One important factor of kundalini activations during the spiritual ascension process is that no one informed me about what was going to happen to my sleep and that I would feel tired all the time. Actually getting some sleep at night and waking up and feeling somewhat rested became something that happened less and less over time. Maybe this is more of an issue in the western culture, as there is not much energetic space given to people to just rest and explore their spirituality. I find that my body doesn’t turn off until nearly the time the sun is coming up. I’m on watch for the night shift and there is no sensation of deep sleep to be had. Currently, I can barely remember what a restful night of sleep used to feel like, and like many things, the process of laying down to go to sleep has changed and feels surreal. I know I’m not the only one, many of us are feeling this way. Why can’t we get some good sleep anymore? What does being awake and being asleep actually mean in these days? Before the kundalini rising I do remember the days of going to sleep at reasonable hours and actually feeling relatively rested in the morning. It appears those days are long over for me, and it may be something you’re going through too as an ascension symptom and bodily change. Many of us are working hard in other dimensional planes during the night, or when we shift our brain waves into the theta state while still upright and supposedly awake while in the matrix. Higher spiritual embodiment and communing with cosmic frequencies really does a number on the physical self’s metabolic processes and bio-rhythms. As I’ve gone further and further out there, there has been more responsibilities from the Guardian teams, and as a result the state of sleep and sensation of rest has been drastically altered. In the earlier stages of my awakening, I was under the impression that communing with higher frequencies and undergoing initiation into embodying my higher spiritual layers would give me plenty of life force energy to feel exceptionally light and energetic. I’d be able to power through all my to-do lists and workload in a single bound! This was a false assumption, and since my early and naïve years of awakening, I have since been radically corrected. I have learned that there is vast difference between vital force energies that animate within the lower body, that give rise to the sensation of feeling energized, versus the focused direction of higher spiritual current in the body that actually requires these same vital forces to help you embody. Down here on earth, it’s all about embodiment, getting as much of the higher spiritual intelligence down here into matter and into our physical body, as possible. The more I embodied, the more tired I was feeling! How could this be? Apparently because remote viewing and consciousness projection actually require a proportionate amount of my vital forces in order to operate simultaneously on multiple realms.
And as a result of the constant siphoning we are exposed to on the earth that is designed to prevent us in accumulating more abundant consciousness energy, I’ve found that I have to radically conserve my bodily energy in order to get my higher consciousness work done. In some ways I feel like a bear that goes into hibernation for a time, or my nervous system turns off into stasis for a temporary phase in order to generate some more energy that I require for consciousness work. When I’m enduring this stasis state, it’s like walking in a null zone, all I can do is basic 3D body functions that do not require high energy output. High mental focus or consciousness energy is being conserved, and any sessions or projects that I had been working on previously, come to a standstill. In this stasis state I feel flattened out, exhausted. This is how it has been since December, when planet earth’s structural changes for the bifurcation were at their pinnacle shift in the field. Many of you may be laying on the couch or in bed wondering why you cannot get up, and even though you slept, you cannot seem to get anything else really accomplished but laying there. For many of us we may appear like couch potatoes, but this is not actually what is really happening behind the scenes, we’re gathering all our energy for embodying! Over time I learned that if I expended too much physical energy in this realm, or I gave too much energy in places that were not aligned, my work in other realms suffer! All the spinning plates would crash to the floor. So achieving energetic balance in multiple realms has been the important spiritual lesson, how to sustain the body and consciousness with the limited resources we have available in this moment. Whomever said in the New Age that we have unlimited access to energy in this realm doesn’t know the reality of the NAA parasites, must exist in a completely different bio-neurology, or has not spiritually embodied yet! The embodied state refers to self-sourcing, being internally directed and not taking energy from other people. We’ve got to embody our own source light within and direct that light source, as the energy source that maximizes our spiritual purpose in the world. I’ve found energy and time management in this material world as a spiritually ascending person is not exactly easy, as the 3D people that are parasitic tend to have a lot more vital force to use to direct their manifestations that serve the asleep world. It’s actually quite a complex process managing usable energy in this realm. It means that to accomplish this mission, I’m in a permanent cycle of energy conservation, gathering inner sustenance and then directing it in purposeful ways in order to meet my responsibilities. I asked the Guardian teams over the years for a weigh in on this topic, because I wanted to let them know how darn exhausted we are down here. They don’t deal with this density and it’s a very different reality for them. Here’s a few tidbits that were interesting about the sleep state changes and the reasons why we’re so tired on an ascending planet.
Oscillation to Vibration Incompatibilities
Apparently when the fundamental matter vibration is being exposed to higher oscillations of higher spectrums of frequency, the stages of absorption of the light into the cells surfaces the density (miasma) recorded in the cells, and when the accretion into the lightbody and cells is occurring, this can feel like the body is carrying weights and we feel tired like we’re lumbering around while knee deep in mud. The combination of both the pattern of Vibration (contraction) and Oscillation (expansion) speed is what determines the frequency rate of all energy and all things. As our personal, collective and planetary consciousness rises in frequency, the matter world becomes less dense. Our physical bodies also become less dense as our frequency increases. However in the world of matter, as we drop density we can feel that our body is experiencing energy loss and we feel really tired. Sometimes, our Blueprint is holding a much higher frequency and energetic download, which is accreting and not yet absorbed, and this can make the body feel extremely dense. It is important to know this is a common Ascension symptom when the physical body is acclimating to embody higher frequency. When we have Ascension Flu and exhaustion symptoms, from acclimating to new energies, this is not an entropic process. This is actually helping the body to acclimate to embody more light in the cells, and generating more ATP. At stages of lightbody accretion, the body will experience oscillation to vibration incompatibilities, through the exposure to higher frequency rates in the blueprint versus the body. When this occurs, it is possible for the person to experience sensations of heavy density, shadow clearing, and as the body senses the gravitational pull, this creates pressure. The energetic pressure can feel as if it is bearing down on the body from the crown of the head. Tension and stiffness from the influx of new energy will apply pressure for the body to circulate and distribute these energies. This is first commonly felt in the head, neck and shoulders. Sensations of pressure, moving down with thermal energies circulating in other areas of the body comes later. During the body's absorption phase, the lightbody is more unstable. Before the new frequency is fully integrated, while in this phase, you will feel tired and need more sleep.
Changing Position in Time Field in Incremental Degrees
When we change position in the time field, as we are doing now as a result of the bifurcation, our location on the grid shifts in incremental degrees. In our lightbody structure we have a clock shield template that adjusts the difference between the biological time record and the space-time we inhabit. This internal lightbody structure is constantly shifting now to slowly accommodate the shift to the next harmonic, and the location we are interfacing with horizontally and vertically within the planetary architecture. Essentially during this phase we are time travelers skipping to the future timeline, and our body is not used to traveling through time in this way so rapidly, so the body is acclimating to this change and needs to conserve energy to adjust. Dormant functions in the lightbody are coming online as we get pulled away from artificial technology and frequency fences that were suppressing and constricting the lightbody in the 3D timelines.
Additionally, over the last year, I found myself observing dimensional areas in the planetary body that were flipping in 45 degree angles and one large section of the planet’s dimensional plane that did a full 180 degree flip. Day was night and night was day, it was the correction of many reversals that were used in the lower matter realms. These were new areas being prepared for moving the grounding location in the bifurcation of time that were not running reversal current. This flip in the field changed the bio-rhythm for sleep, and is why currently I’m awake all night and sleep at daylight. We’re getting used to living in the matter world without Ai time loops and the reversals used to feed the alien machinery.
DNA Activation
We are building new information into the cells of the body in so that we can reprogram our own DNA, this requires energy and we’re tired. The cells have been coded for this time in history, prior to the time of human birth. Many people are finding that they are drawn to a certain information, people, places or events in history. They are finding that being in that environment, whether with that person or in that physical place, is creating a type of trigger, a trigger in the cellular memory. This is creating the firing or triggering of new information in the body. There is a type of overlapping and a blending of many processes taking place as these triggers are being activated. Then the new information is activated and brought into the mind. This activation of cellular memory is taking place on a multitude of levels within the body. The more we are in alignment with our body wisdom, the more there is a movement consciously towards that which will trigger that cellular memory and activate the transformation within the DNA. A fundamental renovation is occurring in our spiritual house, which is our physical body while we are living in it. Using the analogy of remodeling our home, the workmen strip off the old roof, tear up the old floor, disconnect your old plumbing and turn off your electricity to re-wire the home. This all occurs while we are trying to live there and function in our day to day life. In the same manner, our body is undergoing the same remodeling as we are trying to keep ahead of the changes and piles stacking up, while feeling extremely disoriented and inconvenienced as this occurs. The changes in our physical body-spiritual house are occurring because our DNA is being restructured. The most concise repository of information in our personal blueprint is found in the original cellular DNA of our bodies. Our human DNA will evolve from two helixes to twelve helixes or more. The Diamond Sun twelve strand DNA was originally in human bodies about 300,000+ years ago.
Recalibration and Etheric Upgrades
Apparently, during the night is the most active time for most of us to receive recalibrations and etheric upgrades to our lightbody, so many of us are being worked on heavily during the night. To receive these lightbody upgrades we must be passive or stationary for best results, and if we’re running around in the physical it is not the opportune time. This is another reason why it’s suggested we meditate more so we can open the space for more higher exchanges to occur, hopefully that we can more consciously participate with the process by making contact with our higher self or star families.
When we are getting recalibrations and upgrades in our nervous system it can feel like tingling, needles and flushing in hot or cold temperatures in the meridians. Our bodies are being shifted in thermodynamic ways and with so much light entering the fields of the body, some of the symptoms we experience are actually preventing our physical vehicles from bursting with the intensity of light. During upgrades we may experience a waking up every few hours to see a clock flashing different master numbers, sometimes all night long. This triggers cellular memory. How many of us have looked at the clock to see a series of number codes, like 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 and 5:55 all in one night! When we are supposed to be somewhere like work in the morning, it’s not a happy event getting out of bed. Bear in mind that all who are on the planet at this time, all forms of life are and will continue to be effected by an increase in intensity of light that comes directly into and around the field of the planet. So even those who appear totally unconscious of the changes happening, they are definitely being effected and will continue to be impacted. Why are they experiencing greater agitation, why are they experiencing many parts of their life are no longer working? Why are they experiencing less control over the mental body than they are used to? Ego dismantling is a world wide epidemic! There is a great deal of confusion among the masses because there has not been a large enough body of clear information made available to support comprehension of the planetary shift, and we know the reasons why. These times are unprecedented and there is nothing from our past that can compare to what is currently happening and what will continue to accelerate. Fasten your seat belts, as we’re not in Kansas anymore!

