Missouri lawmakers debate U.S. gold, silver coins use as legal tender
 
Missouri may be the second state, after Utah, to authorize the use of gold and silver coins or special "sound-money depositories" to pay debts to state government.

As the Missouri General Assembly pushes toward adjournment, a bill that originally aimed at exempting gold investors from capital gains taxes has now transformed into the Missouri Sound Money Act of 2012, which would make gold and silver legal tender within the state.

The legislation would also eliminate several state taxes on gold and silver, including capital gains and sales taxes.

House Bill 1637 would allow the establishment of sound-money depositories that would allow citizens to deposit precious metals and use debit cards to pay bills out of those accounts. The depositories would be regulated by Missouri's Secretary of State.

It also directs the state to accept the gold and silver coins issued by the U.S. government for payment of debts. However, the measure would not compel any other person to accept gold and silver coins as tender.

The method of establishing the value of gold and silver to be accepted by the state would be based on the London PM fix for that day's transaction.

The measure has generated controversy in both houses of the Missouri General Assembly as lawmakers claimed the legislation was focused on establishing a gold standard and circumventing the Federal Reserve. These charges were dismissed by HB 1637 Senate sponsor Chuck Purgason, R-Caulfield...

Would you add to their misery and bring harm to them and their loved ones, all in the name of conquest? Much is happening on your world. A great confrontation between the dark and the Light is coming to a head. This struggle has thoroughly exhausted the governments of the West. These cabal-controlled regimes are at their wit's end as an immense financial crisis continues to deepen.

The multiple threats to their stability have increased as the rigors of keeping to a debt-oriented economy are compounded daily by the on-going rebellion of nations like Greece, Iceland, and Ireland, and this rattles them to the core. Meanwhile, these same banks are suffering from their own meltdown as the number of liens placed on them accrues. The whole sorry mess teeters on the verge of collapse! The Light supports their efforts in this, as do those who have worked to create the new and fairer economic system.

