It’s still labeled a proposal, but it has widespread support among Australia’s political leaders.
The BBC: “…proposals that could see children as young as 10 held for two weeks without charge under new terror legislation.”
“State and territorial leaders approved the plans with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull at a Coalition of Australian Governments (COAG) meeting…”
The public hasn’t seen any details of the plan.
It’s obviously aimed at children who are suspected of preparing to commit terrorist acts, or children who are suspected of already committing those acts. Evidence would be lacking, formal charges wouldn’t be filed, but the children would still be arrested and held.
Let’s cut to the bottom lines. There are already laws which cover arresting children-terrorists. Yes, there needs to be evidence of some kind, but why is that a problem? For example, if federal police found a compound where children were being trained to handle weapons, and it was clear the intention was terrorism, those children could be taken into custody and investigated.
To understand the deeper point, however, you need to recognize that a new law restricting freedom for one reason can and will be expanded to include more reasons—all in the name of public safety and protection, of course. What creeps along the ground today stands up and runs wild tomorrow.
In this case, simply refer to the merciless Australian crackdown on parents and doctors who question the wisdom of vaccination and offer proof that vaccines are harmful, who are willing the buck the tide of official liars who insist that vaccines are miracles.
A year from now, two years from now, someone in government circles will come up with the bright idea that unvaccinated children, innocent victims of their parents’ madness, should be taken in, quarantined, held, because they are little walking time-bombs of contagion—and they must receive treatment. Which will be vaccination. Which will be “psychological intervention,” to “liberate them” from their parents’ delusions.
“Well you see, when we arrest little children on suspicion of being terrorists, we’re not really blaming the children. They’re victims. We need to sequester them away from the general population and find a way to re-educate them. In a similar fashion, when unvaccinated children are allowed to roam the streets and shops and schools, they too must be sequestered by the government…”
What’s that? You say children suspected of being terrorists and children suspected of being unvaccinated are not equivalent? So what? What leads you to believe the government is operating on a rational or logical basis?
The overriding issue here is control. That is the motive. The government feels a permanent need for more control over the citizenry.
It will seek it out and find it wherever it can, no matter how thin its justification.
“We do this for the children” can eventually mean anything the government wants it to mean.
Right now, Australia’s political leaders are worried about the people they call the “anti-vaxxers.” Why? Because the anti-vaxxers’ message is resonating with the public. Mothers whose babies’ lives have been destroyed by vaccinations are speaking up. Mothers who have raised happy and healthy children without vaccinations are speaking up. The fake medical cover story about the wonders of vaccination is being blown wide open.
What can be done? Whatever will shift control of children from parents to the State.
This new proposal to detain children suspected of terrorism is the planting of a seed that can and will sprout poisonous fruit. Today, terrorism. Tomorrow, vaccination.
To cite an egregious example: in the wake of the 9/11/01 attacks against the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, President Bush declared a new and improved War on Terror. He said America would seek out and destroy terrorists wherever they could be found; and states who refused to cooperate while they harbored terrorists would be considered enemies. Then…
What country did Bush choose to attack, for one? Iraq. There was no evidence Iraq was a center of terrorism. But that didn’t matter. American neocons wanted a war and they got one, along with a rationale: “Look what happened on 9/11.”
What started as a “reasonable” proclamation led to sheer insanity.

There has been a lot of debate recently over the effectiveness of the flu vaccine and of course, its potential adverse consequences. Over the last eight years, Barack Obama peddled the flu vaccine for the big pharmaceutical companies despite numerous reports that contradicted its efficacy. Thousands of Americans have stepped forward to tell their horror stories on how they have been injured by this vaccine, and now President Trump has come forward to warn its citizens of the danger they do indeed pose. There is no better way to control a population than to instill fear into them, and that is precisely what has been done with the flu vaccine. No one desires to get sick, so when companies began to offer a way to bypass getting the flu, many people jumped on the bandwagon in hopes to stay healthy. However, the flu vaccine is not everything it is chalked up to be since the risks of this magical shot far outweigh the benefits. In a report published by the National Center for Biotechnology Information in the journal Vaccine, researchers found that the flu vaccine can cause a significant increase of inflammation in pregnant women.
The consequence of this inflammation can increase the risk of preeclampsia that can lead to eclampsia, which causes life-threatening seizures in women when giving birth.
In another study published in the Journal of Paediatrics, found that 85 percent of infants that were given multiple vaccines experienced abnormal elevations of CRP than infants who were only given a single dose.
CRP is a protein found in the blood, and a rise in this protein is a physiological response to inflammation in the body.
And, last but definitely not least, a study that was published in International Journal of Medicine, revealed something that the mainstream media does not report at all. It was discovered that flu vaccines result in inflammatory cardiovascular changes indicative of increased risk for serious heart-related events, like a heart attack. Together with an inflammatory reaction, influenza A vaccine induced platelet activation and sympathovagal imbalance towards adrenergic predominance. Significant correlations were found between CRP levels and HRV (heart rate variability) parameters, suggesting a pathophysiological link between inflammation and cardiac autonomic regulation. The vaccine-related platelet activation and cardiac autonomic dysfunction may transiently increase the risk of cardiovascular events. With all this information on how dangerous these vaccines are it is no surprise that many Americans are opting out of them each and every year. Now, President Trump has announced that he also is not a big fan of the flu vaccine calling it "totally ineffective" and added that he has never had one in the past & doesn't plan on receiving one either. President Trump was interviewed by Opie and Anthony on Sirius XM, where he shared his controversial view that will surely tick off big pharma and their lobbyists.
"I've never had one. And thus far I've never had the flu. I don't like the idea of injecting bad stuff into your body. And that's basically what they do. And this one (latest flu vaccine) has not been very effective to start off with.... I have friends that religiously get the flu shot and then they get the flu. You know, that helps my thinking. I've seen a lot of reports that the last flu shot is virtually totally ineffective."
President Trump again is absolutely correct with his assessment of the flu vaccine, and he is not the only one who shares this view.
The former Chief Vaccine Office at the FDA, Dr. Anthony Morris states: "there is no evidence that any influenza vaccine thus far developed is effective in preventing or mitigating any attack of influenza."
Of course, this statement has been attacked by many "science" blogs stating he isn't an expert on the flu and that his opinion shouldn't be trusted. A classic move by opposers where an attack is set out on statements made using emotional arguments attempting to make others feel unintelligent for questioning something. Yet the opposers often provide no evidence to state the research or opinion is incorrect. This is perhaps one of the most dangerous aspects of parts of the scientific community. To think of how many things are ignored or shot down out of arrogance and fear of overturning old ideas is astonishing.
The prestigious Cochrane Library released a review in 2009 stating "There is not enough evidence to decide whether routine vaccination to prevent influenza in healthy adults effective." [5] Given the ineffectiveness of the vaccine and the potential side effects that go along with the vaccine, why put yourself at risk? Influenza does not appear to show any moderate risk of hospitalization or death and avoiding the flu can be done very easily with natural means. The evidence is out there for anyone to find and come to the same conclusion thousands of others already have. The flu vaccine is virtually worthless, and it can cause more complications than getting the flu virus naturally. With all of this evidence at the tips of our fingers, don't you think it is time to end the hype around the flu vaccine all together?

PBS Frontline (2/23/2016): “The opioid epidemic has been called the worst drug crisis in American history…with overdoses from heroin and other opioids now killing more than 27,000 people a year…” (Note: prescription opioids are now a very significant gateway-drug leading addicts into heroin.)
CBS News (8/1/2017): “Nearly 92 million U.S. adults, or about 38 percent of the population, took a legitimately prescribed opioid like OxyContin or Percocet in 2015, according to results from the National Survey on Drug Use and Health.”
On the condition of anonymity, an insider with intimate knowledge of the opioid crime network spoke with me. He is not a participant or a criminal. He has spent years exposing the network.
My initial question to him was prompted by the current Washington Post series on collusion between members of Congress and the drug industry. The collusion has produced a new law that makes it much harder for the US DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) to shut down major opioid traffickers. (That law is the Ensuring Patient Access and Effective Drug Enforcement Act of 2016, signed by President Obama on 4/9/16.)
My question was: how could a corrupt little pharmacy or medical clinic in a small town, in the middle of nowhere, sell, as reported, a MILLION opioid pills a year?
Here is the answer my source confirmed: a criminal doctor or doctors are writing 75-100 opioid prescriptions a day like clockwork; “patients” are flooding in from all over the country (many of them flying in once a month); they are sold the opioid prescriptions, and either fill them right there in the clinic, or take them to a friendly pharmacy.
These patients are actually dealers. They return home and sell the pills to addicts.
Where do the small clinics and pharmacies obtain the huge number of opioid pills? From distributors. These are legitimate companies. They may distribute all sorts of medicines. It’s their business. They know they are committing egregious crimes.
Where do these big distributors obtain their opioid pills? From pharmaceutical companies who manufacture them.
The manufacturers and the distributors have an ongoing relationship. They know exactly what they’re doing. They know the bulk of the product is going into “street sales.”
The distributors and the manufacturers are drug traffickers.
There is no doubt about this. No one is “making a mistake.” No one is in the dark. No one is being fooled.
When the DEA tries to clamp down on opioid manufacturers, this is not a sudden action, as some manufacturers try to claim. The DEA has already made several prior visits and has tried to convince the manufacturers to stop what they’re doing—to no avail.
I suggested to my source that the opioid distributors and their suppliers, the manufacturers, have a “nudge and a wink” relationship. He quickly told me it was far more than that. He left no doubt in my mind that these relationships are undertaken and maintained with full knowledge about the trafficking enterprise these partners are engaged in.
He pointed out that the 2016 law referenced above, passed by Congress—with most of the members completely unware of what they were voting for—radically changed the conditions under which the DEA could immediately freeze huge and obviously criminal shipments of opioids. It’s not a slam-dunk anymore. Far from it.
Before imposing a freeze, instead of simply showing that the (criminal) shipment poses an IMMINENT threat of death or grave harm to users, the Agency now has to demonstrate there is an IMMEDIATE threat.
This word game means the DEA must establish that people could die, not next week or next month (imminent), but “right now” (immediate). If this seems logically absurd and intentionally perverse, it is. Obviously, “immediate” is designed to give rise to back and forth debate, legalistic challenges, long postponements—and ultimately a straitjacket preventing decisive actions against opioid distributors and manufacturers.
The Washington Post (link to 10/15/2017 article below) reached out to Obama, who signed the 2016 law, and his then Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, the highest law-enforcement officer in the nation. The DEA is organized under the Attorney General and the Dept. of Justice.
Both Obama and Lynch “declined” to discuss the law. Naturally.
Who played a central role in crafting the law and pushing it through Congress?
The Post (10/15/2017): “Deeply involved in the effort to help the [drug] industry was the DEA’s former associate chief counsel, D. Linden Barber. While at the DEA, he helped design and carry out the early stages of the agency’s tough enforcement campaign, which targeted drug companies that were failing to report suspicious orders of narcotics.”
What?
Barber worked against the drug industry while employed by the DEA, and then he left the Agency and turned around and attacked it.
Continuing, The Post (10/15/2017): “When Barber went to work for the drug industry [he now works for Cardinal Health], in 2011, he brought an intimate knowledge of the DEA’s strategy and how it could be attacked to protect the [drug] companies. He was one of dozens of DEA officials recruited by the drug industry during the past decade.”
“Barber played a key role in crafting an early version of the legislation [the 2016 law] that would eventually curtail the DEA’s power, according to an internal email written by a Justice Department official to a colleague. ‘He [Barber] wrote the…bill,” the official wrote in 2014.”
The opioid crime network extends to Congress, former (if not present) DEA employees, medical-drug distribution companies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
It then includes medical clinics and pharmacies and prescription-writing doctors.
The murderous network is addicting, maiming, and killing Americans in huge numbers.