The shutdown of the U.S. government over the weekend is likely to become permanent as top-level negotiations continue to discuss its replacement, multiple sources agree. The Western old-world-order leadership is gathering this week in Davos, Switzerland to debate this very issue, the sources say.
Pentagon sources, meanwhile, say “the shutdown was orchestrated so Congress can be arrested, as they lose immunity while not in session.” In addition, the sources say U.S. President Donald Trump “was summoned to meet top brass at the Pentagon on January 18th, as the Navy hunted for rogue submarines and the military uses the shutdown to arrest cabal, terminate the corporate government, and launch the Republic to usher in the global currency reset (GCR).”
Furthermore, the sources continued, “The House may release the FISA memo, which will take down criminals in Department of Justice, the FBI, the Democratic National Council, the CIA, plus the Obama and Hillary Clinton organizations.”
“Trump may even read the memo at the State of the Union address on January 30th,” the sources added.
The sources also say, “Zimbabwe opposition leader Roy Bennett was killed in New Mexico to solidify the Zimbabwe dollar and pave the way for the GCR.” A gold-backed Zimbabwe dollar is being pushed by many as a new African currency to replace the current mishmash of Rothschild-controlled currencies.
However, it is still far from certain that the GCR will take place as envisioned by the people in the Pentagon and agencies, since worldwide, the situation is extremely volatile and slipping out of U.S. control.
The most important factor to bear in mind is that the U.S. government is the most indebted government in the history of the planet and much of that debt is owed to China. If the U.S. unilaterally reneged on the debt, it would no longer be able to control the U.S. dollar system that allows the Pentagon to operate around the planet. The result would be that U.S. soldiers, who are already not receiving pay thanks to the government shutdown, being forced to beg on the streets or else rob people at gunpoint around the world. As if to underline this situation, the Chinese rating agency Dagong downgraded the U.S. sovereign and local government debt to BBB+ with a negative outlook, putting it below Peru or Morocco.
Here is what they had to say about the U.S. debt:
“The perennial negative impact of the superstructure on the economic base has continued to deteriorate the debt repayment sources of the federal government, and this trend will be further exacerbated by the government’s massive tax cuts. The increasing reliance on the debt-driven mode of economic development will continue to erode the solvency of the federal government.”
Dagong probably does not realize just how deep the problem runs. The Pentagon, in its first-ever audit using outside auditors, has already found that $21 trillion went missing between 1998 and 2015. That is more than 35 times the entire official U.S. military budget for 2016, multiple sources report.
CIA, MI6, and Pentagon sources say the missing money was spent on building up huge mercenary armies outside the control of official government structures. These are the people behind ISIS, the war on Yemen, Blackwater/Academi, etc. Also, the sources say, much of the money was spent on the “Secret Space Program.”
Since we try to focus on the here-and-now visible world, let us see what parts of the Secret Space Program are visible to us members of the “surface population.” One that pops to mind right away is Elon Musk, with his Tesla Motors and SpaceX programs. Tesla Motors’ market capitalization of $350 billion is 50 times its sales and 218 times its earnings. Traditionally, market cap was considered to be reasonable at around ten times earnings. Clearly Musk is a major money-laundering channel for all that privately-owned central-bank funny money that has been conjured up recently. It is also important to remember that sources in the Pentagon and the NSA both agree that SpaceX and Musk are the real suspects behind the recent North Korean missile “threat.”

It is these death throes of the U.S. corporate government that have given urgency to this week’s gathering of Western (Atlantic alliance) powers in Davos, Switzerland. There, one faction is pushing for a restoration of the Republic of the United States of America. Following is the statement I released to the media tonight. Right now, the White House is preparing to propose a citizenship amnesty for an estimated 1.8 million "Dreamers," rather than the 690,000 DACA recipients that had been discussed up until today. "NumbersUSA has no choice but to oppose what is being suggested as the White House "framework" for a mass amnesty.
"The plan seems eerily similar to the blueprint used for the 2007 Bush-Kennedy amnesty, which appeared to end chain migration, but wouldn't actually end it for 17 years.
"NumbersUSA mobilized our huge grassroots army to defeat the 2007 amnesty, and we will do the same if this plan is proposed next week.
"Under the White House framework, young-adult illegal border crossers and visa overstayers would get immediate benefits, including, most importantly, the right to compete with Americans in the permanent job market.
"But vulnerable American workers would get little or no relief from the competition of chain migration for 15 to 20 years. Even if new applications for chain migration categories are stopped immediately, the framework would allow chain migration to continue for decades by allowing all of the four million foreigners in the waiting list to continue coming.
"It is the House committee chairmen's H.R. 4760 that has its priorities straight.
"Although it provides the amnesty to DACA recipients that President Trump agreed to protect, its top priority is providing benefits to struggling Americans and legal immigrants already here by reducing overall immigration from the current level of more than one million a year and by mandating the incredibly popular E-Verify to take away the magnet for more illegal workers. Significantly reducing immigration numbers is desired by overwhelming majorities of American voters, according to the recent Harvard-Harris poll." We must press the Members of the U.S. House to pass the Goodlatte bill (H.R. 4760) as soon as possible to try to block the horrific amnesty that the Senate appears ready to pass. It is often said that you can't fight something with nothing. Fortunately, we have that "something" -- H.R. 4760.
The greenback slid further Thursday after the Trump administration was seen as stepping back from the strong dollar policy that has been in place since the 1990s.
The dollar index was slightly lower, after falling sharply Wednesday on the initial comments from Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin that a weak dollar was good for U.S. trade. But when given the opportunity to clarify his comments at the World Economic Forum early Thursday, Mnuchin did not latch on to the strong U.S. dollar rhetoric used by past Treasury secretaries.
He said during a CNBC-moderated panel that the dollar can fluctuateand he is not concerned by the current weakness, but "in the longer term" believes in the "strength of the dollar."
Some strategists said Mnuchin may still support a strong dollar but his communication could be interpreted otherwise.
"Whatever the intent was, the fact they did it right after these trade actions on washing machines and solar panels suggest it's something more thought out. You saw Mnuchin was trying to walk it back, and [Commerce Secretary Wilbur] Ross tried to walk it back," said Win Thin, senior currency strategist at Brown Brothers Harriman. "The dollar was being sold even before these comments. There's other stuff going on. Our view is the rest of the world is getting better quickly, so the U.S. does not stand out so much."
But Mnuchin also failed to mimic the mantra used repeatedly by other Treasury secretaries, starting with Robert Rubin in the Clinton administration, specifically that a strong dollar is in the best interests of the United States.
"Best would have been if he used that phrase," said Thin.
Mnuchin described his comments as "balanced and consistent" with his past comments. He elaborated that there were advantages and disadvantages of where the dollar is in the short term, and that the U.S. wants free and fair trade. "So I think it's clear. We're not looking to get into trade wars. On the other hand we are looking to defend America's interests," he said.
Throughout history, a country welcoming a weaker currency has been seen as using fighting words in the world trade arena, and Mnuchin's weak dollar comments complement the "America first" trade policies of the Trump administration. Trump, himself, helped break a higher dollar trend just before his inauguration when he said he preferred a weaker dollar. The dollar has lost more than 10 percent since then.
David Woo, head of global rates and foreign exchange at Bank of America, did not see Mnuchin's comments as signaling a shift in policy. "Rather, we see the statement in its entirety as reaffirming existing policy on the dollar as a reflection of US economic fundamentals, while acknowledging a more competitive USD valuation versus this time last year," he said in a note.
This week, the U.S. took aim at Chinese and South Korean manufacturers of solar panels and washing machines with a barrage of new tariffs. It is also renegotiating its sweeping 24-year-old NAFTA trade pact with Mexico and Canada. So far, the U.S. has held off from broader battles, but the skirmishes are getting global attention.
"I think he dug it in," said Robert Sinche, chief global strategist at Amherst Pierpont. "When you look at it from their perspective this is probably a good outcome. The dollar's weaker, we can get some manufacturing jobs and the stock market's higher, which the president uses as a major guidepost of what he's doing. What could stop all this? It seems the major thing that could stop this is the bond market. We're back to bond vigilantes, and it's not about interest rates, it's about debasing the currency."
Mnuchin's comments were made at the WEF conference in Davos, Switzerland, an annual event where world leaders from governments and businesses discuss topics related to globalization and trade. President Donald Trump is attending this year and speaks Friday.
"How Trump spins how 'what's good for America is good for the world' is going to be interesting," said Sinche.
Also Thursday, European Central Bank President Mario Draghi did not make any attempt to talk down the euro when he spoke following the ECB's interest-rate meeting. Draghi reiterated that the ECB monitors activity in the euro and its impact on prices. The currency was up more than half a percent and is up 2 percent against the dollar this week alone.
"He's not putting up a fight, not at all ... he's a smart guy," said Thin. "He realizes there's not much he can do. He just can't stand in the way of this and try and stop it. This is more a weak dollar story."
The euro broke higher to 1.25 to the dollar.
Draghi did say the euro's rise was partly the result of comments that contradicted an agreement not to talk currencies up or down.
"I honestly think Draghi thinks he took a very hawkish position," said Sinche. "He mentioned that in terms of the risks to the outlook, the risks are global and particularly from the exchange rate. I think his perspective is he was giving a strong signal and in fact, the dollar went the opposite way."
Mark McCormick, head of North American foreign exchange strategy at TD Securities, said he does not see a currency war coming between the major developed countries, but he does see the weak dollar causing pain for the dollar bloc, which includes the Canadian, Australian and New Zealand currencies.
Woo, unlike some other strategists, expects the dollar to rebound. He said the repatriation of U.S. corporate cash should add $300 billion of inflows into the dollar this quarter, as companies move money out of local currencies. He also expects Congress and the Trump administration to come to an agreement on spending issues, including infrastructure, and a resolution on some immigration issues, like the "dreamers."
Woo and McCormick also said the flow into equities is driving the dollar lower, as more money goes into international equities in Europe and Japan, and those funds are currently not being hedged.
Thin said the next big round level on the euro could be $1.40. "On the technicals, $1.26 is the 62 percent retracement of the 2014 high in euro," he said.

