Dear Drake,
Nice to know we are both alive brother. Last thing I remember is my reading I am dead. Hahahah.
As you know I do not like interviews and always toss someone else into the middle of them but let me explain this for you Drake. You keep asking me when will I refile and what date and to this there is no answer!!!
When I compile all the information I need in which I can kick the financial system in the ass and straighten it out then I will file. My main concern is Jurisdiction which is what the Judge also made mention of and clearly stated that he would throw the case out if we did not prove we have it. In order to do this I am going to expose the illegal banking system. Let them then tell me when the Federal Reserve Bank of NY is shown to be part and parcel to the theft. I will have the information to prove this.
Why did I withdraw the case? Because we did not have the Jurisdictional issue in place and I had no intention of showing my hand before I had to. Now I have the time to get what is needed to substantiate all the claims made.
Why didn’t I serve anyone during the past 6 months? Because we did not have all their addresses. What good does it do when Danielle Dal Bosco is being hid by the Vatican to serve the others. Dal Bosco is the key here and we now can reach out and grab him whenever we wish but first things first that being Jurisdiction.
Once we get things right we can close this system down on them as has already happened in BIS and then they will have nothing to fight with. The idea is to take the money out of their pockets. Without this they have no ability to hire the armies they need to deal with the real American People. The Kazar’s and Nazis’s will be left alone to themselves finding nary a dollar to buy what they need to protect themselves and then when weakened the American People can do as they wish with such garbage. It is just a matter of time.
They have hastened their movements and by doing so have hurt themselves throughout the world. Everyone is ready for them and ready to come at them especially our group. I cannot wait to get what is needed to just simply destroy them and give back to the people what has always been their’s.
We will be refilling and we will have new defendants most likely including the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and the US Treasury among them. We have plenty to include both and invoke jurisdiction.
Until then take care my friend and whenever you need some factual information if I have it then just ask. You are the people’s hero and you do your best all the while to give them what is real. Stay strong and stay safe.

Iceland Hires Ex-Cop to Hunt Down Criminal Bankers
Greetings and Opinion!
For the information of those of you to whom this is being sent, and who are not aware that Iceland was the first country in the world to attack the thieving bankers head on, kick them out, and arrest the local perpetrators.. This is the later stage, where Iceland has now arranged a situation where the remaining guilty parties who had been stealing their country blind, are now being hunted down and will be tried and sentenced for their criminal acts.
I now should add that as a consequence of having faced down the world banking cabal and telling them where to put their so-called money, with no real value and nothing to back such toilet paper money, Iceland has recovered nicely from the exercise and its economy is now the best performer in Europe at large... The parasites can no longer steal more than half of the total income of the country as they are now continuing to do in Canada, the United States, Britain & most of the rest of the world.
Ireland has begun to move forward in a similar fashion. Greece, (not reported in our regular media) has already told them to shove it, and i understand that Italy and Spain are following suit, etc.. It is now only a matter of time until the entire world banking scam will collapse. As a further matter of interest, Timothy Geithner of the Federal Reserve Bank in the US has now been arrested for the second time and has been tried in the international court, and sentenced to 63 years for his crimes against humanity. That info is now confirmed on the internet, as of today's date.

Previously, I wrote for Wake Up World about just how incredible and successful the Icelandic handling of their financial crisis really was. While a lot has gone on since then, one thing that hasn’t changed all too much is the eerie silence from the mainstream media on the subject.
Yet the people of Iceland are not giving up. Clearly, they have a strong drive to see justice had in this case of widespread thievery.
Now the government has hired what Business Insider calls “a white collar crime bounty hunter” in order to investigate and track down some of the individuals who participated in the destruction of the Icelandic banking industry.
While the character sounds somewhat fantastical, he is actually just a policeman in a relatively small town around 50 km outside the Icelandic capital Reykjavik called Akranes, with a population of only 6,500.
Yet this man has worked tirelessly in the wake up the Icelandic (and global) economic collapse in 2008 in an effort to bring the criminals responsible to account for their actions.
This is quite a change of pace from countries like the United States of America, where no justice is seen and the Federal Reserve’s outlook on the economy remains quite grim. Similarly, the LIBOR scandal is unfolding and it seems like the British government might be directly tied into the massive fraud scheme.
Iceland, on the other hand, is dispatching former local police lieutenant Olafur Hauksson in order to investigate potential cases of fraud or other offenses, file lawsuits, track down the suspects and bring them to justice.
According to a piece translated by PressEurop and originally written by Charlotte Chabas and published in France’s Le Monde, they are already working on a whopping 100 priority cases.
“On one hand, we have to investigate all suspicion of fraud and offences committed before 2009, on the other hand, we bring the lawsuits against the suspects to court ourselves,” Hauksson explained.
PressEurop translates, “This is a “totally new” method which allows the investigators to “follow the case” and the judicial system to “know the cases like the back of their hand”. This is indispensable in order “to compete with the well-prepared defence attorneys”.”
Thankfully, the government has been making an effort to assist Hauksson in his investigation by modifying Icelandic banking secrecy laws.
Hauksson claims that now the team has “access to all information with no objections possible,” including access to international resources.
This investigation is especially difficult because most of those who are being targeted are high-level officials in the banking sector or former board members of banks.
These individuals often relocated – or fled depending on your point of view – from Iceland after the crisis in order to continue their careers in the banking sector.
The bankster exodus, as it were, makes it so that investigators have to not only search through the records of Icelandic banks, but also their foreign subsidiaries and thus involves questioning foreigners as well.
However, this is apparently not deterring Hauksson in the slightest.
“We enjoy full international cooperation,” he said.
While this is a monumental task, to say the least, I see the fact that it is even being approached as a phenomenal sign that there is hope for the world who would like to see these criminals held responsible for their egregious abuses of power and trust.

It is time to look at the big picture again

When historical events are taking place, the daily rush of news event can fog the vision. We have entered such a time of fog now, so it is a good time to stand back and look at the big picture. The European “crisis,” the US “fiscal cliff,” and the ongoing war-mongering by the NATO terrorist states in the Middle East are all part of a fundamental and unstoppable shift in the way this planet is ruled. No amount of propaganda in the Western corporate media and no amount of number inputting in central bank “black screens,” is going to change that reality. The vast majority of the world’s money is now controlled by non-Westerners who have a very different agenda from that of the people who have been ruling the West and most of the world since at least 300 years ago.
The best analogy for what is happening to the West is the fall of the Soviet Union. It started with a ship-yard strike in Gdansk Poland and ended with the fall of the Soviet Union in what in retrospect seems like no time whatsoever. At the time, though the several years in between those two event seemed to last an eternity.
Right now in the West, the regime change against bankster controlled criminal government has started with Iceland but it will end with the United States and the Vatican.
It is something like a Titanic hits the iceberg type of moment where technicians and the ship’s top crew know the vessel is doomed even if they cannot say exactly how long people have to get onto the lifeboats.
What happened to make the fall of the Soviet Union inevitable was not, as we are told, the economic failure of the Soviet model. Instead, it turns out it was the theft of the Soviet Union’s foreign exchange reserves that made the collapse a matter of time.
What we are seeing in the West is the same. The money making machine at the Federal Reserve Board has been closed down so collapse is inevitable.
Think of it as following: a high flying Wall Street Trader has been fired. He has enough money from his “golden handshake” and savings to keep on going as if nothing has happened. However, you notice that he has begun to sell off his sports cars and art collection.
He has also been borrowing money from banks but he is now fully mortgaged out so he has had to borrow from friends. That has also hit bottom so he has begun hitting non-bank financial companies and loan sharks for money. He has also been writing checks that he knows will bounce (think of the 19 announcements that the “euro crisis” has been solved).
If you are watching all this from the sidelines, you will know that it is not long before the Wall Street high flier will be moving out of his fancy digs.
The situation in the Western world is very much like what has been described above. For the past 30 years the United States and Europe (as a whole) have been running a trade deficit with the rest of the world.
The financial leaders in the West have been secretly financing this deficit by making promises they could not keep. That is why, for example, a $300,000 bond backed by a lifetime of labor is issued every time an American citizen is born. That is why the Chinese have been secretly issued liens on much of US real estate as well.
These maneuvers have bought time and created the appearance that all is well, especially in the US. However, just like Wall Street junkie above, you can deny reality for a certain time but it always catches up with you.
This is the case with the West.
What is now happening is that the creditor nations have stopped issuing new credit.
That is why there is now a 147 nation alliance, led by Brazil, Russia, India, China and Africa that is telling the Western nations they will not buy their bonds or other “financial products.”
The Western nations, however, have prevented the creditor nations of the world from investing their earnings in trade with the West in buying real things, like multi-national corporations, in the West.
The result has been what appears to be a Mexican stand-off, with two people pointing guns at each other while sitting across from each other on a table.
However, in this case, time is on the side of the 147 nation alliance. The big problem for the West is that the Western nations have “out-sourced” most of their industrial infrastructure. These nations made the arrogant assumption that the rest of the world would make real stuff while the Western world gave them orders through the banks and other financial institutions.
Now they find though, the money being earned at Chinese or ASEAN export factories is not being spent on Western IOUs. The Chinese have been taking their dollars and spending them all over the world on “real” things like real-estate, commodities and factories. Other countries have begun to do the same.
What this means is that both the EU as a whole and the United States are bankrupt but are refusing to admit it.
In the case of the EU, the member countries have been announcing they will print “Euros” in order to get themselves out of their crisis. The problem, of course, is that the European central bank does not have the legal right to print Euros any more Euros [...the legal right to print any more Euros].
There is a similar situation with the US.
Many readers, at this point, will object and say that both the US Federal Reserve Board and the European Central Bank have announced massive money printing schemes. The question is then, “where did all this money go?” The answer is that it was blocked every time.
Who is doing the blocking? The answer is the 147 nations that are tired of NATO mass murder and invasion. They can tell the Bank for International Settlements, the BIS, to block the money and they do.
In the case of the United States, a slightly different situation exists. The US is in deeper debt to the rest of the world than the European Union. So far, the Chinese have been keeping them going because a US trade deficit with China is in China’s long term geopolitical interested. The more US dollars they get that they can spend in Asia, Africa or South America (but not Europe and the US) the more friends and influence they get around the world.
The result already has been that Chinese are perceived by the rest of the world as arriving with bags of money and business plans while Western nations arrive with guns and plans for mayhem. Guess who is losing and who is making friends in these circumstances (hint: not the Westerners).

You understand fully now and are able to assist others with information regarding the realignment of the Atlas, enabling people to become the beings that they were designed to be. The Dark Cabal will put every obstacle in your way to prevent the awakening of mankind.
They never wanted this information to become public knowledge. It is important to wake up to the degree of control exercised over you. Your news is controlled worldwide. They are all singing from the same hymn sheet. Newspapers just alter the news slightly to pretend it is authentic. This is done to manipulate and control your minds so that you are at all times ready and willing to believe whatever they tell you and you are ready to obey their orders. You are told it is the “law” or a “statute” that you must obey. Just who decided this in the first place?

We have come a long way since I passed to Spirit in 2004. We in Spirit, see the full extent of the great awakening. It is indeed a joy to behold. Beloved Ones,
The Great Work continues. Each of you has been releasing the cycle patterns of pain and disempowerment from the very cells of your Being. We see that this process has not been an easy one for you and we ask you to remember that you are the Ones blazing a path for others to follow in the days ahead. All pioneers such as yourselves walk each step into the unknown and so there is pressure to be born as you go against the grain of established conditioning. We say to you that you do a greater task than you can conceive at this moment in time.
Know that you never walk this lonely path alone, for we are always with you. We, as your Family of Light, support you in the as yet unseen realms and in the days ahead, you will be more able to see past the density you have been traversing into the realms of Light and multi-dimensionality. As multi-dimensional Beings, you exist and work on many different levels and that is why we say that you are doing so much more than you are currently aware of. Each day, you are surpassing yourselves and former limitations are melting away as though they were just a dream.
It is important to firmly establish a mental intention at the start of each day to be in a state of joy and gratitude, for these will assist you to step into the new frequencies that are inundating the Planet from the Cosmos. This intention also assists in the breaking up of the densities of mass consciousness thinking that has been accepted as the normal way of thinking, doing and Being for Humanity. By choosing a different solution to the problems besetting your World, you are creating the changes necessary to align to the Divine Plan for yourselves and for the Earth and all Her inhabitants.
As always, we counsel that you be kind to yourselves and those around you. You are all learning how to use your energy and personal power in constructive, life enhancing ways and many times, this is a learning process for all. What you do and what you accomplish by overcoming former tendencies that were not for your highest good is that you establish a way for those around you to also become aware that there is a better way to fulfill their most dearest wishes and desires for a happier life. You are the pattern breakers and the pattern makers and this is a most important focus in these current times.
Keep on shining your incredible and beautifully luminescent Light as you go about your daily labors. This is all that is required of you, Beloved Ones, that your hearts glow with purity and kindness for all, that you let go of all ego justifications that have been keeping you from your rightful place as Divine Humans stepping into the new Golden Age, the new template for all upon the Earth.