You have now awakened and realized that the nightmare is actually on the other side of your dreamy sleep. What do you do? First and foremost is to educate yourself on what has occurred since you stopped paying attention. In this Citizens Intelligence Report we want to alert you to the grave dangers of the weaponization of the internet and social media. A new technological revolution is taking place that will affect all of us. They make it sound so cool and fun – the Internet of Things—but it is nothing more than a self-imposed prison that will eventually control you 24/7 once you connect into the network.
The more you participate in the automatic information fed directly to your devices that is personalizing your news, entertainment, business, and “life-patterns”, the more you will think you are free and fully informed. Actually, you will become more and more limited by what your pattern-of-life generates as your individualized algorithms. A mechanical virtual world will be created around you that becomes your personalized digital prison that, at first, may seem like digital heaven, but later rears its ugly head of control and enslavement. By then, it will be too late for any of us to break free.
Your new digital prison is being created every time you do an internet search, click a ‘like’ button on Facebook, type a phrase into your computer, choose something to watch on television, or speak a word into your phone. Every speck of “information” that you participate in is used to make your personalized digital life-pattern profile.
Even your bank account and everything you spend is being gathered in an NSA program called Marina [1] that knows so much about you that when you get into your car on a day you have a weekly appointment, your phone automatically pings the route and distance to your destination.
Your phone can also activate all your devices that are connected to the Internet of Things. As you approach your house with your phone, your garage door opens automatically as the lights in the house come on and the house alarm is turned off while your coffee maker starts and your TV comes on with your usual show as the heating pad in your easy chair turns on to your favorite setting.
There is no end to the “machine intelligence” support you can get from mechanically augmented reality. Now Facebook and its fake, phony, stooge inventor Mark Zuckerberg wants you to put on a 3-D visor and enter a self-created virtual reality world where it feels you are free to do as you please.
HOW DID WE GET INTO DIGITAL PRISON?
We have created this world by being lazy and not asking the hard questions—who owns and controls this technology, what is the ultimate goal of the Internet of Things, does this technology serve or enslave humanity? Eric Schmidt, the CEO of Alphabet has bragged about this new system that claims it is ‘ready to go’.
Google, somehow, morphed into a “mother company” that is named Alphabet which owns all 26 subsidiaries of Google, including the only AI on the planet called Google Deep Mind. Alphabet seems to have unlimited money and unlimited technology patents that are supported wholesale by Wall Street and the U.S. military-industrial complex.
Essentially, Google has always been owned and operated by the dark side of our military-industrial complex. Like Cisco Systems, Inc. before them, Google (Alphabet) was incubated through the U.S. Defense Advance Research Project Agency (DARPA) and the CIA’s private corporate venture capital company called In-Q-Tel. (Ask yourself how it is that a government entity can hold private companies and enjoy private profits outside of Congressional oversight, but we digress.)
Google, Cisco, Facebook, Twitter, and most other search engines and social networks all run on allegedly “open source” code given out by DARPA/In-Q-Tel to universities and corporations to develop. Open source means free to the user without the need to pay royalties or fees to the inventor or creator. Basically, whoever is able to take this weaponized open source code (with encryption back door keys already built in) and develop it for the consumer wins the military contracts.
Then Wall Street (Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase usually) sweeps in with venture capital, and in short time values the new tech company in the tens and hundreds of billions. After that, the banks loan whatever money these companies need to buy out all their competition. These newly acquired “Silicon Valley corporate stooges” then become front-men for even more weaponized military systems. This now includes Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr and Amazon.
Whether you know it or not, what is described above is already happening on a commercial level and soon will escalate to an overt military level while the innocent internet user is lulled into believing that he is simply having fun. Since most American and global businesses have some component on the internet, the militarization of the internet can be as powerful as the threat of global nuclear annihilation. Just imagine if the internet was turned off tomorrow – permanently, never to return.
Most of what we think of as modern life would end, and many people would never recover. Economies would collapse, wars would rage, and many of us wouldn’t know what to do or what to think. Modern life would collapse because the weapon of the internet already controls modern life. The life of the pygmy in Indonesia would go on uninterrupted, but American life would screech to a halt. We might not be able to “reboot” for years. This thought begs the question, “How did we let this happen?”
“We”, the users of the Internet and all things digital, were happy to use the new technology without asking basic questions like: Who actually owns the cables the Internet travels through? Can “they” turn it off? Why was so much power given over to the internet? At this point, is there an alternative or way out of this digital?
The answers to the questions above can be given, and there is a solution to this looming problem. But first we must see the internet and all of its “wonders” for exactly what they are – weapons of mass social manipulation. When we can see the evil plans of those who have advanced this technology without the moral compass necessary to guide such powerful tools, then perhaps we can change these innovations from weapons into the information tools that they were intended to be. Information was supposed to free humanity, not imprison it in a virtual world where education is replaced by nonsensical entertainment, religion is replaced by consumerism, and the real world by virtual reality.
PATENT THEFT AND WEAPONIZATION OF THE INTERNET
Not counting the social networking technology that was stolen, taxpayers of the United States, through the CIA’s private venture capital company In-Q-tel, largely funded the open source program that became Facebook, Google, Intel, Apple, and Microsoft. These companies have weaponized these devices and systems against the citizens of the world.
‘WE THE PEOPLE’ DEMAND THAT THESE COMPANIES, AND ANY OTHER LIKE THEM THAT HAVE BEEN FINANCIALLY SEEDED AND FUNDED BY U.S. TAXPAYERS, BE GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE AS A PUBLIC UTILITY AND THAT THE FICTITIOUS OWNERS OF THESE COMPANIES BE PROSECUTED FOR PATENT INFRINGEMENT AND/OR THEFT.
In numerous articles from Americans for Innovation, the Anonymous Patriots have found unequivocal evidence that IBM’s Eclipse Foundation stole the original ideas and source code for Google and Facebook from Columbus, Ohio innovator Leader Technologies, Inc. through their patent attorney James P. Chandler III. Chandler was mentor of Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Robert Mueller, James Comey and John Podesta, to name but a few.
Chandler represented Leader Technologies, Inc. from the moment Leader realized their innovations were patentable in early 2000. But rather than file the patents immediately, Chandler suspiciously advised Leader to “reduce to practice” the invention before he would file them.
Hindsight shows that Chandler gave that advice in order to steal the actual source code when it was ready. Chandler bamboozled Leader into taking custody of a copy of the source code in 2002 which he immediately gave to the IBM Eclipse Foundation which then disseminated it to Zuckerberg/Facebook and other companies.
David J. Kappos, IBM’s attorney (who also served later as Obama’s Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office from 2009 to 2013) was also a student of Chandler at the time of the theft. This theft is one of if not the largest theft of intellectual property and trade secrets in history. It was clearly part of the the weaponization of these digital platforms.

