While being a "Helicopter Crew Chief Instructor" there, I'd go to Washington DC, with a few buddies almost every weekend. We'd do the Smithsonian and all. On the way back to Ft Eustis (125 miles), we'd often stop for something to eat. One time, it was getting late. We landed in Falls Church, VA. We saw an old general store that was still open. We walked around on the old creaky floors looking for Frito's or something? I came across, an old wire frame post card holder. It was full of WWII post cards...penny a piece ! I asked the guy, "How much do you want for the Post Cards?" He said, "A penny. They have been here ever since I was a kid." I counted them...300 plus. I gave him $4.00, and I got the rack, too. In San Diego, I sold a bunch for $1.00 each. I still have a bunch to hand down. I know some of you are too young to recall these posters and WWII, but they were a part of my life and others who are now "older than dirt". These are great. Pass them along, especially to your older e-mail friends. I wonder whatever happened to this kind of thinking. I got a lump in my throat when I read this. I "grew up" thinking: patriotism, it is the AMERICAN way! I am glad to see that somebody saved them. The statement at the end says it all! These were our parents. Here's what I would like to know. If the TRUTH ever comes out and it is decided that Obama was never eligible to be president, what happens to all the laws he signed into being and all the executive orders?
Should they all be null and void?
These simple questions from a reputable attorney...This really should get your "gray matter" to churning, even if you are an Obama fan. For all you "anti-Fox News" folks, none of this information came from Fox. All of it can be verified from legitimate sources (Wikipedia, the Kapiolani hospital website itself, and a good history book, as noted herein). It is very easy for someone to check out.
1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes'. So how can the Obama 'birth certificate' state he is "African-American" when the term wasn't even used at that time ?
2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961 and Lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, Right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa".
This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet Exist ?
Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". (check it below)
3. On the Birth Certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively.
The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?
Why hasn't this been discussed in the major media?
4. Perhaps a clue comes from Obama's book on his father. He states how proud he is of his father fighting in WW II. I'm not a math genius, so I may need some help from you. Barack Obama's "birth certificate" says his father was 25 years old in 1961 when Obama was born. That should have put his father's date of birth approximately 1936 - if my math holds (Honest! I did that without a calculator!) Now we need a non-revised history book-one that hasn't been altered to satisfy the author's goals-to verify that WW II was basically between 1939 and 1945. Just how many 3 year olds fight in Wars? Even in the latest stages of WW II his father wouldn't have been no more than 9 years old. Does that mean that Mr. Obama is a liar, or simply chooses to alter the facts to satisfy his imagination or political purposes ?

1. The BRICS system of CIPS has been in force since July 5 2016 with two new satellites in the air. Among other mandates CIPS was designed to process currency exchanges of the Global Currency Reset through AIIB, Bank of China, HSBC, Wells Fargo, TD Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank and in Mexico by HSBC. Rate categories were defined as: International, Market, Contract and Sovereign. The Sovereign Rate, now referred to as the Negotiated Rate, was actually a bond rate designed to be used for Humanitarian Projects.
2. As of July 28 2016 the Paris Climate Treaty had been finalized with the GCR currency exchange hidden in the treaty. There were now 208 countries that recognized the Republic of the United States. A new US Treasury Note would phase out the Petrodollar.
3. On July 31 2016 in Reno certain codes were sent out and test protocols started for the GCR. The next day Aug.1 2016 tests were sucessfully completed around 1 pm. Some SKRs and groups had been made liquid. Call Link
4. Also on Aug 1 2016 and according to The Big Call, Iraqi citizens were said to recieve by mail their new Smart Cards, charged up and ready to go. Last time they were paid on back pay the Dinar rate was $5.31, a possible International Rate. The Iraqi Olympic team of 150-160 plus their support group were said to be on route to Brazil with their Smart cards charged up.
5. Special codes were sent out Aug. 2 afternoon for a GCR GO on Aug. 3 2016. Intel provider Jerzy said that the Chinese Elders released some cash accts which were for reconstruction projects, including projects in the US.
6. On Aug. 3 2016 Typhoon Nadia put a stop to it all even though the RV was considered done. Meetings were held and the RV was rescheduled for the next week. By then major transactions in the quadrillion range had been exchanged at a nominal 1:1 ratio, a practice that would continue for weeks. The public RV was scheduled to follow in an estimated 30 days or less.

B. Pentagon Chief of Staff and US Republic President Joseph Dunford met with Obama to lay out how this was going to work: they took away Obama's authority.