The days pass by and the work of our allies is becoming more coordinated, and it is bearing results. The scale of activities is becoming bigger and soon there will be an overwhelming push forward that will be very noticeable. We are working now on many fronts and expect to see some rapid developments very shortly. Your role in what is happening is to hold your focus on what you perceive as the outcome, thus giving it more energy where it is needed. At the same time powerful streams of energy are reaching the Earth from many other sources and Galaxies. The interest and assistance being given to you is immense, and certain to help you achieve your goal which is Ascension. For our part we stop any attempt to prevent it, and use our technologies to ensure both you and Mother Earth reach your destination. It is necessary as the dark Ones will resort to any means, even if it threatens their own existence. Have no fear, we are in control and they are well aware that we stand in their way.
Those souls who are unaware of the end times, obviously put a different interpretation on events that are going on around them. It is understandable that they fear the outcome, but be assured that as our allies follow their course of action it will be evident that a force for good does exist. Like you we wish to see an ever growing purge of the criminals who are responsible for taking away your rights. Once it becomes public knowledge it will enforce the idea that you are not alone in your fight against evil. Indeed that has been the case for a very long time, and members of the Galactic Federation of Light can take credit for guiding your experiences in such a way that you have survived. There has additionally been careful planning over a long period of time to keep the balance of energies upon the Earth. That was partly achieved by arranging for highly enlightened souls to incarnate at appropriate times to lead you forward in the Light.
Understand that your experiences are the result of the Law of Attraction, that has allowed the souls of a lower vibration to join you. The vibrations of Earth in comparatively recent times have in fact dropped considerably, and as a freewill planet it has been left to find its own level. However, when the decision was made to increase the vibrations, we became more involved in your upliftment. Today you stand tall and realize that you have achieved a remarkable turnaround in a very short period, particularly during the last 40 years or so. There is no going back, as the Light is now well established upon Earth and still growing. It is increasing exponentially and will soon reach a point when Ascension can take place.
Man people look for some outlet for their abilities to contribute to the changes. You are known to us and at the right time you will find an opportunity to use them. In the present time, by merely being a point of Light and spreading your peace around you will help others. There will also be occasions when questions will be asked for which you can give answers, so do not hesitate to do so. Clearly some people are not ready to hear the truth, but there is no longer the time left to hide it away. There is ultimately only the One Truth and that will be made fully known in good time, as there are souls who are ready to receive it. Hitherto you have followed your inclinations and achieved your own understanding, but there has to come a time when the Truth is needed to bring you all together.
Your personal path to Ascension is the one that is important, so do not be unduly concerned as to how more general events work out. Certainly the changes we have promised you will come to pass, as the old structures must make way for those of the New Age. Your awareness has been opened to all of the new possibilities and they will come into your lives, but some are more long term and will follow on the after the initial changes have occurred. The Governmental changes are obviously vital to allow a more spiritual representation amongst those who will lead you. Instead of putting self first they will honor their oath to serve you, and will be chosen for that reason. Most governments throughout the world stopped serving the people a long time ago, and allowed themselves to become vassals of the powerful banking families. They also must be removed from power plus their largely ill gotten gains, and also their minions who are to be found all over the world. The extent of the Illuminati power will astonish you, and it reaches into the most high places including royalty and religion.
A vast empire such as the Illuminati's cannot be dismantled overnight, but now it has been severely weakened it will fall apart. Those at the top know their time is nearly up, and we still hope that they will surrender and cease their actions against you. Their plans cannot be viewed as less than horrific, and set out to severely reduce the population of Earth by whatever means they could use. Two World Wars and many others since the first one took place have caused the loss of millions of lives, and have been started deliberately to engulf the world in turmoil and disaster. A third World War was planned but we have stepped in and prevented steps to start it in the Middle East. Indeed, we have put a stop to the use of nuclear devices as weapons of war, as divinely decreed.
Peace will suddenly come upon you as there is a plan to enforce it by preventing the use of all weapons that will have become de-activated. There will no hiding place where they can avoid our detection, and underground bases will be destroyed so that they cannot be used again. Neither will there be any escape for the guilty who are known to us, and will be prevented from continuing their actions against you. One day they will fully understand the extent to which they have contributed to the Illuminati plan, and its total affect upon the population right down to how each individual has been affected. It will be a time to reflect upon their disobedience of the Laws of the Universe, and they will answer to God. As with any soul who has fallen so far as to have forgotten that their true selves are of Light, they will be given every chance to find their way back.

As the most definitive moment in human history approaches, many of you are experiencing tiredness, irritability, mood swings, health issues, relationship issues, etc., so be aware that everything you need to address before you awaken is being brought to your awareness, and it can be rather uncomfortable for you. Stick with them – the moods, the emotions, the anxieties – but do not engage. No reasoning: “Why this?” “What does it mean?” “What I said/did/thought was right/wrong.” Just observe . . . feel . . . allow . . . and release. No judgment, no blame, because it truly is all illusory and therefore there is no need to become unduly upset. Yes, it can be difficult for you, but remember you have boundless assistance from those in the spiritual realms who long to help you in any way that they can – just ask!
Forgiveness is the key. So often you blame yourselves for all manner of things, because your various cultures have taught you that you are not good enough, when mostly what you are blaming yourselves for are just moments in time when events have happened – “If I had or had not . . . such and such would/would not have happened.” Second guessing and blaming yourselves or others is a pointless and pain-inducing exercise that solves nothing and reverses nothing. After all, nothing really happened. It may seem very real, but part of the awakening process is to come to a fuller awareness of the illusoriness of the illusion.
As you release all this stuff that seems to be pouring into your emotional minds, you will find your stress levels reducing and moments of peace will ensue. You do need to spend time quietly, alone, processing all this stuff by just watching it pass. But there is absolutely no need to justify anything. It has all passed. It is over. By trying to use your reasoning powers to sort things of this nature into meaningful events and occurrences in your lives you are merely focusing on them, holding on to them, and continuing to anchor yourselves in the illusory dream of which they are inconsequential aspects.
As so many enlightened ones have told you time and time again, “You are all spiritual entities having a momentary experience as humans.” That is all it is, and it will pass, so do not distress yourselves by worrying about it or trying to change it – just change your attitude, your perception and enjoy the relief that brings you.
You are where you are for a purpose that you chose in order to learn lessons about Love and forgiveness, and to help others learn from your example. In Reality there is only Love, although it has many beautiful aspects and expressions, and forgiveness is just a lesson that needs to be learnt on the path to awakening. Forgiveness is the realization that no one has offended you, hurt you, betrayed you, or damaged you, and that is very difficult for most of you to understand, let alone accept. You all exist eternally in God’s divine embrace, and the illusory experience that you are presently undergoing is a choice you made individually and collectively when you seemingly separated yourselves from Him. But it remains purely illusory, however real it may seem to you.
The only way out is through the power of God’s Love for you, which is offered to you constantly. For eons you have been ignoring that offer and immersing yourselves in the distractions of the illusion, disagreeing and arguing with one another about who is right or wrong, and then going to war to prove how right you are and how wrong the others are. Now, of course, most of you on Earth have realized the futility of this inflexible and arrogant way of living. It is becoming ever more apparent to you that you are indeed one, that the actions of one affect all, as you look around with horror at the damage you have inflicted on the planet and each other.
That awareness is leading you to make great changes to the attitudes in which you believe, and through which you demonstrate those beliefs. No longer are you so determinedly attempting to impose your beliefs and values on others, or they on you. Doubtless, as you look at the areas of the world where fighting seems to have become endemic, you often find it hard to believe that change for the benefit of all is in progress worldwide.
But when you seek for evidence of these essential and wonderful changes in attitude that will bring you all to awakening, they are visible in many places and situations.
When you sit to relax or meditate, intend that the energies you are sharing meld and integrate with those from others with the same intent all over the world, and know that your will in this is totally in alignment with God’s. You are on your path to awakening, the end is in view, and nothing can prevent you from arriving.

As you walked your spiritual path from seeker to awakened One, you met many tests along the way. The fact that you are reading this message indicates that you have been successful in your persistent efforts to gain knowledge and clarity of the truths not commonly known to all. These truths are freely available to all in these most auspicious times, all that is required is a sincere desire to know your own truth and your own chosen path and all shall be given to you. Trust your own inner guidance and what your sacred heart within says to you. Follow your inner promptings, confirm that it is for your highest and greatest good and trust that all is well.
There are many now who are seeking answers to questions not known to them before. The path that you have walked, individually and collectively, is making this searching so much easier for them than it was when your feet stepped up the rung to the next level of your soul journey. By your persistence and resilience, you now stand as a role model, a template of the New Human, of the pilgrim, the pioneer of the new Golden Age on Earth. Because of your presence upon this Planet, many are blessed. It is time to look at your magnificent contribution to the healing of this Planet and give yourself a bow. You deserve it truly and wholeheartedly. We, from the inner realms of Light salute you, applaud you and celebrate you. We ask that you honor yourselves enough to celebrate with us.
The way before you lies as an open book, full of infinite possibilities and creations. Each morning, you open a new page in this book, this book of Life that is your very own, and start anew. Remember this as you come to the end of one phase and begin on another. The diversity of choices that comes before you now can be overwhelming and it is good to focus on small things and details in order to give yourselves the opportunity to come to clarity and balance. There is no right or wrong choices, there is only following the promptings of your Higher Self as your Higher Self steps up to the plate and you now become the highest manifestation of your deepest dreams and desires.
Keep your highest visions ever at the forefront of your daily living and be always true to yourselves. Another’s path is not your own and this must be honored in each of your companions along the road to freedom and liberation from the wheel of life and death. There is a crossing in the road now and each must choose the way that they will go. Trust that those whom you love and care about will choose what is the highest and best for their journey. This is a time of the uniting and reuniting of the Souls who have journeyed with you on this sacred and mysterious journey on this sacred Planet Earth. The way forward must be with Love for all, with honor and justice for all, with tolerance and patience at the forefront.
Make your first intention of each morning an alignment with your Higher Self and Great I AM Presence and ask that it be manifest in and through you for the highest outcome and the greatest good of all. By desiring this with dedication, it will become increasingly clear that the transformation you have been diligently working towards, is in fact, already so. All it requires is your attention and acknowledgment that indeed, you ARE One. If you are faced with two ways to respond to a situation, allow your Higher Self free rein and watch the miracles take place. All that was before was but a dream. NOT SO FAST: OBAMACARE "TAX" IS UN-APPORTIONED
Therefore, It's Constitutionally Prohibited
Editor's Note: Of all the mandates in the Constitution, there is only one that is repeated twice: direct taxes must be apportioned. Judge Roberts has admitted this. Writing for the majority in the Supreme Court's decision on Obamacare, Roberts confessed direct taxes "must be apportioned among the states." To avoid this constitutional restraint, Roberts falsely declared Obamacare's individual mandate is not a tax on the ownership of personal property and "is thus not a direct tax that must be apportioned among the several states." The decision is erroneous. Most troubling is the fact that both the majority and the dissent refused to deal honestly with the issue of direct taxes.
On June 28, 2012, five of the nine Justices of the Supreme Court upheld the most controversial provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare"): Section 5000A, popularly known as the "individual mandate." Right-click to download the decision.
Under 5000A, those who can afford to but do not purchase health insurance will be required to make an additional payment to IRS for each month they go without the insurance. The payment will be exacted from the worker's income and will be legally unavoidable. Justice Roberts wrote:
"Under the mandate, if an individual does not maintain health insurance, the only consequence is that he must make an additional payment to the IRS when he pays his taxes. See §5000A(b)."
The Obama administration argued in Court that what it called the "shared responsibility payment" was authorized under the Commerce Clause.
Judge Roberts ruled the Commerce Clause does NOT authorize this type of payment. However, Chief Justice Roberts then held Congress had the power under the "Tax Clause" to exact the payment.
We sharply disagree and here challenge the logic of the Court's decision that Congress has the power under the Tax Clause to require the People to buy a product or pay a tax to the Government for not purchasing the product, without apportioning the tax among the several states.
Congress's taxing power is specified in three sections of Article I:
Article I, Section 2, Clause 3:
"Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this Union .."
Article I, Section 8, Clause 1:
"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises. but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States."
Article I, Section 9, Clause 4:
"No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken."
Of all the mandates in the Constitution, there is only one that is repeated twice: direct taxes must be apportioned. It means exactly what it says.