Once the Silicon Valley high-tech “dummy” companies are established by stooges who are pre-selected for their willingness to incorporate military “back doors” into all of their products, the NSA/CIA/FBI uses the information gleaned from those companies to surveil every American through every devise that broadcasts a signal – phone, computer, or any devise on the Internet of Things. Any intelligence agency can simply type in a query and access the metadata collected from every digital devise on the internet or that uses Wi-Fi or cell phone towers.
Among these spying tools is the RIOT (Rapid Information Overlay Technology]) program by Raytheon which leaked to the public on Nov. 16, 2010.[2]
This information is used to target individuals for consumer behaviors as well as DoD intelligence collection. If an internet user is targeted, there are hundreds of ways to “attack” the user and manipulate his/her buying habits, personal life-pattern choices, and even the way the user thinks.
THE OBJECT OF THE INTELLIGENCE IS SIMPLE: CONTROL THE USER. SOCIAL NETWORKS ON THE INTERNET ARE MILITARY EXPERIMENTS IN SOCIAL MANIPULATION. THIS IS WHAT IS CALLED PSYOPS – OR PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS.
Another program used to gather the Internet metadata is XKeyscore, a secret computer system first used by the NSA for searching and analyzing global Internet data, which it collects on a daily basis. It enables almost unlimited surveillance of anyone anywhere in the world.
The NSA’s databank of collected communications allows its analysts to listen to the calls or read the emails of everything that the NSA has stored. It can also access your browsing histories or Google search terms that you’ve entered, and can alert them to any further activity that people connected to that email address or that IP address do in the future. XKeyscore consists of over 700 servers at approximately 150 sites where the NSA collects ALL data, on EVERYBODY, ALL THE TIME. [3]
Another component of NSA data collection is a program called Marina, a database and analysis tool set for intercepted internet metadata. The database stores metadata up to a year. The Marina metadata application tracks a user’s browser experience, gathers contact information/content and develops summaries of the target. It also has the capability to look back on the last 365 days’ worth of metadata seen by the collection system, whether or not the target was tasked for collection. The stored metadata is mainly used for pattern-of-life analysis.
AMERICANS ARE NOT EXEMPT BECAUSE METADATA IS NOT CONSIDERED DATA BY U.S. LAW. (SEE SECTION 702 OF THE FISA AMENDMENTS ACT).
Once the data is collected and can be queried and targeted, the data is then stored in an NSA program called Sentient World Simulation (SWS). This program is developing a parallel to Planet Earth, with billions of individual nodes (prisons) to reflect every man, woman, and child.
SWS will be a synthetic mirror of the real world with automated continuous calibration with respect to current real-world information. It provides an environment for testing psychological operations so that military leaders can develop and test multiple courses of action to anticipate and shape behaviors of adversaries, neutrals, and partners, including U.S. citizens. SWS also mimics financial institutions, utilities, media outlets, and street corner shops. By applying theories of economics and human psychology, its developers can predict how individuals and mobs will respond to various stressors.
These four programs – XKeyscore, Marina, RIOT, and Sentient World Simulation – create some of the environments which intend to imprison and control those who willingly enter into the digital virtual reality of the internet. The internet is a WARZONE according to the people who created and weaponized it. Notice that the description of SWS says that even “neutrals” are the target of these systems.
No one is safe from the surveillance, monitoring, targeting, and attacks of Facebook, Twitter, Google and Alphabet. Just look how President Donald Trump uses Twitter as a weapon against the corporate media. There is a battle for information and every person is in the middle of the battle whether they like it or not.
The largest domestic military exercises in US history happened in 2015. They were entitled: “Jade Helm 2015 – Master the Human Domain.” Just the very name of the exercise should show you where the U.S. military is focusing its time and energy– on U.S. citizens. It also clearly tells us the intent of the U.S. military is – to Master the Human Domain. So much for America freedom and liberty.
SOME HISTORY ABOUT DARPA/IN-Q-TEL “FRONT MEN”
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has controlled technological innovation since 1958 when it was created by the military-driven Department of Defense. DARPA is the father of war-fighting, both conventional and digital. DARPA was controlled by a man they called “Yoda”, who leads a group called the Highlands Forum that directs all military research and development – the weaponization of every U.S. patent, over 4,000 of which have been stolen.
DARPA’s history is littered with death and destruction. DARPA and In-Q-Tel, through the Highlands Forum, have driven research and development for the military that has cost American taxpayers trillions. This same technology is also shared with countries throughout the world through open source sharing.
The U. S. military wants our enemies to have the technology so that it can spy upon them and keep up with them in weaponry. If both sides have the same technology and weapons, then more money needs to be spent on bigger and better weapons continually and the military industrial complex thrives and gets richer.
THEIR BUSINESS PLAN IS SIMPLE: MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER HAS A NEED FOR MILITARY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BY SUPPLYING THEIR ENEMIES WITH COMPETING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, A BUSINESS CYCLE THAT NEVER STOPS AND GUARANTEES THAT THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX WILL ALWAYS BE SELLING SOMETHING TO SOMEONE.
History of In-Q-Tel – a CIA Venture Capital Investment Firm
In 1999, the CIA created its own venture capital investment firm, In-Q-Tel, to fund promising start-ups that might create technologies useful for intelligence agencies. The inspiration for In-Q-Tel came earlier, when the Pentagon set up its own private sector outfit. Known as the ‘Highlands Forum,’ this private network has operated as a bridge between the Pentagon and powerful American elites outside the military since the mid-1990s. Despite changes in civilian administrations, the unregulated and unconstitutional private military-industry network around the Highlands Forum has become increasingly successful in dominating U.S. defense policy.
Basically, the CIA needed to launder all of its stolen gold and set up many companies to wash its illegal money. Why do you think they call the CIA ‘The Company’?
In-Q-Tel also uses a company called SAIC, the U.S. defense firm Science Applications International Corporation, which changed its name to Leidos in 2013, now operating SAIC as a subsidiary. SAIC/Leidos is among the top 100 largest defense contractors in the U..S, and works closely with the U.S. intelligence community, especially the NSA. The agency is the company’s largest single customer and SAIC is the NSA’s largest contractor.
The Highlands Forum (Group)
Since 1973, Andrew Marshall has headed up one of the Pentagon’s most powerful agencies, the Office of Net Assessment (ONA), the U.S. defense secretary’s internal ‘think tank’ which conducts highly classified research on future planning for defense policy across the U.S. military and intelligence community. Out of Marshall’s work in the ONA came an independent group called the Highlands Forum.
Marshall, now 93 years old, is the DoD’s most elusive but one of its most influential officials. He created the Highlands Forum as a secret think tank for warfare innovation. All meetings are invitation-only, not open to the public, and no written records are kept, except for the snippets that participants reveal in their braggadocio and biographies, which are considerable.
Marshall created this type of secret platform so that no one could prove the Highland Forum exists or that it has the greatest power over high-tech warfare on the planet. Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and Deputy Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, who are widely considered the hawks of the neoconservative movement in American politics, were among Marshall’s star protégés.
The Highlands Forum’s influence on U.S. defense policy has operated through three main channels: its sponsorship by the Office of the Secretary of Defense; its direct link to Marshall’s ONA; and its direct link to DARPA/In-Q-Tel and the Highlands Forum.
The Highlands Forum has served as a two-way ‘influence bridge’: on the one hand, for the shadow network of private contractors to influence the formulation of information operations policy across U.S. military intelligence; and on the other, for the Pentagon to influence what is going on in the private sector.
There is no clearer evidence of this than the instrumental role of the Forum in incubating the idea of mass surveillance as a mechanism to dominate information on a global scale.
Around 1994, the Highlands Group was chaired by Richard O’Neill as an official Pentagon project at the appointment of Bill Clinton’s then defense secretary William Perry. In O’Neill’s own words, the group would function as the Pentagon’s ‘ideas lab.’
Total participants in the DoD’s Highlands Forum number over a thousand; although meetings and sessions largely consist of small closed workshop style gatherings of maximum 25–30 people, bringing together experts and officials depending on the subject.
The Forum has inside access to the chiefs of the main U.S. surveillance and reconnaissance agencies, as well as the directors and their assistants at DoD research agencies, from DARPA to the ONA, and is deeply plugged into the Pentagon’s policy research task forces. In 2001, under the Total Information Awareness Program, President Bush secretly authorized the NSA’s domestic surveillance of Americans without court-approved warrants.
From then on, Highlands Forum partner SAIC played a key role in the NSA roll out from inception. SAIC was then among a consortium receiving a $280 million contract to develop one of the NSA’s secret eavesdropping systems.
This was also the year that the Bush administration drew up its Information Operations Roadmap. Describing the internet as a “vulnerable weapons system,” Donald Rumsfeld’s IO roadmap had advocated that Pentagon strategy “should be based on the premise that the Department of Defense will ‘fight the net’ as it would an enemy weapons system.” The U.S. should seek “maximum control” of the “full spectrum of globally emerging communications systems, sensors, and weapons systems,” advocated the document.
As of 2006, SAIC had been awarded a multi-million dollar NSA contract to develop a big data-mining project called ExecuteLocus, despite the colossal $1 billion failure of its preceding contract, known as Trailblazer. Core components of Total Information Awareness were being quietly continued under new code names. The new surveillance program was then fully transitioned from DARPA’s jurisdiction to the NSA.
O’Neill said his job as Forum chairman was to scope case studies from real companies across the private sector, such as eBay and Human Genome Sciences, to figure out the basis of U.S. Information Superiority — how to dominate the information market — and leverage this for what the president and the secretary of defense wanted to do with regard to transformation of the Department of Defense.
Every project of DARPA and In-Q-Tel have been weaponized before they are shared with the companies who then are the “front” for a DARPA sponsored company. DARPA and In-Q-Tel keep the encryption codes and build in backdoor keys so that they can always control the military weapons that have been released into the corporate world for public use. According to DARPA and In-Q-Tel, innovation and technological advances must first be a weapon that can be controlled by its makers – the military.
The Highland Forum directed the creation of weapons of every sort that have been released into the corporate world and now control your laptop, phone, computer, and every other device with a “bugged” microprocessor inside. Intel microprocessors are found in most of our “private” digital devices and are, in fact, collecting “intelligence” for the Department of Defense, CIA, and NSA.
DARPA/In-Q-Tel and the Highlands Forum drive the process of continuous war from creating the devices that control all nuclear weapons to incubating the technologies that created the Internet, Intel microprocessers, Cisco routers, Google search engines, Facebook social networks, the IBM Internet of Things, cellphones, Microsoft software, MacAfee security software, and all other commercial and military warfare devices using their source code.
The Highlands Forum has been the headquarters of weaponizing military patents, intellectual property and trade secrets for five decades. Andrew Marshall has the blood of millions on his hands, yet he is considered an America hero instead of a warlord criminal.
INTEL (IN-Q-TEL) INSIDE
Inside every Intel microprocessor is a smaller processor that lets Intel – who works for the Department of Defense – control every aspect of your computer remotely no matter what encryption codes or firewalls you use. All Intel microprocessor chips have a built-in backdoor that allows complete remote access to a PC through a second physical processor embedded within the main processor which has its own operating system embedded on the chip.
It is advertised as something that will allow IT professionals to remotely troubleshoot a PC. According to WikiLeaks, there is even secret diskless memory embedded on each chip that spies can use to store and retrieve data and instructions on each chip that is inaccessible to the user and supposedly only used for internal operations and maintenance. Intel’s latest x86 chips contain a secret backdoor with an embedded subsystem called the Management Engine (ME) that functions as a separate CPU and cannot be disabled, and the code is proprietary.
Even an encrypted hard drive can be monitored and controlled by the “processor within the processor” that already has your encryption key. There is more than just the NSA monitoring your calls, emails, and transmissions — there is Intel “Inside” your computer. Intel collects “intelligence” but it also provides a “back door” to control, or “turn off” your computer at will just like it has been demonstrated that Cisco routers have a “back door” open to the NSA. A backdoor is a method of bypassing normal authentication in a cryptosystem used for securing unauthorized remote access to a computer.
Samsung calls the on/off feature “Fake Off” meaning the TV looks like it is off, but is merely pretending to be off.
“I DON’T HAVE ANYTHING TO HIDE”
But why shouldn’t DARPA, through Intel, have open access to all your files and your computer? DARPA funded all the original development of microprocessors. Intel is a front for DARPA and the military efforts to create, control, and weaponize all digital platforms through cyber-warfare.
Just as the Internet was originally named after its founding group, DARPA, ARPARNET, microprocessors also were military creations that were permitted into the public market place only after the Department of Defense, and the CIA through In-Q-Tel, installed backdoors to control these powerful digital platforms of cyber warfighting.
Most semiconductor chips are made in Singapore, Taiwan, China, or Europe, but Intel designs and manufactures all their own chips in their own fabrication plants in America.
IN-Q-TEL IS WARFARE TECHNOLOGY – WEAPONIZED VENTURE CAPITAL & BANKING
Since Bill Clinton in 1999, In-Q-Tel funds promising start-ups that might create technologies useful for intelligence agencies just as the Department of Defense had years earlier created DARPA. Both groups are controlled by the Highlands Forum. The Highlands Forum provides the ideas and funding for the scientific weaponization of new inventions through cooperation between the military and corporate contractors. Its biggest successes recently have been led by the CIA’s In-Q-Tel in the development of high-tech network-based cyber-warfare.
The Highland Forum, DARPA, and In-Q-Tel are a secret multi-national high-tech think tank for inventing and controlling innovations that can be turned into weapons. In-Q-Tel is a bottomless source of funding for the CIA provided without any Congressional oversight.
Military and information technology experts gather at the Highlands Forum meetings to consider the impacts of the globalization of IT on U. S. interests and warfare. The Forum developed the idea of “network-centric warfare” which is now a top concern of the military and the corporations that serve it.
Since 1999, there efforts have been supplemented by other quasi-secret organizations including The IBM Eclipse Foundation and the National Infrastructure Advisory Council.
Once the ARPANET proved to be effective, routers were created that could handle exchanges between systems and computers. In 1998, virtually every internet exchange went through a Cisco router. In 2010, a researcher at IBM publicly revealed a flaw in a Cisco operating system that allowed a hacker to use a backdoor that was supposed to be available only to law enforcement agencies.
The intruder could hi-jack the Cisco device and use it to spy on all communications passing through it, including the content of e-mails, leaving products vulnerable to attack, particularly ubiquitous software programs like those produced by Microsoft. This backdoor put millions of customers and their private information at risk and jeopardized the security of electrical power facilities, public utilities, and transportation systems.
Publicly, Cisco blamed the government for not telling them about this vulnerability, but that was simply the pot calling the kettle black – the government was blaming itself for the vulnerability, thus manipulating public opinion with a boldfaced deception.
Cisco has been accused of remotely monitoring users’ connections through Cisco’s Linksys E2700, E3500, E4500 devices. They have been reported to be remotely updated to a firmware version that forces users to register for a cloud service which allows Cisco to monitor their network use and ultimately shut down the cloud service account and render the affected router unusable.
Cisco has also been accused of building a firewall backdoor developed by NSA into its routers. The Tailored Access Operations (TAO) unit and other NSA employees intercept servers, routers and other network gear being shipped to organizations targeted for surveillance and install covert firmware onto them before they’re delivered. These Trojan horse systems were described by an NSA manager as being “some of the most productive operations in TAO because they pre-position access points into hard target networks around the world.”
In fact, hiding in plain sight, Cisco registers the Dual_EC_DRBG NSA encryption back door key with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology on all products for export.) This key relies on an inbuilt flaw in the encryption standard which only the NSA knows and can exploit at will to break in to any hardware, software or firmware.
DARPA’S GOOGLE
The U.S. intelligence community funded, nurtured and incubated Google as a military weapon to control information. Seed-funded by the NSA (DARPA) and CIA (In-Q-Tel & SAIC), Google was one among a group of private sector start-ups co-opted by U.S. intelligence to control information warfare.
In 1994 two PhD students at Stanford University, Sergey Brin and Larry Page, made their breakthrough on the first automated web crawling and page ranking application built upon the source code given to them by DARPA/In-Q-Tel. That application remains the core component of what eventually became Google’s search service. Brin and Page had performed their work with funding from the Digital Library Initiative (DLI), a multi-agency program of the National Science Foundation (NSF), NASA and DARPA.
The NSA wanted to control and monitor digital information, particularly the data flowing over the internet. With its millions of customers around the world, Google is effectively a directory of people using the Internet. It has users’ e-mail addresses and knows where they are physically located, and what they are searching for on the web. Google has a “profile” on every user.
The government can “command” that any company, including Google, to turn over that information, and it does so as part of the NSA’s Prism program, which Google had been participating in for years by the time it signed the cooperative agreement with the NSA.
Under Google’s terms of service, the company advises its users that it may share its “personal information” with outside organizations, including government agencies, in order to “detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues” and to “protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Google.”
Google’s terms of service go further, they actually assume control of all user information with clever sleight of legal hand: “When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content.”
The NSA partnered with Google, just one of hundreds of companies who have been brought into the NSA’s circle of secrecy. Starting in 2008, the agency began offering executives temporary security clearances, some good for only one day, so they could sit in on classified threat briefings. Several classified programs allow companies to share the designs of their products with the agency so it can inspect them for flaws and, in some instances, install backdoors or other forms of privileged access.
The NSA helps the companies find weaknesses in their products. But it also pays the companies not to fix some of them. Those weaknesses give the agency an entry point for spying or attacking foreign governments that install the products in their intelligence agencies, their militaries, and their critical infrastructure.
Essentially, the United States intelligence community funded, nurtured and incubated Google as part of a drive to dominate the world through control of information. Seed-funded by the NSA and CIA, Google was merely the first among a plethora of private sector start-ups co-opted by U.S. intelligence to retain ‘information superiority.’
The origins of this strategy trace back to Bill Clinton and the Highlands Forum which has functioned as a bridge between the U.S. government and elites across the business, industry, finance, corporate, and media sectors. The group has allowed some of the most powerful special interests in corporate America to systematically circumvent democratic accountability and the rule of law to influence government policies, as well as public opinion in the U.S. and around the world. The results have been catastrophic: mass surveillance and perception management amidst a permanent state of global war.
The U.S. intelligence community is implicated in nurturing today’s web platforms for the precise purpose of utilizing the technology as a mechanism to fight the global ‘information war’ - a war to legitimize the power of the few over the many. In reality, Google is a smokescreen behind which lurks the U.S. military-industrial complex.
NSA’S MICROSOFT
Microsoft shares zero day vulnerabilities in its products with the NSA before releasing a public alert or a software patch. McAfee, the Internet security company owned by Intel, provides the NSA, the CIA, and the FBI with network traffic flows, analysis of malware, and information about hacking trends.
Companies that promise to disclose holes in their products only to the spy agencies are paid for their silence. To an extent, these openings for government surveillance are required by law. Telecommunications companies in particular must build their equipment in such a way that it can be tapped by a law enforcement agency presenting a court order.
WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED SO FAR
Microprocessors, the Internet, Cisco Systems, Google, and Intel were all DARPA/In-Q-Tel projects that flourished with new technologies created and funded by the military for cyberwarfare.
Most high-tech moguls are simply “front men” selling DARPA and In-Q-Tel (the CIA’s DARPA) products that control our lives and spy on us continually.
Intel processors have a backdoor built into the microprocessor that allows complete monitoring and control over your personal computer.
Cisco Systems is a front for DARPA routers that were created with a backdoor for the NSA to spy on “virtually every exchange on the Internet.”
IBM hired many of Germany’s mind control scientists from WWII and carried on those experiments through the CIA that formed in 1947; those experiments took on many different names including MKUltra. Those German scientists had used IBM computers during the war to catalogue “undersirables” like Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, Poles and Russians and it organized the trains to the death camps for individuals marked for extermination and hideous experimentation.
IBM/Cisco System’s “Internet of Things” plants net-bots in all devices under its control that can be activated remotely and used for cyber-attacks.
The internet was first a DARPA project called the ARPANET which was created as an information technology weapon for cyberwarfare.
The U. S. government has helped build, monitor, regulate, and control all physical aspects of Internet transmissions and broadcasts through the U. S. Board of Broadcasting Governors, which is a part of the Department of Defense. Every transmission through the internet or through cellphone towers is completely controlled by the U. S. government.
The U. S. government can “turn off”, filter, manipulate, and control the Internet through the federally controlled transmission cables that span the world. If the U. S. wanted to turn off North Korea’s internet access, it is as simple as a keystroke. Thus, the U. S. government has been boldly lying about the Internet since its inception.
WHAT EVIL IS THE HIGHLANDS FORUM UP TO NOW?
By 2008, the NSA effectively resurrected the Total Information Awareness project with a focus on Internet data-mining via comprehensive monitoring of e-mails, text messages, and Web browsing. We also now know that the NSA’s XKeyscore ‘Digital Network Intelligence’ exploitation system was designed to allow analysts to search not just internet databases like emails, online chats and browsing history, but also telephone services, mobile phone audio, financial transactions and global air transport communications — essentially the entire global telecommunications grid. Highlands Forum partner SAIC played a key role, among other contractors, in producing and administering the NSA’s XKeyscore.
Goldman Sachs is CIA
Goldman Sachs (with JPMorgan in tow) is the investment firm responsible for creating the billion dollar fortunes of the tech sensations of the 21st century, from Google to Facebook, is intimately linked to the U.S. military intelligence community.
The convergence of these powerful financial and military interests around the Highlands Forum–through George Lee’s sponsorship of the Forum’s new partner, the MIIS Cybersec initiative–is revealing in itself. MIIS Cybersec’s director, Dr, Itamara Lochard, has long been embedded in Highlands.
Dr. Itamara Lochard is a senior Highlands Forum member and Pentagon information operations expert. She directs the MIIS CyberSec initiative that now supports the Pentagon Highlands Forum with funding from Goldman Sachs partner George Lee, who led the valuations of Facebook and Google.
Dr. Lochard maintains a comprehensive database of 1,700 non-state groups including insurgents, militias, terrorists, complex criminal organizations, organized gangs, malicious cyber actors and strategic non-violent actors, to analyze their organizational patterns, areas of cooperation, strategies and tactics.
Her views disclose much about what the Highlands Forum has been advocating all these years. In 2004, Lochard was co-author of a study for the U.S. Air Force’s Institute for National Security Studies on US strategy toward ‘non-state armed groups.’ The study on the one hand argued that non-state armed groups should be urgently recognized as a ‘tier one security priority,’ and on the other that the proliferation of armed groups provide strategic opportunities that can be exploited to help achieve policy goals.
There have and will be instances where the United States may find collaborating with armed group is in its strategic interests. But sophisticated tools must be developed to differentiate between different groups and understand their dynamics, to determine which groups should be countered, and which could be exploited for US interests.
In 2009, it also emerged from a Google patent application that the company had deliberately been collecting ‘payload’ data from private WI-fi networks that would enable the identification of “geolocations.” In the same year, Google had signed an agreement with the NSA giving the agency open-ended access to the personal information of its users, and its hardware and software, in the name of cyber security.
It is not just Google that is a key contributor and foundation of the US military-industrial complex. It is the entire Internet, and the wide range of private sector companies — many nurtured and funded under the mantle of the U.S. intelligence community (or powerful financiers embedded in that community) — which sustain the internet and the telecoms infrastructure. It is also the myriad of start-ups selling cutting edge technologies to the CIA’s venture firm In-Q-Tel, where they can then be adapted and advanced for applications across the military intelligence community.
Ultimately, the global surveillance apparatus and the classified tools used by agencies like the NSA to administer it, have been almost entirely made by external researchers and private contractors like Google, which operate outside the Pentagon.
Brainwashing 3.0
In 2011, the Forum hosted two DARPA-funded scientists, Antonio and Hanna Damasio, who are principal investigators in the ‘Neurobiology of Narrative Framing’ project at the University of Southern California. Evoking Zalman’s emphasis on the need for Pentagon psychological operations to deploy “empathetic influence,” the new DARPA-backed project aims to investigate how narratives often appeal “to strong, sacred values in order to evoke an emotional response,” but in different ways across different cultures.
The most disturbing element of the research is its focus on trying to understand how to increase the Pentagon’s capacity to deploy narratives that influence listeners in a way that overrides conventional reasoning in the context of morally-questionable actions.
The research is based on extracting narratives from millions of American, Iranian, and Chinese weblogs, and subjecting them to automated discourse analysis to compare them quantitatively across the three languages. The investigators then follow up using behavioral experiments with readers/listeners from different cultures to gauge their reaction different narratives “where each story makes an appeal to a sacred value to explain or justify a morally-questionable behavior of the author.” Finally, the scientists apply neurobiological fMRI scanning to correlate the reactions and personal characteristics of subjects with their brain responses.
DARPA’s goal is to mine millions of American weblogs as part of its ‘neurobiology of narrative framing’ research. As the Pentagon’s extensive funding of propaganda on Iraq and Afghanistan demonstrates, population influence and propaganda is critical not just in far-flung theatres abroad in strategic regions, but also at home, to quell the risk of domestic public opinion undermining the legitimacy of Pentagon policy.
U.S. PATENT OFFICE WORKS FOR DARPA/IN-Q-TEL
JUST AS LEADER TECHNOLOGIES WAS RIPPED OFF BY NSA/FBI/CIA ATTORNEY JAMES CHANDLER AND THE IBM ECLIPSE FOUNDATION FOR THEIR PATENTS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL TO FACEBOOK FOR SCALABILITY, SO TOO MANY INVENTORS HAVE HAD THEIR PATENTS STOLEN BY THE U.S. PATENT OFFICE.
This rip-off and theft is rationalized as legal once the patent committee determines that a patent may have some impact upon U.S. “national security.” Over five thousand patents have been legally confiscated (stolen) by the U. S. Patent Office, including many free energy patents that directly compete with oil and gas, and given to DARPA/In-Q-Tel for further development and weaponization. Once the patent is used to create a prototype, it has encrypted back-doors installed then it is given out as open source material for corporations and individuals to bring to the market place.
This national security rationalization for the theft of intellectual property fundamentally violates the Fifth Amendment Takings Clause which states that “private property [shall not] be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
If an inventor of a patent that is confiscated by the U. S. Patent Office tries to continue work on the patent, that inventor may end up in jail. The rules of this patent confiscation are located in 35 U.S. Code § 181 – Secrecy of certain inventions and withholding of patent, which provides that the government can take any patent and make it secret and use it at their discretion, or just make sure that it never gets developed.
THERE ARE STRICT PENALTIES IF THE INVENTOR EVEN SPEAKS OF THE PATENT AFTER IT HAS BEEN “CONFISCATED.”
Members of DARPA and In-Q-Tel provide the Defense Department and the CIA with these “secret” patents so that they might first be weaponized for military purposes. Often, patents are then given to fake companies, supported with U.S. tax dollars, who bring the patent to market.
This is what happened with the patent theft of Leader Technologies that was then used by the front companies Goggle and Facebook, which are actually directed by the Department of Defense and the CIA. Clearly the law the dark state chooses to ignore is Leader’s overarching property rights in the Fifth Amendment Takings Clause, which takes precedent.
The Patent Office did not withhold Leader’s patents, and therefore cannot rely on its confiscation six years earlier when Leader’s intellectual property was a trade secret disclose only to its duplicitous attorney James P. Chandler.
Patent theft is only the tip of the iceberg. Industrial espionage is common in all industries. Alphabet/Google and Facebook have seemingly endless money to “absorb” any competition through buying them and keeping competition at abeyance. There are many other ways to “suppress” technologies that threaten the “big” companies, whether oil, tech, pharmaceuticals, agriculture/food, energy production. Big corporations use governments, especially multi-national organizations, to do their bidding. Big corporations spend huge amounts of money on lobbying governments to “pay to play.”
AND WHEN MONEY CAN’T ACCOMPLISH THE GOALS, THEY RESORT TO STEALING PATENTS AND KILLING INVENTORS.
Suppression and sabotage of technologies has been the norm since the dawn of the twentieth century when fossil fuels and the petrodollar came to rule world economics. Over 5000 new patents have been “deemed” secret and have been suppressed by existing patent laws. There are U. S. patent laws permitting the government to steal and suppress any new technology (and imprison the inventor) which threatens “national security.”
Under Vice President Nixon, in the early 1950s, illegal, secret patent legislation was written, permitting the U.S. government to steal technology from inventors and/or suppress it should a case be made the technology might threaten the status quo.
The shocked inventors also were informed that they could be jailed up to 20 years if they made the theft of their technology known to the public.
35 U.S. CODE § 186 – PENALTY
Whoever, during the period or periods of time an invention has been ordered to be kept secret and the grant of a patent thereon withheld pursuant to section 181, shall, with knowledge of such order and without due authorization, willfully publish or disclose or authorize or cause to be published or disclosed the invention, or material information with respect thereto, or whoever willfully, in violation of the provisions of section 184, shall file or cause or authorize to be filed in any foreign country an application for patent or for the registration of a utility model, industrial design, or model in respect of any invention made in the United States, shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both.