D. The House returned the US back to a gold standard. Congress has the right to determine what constitutes the value of our money.
E. A great deal of SKRs have been funded. T2 paymasters have concluded their work and are now on to T4 payouts.
17. On Aug. 6 2016 there were rumors that arrests were made of three Iraqi individuals (1 banker, 2 politicians) thought to be interfering with installation of the new financial system. They were released with a citation and will be charged with treason if they interfere again. Mass arrests may be completed before Aug. 8.
18. On Aug. 7 2017 in Baghdad the Department of Pension Affairs and Social Security dispersed workers their salaries for the months of July and Aug. 2016 in cash and on their Smart Cards.
19. Iraqi bond sales and CBI currency auctions attended by the banks continued to reduce the money supply - that in turn increased the value of the Dinar. They were ridding the US dollar on the streets of Iraq and working to make the Dinar stronger. The new customs and tariff laws were in effect. There had to be an increase in the value of the Dinar in order to compensate for the increase.
20. On Monday Aug. 8 2016 ZAP in Dinar Chronicles stated: "We are entering a significant moment today as the Chinese and Europe royals finalize the major releases for construction projects and shore up the US dollar to ensure stability. The global checkbook opened today."

3. The opening of the Iraqi stock exchange confirmed that the Dinar was international with a rate that rose from $3.71 to over $5.00.
4. Individuals (thought to be the Admirals Group) completed their exchange in Reno today.
5. A number of exchanges have taken place starting yesterday with appointments taking them through Sunday night. These are pre-arranged exchange appointments that had pre-negotiated rates (that are thought to be lower rates than what we could be offered).
24. On Aug. 10 2016 DC sent a Situation Report to Dinar Chronicles:
1. Fact: RV performance is an absolute and immanent forthcoming event. Thus it's wise to take some time today to absorb this truth so that you can properly prepare emotionally for a massive change in your life / consciousness.

Crazy yes, but 100% true as reported months earlier from key sources serving the newly restored Republic government. There's been a meaningful and permanent regime change within our own US government structure.
7. As such, it's wise to take a moment and absorb this truth as possibility especially for those who are still in disbelief or denial about major political transformation globally in conjunction with radical financial transition.
8. This is why objects in the mirror are closer than they appear because all 7,000+ redemption centers (1,700 ZIM specific in US alone) are currently just hovering at an any minute, any second alert level--and have been since the start of August.
9. But here we are in real life, so on everyday survival terms, we wait on the release of 800#s. Know that Wells Fargo has that responsibility on the US, but is caught between the Republic (Dunford) and their Chinese owners (Elders).

12. What we are "waiting on" is for all said 209 sovereign nations to fully implement deal terms previously agreed to and signed into international law. So we're all made to watch a non-complicated macro situation play out with a seemingly endless amount of last second horse trading here at the very end--as every nation needs the RV to survival with some using the RV to better position their country's best interests moving forward into the new economy.

President General Joseph Dunford (US Republic) has been ordered to Beijing as a result, as even he is using the RV to hold non-compliant sovereign nations to their own pre-agreed upon terms, and using his country's new digital currency from going international (USN) as last minute negotiating tactic. Ironically, this actually serves US best interests long term, while delaying its progress in the short term. But the additional time actually helps secure American interests globally, even if domestically currency holders / banks are made to temporarily wait/suffer.

28. On Aug. 11 2016 DC reported in Dinar Chronicles:
1. Pre-agreed and signed international treaties were ignored and thus unhonored earlier in the week. As a result additional penalties are new now being enforced.
2. Once these penalties have been enforced in full, the RV will happen with ease and peace for all private redemptions (any time from now to Aug 24) as well as public redemptions (beginning Aug 25).
3. Also, look for the ongoing media circus (aka the USA political election) to resolve itself with release of the toll free 800# - which signals all sovereignty and security issues have been resolved long-term.
4. Either a Hillary or Trump resignation will absorb with the media coverage, thus distracting the public's attention away from a massive financial transition that's quietly rolling out (RV).
5. Below is a list of all remaining security and sovereignty issues being dealt with via real time negotiations by the UN Security Council with recognized nation-state diplomats.
The Ukraine / Russia conflict is part of what's delaying the release of the RV.
Chinese Elders / European Sovereigns / Russian Orthodox Church / Russian Sovereigns have given General Joseph Dunford till 8pm EST to resolve all release issues to begin his nation's global RV or be removed as Republic President.
This consortium not only controls the world's new financial and military mechanisms, they are the global trustees of the restored US Republic, and thus are acting benevolently on behalf of its citizenry, overseeing the country's international bankruptcy work through implementation--which by design begins in earnest with an American RV (USN global release). A replacement President and cabinet have long been in position and on reserve in case of non-compliance by Dunford and his cabinet. All are ready to be sworn in at this hour should the galactic federation deem it necessary for humanity's greater good.
What's interesting is that several in the intelligence community believe Republic President General Dunford is actually patiently waiting until the last possible moment (to remain under the protection of sovereign international bankruptcy law) in order to draw out all latent cabal sabotage threats, as well as give his nation's financial and military leaders the most possible time to prepare for this unprecedented event.
Remember, nobody really knows with any certainty what's going to happen post RV once "the kraken" has been released. Thus, Dunford may or may not act in his country's best interests tonight. We shall see with certainty shortly. Also, non-complying Wells Fargo Board Members and Executive Staff are being removed on the spot with more on the chopping block should the RV not commence by this evening.