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light by Greg Giles - July 22, 2012 ‘The Sea Wall Project’
There are mounting issues in your world that need to be resolved before your people may enter the higher realms of this universe through your ascension, which we see as transpiring smoothly and according to the universe’s pre-conceived schedule. We would like to begin with these many different projects with you in the very near days ahead, as we feel these issues are pressing and must be attended to soon. Some of these projects we have discussed with you, but never at great length, and today we would like to take a further look into just what we are talking about in regards to these undertakings.
We would like to work with you to resolve the issue of your shorelines in some areas that are faulty and do not offer adequate protection in the event that sea levels may rise even just a few inches, or in some cases, a few feet. This will not do, as the proper protection for communities and cities alike are seawalls that can withstand many feet of sea surge, as all planets experience their share of tremors and the shifting of tectonic plates from time to time. The events that we foresee in your very near future, just months away, are events that are not particularly above and beyond the norm of what many planets experience quite regularly. You have been quite fortunate in your recent history as you have not experienced a great seismic event by any means, as your tectonic plates have shifted, but have only shifted a few inches or a few feet in their most extreme movements.
What we foresee in the months ahead is comparatively much more severe shifting which will move your tectonic plates above each other much further than they have been moved in your recent history. We see them shifting 10, 15, or even 20 or more feet, which would cause tremors in the range of 8 to 10 on your Richter scale, all the way up to levels close to and beyond 15 or 16 on this scale. Do you realize how severe these earthquakes are compared to the earthquakes that you have become accustomed to, earthquakes that seldom exceed eight or nine on your Richter scale? We are talking massive shaking of your inner Earth, but we do not wish for you to be alarmed or to fly into panic mode, for this is one of the reasons we are here. We are here to assist you better transition through this.
Through the means of our experience, expertise, wisdom and our highly advanced technology, we can assist you to withstand the forces of these earth shakings and allow you to withstand even far greater measures of seismic activity. What we would like to do is first build a team of volunteers of your world who wish to assist us in this very important project, then we would like to further assess your shorelines, although this would be a summation of the work we have been doing without your assistance for quite some time. We would like to get a final appraisal of what it is we feel needs to be done. We would then like to begin building seawalls high and strong, deep and wide in certain areas around your world where we feel there will be sea surges due to these Earth tremors that we see as inevitable, although always keep in mind that timelines are very fluid and predictions and prophecies change quite often, even throughout the period of just one day.
We do not wish for you to let your guard down in any way and believe that by us sharing this information about timelines with you that you will get a ‘free pass’, as it were, and navigate your way through the timelines and around this possible problem for you which could be very serious in certain areas. We wish for you instead to tackle this problem head-on by not fearing it, by not running away from it, by not denying it, but by accepting it as a very real possibility and taking very real measures to circumvent this problem, to stop it head on by finding soluble and practical solutions.
So what are some of the solutions? We feel that it is best to proceed by removing, through temporary relocations, certain populations around your world who currently reside in areas that we feel are just a little too precarious when it comes to rising sea levels. Some of these areas have experienced damages due to rising sea levels on many occasions throughout your history, and it should come as no surprise to these residents that a few more inches or feet of rising water would present a challenge beyond their means to deal with it. One of these areas is the Lowlands of Northern Europe, which many of you who have studied geography in school understand was built on land that is actually under the current sea level of the surrounding waters. It would not take any rising sea levels to devastate these lands if it were not for a very elaborate dike system that has been built in this area. This dike system has been very successful in keeping the water out of this area and even pumping water out that was in this area making it suitable for habitation. The problem now is these dikes will not withstand rising sea levels that we foresee in this area, and we would like to relocate these populations on a temporary basis until we feel this seismic activity that you may expect subsides and passes.
We have taken note that this information that we are sharing with you is quite challenging for some. We see many denying this, we see many questioning our channel and questioning our motivations for sharing this information with you. This for a time puzzled us, as we feel we have built a certain level of trust with you and we do not feel that it should be so beyond the levels of your belief system to expect some rising sea levels due to seismic activity which many of you that read the newspaper or watch the news see has been building at a very perceivable rate for the last few years. One can research the levels of seismic activity in your world online in just a few minutes, and you will find that seismic activity has grown in scope, frequency and severity steadily and at a very perceptible rate over the last several years all across your planet.
Some of this seismic activity has already caused rising sea levels that have severely damaged the inland areas nearby the focal point of these tremors. One of these areas is located in Japan and the other in the area of South Asia, which is another area of concern for us and we feel should be a concern for you. This area in South Asia has already suffered great damage and loss of life in your recent history, and for you to feel that our messages about another incident that may occur is fear mongering or attempts to control you in any way and make you do something you do not wish to do through fear and intimidation we feel is beyond reason and is very illogical and as an aside, quite unfair, as we feel we have not earned this distinction of being untrustworthy. We respect and understand the views of each and every individual and each collective, and each decision that you make we shall honor. We only say to you at this time that our motivations are not to come here to fight you, we have come here to assist you, and when we say we feel our assistance would be very much needed shoring up your shorelines in certain areas of your world, we would expect you to at the very least honor our integrity and understand that we do have technologies that do allow us a peek, if you will, into future timelines and we have utilized this technology quite often in this one particular area, as well as many other areas concerning your planet.
In utilizing this technology, we have foreseen that there are many different scenarios of the days ahead for you, and just the same, many of these scenarios involve rising sea levels throughout certain parts of your world. We do see possible timelines for you where your people will come out unscathed, so to speak, through the days ahead, but these timelines are but a fraction of the timelines that see difficulties through these rising sea levels. Do you understand this? Do you understand the laws of chance and probability here, and why we say to you it is best that we begin work with you to repair, rebuild and even begin to build sturdy seawalls in certain areas around your planet? We do not feel that what we are discussing here is conspiracy theory or beyond the limits of your belief system, as this is one area that many of your world should at least be familiar with as there have been earthquakes and rising sea levels around your planet regularly throughout even your recent history, and the astute eye will notice that these seismic events are increasing at a steady pace as you near the finale of your experience through duality and the lower dimensions.
We hope we have made ourselves clear today, and we will be reviewing the comments underneath this message throughout your online communities to gauge your responses to our discussion once again about these possibilities of rising sea levels. Again, we honor and respect your views at all times, and please do not allow our feelings to persuade your feelings in any way. Please comment openly and comment honestly and let us know how you feel about our predictions that certain areas of your world may experience rising sea levels and about our offers to assist you build sound seawalls throughout certain sections of your planet. No, there have not been large-scale changes to your financial system as of yet that will at least affect the man and woman on the street. Much is still transpiring behind the scenes and moves are being made, but these moves are large and they are slow due to their enormous weight of the effects that they will have on your world. What we see for your people is an entirely new banking, financial and monetary system. We see a new system based on fairness, equality and true earnings for work related duties which include services offered to your communities through your working cooperation with us, the members of the Galactic Federation of Light. What we see is a world where funds that are readily available are transferred from their current states of holding back to the people of your world who are its rightful owners and have always been its rightful owners, as money is not created by Gods, or by rich men of affluence, or by governments, or by banking institutions. Money is created by you, the people of your world who have broken your backs working so hard building roads and schools and dams and office buildings and factories and warehouses and your industrial infrastructure of your entire planet. Money is not created in a laboratory and its science is not difficult to understand once the proper and truthful information is shared with the people, and we intend to do just that.
We wish at this time to explain to you how money is created. Money is created when a being chooses to lift even one finger and create something that is to be shared with another being. That is all it takes to create some kind of finance, some kind of collateral, some kind of financial backing, some kind of currency. That's it, that's all it takes and money is created. The actual printing of the form of currency a world will use is a different matter, as whether a society uses bills, or coins, or cards, or another form of currency, it does not affect the methods of how the money is created in the first place, and the money that is created in the first place is created by you, the people, and your willingness to give effort in the creation of something that can be shared with another individual, thus creating an economic flow of wealth, that is all.
In your world since the beginning of what you now understand as your recorded history, there have been pilferers, thieves, siphoners, bloodsuckers of your funds. They have waited in hiding behind the scenes, and they have amassed enormous amounts of your hard-earned money for themselves without lifting one finger to create something that is meant to be shared with another. This is not how an economy effectively operates, this is how an economy effectively crashes and burns, as sooner or later this siphoning, this pilfering, this purging of funds will catch up to its society, put a stranglehold on it and kill it. That is what is happening today in your world, as your eyes must see that your banking and financial institutions are crashing all around you, taking with them human wreckage in the form of individuals, entire countries and even continents as well.
This is a crash that will not be preempted, for this is a crash that must happen to allow your new financial system to take root in the fertile soils of the disintegrating system of old. We are here to assist you in many areas and your financial system is one of the most important systems that we are here to assist you with. We will not stand by and watch your societies crumble because of the irresponsible actions of a few individuals at the tops of these deep wells of pyramidal structure. We have methods that we have utilized in many worlds to stave off financial ruin and destitution and all of the problems that naturally will follow and follow quickly when one financial system fails and a new one is born in its place. We will assist you create a system based on abundance, on equality, on fairness, on safety and security for you and your families and each and every being that calls your planet home.
How this new system will be instituted in the early stages is through a system of barter and exchange that will continue, but continue using a different currency than the currencies that are currently being used throughout your nations. Your new currency will be a currency free from the clutches of these dark and greedy ones, as they have not been given the permission, the opportunity or the luxury of printing these new bills. These new bills have been printed by those of the light, as you say, those of honesty, of integrity, those men and women of your human race that care about others, that are willing to share the wealth with others and who do not have a plan to siphon any part of this wealth from their brothers and sisters.
This we promise to you; we, the Galactic Federation of Light, will oversee your new financial system and we will make sure it runs and is operated smoothly and efficiently, fairly and honestly, quickly and completely, and we will make sure your new system remains a system of fairness, equality and abundance, or we will step in and shut down whoever or whatever it is that is in any way negatively affecting the system or siphoning any amount of funds unfairly or unjustly from this, your new system. This we promise to you, our brothers and sisters.
You can expect your new financial system to take root in the months ahead. We understand that we talk very much about the months ahead and many of you want changes and you want them today, but we tell you that nothing can get underway until the men and women of your criminal cabal have been rounded up, for they are one of the obstacles that are preventing all these changes and your new systems to begin. We see these members of your cabal are being rounded up and we see they are being removed from your society and they are being expunged from your systems of wealth, finance and banking, and this is a beautiful sight to behold. We say to you that when sufficient numbers of these individuals are safely removed from your society we will, with the assistance of our Earth allies who have worked so hard on your new system, begin its birth into your world like a newborn child that you all must learn to nurture, to raise and to grow as if this child is your very own, for this newborn is your very own and it is the responsibility of each and every one of you to act as its mother, to act as its father, to be its surrogate, for indeed, each of you are.
We will, in the days ahead, speak more about your new system, but for now just know that there is a new system waiting for the playing field to be cleared, and it is a system that will bring all joy, all prosperity, all financial independence, for your new system is something that none of you have ever experienced throughout any of your physical incarnations. Your new system is a blessing, it is a privilege, it is a right, it is a wonderful opportunity for each and every one of you to be able to do whatever it is you wish for a living as long as it in some way makes another happy, makes another joyful, warms another, cools another, feeds another, makes another smile or assists another on their journey in any way, shape or form. This is your new system, and we feel so many of you will be so very excited and enjoyed when it is brought out of the maternity ward for you to see for the first time with your proud eyes, for each and every one of you are a parent of your new system, for it was your hopes, your dreams and your hard work that has co-created your new child.