We have discussed the companies that you may already know have control over your life, but there are many, many more that we don’t know about. Many of us are reliant, even addicted, to these the internet, cellphones, and Facebook pages and groups. It has been shown that the internet creates different illnesses and some researchers say the internet is more addictive than drugs.
But what is worse is that DARPA/In-Q-Tel already has many programs that are not publicly known about and are being used right now to control U. S. citizens with cyberwarfare technologies. Let’s take a look at some of those other programs described by whistleblowers, like the Vault 7 Wiki-leaks, and see what those programs are intending to do for the U. S. military.
Total Information Awareness – Under the umbrella of a system known as Total Information Awareness, DARPA spearheaded many of the surveillance programs abused by the NSA. DARPA’s Total Information Awareness concept created a veritable buffet of advanced surveillance and data mining programs, many of which ultimately were folded into NSA’s PRISM. PRISM culled citizens’ personal data from companies like Microsoft, Google, and Facebook.
PRISM – A clandestine national security electronic surveillance program operated by the United States National Security Agency which can target customers of participating corporations outside or inside the United States.
Sounds of Silence – The Silent Subliminal Presentation System was developed for commercial use in 1992. A silent communications system in which non-aural carriers, in the very low (ELF) or very high audio-frequency (VHF) range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum are amplitude – or frequency- modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement in to the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic, or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener. ThinThread – A U.S. National Security Agency program involved wiretapping and sophisticated analysis of the resulting data.
Trailblazer Project – U.S. National Security Agency program intended to develop a capability to analyze data carried on communications networks including cell phone networks and the Internet.
Turbulence – Turbulence is a National Security Agency information-technology project started circa 2005. It was developed in small, inexpensive “test” pieces rather than one grand plan like its failed predecessor, the Trailblazer Project. It also includes offensive cyberwarfare capabilities, like injecting malware into remote computers.
Tailored Access Operations – Intelligence-gathering unit of the NSA that is capable of harvesting approximately two petabytes of data per hour.
Boundless Informant – A system deployed by the NSA to analyze global electronic information. In March 2013, Boundless Informant gathered 14 billion data reports from Iran, 6.3 billion from India, and 2.8 billion from the United States.
Bullrun – A highly classified NSA program to preserve its ability to eavesdrop on encrypted communications by influencing and weakening encryption standards, by obtaining master encryption keys, and by gaining access to data before or after it is encrypted either by agreement, by force of law, or by computer network exploitation (hacking).
Stuxnet – Is the first discovered malware that spies on industrial systems, and it was used to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities. It is believed to have originated from the United States under the Bush administration.
Carnivore – A system implemented by the Federal Bureau of Investigation that was designed to monitor email and electronic communications.
DCSNet – The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s point-and-click surveillance system that can perform instant wiretaps on any telecommunications device located in the United States.
Fairview – A mass surveillance program directed at foreign mobile phone users.
ICREACH – Surveillance front-end GUI that is shared with 23 government agencies, including the CIA, DEA, and FBI, to search illegally collected personal records.
Magic Lantern – A keystroke logging software deployed by the FBI in the form of an e-mail attachment. When activated, it acts as a trojan horse and allows the FBI to decrypt user communications.
Main Core – A personal and financial database storing information of millions of U. S. citizens believed to be threats to national security. The data mostly comes from the NSA, FBI, CIA, as well as other government sources.
MAINWAY – A NSA database containing metadata for hundreds of billions of telephone calls made through the four largest telephone carriers in the United States.
MUSCULAR – Overseas wiretapping of Google’s and Yahoo’s internal networks by the NSA.
MYSTIC – Is a voice interception program used by the National Security Agency.
Room 641A – A telecommunication interception facility operated by AT&T for the U.S. National Security Agency.
Sentry Eagle – It monitors and attacks an adversary’s cyberspace through capabilities include SIGINT, Computer Network Exploitation, Information Assurance, Computer Network Defense, Network Warfare, and Computer Network Attack. The efforts included weakening U. S. commercial encryption systems.
Special Collection Service – A black budget program that is responsible for “close surveillance, burglary, wiretapping, breaking and entering.” It employs covert listening device technologies to bug foreign embassies, communications centers, computer facilities, fiber-optic networks, and government installations.
Multi-state Anti-Terrorism Information Exchange (MATRIX) – A data mining system originally developed for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Insight Program – It detects threat networks, irregular warfare, and terrorist operations by combining intelligence information from imaging sensors, crowd-source and other social network or text-based sensors, as well as from other sources for further analysis. Develops integrated human/machine reasoning into intelligence equipment to encompass operator knowledge and reasoning when dealing quickly with complex data from many different sensors.
EM Fields and Hidden Symbols – Uses techniques to incept thoughts and ideas into the mind. Once a mind has been programed with the memory patterns, words and symbols can trigger the programing without the need of the original device.