This marginalizing is now changing as the West's once-mighty economies stare over the edge of a seemingly bottomless sinkhole. This present array of potential calamities was deliberately engineered by the dark cabal during the last two decades as part of their arrogant bid for world domination. Now, Heavenly circumstances beyond their control have thrown this goal off course, placing the cabal at the mercy of their own diabolical trickery. Meanwhile, the Ascended Masters' plans to manifest the new monetary system will tie in nicely with the objectives drawn up by the secret sacred societies of those nations that have broken away from the cabal. Over time this produced a global increase in the trading and amassing of ever-larger debt instruments, the instability of which resulted in 'panics' from time to time. These cycles consisted of a general upturn in the world's trading markets followed by an abrupt downturn which created incredible wealth in the hands of a few. As we sit basking in the dynamic presence of yesterday’s solar eclipse New Moon, there is no longer any question that a cosmic acceleration is influencing our times, as we seem to be in the midst of a new level of amplify. For the next couple of weeks our sun is resting in perfect alignment with the central sun Alcyone in the celestial Pleiadian system. This group of stars represents the seven sisters or seven Goddesses in our galaxy.
    We also stand at the culmination of Wesak, a festival celebration of enlightenment.
Typically May is a mystical rebirthing time when we can relax, merge with Spirit, the higher planes, and drink in the elixirs of expanded consciousness. We relax and smell the roses (the scent of the Divine); we feel like focusing on comfort, beauty, security, and harmony within all our resources. However, the particular stellar waves that will be pouring in from the galaxies above will be providing the signals and frequencies to anchor newer levels of awareness that include sacred respect for the value of life and consciousness.
    Energy vibrations from the Galactic Center will be transmitted across the parsecs of space in a language of Light, a form of intelligent communication that affect and support all forms of consciousness. The Pleiades, Alycone, Maia, Electra, Merope and the rest of the cluster of stars from that region of the galaxy will be transducing transmissions and relaying them onward. Our Sun will catch the cosmic communications and distribute them to the rest of the solar system. 
    Each wave of particular frequency will be carrying a specific resonance of higher frequency and Divinity sent directly to your cells, where the spirals of your DNA are in harmonic resonance with the spirals of the galaxy. You will not see or feel the vibrations with your physical senses, however; your cells will catch the signals loud and clear. Your biology will know it is being called upon to tune itself to meet and match the new harmonics and entrain with the escalating waves of resonant energy. 
    Imagine as we progress towards the Memorial Day weekend in the US, the kingdom of humanity will be breathing a New set of encodements that will usher in the experience of Life, physical immortality, and being our body of Light fully present in a cellular biology.         The transmissions are very strong and nothing can dispel them. All life on planet Earth, as well as the entire solar system, must adjust to this energy. The Sun’s role is to maintain balance by supporting and sustaining the evolution of consciousness in this galactic realm. 
    If the resonance is not matched, then dissonance and discord occur, which is what you usually see unfolding as scandals, dishonesty, bickering, warmongering and new levels of madness. All manner of havoc is created by those who feel frantic because they cannot match the cosmic attunement. If you lose contact with your heart center, then you will not be able to fully occupy your body or use your mind to its greatest capabilities during this time. 
    So if you have, or still are feeling as though the universe is giving you a run for your money by having you stand in chaos, emotional upheaval, physical “jumpiness,” fatigue, phases of confusion, listlessness, sensing compression or its opposite, lightness of being, it is because as a committed vessel of Spirit, you are holding the newest frequencies and assisting in raising the vibration of the planet through your physical being. It may help to remember that cosmic energies are always absorbed by the earth, so to remain calm and centered, do as the rest of Nature’s creatures and stay in touch with the ground. 
    As an emissary of Divinity upon Gaia during this time, many are acting as grounding points of the deeper commitment of spirituality and consciousness that is surfacing. As an entity understanding, “one with all” your karmic ethics has you devoted to the purpose of Ascension. 
    As a straight shot of Source dimensional equipment, you are a very important component for the New Living Field of embodiment. This knowledge may, or may not, make up for all that you are processing physically and emotionally, however, know that if you are building, claiming, and anchoring what is necessary to advance there are celestial elders watching over you.  If the need is there, ask for their assistance when the merger of energies becomes too much. They will help, and at the same time make sure that you continue to grow. 
    With so many scrambling changes occurring at once many are feeling as though they exist in a house of mirrors. Possessing a keen awareness of the invisible happenings can be distracting and confusing for the human living in accelerated times. We all need to schedule time for pampering when we are feeling ill at ease. For those that perform reality checks and find they are frenzied by energies that are somewhat difficult to handle, you need to formulate clear plans for balance and clarity by consulting your own internal pillar of wisdom and commonsense. The message here is not to beat yourself up for feeling bewildered and out of rhythm. 
    Everyone is involved in this intensive interchange; some are just aware that they are rendezvousing with sacred agreements and contracts. Brainstorm ways that will support the times of disenfranchised spiritual jolts. Visit a health practitioner, make sure your diet is sound, avoid taking big risks, join a metaphysical group, get lost in the arms of nature, etc. You are the only one who can muster the blockbuster remedies for amplified waves of Light running through the human collective with a vengeance during these times. 
    As the month comes to a close there will be a definite steadying effect that should be felt by all. But before jumping for joy and high-fiving everyone in your spiritual circle open your mind, while the opportunity presents itself to newly landing ideas that lead to stunning accomplishments in your human and psychic life. As you settle in after the latest stationing between the full moon's inspirations and illuminations will be soaring through your brain. 
    Take time to write it all down for future reference. We have just been sent information on how to BE our truth in greater measure. That means life will be in our favor when we remain in harmony with our Soul values, not our human characteristics such as curtailing, suppressing and limiting the directive of Spirit. 
    Personally, I work diligently to remain in alignment with Universal Harmony and this usually moves me beyond the spaces of whirlwind energies and magnetics. Yes, my physicality still remains a utilized tool of SOURCE THOUGHT so I have my days of light-particle processing when I am dizzy, headachy, or stiff and sore, but I recognize this as an opportunity to be a great and clear Light for the greater good and try not to whine too much about it. After all, pro-creators are the connector links of unification between the eternal and the now. How cool is that? 
    Despite the transitioning symptoms we are in the Era of Pure Eternal Awakening and life force energies. We are coming to understand that Purity and Divine Will are the atmosphere that keeps Intelligence alive now and everything that vibes with It enjoys unification at its highest standards. It is a space where one can live out mastery within life circumstances and situations leading to perfection and acceptance.

Your world is on the brink of a Great Awakening. All the right people are coming together, sharing research, and everything is becoming as clear as daylight. Be strong and feel no fear: show no fear and no one can hurt you; as to hurt you, they NEED you to be in FEAR. The ploys used by the Cabal become more evident every day. They tell you in advance what they intend to do. Until now, this went unnoticed by the majority of you, so they felt free to carry it out. Now you find placed before you, "What might happen if the London Olympics are bombed ?" Even the most sceptic of you must wonder at this . . .
 
You see, they need your permission to carry out these plans. Because you ignore their plans, they see this as giving them permission to do whatever they choose. Ask yourselves this, will you be able to live with yourselves if you do nothing, and many thousands die as a result? Please consider this carefully as knowing about this carries a responsibility. Come together, share your research, take the necessary steps to prevent this terrible crime against humanity from happening. I know, my dear, it's exciting that so many doors are opening. The picture becomes clearer every day. Some of the information regarding your history is so shocking. It is difficult to understand how so-called human beings could inflict such suffering on others. Mind-control was used then and is still used to this day to control humanity. It was perfected in the Third Reich. It shocked you to learn that the gipsies and Jews, etc., were used because of their particular DNA. They were needed, to be used as spare parts in experiments with the Greys. It was never what you were told it was. The experiments were not successful. Those in power have worked with the Greys for many years. You - the sheep - have been kept in complete ignorance.
 
This cannot be allowed to continue. We cannot stand by and see humanity disappear from the Earth. All it will take is for all of you to say, "NO. I no longer comply with your orders. I will not kill my fellow human beings, just on your say so."
 