Greetings from the Federation:
While you may not believe so, there is much that is going on in your world toward the results that the divine plan has been anticipating for a long time. We are here to see you through these times of doubt and help you in your mission. We understand the hardship that your memory loss of who you are and where you came from have brought upon you. We care and we are here. While you may not understand all the actions and non-actions that have been played out on the world stage, we say to you that all is proceeding according to the plan that was put in place long ago and you are all on course.
Reports will shortly come into your media of a large shift in energy patterns on your world that have been measured and observed by your scientists. These shifts are part of the ever widening expansion of the energy lifting your world out of its entanglement. Pay particular attention to the degree to which these shifts have been noticed and you will understand the massive effects this energy is having on your world today.
As we have always told you, the changes you see in your world do not come as a Hollywood movie, but as a gradual set of circumstances that culminate in the desired change the plan seeks to accomplish. You expected to see massive changes in the structures of your governments, banking and business communities, but this upset would have been far too much for your people to handle. These changes, like all necessary changes, are gradual in nature and sometimes imperceptible at first. Yet, they are here and underway. Have you not perceived the subtle but very powerful shift in the perception of your people towards the banking cartels? Have you not witnessed the slowing down of Gaia's natural disasters? Have you not felt the shift in thinking of world leaders towards those issues and events which are people oriented and not solely beneficial to corporate interests? These subtle changes are what the behind-the-scenes moves, deals, and actions have been about.
Recently, we have met again on a galactic scale to assess where we have come in the process and what must been done further to progress towards the inevitable goals desired by the plan. That meeting, again taking place on one of our great spacers, has led to some interesting consensus about our mutual situation. This meeting included those delegates from your world as well as representative of the Federation. Your people were heard and your feelings considered foremost in the consensus. We have begun in earnest now to undertake the first in the steps of this consensus. You will see that first step in the form of our overwhelming presence in your skies in the coming days. The first advance of the major agenda is underway.
Your people have begun the shift toward understanding the Illuminati's grip on the world. Those still in power with the ability to put an end to this have realized that the way is clear for them to proceed and that the resistance from the secret ones has lessened to a degree warranting action at this time. With these bold moves by your own heroes, and the first taken by us in a series of steps in this next phase of the plan, we hope to raise the energy in your world sufficient to achieve the next level and implement the next phase necessary to the goal.
You are extraordinary human beings. You have studied hard and long on this, the greatest of the galactic spiritual schools, and are about to graduate from the Harvard of learning institutions. Your services are sorely needed throughout the universe and you will be met with open arms and great reverence for who you are and what you have accomplished. Do your best to navigate over small bumps in the road that may appear and you will always emerge stronger and wiser for the experience. What has transpired over the last few days with our communication with our channel is nothing but a small and temporary obstacle that we have successfully cleared from our path, and it is nothing to be alarmed about or to carry long-lasting concern for. These minor distractions may appear from time to time as our mission is a greatly vast endeavor and there are many players and participants, allies and foes and those neutral parties as well, and we will persevere to rise to any challenge that presents itself and we will succeed in our mission together with you, as nothing can stop us now.
We would like to discuss with you ways to better communicate with us, the members of the Galactic Federation of Light. We do see that there are those of you who wish to begin or to improve your communications with us, and we say to you there are methods that you can use to better open up the lines of communication. We would recommend to you to choose a particular time of day or night when you wish to communicate with those assigned to your team or even your guides who may be members of our organization. To do this, simply begin your meditations, or however it is you wish to begin communicating with us, at the same time of day or night so those on the other end of the line with you will know when to ‘pick up the phone’, as it were, and listen for you as you listen for them. This is how it better works for both of us.
We suggest to you to begin your communications with us by sitting in a semi-darkened or completely darkened room, quieted from all external noise from outside and inside as well, such as air conditioners, fans, or of course, television sets. If you have a question to ask of us please ask, keeping it as short as possible and making your point as clear as possible. Then we would like you to sit in quiet, focusing as best as you can on absolutely nothing, as a blank slate is easiest for us to write upon. Our messages to you will be as short as possible in the beginning, as this will be easier for you to receive. We will do our best to answer your question, but the most important goal for now is simply to work on strengthening our line of communications and not particularly on answering your questions specifically.
We do understand that many of you have many questions about who it is you are, where it is you come from, if you are members of the Galactic Federation of Light and so forth, but for many of you, simply learning the basics of telepathic communication is what we'd like to focus on in the early stages and we hope you understand that we may not be able to answer all your questions immediately, as we simply wish to break in these communication lines with you. Remember, each of you has at least one guide and many of you have more than one guide, and these guides have always been with you throughout your many incarnations and your current incarnation is certainly no different. Your guides may or may not be members of our organization, but this does not mean you cannot attempt to communicate with them and it does not mean you cannot attempt to communicate with us.
We all play for the same team. There is no us and there is no them here in the higher realms. There are no spiritual groups or other commands that we, the Galactic Federation of Light, are not allied with, partnered with, teammates with, family with. We wish to make this clear, as we do see from time to time those of your world attempting to create some sort of animosity between groups or different organizations or individuals within the higher realms and this simply will not work, as there are no different teams, different sides here. We are all one on this side of the veil. Separation is merely an illusion of your lower third dimensional state that you have chosen to experience at this, what you know as time. The illusion of separation does not penetrate through the veil and does not exist on this side within the higher realms. We hope we have made ourselves clear on this, and we feel many of you will immediately understand this and resonate with this truth, as it is truth.
Moving on to adventures in your world that you are experiencing through your choice to learn through your education here, we see the men and women on your front lines continuing the process of apprehending and incarcerating the members and associates of your criminal cabal. These arrests are ongoing, and we see them as perpetually moving forward as each hour of each day passes by, and we say to you we hope this knowing helps sweep you through the hours and days and brings forth to you all that you want and all that you have dreamed of as soon as is possible for you. We see these arrests as the pivotal point of your 3rd dimensional experience. There has never been a war, a President elected, a country founded or a technology invented that has shifted your focus and your frequency as great as this truly Earth changing event. This event is one for the ages. It will be memorialized in all your future history books, in song, in museums, in film, in literature, and in stories that a grandfather or grandmother will share with their grandchildren while sitting around a campfire or warm fireplace, for this event will fuel enthralling discussion for ages to come, and deservedly so.
This event, although still transpiring mostly beyond the eyes and ears of your people, will break through the media blockade in the days to come, you can be assured of this, for a secret this great can never be kept buried forever. We will do what it is we can to allow your media outlets to see that the time has come when they break free from the constraints of the criminal cabal. The cabal today focuses less on their scheming to control the rest of the population of Earth and your planet as well, and spends more time worrying about their future, just as they have caused so much of humanity to live in a constant state of worry for their future and the future of their family and friends. This is what is going on in the minds of those of the criminal cabal and those that have accepted payment to participate in crimes against you. They are not a force to be concerned about any longer.
The only concern you should have today is on yourselves, for there is so much now becoming available for you and your lives are already beginning to change. There are great rewards for your combined efforts to change your world and the starting gun for these gifts and advancements is the arrests of these criminals of your cabal. You are already ‘off to the races’, as it were, as the starting gun has been fired, we wish to shout this loud and clear to you as there is no other truth here, there is no other version of this story, there is no counter perspective. These arrests have begun, they have begun in earnest, they continue through each day and each night and we see them as never slowing or stopping. We believe we have made ourselves clear on this.
We do see other alternative explanations and theories as to what is transpiring and what will transpire in regards to the members of your criminal cabal and we say to you that you may disregard these alternative theories and explanations as they hold no water at all. These arrests are happening, and it would be very hard to convince the men and women on the front lines who may even be reading these words that these arrests are not taking place, as it is they themselves who are ‘slapping the cuffs’, as you say, on these criminals.
We feel we have made ourselves clear once again on this point, and we would like to move on to discuss just what it is that will begin here in your world once sufficient numbers of the criminal cabal are taken into custody and cleared from the playing field of your planet. We would like to begin meeting with individuals who we have selected and are continuing to select as representatives of your people to meet us and engage with us in a ceremony which will introduce our organization and our people to your people, a ceremony and a celebration that will be televised worldwide through your media channels. What we would like to do is meet you face-to-face, dressed in ceremonial attire, and present to you offerings of our friendship for your whole world to see. We feel this would be the most appropriate way to meet you, and we have many times in the past been welcomed to worlds through ceremonies such as this. We will be in touch with those individuals who we wish to take part in this ceremony, and we have already been making plans for this occasion, this is how close we are to reuniting with you, our brothers and sisters.

You are rapidly approaching the time known as The Lion’s Gate. Once again the energy flowing to and through you is about to be raised to another level. By now, those who follow these messages know that we will advise you to open yourselves fully to whatever this brings to each of you.
Because you are becoming accustomed to these stair step-like increases, you are assimilating them with more ease. This will be a large change, but it should not cause you undue discomfort. The increases are necessary in order to prepare you for what lies ahead. We can say, however, that you who have chosen to make this journey awake and aware are handling it very well indeed. Were we to advise anything further at this time, it would be for you to focus more on your own transformation of self and less on the mayhem surrounding you.
You know that all must change. You know that there will be many efforts made to distract you. Give no attention to these beyond sending love and healing to those adversely affected. They are fallen comrades in the fray. They shall be honored for all they have chosen to experience. Surround them in light and carry on, that their loss shall not have been in vain.
Those who are striking out blindly now in their attempts to avert the inevitable victory of the Divine Will are discovering that fewer and fewer of you are being fooled by their repeated patterns of conscienceless carnage. Their past criminal behavior is being exposed for what it is. They are finding it impossible to hide. Those behind whom they have always been able to remain hidden are turning against them. When you have lived forever solely in self-interest, you will now find that you have no allies that you can trust.
Those who have always seemed, at least to themselves, to have no power at all are beginning to sense the immense power that they truly possess. Now you will begin to see the new world of humanity begin to rise from the old. Very little more exposure of the corrupt will be necessary to tip the balance. Denial will no longer be possible.
Meanwhile, as those who are able to best carry these things out continue to press on, it is important for you to maintain your single-minded determination to clear all the negativity from your lives. Whatever arises for you to deal with at this time is merely one last chance for you to prove to yourselves that you have indeed learned what you have come to learn. Thank it for the lessons and allow it to move on. You will soon find yourselves beyond the reach of these things. In fact you may marvel that they could have affected you at all.
Your new world approaches now. Where there were lies and subterfuge, there will be openness and truth. Where there was lack, plenty. Where there was sorrow, joy. Where there was hate, love. And you shall know, my dearest brothers and sisters, that all of this shall have been done by you. When that has become the obvious truth, there shall be much, much help and healing made available to you. Your beautiful world, which takes your breath away even now, will bloom as it has not for many thousands of years.

Exclusive: Prosecutors, regulators close to making Libor arrests
(Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors and European regulators are close to arresting individual traders and charging them with colluding to manipulate global benchmark interest rates, according to people familiar with a sweeping investigation into the rate-rigging scandal.
Federal prosecutors in Washington, D.C., have recently contacted lawyers representing some of the individuals under suspicion to notify them that criminal charges and arrests could be imminent, said two of those sources who asked not to be identified because the investigation is ongoing.
Defense lawyers, some of whom represent individuals under suspicion, said prosecutors have indicated they plan to begin making arrests and filing criminal charges in the next few weeks. In long-running financial investigations it is not uncommon for prosecutors to contact defense lawyers for individuals before filing charges to offer them a chance to cooperate or take a plea, these lawyer said.
The prospect of charges and arrests of individuals means that prosecutors are getting a fuller picture of how traders at major banks allegedly sought to influence the London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, and other global rates that underpin hundreds of trillions of dollars in assets. The criminal charges would come alongside efforts by regulators to punish major banks with fines, and could show that the alleged activity was not rampant in the banks.
"The individual criminal charges have no impact on the regulatory moves against the banks," said a European source familiar with the matter. "But banks are hoping that at least regulators will see that the scandal was mainly due to individual misbehavior of a gang of traders."
In Europe, financial regulators are focusing on a ring of traders from several European banks who allegedly sought to rig benchmark interest rates such as Libor, said the European source familiar with the investigation in Europe.
The source, who did not want to be identified because the investigation is ongoing, said regulators are checking through emails among a group of traders and believe they are now close to piecing together a picture of how they allegedly conspired to make money by manipulating the rates. The rates are set daily based on an average of estimates supplied by a panel of banks.
"More than a handful of traders at different banks are involved," said the source familiar with the investigation by European regulators.
There are also probes in Europe concerning Euribor, the Euro Interbank Offered Rate.
It is not clear what individuals and banks federal prosecutors are most focused on. A top U.S. Department of Justice lawyer overseeing the investigation did not respond to a request for a comment.

I wouldn't have wanted to try that in HK, but the us participants didn't fare any better. One minute they are doing high fives with each other, next thing you know, they are riding in the back of a paddy wagon. No high fiving then, when your handcuffed behind the back. I can say this without batting an eyelash about it, there is order and efficiency working behind the curtain. I would also say, staging is going on right now, things that couldn't be done in anticipation of the event.
Even the military is divided like the country, some not understanding the military industrial complex is broke and foreclosed upon. The new paradigm they all have to get used to is a paradigm of peace. Hard to imagine by folks with throw back mentalities. The 'just gotta blow stuff up folks'. The world is turning it's back on them. A child is not born with prejudice or craving war on their minds, it's taught by ignorant parents and anybody else who teaches that child. When everybody has what they need, the survivor issues will dissipate...'cause there's plenty for every one on the planet.