Narrative Networks Program – Developed classified techniques used to manipulate trust in humans. For its Narrative Networks program, DARPA collaborated with a CIA agency called the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency (IARPA) to develop methods of overwriting messages in the human mind.
Mind Control Project – Remotely disrupts political dissent and extremism by employing “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation” (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields. This research aims to stop individuals from thinking certain thoughts and make others believe things they normally would not believe. This research is being conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication at ASU and is entitled “Toward Narrative Disruptors and Inductors: Mapping the Narrative Comprehension Network and its Persuasive Effects.” Mechanical disruptions of narrative processing may be, ultimately, replicated through targeted strategic communication campaigns that approximate the narrative disruptions induced via magnetic stimulation. MIT neuroscientists have shown that they can plant false memories. Most of the research in this area currently revolves around how to induce and eliminate fear.
CONTROLLING AMERICANS THROUGH THE INTERNET
It is important to remember that since Barack Obama added new language in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, Americans are now seen as possible terrorists and are military targets and enemies of the state, unless proven otherwise. In essence, all of the above cyberwarfare programs are being used on Americans indiscriminately and with ill intent.
The Patriot Act, later called the U. S. Freedom Act is the exact opposite of its name – it takes away freedom from patriots and lets multi-national corporations and the “run-away military” use the American people as a cyberwarfare testing grounds.
This fact is little known: the U. S. military is now allowed to act within the borders of America and target Americans as hostile war-actors (as the military calls us). We are in an information war and the stacks are high – American freedom or military/corporate control. This battle wages while many people are complacent and perfectly happy with their digital experiences.
The internet is a weapon and it is our job to find out what the battle is all about and make sure that we retain our U. S. Civil Rights and American freedom and liberty. We must call out DARPA, In-Q-Tel, Highland Forum, and the U.S. Patent Office for their patent thefts, continuous lies, and cyberwarfare manipulations and demand that U. S. taxpayer dollars that funded these evil weaponized tools be acknowledged and that all cyber-tools be turned over to Americans without the spy systems and information control systems attached.

Dobson announced that Mr. Trump had accepted his "relationship with Christ" and deemed him a "baby Christian." Dobson, the founder of one of the nation's most influential Conservative organizations, Focus on Family, declined to reveal the individual who helped facilitate Pres. Trump's Born-Again transformation.
God, Faith and Patriotism
At Pres. Trump's inauguration he went much further in terms of religious representation than his predecessor. Six religious figures that included four Protestants, a Cardinal, and a Rabbi were in attendance and all offered prayers. This was an embrace of Faith that outpaced all presidents before him. He swore his oath not only on the traditional Lincoln Bible, but also on the one he earned by completing Sunday Church Primary School. Pres. Trump tapped musician Lee Greenwood to perform the patriotic and religious song "God Bless the USA." His inaugural speech would also blend patriotism and Faith as he quoted Psalm 133 and spoke about people of all colors and creeds bleeding the same red blood of patriots. This watershed moment may clearly define the type of Christian Pres. Trump has evolved into. There is a certain line that runs through his belief system that the power of God runs through America.
Mandate Of Faith
Perhaps his Born-Again experience was a precursor to assuming the presidential mantle and, by extension, religious prominence in America. If we look at the president's first strong connection and current spiritual advisor, Paula White, a pattern seems to emerge between American patriotism and religious prosperity. White, the leader of a large Florida Pentecostal, also leans toward the thinking that Faith in Jesus has both spiritual and material benefits.
It appears Pres. Trump has ascended to the land's highest office with just such a religious mandate in hand: God and American prosperity. White who spoke at the inauguration has stated in reference to the president. "God says that he raises up and places all people in places of authority, it is God who raises up a king. It is God that sets one down." ~ Christian Patriot Daily
Trumpets blare. In the night sky, spotlights roam. A great confusion of smoke and dust and fog, and emerging banners, carrying the single message:
WE.
The great meltdown of all consciousness into a glob of utopian simplicity…
There are denizens among us.
They present themselves as the Normals.
Beyond all political objectives, there is a simple fact: those group-mind addicts who have given up their souls will rage against the faintest appearance of one who tries to keep his. And in this rage, the soulless ones will try to pull the other down to where they live.
And somehow, it all looks normal and proper and rational.
In the 1950s, before television had numbed minds and turned them into jelly, there was a growing sense of: the Individual versus the Corporate State.
Something needed to be done. People were fitting into slots. They were surrendering their lives in increasing numbers. They were carving away their own idiosyncrasies and their independent ideas.
But television, under the control of psyops experts, became, as the 1950s droned on, the facile barrel of a weapon:
“What’s important is the group. Conform. Give in. Bathe in the great belonging…”
Recognize that every message television imparts is a proxy, a fabrication, a simulacrum, an imitation of life one step removed.
When this medium also broadcasts words and images of belonging and the need to belong, it’s engaged in revolutionary social engineering.
Whether it’s the happy-happy suburban-lawn family in an ad for the wonders of a toxic pesticide, or the mob family going to the mattresses to fend off a rival, it’s fantasy time in the land of mind control.
Television has carried its mission forward. The consciousness of the Individual versus the State has turned into: love the State. Love the State as family.
In the only study I have been able to find, Wictionary partially surveys the scripts of all television shows from the year 2006, to analyze the words most frequently broadcast to viewers in America.
Out of 29,713,800 words, including the massively used “a,” “an,” “the,” “you,” “me,” and the like, the word “home” ranks 179 from the top. “Mom” is 218. “Together” is 222. “Family” is 250.
This usage reflects an unending psyop.
Are you with the family or not? Are you with the group, the collective, or not? Those are the blunt parameters.
“When you get right down to it, all you have is family.” “Our team is really a family.” “You’re deserting the family.” “You fight for the guy next to you.” “Our department is like a family.” “Here at Corporation X, we’re a family.”
The committee, the group, the company, the sector, the planet.
The goal? Submerge the individual.
Individual achievement, imagination, creative power? Not on the agenda. Something for the dustbin of history.
Aldous Huxley, Brave New World: “‘Ninety-six identical twins working ninety-six identical machines’! The voice was almost tremulous with enthusiasm. ‘You really know where you are. For the first time in history.’”
George Orwell, 1984: “The two aims of the Party are to conquer the whole surface of the earth and to extinguish once and for all the possibility of independent thought.”
The soap opera is the apotheosis of television. The long-running characters in Anytown are irreversibly enmeshed in one another’s lives. There’s no escape. There is only mind-numbing meddling.
“I’m just trying to help you realize we all love you (in chains).”
“Your father, rest his soul, would never have wanted you to do this to yourself…”
“How dare you set yourself apart from us. Who do you think you are?”
For some people, the collective “WE” has a fragrant scent—until they get down in the trenches with it. There they discover odd odors and postures and mutations. There they discover self-distorted creatures scurrying around celebrating their twistedness.
The night becomes long. The ideals melt. The level of intelligence required to inhabit this cave-like realm is lower than expected, much lower.
Hypnotic perceptions, which are the glue that holds the territory together, begin to crack and fall apart, and all that is left is a grim determination to see things through.
As the night moves into its latter stages, some participants come to know that all their activity is taking place in a chimerical universe.
It is as if reality has been constructed to yield up gibberish.
Whose idea was it to become deaf, dumb, and blind in the first place?
And then perhaps one person in the cave suddenly says: I EXIST.
That starts a cacophony of howling.
In the aftermath of the 1963 assassination of JFK and the 1995 bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma City, the covert theme was the same: a lone individual did this.
A lone individual, detached from the group, did this. “Lone individuals are people who left the fold. They wandered from the communal hearth. Therefore, they inevitably became killers.”
In 1995, after the Oklahoma City Bombing, President Bill Clinton made a speech to the nation. He rescued his presidency by essentially saying, “Come home to the government. We will protect you and save you.”
He framed the crime in those terms. The individual versus the collective.
The history of human struggle on this planet is about the individual emerging FROM the group, from the tribe, from the clan. The history of struggle is not about the individual surrendering and going back INTO group identity.
Going back is the psyop.
The intended psyop.
As the trumpets blare in the night sky, as the fog-ridden spotlights roam, as the banners emerge carrying the single message, WE, as people below are magnetically drawn to this show, a unpredicted thing happens:
Someone shouts: WHAT IS WE?
Other pick up the shout.
And the banners begin to catch fire and melt. They drip steel and wax and the false grinding of hypnotic dreams breaks its rhythm.
The whole sky-scene stutters like a great weapon losing its capacity to contain heat. The sky itself drips and caves inward and collapses, and the trumpets tail off and there is a new fresh silence.
The delusion, in pieces, is drifting away…
The cover: gone.
Behind it is The Individual.
What will he do now?
Will he seek to find his inherent power, the power he cast aside in his eagerness to join the collective?
Will he?
Or will he search for another staged melodrama designed to absorb him in an all-embracing WE?