Religions are man-made to cause fear, divisions and mistrust. Remember what GILAD ATZMON told you had happened, when at the tender age of 18, he was called up for service in the Israeli Army. He was expected to kill Palestinians. He told you, "I looked into their eyes. I could not kill them. It was then that I realized we were on their land." There speaks a man of integrity. A pure soul whose example should touch the souls of all human beings of good intent. Let Gilad be an example to all of you as someone to emulate. There are Dark Forces at work in every country. Some are considerably worse than others. What you are told and what actually is happening are poles apart. Watch the charades of politicians, all pretending to be in power, when they are mere puppets, obeying orders. It is hard to believe that the lies have survived for so long. They are carefully preserved and reinforced, when necessary, to keep you all in your place. The same parasitic elite operates today as it did in ancient times.
 
You know, my dear, nothing happen by chance. The people who are coming into your life, now, are coming to complete the picture. Some are connecting from past lives. This is why you know them already, though you have only just met. These connections continue through all your lives.
 
Veronica, you are now seeing clearly why Ireland had to be kept in darkness and under strict control, so that the Cabal could survive. Even today, there are those in Ireland who are desperately trying to prevent the truth from being revealed. Do they not realize that nothing is under cover from us. We will ensure they will not find what they are looking for. Even the scam that the 'banksters' carried out, will not prevent Ireland from revealing her secrets. Ascension has been ongoing for many years, so as not to overpower you. It has gently been increased, and now you are recognizing the difference it is making to you. It is in many ways a delicate process of raising your vibrations, so that you can gradually absorb more, and more. Too much energy too soon could have been detrimental to your progress, upsetting those who are slow to respond. It affects all souls in one way or another, which is why some get symptoms that might otherwise be attributed to malfunctioning bodily systems.
 
Now perhaps you can understand why at the time of the 21st. December 2012, the high energy influx due to the alignment of your Sun and the Great Central Sun, is going to "separate" those who are ready to ascend, and those who are not. The choice is as ever yours, but do not be concerned if you are one desiring to remain in your present dimension. It will make no difference to your evolution in the long run, as opportunities to ascend will still come periodically. Indeed, if you set your mind on it, by sheer willpower and intent you could ascend anytime as an individual.
 
God set out the master plan eons of time ago, that would ensure as this cycle ended it would be in triumph for those seeking to return to the Light. Through many lives in the lowest vibrations in your Universe, you have come out of your earthly experiences much greater than you were when you descended into them. You would not necessarily enjoy looking back on some of your lives, as your evolution has taken through some very negative experiences. In all probabilities you would not recognize yourself as the same one you are today. That is not necessary anyway, but nevertheless if you insist all would be revealed from the information kept in the Akashic records.
 
Each life of every soul is recorded, and naturally it is those that have uplifted you that are considered the most important. Bear in mind that throughout your many lives, as you progress you are each time the sum total of your experiences. Nothing is ever without some value to you, which is why you have a life plan. You choose from what you need to further your evolution, and wiser heads than yours are always on hand to advise you what is best for you.
 
Your Guardian Angel will normally stay with you for life after life, and that is their way of service to you and God. They protect you, but at the same time guide you through whatever unpleasant experiences you may have elected to go through. It is not in your best interest to avoid them, as they will only come back to you again. Learn whatever it is that you need to understand, and you will not normally be asked to experience it again.
 
Many of you have so to say, already reached the end of the road now, and you will intuitively know that is so. Your final period on Earth will be well in your control, and it will pass quite easily as you experience an inner peace. It comes from knowing that you have achieved your goals, and have been able to break your bonds with the earthly links that no longer serve you. Indeed, for those who have not yet fully cleansed themselves of such links, the longer they go on the less you will find that they hold any attraction for you.
 
At this time when some of the most astounding events will take place, we look to Lightworkers to help those who will be fearful of what is happening. For a short while it will seem that all is about to collapse, and in part that will happen. However, it has all been anticipated and planned, as a means to get rid of all that stands in your way to a peaceful conclusion to life. The answers to your problems are known to us, and together with our allies all will be taken care of in quick time. This is the type of information that people will need, and we will soon be addressing the world so that all will hear our voices.
 
There will be a series of revelations that in different ways will shock you all, as no matter how prepared you feel you that you are, it is almost certain that they go a lot deeper. Some of the claims will be absolutely unbelievable and full details not given to satisfy peoples curiosity, but simply to draw attention to the heinous crimes against you. It will explain much that has puzzled you, and undoubtedly allow you to understand why so much crime has gone unpunished in the last 50 years or so. Indeed, you could go back to the World War Two and wonder why so few top people were called to answer for their crimes against Humanity. It was collusion my Dear Ones, where there was more interest amongst the big powers in capturing information, by allowing the criminals to join them instead of standing trial.
 
It does not matter how long ago crimes were carried out or the evidence destroyed, as we can go back in time to retrieve it. There is no escape from justice and the truth, and anything other than the truth can be identified for what it is. This is not meant to frighten you, but when you pass over the same conditions apply when a review of your life takes place. You cannot even lie to yourself, as some do to convince themselves that the facts are different to what they really are. You would not have it any other way, as how else will you learn but from your mistakes. You all make them and they are not held against you, but simply put down as experience.
 