The new federal personal income tax law, H.R. 1, – that was just enacted into law by Congress in December 2017, and already made effective as of January 1st, 2018, has the immediate legal effect of:
1. completely disemboweling and destroying the I.R.S.’ current personal income tax collection and enforcement practices and operations, by removing them entirely and completely from all legitimate constitutional authority to act to enforce the direct taxation of income under the 16th Amendment, as practiced for the last 60 years;
2. strips the federal Department of Justice naked in the courtroom of all of its illegitimate constitutional arguments that have been made in the courtroom for the last 60 years, to sustain the federal court’s (both district and tax courts’) erroneous enforcement of a direct and unapportioned tax upon the income of We theAmerican People under alleged authority of the 16th Amendment; and
3. completely exposes the federal judiciary’s unlawful enforcement of the federal personal income tax under the 16th Amendment over the last 60 years of American history, as nothing but a complete and total judicially committed fraud that plainly and clearly can now be seen as the true judicial conspiracy of sedition that it is,

It’s the same tax it’s always been ! There’s nothing new in the law that could do that ! Yea, – that’s right, it’s the same income tax law that it has always been, and now they have admitted it on the Congressional Record, and their world is about to change, – well, actually, implode.
Congress has no idea of what they have done, or of the true extent or size of the catastrophe within the tax enforcement system, that they have wrought with the new income tax law, and few Americans, if any have realized it yet,
– but any honest lawyer will tell you (after reading this) that everything you are about to read (and have read up to this point in this article) is irrefutably true.
FACT: For the last 60 years the IRS has been issuing income tax collection correspondence to Americans asserting that American citizens owe the payment of an income tax on their work, because of the adoption of the 16th Amendment. This claim to legal authority is all over their website; it is in their “frivolous Arguments” propaganda publications, where they repeatedly assert the income taxing authority under the 16th Amendment, and label as frivolous any reference made to the limitations on the taxing powers imposed under Article I of the Constitution; and, it is in the pleadings made on the record of the court by the United States as a plaintiff, in every tax case prosecuted in the federal courts in the last 30 years.
FACT: The Department of Justice attorneys argue in every single income tax case prosecuted in the federal courts, that the income tax is owed by the individual defendant as a function of the 16th Amendment alone, without use or need of any “applicability” of the authorized indirect Article I, Section 8, impost, duty and excise taxing powers.
FACT: For the last 60 years the federal courts have been wrongfully allowing and upholding the constitutionally prohibited, and therefore unconstitutional, direct taxation of the alleged gross income of the American People, created as a function of all of their labors and work, as a direct tax without apportionment, under alleged authority conferred under the 16th Amendment to tax “… income, from whatever source derived, without apportionment, and without regard to any census or enumeration. ”
FACT: The 16th Amendment has no enabling enforcement clause in it, that would constitutionally authorizes the U.S. Congress to write any law to enforce any power alleged newly created or authorized under authority of the Amendment alone.
FACT: There are Amendments to the Constitution, both before and after the 16th Amendment, that do have and clearly contain an enabling enforcement clause within them, irrefutably proving the absence within the Amendment, of such alleged grant of any new enforceable power, is intentional.
FACT: In assessing the legal effect of the 16th Amendment, the Supreme Court plainly said in 1916 that “the Sixteenth Amendment conferred no new power of taxation“. “. . . The provisions of the Sixteenth Amendment conferred no new power of
taxation but simply prohibited the previous complete and plenary power of income taxation possessed by Congress from the beginning from being taken out
of the category of indirect taxation to which it inherently belonged . . .” Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co., 240 U.S. 103, 112-13 (1916)
FACT: The Article I, Section 8, clause 1, authorities to tax only indirectly, by uniform impost, duty and excise, do not reach the labors of the American people with legal effect. This is why the federal government has argued for sixty years that the 16th Amendment was the sole basis for the enforcement of the income tax imposed by Section 1 of Title 26 United States Code (Title 26 is also called the I.R.C.). In speaking of the power to tax by ‘duties,’ ‘imposts,’ and ‘excises,’ the Supreme Court has consistently said:
” ‘We think that they were used comprehensively, to cover customs and
excise duties imposed on importation, consumption, manufacture, and sale of certain commodities, privileges, particular business transactions, vocations, occupations, and the like.’ Duties and imposts are terms commonly applied to levies made by governments on the importation or exportation of commodities. Excises are ‘taxes laid upon the manufacture, sale, or consumption of commodities within the country, upon licenses to pursue certain occupations, and upon corporate privileges.‘ Cooley, Const. Lim. 7th ed. 680. The tax under consideration, as we have construed the statute, may be described as an excise upon the particular privilege of doing business in a corporate capacity, i. e., with the advantages which arise from corporate or quasi corporate organization; or, when applied to insurance companies, for doing the business of such companies. As was said in the Thomas Case, 192 U. S. supra, the requirement to pay such taxes involves the exercise of privileges, and the element of absolute and unavoidable demand is lacking. If business is not done in the manner described in the statute, no tax is payable.
If we are correct in holding that this is an excise tax, there is nothing in the