The State, as now constituted, pretends it favors giving away the farm for nothing “to those in need.” What they really means is: they steal the farm, and then they give it away on their terms.
Genuine entrepreneurs know what it’s like to get up in the morning and re-create their enterprises and make them work every day. They know how much energy it takes. They know it isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but they value the FREEDOM it brings. They know how it feels to follow their own desires. These people are real. They exist.
They experience frustrating days when their business isn’t going well. On those days, they feel trapped in the very universe they created. They wonder how it might be to give up and go to work for someone else. They even wonder how it might be to get a desk job in government and feel the protection of government. But they don’t give in.
They’re too stubborn to give in. They show up every day and they push their enterprise forward.
And these are the people about whom Obama said: “If you’ve got a business—you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.”
Sure, Mr. President. We weren’t there at all. We’re fictions. We don’t exist. Other people are always standing in for us. It’s not our sweat, it’s not our power, it’s not our imagination, it’s not our commitment that invented and sustained our businesses. It’s all done by remote control from Washington. I’m glad you finally clarified this mystery for us. You’re a genius.
People who’ve never started and run their own enterprises don’t understand. They don’t know what the sweat means and the struggle means and the vision means and the power to keep doing it every day means, and they don’t know what the joy of earning their own way means and what deeper victory means.
There are people who don’t understand what a FREE INDIVIDUAL is. They want a world of Central Planning. They feel a welter of emotions, all negative, when they contemplate THE FREE INDIVIDUAL.
Newsflash: Money is not inherently evil. Profit is not inherently evil.
What is evil is trying to melt the individual into the collective. That has always been evil.
For the free individual, “the highest work possible” doesn’t involve leaving one’s desires behind, in order to become the abject servant of a Cause. He doesn’t suddenly develop an egoless and empty personality in order to “connect” with a goal that floats in an abstract realm.
The free individual isn’t shaped. He shapes.
He doesn’t fall on his knees and grovel to seek public acceptance.
The mob, the herd operates on debt, obligation, guilt, and the pretense of admiration for idols. These are its currencies.
The herd, seeking some reflection of its unformed desire, constructs a social order based on need—and the substance of that need will be extracted through coercion, if necessary, from those who already have More.
This need, and the proposition that the mob deserves its satisfaction, creates a worldwide industry.
Among the industry’s most passionate and venal supporters are those who are quite certain that the human being is a tainted vile creature. Such supporters, of course, are sensing their own reflections.
The great psychological factor in any life is THE DESERTION OF INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM. Afterward, the individual creates shadows and monsters and fears around that crossroad.
Freedom is the space and the setting, from which the individual can generate the thought and the energy-pulse of a great self-chosen objective.
In that place, there is no crowding or oppressive necessity. There is choice. There is desire. There is thought.
“Being absorbed in a greater whole” isn’t an ambition or philosophical prospect for the free individual. He sees that fixation as a surrender of self.
The Collective, whether envisioned as a down-to-earth or mystical group, promises a release from self. This grand solution to problems is a ruse designed to keep humans in a corral, a prison. After all, how are you going to control and eventually enslave people if you promote the notion that each individual has freedom and free choice? The abnegation of self is a workable tactic, as long as it is dressed up with false idols and perverted ideals.
Self is fundamentally creative, dynamic, forward-looking, energetic, powerful, engaged. The Collective looks for shadows of those qualities in the government as its source of survival.
The free individual isn’t opposed to helping others, but he is against a culture that is so preoccupied with “raising up the lowest” that it nurtures a hatred of liberty. And this is a crux, because growing millions of people are all too eager to shed the last fragments of their Selves to join in a fantasy of “everybody gets everything.”
The fantasy doesn’t work. The melting down of all of humanity into a mystical goo is an illusion that can’t stand the test of time. Eventually, a person falls out of that construct and remembers he must depend, to an alarming degree, on his own inner resources.
The free individual doesn’t act in ways that limit the freedom of others.
Self-sufficiency is both an essence and outcome for the free individual.
If America had pursued a path of making the nation self-sufficient, without relying on entangling foreign political and business relationships, it would have avoided the corruption that naturally flows from those relationships, and it would have become living proof that freedom and the principles of the Republic work. It would have become a shining example to the rest of the world, a new standard to emulate.
Far from committing the “sin of isolationism,” it would have provoked others to try the experiment of freedom.
The free individual discovers his way through imagination and creative power, because that is the answer to the question: what is freedom for?
Without exercising imagination and creative power, freedom withers and dies. It becomes an empty slogan. It becomes an empty stage.
We are told, in a thousand ways, that the free individual is the personification of greed and theft and crime. That is false.
The free individual imagines and creates on a scale that supersedes and ignores the Collective. His work naturally spills over and benefits others.
Advocates of the Collective falsely claim the free individual is cold and uncaring and remote and “without humanity.” Meanwhile, their picture of a society based on need is a poisonous affectation; it is constructed because these advocates are walled off from their own power. Therefore, they substitute endless entitlement.
Their only nod of acknowledgment to the individual has been to propagandize him as an outsider, a potential danger, a lurking menace, a person waiting to be diagnosed with a mental disorder.
These days, it is the Group that is elevated. We must absorb the individual in the system so the Group is protected and safe. We must omit mention of the individual in teaching children. We must say that now the nation is nothing more than an interconnected Whole. We must promote interdependency as the highest ideal. We must declare it is obvious that all actions must be judged on the basis of how they will affect the well-being of the Collective.
Even accepting Mill’s specious pronouncement that society should be organized on the basis of the greatest good for greatest number, the questions remains: what is the greatest good? Is it that which makes us, more and more, into a Group? Or is it that which liberates the individual to pursue his highest aspirations?
The greatest good liberates the individual, and then the door is open. Who will walk through it? Every person who has divested himself of collective consciousness.
Then perhaps historians and scholars will be forced to change their stories. Perhaps, some day, they will admit that history, before it was hijacked, revealed a progression away from the Group and toward the individual. Perhaps they will be forced to admit their affected fetish about “primitive societies” was a ruse to convince us that, once upon a time, we lost our way, when we disentangled ourselves from group consciousness.
Oh, there will be screams. There will be many screams. There will be accusations that we are deserting the human race, that we are leaving others behind, that we are refusing to help those who need it.
Eventually, those screams will die on the wind. As many wake up and realize they had sacrificed their lives on the altar of the Group, the protests will fade out.
Because many will see, as if for the first time, what freedom means and how it feels.
And against that, there is no argument.
The titanic myths that have been foisted on humanity and the titanic acceptance of those myths by humanity are all focused on one lie: the individual cannot stand on his own; he must subjugate himself to a system.
I don’t care what form that higher system takes. It’s all a lie. It’s all geared to promoting slavery. It’s all geared to allowing the few to control the many.
And the few WILL control the many, until the day comes when enough individuals throw off ALL the deceptions that permitted them to think The Individual was less than he is.
The day will dawn when the individual knows he is greater than any and all groups and collectives by any name flying under any flag, espousing any gibberish, elevating any fairy tale, seducing with any promise, hypnotizing with any idol or misbegotten legend.
That day will dawn.
But why wait?

An individual has the capacity to think independently. A group does not have that capacity.
‘Vegas Massacre’ just one of a million examples…

“My friends, here is the game. On the table before you, you see many stones. Some are expensive gems, and some are worthless fakes. But you must decide they’re all fake or they’re or real. That’s the game.” (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)
Crazy choices. Untenable choices. A ridiculous game. But many people fall for it. Why?
If propaganda didn’t stimulate the way people’s minds already work, propaganda would be abandoned and thrown on the junk heap.
I need to repeat that: If propaganda didn’t stimulate the way people’s minds already work, propaganda would be abandoned and thrown on the junk heap.
Propaganda isn’t shaping minds to think in a way that is utterly alien. No. Propaganda taps into ways of thinking that are already there, in a latent or active state.
For example, propaganda feeds off the tendency of the mind to assert: It’s either A or B. It’s either all-A or all-B.
By design, let’s say an event under consideration happens to be BOTH A AND B.
However, the mind isn’t prepared to see that. At the “either-or” level of thinking, BOTH is impossible. It doesn’t show up as a choice on the radar screen.
So for that event, X number of people will say, “It’s all-A.”
And Y number of people will say, “It’s all-B.”
And then those two groups will oppose each other. Which is a hidden purpose of the propaganda in the first place.
Take the Vegas shooting as an example. Assume for the moment that it was designed to contain both real and fake elements. There were real bullets flying (no matter how many shooters held the weapons) and real people were hit by those bullets. And then there were “crisis actors” who were faking scenes of being hit and wounded by bullets.
And let’s say there is propaganda on top of the Vegas shooting, and the propaganda says, “Stephen Paddock was the LONE GUNMAN and he killed 58 people and wounded 500 people.”
The propaganda is a lie. Whatever did or didn’t happen at the concert, the propaganda is not the correct account.
The propagandists know that AS SOON AS THEY SAY “LONE GUNMAN,” there are going to be many people who think “LEE OSWALD AND CONVERUP AND CONSPIRACY” and then independently examine and analyze and offer opinion about what really happened in the shooting. By telling that central lie, the propagandists also know many of these independent researchers and reporters are going to be stimulated to react in the following way:
They’re either going to say all-A or all-B. They’re going to say the shooting was entirely real, or they’re going to say the shooting was entirely fake.
Tell that lie and then stand back and watch people break up into two opposing groups.
Which is exactly what propagandists want.
The central lie about the shooting has two purposes. First, cover up what really happened. And second, get independent-minded people to split into two opposing groups, vis-à-vis what really happened at the shooting.
This is all understood and planned for by the groups who design mass events and also design the propaganda lies about those events.
The fake planted elements of these events (crisis actors, pretended wounding, etc.) are put there to make sure there will be opposing groups of researchers, in the aftermath.
“Sow confusion; sow opposition.”
And the success of these plans depends entirely on the level of thinking that is compelled to choose all-A or all-B. A person who restricts himself to deploy this level of thinking will always deny anything exists beyond all-A or all-B, whichever side he chooses. Why? Because his level of thinking determines WHAT HE CAN SEE AND WHAT HE CAN’T SEE.
Obviously, we’re talking about much more than the Vegas shooting or any mass event. We’re talking about a pattern that bleeds into every area of life and perception.
“If you think Trump has done anything seriously wrong, you’re a traitor to the President and an enemy of America.”
“If you think Hillary has committed a serious crime, you’re a traitor to America.”
There are two sides, and you must choose all-A or all-B.
Now, of course, there are other levels of more intelligent thinking. But those who control education and major media want to minimize the more intelligent levels and maximize the “either-or” brand. This is their mission in life. They take it seriously.
Decades ago, when I taught school, I ran across many students who were the all-A or all-B type. Trying to break through that barrier was like using a nail file to cut a big hole in a brick wall.
Eventually, I found I could teach them logic at a basic level. And I watched the students change. They began to offload their blunt either-or approach. They began to SEE MORE. The lights were going on.
It was quite gratifying.
Let me give you another example: police brutality toward black people in America.
Let’s say we have two groups. One group claims there is absolutely no problem involving police brutality. The other group claims police brutality is THE problem.
All-A or all-B.
Now, imagine there are 20,000 black and white people, armed with the tools of analysis and logic, who take neither position. Instead, they separately and independently investigate a number of factors that plague black inner cities:
Drugs; gang shootings and other gang crimes; the Globalist theft of jobs, which are exported to other countries; the absence of fathers in homes; grossly sub-standard nutrition; the dumping of industrial pollutants into poor neighborhoods; toxic heavy metals in water systems; the diversion and theft of enormous amounts of money that have been poured into the so-called War on Poverty; police brutality; multiple problems honest police have in trying to keep neighborhoods safe.
This intelligent analysis points toward solutions. For instance (I’ve previously written about this at length), a vast spreading of urban farms in inner cities where residents grow their own fresh clean food, trade it among themselves, and sell the excess for profit.
Now imagine those 20,000 black and white people who are doing this analysis speak up and write, independently and separately, about what they’ve discovered.
Suppose THOSE voices rise and are heard.
Suppose THAT tide rises above the all-A and all-B crowds.
What might happen then?
In an educated society, this tide is supposed to rise.
However, education isn’t pointed in the direction of logic and analysis. It’s pointed away from it, on purpose.
Which means the task falls to individuals.
This may seem like an enormous hill to climb.
It is. But so what?
After more than a hundred years of sub-standard mind-numbing education, what else would you expect?
The overriding principle here is: if you see people all around you dividing into opposing camps, because they’re all-A or all-B, that doesn’t mean you have to follow their lead.

