ‘things’ are affecting me in any way, shape, or form and to remove any that may have been found, automatically. The terms “negatives” and “things” are additional key phrase that I have set up.
These are just a few on the phrases that I have assigned to the word ask. You can assign other terms in the main phrase if you like.
The phrases can be set up very easily. Start your session, then ask if you can create a phrase that includes “.......” You will get a yes answer. Then state that you would like to assign the phrase “......” to the term “.......” and that when you say the term “.....” that it is to include the phrase that you just assigned to it. You will get a yes answer. In the future you can do the same thing to add as many things to it as you please. Currently my main phrase is about 3 paragraphs long. It’s much easier to say one word than to read all of it over and over again. These are great little shortcuts that can utilized as often as you want. There is no limit to the size of them too.