I am a Jew turned evangelical Christian. I am also a passionate supporter of Donald Trump. I have a message for Christians who don't like Donald Trump: "YOU'RE MISSING THE BOAT." Christians have Trump all wrong. God sends messages in many forms. You're just not listening. God is talking. Here's a famous joke about God and how He talks to us. "A deeply faithful Christian man is stuck on roof of home with massive flooding up to 2nd floor. Rowboat comes. He says "No, I'm waiting for God. I've prayed and I know he's coming." 2ndrowboat. "No, I'm waiting for God."3rd rowboat. "No, I'm waiting for God." Water rises. The man drowns. Now he's meeting God in heaven. The religious man says "Where were you God? I prayed. I was faithful. I asked you to save me. Why would you abandon me?" God says, "Hey dummy, I sent you 3 rowboats. Are you blind?"
Did you ever consider Trump is our rowboat? Maybe God is trying to tell us something important- that now is not the time for a "nice Christian guy" or a "gentleman" or a typical Republican powder puff. And with one last breath, maybe what we need to save us at the last second, is someone different. Someone you haven't ever experienced before - because you weren't raised in rough and tumble New York where nothing good gets accomplished unless you're combative, aggressive, outrageous, on offense at all times, and maybe just a tad arrogant too.Maybe, just maybe, being a nice gentlemanly Christian would not beat Hillary, and her billion dollars, and her best friends in the media who will unleash the dogs of hell upon the GOP nominee. Maybe Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan aren't nice at all- because they led us to defeat. And losing again would mean the end of America . And God can't allow that. Maybe Romney and Ryan mean well. "We recently enjoyed a belated holiday dinner with friends at the home of other friends. The dinner conversation was jocund, ranging from discussions about antique glass and china to theology and politics.
At one point, reference was made to Donald Trump being a conservative, to which I responded that Trump is not a conservative.
I said that I neither view nor do I believe Trump views himself as a conservative. I stated it was my opinion that Trump is a pragmatist. He sees a problem and understands it must be fixed. He doesn't see the problem as liberal or conservative, he sees it only as a problem. That is a quality that should be admired and applauded, not condemned. But I get ahead of myself.
Viewing problems from a Liberal perspective has resulted in the creation of more problems, more entitlement programs, more victims, more government, more political correctness, and more attacks on the working class in all economic strata.
Viewing things according to the so-called Republican conservative perspective has brought continued spending and globalism to the detriment of American interests and wellbeing, denial of what the real problems are, weak, ineffective, milquetoast, leadership that amounts to Barney Fife Deputy Sheriff, appeasement oriented and afraid of its own shadow. In brief, it has brought liberal ideology with a pachyderm as a mascot juxtaposed to the ass of the Democrat Party.
Immigration isn't a Republican problem – it isn't a Liberal problem – it is a problem that threatens the very fabric and infrastructure of America . It demands a pragmatic approach not an approach that is intended to appease one group or another.
The impending collapse of the economy isn't a Liberal or Conservative problem, it is an American problem. That said, until it is viewed as a problem that demands a common sense approach to resolution, it will never be fixed because the Democrats and Republicans know only one way to fix things and the longevity of their impracticality has proven to have no lasting effect.
Successful businessmen like Donald Trump find ways to make things work, they do not promise to accommodate.
Trump uniquely understands that China ’s manipulation of currency is not a Republican problem or a Democrat problem. It is a problem that threatens our financial stability and he understands the proper balance needed to fix it.
Here again, successful businessmen like Trump who have weathered the changing tides of economic reality understand what is necessary to make business work, and they, unlike both sides of the political aisle, know that if something doesn't work, you don't continue trying to make it work hoping that at some point it will.
As a pragmatist, Donald Trump hasn't made wild pie-in-the-sky promises of a cell phone in every pocket, free college tuition, and a $15 hour minimum wage for working the drive-through at Carl’s Hamburgers.
I argue that America needs pragmatists because pragmatists see a problem and find ways to fix them. They do not see a problem and compound it by creating more problems.
You may not like Donald Trump, but I suspect that the reason people do not like him is because:
(1) he is antithetical to the “good old boy” method of brokering backroom deals that fatten the coffers of politicians;
(2) they are unaccustomed to hearing a candidate speak who is unencumbered by the financial shackles of those who owe them vis-a-vis donations;
(3) he is someone who is free of idiomatic political ideology; and
(4) he is someone who understands that it takes more than hollow promises and political correctness to make America great again.
Listening to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders talk about fixing America is like listening to two lunatics trying to “out crazy” one another. Jeb Bush, John Kasich and Marco Rubio are owned lock, stock, and barrel by the bankers, corporations, and big dollar donors funding their campaigns. Bush can deny it, but common sense tells anyone willing to face facts is that people don't give tens of millions without expecting something in return.
We have had Democrats and Republican ideologues and what has it brought us? Are we better off today or worse off? Has it happened overnight or has it been a steady decline brought on by both parties?
I submit that a pragmatist might be just what America needs right now. People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance, but that is common among those who have never accomplished anything in their lives (or politicians who never really solved a problem, because it's better to still have an "issue(s) to be solved," so re-elect me to solve it, (which never happens) and those who have always played it safe (again, all politicians) not willing to risk failure, to try and achieve success.

