Beloved Ones, This discourse is in response to a question that was put to Master Hilarion in regards to the idea that there is a Golden Money Belt surrounding the Earth. Is that in fact, true? We ask that Hilarion give complete details on the Golden Money Belt that surrounds the planet Earth. In response to this question I say that such a belt does not exist. This is disinformation that has been presented to the Lightworkers of the world to distract and confuse them. It behooves each Lightworker to be discerning and not allow implants into their consciousness that they know inherently within them is not true. We understand that the majority of Lightworkers are not imbued with money wealth, mainly for the reason that their focus is always on the spiritual path and not on the material aspect of living on a physical planet. I would like to add that you, the Lightworkers, can visualize and create a Golden Money Belt that circles the planet. The "cabal" has entered into their second day of what seems to be a SERIOUS discussion over their final surrender position. IF they do enter into an agreement, the numbers may be released tonight. If there is no surrender, if they reject the amnesty offered, then all bad acts, crimes and disloyalties will be fully disclosed, ie, the names of all involved and to what degree they were involved will be made public. In that scenario, the numbers will be released sometime tomorrow, ie, Wednesday, at any time and without any fanfare.

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama has signed into law a bill that will require labeling of genetically modified ingredients for the first time.
The legislation passed by Congress two weeks ago will require most food packages to carry a text label, a symbol or an electronic code readable by smartphone that indicates whether the food contains genetically modified organisms, or GMOs.
The Agriculture Department has two years to write the rules, which will pre-empt a Vermont law that kicked in earlier this month.
Congressional passage came over the strong objections of Vermont’s congressional delegation. Sens. Bernie Sanders and Patrick Leahy and Rep. Peter Welch argued that the measure falls short, especially compared with the tougher labeling requirements in their state. While the bill gives companies the three options for labeling, the Vermont law would require items be labeled “produced with genetic engineering.”
Advocates for labeling and the food industry, which has fought Vermont’s law, have wanted to find a national solution to avoid a state-by-state patchwork of laws. While the food industry ended up supporting the final bill, many of the advocates did not, arguing that many consumers won’t be able to read electronic labels and that there aren’t enough penalties for companies that don’t comply. Genetically modified foods are plants or animals that have had genes copied from other plants or animals inserted into their DNA. The bulk of the nation’s genetically engineered crops are corn and soybeans that are eaten by livestock or made into popular processed food ingredients such as cornstarch, soybean oil or high-fructose corn syrup.
The food industry says 75 percent to 80 percent of foods contain genetically modified ingredients — most of those corn and soy-based. The Food and Drug Administration says they are safe to eat.

Bruce: Iraq and timing in the release to this came back to the last laws passed in Iraq, the judicial laws, amnesty law. The final aspect of those laws made it into the Gazette and people arrested that were causing trouble over there in Iraq.
It came down to for Iraq to be liberated and currency to become international were accomplished. Months ago we talked about a 100,000 and 50,000 dinar note that they become a coin.
That coin 100,000 was minted in gold, and the 50,000 coin minted in silver.
So it seems these coins have an interesting value than the bills. Why they need a 50,000 coin? The coins themselves will be used by large account holders in Iraq and used between businesses and banks as modes of transference of dinar.

The lower denominations we talked about a long time did come out and issued in the banks for a period of 8.5 weeks throughout Iraq.

1. Corn
One of the most prominent GMO foods, avoiding corn is a no-brainer. If you’ve watched any food documentary, you know corn is highly modified. “As many as half of all U.S. farms growing corn for Monsanto are using genetically modified corn,” and much of it is intended for human consumption. Monsanto’s GMO corn has been tied to numerous health issues, including weight gain and organ disruption.
2. Soy
Found in tofu, vegetarian products, soybean oil, soy flour, and numerous other products, soy is also modified to resist herbicides. As of now, biotech giant Monsanto still has a tight grasp on the soybean market, with approximately 90 percent of soy being genetically engineered to resist Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup. In one single year, 2006, there was 96.7 million pounds of glyphosate sprayed on soybeans alone.
3. Sugar
According to NaturalNews, genetically-modified sugar beets were introduced to the U.S. market in 2009. Like others, they’ve been modified by Monsanto to resist herbicides. Monsanto has even had USDA and court-related issues with the planting of it’s sugarbeets, being ordered to remove seeds from the soil due to illegal approval.

One of the most chemically altered foods in the U.S. diet, canola oil is obtained from rapeseed through a series of chemical actions.
7. Cotton
Found in cotton oil, cotton originating in India and China in particular has serious risks.
8. Dairy
Your dairy products may contain growth hormones, since as many as one-fifth of all dairy cows in America are pumped with these hormones. In fact, Monasnto’s health-hazardous rBGH has been banned in 27 countries, but is still in most US cows. If you must drink milk, buy organic.
9. and 10. Zucchini and Yellow Squash
Closely related, these two squash varieties are modified to resist viruses.
The dangers of some of these foods are well-known. The Bt toxin being used in GMO corn, for example, was recently detected in the blood of pregnant women and their babies. But perhaps more frightening are the risks that are still unknown. Even while these foods should be on your GMO foods list so that they are avoided, you can buy 100% organic to be safest.
With little regulation and safety tests performed by the companies doing the genetic modifications themselves, we have no way of knowing for certain what risks these lab-created foods pose to us outside of what we already know.
This Issue: Trump offers detailed plan on ending illegal immigration and hints at reforms to legal immigration
Fri, Sep 2th Republican presidential hopeful, Donald Trump, laid out his plan for restoring the enforcement of existing immigration laws and explained his vision for future immigration flows night. The speech was heavy with details on enforcement, but a bit light on what reforms are needed for future flows. But he several times stated the principle behind changes to serve the national interest and help, not hurt, the job prospects and wages of the "forgotten" American workers. Trump's focus on enforcement drove the mainstream media's post-speech coverage. It's been almost a year since he called for a "deportation force" to remove an estimated 11 million illegal aliens.night, he narrowed mass deportations to criminal aliens. All other illegal aliens would be subject to removal if they encounter federal officials (in line with existing law that the past four presidents have not honored). There was little mention from the media of Trump's comments on American workers. But Roy was able to make the point in his more than 300 media mentions "No candidate since 1960 has ever had anything like this kind of pro-worker policy."