We would say, savor the wonderful experiences that you have had on Earth, as you may never quite get the same again. It is sometimes going from one extreme to another that heightens the depth of your experiences. In the future your lives will be more steady and on an even keel, and there will hardly be any extremes unless you choose it to be so. Adventures will be your way of life, and give you great fulfillment. Yet, no matter how far you travel, your loved ones will be but a thought away, and with instantaneous travel friends are easily reached.

This hotel that has been a secret up until now is 50 stories in height and it is 30 stories in breadth. It is massive as far as hotels are concerned in your world. It was designed and it was built by those of your world with great minds and quite expanded vision. This hotel, a playground for the rich, the famous and the successful was built from taxpayer money and secret black projects that have embedded great amounts of wealth within the pockets of those who today garner the title of world controllers and operators.  
They do not have an open door policy or a welcome mat in front of their sunken entrance way. Instead, only those whom they consider ‘A list’ clients are permitted to grace this spectacular hotel’s hallways, dining areas, tennis courts, beautiful gardens and luxurious staterooms. Our Galactic friends upstairs have stated for awhile now they were going to start increasing activity and fly-overs both during the day and at night. I have been pointing these ships out to family and friends for many years. Stars do not change colors from blue to green, to red, to yellow, or fade in and out with their white lights & brightness as we have seen many times. If you telepathically send a message and ask them to " show me your lights", you will indeed see a change in colors and maybe even notice a "pulse sensation" to them as they acknowledge you.
 
Our Galactic friends who come from all over our galaxy and beyond indeed have millions of ships and are united under the banner of Love. They are here at this time to help awaken humanity and share our true origins and home which originated from the stars. There is nothing to fear from these highly evolved benevolent beings of both physicality and light-force beings as they are a part of us and always have been. Many of them look just like we do for they seeded Earth 1000's of years ago.
 
Just to name a few we indeed have ships here from: Pleiadians, Sirians and Venusians ( who have a direct genetic link to humanity ). Others come from Andromeda, Apha-Centauri, and from many more locations, here to witness the birth of the "Golden Age of Peace and Abundance" here on planet Earth. This is a very special and most auspicious time to be present here on Earth as much will be revealed as to our origins, our past lives, and what our future holds for us. Some of these ships and "beings" come from our "future", which have come back in time to assist Gaia ( that is our Earth's name, a sentient being ) and humanity to take the next step in our evolution (eve-olution ).

For some souls who have only just awakened, their reality has been shattered and for a while they will cling to what they believed to be the truth. It is important that they realize that the coming changes are not to be feared. Also that it is not too late to alter their pattern of thinking to allow their consciousness levels to be lifted, and place themselves on the path to Ascension. It is not necessarily a matter of how much you know, as your understanding that progress will be made by living from the heart and not through the ego. Be humble and see yourself in every other soul, and treat them as you would yourself be treated. One of the main frailties that humans have is being judgmental and if you can work towards being non-judgmental, you will have travelled a long way towards lifting yourself up.

God has provided for every soul but left the choice up to you, as to whether you wish to ascend or continue your third dimensional experiences. It may not seem so, but you have all had the same opportunities to change the course of your life. It comes down to wanting to change, and taking the responsibility for your own spiritual evolution. Once you make that decision you will never travel alone, but that help is lost unless you put the effort in to setting yourself a goal. Time is short and very soon there will be great revelations about the true purpose of life, and most importantly, establishing the truth about The One God of your Universe. God is not the sole property of any religion, but God to every single soul and each one is a godspark in its own rights. The whole purpose of your many lives is to experience and take it back to the Godhead. Since you have been granted freewill to do so, God does not chastise or punish you, and allows the Laws of the Universe to apply the necessary teachings that will help you over any mistakes you have made.

Dear Ones, your wait is nearly over as the final arrangements are made to go ahead with the arrests of the Illuminati. It is something of a military operation, but their presence will only be to help our allies if they are violently opposed. As far as we are concerned, the activities are planned to be non-violent and legally supported and enforced by Law Marshals. That much many of you are aware of through keeping up to date with the news coming out from many reliable sources. However, as always discretion is called for as the truth will often be countered by disinformation, or denial by those who have different beliefs. Once we can speak openly to you, you will soon accept our messages as you will intuitively know that they are true. Since we have been in contact since the mid 1900's it is not as though we have suddenly come into your lives. Through us and various spiritual societies we have as it were, been breaking the ice that has concealed the truth.

It is our wish that extra effort is put in by those who are in the forefront of the spiritual vanguard, to do all possible to get the news out of the pending changes. People will hear of some aspects without being sufficiently informed to avoid becoming fearful. Naturally they will have many questions, and this is where you can come in and be of great help. Physical changes are necessary but will not be as catastrophic as the original prophecies suggested. They were given in accordance with the probabilities that existed at that time. We are pleased to inform you that consciousness levels have lifted up so much in recent times, that physical changes will be much less volatile. As we have often advised you and will repeat that if you are concerned about where you are, sit quietly for a while and intuitively check it out with you Higher Self.