You are all in the midst of ingesting yet another frequency shift. It is now occurring. There is much that is still being cleansed from your systems. It will be a time when all the people of the world will feel fragmented and unable to deal with all the changes that are taking place but ultimately all will come together in a new way, a new beginning that will truly honor each soul upon the planet. Each of you have been prepared for these times, each of you has the training, the knowledge and the ability to be of great use in keeping stability as a primary focus. It behooves you to realize that this is the function that is required during these times, that you keep a level head and try to see the higher perspective of all that is happening and maintain stability, maintain the Light The greatest value that you could offer to humanity during these coming times is unconditional love and acceptance. Many people will feel that they are losing their grip, their minds, everything that mattered to them. You it is who play a valuable role as these events occur. Many people within the western worlds who have enjoyed peace and abundance living a joyful and eventful life will find themselves experiencing the feeling that their lives have bottomed out, as though they were made on quicksand. This will require your coming together and giving your energies to create that stability that will be needed. As we have said, ultimately it is all good. All that will be occurring will be good. New ways of being, new ways of administering to the needs of the people of each nation will come into practice in a way that will be beneficial for their citizens. Those who lived in ultimate luxury will find themselves drifting without knowing what to do. During a frequency shift it is difficult to stay connected to the higher realms, this is a temporary situation and will resume when the energy fluxes have become more stabilized. In the meantime, all the hidden realities that have been kept from the people of the world will continue to come forth in record speeds. This is what will put the people of the world on overwhelm wondering how it is that they could not have known these things. They will be hard put to try to absorb all that is occurring. Tempers will be frayed as people feel overwhelmed and unable to cope.
Life on the planet will take on a surreal aspect. Eventually all will be restored to Divine order and it will be better than before. We ask the Light workers of the world to earnestly uphold the Light within themselves and for the highest good of all. There is a balancing that is taking place and will continue to do so until the structures of the world are renewed, restored and functioning in a better way that takes into account the needs of all the citizens of the planet. After the chaos comes the good. Those roots will be planted firmly. It will require the combined efforts of many people to establish the new structures but it will be well worth it. Beloved Light workers, you are the hope of the world, you are those who are self-responsible in a new form of government where all people accept responsibility for all their thoughts, words and deeds, everything that swirls within their consciousness. For that is the Divine way, to be fully responsible for one’s self, one’s being, and one’s sphere of influence in the environment around them. As more and more people realize this, peace will truly be established upon your planet. All will begin to function with great harmony. The days ahead are filled with hope, remember that. It has been written about before, over and over again, but cannot be emphasized enough. The world of quantum physics is an eerie one, one that sheds light on the truth about our world in ways that challenge the existing framework of accepted knowledge. What we perceive as our physical material world, is really not physical or material at all, in fact, it is far from it. This has been proven time and time again by multiple Nobel Prize (among many other scientists around the world) winning physicists, one of them being Niels Bohr, a Danish Physicist who made significant contributions to understanding atomic structure and quantum theory.

At the turn of the nineteenth century, physicists started to explore the relationship between energy and the structure of matter. In doing so, the belief that a physical, Newtonian material universe that was at the very heart of scientific knowing was dropped, and the realization that matter is nothing but an illusion replaced it. Scientists began to recognize that everything in the Universe is made out of energy. “Despite the unrivaled empirical success of quantum theory, the very suggestion that it may be literally true as a description of nature is still greeted with cynicism, incomprehension and even anger.” (T. Therefore, if we really want to observe ourselves and find out what we are, we are really beings of energy and vibration, radiating our own unique energy signature -this is fact and is what quantum physics has shown us time and time again. We are much more than what we perceive ourselves to be, and it’s time we begin to see ourselves in that light. If you observed the composition of an atom with a microscope you would see a small, invisible tornado-like vortex, with a number of infinitely small energy vortices called quarks and photons. These are what make up the structure of the atom. As you focused in closer and closer on the structure of the atom, you would see nothing, you would observe a physical void.