Roy said, "even if they are not deported, much harm is removed if they are no longer allowed to take jobs or receive benefits, two of Trump's promises." He called for implementing the Congressionally-approved biometric entry/exit system, expanding the use of E-Verify, and even got into the nuances of enforcement like the 287(g) program and catch-and-release. Unfortunately, Trump didn't offer that same level of specificity on legal immigration. The closest he came is when he said, "It is our right as a sovereign nation to choose immigrants that we think are the likeliest to thrive and flourish here." That would lead one to believe that he would end chain migration and the visa lottery, as well as end the abuses within both the high-skilled and low-skilled foreign guest-worker programs. But, again, he didn't offer those details. Fact-checkers go nuts The so-called "fact-checkers" out-did themselves after Trump's speech on Wednesday night. Jeremy has two new blogs analyzing the job done by the hub.numbersusa.comAssociated Press and numbersusa.com/ NPR. It seemed as though they spent less time actually fact-checking Trump's speech and more time offering the immigration expansionists' spin to his remarks. In fact, the fact-checkers were checking things Trump didn't even present as a fact. The Washington Post went after him for saying that no one really knows what the illegal-alien population is even though he used the number "11 million" on multiple occasions throughout the speech. This tainted coverage shows the fear that is spreading among those who benefit from mass immigration. At one point, Trump called them out, saying "the fundamental problem with the immigration system in our country is that it serves the needs of wealthy donors, political activists and powerful politicians." NumbersUSA has been saying this for nearly 20 years, but the message is resonating with the American people much more since the 2009 recession. Impact on the future There's been some debate over the last few days on whether or not Trump's speech was good for the future of the immigration-reduction movement. numbersusa.com Slate columnist Reihan Salam thinks Trump's hardline tone on enforcement will make "it harder for restrictionists to achieve their long-term goals." In general, Salam supports ending illegal immigration and overall reductions in immigration numbers, so the source of his concern for Trump's tone is genuine unlike much of the post-speech analysis. But in the hour leading up to Trump's primetime speech night, I asked Eric Ruark, our Director of Research, if he ever remembered this much buildup to a policy speech, let-alone an immigration policy speech, given by a presidential nominee in August. Switching between the three cable networks, Trump's speech received the sort of coverage and analysis that you would only see for a State of the Union. In my mind, that's a good thing for the immigration-reduction movement. Earlier this week, CIS's Mark Krikorian made the case that the core dilemma is not amnesty. The core dilemma is how do we stop illegal immigration and, adding one more, what should future legal immigration flows look like. The mainstream media did its best to keep the focus on the "11 million" because biased polling has shown that Americans support legalization when not offered middle-ground options. But more balanced polling shows that Americans support enforcement first and a legal immigration system that serves the national interest. Those views are at odds with the expansionist view. While we neither endorse candidates nor always agree with Trump's tone on immigration, we certainly agree with his echoing of the recommendation of the Barbara Jordan-led U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform -- that our nation's immigration system should serve the national interest.

A group of 41 "non-governmental organizations" that assist refugees worldwide, including four directly involved in U.S. refugee resettlement, urged President Obama to commit to accepting 200,000 refugee and humanitarian admissions in fiscal year (FY) 2017 -- a 100 percent increase over the projected FY17 level he established last year. While the president has the authority to establish the yearly refugee target, Congress must decide whether to provide funds to resettle that or an alternative number.

The Associated Press reports the Mexican immigration agency issued transit visas to 424 aliens from African countries that will enable them to reach the U.S. border. Officials from the National Immigration Institute said those from the Congo, Somalia and Ghana had traveled from Brazil or Ecuador to the southern Mexican state of Chiapas. Most voluntarily turned themselves in over just two days last week.
August was a fast-paced month, as per usual in these times. The energies I read for the month came in at the last minute, as I was told, “not yet,” when I would check in to prepare. When the information came in, I was shown a Blank Slate, and it came with palpable joy and excitement from my Guides. I was told that so many had shifted within, that we were at a new potential, a resetting of our timeline. This is not obvious to most, it is subtle information. It is forming within, not yet visible. That is where real change begins. Thank you for all the internal shifting you’ve been doing. Critical mass is being affected.
What is Culminating Now
Let’s take this back a little farther. December 21, 2012 was a point in time that marked us moving into the supportive energies of a building phase as we moved through the Galactic Center. A reset point in many ways as well. It was a marker point, not the end-all-be-all of Ascension. Kind of like a wedding isn’t the entire marriage. 2013 wasn’t the easiest of years energetically. Areon called it a year of release, as we adjusted to the influx of energy that alignment with the Galactic Center brought. In 2013, there was a lot of brain changes happening that were unnoticeable from a mainstream perspective. Perhaps not even noticeable much at the time. However, many more people are intuitively and consciously awake because of those changes. Near the end of 2013, just after the solstice, I heard very clearly that the balance of power had shifted. The negative forces no longer had the same power. This occurred without much fanfare, yet it was a momentous event that we are still working with as destructive structures break down. Again, not obvious in the real world, as things shift in the subtle first, then build into form. Of course, the pace isn’t as fast as we’d like, but it is occurring in the most appropriate way for the progress of humanity as a whole. Since 2014 we’ve been working intently within on establishing our inner empowerment with a strong foundation of Love. 2016 is a Year of Clarity as we refine our vibrational resonance into an emanation of enlightened Love. Not always easy, but necessary as humanity evolves into a genuinely united species. Again, the pace isn’t always what we may want it to be, but it is appropriate. In August, that internal work we each did created the energy of a Blank Slate that offered a new path, a new trajectory. Again, this is a momentous event that will not necessarily be seen immediately. But its effects will be deep.
September Energies – Balanced Choice
For September the energies were presented with a vision of an influx of Light that strongly affects the frontal lobe of the brain. That is not the only effect, but it is a predominant effect. The frontal lobe deals mainly with conscience, higher reasoning of choice; moral and social decisions. It deals with discernment and the ability to connect similarities and differences. This is exciting! The positives of this indicate an upgrade in this functionality. After the energy of a Blank Slate in August, this is a powerful new step! For a few months now, Areon has been saying that we would begin to see more polarization with people, even Lightworkers. A polarization is just an extreme, a focus toward or away from something. Let’s explain this a little further, because it does not mean that we WILL polarize, it means that if the foundation within is not strong, one has the potential to avoid through polarization. Whereas something may have seemed fine before, if the foundation wasn’t strong, it may become obvious. We’re certainly seeing this potently with politics. That will continue to unravel as the structures that are harmful deconstruct to be able to rebuild into a sustainable, supportive structure. Change will continue. All the work that we have been doing, and its “job well done” indicator in August, has been well worth the effort. It supports us to maintain a path to the new. Do not feel like you must be perfect to hold that. Just authentic. You have everything you need within, even if a moment doesn’t feel like a solid foundation.
Brain Upgrades
The brain is a beautiful machine that best serves the connective nature of the heart. Brain changes have been happening since 2013 and that will continue. Some of the brain changes have opened many to intuitive connections, more potent visualization, or the ability to perceive potentials better. It may have times of integration that feel like you need more rest, water, protein, or distraction in the form of enjoyment. It will be extremely helpful to establish a meditation practice if you haven’t done so already. Some meditate through traditional quiet focus, others through movement, song, or play. Perhaps walking in nature, drawing, or journaling is a meditative process for you. Honor your way, stretch into some new ones, and support these powerful changes you are going through. As we enhance the frontal lobe, your motivations and methods will become evident. Do you achieve through stress, creating cortisol-related chemicals? Or do you achieve through dopamine-related chemicals of joy and Love? Your body can handle some stress chemicals, they aren’t bad by nature. It is all a matter of balance. This time is about balancing into more ease with Life, using more of the powerful engine of the subtle realms to form new creation rather than all physical effort. You’re still participating with physical effort, just adding the momentum of unseen, subtle magnificence of Love. The passive force that compels new form through resonance rather than dominance.
Changing the World
Also in recent months, we have been called to flow more of our energy, the resonance of Love, into the world. There is the internal aspect of this that is loving the Self, honoring the current experiences you are having, and coming into a state of empowered Love with all that you are experiencing, even as you create change. Sometimes leaving a situation is the loving choice, other times remaining in a situation is the loving choice, but always honoring yourself within the midst of challenge and triumph. That honors All. There is the internal action of prayer. As you observe the world, what others are experiencing, pray for Love, peace, and empowerment to prevail as appropriate for all. Not determining what they should experience, but offering the flow of Love to find its resonance for those in challenge that want something different, but do not yet know it is possible. You’re holding that energetic resonance that positive change is possible. It’s more powerful than we give it credit since we don’t get to see immediate correlations and response. There are the external actions of your own behaviors. From a smile that uplifts, to participating with charities that call your heart. From connecting with people, to holding healthy boundaries that teach respect through action. You have everything you need within. Follow your heart as to what is appropriate for your path.
Summary
These powerful times are calling you to participate, choose, and create. These aren’t the easiest of times. The pace is fast, consistent, and intense —but it is wonderfully supportive of your focus toward the new. We have some potent eclipses and the equinox that offers balance as we move into Libra. Your work is to choose in ways that balance your Self-Love, which also supports All Life. When choices are truly coming from Love, even in a moment of “no,” they offer a win-win solution for Life. In September, we are supported to change through a powerful influx of Light that stimulates your Balanced Choice. Follow your powerful heart and your beautiful mind into greater connection with life. Life wants you to thrive.
Because others cannot vibrate in your experience, they cannot affect the outcome of your experience. They can hold their opinions, but unless their opinion affects your opinion, their opinion matters not at all. A million people could be pushing against you and it would not negatively affect you unless you push back. They are affecting what happens in their experience. They are affecting their point of attraction, but it does not affect you unless you push against them.