1 Again, Flint v. Stone Tracy Co. is controlling and Constitutional law, having been cited and followed over 600 times by virtually every court as the authoritative definition of the scope of excise taxing power.
So, the granted taxing powers are conclusively defined within the U.S. Constitution: “Mr. Chief Justice Chase in The License Tax Cases, 5 Wall. 462, 72 U. S. 471, when he said: “It is true that the power of Congress to tax is a very extensive power. It is given in the Constitution, with only one exception and only two qualifications. Congress cannot tax exports, and it must impose direct taxes by the rule of apportionment, and indirect taxes by the rule of uniformity.
Thus limited, and thus only it reaches every subject, and may be exercised at discretion.” And although there have been from time to time intimations that there might be some tax which was not a direct tax nor included under the words “duties, imposts and excises,” such a tax, for more than one hundred years of national existence, has as yet remained undiscovered, notwithstanding the stress of particular circumstances [that] has invited thorough investigation into sources of revenue.” And with respect to the power to tax income the Supreme Court has said:
“The act now under consideration does not impose direct taxation upon property solely because of its ownership, but the tax is within the class which Congress is authorized to lay and collect under article 1, [section] 8, clause 1 of the Constitution, and described generally as taxes, duties, imposts, and excises, upon which the limitation is that they shall be uniform throughout the United States. Within the category of indirect taxation, as we shall have further occasion to show, is embraced a tax upon business done in a corporate capacity, which is the subject-matter of the [income] tax imposed in the act under consideration. The Pollock Case construed the tax there levied as direct, because it was imposed upon property simply because of its ownership. In the present case the tax is not payable unless there be a carrying on or doing of business in the designated capacity, and this is made the occasion for the tax, measured by the standard prescribed. The difference between the acts is not merely nominal, but rests upon substantial differences between the mere ownership of property and the actual doing of business in a certain way.” Flint v. Stone Tracy Co. , 220 US 107, 150 (1911) Which is repeatedly supported: “As has been repeatedly remarked, the corporation tax act of 1909 was not intended to be and is not, in any proper sense, an income tax law. This court had decided in the Pollock Case that the income tax law of 1894 amounted in effect to a direct tax upon property, and was invalid because not apportioned according to populations, as prescribed by the Constitution. The act of 1909 avoided this difficulty by imposing not an income tax, but an excise tax upon the conduct of business in a corporate capacity, measuring, however, the amount of tax by the income of the corporation, with certain qualifications prescribed by the act itself. Flint v. Stone Tracy Co. 220 U.S. 107 , 55 L. ed. 389, 31 Sup. Ct. Rep. 342, Ann. Cas. 1912 B, 1312; McCoach v. Minehill & S. H. R. Co. 228 U.S. 295 , 57 L. ed. 842, 33 Sup. Ct. Rep. 419; United States v. Whitridge (decided at this term, 231 U.S. 144 , 58 L. ed. –, 34 Sup. Ct. Rep. 24.” Stratton’s, supra at 414 So imposts and duties are taxes on imported and exported goods, i.e. : commodities and articles of commerce that are imported into, and or exported from, the United States of America. Imposts are also taxes on foreign “persons” and their activities in the United States (foreign individuals & companies, & organized operations like a foreign trust, charity, etc.). Imposts and duties are also taxes, where imposed, on persons in the U.S. territories and possessions, and on America citizens who are living and working in a foreign country under a tax treaty with the United States that allows the federal taxation of the American persons in that foreign country, under the active tax treaty.
So taxation, by impost and duty, by definition, fundamentally does not reach the labors of the American people conducted in the fifty states, where the labor does not involve any import or export, or other foreign activity. And Excise taxes are now accepted as being constitutionally defined by both law and precedent (over 600 times) as: “taxes laid upon the manufacture, sale or consumption of commodities within the country, upon licenses to pursue certain occupations, and upon corporate privileges … “.
But Title 15 U.S.C. Section 17, plainly and clearly states that: “The labor of a human being is not a commodity or article of commerce… “. Under the U.S. Constitution this law removes “the (domestic) labor of a human being (American citizens)” from subjectivity to any and all taxation by excise under Article I, Section 8.
This is of course why the United States’ IRS, DOJ, and the entire federal judiciary (at this point) PREVIOUSLY have had to claim in court for 50 years that – it is the 16th Amendment that authorizes the income tax, and not Article I, Section 8. Thus, under Article I of the Constitution, there is an admitted total lack of subjectivity of the citizens to any and all impost, duty or excise taxation on Labor, i.e.: the indirect taxation of the citizen’s labor, or a tax upon the exercise of his or her Right to Work resulting in the payment of “salary” or “wages“, does not apply to citizens, because it is not statutorily authorized, now made enforceable, as it is fundamentally outside of the legal reach, and scope of legal effect, of all of the granted Constitutional authorities to tax indirectly under authority of Article I, Section 8, clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
The reason why this is so important to understand, is because this basic information, concerning the proper, limited, application and enforcement of the constitutional, and constitutionally granted, powers to tax, is essential in properly and fully understanding the legal issue of the limited subject-matter jurisdiction of the federal courts that exists with respect to the taxation of the individual citizens. A proper and complete understanding of this legal issue, immediately leads to the realization that there is no constitutionally granted subject-matter jurisdiction that can be taken over a civil action to adjudicate and or enforce the claims that are alleged by the United States in any Complaint filed in a legal action that is filed in the federal courts to pursue the enforcement of the payment of a personal income tax against an individual American citizen as defendant. In the United States of America, under the Constitution of the United States of America, our federal courts are courts of only limited, specifically enumerated, constitutionally granted, powers, that only exist as written in the law. The courts cannot enforce ideas, or a philosophy, or custom or habit, or ritual, or beliefs, or even common sense.
The courts can only enforce the written law of the statutes of the Titles of United States Code. Nothing else. And of course, under the Constitution of the United States of America, a statute (law), can only be written by Congress where,
first: – the Constitution grants a specific power to be exercised by the Congress (as is done in Article I, Section 8); and second: the Constitution specifically grants the authority to the Congress to write law (as is done in Article I, Section 8, clause 18), with specific applicability to the enforcement of the power(s) granted, that was, or were, exercised in operational practice (enforcement) by the government (IRS).
So, the three required elements of our constitutional law in America, necessary to establish the subject-matter jurisdiction of the court that can be taken over any legal action, sufficient to allow that court to entertain and adjudicate the action in the court, are:
(1) a specific power must be granted by the Constitution or Amendment for Congress (the United States) to exercise;
(2) a specific grant of authority for Congress to write law must be made by the Constitution or Amendment, with respect to the administration and enforcement of the specific power granted in (#1) above 2; and,
(3) a specific statute must be legislatively enacted by an authorized Congress, with specific application to the enforcement of the specific power alleged granted and exercised in (#1) above, and madeenforceable with authorized law under (#2) above.
These fundamental elements of constitutional law, controlling the ability of a federal court to lawfully take a granted subject-matter jurisdiction over a legal claim made by complainant (like the United States) in the federal district court, combined with the irrefutable lack of any enabling enforcement clause that exists in the 16th Amendment as adopted, make the United States’ claims in the courts that the 16th Amendment is the foundational authority for the enforcement of the income tax against the individual citizens, on the mere basis of being a “person” with alleged “gross income”, appear dubious at best, and a complete and total lie at worst, as this lack of granted constitutional authority to write law under the 16th Amendment also explains the alleged tax-protestors’ claims of the last 50 years, that – if the tax is under the 16th Amendment, then the tax must be voluntary, as no law is constitutionally authorized to be written by Congress, and therefore no law can exist, or does exist, under the 16th Amendment that effects the income of the citizens directly, without the underlying foundational use of the impost, duty and excise taxing authorities of Article I first being made applicable.
i.e. : a specific enabling enforcement clause of the Constitution, or one of its Amendments, must be shown to have been made applicable to the specific taxing power alleged constitutionally granted, and operationally practiced under (#1) above;
So the lower federal district and circuit courts have over time, seditiously reversed the Supreme Court’s original and true holding in 1916 – that the income tax is authorized and is constitutional under the granted and enforceable indirect Article I taxing authorities, as a measure of the amount of the indirect tax that is imposed on the income derived from the impost, duty or excise taxable activities or persons,
– who are made subject by the tax law to the payment of the uniform impost, duty or excise;
– which does not constitute an unconstitutionally unapportioned direct tax. The Supreme Court plainly held in 1916, in the Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR Co., 240 US 1 (1916) and Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co., 240 U.S. 103 (1916) cases, that the income tax is an indirect tax under Article I, and is not a direct tax under the 16th Amendment.
Again: “. . . The provisions of the Sixteenth Amendment conferred no new power of taxation but simply prohibited the previous complete and plenary power of income taxation possessed by Congress from the beginning from being taken out of the category of indirect taxation to which it inherently belonged .”
Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co., 240 U.S. 103, 112-13 (1916) “It is clear on the face of this text that it does not purport to confer power to levy income taxes in a generic sense – an authority already possessed [under Article I, Section 8] and never questioned – or to limit and distinguish between one kind of income taxes and another, but that the whole purpose of the Amendment was to relieve all income taxes when imposed from apportionment from a consideration of the source whence the income was derived.” Brushaber, supra, at 17-8 “The various propositions are so intermingled as to cause it to be difficult to classify them. We are of opinion, however, that the confusion is not inherent, but rather arises from the conclusion that the Sixteenth Amendment provides for a hitherto unknown power of taxation, that is, a power to levy an income tax which although direct should not be subject to the regulation of apportionment applicable to all other direct taxes.
And the far-reaching effect of this erroneous assumption will be made clear by generalizing the many contentions advanced in argument to support it, . . .” Brushaber, supra, at 10-11 “…it clearly results that the [direct tax] proposition and the contentions under it, if acceded to, would cause one provision of the Constitution to destroy another; that is, they would result in bringing the provisions of the Amendment exempting a direct tax from apportionment into irreconcilable conflict with the general requirement that all direct taxes be apportioned. … This result … would create radical and destructive changes in our constitutional system and multiply confusion.” Brushaber v. Union Pac. R.R., 240 U.S. 1, 12
“The Sixteenth Amendment, although referred to in argument, has no real bearing and may be put out of view. As pointed out in recent decisions, it does not extend the taxing power to new or excepted subjects, but merely removes all occasion, which otherwise might exist, for an apportionment among the States of taxes laid on income, whether it be derived from one source or another. Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 U.S. 1, 17-19; Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co., 240 U.S. 103, 112-113.” These holdings in 1916 of course merely reasserted the Court’s long-standing recognition of the constitutional fact that the federal taxation of labor (without apportionment to the states for payment of the direct tax), is not a constitutionally granted taxing power, as labor has historically been perceived by the courts as a constitutionally protected Right, and outside of the granted internal Excise taxation powers. “As in our intercourse with our fellow-men certain principles of morality are assumed to exist, without which society would be impossible, so certain inherent rights lie at the foundation of all action, and upon a recognition of them alone can free institutions be maintained. These inherent rights have never been more happily expressed than in the Declaration of Independence, that new evangel of liberty to the people: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident’ — that is so plain that their truth is recognized upon their mere statement — ‘that all men are endowed’ — not by edicts of Emperors, or decrees of Parliament, or acts of Congress, but ‘by their Creator with certain inalienable rights’ — that is, rights which cannot be bartered away, or given away, or taken away except in punishment of crime — ‘and that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and to secure these’ — not grant them but secure them — ‘governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.’ “Among these inalienable rights, as proclaimed in that great document, is the right of men to pursue their happiness, by which is meant the right to pursue any lawful business or vocation,
. . . “It has been well said that, “The property which every man has in his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable [right] . . .” Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations, Bk. I. Chap. 10.” [in Justice Field’s Concurrence in Butchers’ Union Co. v. Crescent City Co., 111 U.S. 746, 756 4 S.Ct. 652 (1884)] Justice Field was not alone in his assessment. He was joined in his concurrence by Justice Bradley, who, joined by JJ. Harlan and Woods, also concurred, but on the basis of Field’s reasoning, stating at p. 762:
“The right to follow any of the common occupations of life is an inalienable right; it was formulated as such under the phrase “pursuit of happiness” in the Declaration of Independence, which commenced with the fundamental proposition that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” This right is a large ingredient in the civil liberty of the citizen.” “Included in the right of personal liberty and the right of private property partaking of a nature of each- is the right to make contracts for the acquisition of property. Chief among such contracts is that of personal employment, by which labor and other services are exchanged for money or other forms of property. If this right be struck down or arbitrarily interfered with, there is a substantial impairment of liberty in the long established constitutional sense.” Justice Pitney in Coppage v. Kansas, 236 U.S. 1, 14, 59 L.Ed. 441, L.R.A. 1915C, 960, 35 S.Ct.Rep. 240 (1915) “But the fundamental rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, considered as individual possessions, are secured by those maxims of constitutional law which are the monuments showing the victorious progress of the race in securing to men the blessings of civilization under the reign of just and equal laws, so that, in the famous language of the Massachusetts Bill of Rights, the government of the commonwealth ‘may be a government of laws and not of men.’ For, the very idea that one man may be compelled to hold his life, or the means of living, or any material right essential to the enjoyment of life, at the mere will of another, seems to be intolerable in any country where freedom prevails, as being the essence of slavery itself.” Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356, 370 (1886) But the lower federal district and circuit courts have reversed this clear indirect “income tax” holding that was made by the Supreme Court in 1916, by invoking as controlling, not these true, controlling Supreme Court cases cited above (Brushaber & Stanton), but instead they invoke one of their own contradictory inferior opinions from the below list of inferior circuit court decisions that openly simply declare, erroneously (and obviously so), that the federal personal income tax is authorized by the 16th Amendment as a direct unapportioned tax that is laid on all of the income of all persons.
United States v. Collins, 920 F.2d 619, 629 (10th Cir. 1990), (which simply asserts the tax is direct and unapportioned, reversing Brushaber without actually citing or quoting any text from that case opinion);
Parker v. Comm’r, 724 F.2d 469 (5th Cir. 1984). (which also asserts the tax is direct and unapportioned, reversing Brushaber without citing or quoting any actual text from the case opinion);
Lovell v. United States, 755 F.2d 517 (7th Cir. 1984), 11 The Broken Tax System www.Tax-Freedom.com (which simply cites to Parker v. Comm’r. to make its assertions);
United States v. Sloan, 755 F.2d 517, 519 (7th Cir. 1984), (which simply cites to Lovell and Collins to make its assertions);
In re Becraft, 885 F.2d 547, 548 (9th Cir. 1989), (which simply cites to Lovell and Parker to make its assertions). And so, as a result of the federal courts improperly using for the last 40 years these inferior, isolated, self-circular court decisions (upholding the direct unapportioned taxation of income under the 16th Amendment), actually reversing the Supreme Court’s true holding (upholding only indirect uniform taxation of income under Article I, Section 8), the federal personal income tax has been enforced for 60 years in the lower federal Tax Court and district and circuit courts, erroneously, as a direct unapportioned tax, in blatant violation of the prohibition on such direct taxation that is still constitutionally prohibited by Article I, Section 2, clause 3 and Article I, Section 9, clause 4 of the U.S. Constitution.
Which brings us back to the focus of this exposé, and the beginning of this paper,
– the new tax law H.R. 1 (Dec. 2017), made effective as law as of January 1, 2018. You see in 2011 the United States Congress passed another new law directly affecting the new tax law, requiring that all legislative Bills brought forward to the House floor for debate, contain within them a plain and clear statement identifying and declaring the alleged constitutional clause with the grant of authority that serves as the constitutional foundation to the congressional claim of a granted authority to write law with respect to the administration of the powers claimed therein, and proposed exercised under the new legislation.
So, what did they put in the Constitutional Authority Statement for H.R. 1, the new income tax law now in effect ? Did they actually write “the 16th Amendment” was the authority, as argued for 50 years, or something else ? NO! It’s either there or it isn’t.
First, it should be noted that the re-enactment of Title 26 U.S.C. (I.R.C.) Section 1, as done in H.R. 1, of course constitutes a re-enactment of exactly the same income taxing powers, and scheme of taxation (or lack thereof), as previously existed under the previous version of the income tax law, i.e. : the 1986 IRC code provisions of Title 26 U.S.C. (IRC) Section 1. Congress has simply adjusted the number of tax-brackets from seven to four, with different earnings thresholds and tax-rates associated with each of the four new tax-brackets, and with a new set of allowed or disallowed deductions and exemptions for everyone.
But, it is basically and essentially, an undeniable reimplementation of exactly the same scheme of graduated, bracketed, gross-income taxation (under IRC § 61) of taxable income (IRC § 63), as that (scheme of taxation) which has existed since 1913.
Supposedly, under this new law, nothing substantial or constitutionally foundational is believed to have been changed concerning or controlling the fundamental taxing power exercised, to tax income, and everything about the scheme is basically left unchanged, schematically identically the same as before (since the recodification of the tax law in 1986, which was also recodified (a new written version was created) in 1939 and 1954).
The “Constitutional Authority Statement” for the new law (26 USC (IRC) Section 1) plainly states: (next page) Lets look at that, closer:
As never before…It now plainly states that the Constitutional Authority for the enactment of the new income tax law enacted under H.R. 1, is not the 16th Amendment at all, but relies solely on “ARTICLE I, SECTION 8, CLAUSE 1 of the Constitution of the United States.” for its authority. If the 16th amendment was intended as the authority, it would have been listed. It is NOT!
Uh-oh! You mean it isn’t the 16th Amendment after all? … and that claim of constitutional authority under the 16th Amendment as legal foundation to sustain the imposition and enforcement of the personal income tax, can never be made by the IRS, or in court by the United States attorneys, again, – ever !! In neither civil, nor criminal, tax prosecutions?
Finally, the true and correct constitutional authority for the federal personal income tax is plainly and clearly specified in the law, on the Congressional House record, as being established under ONLY Article I, Section 8, clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution, which contains only the grant of the required constitutional authority to tax, indirectly, by impost, duty and excise, which powers, by law (Title 15 USC Sec. 17) do not lawfully reach the labors or income of the American People with force of law though the proper and lawful invocation and enforcement upon individual persons of only the granted indirect taxing powers.
The new income tax law, H.R. 1, by completely removing the 16th Amendment as an arguable constitutional basis and legal foundation, or as the applicable constitutional authority that is allegeable as the constitutional authority for the imposition, withholding, collection, and enforcement of the personal income tax in the federal courts as a direct tax,
– completely strips the IRS, the DOJ, and the federal judiciary of all of their lawful ability to legally enforce on American citizens after January 1st, 2018, the federal personal income tax in the federal courts as it has been practiced since 1945.
Its’ over. The IRS, the DOJ, the federal judiciary are all eviscerated. The monstrous income tax FRAUD perpetrated by the federal courts on the American People is fully exposed now, naked to the world, and the behavior and opinions of the federal judiciary are exposed as nothing but the treasonous sedition they have always been. i.e. : communistic and not constitutional. Repugnant, disgusting, corrupted, polluted, perverted, ultra vires judicial behavior and opinions, all committed for sixty years outside of the granted constitutional authority that exists for the court to lawfully act under, is all exposed. Naked to the world.
The Emperor wears no clothes. This new constitutional clarification now proves it has all been conspiratorial judicial theft. Nothing more, and nothing less. The judicial crimes of the last sixty years, fraudulently perpetrated on the American People by the federal judiciary in the name of tax has all been pure unlawful and wrongful conversion of the constitutionally protected private property of We the People, under color of law, under color of office, and in the name of tax only;
– for there is no law because none is authorized, and there is no enforceable
direct tax or taxing power conferred under the 16th Amendment as previously used and deceptively claimed, because no such power is constitutionally made enforceable against the individual ‘person’, as opposed to one of the “several states”.
Article 1, Section 2, clause 3 – “Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned amongst the several states which may be included within this Union”
All American citizens, in all 50 states, are all now EXEMPT – as they always were, but is now clarified by constitutional as now clarified by congress), from any required payment or withholding of the federal personal income tax from their paycheck, earned at their place of employment in one of the fifty states, and everyone should therefore now claim EXEMPT on their W-4, as provided in law thereupon, under the supremacy-clause exemption from withholding, that is made at Title 26 USC (IRC) Section 3402(n), for informed employees to claim.
Go ahead, “Google” it, – “H.R. 1 Constitutional Authority Statement”. See for yourself. Without the use of the misapplication of the 16th Amendment to erroneously allege a direct tax on income that is owed by all “persons”, there can be no lawful enforcement of the personal income tax on the income of the American People, by any Department, Agency, Service, or any other group of men that exist within the federal government,
– like the IRS, the DOJ, the federal judiciary, or even the “United States of America” (as a plaintiff in the courts), without there first being the clear applicability of some impost, duty, or excise tax to measure, that lawfully and properly taxes the underlying taxable (business, commodity, or trade based) activity from which the income is derived.
Therefore, if there is no impost, duty, or excise tax that exists in the written law of the United States Code (the written laws) that applies to the underlying taxable activity, resulting in “taxable income”, then there is no amount of “gross income” to measure as tax. And, since there is no impost, duty, or excise tax that exists in the written law of the United States Code (the written laws) that reaches either the “wages” or “salary” of the American People, earned by Right, as those terms (“wages” and “salary“) are not included in IRC Section 61 defining the sources of gross income constituting taxable income of an American citizen;
– but the terms are specifically included in IRC Section 1441(b), wherever “wages” or “salary” are earned by the non-resident alien person that is identified in law under IRC Section 1441(a). And, since it is only the foreign person (Follow this LINK and CLICK on Person see the definition – and also look up definition of individual in the code – it’s likely not you), who is made subject under the provisions of IRC Sections 7701(a)(16), to the collection of the federal personal income tax imposed in the code sections of Subtitle A (Chapters 1-6) of Title 26, which is where the original 1913 income tax laws are found in today’s law.
Subtitle A is the body of law that was enacted by Congress in 1913 as the federal personal income tax law, enacted under the original income tax legislation of the Underwood-Simmons Tariff Act of Oct. 3, 1913, then it has now become impossible (under the new H.R. 1 income tax law, ONLY under Article I, Section 8, authorities) for any party or person to lawfully withhold or collect any federal income tax from the payments made to an informed American citizen in one of the fifty states!
Oh, by the way, a Tariff, as enacted within the Underwood-Simmons Tariff Act of Oct. 3, 1913, is one form of an impost, which taxing power, when exercised in the 50 states, is limited in constitutional operation to the taxation of only foreign persons and imported foreign goods, commodities, and other taxable “articles of commerce“. An impost, in the form of an enacted tariff, has no internal application to the domestic activity of American citizens conducted by Right within the fifty states, without any involvement with foreign goods or foreign persons.
So, as I said in the beginning: The new federal personal income tax law, H.R. 1, that was just enacted into law by Congress in December 2017, and already made effective as of January 1st, 2018, has the immediate legal effect of:
1. Completely disemboweling and destroying the I.R.S.’ current personal income tax collection and enforcement practices and operations, by removing them entirely and completely from all legitimate constitutional authority to act to enforce the direct taxation of income under the 16th Amendment, as practiced for the last 60 years; Exposing 60 years of IRS THEFT & UNLAWFUL CONVERSION BY FRAUD.
2. Strips the federal Department of Justice naked in the courtroom of all of its usual illegitimate constitutional arguments that have been made in the courtroom for the last 60 years, to sustain the federal court’s (both district and tax courts’) erroneous enforcement of a direct and unapportioned tax upon the income of We theAmerican People under alleged authority of the 16th Amendment (Exposing 60 years of DOJ FRAUD AND/OR STUPIDITY); and
3. Now you also know that not only is this not crazy, it is ALL irrefutably TRUE. Oh yea, by the way, it is the 2nd plank of the Communist Manifesto that calls for the graduated and communistic taxation of a population that is kept divided by the different classes of the population defined in the non-uniform tax law by the creation of the different tax-brackets established therein; with different rates of tax for each bracket as under the communistic system of unconstitutional taxation that we suffer under today (for the last 72 years- since 1945), rather than the system of uniformity in taxation that is constitutionally required of both the authorized direct, and indirect taxation of We the People in America and our activities. That 2nd Plank of the Communist Manifesto, explicitly states:
“A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.”
So, now you know where the income tax enforcement operations of the IRS, the DOJ, and federal judiciary really came from, for the last 60 years, because it isn’t Article I of the Constitution of the United States of America, or the 16th Amendment.
Now our government servants, and especially the federal judiciary, stand condemned by their own ignorance and arrogance, and sedition. By its own congressional admission, now made in the written formal Congressional Record of the United States of America, they are nothing but as guilty as sin itself. And now, there is only one path left by which they may escape to find their way back to justice and righteousness, repent.
COMMENT AND CALL TO ACTION – It’s time to move in on every case pending or case already judged in the past and open the prisons doors for those enslaved under this fraud, by bringing a Mandatory Judicial Notice of this argument into that case or appeal, to prove there was never constitutional jurisdiction for the IRS to bring cases in Tax Court or US District Court citing the 16th amendment, now or in the past. Then after winning these cases or in conjunction with your action to stop those cases, sue for constitutional violations using this new found information and congressional rules as the evidence.