U.S.. Army fudged its accounts by trillions of dollars, auditor finds Scot J. Paltrow
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The United States Army's finances are so jumbled it had to make trillions of dollars of improper accounting adjustments to create an illusion that its books are balanced.
The Defense Department's Inspector General, in a June report, said the Army made $2.8 trillion in wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. Yet the Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up.
As a result, the Army's financial statements for 2015 were "materially misstated," the report concluded. The "forced" adjustments rendered the statements useless because "DoD and Army managers could not rely on the data in their accounting systems when making management and resource decisions." Disclosure of the Army's manipulation of numbers is the latest example of the severe accounting problems plaguing the Defense Department for decades. The report affirms a 2013 Reuters series revealing how the Defense Department falsified accounting on a large scale as it scrambled to close its books. As a result, there has been no way to know how the Defense Department - far and away the biggest chunk of Congress' annual budget - spends the public's money.
The new report focused on the Army's General Fund, the bigger of its two main accounts, with assets of $282.6 billion in 2015. The Army lost or didn't keep required data, and much of the data it had was inaccurate, the IG said.
"Where is the money going? Nobody knows," said Franklin Spinney, a retired military analyst for the Pentagon and critic of Defense Department planning. The significance of the accounting problem goes beyond mere concern for balancing books, Spinney said. Both presidential candidates have called for increasing defense spending amid current global tension..
An accurate accounting could reveal deeper problems in how the Defense Department spends its money. Its 2016 budget is $573 billion, more than half of the annual budget appropriated by Congress.
The Army account's errors will likely carry consequences for the entire Defense Department. Congress set a September 30, 2017 deadline for the department to be prepared to undergo an audit. The Army accounting problems raise doubts about whether it can meet the deadline - a black mark for Defense, as every other federal agency undergoes an audit annually.
For years, the Inspector General - the Defense Department's official auditor - has inserted a disclaimer on all military annual reports. The accounting is so unreliable that "the basic financial statements may have undetected misstatements that are both material and pervasive."
In an e-mailed statement, a spokesman said the Army "remains committed to asserting audit readiness" by the deadline and is taking steps to root out the problems. The spokesman downplayed the significance of the improper changes, which he said net out to $62.4 billion. "Though there is a high number of adjustments, we believe the financial statement information is more accurate than implied in this report," he said.
"THE GRAND PLUG"
Jack Armstrong, a former Defense Inspector General official in charge of auditing the Army General Fund, said the same type of unjustified changes to Army financial statements already were being made when he retired in 2010. The Army issues two types of reports - a budget report and a financial one. The budget one was completed first. Armstrong said he believes fudged numbers were inserted into the financial report to make the numbers match.
"They don't know what the heck the balances should be," Armstrong said. Some employees of the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS), which handles a wide range of Defense Department accounting services, referred sardonically to preparation of the Army's year-end statements as "the grand plug," Armstrong said. "Plug" is accounting jargon for inserting made-up numbers.
At first glance adjustments totaling trillions may seem impossible. The amounts dwarf the Defense Department's entire budget. Making changes to one account also require making changes to multiple levels of sub-accounts, however. That created a domino effect where, essentially, falsifications kept falling down the line. In many instances this daisy-chain was repeated multiple times for the same accounting item.
The IG report also blamed DFAS, saying it too made unjustified changes to numbers. For example, two DFAS computer systems showed different values of supplies for missiles and ammunition, the report noted - but rather than solving the disparity, DFAS personnel inserted a false "correction" to make the numbers match..
DFAS also could not make accurate year-end Army financial statements because more than 16,000 financial data files had vanished from its computer system. Faulty computer programming and employees' inability to detect the flaw were at fault, the IG said. DFAS is studying the report "and has no comment at this time," a spokesman said.
Pedophilia in Hollywood, according to victims and those who expose it, is rampant and exists throughout the industry.
Those who expose it are often tarred and feathered in the mainstream and the predators in Hollywood remain protected. However, the recent revelations about the alleged sexual abuse doled out by Hollywood mogul, Harvey Weinstein, appears to be a chink in the pedophile protective armor enjoyed by Tinseltown.
After the NY Times piece exposed Harvey Weinstein for his rampant sexual harassment, actresses and actors came out to expose how they too have been abused in the industry.
This massive coming out is forcing the mainstream media to finally cover the sexual abuse that goes on behind the scenes leaving a trail of damaged children and adults alike in its wake.
To highlight just how sick and depraved many of those in this industry are, shortly after Walt Disney Company bought Bob and Harvey Weinstein’s company in 1993, Disney hired a convicted child molester—who molested a young boy on a movie set — to direct the film Powder.
Becuase Disney acquired Miramax, they are now subject to potential lawsuits over the alleged abuse doled out by Weinstein since he stayed on with the firm until 2005.
“If, sometime between the years 1993 and 2005, when it owned Miramax, Disney was aware of Weinstein’s behavior, Disney was obligated to protect its employees, including young actresses like Gwyneth Paltrow and Rose McGowan, who claim to have been harassed, including Asia Argento who claims Weinstein raped her in 1997,” Breitbart’s John Nolte reported.
“Outside of the ‘open secret,’ another issue that makes one wonder about Disney’s moral, ethical, and legal liability, is the settlements.”
“Unless Weinstein settled using his own money, which is unlikely, how could Disney not know about corporate money spent for sexual harassment settlements?”
Five years before Disney hired the convicted pedophile, Victor Salva, he was convicted of molesting a child on a movie set—which he directed—and for possessing child porn.
To highlight the nature of how Hollywood not only looks the other way in these instances but actually condones them, Disney cared not about hiring Salva and, once again, gave him access to children on the set of Powder.
Instead of lambasting Disney for hiring a convicted child predator, the industry went on to praise him.
“As controversy swirled around filmmaker Victor Salva, who pleaded guilty in 1988 to molesting a boy on the set of his low-budget picture ‘Clownhouse,’ Salva’s agent said that a good showing at the box office may salvage the 37-year-old director’s career,” the LA Times reported on Oct. 31, 1995.
“At least three studios are meeting with him. One has already given Victor scripts to read,” said his agent, David Gersh, who declined to name the studios.
“If ‘Powder’ does well,” Gersh added, “Victor will see work again. He is a true talent. If not . . . who’s to say?”
Let that sink in.
Not only was this man not blackballed in the industry for molesting children and possessing child porn but he was being fought over by multiple Hollywood companies.
In fact, in spite of the controversy, Salva has gone on to write and direct many more Hollywood movies since Powder, including the horror series Jeepers Creepers, which releases its third sequel this year.
As the rest of society casts out pedophiles and makes them register as sex offenders to warn others about their tendencies to prey on children, Hollywood embraces them, gives them access to children, and puts them on a pedestal — a true horror story indeed.
As the Free Thought Project reported last year, childhood star turned adult actor Elijah Wood, also claimed Hollywood is in the midst of a massive sexual abuse scandal, which can be compared to that of Jimmy Savile in Britain.
Wood came forward in an interview to blow the lid off the dark underground world of child acting in Hollywood.
In the interview with the Sunday Times, Wood dropped a bombshell, noting how child actors were regularly “preyed upon” by industry figures.
“Clearly something major was going on in Hollywood,” said Wood. “It was all organized.”
“There are a lot of vipers in this industry, people who only have their own interests in mind,” continued Elijah Wood in his interview. “There is a darkness in the underbelly – if you can imagine it, it’s probably happened.”
Wood says the abuse runs unchecked because the victims “can’t speak as loudly as people in power.”
“That’s the tragedy of attempting to reveal what is happening to innocent people,” he said. “They can be squashed but their lives have been irreparably damaged.”
Wood is referring to the immense power of Hollywood elites to control the narrative and quash any allegations of abuse before they even happen.
This narrative is so controlled that after Wood made these comments, the very next day the mainstream media attacked him and forced him to downplay them.
Indeed, this control over the narrative is so strong, that Weinstein may indeed be a sacrificial lamb, cast out of the group as to divert attention away from these atrocities.
Rose McGowan, who worked with both Salva and Weinstein attempted to call attention to this problem on her Twitter account Wednesday, and for this, they suspended her account
Whilst time continues to speed up, your concept of events upon Earth leaves you with the impression that there is a stalemate and that things are at a standstill. However, we can tell you that behind the scenes, much has already happened and it is ensuring that the New Age continues to establish itself whilst keeping the old energies at bay. So do not despair as all is progressing well and in accordance with the plan for Humanity. The old paradigm is finished but those who fight to hold onto it and against change, will sooner or later have to admit that they have lost the fight.
It goes without saying that these are difficult times that have an adverse upon you, but focus on the promises for the future and help them manifest. Certainly your efforts will prove worthwhile and you will be helping strengthen your new timeline. The coming years will be full of surprises as you lift up your vibrations and leave the old ones behind. Important changes will see those of the Light replacing those who still hold to the old vibrations. Presently much hovers around the long awaited revaluation of the currencies, and the countries who have pledged to be a part of it are ready to participate. Be assured that the apparent delays are not going to hold up progress, and unseen forces are working to ensure that once the go-ahead is given no time is lost in speeding up things.
When the real news is able to get coverage it is significant that on a worldwide basis there is less enthusiasm for acts of war. Countries are now moving towards peaceful settlements of their differences, and it has the overwhelming support of the people. There was a time when they would not have thought twice before launching themselves into a war, but no longer. Of course there will confrontations but it is a lot of sabre rattling, and we see situations calming down. The mood of the people has a greater effect than is possibly realised, and they have become tired of experiencing war and the appalling loss of life and hardships resulting from it. At last there is a feeling that it is time to put away the weapons of war, and use the war chest for peaceful purposes to value life instead of taking it away.
Living in love and peace are the natural desires of the Human Race. They have been indoctrinated for hundreds of years, to believe that separation is to be desired and look upon other Races as a threat to their survival. The blood and tears are no longer acceptable to them and a great movement is developing that will eventually demand peace from their leaders. Be assured that when enough of you get together and are single minded, you wield enormous power that will get changes made. So stick together because there is so much power in numbers that it can force a successful outcome.
Humanity is on the road to success and there can be no going back to the old ways. Of course they need the support and backing of those people who are ready to lead a peaceful campaign. So be assured that such souls are on Earth with you, waiting in the “wings” for their opportunity to step forward. In critical times such as you are now in the opportunity to do so has to be carefully chosen, but know that higher Forces of Light are behind them and will be helping them. Help is always around but in honouring your freewill care has to be taken not to infringe it. However, it is sometimes necessary to do so because of the greater plan for Mankind that takes precedence.
You are in the middle of hard times but do not despair or give up, they will not be long lasting, and before you know where you are you will find that the new paradigm is taking hold. You will hear talk of what is coming to lift you up, and over the next few years the promises made should materialise. You hear little or nothing now of activities in the Antarctica as a block has been put upon releasing further information. Many discoveries continue to be made and be assured that they cannot be held back indefinitely. It is your history that is being uncovered and you will learn about it in due course. It is both incredible and exciting and the truth cannot be concealed forever, although some would rather keep you in the dark indefinitely. It is your history and you are entitled to know of it.
You hear little or nothing about battles that take place in your skies, that involve the dark Ones and their advanced knowledge that has enabled them to build spacecraft that can even leave the solar system. They keep prying eyes away and even your friendly visitors by confronting them with force. However, the Forces of Light have permission to intervene and will protect you against any attempted attack. That may sound far- fetched but the dark Ones had plans to carry out a “false flag” attack against Earth. They had hoped to be able to fool you into believing that Aliens were responsible. You might ask why would they do it, and the answer is to hold back your progress into the Light and learn the truth about yourselves and your history.
As you evolve you will find out that you are far greater than you could imagine. You have a long way to go, but your ultimate achievement is to be One with God. As you grow your Merkabah also grows with you until it could encompass a planet. From where you are now it sounds impossible, yet the truth is all around you and is perhaps too much to envisage. It is certainly not vital to your understanding at this particular point in your life, but it tells you that you have the potential of a great Being. Even rising up from your present vibratory level is a major step forward, as you progress along the path to levels that are positive, where no negativity can exist. Your experiences upon Earth prepare you for all future ones, and give you a background that holds good when you help those who follow the same path.
Know that each soul has a life plan that is intended to advance you along the path of evolution. Many souls follow your progress and within certain limits due to your freewill, oversee your progress and try to influence you in such a way that you do not forget your life plan and why you came to Earth. It is therefore wise to trust your intuition and advice that comes from any respected source. It is true that nothing happens by chance, although it may not seem that way. Every experience of significance has a message for you, so try to understand what it is. However, sometimes you only play an insignificant part, yet it is vital to the whole. Learn the first time around and you will be unlikely to have to repeat it.