From the time Joey Verwey was just three years old, she was telling her family amazing stories that she was able to remember from her previous ten incarnations.

Christians have Trump all wrong. God sends messages in many forms. You're just not listening. God is talking, but you're eyes and ears are closed.
Here's a famous joke about God and how He talks to us.
"A deeply faithful Christian man is stuck on roof of home with massive flooding up to 2nd floor. Rowboat comes. He says "No, I'm waiting for God. I've prayed and I know he's coming."
2nd rowboat. "No, I'm waiting for God."
3rd rowboat. "No, I'm waiting for God." Water rises. The man drowns.
Now he's meeting God in heaven. The religious man says "Where were you God? I prayed. I was faithful. I asked you to save me. Why would you abandon me?"

Did you ever consider Trump is our rowboat?

And as leader of the House, Paul Ryan rolls over to Obama like my dog rolls over for a scrap of food, or a steak bone. He's a useful idiot. Nice, but obedient. I mean Paul Ryan ... not my dog. My dog is actually a pretty good defender and loyal.
Maybe God is knocking on your door so loud, but you're not listening. Maybe God understands we need a "war leader" at this moment in time.
Maybe God understands if we don't win this election, America is dead. It's over. The greatest nation in world history will be gone. Finished. Kaput. Adios. Shalom.
And with one last breath, maybe what we need to save us at the last second, is someone different. Someone you haven't ever experienced before - because you weren't raised in rough and tumble New York where nothing good gets accomplished unless you're combative, aggressive, outrageous, on offense at all times, and maybe just a tad arrogant too.
Someone with a personality you've never seen on stage at your church.
Maybe, just maybe, being a nice gentlemanly Christian would not beat Hillary, and her billion dollars, and her best friends in the media who will unleash the dogs of hell upon the GOP nominee.
I guess you think God is only nice and gentlemanly. Really? Then you've missed the whole point of the Bible. When necessary God is a pretty tough guy. When necessary, God strikes with pain, death and destruction. When necessary, God inflicts vengeance.
Maybe you think God couldn't possibly be associated with someone like Trump. Trump is too vicious, rude and crude.
When we won WWII, was God "nice?" Were we gentlemanly when defeating Hitler? Were we gentlemanly when firebombing Germany? Were we gentlemanly when dropping atomic bombs on Japan? Is God ever "nice" on the battlefield?
Or does he send us vicious controversial men like General George S. Patton, so the good guys can defeat evil?
It's pretty clear to me God sends unique people to be "war leaders." That's a different role than a pastor or church leader. God understands that.
Maybe God purposely sent Trump instead of the nice Republican powder puffs like Paul Ryan, or Mitt Romney, or John Kasich because he wants us to win.
And maybe it's time to re-define "nice." Maybe Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan aren't nice at all- because they led us to defeat. And losing again would mean the end of America. And God can't allow that.
Maybe Romney and Ryan mean well, but the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Or maybe they're just jealous they had their chance and blew it. Maybe they'd rather help elect Hillary than allow a Trump victory that would make them look weak, feckless and incompetent.
I was reading the Bible this morning and I found the perfect verse that explains the success of Donald Trump...
"Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength;They shall mount up with wings like eagles,They shall run and not be weary,They shall walk and not faint." (Isaiah 40:30-31)
It's almost like God created this verse for Donald Trump and this moment in history.
Trump is our energy. More energy than any candidate EVER. He took on the 16 best candidates in GOP history...all younger than him...all with better political credentials...and destroyed them with his energy. You mean that kind of energy in a 70-year old isn't inspired by God?
Trump renews our strength. Or does the all-time record turnout and all-time record votes for a GOP presidential primary candidate not define "strength?"
With Trump we mount up with wings like eagles. With Trump as our leader there is nothing we can't do. Any man that can build skyscrapers in Manhattan and vanquish 16 presidential opponents, while spending almost nothing...can lead us to the heights of eagles.
With Trump we run, we are not weary. Just when we get tired of the fight against Obama, Hillary, big government, big business, big media, big unions...just when it all seems impossible to overcome the powerful forces of evil... along comes Trump to re-energize us.
Trump inspires us. Trump gives us hope. Trump gives us confidence in victory. Trump gives us just a touch of arrogance. Maybe God understands that's exactly what we need right at this late stage to save America.
God is about miracles. We don't need a "nice guy" or a "gentleman" right now. It's the 4th quarter and we're losing 14-0. We need a miracle.
So let me repeat my message to Christians: "YOU'RE MISSING THE BOAT."
I believe Trump is our miracle. I believe Trump is our rowboat. Except he's more like a battleship!
No one is saying Trump is perfect. No one is saying Trump is a perfect conservative. But he is a patriot. He is a warrior. He is a capitalist. He is the right man, at the right time.