The Role of Consciousness in Quantum Mechanics
What does it mean that our physical material reality isn’t really physical at all? It could mean a number of things, and concepts such as this cannot be explored if scientists remain within the boundaries of the only perceived world existing, the world we see. As Nikola Tesla supposedly said: “The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.” Fortunately, many scientists have already taken the leap, and have already questioned the meaning and implications of what we’ve discovered with quantum physics. One of these potential revelations is that “the observer creates the reality.” A fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. (R. C. Henry, “The Mental Universe”; Nature 436:29, 2005) One great example that illustrates the role of consciousness within the physical material world (which we know not to be so physical) is the double slit experiment. This experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. (2) A double-slit optical system was used to test the possible role of consciousness in the collapse of the quantum wave-function. The ratio of the interference pattern’s double-slit spectral power to its single-slit spectral power was predicted to decrease when attention was focused toward the double-slit as compared to away from it. The study found that factors associated with consciousness, such as meditation, experience, electrocortical markers of focused attention and psychological factors such as openness and absorption, significantly correlated in predicted ways with perturbations in the double-slit interference pattern.(2) This is just the beginning. Saturday night, a key computer infrastructure system integral to the RV mainframe was brought down due to a rogue cabal attack at a top secrete military location.
Additional tactical military personnel was called in to both replace the system and guard this RV server location against future attack.
The new hardware components were installed on Sunday, thus reconnecting the digital RV redundancy network once again.
Special algorithm software was then loaded to reboot the new system @ midnight Sunday: and we are told this reboot is now three quarters complete as of noon Monday.