An astounding report prepared by the Ministry of Finance for President Putin today estimates that up to $35 Trillion in assets owned by what are estimated to be the 10 million individuals classified as “global elites” has been lost to global tax havens over fears that President Barack Obama is about to “shatter” the United States “permanent war economy” that has been in place since 1944.
The amount of this staggering elite money hoard, which dwarfs the entire United States economy (the world’s largest) was confirmed by the Tax Justice Network (TJN) whose spokesman, John Christensen, told London’s Guardian News Service yesterday:
“In total, 10 million individuals around the world hold assets offshore; but almost half of the minimum estimate of $21tn – $9.8tn – is owned by just 92,000 people. And that does not include the non-financial assets – art, yachts, mansions in Kensington – that many of the world’s movers and shakers like to use as homes for their immense riches.”
The CEO of General Electric and vice-chairman of the War Production Board, Charles Edward Wilson (1886-1972) warned at the close of World War II that the US must not return to a civilian economy, but must keep to a “permanent war economy” thus creating the Military-Industrial Complex (MIC) (aka. “The Iron Triangle”) whereby the collusion between militarism and war profiteering became manifest as a permanently subsidized industry.
Between the years of 1944-1961 the power of this Military-Industrial Complex had became so great that President Dwight D. Eisenhower (1890-1961) in his last address to the American people on 17 January 1961 warned:
“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.
We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.”
Upon taking over the leadership of the United States from Eisenhower in 1961, President John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) waged a relentless battle against the Military-Industrial Complex refusing to invade Cuba during the Bay of Pigs debacle, refusing to start nuclear war during the Cuban Missile Crisis (even though his military advisors were demanding it), stopped atmospheric nuclear testing and had began the process to withdraw troops from Vietnam.
Upon Kennedy’s assassination in 1963 his successor President Lyndon B. Johnson (1908-1973) fully embraced the Military-Industrial Complex guaranteeing the survival of the “permanent war economy”.
Even worse, under Johnson’s Defense Secretary, Robert Strange McNamara (1916-2009) the way the Military-Industrial Complex operated in the “permanent war economy” was changed.
Within the Pentagon that McNamara ruled when Johnson assumed the Presidency, civilian and uniformed officials were in conflict about the procedures for how to determine the costs of weapons to be contracted for manufacturing. On the one side, led by an industrial engineer, the idea was to base costs on the formulation of alternative designs and production methods—a competitive approach that promoted economic growth.
The other side proposed generating costs based on what was previously spent. For the Pentagon, this meant following the “cost-plus” system used during World War II, also known as cost maximizing. In other words, “contractors could take the previous cost of making a product for the Pentagon and simply add on an agreed-upon profit margin.”
McNamara opted for the second option. The result was that by 1980, the cost of producing major weapons systems had grown at an annual rate of 20 percent, meaning, that by 1996, the cost of the B-2 bomber exceeded the value of its weight in gold.
So damaging to the US has their “permanent war economy” become that in March of 2003, New York City put out a request for a proposal to spend between $3 and $4 billion to replace subway cars. Not a single US company bid on the proposal – in part because the nation no longer had the tools it needed to build its own subway trains. It was calculated that if this manufacturing work were done in the United States, it would have generated, directly and indirectly, about 32,000 jobs.
Not being understood by the American people is that the operation of a “permanent war economy” makes President Obama the Chief Executive Officer of the United States Military-Industrial Complex controlling the largest single block of capital resources the world has ever known and that has spent this year alone nearly $1.5 Trillion.
To be noted is that this combination of [economic, political, and military] powers in the same hands has been a feature of statist societies—communist, fascist, and others—where individual rights cannot constrain central rule.
Unlike any US President since Kennedy, however, Obama has been the first American leader since 1963 to take “tentative” steps against the Military-Industrial Complex with this report further stating that upon his reelection he will begin an “all-out assault” to reclaim his economy for civilian use instead of war.
In our previous report, “US Military Reveals Coup Plan To Topple Obama”, we noted how Obama was building up his countries internal police forces to include the militarization of nearly every local police force in the United States, a move, this report suggests, he has undertaken so he, unlike Kennedy, will be prepared when his own military forces turn against him.
To which side the American people will back as this titanic internal struggle intensifies this report doesn’t say. But, and critical to note, as the wealthiest US investors were warned on 9 July to prepare for a “fundamental geopolitical shift”, it would only seem prudent that the masses of other Americans follow their lead.

Having become their I AM Presence-in-Action upon the Earth, they were able, as did Jesus, to ascend into the fullness of their Presence at the conclusion of their final incarnation.
Now, as Masters of Life, they have vowed to assist our struggling humanity to fulfill its Divine Destiny through imparting their Love, their Light, their Wisdom, their very Life — and are urging us to boldly follow in their footsteps. As Jesus instructed, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all else will be given unto thee." To be wrapped in the Radiance of an Ascended Master is to touch the coattails of Heaven. This is but one of the many Blessings awaiting those determined to pursue their Divine Destiny.
Ascended Masters - Who Are They?
The Ascended Masters who guide and help with the expansion of Light on this planet are God-Free Beings, not bound by time and space. Having come into embodiment, as you and I through the portals of birth, They walked the earth fulfilling the inner calling of Their God Presence day by day, lifetime after lifetime. They mastered all the lesser things of this world, learning the lessons of Life, balancing karma, fulfilling Their earthly mission and manifesting and becoming God in action. At the completion of Their mission They achieved the ultimate Victory through the Ascension, the permanent integration with the Light of Their own true reality, Their Mighty I AM Presence. They continue to stand ready to assist the mankind of earth to accomplishing this same Goal and will continue to extend the Fires of Their Hearts till all are received into the Brotherhood of Light.
Jesus Set The Example
Jesus came forth to reveal the Conscious Dominion and Mastery that is possible for every human being to attain and express, while still here on earth. He showed the Dominion of the Ascended Masters, and proved to mankind that it is possible for each person to so call forth his God Self that each one can consciously control all things human.
The Ascended Masters Are Real Beings
The Host of Ascended Masters are tangible Beings of Great Light! They are real, visible, glorious, living and caring friends of old who have such Love, Wisdom and Power that the human mind gasps at its immensity. They work everywhere in the universe with complete Freedom and limitless Power, to do naturally all that the average individual would consider supernatural.
They Have Transcended All Human Limitation
An Ascended Master is an individual who by Self Conscious effort has generated enough Love and Power within himself to snap the chains of all human limitation, and so stands free and worthy to be entrusted with the use of forces beyond those of human experience. He realizes himself to be the Oneness of Omnipresent God - “Life.” Hence, all forces and things obey His command because He is a Self-Conscious Being of free will, controlling all by the manipulation of the Light within Himself.
"Mastery" and "Ascension"
These Glorious Beings, who guard and help the evolving human race, are called the Ascended Masters of Love, Light, and Perfection. They are all the word Master implies because by bringing forth the Love, Wisdom and Power of the God Self within, They manifest Their Mastery over all that is human. Hence, They have "Ascended" into the next expression above the human - which is Superhuman Divinity, Pure, Eternal, All-Powerful Perfection.
Each Ascended Being Is The Complete Embodiment of Love
It is through the radiation or outpouring of his own Pure and Luminous Essence of Divine Love that an Ascended Master is able to help those who come under his care and direction. This Luminous Essence has within It the Highest Force in the Universe, for it dissolves all discord and establishes Perfect Balance in all manifestations. The Ascended Master's Body is constantly pouring out Rays of His Light Essence upon the discords of earth, dissolving them like the rays of force which we call light and heat from our Physical sun dissolves a fog. The Radiation which They pour out to humanity on earth is consciously drawn energy to which They give quality, and again send it out to accomplish a definite result. In this way, They give protection thousands and thousands of times to persons, places, conditions, and things of which mankind are totally oblivious.
Each Master Is One With The Mind of God
The Ascended Master has the All-Knowing Mind and the All-Seeing Eye of God. From Him nothing can be hidden. Each Master knows and sees all concerning the student, for He reads clearly the record which the student has made. This reveals the state of the disciple's development - his strengths as well as his weaknesses.
Each Master Is An Individual Focus of the Forces of Nature
They are the wielders of such Power and manipulators of such concentrated force as to stagger the imagination of the person in the outer world. The Ascended Masters are really Great Batteries of tremendous Power and Energy, and whatever touches Their Radiance becomes highly charged with Their Light Essence through the same activity that makes a needle kept in contact with a magnet take on its qualities, and become a magnet also. All Their help and Radiation is forever a free Gift of Love. For this reason They never use any of Their force to compel.
They Are The Guardians of Humanity
The Ascended Masters are the Guardians of the race of men, and as in the world of physical education, various grades of teachers are provided to guide the development of the individual's growth from childhood to maturity, so do the Ascended Masters of Perfection exist to educate and help the individual that he too may expand his consciousness beyond ordinary, human expression. Thus, he develops his superhuman attributes, until like the student graduating from college, the one under the care and instruction of an Ascended Master graduates out of his humanity into the full, continuous expression of his Divinity.
Communion With The Ascended Masters Brings Bliss
Personal association with one or more Ascended Masters produces an intense feeling of Love and Gratitude that can never be put into words. Following such contact with Their Living Presence, there can be but one overwhelming desire displacing all other desires and that is to BE ALL THAT THEY ARE! Once a student has truly, even for a fraction of a second, experienced the Ecstatic Bliss radiating from an Ascended Being, there is nothing in human experience that one would not endure or sacrifice in order to reach Their Height of Attainment and express the selfsame Dominion and Love.
Since 1880 the Ascended Masters have carefully released to the mankind of earth the understanding of how each individual might cooperate in winning Their final Freedom and attaining the original purposes of incarnation. Precept upon precept, They have built a magnificent, cohesive understanding of True Identity. Further, They have clearly outlined The Path, which has been delineated, but which has yet to be put to the test by men and women who have scarcely ventured into the mildest forms of the Teaching.

The longer we are held back the more you are becoming involved in the activities
that are intended to release you from the hold of the dark cabal. That is in fact to be
desired as we have always encouraged you to get involved. You have to see out the
experiences you need as a Human Race, and it would not do for us to intervene while
you are still able to go forward. However, we have our own agenda and there is shortly
coming a point where our actions must come together. So we do our best to assist you
whilst you still have the impetus to continue and are achieving results. Progress appears
slow but in reality you are making very good gains, and people are getting mobilized in
case they are needed.
Be on your guard in these closing times, as the dark Ones although severely weakened
are planning a last gasp attack on you. We can help you repel them and lessen any
outcome of their activities, and you can lead the way. The most positive assistance
you can give is by keeping your focus on the Light and when many of you do it, it is
a powerful force that minimizes the affect of the lower energies. Whatever rumors you
hear, do not allow them to make you fearful as disinformation is intended to create
conditions that favor the dark Ones. Obviously some will be based on truth but even
so you can take note, and trust that the higher powers that includes us who are
working hard to avoid any major incident.
At present you have a number of brave souls who have stuck their neck out at
risk to themselves and they are leading the way, and we are behind them. So
please identify with them and where you can assist be of help, and if nothing else
spread the word so that others can draw some confidence from what is happening.
The Galactic Federation of Light is now generally known throughout the West, but
not necessarily understood as far as the role it is to play in the end times. It would
be advantageous to us if you could help people understand that we are all One,
and that we are not aliens in the true meaning of that word. We are you, but from
your future and have our origin as you in the One God of this Universe.
We pose absolutely no threat to you, and have reached a high level of spiritual
understanding that knows only love for our brothers and sisters on other worlds.
When you have the opportunity to write your history up as it was and without
inaccuracies or intentional distortions, you will find that we have often helped
you when you have been in dire trouble. You will however find that past
civilizations have been attacked by Space Entities or even been taken over,
but these are not in any way connected to our Federation.
We have taken an oath to God that we will uphold all souls rights to experience
as they choose, providing it does not impeach upon another's freedom. We also
acknowledge that each of you has been given freewill to create your own path,
to gain the experience needed to further your evolution. That Dear Ones is why
we cannot just jump in and take control of your affairs, as that would take away
your opportunity to evolve as you have chosen. We do however answer to the
higher Beings who oversee your civilization, and have their own responsibility
to God to make sure God's Plan works out. That of course is your destiny to
complete this cycle of duality with the opportunity to ascend. We are here to
ensure you are not denied it by any outside interference or through the activities
of the Illuminati.
Remember that many matters that are thrust under your noses and intended to
place you under more control, will not in fact be of any consequence. So please
do not waste your energy on such threats to your liberty. The dark Ones also know
the truth but push on with their plan, hoping to create such fear as to delay your
progress. Your path leads you away from such possibilities and the more you
strengthen the Light upon Earth, the more you are protected. The dark Ones have
a myopic view of life and cannot see. beyond their insane objectives. Let them
continue to dig their own hole because they will fall into it, and their return to the
Light will take them quite a long time. We do not judge them as it is their chosen
experience but it does not excuse their criminal acts against others.
Life and the Laws that cover it are written by God, and no one can act against them
without creating karma for themselves. Acts against others are nevertheless to be
expected due to the low vibrational level of your dimension, and it happens because
of the lack of Light in some souls that have fallen so low. That is the challenge of
duality and you took it on quite willingly, knowing that you would be helped to rise
up out of it. Now the end is in sight, and soon it will be a time of celebration as your
long wait will be over. You will not have any regrets, indeed you will be pleased that
you had the opportunity to experience the consequences of having freewill. Your
reward is a great leap forward on the way back to the higher dimensions. So please
put matters into perspective when you face dark Ones, as they cannot stop your
progress to the completion of your journey.
Support the people who have been brave enough to put themselves in the spotlight
to bring you the truth. They do so at some risk to their lives, although we are allowed
to protect them if their life plan still has time to go. However, there are occasions when
a great soul will make the ultimate sacrifice to help Humanity evolve. Few of you have
that in their plan and you have only to look at the impact it makes, as for example
John F. Kennedy. They do it because they are wonderful Beings of Light, and know
that life is infinite and that death is not the end. They create a great outpouring of love
that raises the vibrations upon Earth. You in your own way can do something like it,
and many have incarnated to contribute to the overall plan for everyone's upliftment.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and await our call to push forward with a plan that has to
be frequently updated, in accordance with the happenings upon Earth. It needs
constant review as the whole scenario can change so quickly. At present we
are satisfied that you are carrying the battle to the dark Ones and winning.