Hello, this John with Jesus’ message for Sunday September 4th 2016. Jesus: Good morning John, thank you for calling, we have much to discuss, and you will be pleased with “what comes through.” Just keep reminding yourself that All are One, you know this deep within yourself, so allow yourself to feel it, to experience it, and be truly inspired and uplifted, which is your will and therefore also God’s. Don’t judge or disparage yourself, it is totally inappropriate because 1) God is Love and therefore so are you, and 2) You are not a body, you are free, you are as God created you. Jesus: The apparent chaos you see in the world around you – political confusion in many countries, continuing economic hardship for many, bitter conflicts, people being driven from their homes due to conflicts or business developments – is arising to be addressed and resolved, much like your individual packages of “stuff” that need to be acknowledged and released. There is only Love! Humanity is coming to realize this, and the many grass roots movements across the planet seeking major change in the way humanity relates to itself and to the planet, are striving to bring these essential changes into being through loving and honest communication with those who are attempting to maintain a system that has long outlived its usefulness. This essential change in relationships on every level will succeed! The human collective has been preparing for this moment for a very long time, and it will not be diverted from its loving intent to create a state of peace and harmony on Earth. As you note the reports on the mainstream media, focusing largely on catastrophes and disasters that involve individuals or nations, realize that the intent is to encourage a state of fear that will enable their owners and those who control them – those who would maintain the status quo, the old order of divisive interactions on every level – to impose ever more restrictive laws to maintain that control. However, the old system is crumbling as more and more refuse to cooperate to maintain it. It is clearly seen by the vast majority of humanity that the present system is totally corrupt and must be replaced by one that honors every human regardless of economic status, ethnicity, nationality, gender, and religious or political persuasion. God created you eternally free, but, within the confines and limits of the illusion, you gave away your power and allowed bullies and tyrants to suppress and control you. It was an enormous lesson for you to choose to experience, and now that you have learnt it, it is time for you to move forwards by returning to your God-given state of individual freedom in which harmonious and creative cooperation will lead you out of the morass of corruption and dishonesty that has ensnared you for eons.
You are all, as we have often told you before, spiritual beings having a human experience. Living within the illusion, where that experience occurs, you utterly forgot who you really are. But now, due to your collective decision to awaken, your memories are returning and gently reminding you that you are and always have been One – One with God and One with each other. So what the vast majority of humanity is now doing is coming to a realization of this divine truth, and therefore being drawn intuitively to move inwards to the divine flame of Love that burns eternally on the altars within them – the holy and infinite space within each one of you that enfolds within it All That Exists. This most wonderful realization is truly quite mind blowing after being in the deep sleep of forgetfulness for so long. And yet it has been but a brief moment, as you will become fully aware when your awakening happens. You can have no idea of the joy here in the spiritual realms as we observe you stirring and moving out of your state of deep and unaware sleep towards a knowing awareness of your true nature. When that happens your joy will be boundless. As you deal with long buried personal issues and the emotional pain they have been causing you, know that this is an essential but passing phase on your path to awakening. To use an up to the moment analogy, it is as though you had been in very demanding training for an Olympic event in which you are now taking part and as the finishing line appears you can see that You are going to take the Gold! Yes, every human is now in a position to win in a manner that you cannot possibly conceive of, for you are coming Home to God, to Yourself, to Reality. And although it seems as though you have been separated from your true and divine nature for eons, it has been but a moment, a moment so brief that on your awakening it will be instantly forgotten, for in truth it never happened! There will be no memory of pain or suffering of any kind, for that would be a memory of unreality, and what never happened obviously cannot be remembered.
Each of you is traveling on your own personal path Home. It was designed specifically for you, and for no one else, with great skill and wisdom before you incarnated as a human, and no matter where you feel you are, you are never off your path. That alone is reason to rejoice, because your path will bring you Home. You can slow down or delay your progress along it, but you cannot leave it, move backwards, or come to a complete halt. You are continually progressing along it at the pace that you yourself choose in any moment. Enthusiasm draws you along more swiftly, whereas doubt and anxiety tend to slow you down. Practice letting go of doubt and anxiety because they are unwarranted. You are safely established on your way Home, so enjoy the ride by focusing on the good things in your life which far outweigh those about which you choose to worry. Difficult situations may well arise, but you have the support of all in the spiritual realms who will help you deal with them successfully. Ask for our assistance in being aware, in knowing that you are eternally divinely loved in every moment and that you will arrive, just as planned. When you allow us to assist – often people ask for help but then choose not to accept it – and relax into that state of allowing you will feel the Love that envelops you in every moment of your eternal existence. You are the divine child of God, a holy and honored soul, created perfect because God delights in His divine ability to create perfection. That is what He does, endlessly. And your destiny is to return to complete awareness of your joy and ecstasy in creating with Him, eternally. That is the only reason you were created, to share with Him the joy of creating, and as you awaken you will be once more aware that that is precisely what you are doing. Your loving brother, Jesus.
I received the following email about a nine-year-old from Northern Europe who speaks about her ability to ‘heal’ water through star languages. Schools, Educational Systems – What is Wrong:
Cathy spoke via an interpreter on Skype: “What they teach in schools is inaccurate. They program you like computers and shut out your light. There is nothing good about this system. The children are programmed, the teachers just push the keys. The children already contain the learning we need, but they don’t allow the children to expand on it and finish because we have to stop and do something else. The information is set and rigid at school. The school programs are like a virus, it destroys what we have inside us and when we are like the computer, which is old, and we grow up, we will be finished. We lose access to information we had at the beginning. But education is only one of the ways this happens. Our inner core can be destroyed by too much stress, facing multiple tasks, less sleep and more anxiety. G20 Leaders' Communique Hangzhou Summit 4-5 September 2016
1. We, the Leaders of the G20, met in Hangzhou, China on 4-5 September 2016.
2. We met at a time when the global economic recovery is progressing, resilience is improved in some economies and new sources for growth are emerging. But growth is still weaker than desirable. Downside risks remain due to potential volatility in the financial markets, fluctuations of commodity prices, sluggish trade and investment, and slow productivity and employment growth in some countries. Challenges originating from geopolitical developments, increased refugee flows as well as terrorism and conflicts also complicate the global economic outlook.
3. We also met at a time of continued shifts and profound transformations in the configuration of the global economic landscape and dynamics for growth. With these transformations come challenges and uncertainties as well as opportunities. The choices we make together will determine the effectiveness of our response to the challenges of today and help to shape the world economy of the future.
4. We believe that closer partnership and joint action by G20 members will boost confidence in, foster driving forces for and intensify cooperation on global economic growth, contributing to shared prosperity and better well-being of the world[tu1] .
5. We are determined to foster an innovative, invigorated, interconnected and inclusive world economy to usher in a new era of global growth and sustainable development, taking into account the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Addis Ababa Action Agenda and the Paris Agreement.
6. In this context, we, the G20, as the premier forum for international economic cooperation, forge a comprehensive and integrated narrative for strong, sustainable, balanced and inclusive growth, and thereby adopt the attached package of policies and actions - the Hangzhou Consensus - based on the following:
----Vision. We will strengthen the G20 growth agenda to catalyze new drivers of growth, open up new horizons for development, lead the way in transforming our economies in a more innovative and sustainable manner and better reflect shared interests of both present and coming generations. ----Integration. We will pursue innovative growth concepts and policies by forging synergy among fiscal, monetary and structural policies, enhancing coherence between economic, labor, employment and social policies as well as combining demand management with supply side reforms, short-term with mid- to long-term policies, economic growth with social development and environmental protection.
----Openness. We will work harder to build an open world economy, reject protectionism, promote global trade and investment, including through further strengthening the multilateral trading system, and ensure broad-based opportunities through and public support for expanded growth in a globalized economy.
----Inclusiveness. We will work to ensure that our economic growth serves the needs of everyone and benefits all countries and all people including in particular women, youth and disadvantaged groups, generating more quality jobs, addressing inequalities and eradicating poverty so that no one is left behind. Strengthening Policy Coordination