Since the Nazi takeover of the United States was completed with the election stolen by George Bush Jr. in the year 2000 the government of the United States has tried to murder us through the release of bio-weapons including SARS, Bird Flu, Ebola etc. To engineer mass starvation they released various crop diseases in the hope of devastating agricultural production. They also paid farmers around the world generous subsidies to produce “bio-ethanol” instead of food. This led to starvation in 33 countries that was only stopped when a World Bank whistleblower pointed out it was the subsidies for bio-ethanol that were responsible. This group has also attempted to start nuclear war with manufactured incidents in North Korea, Iran, Syria etc. They are now trying to accomplish this in the South China Sea by offering Australia, ASEAN, Japan and Korea as prizes to China if they start a world war. This writer was invited to join the Nazi cabal by agents working for Henry Kissinger and David Rockefeller. They explained that it was necessary to kill 90% of human beings in order to “save the environment.” They also explained that most humans did not produce anything useful and were of “inferior stock.” The genetic quality of the human race could be raised by getting rid of these “useless eaters,” they explained. The members of this group are descended from a tribe of pastoralists known as the Hyksos who mastered the art of enslaving humans many thousands of years ago. They do this by controlling their food and information supply and by monopolizing organized violence (armies, police, secret services etc.). The real reason they wanted to kill 90% of the population was that they were afraid of losing control over the planet as groups like the Chinese, the Muslims and the Hindus, who were not under their control, grew in population and power. The Hyksos worship a goat faced being with a forked tail known over the ages by such names as Set, Baal, Marduk, Lucifer, Satan etc. They also practice human sacrifice, sometimes on a vast scale, such as in an engineered World War. There are probably no more than one million members of this group but they occupy controlling positions in many institutions of government, finance, religion, media etc. throughout the world. Many of them are erroneously labelled as Jews. To protect innocent people, we call them the Khazarian mafia. The top members of this group now have a one ton bounty on each of their heads and their names have been publicly listed up. The main factions opposing this group in the Western world are the Christians, members of the Jewish faith who worship Yahweh, as well as atheists who believe only in the Golden Rule. The elite members of this group tried to stop the planned massacre of “useless eaters” by proposing a carbon tax to raise funds to pay poor countries to preserve and expand their forests. The top people behind the global warming faction were from members of European aristocratic and royal families who supported Christian as opposed to Satanic ideals. They lost the power struggle in 2000 when their man Al Gore had the Presidential election stolen from him. The main problem with this group was that they created a lie about carbon-caused global warming to promote their tax.Nonetheless, this group has considerable power exercised through the non-Satanic part of the Freemasons together with the element of the Catholic Church who had not been taken over by the Satanists. This group managed to replace Pope Benedict XVI in 2013. Pope Francis, immediately began purging the Catholic Church of pedophiles, cleaned up the Vatican bank and reached deals with Cuba and Columbia to stop the flow of drug money to the Bush/Nazi faction of the CIA.However, the leadership group that put Francis in power is still pushing for world domination through a carbon tax controlled and collected in secret by them. They will not succeed with this scam because it is based on lies and remains fraudulent. The group behind Francis is also pushing to have Donald Trump elected as President of the United States. If they succeed, Trump will start arresting many of the top bosses of the Khazarian mafia inside the US. Working in harmony with these forces is the Red and Blue from Asia and their White Dragon Society allies. The Red and Blue trace themselves back to organizations set up by Mozi (墨子)around 450 BC. These groups allied themselves in the 1700’s with the remnants of the Ming Bureaucracy, army and Navy in a fight to overthrow the Manchu conquerors of China. After many bloody failed attempts they finally succeeded in 1911 when they overthrew the last Emperor. This group then went largely dormant. However, they came back into full war recently after they found proof the Bush regime had been spreading the bio-weapon SARS in an attempt to kill the people of Asia. They also learned about the Khazarian’s genocidal plans when they wiretapped the goings of at the Bohemian grove after Bush Jr. came to power. The Red and Blue were later joined by the dragon family which is a confederation of the old royal families of the world. When the Asians sought allies in the West in their fight against the Khazarians, the White Dragon Society was formed. WDS is a loose coalition that has its roots in the ancient traditions of the West that supported doing good works of all sorts. These white knights were responsible for such things as the Magna Carta, democracy, chivalry, protection of the weak and the poor and the need to fight, if absolutely necessary, to protect all that is right and decent. WDS members are now in control of most of the US military industrial complex with the exception of the mercenaries working for the Bush/Clinton Nazi mafia. The WDS works in tandem with the Russian security services, British Secret Services, Freemasons, the real Muslim secret societies (as opposed to the fake Muslim Khazarian financed ISIS terrorists), Japanese secret societies, the illuminati, the Italian white nobility, the Royal Families of Europe, various martial arts societies etc. etc. The Khazarians have now been reduced to a few pockets of control in Washington DC, New York, Saudi Arabia, Israel and a few rogue states. If the Asians and their WDS allies make a big push it could be game over for the Khazarians and their ancient rule of terror and slavery as early as this year. WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP) — Early this morning, President Obama Barack_Obama made what could very well prove to be the most controversial move of his presidency with the signing of Executive Order 13738 federal-executive-orders, which revokes the federal government’s official recognition of the Pledge of Allegiance youtube.com.
Under the new order, it is now illegal for any federally funded agency to display the pledge or for any federal employee to recite, or encourage others to recite, the pledge while on duty. This law also applies to federal contractors and other institutions that receive federal funding such as public schools. Individuals who violate this order can face fines of up to $10,000 and up to one year in federal prison. During the press conference, the President explained his decision was based on a personal belief that the language used in the pledge is “divisive” and “contrary to America’s deepest held values.”
“The pledge excludes so many Americans who are vital to making this country what it is,” Obama said. “Asking someone to pledge their allegiance to our country excludes Jehovah’s Witnesses, Amish, Muslims, and many others whose religious beliefs prohibit strong displays of nationalism".
"By calling this ‘one nation under God’, we exclude the millions of hard working atheists and agnostics who call America home".
"By saying ‘liberty and justice for all’, we ignore the grievances of millions of Hispanics, African Americans and Muslims who feel they have neither liberty nor justice."
Obama told reporters that he believes the inclusion of “under God” runs afoul of the First_Amendment’s establishment clause. He summed up his press briefing by challenging congress to create a new pledge that more accurately reflects America’s values.
“I am willing to rescind my decision here today and allow the Pledge of Allegiance back into the schools if we can all agree on the creation of a new Pledge, something that is includes everyone’s beliefs and not just the belief of one nationality or faith."
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has already offered her support of president Obama’s decree and has vowed to uphold the order if she wins in November’s general election.
She echoed his concerns about the pledge’s language and suggested that the pledge’s mention of God sends the wrong message to America’s children. “I fully support the President and the decision that he has made here today. In January, when I take office as the next President of the United States, unless I see otherwise, I will do my best to uphold this new law and ensure that it stays in effect.”
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump did not mince words when voicing his contempt for the president’s order, referring to the president as an “illegitimate Muslim traitor.” “As a Christian nation alternet.org , the Pledge of Allegiance helps our children be the greatest children out there, the best there is, greater than all the other children in this world combined. While Executive Order 13738 is likely to be a source of heated debate among Americans, constitutional scholar, Paul Horner, told ABC News that it is unlikely the law will be challenged in court.
“Since this law only affects federal employees and contractors and not the general populace, it is well within the traditional scope of a president’s executive authority to pass this law. Any challenges would lack proper legal standing and more than like be quickly dismissed.”

There may be an announcement coming out form that meeting. We were told to keep an eye out for that. WE will see how that dovetails in with the rest of the Intel.
When it comes with this exchange, we know WF is the lead bank. Thank them for that. They are partnered with Abbott Downing, an ultra net worth wealth management division, high end of Wells Fargo.
They each have been saddled with the responsibility of heading up the exchange locations we call redemption centers especially the ZIM. ZIM known as an historic bond. Notice I say historic bond. I like to welcome them back. They listened

Iran’s central bank is signaling that it will loosen its grip on the rail in an effort to end a dual-exchange rate system seen as an obstacle deterring foreign investment needed to rebuild the economy.
Policy makers, in a decision reported earlier this month, allowed commercial lenders to buy foreign currencies using rail rates set by the market rather than those dictated by the central bank. Akbar Komijani, a deputy governor, said the regulator will be “responsible for this market and will guide it.”
Authorities are “laying the foundation” for plans to unify the existing two rail-to-dollar exchange rates, said Kamal Seyedali, a former deputy governor. The move will lead to more cash entering the banking system rather than circulating through exchange houses, he said.