We have been with you for a long, long time and like you are looking forward to the end of duality. You have faced tremendous challenges but responded to the Light and Love that has been directed towards you from many different sources. The higher powers behind the Plan for your enlightenment have been proved to have made the right decisions, as you now stand on the threshold of Ascension. No two of you have had identical experiences, yet so many of you are now ready to take those final steps of upliftment and ascend. As your race slipped down into the Dark Ages what little Light that existed was suppressed, and individuals were kept quiet with the threat of death for speaking out.
Today you have much more freedom of speech, yet those who tell too much of the truth are still in fear of their lives. Naturally we will support and protect such Beings, as long as it does not interfere with their life plan. We and also the Angelic Kingdom can give complete protection if necessary, and some extremely important souls have had to be saved more times than you would possibly expect. Of course in your own way, you are all important and each one of you does have Angels that keep with you throughout your life. There are no coincidences where happenings are of major importance to you, yet you may not even be aware of what has taken place.
When you are calm and in a peaceful state your Higher Self can be contacted, but the problem is that very often people do not heed the advice they get. So if you stray from your life plan, it will not be for the lack of help from your Guides. Ultimately it is you who decides what you do, but with your decisions comes responsibility for the outcome. Generally speaking it is your ego which you have programmed to act in your interests, that has control over your actions. When you are in the course of change and particularly when uplifting your vibrations, it can try to persuade you to continue in your old ways.
Is it not incredible that you are now so close to Ascension, and yet outwardly not a lot seems to have changed. However, nothing is achieved without a lot of planning, and even so as events unfold we are forever making adjustments as the timing is altered. There is so much happening behind the scenes and we must act when we see it is safe to do so. That calls for much patience on your part, as on many occasions we have thought our opportunity to act had arrived only to be thwarted at the last moment. We can take that in our stride as we are prepared for any scenario, and know regardless of what happens that you will reach Ascension, and that it will take place. As we often stress, that Dear Ones is really all that counts and it does not matter which path you take to reach it.
Stay calm and do not engage in fear laden messages, as there are sources that wish for a catastrophic end to this cycle. In spite of many predictions of that nature, you will find that the last few months will be much calmer than you have been led to believe. Of course Mother Earth is having a hand in the changes and eruptions will cause physical movements that will cause damage, and sometimes injury or death. Much earlier predictions spoke of land masses sinking into the sea, but that possibility has long passed. Simply be aware of your local frailties and if you live on the coastline ascertain how vulnerable you might be to flooding. That way you can judge for yourself what action might be necessary for your safety.
In some ways matters are little different now to what they have been with any life that you have had, as all came with a life plan and by and large you would have completed it accordingly. Since your transition was also part of the plan, believe it or not you also agreed the way you should exit each life and also when. In that respect this lifetime is also planned and unless you shorten it by taking your own life, which is very unadvisable you will either pass on before Ascension, go with Ascension, or move to another planet to continue your 3D experiences. Whatever you planned would have been with your best interests in mind, and if it is to be your future, you can ascend from the spiritual realms. So understand and accept that you will experience in accordance with your needs, and the key to it is progress where your evolution is concerned..
You have an amusing saying about being put through the wringer, but that is not what life is about or is it wished upon you. God gave you freewill and you are the one who creates the path that you follow. It is up to you whether it is easy or difficult, but humans have a habit of taking the hard route home. However, that does mean that you are learning quite a number of lessons, which must help you in the long run. If we may put it this way, it is no sin to have erred as the whole idea of experiencing duality is to rise to the challenge. There is not of course "sin" as such and you are certainly not born into it. It would be more correct to say that you come with karma and it gives you the opportunity to overcome mistakes you have made. It is why God does not step in and interfere with the freewill that God has given you.
After you have ascended you will have increased levels of consciousness, and as a Being of Light will have moved well beyond the temptations of the lower vibrations. In fact they will no longer interest you, and you will seek satisfaction and achievement at a much higher vibrational level. Your senses will be heightened, and the pleasures of the higher dimensions will more than compensate for any conceived loss. In fact your thoughts will have moved on to a higher plateau anyway, and your experiences of duality will fade into the background. So try not to cling to your present dimension unless of course you do not feel ready to ascend. It is your decision and you choose where and how your next lives will be experienced.
I am SaLuSa of Sirius, and the Galactic Federation of Light, and we see that many countries in the West are taking legal actions against the corruption within the financial sector. We also note that more of them are carrying out deeper investigations to see how far the cancer has spread. This can only do good, and hasten the time when others in authority such as within politics are called to answer for their deeds. 22 Why You NEED Water
Why You NEED Water
Most drinking water including expensive bottled water, softened water and filtered tap water is
highly acidic and just neutral at best with no ionization charge. This cause’s molecular clustering
so proper hydration is impossible. Alkaline ionized water is ultra filtered with an adjustable pH
(potential hydrogen) of 8-11, then ionized to -300mv to -600mv ORP (oxidization reduction
potential). The result is de-clustered water that super-hydrates as it becomes a powerful
antioxidant (OH-), neutralizing billions of free radical (O+) and creating non-reactive oxygen
rich water for optimal cellular health and pH (potential hydrogen). Now your 80-90% water body e.g.
(aquarium or swimming pool) and your 100 trillion cells are ready to receive (live) nutrients from
your (hopefully organic) foods, so even if not always organic, you are protected.

Cure # 1: Water cures depression, loss of libido, chronic fatigue syndrome, lupus, multiple
sclerosis, muscular dystrophy. These conditions are caused by prolonged chronic dehydration.
They will clear up once the body becomes well and regularly hydrated. In these conditions,
exercising one's muscles should be part of the treatment program.
Cure # 2: Water and sea salt prevent and cure asthma. Asthma, which also affects 14 million
children, and kills several thousand of them every year, is a complication of dehydration in the
body. It is caused by the drought management programs of the body. In asthma free passage of
air is obstructed so that water does not leave the body as vapor, like winter steam. Increased
water intake will prevent asthma attacks. Asthmatics need also to take more sea salt to break the
mucus plugs in the lungs that obstruct the free flow of air in and out of the air sacs. Tragedy: Not
recognizing asthma as the indicator of dehydration in the body of a growing child not only will
sentence many thousands of children to die every year, but will permit irreversible genetic damage
to establish in the remaining 14 million asthmatic children.
Cure #3: Water prevents and cures high blood pressure. Hypertension is a state of adaptation of
the body to a generalized drought, when there is not enough water to fill all the blood vessels that
diffuse water into vital cells. As part of the mechanism of reverse osmosis, when water from the
blood serum is filtered and injected into important cells through minute holes in their membranes,
extra pressure is needed for the "injection process." Just as we inject I.V. "water" in hospitals, so
the body injects water into tens of trillions of cells all at the same time. Water and some sea salt
intake will bring blood pressure back to normal! Tragedy: Not recognizing hypertension as one of
the major indicators of dehydration in the human body, and treating it with diuretics that further
dehydrate the body will, in time, cause blockage by cholesterol of the heart arteries and the
arteries that go to the brain. It will cause heart attacks and small or massive strokes that paralyze.
It will eventually cause kidney disease. It will cause brain damage and neurological disorders, such
as Alzheimer's disease.
Cure # 4: Water prevents and cures early adult-onset diabetes. Adult-onset diabetes is another
adaptive state to severe dehydration of the human body. To have adequate water in circulation
and for the brain's priority water needs, the release of insulin is inhibited to prevent insulin from
pushing water into all body cells. In diabetes, only some cells get survival rations of water. Water
and some sea salt will reverse adult-onset diabetes in its early stages. Tragedy: Not recognizing
adult-onset diabetes as a complication of dehydration will, in time, cause massive damage to the
blood vessels all over the body. It will cause eventual loss of the toes, feet and legs from
gangrene. It will cause eye damage, even blindness.
Cure # 5: Water lowers blood cholesterol. High cholesterol levels are an indicator of early drought
management by the body. Cholesterol is a clay-like material that is poured in the gaps of some cell
membranes to safeguard them against losing their vital water content to the osmotically more
powerful blood circulating in their vicinity. Cholesterol, apart from being used to manufacture nerve
cell membranes and hormones, is also used as a "shield" against water taxation of other vital cells
that would normally exchange water through their cell membranes.
Cure # 6: Water prevents and cures heartburn. Heartburn is a signal of water shortage in the
upper part of the gastrointestinal tract. It is a major thirst signal of the human body. The use of
antacids or tablet medications in the treatment of this pain does not correct dehydration, and the
body continues to suffer as a result of its water shortage. Tragedy: Not recognizing heartburn as a
sign of dehydration and treating it with antacids and pill medications will, in time, produce
inflammation of the stomach and duodenum, hiatus hernia, ulceration, and eventually cancers in
the gastrointestinal tract, including the liver and pancreas.
Cure # 7: Water prevents and cures arthritis. Rheumatoid joint pain; arthritis is a signal of water
shortage in the painful joint. It can affect the young as well as the old. The use of painkillers does
not cure the problem, but exposes the person to further damage from pain medications. Intake of
water and small amounts of sea salt will cure this problem.
Cure # 8: Water prevents and cures back pain. Low back pain and ankylosing arthritis of the
spine are signs of water shortage in the spinal column and discs, the water cushions that support
the weight of the body. These conditions should be treated with increased water intake, not a
commercial treatment, but a very effective one. Tragedy: Not recognizing arthritis and low back
pain as signs of dehydration in the joint cavities and treating them with painkillers, manipulation,
acupuncture, and eventually surgery will, in time, produce osteoarthritis when the cartilage cells in
the joints have eventually all died. It will produce deformity of the spine. It will produce crippling
deformities of the limbs. Pain medications have their own life-threatening complications.
Cure # 9: Water prevents and cures angina. Heart pain ‘angina’ is a sign of water shortage in the
heart and lung axis. It should be treated with increased water intake until the patient is free of
pain and independent of medications. Medical supervision is prudent. However, increased water
intake is angina's cure.
Cure # 10: Water prevents and cures migraines. Migraine headache is a sign of water needed by
the brain and the eyes. It will totally clear up if dehydration is prevented or corrected. The type of
dehydration that causes migraine might eventually cause inflammation of the back of the eye and
possibly the loss of eye sight.
Cure #11: Water prevents and cures colitis. Colitis pain is a signal of water shortage in the large
gut. It is associated with constipation because the large intestine constricts to squeeze the last
drop of water from the excrements, thus the lack of water lubrication. Tragedy: Not recognizing
colitis pain as a sign of dehydration will cause persistent constipation. Later in life, it will cause
fecal impacting: it can cause diverticulitis, hemorrhoids and polyps, and appreciably increases the
possibility of developing cancer of the colon and rectum.

Polarized conflicts between nations, communities, religions and persons are on the rise. This unfortunate state of affairs is to be expected as planetary and galactic energetics increase.
Our message deals with a strategy for navigating through the difficulties of increased polarization. Indeed you may have already discovered that in some of your social circles there is a type of hostility and polarized views of situations.
The strategy we suggest is called the Triune Force.
It is an attribute of spiritual mastery and will allow you to move through polarization with greater efficiency and a greater likelihood of manifesting what you desire as opposed to being “caught up” in the dramas of polarization and conflict.
The principle is simple. As a human being you tend to be attracted to persons or situations, or you are repulsed by them. This tendency to fall into attraction or repulsion is, for the most part, an unconscious act.
You may encounter someone and feel drawn to him or her, and the depth or intensity of the attraction may cause you to delete other information about the person. Likewise as situations arise around you, whether they be social, political or religious, you may likewise find yourself drawn to these situations without other information that would be helpful in determining if a given situation was “right” for you or not.
The same holds true for repulsion. You may find yourself repulsed by someone, or a situation, and likewise, identify with the repulsion, thereby cutting yourself off from other information that might be helpful.
The Triune Force
If you were to imagine a triangle and on the left corner of the triangle was attraction and on the right side of the triangle was repulsion, then the point above these two extremes is the Triune Force.
It is a mental perspective that has spiritual attributes. It allows you to float above the situation and view it from multiple perspectives.
If, for instance, you are attracted to a person and surrender to that attraction without allowing access to signs and information about that person then you have put yourself in a precarious position.
But by not identifying with the attraction you “float up” to the Triune Force and are free to observe behaviors that may signal the inappropriateness or dangerous nature of a relationship with that person.
Likewise, if you are repulsed by a person or situation the Triune Force allows you to “float above” and dis-identify with the repulsion, and while you are in this dis-identification you are free to see other levels involved. It could be that this person or situation is toxic to you, or it could be that this person or situation is a mirror reflecting back to you something you do not like in yourself.
By momentarily suspending your identification with either attraction or repulsion you are able to see more clearly and access information about the person or situation from an expanded perspective.
Knowledge is power, and the Triune Force gives you access to the innate powers of clarity. So our suggestion in this time of increased human polarization and Time Acceleration is to watch yourself. When you fall into attraction, pause for a moment. Step away from your identification with the attraction. Float up above it, as it were, and engage the Triune Force. You do this so that you enter the relationship, whether it be with a person or a situation, with open eyes.
If you are repulsed by a person or a situation, pause for a moment and dis-identify with your distaste for the person or situation. Float above the situation or person, as it were, and engage the Triune Force to see more deeply—to sense with greater clarity—if this person or situation is toxic, or if it is a mirror for something in yourself that you need to transform.
As you enter more deeply into the polarization phase of planetary assent, the Triune Force can greatly assist you as you pass through this difficult period of increased personal, interpersonal and collective conflict.