7. Our growth must be shored up by well-designed and coordinated policies. We are determined to use all policy tools - monetary, fiscal and structural - individually and collectively to achieve our goal of strong, sustainable, balanced and inclusive growth. Monetary policy will continue to support economic activity and ensure price stability, consistent with central banks' mandates, but monetary policy alone cannot lead to balanced growth. Underscoring the essential role of structural reforms, we emphasize that our fiscal strategies are equally important to supporting our common growth objectives. We are using fiscal policy flexibly and making tax policy and public expenditure more growth-friendly, including by prioritizing high-quality investment, while enhancing resilience and ensuring debt as a share of GDP is on a sustainable path. Furthermore, we will continue to explore policy options, tailored to country circumstances, that the G20 countries may undertake as necessary to support growth and respond to potential risks including balance sheet vulnerability. We reiterate that excess volatility and disorderly movements in exchange rates can have adverse implications for economic and financial stability. Our relevant authorities will consult closely on exchange markets. We reaffirm our previous exchange rate commitments, including that we will refrain from competitive devaluations and we will not target our exchange rates for competitive purposes. We will carefully calibrate and clearly communicate our macroeconomic and structural policy actions to reduce policy uncertainty, minimize negative spillovers and promote transparency.
8. We are making further progress towards the implementation of our growth strategies, but much more needs to be done. Swift and full implementation of the growth strategies remains key to supporting economic growth and the collective growth ambition set by the Brisbane Summit, and we are prioritizing our implementation efforts. In the light of this, we launch the Hangzhou Action Plan and have updated our growth strategies, including new and adjusted macroeconomic and structural policy measures that can provide mutually-supportive benefits to growth. We will also strive to reduce excessive imbalances, promote greater inclusiveness and reduce inequality in our pursuit of economic growth. Breaking a New Path for Growth
9. Our growth, to be dynamic and create more jobs, must be powered by new driving forces. While reaffirming the importance of addressing shortfalls in global demand to support short-term growth, we believe it is also imperative to address supply side constraints so as to raise productivity sustainably, expand the frontier of production and unleash mid- to long-term growth potential.
10. We recognize that in the long run, innovation is a key driver of growth for both individual countries and the global economy as a whole. We are committed to tackling one of the root causes of weak growth by taking innovation as a key element of our effort to identify new growth engines for individual countries and the world economy, which will also contribute to creating new and better jobs, building a cleaner environment, increasing productivity, addressing global challenges, improving people's lives and building dynamic, cooperative and inclusive innovation ecosystems. We thus endorse the G20 Blueprint on Innovative Growth as a new agenda encompassing policies and measures in and across the areas of innovation, the new industrial revolution and the digital economy. In this context, we recognize the importance of structural reforms. We will act on the recommendations of the Blueprint in accordance with our national circumstances and in line with our vision for leadership, partnership, openness, inclusiveness, creativity, synergy and flexibility.
11. We commit to important cross-cutting actions related to multi-dimensional partnerships, supporting developing countries and improving skills and human capital. We will set up a G20 Task Force supported by the OECD and other relevant international organizations to take forward the G20 agenda on innovation, new industrial revolution and digital economy, subject to the priorities of the respective future G20 presidencies, ensuring continuity and consistency with the results so far, and promoting synergies with other G20 workstreams.
12. To achieve innovation-driven growth and the creation of innovative ecosystems, we support dialogue and cooperation on innovation, which covers a wide range of domains with science and technology innovation at its core. We deliver the G20 2016 Innovation Action Plan. We commit to pursue pro-innovation strategies and policies, support investment in science, technology and innovation (STI), and support skills training for STI - including support for the entry of more women into these fields - and mobility of STI human resources. We support effort to promote voluntary knowledge diffusion and technology transfer on mutually agreed terms and conditions. Consistent with this approach, we support appropriate efforts to promote open science and facilitate appropriate access to publicly funded research results on findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable (FAIR) principles. In furtherance of the above, we emphasize the importance of open trade and investment regimes to facilitate innovation through intellectual property rights (IPR) protection, and improving public communication in science and technology. We are committed to foster exchange of knowledge and experience by supporting an online G20 Community of Practice within the existing Innovation Policy Platform and the release of the 2016 G20 Innovation Report.
13. To seize the opportunity that the new industrial revolution (NIR) presents for industry, particularly manufacturing and related services, we deliver the G20 New Industrial Revolution Action Plan. We commit to strengthen communication, cooperation and relevant research on the NIR, facilitate small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to leverage benefits from the NIR, address employment and workforce skill challenges, encourage more cooperation on standards, adequate and effective IPR protection in line with existing multilateral treaties to which they are parties, new industrial infrastructure, and support industrialization, as committed in the action plan. We also support industrialization in developing countries, especially those in Africa and Least Developed Countries (LDCs). We are committed to supporting our workforces throughout this transition and to ensuring that the benefits of the NIR extend to all, including women, youth and disadvantaged groups. We call for cooperation to maximize the benefits and mitigate the negative impact of the expected technological and industrial changes. In all these initiatives, the G20 will take into consideration the different opportunities and challenges for developing and developed countries.
14. To unleash the potential of digital economy, we deliver the G20 Digital Economy Development and Cooperation Initiative, which builds on our work begun in Antalya. We aim to foster favorable conditions for its development and to address digital divide, including through expanded and better and affordable broadband access, flow of information for economic growth, trust and security, while ensuring respect for privacy and personal data protection, investment in the ICT sector, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, e-commerce cooperation, enhanced digital inclusion and development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). We reaffirm paragraph 26 in the Antalya Communique, commit to offer policy support for an open and secure environment and recognize the key role of adequate and effective IPR protection and enforcement to the development of the digital economy. We welcome the efforts made by the OECD, IMF, national and other international organizations on the measurement of the digital economy, and recognize that further relevant research and exchange are needed.
15. We reiterate the essential role of structural reforms in boosting productivity and potential output, as well as promoting innovative growth in G20 countries. We deliver the Enhanced Structural Reform Agenda, noting that the choice and design of structural reforms are consistent with countries' specific economic conditions. We endorse the nine priority areas of structural reforms and a set of guiding principles identified in the Agenda to provide high-level and useful guidance to members, while allowing them to account for their specific national circumstances. We also support the quantitative framework consisting of a set of indicators, which will be improved over time, to help monitor and assess our efforts and progress with structural reforms and challenges. We are putting in place an integrated strategy for growth with short, medium and long-term measures. We will ensure that the Enhanced Structural Reform Agenda and the relevant elements of the Blueprint on Innovative Growth are well articulated. More Effective and Efficient Global Economic and Financial Governance
16. Our growth, to be resilient, must be underpinned by effective and efficient global economic and financial architecture. We will continue our work in this regard.
17. We endorse the G20 Agenda Towards A More Stable and Resilient International Financial Architecture. We will continue to improve the analysis and monitoring of capital flows and management of risks stemming from excessive capital flow volatility. We look forward to the IMF's review of country experiences and emerging issues in handling capital flows by year-end. We note the ongoing work on the review of the OECD Code of Liberalization of Capital Movements. We support work to further strengthen the Global Financial Safety Net (GFSN), with a strong, quota-based and adequately resourced IMF at its center, equipped with a more effective toolkit, and with more effective cooperation between the IMF and regional financing arrangements (RFAs), respecting their mandates. In this respect, we welcome the upcoming CMIM-IMF joint test run. We support maintaining access to bilateral and multilateral borrowing agreements between members and the IMF, in line with the objective of preserving the IMF's current lending capacity, and call for broad participation of the IMF membership, including through new agreements. We welcome the entry into effect of the 2010 IMF quota and governance reform and are working towards the completion of the 15th General Review of Quotas, including a new quota formula, by the 2017 Annual Meetings. We reaffirm that any realignment under the 15th review in quota shares is expected to result in increased shares for dynamic economies in line with their relative positions in the world economy, and hence likely in the share of emerging market and developing countries as a whole. We are committed to protecting the voice and representation of the poorest members. We support the World Bank Group to implement its shareholding review according to the agreed roadmap, timeframe and principles, with the objective of achieving equitable voting power over time. We underline the importance of promoting sound and sustainable financing practices and will continue to improve debt restructuring processes. We support the continued effort to incorporate the enhanced contractual clauses into sovereign bonds. We support the Paris Club's discussion of a range of sovereign debt issues, and the ongoing work of the Paris Club, as the principal international forum for restructuring official bilateral debt, towards the broader inclusion of emerging creditors. We welcome the admission of the Republic of Korea and the decision of Brazil to join the Paris Club. We welcome China's continued regular participation in Paris Club meetings and intention to play a more constructive role, including further discussions on potential membership. Following the IMF's decision, we welcome the inclusion of the RMB into the Special Drawing Right (SDR) currency basket on We support the ongoing examination of the broader use of the SDR, such as broader reporting in the SDR and the issuance of SDR-denominated bonds, as a way to enhance resilience. In this context, we take note of the recent issuance of SDR bonds by the World Bank in China's interbank market. We welcome further work by the international organizations to support the development of local currency bond markets, including intensifying efforts to support low-income countries.