Until the governmental changes you will be unable to trust official reports, as they are still influenced by those who want you to remain in the dark. A perfect illustration of this is the US Governments recent denial of us and our craft, notwithstanding the fact that we have met with them on many occasions. However, it makes little difference in the long run as when the timing is appropriate, we shall ensure that the official announcement acknowledging our presence goes ahead. That will signal the beginning of a close association between us and you, that will carry on through Ascension and into the next cycle of your evolution. With our allies help we are laying down the foundations for your elevation into the higher dimensions. You already have one foot in them and as you raise your vibrations, will readily take to the changes. In effect, you will have nothing taken away from you that is not replaced by something better. Bear in mind that the ultimate goal is to turn you into Galactic Beings.

In some ways it is as well you do not have instant recall of previous lives, as it would probably pre-occupy you when you should be concentrating on your future. Furthermore, you would not necessarily recognize yourself as the same person you are now, as you will have evolved and become more of the Light. Just imagine how much experience you have gained, and how it has molded you into the person you are today. Do not worry if you still have baggage to release, and use your self control to overcome it. If you aspire to lift yourself up you will never be without help, even if you are unaware of it. Angels and Guides accompany you through the physical world, and are doing all they can to make sure you fulfil your life plan. You can help yourself by acknowledging their presence and call upon them if you need their help, as they cannot "interfere" unless you do so. There are exceptions as for instance if you are in danger, they are allowed to help you through such difficulties. That absolutely applies if your life is threatened, and it is not your time to leave the Earth. It is almost certain that many of you have escaped some danger without even realizing how you did so, and probably put it down to luck or sheer coincidence.

I am SaLuSa form Sirius, and can you see now how important you are to us, and how you are being safely guided to completion of this cycle. It may sound odd given that you exist in the lower dimensions, but the Universe depends on you to reach the end time through Ascension. It awaits Man's great fulfilment and ascendancy to the higher dimensions, the place that is your real home. Speaking for the Galactic Federation, I can tell you that we love you all, and see you as your Higher Selves without a blemish, standing in the pure Light of Love.

Ignorance is the greatest source of fear on Planet Earth

The divine plan for awakening is being achieved – right now – as you all continue to release unloving attitudes and behaviors. Enough of you are doing this to swing humanity forwards into the new age because you are also getting enormous help from many other loving entities who have had their own struggles, understand what you are going through, and wish only to help you to reach your divine destination as they did. And so you will, as many of us in the spiritual realms keep reminding you, because it is unavoidable and inevitable.

You are, as you well know deep within yourselves, highly evolved beings of Light, just as God created you, and nothing can ever change that because what God creates is eternal and perfect. Your awakening will bring this knowledge experientially into your conscious awareness, and you will never again lose it — for you will have discarded everything that was blocking that knowledge.

As divine beings your place is with God; there is nowhere else. The places that you seem to have been experiencing for so long, and with such suffering and confusion, are unreal, regardless of the fact that to you they frequently appear to be the only reality that there is. This is due to your ongoing choice to be unaware of anything that cannot be perceived by your bodily senses. Now your science is belatedly admitting that just because you remain unaware of something does not mean that it does not exist. This admission is allowing many new areas of research to be undertaken that require you to expand your consciousness and follow your intuition which then becomes an ever more powerful tool the more you use it.

Many of you have experienced altered states of consciousness that were more real to you than your “normal” less-than-fully conscious state, but you have been persuaded they were unreal, imaginary, would lead to psychosis, and have therefore stopped seeking to reenter them. And of course the war on drugs has further frightened people into believing that altered states are damaging and psychotic. Yes, some have indeed done severe damage to themselves by the use of various intoxicating substances – mainly in desperate attempts to relieve the suffering and pain of their “normal” state.

But what you accept as your “normal” state of consciousness is far from normal. It is the state in which you live in fear and anxiety, constantly feeling the need to take all kinds of precautions to ensure your safety. It encourages distrust, disagreement, and conflict, thus ensuring that what you fear comes to pass. However, sensible and intelligent research into altered states of consciousness is discovering that those altered states can provide healing for many of the ailments that plague humanity. The more your state of consciousness expands the more your knowledge grows, and the more your fear subsides — because ignorance is the greatest source of fear on Planet Earth.

God’s plan is for you to become fully conscious. In that state nothing is hidden from you and so there is nothing to fear. And that is what it means to awaken. When your physical body is sleeping, it is unaware, unknowing, it knows nothing, and sometimes it becomes drawn into the most horrific nightmares that are convincingly real and which often lead to the body awaking in terror. It can take some seconds for the sleeper to realize that he has awakened and is in fact quite safe. But the memory often lingers on, and he is reluctant to go back to sleep. Fear strikes at the heart of ignorance, and knowledge is the only remedy.

When you awaken you will have infinite knowledge, bringing you infinite peace and infinite joy because you will then be aware of the infinite possibilities available to you that will encourage you to exercise your unique individual creative talents for your constant enjoyment. And because all are one, each of you will delight in and fully enjoy the creations of everyone else. Fabulous and endless creative opportunities await you all in the harmonious environment into which you are about to awaken.