USAF Begins Massive GPS Blackouts In The Western US During Largest Ever Air War Drill

The United States Air Force is launching its largest-ever three-week premier set of air war drills, called Red Flag 18-1, starting on Friday and will conclude February 16, said the 99th Air Base Wing Public Affairs.
On January 26, the air war drill, known as Red Flag, officially kicked off at Nellis Air Force Base, 20-miles outside of Las Vegas. Base officials have warned residents of increased military aircraft activity due to aircraft departing from Nellis Air Force Base twice-a-day to conduct war drills on the Nevada Test and Training Range.
“We’re trying a few new and different things with Red Flag 18-1,” said Col Michael Mathes, 414th Combat Training Squadron commander. “It’s the largest Red Flag ever with the largest number of participants, highlighting the balance of training efficiency with mission effectiveness.”
The drill involves a variety of attack, fighter and bomber aircraft as well as participants from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and Marine Corps. Foreign participants include Royal Australian Air Force and the Royal Air Force.

“Red Flag 18-1 primarily is a strike package focused training venue that we integrate at a command and control level in support of joint task force operations,” said Mathes. “It’s a lot of words to say that we integrate every capability we can into strike operations that are flown out of Nellis Air Force Base.”
According to The Drive, the air war drill is the largest of its kind in the 42-year history, as the United States prepares for a possible conflict on the Korean Penisula.
Further, the USAF is going to “blackout GPS over the sprawling Nevada Test and Training Range,” said the Drive, which will provide realistic war-like conditions to challenge aircrews.
Flying.com reports the drills at the Nevada Test and Training Range will cause rolling GPS blackouts for the vast portions of the Western United States from January 26 through February 18. All GPS-equipped aircraft operating in the Western United States should be prepared for possible navigation failure in the region.
The NBAA Command Center reports the U.S. military will begin training exercises on the Nevada Test and Training Range between 0400Z until 0700Z daily. Training maneuvers will impact vast portions of the Western U.S. including California, Nevada, Oregon, Wyoming, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Montana and New Mexico. FAA enroute ATC centers affected include Albuquerque (ZAB), Denver (ZDV), Los Angeles (ZLA), Salt Lake (ZLC), Oakland (ZOA) and Seattle (ZSE). Operations in R-2508 and R-2501 may also be impacted.
“Arrivals and departures from airports within the Las Vegas area may be issued non-Rnav re-routes with the possibility of increased traffic disruption near LAS requiring airborne re-routes to the south and east of the affected area. Aircraft operating in Los Angeles (ZLA) center airspace may experience navigational disruption, including suspension of Descend-via and Climb-via procedures. Non-Rnav SIDs and STARs may be issued within ZLA airspace in the event of increased navigational disruption. Crews should expect the possibility of airborne mile-in-trail and departure mile-in-trail traffic management initiatives.”
The Drive explains why the USAF is determined to use GPS spoofing and jamming technology but offers no insight into what a GPS blackout might mean for the millions of civilians who live in the Western region of the US.
GPS denial is a becoming a huge issue for American military planners. Peer states, especially Russia, are already putting GPS spoofing and jamming tactics to work during various training events near their own borders. We have discussed this situation in great depth before, and I would suggest you read this article to understand just how deeply the loss of reliable global positioning system data can mean for the U.S. and its allies during a time of war, as well as what is being done to overcome such a monumental hurdle.
The Pentagon has mysteriously tested technology that can jam GPS over a wide area before, and it is likely that this same capability will be put to use in the Nellis Test and Training Range for this Red Flag 18-1. Line-of-sight and distance impact the way in which GPS users, especially other airplanes, operating far outside the training area will be affected. Whether or not the Goodlatte bill can pass the Senate is beside the point right now. The House must pass this common sense bill to establish a benchmark to which Senators -- with all their expansionist views in both Parties -- must respond. Most analysts in the media and Congress are declaring H.R. 4760 can't get through the House now that Pres. Trump has introduced a framework that is so much weaker. It is our job to prove the analysts wrong, as we have so many times before.

A new poll released by Harvard-Harris shows that a staggering percentage of voters on all ends of the political spectrum are overwhelmingly in favor of an immigration deal that would end Chain Migration, eliminate the Visa Lottery, and grant amnesty to DACA recipients.
The White House officially released its legislative "framework" for an immigration deal that would expand amnesty for 690,000 plus DACA recipients to about 1.8 million illegal aliens and perpetuate chain migration by allowing the extended-family and employment "backlog" of 4 million to be cleared. How the latter would occur was not made clear.
Forty-six Senators stopped funding of the government Friday night because they didn't get an eighth amnesty that offers endless chains of extended family migration. Chain Migration is the top issue here. The 46 Senators wouldn't accept a DACA amnesty and wouldn't vote to fund the government unless every immigrant gets to have Chain Migration of their relatives, and unless all those relatives get Chain Migration of their relatives, and so forth. Did YOU know there have already been 7 Chain-Migration amnesties?
The Supreme Court will consider taking up the Trump Administration's appeal of a district court ruling that forced it to resume accepting DACA renewal applications. The Administration appealed U.S. District Judge William Alsup's ruling to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. Now both courts will consider the ruling simultaneously.
The Justice Department today told 23 state and local governments that they must prove their police departments do not violate federal anti-sanctuary law. Most of these entities have refused previous requests for information and may now face subpoenas. The Administration set a February 23 deadline for responding.

They're both fearless, articulate, and dedicated to revealing truth as citizen journalists.
The fact that their joint appearance on an Anti-School discussion together (link above) has had over 52,000 views in just 24 hours, and their individual videos have had tens of thousands more, indicates just how many people are taking red pills these days.
To say hundreds of thousands are viewing the many YouTube videos referencing Q and the Great Awakening would not be an exaggeration.
Decoding Q's Code
Before getting to some of his more significant posts, it might be helpful to start with at least a cursory understanding of the strange manner in which they're sometimes presented.
Apparently they're in semi-code form to defeat opposition web bots as much as possible, although there is no doubt that what are termed trolls and shills are definitely doing everything they can to discredit and marginalize this information.

"In Q's posts, an underscore normally means "Letter(s)" omitted. A dash normally means "new word follows," which may only be represented by a letter. An X, similar to the underscore, usually means "replace with another letter(s)."
"As an example "C_A" (underscore between letters) is usually the clowns (CIA) with an omitted letter i. ("Clowns can also be "Clowns In America" - capitals being CIA). C-A (hyphen or dash between letters) might mean "Cabal Associates." This is not a hard-and-fast rule, but it holds true in the majority of the cases.
"This is why "J-Go_dX" in a recent post was NOT "JAG" for Judge Advocate General or Julian (op) is a "Go." It was instead "J Gold Associates, where the X stood in for "any letter," so "J Gold A" was how that was deciphered.
"Also, blank spaces are usually counted to determine how many omitted characters are being replaced. Count spaces carefully. Again, this is a variation, more count specific, of the underscore and the X replacements.
"I stand to be corrected if I have any of this wrong, but this is how a large number of codes have been shown.

The reference to Jeremiah 29.11 is easy enough to follow up on.

The ##FLY## reference might have something to do with the large number of planes which have recently had to make "emergency landings" or return to a US airport because of some purported incident on board.
What are seen as cover stories, such as birds in the cockpit, the smell of smoke, toilets overfilled, or a passenger on the wrong plane (so we turn around five hours out and take one person back so they can catch the proper flight .... ???) are indeed suspicious.
It's far more likely that one or more people on board has been trying to flee the country, especially since President Trump's Executive Order of December 21 which declared a state of national emergency because of corruption and sex/slave trafficking. Over 10,000 indictments have been sealed, and that EO allows the seizure of assets, including bank accounts.
"Goodbye @Jack" probably refers to Jack Dorsey, the billionaire founder of Twitter, who resigned this month from the Disney board of directors. (Twitter was financed to a large extent by Saudi Prince Alwaleed, whose $6 billion fortune was confiscated when he and many other princes were arrested in the recent Saudi Arabia crackdown on sex traffickers following President Trump's visit to that country. Disney's participation in the child trafficking business is also likely to be exposed as time goes by.)
CNBC News Crew Arrested
The New Jersey Real Time News site reports that a "TV crew tried to sneak fake explosive device through Newark Airport security, feds say." And the next day nine people were charged with various offenses related to that incident.
On the face of it, it appears to have been a stupid stunt with the intention of making some sort of reality show - using a Dutch-based company (the Endomol Shine Group) which contracts with cable network CNBC. None of those arrested had press credentials.
"The item inside the roller bag(image) included a motor, wires and PVC pipes, which are all indicators of an improvised explosive device such as a pipe bomb, the TSA said in a statement."
Q's take, on the other hand, is that it might have been a failed false flag attempt.