18. Building an open and resilient financial system is crucial to supporting sustainable growth and development. To this end, we remain committed to finalizing remaining critical elements of the regulatory framework and to the timely, full and consistent implementation of the agreed financial sector reform agenda, including Basel III and the total-loss-absorbing-capacity (TLAC) standard as well as effective cross-border resolution regimes. We reiterate our support for the work by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) to finalize the Basel III framework by the end of 2016, without further significantly increasing overall capital requirements across the banking sector, while promoting a level playing field. We welcome the second annual report of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) on implementation and effects of reforms, and will continue to enhance the monitoring of implementation and effects of reforms to ensure their consistency with our overall objectives, including by addressing any material unintended consequences. We will continue to address the issue of systemic risk within the insurance sector. We welcome the work towards the development of an Insurance Capital Standard (ICS) for internationally active insurers. We are committed to full and timely implementation of the agreed over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives reform agenda, and we will remove legal and regulatory barriers to the reporting of OTC derivatives to trade repositories and to authorities' appropriate access to data. We encourage members to close the gap in the implementation of the Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures and welcome the reports by the Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures, International Organization of Securities Commissions and FSB on enhancing central counterparty resilience, recovery planning and resolvability. Recognizing the importance of effective macroprudential policies in limiting systemic risks, we welcome the joint work by the IMF, FSB and Bank for International Settlements (BIS) to take stock of international experiences with macroprudential frameworks and tools and to help promote effective macroprudential policies. We welcome the FSB consultation on proposed policy recommendations to address structural vulnerabilities from asset management activities. We will continue to closely monitor, and if necessary, address emerging risks and vulnerabilities in the financial system, including those associated with shadow banking, asset management and other market-based finance. We will continue to address, through the FSB-coordinated action plan, the decline in correspondent banking services so as to support remittances, financial inclusion, trade and openness. We look forward to further efforts to clarify regulatory expectations, as appropriate, including through the review in October by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) of the guidance on correspondent banking. We call on G20 members, the IMF and WBG to intensify their support for domestic capacity building to help countries improve their compliance with global anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) and prudential standards. We endorse the G20 High-level Principles for Digital Financial Inclusion, the updated version of the G20 Financial Inclusion Indicators and the Implementation Framework of the G20 Action Plan on SME Financing. We encourage countries to consider these principles in devising their broader financial inclusion plans, particularly in the area of digital financial inclusion, and to take concrete actions to accelerate progress on all people's access to finance.
19. We will continue our support for international tax cooperation to achieve a globally fair and modern international tax system and to foster growth, including advancing on-going cooperation on base erosion and profits shifting (BEPS), exchange of tax information, tax capacity-building of developing countries and tax policies to promote growth and tax certainty. We welcome the establishment of the G20/OECD Inclusive Framework on BEPS, and its first meeting in Kyoto. We support a timely, consistent and widespread implementation of the BEPS package and call upon all relevant and interested countries and jurisdictions that have not yet committed to the BEPS package to do so and join the framework on an equal footing. We also welcome the progress made on effective and widespread implementation of the internationally agreed standards on tax transparency and reiterate our call on all relevant countries including all financial centers and jurisdictions, which have not yet done so to commit without delay to implementing the standard of automatic exchange of information by 2018 at the latest and to sign and ratify the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. We endorse the proposals made by the OECD working with G20 members on the objective criteria to identify non-cooperative jurisdictions with respect to tax transparency. We ask the OECD to report back to the finance ministers and central bank governors by June 2017 on the progress made by jurisdictions on tax transparency, and on how the Global Forum will manage the country review process in response to supplementary review requests of countries, with a view for the OECD to prepare a list by the July 2017 G20 Leaders' Summit of those jurisdictions that have not yet sufficiently progressed toward a satisfactory level of implementation of the agreed international standards on tax transparency. Defensive measures will be considered against listed jurisdictions. We encourage countries and international organizations to assist developing economies in building their tax capacity and acknowledge the establishment of the new Platform for Collaboration on Taxation by the IMF, OECD, UN and WBG. We support the principles of the Addis Tax Initiative. We recognize the significant negative impact of illicit financial flows on our economies and we will advance the work of the G20 on this theme. We emphasize the effectiveness of tax policy tools in supply-side structural reform for promoting innovation-driven, inclusive growth, as well as the benefits of tax certainty to promote investment and trade and ask the OECD and IMF to continue working on the issues of pro-growth tax policies and tax certainty. In this connection, China would make its own contribution by establishing an international tax policy research center for international tax policy design and research.
20. Financial transparency and effective implementation of the standards on transparency by all, in particular with regard to the beneficial ownership of legal persons and legal arrangements, is vital to protecting the integrity of the international financial system, and to preventing misuse of these entities and arrangements for corruption, tax evasion, terrorist financing and money laundering. We call on the FATF and the Global Forum to make initial proposals by the Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting in October on ways to improve the implementation of the international standards on transparency, including on the availability of beneficial ownership information of legal persons and legal arrangements, and its international exchange.
21. We recognize that, in order to support environmentally sustainable growth globally, it is necessary to scale up green financing. The development of green finance faces a number of challenges, including, among others, difficulties in internalizing environmental externalities, maturity mismatch, lack of clarity in green definitions, information asymmetry and inadequate analytical capacity, but many of these challenges can be addressed by options developed in collaboration with the private sector. We welcome the G20 Green Finance Synthesis Report submitted by the Green Finance Study Group (GFSG) and the voluntary options developed by the GFSG to enhance the ability of the financial system to mobilize private capital for green investment. We believe efforts could be made to provide clear strategic policy signals and frameworks, promote voluntary principles for green finance, expand learning networks for capacity building, support the development of local green bond markets, promote international collaboration to facilitate cross-border investment in green bonds, encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing on environmental and financial risks, and improve the measurement of green finance activities and their impacts.
22. Recognizing the detrimental effects of corruption and illicit finance flows on equitable allocation of public resources, sustainable economic growth, the integrity of the global financial system and the rule of law, we will reinforce the G20's efforts to enhance international cooperation against corruption, while fully respecting international law, human rights and the rule of law as well as the sovereignty of each country. We endorse the G20 High Level Principles on Cooperation on Persons Sought for Corruption and Asset Recovery and welcome Chinese initiative to establish in China a Research Center on International Cooperation Regarding Persons Sought for Corruption and Asset Recovery in G20 Member States, which will be operated in line with international norms. We commit to continue the G20 Denial of Entry Experts Network. Consistent with our national legal systems, we will work on cross-border cooperation and information sharing between law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies and judicial authorities. We call for ratification by all the G20 members of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption and welcome the launch of the second cycle of its review mechanism. We will endeavor to apply effectively the extradition, mutual legal assistance and asset recovery provisions of the above Convention and other applicable international conventions. We endorse the 2017-2018 G20 Anti-Corruption Action Plan to improve public and private sector transparency and integrity, implementing our stance of zero tolerance against corruption, zero loopholes in our institutions and zero barriers in our actions. We ask the Anti-Corruption Working Group to develop an implementation plan before the end of 2016 as a flexible framework to carry this work forward with renewed high-level attention and urgency. We also welcome outcomes of the London Anti-Corruption Summit in May 2016 and the OECD Ministerial Meeting in March 2016.