As the light of truth becomes ever brighter it reveals all that was hidden. There is much excitement as all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place. Many have had a hand in this, as it had to come from several places in your world, each contributing to the whole. There is nothing that anyone can do to prevent the planet from releasing the shackles of control. It is hard for some to believe that they are existing on a prison planet, as they are totally oblivious to the bars that imprison them. The decline of liberty and free speech, the infliction of laws that bind you - civil, as well as religious - were all designed to limit your freedom and prevent you ever finding out who you are.

Now you are seeing archeologists as well as historians re-looking at what they had accepted as fact, and to their astonishment, finding that it is complete fiction . . . So-called "history" was written and accepted as fact. Now you are seeing it for what it is: total lies. So many good human beings were killed, fighting wars defending it; when the bottom line was always making money and increasing control. It was all a game to those who control your world. The removal of these parasites from your world is of paramount importance to us. For them to survive, they need your support, your suffering and your fear. In the past, you obeyed their commands and sacrificed yourselves willingly on the battlefields of life. All this will end. Those who enforced "The Law" are beginning to wake up and see the light.

Do not be taken in by the Satanic rituals openly performed by those who were conned into believing that it was an honorable act, in which they should be proud to have been involved. They are experts at whipping up excitement as well as fear. It is all done to take your minds off the real truth. You end up seeing things as they tell you they are, and not as they actually are.

It is time to take responsibility for your own lives. Do not follow the herd like sheep as you are used to doing. The pattern of life is rapidly changing. You need to recognize this fact and prepare to accept full responsibility for your own lives. Discard your chains; recognize once more that you are part of a great universe. Do not dwell on the differences that separate you. Look forward to the great adventure that awaits you as you explore the universe.

I have said many times, "Ireland is the KEY that will reveal everything". If those in government in Ireland took this FACT on board, then they would not be selling out to the 'banksters'. The Irish are a brave race. They have survived all the brutality that was inflicted on them and the holocaust that was designed and overseen by the Vatican to cut the population, etc. They have been brainwashed and abused for 2000 years but they have survived all that was done to them. Ireland will lead the world as it opens up to its once great past. It will reveal its secrets. Ireland's connection with Egypt and its role in shaping your world must be recognized.

For the Cabal to succeed, Ireland had to be kept down. Religion and enforced poverty kept the people in fear. It was their most productive tool. It works every time. Mr E Kenny needs to be brave, once more; he knows in his heart what he must do.

My dear, we are ensuring that all the necessary EVIDENCE is revealed to prove conclusively what was done 2000 years ago that led to the take-over of your planet and the enslavement of the people. Now, do you see why you were led to believe that Ireland was of no consequence and should be ignored. So much effort was put into ensuring that you never looked seriously at Ireland. Sadly, even the Irish themselves had accepted these lies.

There will be attempts to kill many people so as to distract you from your path. The Cabal feel that they have nothing to lose and so they will try to take as many of you as possible with them. The Cabal cannot survive. They are having problems accepting this fact. They are parasites, existing only because you inadvertently support them.

It is time to say NO. Banks were designed to enslave you and they have been very effective in this. Now, the tables have turned and they need YOU to survive ! Their game is over - they had a good innings but now they must bow out. See them as part of the dark past, no longer necessary in the New Era that is developing slowly but surely. It is all coming together beautifully.

Insiders predict a 5-day bank holiday in Europe before Euro ends, Renminbi may replace US dollar in September

The final showdown in the ongoing financial war is appearing imminent. The 140 nation BRICS alliance is preparing to offer to buy up all cash US dollars and replace them with a new currency backed by a basket of commodities, including precious metals, according to multiple sources. After that move, any money printed by the US Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate would not be accepted as currency by the 140 nation group. This would force an end game for the criminal cabal that illegally seized power in the United States.
Before that move, though, there will be a 5-day bank holiday in Europe followed by the end of the Euro and the re-introduction of old national currencies like the Deutschemark and the Drachma, Rothschild family sources say.
The situation, however, remains highly volatile and there are signs of dangerous end-game maneuvers by the cabal.

In Japan, the attempt by the cabal controlled media to create panic over the nuclear terrorism at Fukushima, is being accompanied by renewed threats of nuclear terror. The deep sea drilling ship Chikyu Maru has been spotted off the shore of the Rokkasho Mura nuclear complex in Aomori Prefecture Japan, according to Japanese military intelligence. The ship is crewed by Americans and brainwashed Japanese slaves.

Rokkasho Mura is the location of a giant plutonium processing complex that has already produced enough plutonium to manufacture 5000 nuclear weapons. Sending the Chikyu Maru to drill tactical nuclear warheads into the seabed off the shore of Rokkasho Mura is a cabal attempt to blackmail the planet with a nuclear holocaust.

Shoichiro Kobayashi, adviser to Kansai Electric Power, and Yoshiyasu Sato, adviser to Tokyo Electric Power and both members of the Rothschild crime syndicate’s Trilateral commission will be taken in for vigorous questioning about their knowledge of this renewed terror threat. They are expected to sing like canaries and point their fingers directly at the Rockefeller gangsters behind these latest terror threats.

Message to the Rockefeller family: Remove David, David Junior, Nicholas and J. from all responsibility and hand over control of the Rockefeller syndicate to the female members of that family. If you do not, every single descendant of John Rockefeller will be hunted down and eliminated from all levels of existence forever.