Tom’s Thoughts and Observations
Perception is indeed relative to the perceiver. And this relativity of perception is no more apparent, I think, than in our relationships with each other.
Furthermore, it has been my observation for some time now (i.e., the last several months or so) that the polarization of human relationships is on the rise.
There have, of course, always been differences of opinions. And conflicts between persons and nations are hardly anything new. History is strewn with incidents of ruinous and disastrous encounters between individual people, as well as between religions and cultures.
But what the Hathors are addressing here is an increase in polarized perceptions and beliefs between individuals.
It is their opinion that this disturbing increase in polarization is occurring as a result of the energetics we are all going through (i.e. the changes in our sun as well as pulses of accelerated evolution from the Central Sun of our galaxy and from deep space) and the fact that we are undergoing the extreme effects of Time Acceleration.
At the end of the session, Judi asked them how long they thought this period of increased polarization would continue. Their response was that it was difficult to pin down exact time coordinates, but their sense was that this extreme polarization of human perception would continue for at least eighteen months to two years, if not longer. And furthermore, they expected the intensity of polarization to increase, not decrease during this period. Judi also asked about the strangeness of the polarization experience and inquired if they had any further elaboration to offer. They said that part of the difficulty we humans are experiencing is the fact that the intensity of planetary and galactic energetics is so extreme, they often short-circuit cognitive processing. As a result, people can become even more erratic and irrational than usual.
If their perceptions and predictions are accurate then it would seem prudent to find some masterful way to get through such a period of increased interpersonal, cultural and religious discord.
The Triune Force
In my opinion, the idea of the Triune Force is Hathorian-simplicity at its finest.
If you tend to imagine things visually, think of a triangle. Put the force of attraction at the far left corner and the force of repulsion at the far right. The point of the triangle above the two corners is the perspective of the Triune Force. Through this perspective we can look down and see or sense things that we might not see or sense when we are caught up in the throws of attraction or repulsion.
The triangle is just a metaphor, of course. What you are actually doing is rising up in awareness so that you are no longer enchanted by the force of attraction or the force of repulsion. From this state of non-identification with either state (attraction or repulsion) you can better sense information that might be helpful to your decision making process.
There is a shift in our thinking process required to engage the Triune Force, and that shift is simply to step away from self-identification.
Instead of rushing in and doing the normal human thing, which is to identify with our attractions or repulsions, we temporarily intervene in our own automatic responses for the purpose of gaining valuable information.
The type of information that we can access when we are in a state of non-identification is qualitatively different from the types of information that we access when we are caught up in the intensity of the moment.
In addition to stopping the process of self-identification, the Hathors suggest a shift in spatial perspective as another step to engage the Triune Force:

If you have developed spatial abilities you will be able to imagine yourself floating up above the situation or interaction and observe yourself being attracted or repulsed. This spatial separation of an “observer” part from the “responder” part can be quite helpful in suspending the pattern of identifying with your responses (i.e., attraction or repulsion). But if you don’t have this type of spatial ability, it will be difficult for you to do this.
If you are unable to “float above the situation or person” that you are responding to, don’t worry about it. The primary action required to engage the Triune Force is simply to stop your own process of self-identification so that you can sense new types of information about the situation or person.
To be human is to have attractions and repulsions. It is just part of the human-mammalian equation. All animals have an innate biological response that moves toward something (attraction) or away from it (repulsion). And the Hathors are not suggesting that we eliminate this type of biological response. They are simply saying that when we temporarily suspend our self-identification with those responses, doors open in consciousness (metaphorically speaking). New insights and understanding become accessible to us, and with that knowledge we can create and co-create with greater mastery.
If, however, we are caught up in the excitement of attraction or the fear of repulsion, then we often fail to see or sense “red flags” or other crucial information about the person or situation.
How many “negative” relationships and/or situations might we have all avoided had we been able to “see” those things we were blind to in the moment of intense attraction (or in some cases, repulsion)?
I think there is a personal discipline required to engage this method. And it necessitates that we avoid the emotional intoxication that takes place when we are really caught up in a strong attraction or repulsion.
And as with many aspects of our emotional lives, this is sometimes easier said than done.
But I think the emotional discipline is well worth the effort. If nothing else, it will lead us to deeper psychological insight, and this is a good thing.
In addition, however, engaging the Triune Force can help us as creators and co-creators by giving us access to higher levels of information regarding whom or what we might be contemplating a co-creation with.
I ended that last sentence, by the way, with a preposition on purpose. Prepositions establish relationships between words, just like the force of attraction or repulsion establishes a relationship between people. While some grammarians disagree about the correctness of ending a sentence with a preposition, others point out that it is sometimes necessary. Thus, it seems to me, along with many other lovers of language, that the preposition rule is actually a myth. Some myths are slow to die. In this regard, the preposition myth has been a tenacious one, guarded, as it has been, by the dogma of unyielding grammarians.
My comment here is not so much about grammar as it is about the syntax of our lives. By the syntax of our lives I mean the order and relationships of our experiences—as we hold them to be. When syntax (order) is altered in a sentence or in our lives, a gap in perception can occur and through that gap new meanings and new worlds of perception can be birthed.
Many of us have been held captive by another myth—the myth that we cannot and should not create (or re-create) our lives in the ways we desire them to be.
In this context, the Triune Force is fundamentally a method for altering the syntax (order) of both our perception and our mental/emotional lives. Through the gap (or portal) that appears when syntax is altered, we are more able to glimpse new possibilities.

The Sheriff of the Court has just served the four major banks, and the Reserve Bank, with a summons from the New Economic Rights Alliance: Case number 27478/12.
Put simply, the NewERA is asking the High Court to declare our money lending system fraudulent and unconstitutional. We are not suing for money. Alternatively, we are asking the Court to suspend all legal action currently taken against every South African by the banks, until a full investigation has been undertaken into our banking system.
It may be bold. It may be daring. But it is 100% correct. The banks are doing some terrible things behind our backs and two years of research by dozens of people around the country, working in their spare time and for no money, has culminated in this action. It is a miracle that we made it this far. We are very proud.

As an Ascended Master I notice lots of degrees concerning the levels of awakening. One degree is higher than the other and one soul is more evolved than the other. What I am trying to say is that despite the fact that there are various degrees in awakening, there is a great coherence between the Lightworkers and the awakening ones. You all share the same purpose and that is the Asension on a personal level as well as on a planetary level. The afore-mentioned coherence not only advances our cooperation to the fullest but also our evolutionary process, my dear ones. Never before in the history of mankind have we witnessed this kind of rapid evolution in such a short time and at such a grand scale! What a performance! What a feat! That’s why I encourage you to hold on and to remain strong; it is really important now to keep going on! The best preceptors are focused on their goal and never give up, no matter what. Little by little I am enclined to call you real preceptors who have almost rounded up their tasks in this duality in order to become real Masters.
What we as Ascended Masters are to you now, you will become as well after this duality ordeal and your upcoming Ascension is completed. When the time has come we gladly offer our ranks to the New Masters who overcame duality and who will in turn function as guides for souls who themselves are in the process of overcoming duality, something you are in the process of finishing up now. There’s plenty of work in the Higher Realms where evolution is an endless, ongoing process and where Ascension is a natural event. We too have, as Ascended Masters, higher Lightbeings that rank above us and who themselves have evolved even higher than we and from whom we gladly receive guidance. What they are to us, we are to you. And so the process continues endlessly as there are an unlimited amount of dimensions and schools of learning. You will now be the next generation of Masters!
Of course, it all depends also on your position and on the task your soul has chosen to fulfill. There are also various degrees in the choices you can make in the Higher Realms. There are for instance the tasks of the Archangels who directly carry out the orders of Creator with regards to humanity ; they are closer to humanity as compared to us. On the other hand we have the Masters whose tasks are quite substantial and go from lending assistance to guiding to making tough decisions and performing tasks on a more universal level. Furthermore we have the Galactic Federation of the Light whose tasks are equally substantial but are covering even more territory leading beyond the omniverses. Within each Dimension and Universe, there are so many various degrees of vibrations, energies and civilizations. The choice is huge and varied as to the possibilities in which you want to evolve further and what you want to accomplish. You can for instance help other souls, who are slightly less evolved than you are, evolve to a higher dimension…. You can accomplish something on a Dimensional level, on a Galactic level, on a Universal level or even beyond that … It all depends on your own evolution and on the path you choose.
It will all become crystal clear just after Asension, my dear ones. You will have the chance to choose again what kind of evolution you wish to engage in. It is all based on free will, never forget that! Free will has to be respected and it will. What about the Ascension process of this Earthly world?? Well, I can divulge that the notion of “time” that you are familiar with has accelerated although nothing seems to change. All will come to a climax and will be put under great pressure because of this acceleration of time. Under those circumstances it cannot go on much longer! It’s just a matter of “time” before it all will become quite obvious. Nothing can be forced, my dear ones, as all has to run its natural course. Forcing things achieves nothing. It all can be compared to the domino-effect : one domino stone at a time will fall and instigate the process.
The placing of the domino stones took the longest time but soon the domino stones will fall, one after the other, in increasing speed as we reach the end of the trajectory. That’s a good comparison. Look back at last year and take notice of all the changes and events that have happened in this, all in all, short period of time as time in itself is accelarating. You will get a vision of the whole picture and you will understand it better, clearly noticing how much progress has been made. The best is yet to come!

Lovely Ones,
We welcome you in the present energetic patterns of changes and of Love. Although you cannot see the energies of Love and it is not quite clear to you whether they are arriving on your world, you can definitely sense them deep in your cells and in your DNA. The “maturation process” involved needs time to bloom and this applies to you too. Your crystalline body has been adjusted and been given an enormous amount of light codes and love energies. This “maturation process” is now fully operational, something that you can feel but that you cannot see yet. Once this “maturation process’ regarding the changes in your body is fully completed, everything around you will soon follow. As you already know; everything starts from within yourself!
Once this process is concluded, all else as well as your environment will follow. You create it all from within yourself.
The crystalline body is located in your physical body and its size begins to expand now. Thanks to the light codes and love energies, your crystalline body gets nourished in order to get completed. This body is made of pure light cells and it contains more energetic connections than you already possess in your physical body. Once your crystalline body has grown full size it will surpass your physical body and will extend outside your visible physical body. Therefore it may well be that you will become very much affected by these changes, as your physical envelope must undergo huge changes in order for your crystalline body to arrive at its fullest expression. Physical discomforts such as heart palpitations, headaches and dizziness coupled with a feeling of extreme tiredness will be some of the inconveniences you could experience.
There’s a strong pressure on your physical body in these times. Not just because of the expansion of your crystalline body but also because of the continuous struggle in this dimension of duality where higher Light energies come in and require constant adjustments and that constant readjusting to the lower vibrations of this 3rd Density becomes really straining. It gives a feeling of constant travel, back and forth, and each time on your way back it becomes heavier to handle it all and to adjust to it all. Every time you undergo a transformation and travel in consciousness, you take one step higher and closer to your true full consciousness … Luckily you are presently more adapted to these transformations and energies of the light to such a degree that the difficulties you encountered in the beginning of this year in adapting to the higher vibrations, now have become quite easy for you. However, always having to return to this limited body and to this world of low vibrations, has now become so hard for you that it feels as if you are squeezed in a small box. It feels very uncomfortable and it requires more and more time to return and to handle it all.
All in all this means but one thing, my lovely ones, and that is that you are well on your way to leaving this world of duality! This is a very strong signal that you are no longer creating these patterns and kicked the habit. Behind those afore-mentioned uncomfortable experiences lies the fact that your subconsciousness has reached a degree of awareness where everything becomes again crystal clear for you. The things you have always known subconsciously (but never consciously) now quickly surface to materialize themselves. As it all blooms from within yourself you will be the first from whom the changes will emerge quite obviously before the outside world picks up. You are well on your way and have reached a certain degree of consciousness over the course of these last months, the extent of which has become almost inconceivable. Thanks to your perseverance and your Love for each other and for us you have done it. We only took advantage of those virtues to assist you in this process and up until now with great success we might add!
We, the Dolphin Collective greet you most heartily, lovely ones … We love you so much; you are considered our family on Earth and beyond. At present there’s a great process of purification that is taking place in our oceans, and we contribute a lot to its concretisation along with our nephews, the whales. There is already much improvement in these purifications of the once so beautiful world in the oceans, nevertheless, there are places that have been so much polluted that it will take time to restore them again to their pristine state. Generally speaking, at present, as good as all of the oceans have now reached a certain degree of purity. It will all glisten again from the depths of the ocean floors. All colours will again shine brightly and our fellow ocean inhabitants all feel the vibrations in the oceans quickly change to purity and to divinity.

Greetings Masters ! I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and I greet each of you in a vector of unconditional love. Take a moment to feel the energy, close your eyes, and sense a cocoon of warm nurturing envelope you.... an entourage gathers.
We speak this moment on many topics, focusing on time, time travel, the nature of duality and teleportation. We recognize the divinity in each of you.
As entities of Divine Intelligence, & Beings of Light... we ask that you discern what we share.