Finally, this week, there is some interesting X-files stuff going on that needs to be reported on. For one, the explosion of the SpaceX rocket in Florida last week has been widely reported as being caused by a UFO and there is plenty of video evidence to back this up.

The Israeli Satellite that was supposed to be launched was intended to beam only Facebook controlled internet data to Africa. Much less discussed than the SpaceX explosion, but probably more important, was the earthquake reported on the US East coast last week. The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tax exemptions, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare entitlements, medicine, drugs, etc., while we continually lose our freedoms, just a little at a time. Living in Partnership with God Part I ~ September 2016
When I was the Avatar on your planet over two thousand years ago, I quickly learned that the only way I could fulfill my mission was to be in constant contact and communion with God. I knew in the depths of my being that living and serving in an active partnership with God was a necessity, and for you to succeed in making your ascension, this is now true for you as well.

During the glorious time you are now all experiencing in preparation for ascending into a new Golden Age of Freedom, you are being invited to serve together as members of a Group Avatar. No one person in a physical body is going to be an Avatar as it has been in the past. Some of you have certainly made your mark and your names have entered the history books, but in time this will all be seen as simply part of what you needed to be or do for your own soul growth. As ascended souls, you will all be seen as equals working in partnership with God. When your planet makes her full ascension with your galaxy, you will then be serving your world as Galactic Beings. This time is still to come, yet it may be helpful for you to know what the future holds. This is all part of your return journey to the levels of consciousness that you knew before the fall of Atlantis. Many Lightworkers have offered their services to help humankind through the coming period of changes, and each one will serve according to their experience. As you can imagine, once the changes can safely be put into motion, there will be an enormous amount to do. For example, every soul will soon be provided with a decent standard of living and more choices as to how they can truly and joyfully support themselves and live in partnership with God. There are two major ways that humankind is now functioning: one is centered around taking action based on their older belief systems of lack, limitation and separation, and the other one is founded in each one living according to their own spiritual understanding of unlimited abundance, unity and Oneness. These two ways are not compatible and they have led to much confusion.
To serve in partnership with God, it is necessary to make choices that you know will manifest for the highest good of all. All of this has truly been arranged with your agreement in concert with your Presence prior to your incarnation on Earth. Everyone’s life’s plan is always set up to serve their higher purpose for being on Earth, especially at this time. Many souls who are presently living on Earth are here because they were seen to have evolved sufficiently to be candidates for their ascension. It was also noted that they would spiritually gain from living during this great Shift in the Ages. Some of you know that this is your last incarnation in the lower vibrations and some are sensing that it is also time to celebrate even though you may not recall all the lives and the lessons that have prepared you to be where you are now.
There will be a review for every soul to ensure that the lessons that needed to be learned have taken place and to ensure that you will not have to go through them again. As an ever-ascending soul, there is always more to learn and you always have new and higher levels to experience. Know, beloveds, that your future is bright and that you are so greatly appreciated for coming to Earth and for going through all that you have had to go through to reach this point of being invited to move into a much greater partnership with God. You now have the invitation and the glorious opportunity to fully embody your God Presence. Time marches on and much progress continues to be made in the commencement of changes that you have long awaited. From your perspective you experience what appear to be a series of delays, whereas they are necessary steps that ensure once they are taken nothing is able to prevent the intended outcome. Be assured that much work goes on behind the scenes and the “go ahead” will be given when all is in place as necessary. Greater powers than those on Earth oversee all actions, so you can be certain that the ultimate aim is for a complete victory for the Light. It is therefore most important that you always keep focussed upon the desired changes that are soon to commence. Planning for this period has been taking place for a very long time, and nothing will be allowed to delay the outcome any further. Lightworkers are to be highly commended for their undying support and positive faith in the future. As the vibrations continue to increase so their effect is the upliftment of those who can respond. As a result it is becoming somewhat easier to speed up the changes that are ready to be implemented. They will ultimately alter your view of life allowing for more individual time to fully follow your own life plan. The truth will be your strength and as time elapses you learn of your true history, and know the direction that you should be heading in. Much time has been lost pursuing false goals yet the experiences will strengthen your dedication to keep on the right path. Many wonder how the impending changes can be introduced without causing confusion. But for the presence of the Galactic Beings, you would now have been living under very restricted conditions, and imprisoned and controlled by the dark Ones. However, they were never going to be allowed to exercise such control over you, as you future had been planned to end with complete success and the opportunity to ascend. This is normal at the end of a cycle providing the Light has reached the required level. It means that Ascension is assured for those who aspire to rise up, and have been able to do so above the challenges that have been given them. It means being able to express yourselves with Universal Love, thereby accepting that you are All One. It is not easy to accept all others when you are experiencing duality, as it focusses upon separation and highlights the differences between people. Most of the time people see themselves as different from each other, making it difficult to come together in true love and understanding. Lightworkers help others by example and that means any soul that realises that All Are One. By treating others as your equal you are showing compassion and understanding and it will help up lift up those around you. Even the smallest act of love affects others and eventually they will follow example. You do not necessarily need to belong to practising groups to show your love for other beings, as it is not beholden to any one of them. God is Love and All That Is. Your natural inclination is to be a loving Being, but your experiences in duality have taught you that not all are equal and that some should be shunned and looked down upon. However, as you grow through experience you begin to understand the truth and able to accept all souls regardless of their outward appearance or beliefs. Amongst you are many young children who have come to lead the way out of the confusion created by your education system. It cramps the style and growth of those who would otherwise help show the way to a full understanding of your true selves. At some point soon the truth must be addressed and inaccurate information dispensed with. Real growth will not occur all of the time you are trying to progress based on some information intentionally meant to hold you back. The truth will eventually be all that remains as all false information is discarded, and the time approaches when even your history will need to be rewritten so as to reflect the truth of journey through duality. Throughout this cycle you have struggled to find your true selves, and it is necessary to understand how it came about. You will then be able to evolve much more quickly and the truth established for once and for all.
War and all manner of things associated with it cannot go forward into the New Age, thus allowing permanent peace to be firmly established. Already you are approaching such a point in time and you will find a general movement to establish a new society. One free from prejudice or false teachings and based on Love and Light. It therefore follows that those Beings who refuse to give up their old ways, will continue as before but moved to a different location to continue their experiences. In time they will again be given another opportunity to change their ways and return to the Light. People will naturally be concerned about the fate of other family members or friends, but as long as they are aware that all souls are given the same opportunities to evolve, and helped to keep to their Path of Light there will be no need to be concerned. At this time it is most important that you focus on your own needs. You will intuitively know if you are becoming more evolved as you find it becomes easier to remain within the Light, and stay calm when others are disturbed. In such circumstances your presence can help influence others to also remain calm, and if you are in a group of people with like minds the power is greatly increased. Your powers are in fact increasing all of the time and will become more noticeable where your thoughts are concerned. For example it may become apparent where self-healing is concerned and even distant healing. Remember that when you send out healing thoughts they do reach their intended target, but some souls put up a barrier against them. In general Unconditional Love is the power behind healing and without it the affect is minimized. Much is happening on Earth that will soon lead to the long awaited announcements. For "re-val" all is at the stage when a final check can be made to ensure that the necessary documentation is in place. So it is not envisaged that you will have much longer to wait. You may be certain that once the changes are underway nothing will be allowed to interfere with the outcome. The stage has been set and all those taking part are ready to go ahead at short notice. The buffer of time gives you the opportunity to get it right before it manifests, to take pleasure from the vision and from the molding it into place... Our group is comprised of intelligent, aware individuals from all segments of society and we are dedicated to nonviolent change. We have been made aware of what is now transpiring by key individuals in the world’s secret service organizations and military. What is happening and why are the banks closed?
What is happening at this time is a necessary financial reset of the global central banking system. Unfortunately this must necessitate the closing of every computer tied into the central banks. This will leave the entire planet without access to cash, ATM machines, credit cards or stock markets.
There will be no currency available other than what is already in circulation for a maximum time of possibly 2 weeks. The intent and plans of these lawful agencies in charge are hoping for is a best-case scenario of 3-5 days for the banking system to be offline. However with so many variables at play, the exact time it will take to effect this changeover in reality is unknown at this time. This lack of money amongst the world’s populace clearly may create some hardships in various locations as some may panic for not being able to access their money via the normal channels.