This Issue: 43.7 Million Immigrants Living in U.S., 13.5% of Total Population

Analysis of federal data by the Center for Immigration Studies finds that the share of the immigrant population in the United States is at its highest percentage level since the end of the Great Wave of immigration in 1910. But the total number -- 43.7 million -- is the highest ever. In 2016, the foreign-born population of 43.7 million was 13.5% of the total population. In 1910, that share peaked at 14.7% (with 13.6 million immigrants) before dropping dramatically after legal immigration was reduced by Congress for a period lasting about 70 years. According to the government data, the foreign-born population grew by 500,000 between 2015 and 2016, while the overall population in the United States grew by about 2.2 million. But just counting the foreign-born population doesn't show immigration's full impact on total growth. According to CIS, more than 16.6 million U.S.-born children under 18 had an immigrant parent in 2016. Family-based chain migration continues to drive legal immigration and overall population growth in the United States. The government has yet to release chain migration data for 2016, but in 2015, a quarter-million immigrants were issued green cards through the family chain categories. Earlier this week, we were pleased again to hear Pres. Trump calling for the need to end chain migration. On Monday, he said: Recently, we've asked Congress to ensure that any proposed immigration reform ends chain migration. It's critical for creating a system that puts American workers and the American taxpayer first. On Wednesday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions told the Senate Judiciary Committee that, in light of the Trump administration's immigration principles, Congress has the opportunity to do "something historic". Ending chain migration, which was on the administration's list of priorities, would certainly be historic in helping to end nearly 30 years of record-high legal immigration levels that have been the driver for population growth, created unnecessary job competition for American workers, particularly vulnerable workers, and put downward pressure on wages.

Dept. of Labor Denies Employer of H-2B Workers for Not Advertising for American Workers

This week the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA) upheld the Dept. of Labor's (DOL) decision to deny DDM Hauler Inc.'s request for seasonal H-2B workers. The DOL claims that the employer did not show proof that they had tried to hire American workers first by placing ads in the local newspapers as required.
AG Sessions Talks Immigration During Senate Hearing

Attorney General Jeff Sessions testified yesterday before the Senate Judiciary Committee on several topics including immigration. Sessions defended the DOJ's ability to limit federal grants to sanctuary cities and said that DACA recipients should not be given amnesty in exchange for just border security.
The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) has released its analysis of the current USCIS data of the H-2B program for FY17, which ended on Sept. 30. Through their analysis CIS found key discoveries in H-2B areas including: certification numbers, average pay, occupations, and the additional 15,000 visas granted by DHS.
Acting ICE Director Thomas Homan said during a speech at the Heritage Foundation that the agency will increase worksite immigration enforcement in the coming months. He said this is an effort to reduce illegal immigration by eliminating the jobs magnet.
CIS: Total Immigrant Population Hits Record High of 43.7 Million in 2016

A new Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) report analyzed the latest American Community Survey (ACS) data, conducted by the Census Bureau, and found that the immigrant population (legal and illegal) hit a record high of 43.7 million in July 2016. This is an increase of half a million since 2015, an increase of 3.8 million since 2010, and 12.6 million since 2000.

I found out quite by accident that a possible shooter incident occurred on the West side of Phoenix a week or so ago. Whether that was a practice, a drill that did not go live or a real event, I don’t know but I found it highly suspicious considering the events in Edmonton, Alberta recently. You want me to check their backpacks for weapons, wage war on drugs and sexually transmitted diseases, and raise their sense of self-esteem and personal pride.
You want me to teach them patriotism and good citizenship, sportsmanship and fair play, and how to register to vote, balance a check book, and apply for a job.
You want me to check their heads for lice, recognize signs of antisocial behavior, and ensure that they all pass their final exams.
You also want me to provide them with an equal education regardless of their handicap and communicate regularly with their parents in English, Arabic or any other language, by letter, telephone, newsletter, and report card.
You want me to do all this with a piece of chalk, a blackboard, a bulletin board, a few books, a big smile, and a starting salary that qualifies me for "New Start." You want me to do all this, and then you tell me......
I CAN'T wear a necklace with a little cross, mention God, or say "Merry Christmas" because someone might take offense?

Over the past year, I’ve been in communication with several teachers who are telling me about the descent into more social programming in school classrooms.
From so-called environmental agendas, to discussions about gender orientation and choice of gender identity, to sex education, to teaching about “liberalism,” the indoctrination is getting thicker and deeper.

Deductive arguments begin from premises, also known as assumptions or givens.
Although logic focuses on the process of reasoning launched from the premises, there is no way to avoid looking at these basic assumptions, once the student learns how to find them.
“Is this premise true?” “Does it make sense?”
And then all bets are off, because social programming is short on reasoning and long on givens.
That’s how mind-programming is done—by pouring assumptions into the student.
Once he begins to look at them, study them, consider them, assess them, he is SEPARATE FROM THEM.
He can then gauge their truth or falsity.
He can decide whether they’re grounded in fact, or are merely arbitrary notions designed to forward an ideology.
At that point, the roof caves in on the programmers.
This is one reason I designed a basic introductory logic course for high-school students and included it in my collection, The Matrix Revealed.
Students should have the opportunity to experience analyzing passages of text. They should learn what that process does for them, how it wakes them up and eventually makes them independent.
Educators are aware that treading on the path of logic endangers what they are covertly putting into students’ heads.

The average age of the military man is 19 years. He is a short haired, tight-muscled kid who, under normal circumstances is considered by society as half man, half boy. Not yet dry behind the ears, not old enough to buy a beer, but old enough to die for his country. He never really cared much for work and he would rather wax his own car than wash his father's, but he has never collected unemployment either.
He's a recent High School graduate; he was probably an average student, pursued some form of sport activities, drives a ten year old jalopy, and has a steady girlfriend that either broke up with him when he left, or swears to be waiting when he returns from half a world away. He listens to rock and roll or hip-hop or rap or jazz or swing and a 155mm howitzer.
He is 10 or 15 pounds lighter now than when he was at home because he is working or fighting from before dawn to well after dusk. He has trouble spelling, thus letter writing is a pain for him, but he can field strip a rifle in 30 seconds and reassemble it in less time in the dark. He can recite to you the nomenclature of a machine gun or grenade launcher and use either one effectively if he must.
He digs foxholes and latrines and can apply first aid like a professional.
He can march until he is told to stop, or stop until he is told to march.
He obeys orders instantly and without hesitation, but he is not without spirit or individual dignity. He is self-sufficient.
He has two sets of fatigues: he washes one and wears the other. He keeps his canteens full and his feet dry.
He sometimes forgets to brush his teeth, but never to clean his rifle. He can cook his own meals, mend his own clothes, and fix his own hurts.
If you're thirsty, he'll share his water with you; if you are hungry, his food. He'll even split his ammunition with you in the midst of battle when you run low.
He has learned to use his hands like weapons and weapons like they were his hands.
He can save your life - or take it, because that is his job.
He will often do twice the work of a civilian, draw half the pay, and still find ironic humor in it all.
He has seen more suffering and death than he should have in his short lifetime.
He has wept in public and in private, for friends who have fallen in combat and is unashamed.
He feels every note of the National Anthem vibrate through his body while at rigid attention, while tempering the burning desire to' square-away' those around him who haven't bothered to stand, remove their hat, or even stop talking. In an odd twist, day in and day out, far from home, he defends their right to be disrespectful.
Just as did his Father, Grandfather, and Great-grandfather, he is paying the price for our freedom. Beardless or not, he is not a boy. He is the American Fighting Man that has kept this country free for over 200 years.
He has asked nothing in return, except Our friendship and understanding.
Remember him, always, for he has earned our respect and admiration with his blood.
And now we even have women over there in danger, doing their part in this tradition of going to War when our nation calls us to do so.
As you go to bed tonight, remember this shot. . ...

Sheldan has finally been lifted out of the anesthesia fog he's been in since surgery. The nurses say Sheldan is an "opiate virgin". I insisted he be taken off all narcotics on day two after his surgery. The doctors listened reluctantly but we are blessed that they are listening to my input. He is being taken care of well by the hospital staff. I'm impressed with the amount of care he is being given. He's lucid now and has finally enjoyed a good night's sleep for the past two nights. Oh, what a difference a day makes. Sheldan and I are deeply touched by the amount of Love, healing and generosity our community has showered us with. From the fullness of our hearts, we thank you. As the Sirian's say: ZaZuMa! (heartfelt gratitude). Please continue to send Sheldan (and me) your healing energies and Love. It makes a difference that we can literally feel. Truly, Together we are Victorious!

Revised Update and Live Webinar Schedules – from Colleen
Last week Sheldan had urgent back surgery for a condition called spinal stenosis that recently had kept him from walking. The operation was successful. He is recovering and about to begin rehab to regain leg function. Without immediate medical intervention, Sheldan might never have walked again. Now he will be able to! Sheldan is gradually regaining his strength and shaking off the effects of the drugs that occasionally befog his brain. We are told that is quite normal for someone who has been anaesthetized.
Rescheduling Updates and the October Live Webinar, "Examining the Evidence"
Sheldan will be released from hospital sometime in the next 10 days. As he did not have medical insurance, we have applied for Medical, which we are hopeful will cover some of the hospital bills. Right now it is unclear how long he will take to recover sufficiently to pick up where he left off in preparing the October Live Webinar. We are anticipating that he will be ready to resume his PAO work within the next few weeks. It is amazing that over the past 8 years Sheldan has only rescheduled two Webinars. Scientists found that neurons in mammalian brains were capable of producing photons of light, or “Biophotons”! The photons, strangely enough, appear within the visible spectrum. If there is any correlation between biophotons, light, and consciousness it can have strong implications that there is more to light than we are aware of. Just think for a moment. Microwave ovens fluke' your heart while they nuke' your food
(Natural News) Many health conscious consumers rarely, if ever, microwave their food anymore, but when they do, they probably do not realize that they’re not just destroying the nutritional value of the food, but the “nuker” is negatively impacting their hearts.
The typical microwave frequency radiation coming from “nukers” seen in the average American kitchen is more than enough to screw with your heart rate and your heart rate variability. In fact, just 2.4 GHz, the average frequency produced by microwave ovens (and WiFi routers, by the way) can cause immediate and drastic changes to the human heart.
According to Dr. Magda Havas of Trent University, people exposed to radiation for just three minutes at 2.4-GHz can experience severe reactions in heart rate changes and altered heart rate variations, indicating an alarm response to stress, also called electrohypersensitivity (EHS) or rapid aging syndrome. This has been studied for decades. The response includes heart palpitations, clumping of red blood cells and fluctuations of the parasympathetic nervous system typical of a “fight-or-flight” response.
Dr. Havas also revealed that microwave ovens can lead to blood sugar spikes connected with diabetes. This usually happens when people stand within three feet of the oven while it’s running, like when anxious eaters park themselves directly in front of the microwave oven while waiting for those last few seconds to finish “nuking” their food or beverage.