Foreign direct investment rose to $4.5 billion in the first quarter of this year, according to fDi Intelligence, a division of the Financial Times Ltd. That’s still way below the government’s hopes of drawing $30 billion to $50 billion in foreign financial resources a year.
As ever tighter sanctions pushed Iran deeper into financial isolation and weakened the rail, the gap between the two existing exchange rates widened. Iranian lenders were compelled to stick to the official rate set each morning by the central bank. Registered exchange houses, though, could buy and sell using the rate in the market, where the rail traded at 35,350 per dollar on Thursday, compared to 31,071 cited on the central bank’s website.
Key sanctions have now been lifted, following the successful diplomatic offensive unleashed by President Hassan Rouhani after he took office in 2013. The government has also worked to narrow the gap between the two rail rates, and has lowered inflation from a pre-Rouhani peak approaching 40 percent to single digits in July.
Yet substantial barriers to investing in Iran remain, resulting in a growing mood among Iranians that the 2015 nuclear deal isn’t improving their lives. Obstacles include still-in-place U.S. curbs linked to Iran’s missile development and its support for groups classified as terrorist organizations in Washington and some European capitals, and the economic power of non-transparent state agencies. Another is the dual exchange rate.
Rouhani last month underscored the need for Iran to move toward unification. Days later, Central Bank Governor Valiollah Seif, who had announced plans to adopt a single rate within months following the January implementation of the nuclear deal, said the policy would be in place before the end of the Iranian year in March 2017.
Simplification could help “attract foreign investors,” said Seyedali, who was at the central bank until January 2012 and looked after foreign-exchange affairs and is now chairman of the state-owned Export Guarantee Fund of Iran. “Bringing foreign currency inside Iran, changing it to rials using the official rate and then returning their revenue at the market rate can lead to diminished profit,” he said.
For local businesses, using exchange houses “is not the most reliable medium and leads to higher costs,” said Mousa Ghaninejad, an economist and adviser to Iran’s chamber of commerce.
A single rate will also “cut down on corruption by increasing transparency,” said Amir Naghshineh-Pour, managing director of Vistar Business Monitor, a Dubai-based consulting firm that focuses on Iran. There will be “less confusion and more confidence for foreign companies planning to enter the Iranian market.”

Revealed Economists, on Sunday, for a meeting of Baghdad with the International Monetary Fund, in the 28th of this month to study the general budget for Iraq in 2017 and the extent of its commitment to the recommendations of the World Bank, as an enemy to those recommendations "are necessary and in the interest of the country," deputy criticized the mass of Warka recommendations World Bank as "may serve the interests of foreign capital."

For his part, economist Majid picture in an interview with (long-Presse), "The World Bank's recommendations are necessary and in the interest of the country as calls to reduce operating expenses and not investment."

Aggiedad77: Well this must be a first for Iraq.....actually allowing an outside source like the World Bank to be a part of their discussion regarding a budget....the 2017 budget.....
Some are quick to point out in their opinions that the WB recommendations are interfering with the work of the government.....but I believe the WB has a vested interest in Iraq.....they are providing loans to them and will be expecting to see a payment made for any loans.....to make a payment means Iraq has to be solvent and capable of bringing in revenues so these payments can be made......
All banks are in the business of what.....we've talked about this before....they want to make money.....they do so by loaning money and watching their customers squirm under the details of the interest on said loans.....they have to be careful though and not make bad loans because that would create headaches for the bank they don't want to deal with....

The Iraqi government confirmed Sunday, seeking send the federal budget for the next year in 2017 to the House of Representatives before the start of the new fiscal year, noting that it comes to ensuring the functioning of the state institutions and the lack of any delay or disruption in government performance.
Information Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said in a statement, said that "the commitment of the government approval of the general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for the project in accordance with the limits specified time in the financial management of the state of law, the cabinet began to discuss the terms of the paragraphs of the budget submitted by the Ministry of Finance a draft order of the Council on the speed project approval and forwarded to the House of Representatives in early so that the parliament vote on it before the start of the new fiscal year. "
He added Abadi Office that this comes "in order to ensure the regularity of the functioning of the state institutions and the lack of any delay or disruption in the government's performance in fulfilling the government needed to sustain the work smoothly in various institutions and financial requirements, as a result of the delay, which could happen in the event of delayed legislation Budget Law”.