US War Plans Stolen
An extensive Internet search for articles tied to Eric Schmidt's visit to North Korea reveals that while he and his accompanying daughter later spoke to the press, they only mentioned the limited Internet and cell phone services in North Korea.
However, the image (Schmidt in red scarf, Richardson at his left)) clearly shows a visit to a military computer facility.
However, whatever underlying purpose his mystery trip involved, it has not been spoken about publicly.
So the idea that he was acting on behalf of the Deep State, helping North Korea to establish a sophisticated military computer system which would help in its nuclear ambitions, remains speculation until proven.
At the same time, given the track record of the tyrants, it is a distinct possibility that North Korea and its ruling family have been long-time puppets of the Globalists.
Significantly, following Schmidt's visit, North Korea was able to hack into military computers in South Korea, stay undetected for at least a year, and steal secret US and South Korean war plans.
Elsewhere, Q has been saying we should expect some shocking revelations about treason in high places. Treason is a crime that carries the death penalty.
Who Gave NK Nuclear Reactors?
Knowing from Ramtha's words in Last Waltz of the Tyrants that wars have been planned decades in advance by the Rothschilds and the "graymen," it seems logical to assume that North Korea had a lot of help in establishing its nuclear capabilities - and there are records of that help happening under previous administrations.
"Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld presided over a $200 million dollar contract to deliver equipment and services to build two light water reactor stations in North Korea in January 2000 when he was an executive director of ABB (Asea Brown Boveri).
"Rumsfeld was merely picking up the baton from the Clinton administration, who in 1994 agreed to replace North Korea’s domestically built nuclear reactors with light water nuclear reactors. Clinton policy wonks claimed that light water reactors couldn’t be used to make bombs.

Hawaii - Japan - Snowden
More than a million words have probably been written and spoken about the recent incoming-missile warnings broadcast first in Hawaii, and then in Japan a day or so later.
One theory was that a missile had been launched toward Hawaii from a submarine. The missile was shot down and the sub found and destroyed. Officially however, it was all a mistake - some bozo accidentally hit the wrong button and scared the bejeezus out of millions of people. Naturally, many concluded that it was yet another false flag attempt.
Reading Q posts and their analyses by people such as Isaac and Jason, another possibility comes up.
That is, that the Deep State, through its past control of the NSA, had a great deal of information sequestered in a super-computer in Hawaii, with no access possible by the administration, except in the event of nuclear war breaking out.
Recall too that Edward Snowden was an NSA contractor in Hawaii before he dramatically exposed what the NSA - which means the government of the time - was doing in the way of total surveillance, both globally and domestically. Could it be that he too is one of those "people of the people"?
So the White Hats made a chess move, simulated a nuclear attack, which automatically put the "doomsday response" into play, and all that data (including copies of those 33,000 emails that Hillary Clinton thought she'd destroyed after being subpoenaed) was instantly transferred back to the mainland.
If that's the case, then the same could be true of the alert that was issued in Japan where the tentacles of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers run deep.
Admiral Rogers - Unsung Hero

Admiral Rogers was appointed by President Obama as head of the NSA.
During the Trump/Clinton election campaign, he visited Trump, without telling Obama, and let The Donald know that he was being spied on.
He was retained for the past year as NSA head, and obviously played a big part in helping the new president and his trusted generals get access to information that has now seen an investigation into the Obama administration's misuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
The above image, in which it was suggested that the layout of that executive meeting was deliberately sending a coded message of its own in the form of a symbolic Q, does not clearly show who was seated at the head of the table and being addressed by President Trump (wearing a red tie).
But as this enlargement shows so clearly ....
... it was Admiral Mike Rogers.
The consequences of the Admiral's actions for the Deep State - for Obama and the Clintons and many more - are likely to be extremely severe, especially if the intelligence committee's FISA report is made public.
It was seen by members of Congress this past week - and as if fighting a rearguard action, Democrats opted for some stalling and anti-Trump tactics by shutting down government funding on the anniversary of his inauguration. The move is probably supported by any Republicans who also have dirty secrets in their closets.
To an outsider, in the broader context of the plans the globalists have had for world domination - assisted for years by politicians in many governments - this whole thing, including the US government shutdown, looks like a domestic dispute in which one party has committed adultery and when discovered denies it all and then burns down the family home to cover any evidence - only to suffer self-immolation.
Meanwhile, the other party rebuilds the house on a new foundation.

The unreal is weakening in the Presence of Love, and it is dissolving.
All across Planet Earth the energy fields of humans are moving toward each other, and melding, blending, and integrating, in evermore harmonious cooperation as the Tsunami of Love continues to strengthen and intensify. Yes, there are still conflicts arising, suffering is still being inflicted on the weak, as your various news agencies keep on reporting, but while this is occurring a massive release of old buried hatreds and resentments worldwide is taking place. The intensity of the loving attitudes and behaviors arising everywhere is leading to the disclosure of much shameful conduct that has been ongoing, but hidden, for eons. It is no longer possible to hide behaviors that prey on the weak and the innocent, they are being disclosed and brought to a close as the perpetrators are brought to justice.
Love is the infinite field of divine Power in which all that exists is held in eternal joy. As I have said before, anything that is not in perfect and complete alignment with Love is unreal, ephemeral, and it just fades away into nothingness in Love’s Presence. That is what is happening now on Earth. And that is reason to C E L E B R A T E ! The unreal is weakening in the Presence of Love, and it is dissolving, its time is past, all that you are seeing and hearing is but its final and raucous disintegration.
As the unreal, the illusion, disintegrates all around you, you will notice many amazing changes in your earthly existence, from your human forms to the physical environment in which you appear to be firmly ensconced. You have the power to change your perceptions and beliefs, and to open yourselves to a far wider range of possibilities and opportunities while you continue to maintain your human forms. There is no intent to move you out of your bodies, which can serve you well indefinitely. By allowing the fullness of Love to flow into and through your hearts, healing on every level will occur, revitalizing every aspect of your human nature – your loving nature that is divine and eternal.
As you well know, you are eternal spiritual beings having a temporary experience as humans in form. Until now it has seemed that you had no control over your human forms, because they appeared to age and decay with time regardless of how well you tried to take care of them. Now you have collectively made the decision to allow yourselves to choose how much time you wish to spend as a human before returning to your Real Home in the spiritual realms.
Life is a non-returnable gift from God, it has no “best by” or “sell by” date because it is eternal, everlasting, immortal. God does not play games with you, He does not judge you, and He does not punish you. His Will for you is eternal joy, and His Will is always achieved. You, however, have the freedom with which He invested you to be creative and inventive in myriad ways. The unreal material environment was brought into being by your collective choice, and, over the eons, much has changed within it. Now you are returning to a state of fully conscious awareness that will allow you to initiate changes lovingly within it for the benefit and the good of all sentient life forms.
This is an enormous responsibility. It is also an enormous opportunity for you to demonstrate Love in action in every moment, and delight in the results that that demonstration produces. Previously you have been actors in a drama where it appeared that you had no input, and where the directors and producers were unknown and hidden from your conscious awareness. Now, however, that is no longer the case. Everyone has the ability and the responsibility to consciously play their part in the unfolding drama that is life as a human on Planet Earth. You are awakening to your responsibilities as stewards of your environment, where you are, in rapidly increasing numbers, choosing to be in service instead of seeking to be served.
To serve and to seek to serve is divine, whereas seeking to be served is egoic and divisive. Of course, by serving you are served, because service, by its very nature, is open-ended, giving and receiving, sharing and extending; it is Love in action. Humanity is returning from its sense of separateness, confusion, and abandonment, to its natural state which is full awareness of its unchangeable divine nature.
You, every human without exception, are all divine beings because God created all of you, and what He creates He creates like unto Himself. Remember, there are no exceptions! God is infinite perfection and so is what He creates. The chaos, conflict, confusion, and competition in which you seem to be embroiled, while many attempt to ensure their survival by self-deception and misrepresentation, is coming to an end. It serves no beneficial service of any kind. The only service is Love, and Love serves and embraces all.
Go within daily, to your holy inner sanctuary – you can always find the time – and allow your true nature, Love, which resides there, to flow into your hearts, revitalizing, inspiring, and uplifting you so that you can maintain and demonstrate your constant intent to be loving whatever arises. Then the Love continues to flow through you and out from you to mingle and meld with the energy fields of everyone with whom you interact throughout your day, raising their spirits and empowering them to do likewise.
You truly have no idea what powerful beings you are, or how effective your presence is when you engage willingly and lovingly with others. However, when you do, you feel good within yourselves, and that is the feedback and confirmation you need to continue doing what you do best – loving and accepting all, without judgment or fear.
Truly, as divine beings, you are invulnerable. Know that, be aware of that, and allow your day to unfold as it will, because you will then deal with every issue that arises in the most appropriate manner possible, as your self-doubts dissolve in the face of the positive results that you experience. Even when what you expect does not occur, you will know that what does occur was what was divinely intended. You are all instruments in the divine plan, and, as such, you are fully supported in every moment, thus ensuring that it always unfolds as divinely intended. For this you are mightily honored.

A number of DACA amnesty proposals have been offered, but the Securing America's Future Act, H.R. 4760, introduced by Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) is the only one endorsed by NumbersUSA. H.R. 4760 would end Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery, eliminate the ability for illegal aliens to obtain jobs by requiring all employers to use E-Verify, and make significant improvements to both border security and interior enforcement. It also contains an amnesty for DACA recipients, but unlike the other proposals, H.R. 4760 extends the amnesty only to the current population of 690,000 DACA recipients. White House Immigration Framework Is a Terrible Deal for the American People -- We Must Kill It Instead, We Must Push the House to Pass the Goodlatte Bill NumbersUSA Leads the Effort to Reject the White House Giveaways -- Help Us Now!