While we are at it, we would also like to kindly request that the Du Pont family remove all carcinogens and infertility causing chemicals from their product lines in Japan and elsewhere.

Sources in the Japanese underworld are also now reporting that the Inagawa Kai and Yamaguchi Gumi yakuza gangs are split between those who are still working for the committee of 300 and those who want to restore Japanese independence. The talk is that top committee of 300 traitor slaves Yasuhiro Nakasone and Junichiro Koizumi are headed for punishment from heaven.

Question for Nakasone: “What was in all those blue boxes your people loaded into a submarine and sent to your North Korean homeland?” Was it documentary evidence of your crimes or were you sending Japanese plutonium to North Korea?

The other people on the crime list in Japan are Hisashi Owada from the International Court of Justice and Eiji Katsu from the Ministry of Finance. Owada’s daughter, Princess Masako, recently tried to poison the Japanese Emperor, according to families inside the Royal Household Agency.

The Emperor recently returned from England where he discussed the White Dragon Society, among other subjects, with the Queen. A representative of the emperor asked for a meeting with a representative of the White Dragon Society on May 26th, but the between was abruptly postponed by the Emperor’s side. We do not know why.

We trust the Emperor and the Queen agreed to purge the Satanists from the committee of 300 and support a massive campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction. Hand written letters will be delivered to both parties requesting support for such a campaign and requesting their voluntary appearance before a truth and reconciliation committee.

Returning to the situation in Europe, we notice most of the reporting about the “financial crisis,” there leaves out the elephant in the living room, i.e. the 140 nation BRICS alliance.

Basically, Europe has maxed out its credit card with the rest of the world. The region as a whole needs to negotiate a restructuring of its debt to the rest of the world. The rest of the world is asking for an end to ceaseless warmongering in return. The only European country other than Germany that has enough money to solve the crisis without reference of the rest of the world is Russia. Give Putin a call.

The firing of the head of the Vatican bank last week and the turmoil in the Vatican are more signs of the end of an era in Europe.

In any case once the corporate government of the US is put out of business, the Renminbi will become the currency of the world. The date given by two insiders for this event is September 16th. For some souls who have only just awakened, their reality has been shattered and for a while they will cling to what they believed to be the truth. It is important that they realize that the coming changes are not to be feared. Also that it is not too late to alter their pattern of thinking to allow their consciousness levels to be lifted, and place themselves on the path to Ascension. It is not necessarily a matter of how much you know, as your understanding that progress will be made by living from the heart and not through the ego. Be humble and see yourself in every other soul, and treat them as you would yourself be treated. One of the main frailties that humans have is being judgmental and if you can work towards being non-judgmental, you will have travelled a long way towards lifting yourself up.

God has provided for every soul but left the choice up to you, as to whether you wish to ascend or continue your third dimensional experiences. It may not seem so, but you have all had the same opportunities to change the course of your life. It comes down to wanting to change, and taking the responsibility for your own spiritual evolution. Once you make that decision you will never travel alone, but that help is lost unless you put the effort in to setting yourself a goal. Time is short and very soon there will be great revelations about the true purpose of life, and most importantly, establishing the truth about The One God of your Universe. God is not the sole property of any religion, but God to every single soul and each one is a godspark in its own rights. The whole purpose of your many lives is to experience and take it back to the Godhead. Angels and Guides accompany you through the physical world, and are doing all they can to make sure you fulfil your life plan. You can help yourself by acknowledging their presence and call upon them if you need their help, as they cannot “interfere” unless you do so. There are exceptions as for instance if you are in danger, they are allowed to help you through such difficulties. That absolutely applies if your life is threatened, and it is not your time to leave the Earth. It is almost certain that many of you have escaped some danger without even realizing how you did so, and probably put it down to luck or sheer coincidence.

It may sound odd given that you exist in the lower dimensions, but the Universe depends on you to reach the end time through Ascension. You can't keep a good man down -- especially not Matt W., who just single-handedly made us vow to never say we're too tired for the gym again. The determined student, who has spastic cerebral palsy, was given the option to sit out field day at Worthington, Ohio's Colonial Hills Elementary School, but he chose to run in an event instead, despite the challenges of his severe disability.
 
Matt starts to slow down about halfway through his own personal mini-marathon, but he pushes on as his supportive classmates and gym teacher cheer "Let's go, Matt, let's go!" and run right behind him until the end of his two laps. Have you seen anything more inspiring this week? Nope, didn't think so.

The way matters are shaping up, it is likely that Disclosure will occur later than we would have liked. There could be a point reached when we will have to wait for the governmental changes to first take effect. Do not worry however, as we have always allowed for such possibilities. One thing you can be sure of is that all changes we have promised you that will take place before Ascension, will be duly completed. Clearly afterwards there is so much more to follow, to totally change your present way of life to on that is fitting of Galactic Beings.

For quite some years we have been preparing you for the inevitable end of the cycle. Through us and many other sources you have been made aware of your true destiny, and in such a way that you have had a goal to set your sights upon. Without it the end times would have been a frightening prospect for so many people whereas it is seen for what is, as an opportunity to leave the cycle of rebirth. Not only that, the continuance of life takes place in the higher dimensions.