NASA Confesses to Dosing Americans with Air-borne Lithium & Other Chemicals
There’s the official explanation for why NASA is spraying lithium, a pharmaceutical drug most often used to treat people with manic depression or bi-polar disorder, into our ionosphere, and then there is the probable reason(s). It would be easier to accept NASA’s official explanation if they were not so secretive about everything they study and do in space – but one thing is for certain – NASA’s own personnel have admitted that lithium, along with other chemicals, are intentionally being placed into our environment regularly. It is possible that many of NASA’s own employees aren’t even aware of the true motivations for carrying out such a project, ironically displaying the very behaviors that these chemicals/pharmaceuticals are meant to instill.
In the first bomb-shell video a NASA employee (Douglas.e.rowland@nasa.gov) admits that lithium is being sprayed in the atmosphere, and says that it is “harmless to the environment.”
Before I give you NASA’s official explanation of why they are spraying psych-meds over hundreds of thousands of Americans, I’d like to point you to some references so that you can do your own research, and discover that this is no conspiracy theory. It is very real, and there is ample scientific documentation to corroborate what I put forth here:
A Pub Med abstract titled, Feasibility of Aerosol Vaccinations in Humans discusses how an increase in antigen volumes can be beneficial in aerosol delivery of vaccines, and could be used in “developing countries and disaster areas.” The abstract also admits that several thousand human subjects have already been aerosol vaccinated with live attenuated measles and influenza A vaccines. The executive summary further states that aerosol vaccinations are ideal for “large populations.” This has apparently been happening since as early as 2003.
Another discussion of aerosolized vaccinations can be found in The New England Journal of Medicine. A Randomized, Controlled Trial of Aerosolized Vaccines Against Measles states that these vaccines were tested on children in India that were as young 9 months old.
The World Health Organization has been researching aerosol vaccines for years now, as have “philanthropic” agencies which have clear aims to sterilize the population. It is also worth noting that the pharmaceutical industry has been absolved from any legal responsibility for medicating the masses since they were awarded legal protection from all lawsuits by Congress in 1986. This law was challenged, but upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2011. Many powerful agencies are making sure that we “take our medicine.”
In fact, many nations are participating in our unwitting, forced vaccination, and the dumping of any number of attenuated viruses, chemical concoctions and other ‘chemtrails’ on our heads with dogged frequency.
The Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) considered giving a license application to PaxVax Australia (PaxVax) for the intentional release of a GMO vaccine consisting of live bacteria into the environment in Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria. They planned to release cholera on their people.
According to the regulator, this GMO vaccine qualified as a limited and controlled release under section 50A of the Gene Technology Act 2000.
Of course, we can’t ignore the USA. Michael Greenwood wrote an article stating that:
“The incidence of human West Nile virus cases can be significantly reduced throughlarge–scale aerial spraying that targets adult mosquitoes, according to research by the Yale School of Public Health and the California Department of Public Health.”
So, hopefully we’ve established that this IS happening. But why?
As more nations refuse genetically modified food, and refuse to drink fluoridated water, which has been named as a neurotoxin by one of the world’s premiere medical journals, the power structure that desires a complicit population has to figure out a way to alter our neurochemistry.
Lithium alters how we think by changing the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine secreted by our endocrine system. Lithium strongly alters the brain system, yet the NASA employee in the above video states that “it is not dangerous” and doesn’t harm the population. Even doctors who normally prescribe this medication for the mentally ill have said that it is dangerous because it is hard to figure out proper dosing. Surely, spraying copious amounts of lithium indiscriminately into the air via aerosols should be questioned – but here’s NASA’s official stance on this practice:
“The project is studying neutral and charged particles in the ionosphere and how each affects the way the other moves resulting in currents in the region. The variations matter because all of our communications and GPS satellites send signals through the ionosphere. A disturbed ionosphere translates to disturbed signals, so scientists want to know just what causes the ionosphere to behave in specific ways.” (NASA)
Meanwhile, should the over-medicated start to actually figure out what is being done to them, the government has imposed gag orders on the National Weather Service (NWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) who might easily refute the ridiculous claims of NASA.
Notably, every single person who works for NASA, the NWS or NOAA are paid with tax payer dollars.This means that we are paying to be medicated and poisoned.
Here, to corroborate information being given by the NASA employee in the video, is the Code 8440 RMMO which states the exact purpose of using Wallops Flight Facility to launch a rocket containing lithium thermite:
“Purpose: The primary purpose of this mission was to test the loading methods for lithium canisters to be flown on the upcoming Kudeki (Kwajalein, April 2013) and Pfaff (Wallops, June 2013) missions, and verify their functionality under sounding rocket launch and space flight conditions.
Experiment results: Thermistor data looked nominal. Good report from airborne optical platform of recorded video and lithium clouds also visible by ground observation.’
We also learn from this specific call that lithium has been dumped in our skies since 1970. If you wanted to medicate the masses to create mindless, slave-like prisoners who didn’t even know they were imprisoned, this is surely a good way to do it. Spraying lithium into our skies, along with countless other bacteria, viruses, prions, parasites, fungi, carcinogens, toxins, hormone-altering drugs, anti-flora and anti-fauna, as well as gene-altering micro-dust is nothing more than bio-warfare against the world’s citizenry. You can call them chemtrails or something else, the effect is the same.