You already know we OPPOSE the Senate so-called "Gang of Six" effort to trade a DREAM Amnesty for . . . virtually nothing. On the other hand, you probably also know that NumbersUSA has ENDORSED House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte's H.R. 4760, which:
(1) Ends all Chain Migration admissions after one year;
(2) Mandates the use of E-Verify by every employer in America within two years;
(3) Cracks down on Sanctuary Cities;
(4) Expands and enhances the entry-exit biometric system, that will eventually cut down on the number of illegal alien visa overstayers;
(5) Trades all the above for amnesty for 694,000 current DACA recipients. The Goodlatte bill is a REALLY GOOD DEAL for the American people. We have endorsed it and are PUSHING IT LIKE CRAZY. Until Thursday, things were looking pretty good for Americans who want immigration REDUCED and illegal immigration to be ELIMINATED. H.R. 4760 already has 77 House Members cosponsoring it. Our job was to get more support in the House, forcing Speaker of the House Paul Ryan to call a vote on it. If it's given a vote, we believed and still believe it will pass. But Thursday evening, the White House introduced a draft "framework" of guidelines for an immigration bill that the President would sign. It would be a pitiful deal that wouldn't significantly reduce immigration for years. Highlights:
●The framework claims to end chain migration. It does stop new applications, but it continues issuing green cards to those in the chain migration "backlog". The effect is that chain migration reductions would not take effect in full for at least 15 years!!!
●The visa lottery is abolished, but the 55,000 green cards a year would be used to help clear out the chain migration "backlog".
● American workers would NOT be protected by E-Verify, since the "framework" doesn't require E-Verify to be in the bill.
●There IS wall money in the White House's "framework" for a bill. However, most of the other great enforcement measures H.R. 4760 includes aren't mentioned in the framework.
●The framework would give Amnesty to at least 1.8 million illegal aliens who have DACA work permits or who would have had permits if they had ever bothered to sign up or who are in a larger class of illegal aliens who did not qualify in the first place. This number is almost triple what the Goodlatte bill offers. As you can see, the White House deal is a REALLY HORRIBLE DEAL FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. An amnesty for at least 1.8 million illegal aliens in exchange for wall money and very little else?? Are you kidding me??? NumbersUSA and our 8 million activists REJECT it, and we will KILL it. We desperately need your support. Please give.

Trump gave a powerful State of the Union Address. There were several times I leaped out of my chair with excitement. The first time was when he used a Q Anon phrase 'Catch and Release'. Yes! And the second time was when he talked about Guantanamo Bay...
Trump: 'We will keep open the detention facilities in Guantanamo Bay. I am asking Congress to ensure that we have all necessary power to detain terrorists WHEREVER WE FIND THEM (my capitals) - and it will now be in Guantanamo Bay.'
He also said 'we no longer tell our enemies our plans'. Towards the end of the address he used the word freedom several times, and a delightful phrase about how freedom would go out from USA and 'light up the entire world'.
Trump's closing words were all about the USA people: 'This nation belongs entirely to them. Our task is to listen to them, protect them and serve them. It's the PEOPLE who are making America great again.'
As I watched the speech, I instinctively knew that it was not the right time to release the memo we have all been waiting for. Trump needed to build the confidence of the people before hitting them with such a big shock.
I do believe the memo will be released quickly though. Its release, along with the flood of money from 1st February with the tax cuts, will provide cover for the GCR.

This week I was waiting in line at a grocery store customer service desk when an older, Indian gentleman turned around and offered me his place, "If you're in a hurry, you can go ahead of me." What a sweetheart! I thanked him but told him that for once I wasn't rushing.
A client had canceled before my lunch break, and while I "should" have been at home answering emails, the idea of running errands appealed. "I like to ask," he continued in his delightful accent. "The mothers are always so busy!" I joked, "Well, I don't have kids, but I'm mom to a lot of adults. I feed everyone!"
His face lit up! "Oh my wife! She feeds everyone! She is not my wife! She is my LIFE! We've been married 40 years." Love emanated form him, as he spoke of her with reverence. He proceeded to tell me they had large gatherings of people at their house each month just to talk. His wife fed everyone and they had only five rules: No politics, no religion, no selling, no drinking, and no smoking. They invited total strangers just to meet and eat. "You should come!" he told me. For the thousandth time this life, I wished I could clone to enjoy all the delightful souls I meet.
I ran into him again as I was leaving. "I was just telling the clerk how sweet you are," I told him. He smiled and joked, "Oh no! I'm short, old, and ugly!" I looked him in the eye and teased, "That's not who you are! That's just the costume." He smiled even more broadly. "This," he said softly, gesturing at all the people still in line with a sweep of his hand, "This is all just Halloween!" We shared a silent moment of shared mystical truth and grinned like two kids with a beautiful secret. I saw the Divine in him as clearly as he saw it in me. He surprised me with a big hug. "I love you darling!" he told me with soul-level sincerity and the innocence of a child. "I love you too," I replied, practically dancing out of the store!
This is the "real" world – a world of tolerance, love, and authentic expression. Occasionally, in this earthly dream, we get to experience the "real world" when love and kindness, humor and grace are shared freely, with innocence and without reservation. This soul blessed my day, my year, and now all of you with his innocent, loving heart.
Can you imagine how we could change the world if we were all a bit more open to the adventure. I can. Let us dream it together.
Here are some tips this week to help you trust the journey...
1. Trust everything is perfect even if it doesn't look that way
We are always exactly where we need to be to learn what we need to learn. The more you trust that, the better life gets.
If your bank account is low, trust that you're learning about real abundance. When my clients cancel I trust the Divine Orchestration of my life. If a relationship doesn't work out, trust that you are going to receive more love. When a cold tried to set in near the end of my vacation I realized my body was telling me it was time to eat kindly once again.
The more you affirm and believe that everything is perfect, the more you'll see and experience the perfection.
2. Surrender to yourself... not your "shoulds"
If you find things don't look the way you think they should, stop. Breathe. Ask yourself, "Given life as it is, people as they are, me as I am, what next?" I "should" have answered emails when my client canceled. I felt like running errands. Shoulds rob you of God's grace.
3. Open to the adventure
Control is highly overrated. So is knowing how everything is going to turn out. As children we opened to life, live in the moment, and embrace our days as a grand adventure.
Years ago it wasn't on my agenda to take a certain route home, but it felt right. As soon as I turned off the freeway there was a woman with a stalled car. I went to get her some gas and she insisted I take some money for my time. I had just prayed for a little financial help. She had prayed for someone to assist her!
The next time something doesn't look as you wish, surrender to the adventure. Magic and miracles await!
As stated in previous missives, nuclear war is not an option. Years ago, Heaven deemed that we were to thwart any attempts at nuclear attacks. Meanwhile, all this activity brought out the American secret space program, causing one of its elements to ‘go rogue’ and cooperate fully with us. Truly, we now teeter on the threshold of a great victory. The last panic by the dark cabal is ending. The long-awaited victory of your prosperity is near. Hence, we are preparing to gradually disperse the funds that you require to transform your planet and establish the new Republic, end USA, Inc, and, most important of all, implement NESARA/GESARA. Remain patient and know, deep in your hearts, that wonders are converging that are to bring about global freedom.

I, like all the others that are able to make these communications known through our various sources, enjoy these times that we can be together with you; these times that are changing drastically; and these moments that are coming, moments that are now, and the moments that are yet to come.
You have been told for a long time now, many years for many of you, that change is certainly in the wind and that you are a part of this change. And that without you there would not be all of this change that is coming and that is here now.
We as the Company of Heaven, those of the Ascended Masters, we continue to watch these procedures, watch all that you are doing; are aware of each and every one of you as you go about your daily activities. Not that we would ever snoop or pry into your private affairs, but we are aware of your vibration – At times your thoughts, but mostly your vibration, mostly the frequency that you are operating in.
And this frequency that you are all operating in now has increased dramatically. It may not always be to your awareness of this as you have your various maladies, sicknesses, colds, flues, all of these things that tend to come over you, but know that all of these are dissipating more and more as you continue to move up higher and higher in frequency on a more regular basis. Because the times of being in the matrix, in this, entrapped in this 3-D illusion, are
fleeting fast now behind you. The past will become the past. And the remembrances of the past will lessen more and more as you continue to move along through into this Golden Age. And those memories that you have had from long, long ago will continue to flood back in as many of them are now for many of you.
Many of you are having various experiences remembering certain things that may have happened that you have totally forgotten about but now it is coming back to you. Some are having what we call ah-ha moments. Those moments when you realize that you know much more than what you have given yourself credit for up to this point. That you have much more knowledge, much more knowing, much more inner knowing as your consciousness is evolving.
And as your consciousness evolves and the frequencies that you operate within continue to rise, your memories continue to return to you. And I speak now of memories not only of lifetimes here on this planet, but lifetimes from many different systems and many other planets. Some of you may even begin to have knowings of those connections you have with your higher aspects, the higher aspects of your selves that are even at this moment watching over you as you are a part of them and they are part of you, and we are all a part of each other. We are all ONE.
As developments continue on, those many changes that have been spoken of continue to make themselves known in various revealings of truth. Because the truths are going to be revealed. All of them. There will be nothing left that will be unknown. Because when it all comes down to it, you are the truth and the truth is you. You do not understand this now, you will come to understand that.
There are many various announcements that are coming forth: various news, various revealings, various changes that will become apparent to each and every one of you and all of
those out there that are still yet unawakened.
Because of these many proofs that come forth, many, many more will awaken; will awaken to all of the consciousness that has been held back from them.
That time is now my friends. You are in the now.
So trust. Continue to trust in yourselves. Continue to trust in your ability to discern all that is coming forth because you all have that ability, you have all trained now to have that understanding. But as you hear various information coming forth you will know within you whether that information resonates with you or not and you will know as it resonates or does not, what is truth and what is not true.