Unfortunately there has been criminal malfeasance within the world banking systems including the Federal Reserve for many years. These individuals in charge have corrupted many aspects of the world’s political infrastructure and greed and lust for power has thwarted the democratic process and caused much harm to our world’s ecosystems and societal and national relations.
Evidence to be presented to the public
Evidence is being held which indicates a system of financial fraud and corruption, which has resulted in the institutionalized theft of trillions of the world’s hard earned money. This is now ending as the evidence and the serving of indictments, and arrests of those responsible has now begun. These individuals involved in this conspiracy are very powerful and politically connected criminals. They have been repeatedly warned to follow the laws of their respective countries but some of them have refused.
Time to act
This refusal to comply with the law has now forced closure of the central banks which is now affecting the entire world banking systems.
This radical action is required to enforce the law and is now being implemented by a coordinated police force action around the globe. The reason this has not been done by alerting the populace beforehand is because the criminals in charge control the world media and have established censors worldwide. A policeman does not tell a criminal he is going to be arrested or he will flee.

1. On Sept. 17 2016 Zap said,"We are in a designated window of time for the first transfers to complete. This is the final step. When we got here before a catastrophe would usually happen that affected the release of funds. This has already been surpassed as the funds are already released, not just "about to be released."
2. By Sept. 17 2016 two of the biggest banks in Europe - Monte Dei Paschi of Italy and HSBC- had reported millions in losses, resorting in desperate measures to survive. This was not being advertised on the American main stream media.
3. On Sept. 18 2016 Fisher on Real Truth Chatter claimed that the RV/GCR could have gone off during Bruce's The Big Call, and SHOULD have gone shortly after midnight Thurs. or on Friday morning. This, as a result of the World Court decision and the many agreements signed.
A. Fisher also stated that some banks asked for a short delay when they had to admit that they were not fully in compliance with Basel 3 and the legislative rules for liquidity. They were allowed a matter of hours, to come into compliance or they would suffer repercussions of their non-compliance come Monday morning.
B. He claimed the MSM went into news blitz mode in an effort to scare people away from having any business ties with Wells Fargo, which was enhanced and supported by the Congress talking about investigations.
C. Fisher stated that many government people had interests in the old cabal owned banks, which they tried hard to protect by continually delaying the roll-out. When the World Court over-ruled everything they and Obama were trying to help themselves and the bankers.
D. Fisher claimed that while the World Court made certain demands, the Chinese, who want to be supportive and diplomatic, allowed for a bit more time to prevent the banks customers to suffer any loss if their bank collapsed and went into receivership. It was to protect the people, not the bank.
E. Evidently if there were banks that couldn't meet the compliance orders and legislative rules, they would be done with starting Monday morning. There were no more days to be given or dealt with. It was MONDAY or ELSE.
F. The roll-out could happen any time between now and sometime Sunday evening, or possibly as late as early Monday morning.
G. During the wait, the military members and families who had not previously exchanged were being completed and hydrated.
H. Supposedly without the World Court and the Chinese/Russian involvement, Obama and other government officials could have continued the endless game of delay.