There are still many souls who cannot grasp the significance of Ascension, but be assured there will be much attention given to ensuring that the truth is publicized. Many inwardly know already, but it is a matter of waking them up to it. Therefore it should come easy for them to accept the truth, and its promise of a New Age, indeed a Golden Age. Your development has been guided to grow at a pace that allows for steady progress, but at each step you have had to deal with the attempts of others to lead you off the path of truth. You were not supposed to realize your potential, and held back so as to make you dependent on others for your knowledge. Thus religion and politics have largely dominated your lives, for their benefit rather than yours.

You had no one to turn to who could guide you to the truth, until you were encouraged to look within. Slowly but surely you became discerning and followed your intuition, even if it went against accepted teachings. This way you created a new path for yourselves that lifted up your level of consciousness. You became an independent thinker and found the truth within. Gradually the consciousness levels of Mankind increased, attracting more Light to Earth and speeding up the vibrations. So here you are today rapidly rising to a point where you are ready to ascend, with many Guides influencing your thinking to carry you through the experience.

Now the cleansing is well advanced to remove the negative energies, that abound in some areas that have been the sites of war and hatred. As they are cleared so the Light can return, and no longer will the people be subject to the influence of the lower energies. There is no going back and those who would cling to the old paradigm, by doing so have effectively made their choice and will stay in the lower dimensions. The parting of the ways is necessary to allow those who go on to ascend, to do so with complete freedom knowing that it is the right time to fulfil their own desires.

Events continue to speed up and in next to no time, you will find that much that has been happening without your knowledge, will come to light. Already you are beginning to notice a change in the way that worldly matters are being reported, and more openness is taking place. Individuals are finding more courage to stand up and speak their truth, and it is not going unnoticed. There is a new mood of optimism amongst you, and a real feeling of anticipation that something great is about to happen. You are moving into the month of the year that is going to be the time of a new beginning. You will read the signs and see the outcome and know that your long wait is over. Events will suddenly take off and you will know that a new period of activity has started.

Your current understanding regarding the changes is clouded by the number of different ones that are expected. Also the timing is now becoming so tight that no sooner will you witness one event, when another shall immediately follow. They will be hectic times but also most welcome, as you will witness events as they occur. Coverage of them will be extensive, as we wish for all people to be aware of what is taking place in your name. The aim is to bring you into the picture so that you can inform others of what is transpiring. However, we will eventually install a system of communication that covers everyone's needs. In the long term we wish to see services centralized and available free to everyone. That will include transport of many types, that will differ according to your needs. Behind these intentions is the use of free energy that positively abounds everywhere in the Universe. One day in the future you shall cease to compete with one another to exist, and neither will you continue to have a need for money.

All of those bothersome things that bring about difficulties in your lives will gradually vanish, particularly with the changes in your physical bodies. They will leave you with a one that always remains healthy, and not subject to the same needs as your old heavy physical body. Much will be done instantaneously through your power of thought, that will ever keep increasing. Life will become full of excitement and happiness, and totally fulfilling. You must however give time for these things to be developed, but be assured they will be yours.

I've been avoiding maltodextrin for a couple of years now, ever since I discovered that the root of my various ailments was gluten intolerance.

Now, you might be asking: Isn't it made from corn or potatoes?

Usually, yes. The FDA's regulations state that maltodextrin is made from corn starch, rice starch, or potato starch. Sometimes, though, it's made from wheat starch. On FDA-regulated foods, you'll see "wheat" on the label if this is the case. But if the food is regulated by the USDA, you're out of luck.

Research on maltodextrin recently caught my eye for an entirely different reason, however. If you have Crohn's disease and you find your condition getting worse, maltodextrin could be partly to blame.

The thing is, maltodextrin is just about everywhere. It's used as a thickener or filler in all kinds of processed foods like sauces, desserts, and puddings to name just a few. It's also an ingredient in a couple of nasty artificial sweeteners... Splenda and Equal.

And, it turns out if you're doing everything right and you're not sure why you're not feeling better, there's a good chance that the hidden maltodextrin in your food might have something to do with it.

Researchers at the Cleveland Clinic's Lerner Research Institute uncovered something pretty worrying about this common food additive. It may make the inflammation of Crohn's disease worse by spurring the growth of E. coli in the small intestine.

The researchers found that in the presence of Equal or Splenda the E. coli became stickier. And, naturally, the stickier bacteria are the more likely they are to stick to the walls of your intestines. But this didn't happen when the researchers grew the E. coli with the maltodextrin-free sweetener stevia.

In other words, if you tend to eat a lot of packaged and processed foods, you could be fueling the very thing that's making you sicker.

The researchers cautioned that the tests were conducted in the lab, not in people, so they aren't suggesting that people with the disease avoid maltodextrin. And of course the artificial sweetener industry was quick to chime in with a reminder that the findings shouldn't change how the sweeteners are made or sold.

But why not cut maltodextrin from your diet and see if your condition improves? And you'll get the added bonus of eating less processed foods, which is always a good thing.