Time and space remain an enigma to man, even within the cusp of 2012. Humanity queries time travel and space travel in the present from the aspect of physical laws. You will never reach areas of remote 'space' or hyper-space in fueled rockets. Nor will you travel in time in constructed locomotive apparatus. We tell you it is a frequencial concept, and not one contrived from the physical brain.
Time travel and teleportation are indeed very real concepts of both physics and metaphysics. You are well aware of advanced Yogi's & Shamanic Masters who have mastered the process, but such Mastery, does not occur before the individual is ready. This is important to understand.
More advanced societies of your Earth, and indeed those termed the benevolent extra terrestrials have been capable of manipulated teleportation through the process of frequencial 'dematerialization' of particulate matter to antimatter.
Such teleportation was utilized by the Atlanteans with the technology of the Sirian-Pleiadean-Arcturian groups. Specialized Phi Crystals were used to shift the coherent frequencies of matter from its seeming physical vibrational rate to its antimatter vibratory quantum-wave state. The Transport was then processed through a laser beam conduit by targeting the precise energetic signature of the destination vector.
Your own studies of fullerenes or allotrope Carbon-60 Spherical fullerenes termed 'Bucky-Balls reveals that the molecular truncated icosahedrons of fullerenes revert from nano-matter particulate to quantum wave in certain conditions. Your scientists have noted for decades that electrons appear and disappear in atomic orbits.
Humanity began re-experimenting with teleportation and time travel over eight decades ago, albeit for the wrong reasons. This was reignited by the works of HG Wells in the era of Tesla and Edison. The infamous event termed the Philadelphia experiment did in fact occur in an effort of warfare technology. Its array results, while covert, disastrous and misapplied, did reveal stunning revelations regarding magnetic fields, gravity fields, and teleportation and time-space effects. These continued covertly in what you term the Montauk project.
It is not our intent to enter into areas termed 'Black-Ops' or conspiracies, but we will say what was sought in the 'cold-war' timing at Montauk was not allowed into fruition. We will add that benevolent factions of the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance have always maintained teleportation stations beneath the earth's surface and that it is a technology that will only be used for benevolent purpose.
Earth is a protected free-will plane, and a growth station for humanity. There are in the Cosmos other planets and life-forms that are in duality, many more technologically advanced. The benevolent Ashtar Group actively provide a shield for your Earth and its Ascension....and many of you, in multi-dimensional aspect are part of this protection. You are the Sirians, the Pleiadeans and Arcturians.
We will also add that some of your governments and scientists are well aware of Sirian-Pleiadean bases below the Earth, including the infamous area of Nevada. And while this may be surprising to you, the installations there involving the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance & Humanity are quite benevolent, and no technology will be shared that could be used for warfare.
Far more effort than you can imagine has been placed in the graduation of the Earth leading to the Ascension. The Ascension of the Earth will occur on the 12-12-12, and the Ascension of the critical mass of Humanity will occur in 15 generations. We tell you there have been envoys from the future than have come back in various time epoch holograms to insure this. Some of these would be shocking to you. But we tell you the defeat of the Spanish Armada (carrying the Inquisition) , and indeed the defeat of Nazi Germany were two such events that were influenced to their outcome by 'back from the future' envoys.(Both groups were of the core energy of the Aryan Sons of Belial of Atlantis). Had the two referenced outcomes not been influenced, the planet could have taken a vastly different path.
Indeed some of you are among these envoys now. Many are among the metaphysical groups. Indeed some of these are scientists,(including Nicole Tesla & Albert Einstein) , others are artists & writers including Stanley Clarke. They , like you, take on the filters of duality, and were not frontally aware of this truth.
Your science fiction writers in movies and television, specifically 'Contact' and 'Star-Trek' were on the right track in terms of teleportation. But keep in mind that select time-travel and teleportation are not the same thing. If you consider that in the Earthplane you are seemingly fixed in linear time and able to move about in space, then the opposite would occur at a specific Torus effect flip into parallel , where you would be somewhat 'fixed' in space and able to move about in time.
Multidimensional Aspect of 12-12-12
In 2012, precisely on the 12-12-12 your Earthplane ascends into 12 dimensions. It is the Crystalline coherency transformation. Creativity will be amplified, and for many of you, the arc swing of duality will be lessened exponentially. This means multidimensional access is enhanced. But it does not mean 3d duality will disappear.
The 'human' Earthplane experience in duality is a credentialed and honored learning process though which many varied Beings of Divine intelligence travel. Before you are 'allowed' by your higher-self into multi-dimensional and parallel systems of reality that are far more complex, vastly more extensive and open, you must first learn to optimally and responsibly master thought-creation energy. You are in the University of Earth for that purpose...to see firsthand, through physical materialization, the concrete result of your thoughts and emotions.
That is precisely why Time & Space are purposed illusions, and this vivid 'mirage' is so potently programmed by the Divine-Self that you, by necessity, must focus your outer senses on the University of Duality, that termed physical reality. Such 'linear' focus then is engineered, the perception filters that seem to block multi-dimensionality are beneficial in allowing humanity to face and grow through Earthplane experience. When the growth achieves a certain advanced level of 'light-quotient' then, and only then, do you choose to open & bridge into more expansive multi-dimensional perception. That is what 2012 is about !
But keep in mind that you humans travel in space and time almost every time you sleep. And there is a great balancing effect in the waking and sleeping experiences. While most of you do not realize this, we tell you that every day, in very deep sleep -dream state, you process daily experience.
And in this 'sleeping' state your 'higher-self' examines very carefully those experiences you will manifest into your life. You make the selection from an infinite menu of possibility, and create the experience of those that will allow your greatest growth.
Your experiences & limited perceptions of the physical 3d-nature of space and time are to a large degree determined by your neurological structure, and this 'designed' structure serves you well.
The singular linear time-line of your 'chosen' physical experience is the surface path along which your life seems to flow. In a broader truth there are infinite paths both above and below your actualized progress that are part of one inconceivably miraculous network....and you in higher aspect experience all of them in a manner of speaking.
So while so many of you are caught in the somewhat misunderstood and erroneous concept of the downward spiral of humanity, and are anxious to 'get-out'... keep in mind that all around you is a created illusion, and you are the co-creators of this 'dream'. Your life on Earth, despite what many of you think, is by grand design, and carries grand purpose. We realize it is not easy. Even lifetimes that you consider to be flawed carry tremendous lesson potential.
Now, in terms of the subject of dimensionality...it is important that you consider & discern what we tell you, even though your academics have yet to accept what we say. Matter occurs in spectrums , just as does light. Physical matter is on one end, and antimatter on the other. The two are not in opposition, rather vibrating at different frequencial resonances. All of you, each and every one of you, without exception have the innate ability to both teleport and time travel. Your true source is in fact in the realm of non-matter or antimatter. You exist in many many realities at once. Once you reach a certain level of advancement, disciplined will and appropriate application of intent & concentration can absolutely be employed as springboards taking you from ego-personality 3d focus, into other time schemes. Time holograms are somewhat analogous to color. In 3d humanity is primarily focusing, by design, upon one color.
We assure you that your present life, your present civilization, in your present 'Now' co-exists alongside every so called past and future lifetime and civilization on the Omni-Earth. So both your now and their now exists simultaneously... 'NOW'.
In the precise locality of where you walk when visiting the acclaimed ruins of 'ancient' Egypt, Greece and Rome, the people of those civilization are alive, and walking amongst the glorified structures ,the Temples, Pyramids and such fully intact and vibrant. Because of time frequency vibratory rates, you cannot see them, nor they you. This is simply and logically because the physics of time & space dimensionally separate you. The civilization in its peak and the 'ancient' ruins, coexist. You pass right through them, and they you, like ghosts!
All of this will be understood in the centuries to come. And indeed it is verifiable in geo-mathematical terms and equations that are still unfathomed, still unsolved by your contemporary academics. And yet this is interestingly envisioned by your science fiction writers.
In 2012 many of you are able to travel globally, visiting other countries and cultures existing simultaneously now on your planet. There are vast differences in racial demographics, religion, language, art and music. It requires effort, energy and linear time to travel through 3d-space to visit them. In the same way all past and future eras, epochs & times exist at once. Each occurring in its own succinct energetic-vibratory signature and within its unique time-hologram; but absolutely within the same Omni-Earth space that you live in.
The 12-12-12
Very soon, on the 12-12-12, the Crystalline Vortexes of Arkansas & Brazil will axialtonally connect, the Sun -Discs will network and all will connect to the 144-Crystalline Grid. Each of the 12 major facets on the double-penta-dodecahedron of the Crystalline 144-Grid will connect to the 12 dimensions of the expanded Earth, and the 12 strands of your DNA will be fully connected to the Grid. In this time you will begin to acquire, over time, the greater abilities still innate within you.
It will indeed then, after the Ascension of the 12-12-12 begin to slowly occur to you that you can get to times, as you can get to places, especially in the coming generations. Space and time interface and flow through each other.
The Nature of Time
Time and space are aspects of the same mechanism. Space, in a manner of speaking is congealed time held in a matrixial kinetic format within duality that allows for the separation and program of the purposed programmed illusion of sequential time metrics. Accordingly time is the inverse of space, in dynamic free flow. Both occur though the harmonic flash of consciousness units, through the mechanisms of the inward and outward pulse of matter to antimatter via black holes and white holes.
The inward -outward Harmonic Flash is not only the point in which space and time merge into a homogenous foam , it is also the rate of consciousness unit perception that strobes attention of awareness into each simultaneous lifetime. This occurs at a magical rate called the Planck Number, occurring precisely at 10 to the power of -43 of one second.
At this point time and space merge and become nonlinear and the Torus aspect comes into play. Space is inversed, turned back upon itself, and time units float in a nonlinear discontinuous quantized pool of what you term past, present and future.
The Omni-Earth
The separation of your 'lifetimes', are anchored to the Omni Earth in hologramic inserts in 'Time-Separation' programs. The advanced human can enter into these through Mer-Ka-Na to the over-soul hub where each time sequenced 'lifetime' is connected like fiber-optic spokes to a wheel. From this center point, you indeed are at the control panel to explore and change any aspect of any and all lifetimes in the nonlinear NOW.
While group- time-programs (of Civilizations & Epochs) are anchored to the Omni-Earth at specific points (which often display time over-bleed anomalies) one does not need to visit such earthen (telluric) time-nodes to enter. Rather they are individually entered via focused Quantum Consciousness. This process is taught in the Metatronic Keys.
Question to Metatron: Are there areas within the Earth that naturally create time distortions?
Metatron: There are indeed. And we have spoken about this is previous assays. Time can be compared in certain ways to a computer program. Often your 'Windows' programs on your laptop and desktops can go into distortions of their programming and the desired separation of sub programs can intermingle creating mixes that twist and deform the conceived order. In this analogy we can say that both time and space as you perceive it are linear sub-programs of the earth grid reality projection. Time and Space can be said to be hologramic program insertions that allow the Quantum Omni-Earth to be tidily separated from simultaneous NOW reality into your focal, seemingly independent 'lifetime sojourns'.
So we tell you that just as your Windows can produce occasional anomalies in its desired separations of programs, so does the program of the Hologramic Earth Matrix of linear time have a flux that creates intermingle and distortion. That distortion occurs on several levels. The first is due to a gravitational flux that can rhythmically occur in the specific area or come in as a surge or rogue wave. When this occurs the very gravity distortion also affects the space-time continuum in the area, and creates a dimensional aperture field very similar to what occurs in the poles.
Bimini
Now we will also tell you that the Bimini Crystal, the Tuaoi Stone or Fire-Crystal has created distortions in the space-time continuity in the area you term the 'Bermuda-Triangle' for the past 12,000 years. Since its 'over-heating' in the inappropriate use, that led to the implosion of the Crystalline satellite (Second-Moon of Atlantis) the Bimini crystal has randomly surged ionic bombardment of massive energy waves into the earth's interior as well as the earth's magnetosphere creating disturbances in space-time harmonics and imbalances in the gravitational field. The reparation will allow for the stabilization required in the New Earth by preventing damage from its uncontrolled discharges you see. Uncontrolled these are capable of exacerbating tectonic movement and imbalancing crysto magnetic field harmonics that are necessary for the ongoing dimensional expansion. Do you understand?
The initial activation/regulation of the Bimini Crystal on the 12-12-12 will involve a massive discharge of what may be considered toxic ionic-wave-energies. It would not be recommended to be within a radius of 60 kilometers of the Bimini crystal when it is first activated on the 12-12-12. Precautions are indeed in place, but the initial release is capable of disrupting & short circuiting the Human Aura. The fracturing of the auric field would not be fatal by any means, but the initial Tuaoi surge will fracture the aura in the same manner as a long distance airplane flight, or X-Class Solar Flare, absolutely capable of causing severe auric energy bleed.
The purpose for its activation is reparation. It will be cautiously regulated into balance at minimal function. It will be monitored, such that random erratic releases no longer occur.
Points of Time Continuum Anomaly
All versions of the Omni-Earth coexist above the linear programming. But this axiom of Truth is initially very difficult for you humans to perceive or truly completely comprehend from the stance of the third dimension.
That is because the 3d density aspect of the human physical structure in duality manifestation operates within and as a result of the linear time 'program' that enables the Earthplane experience. You are therefore pre-indoctrinated to linear perception in Earthplane existence.
This linear perception program determines to a great extent the 'normal' resonance patterns for the kinds of experiential probabilities that mankind selects, projects and perceives while 'growing' into greater consciousness from the base point of dense physicality. But we tell you that the source reality of which all lifetimes emerge is not 'written in stone', thus your experience is truly never predestined. You chose from an assortment of potentials the experiences you want to have. Both the Cosmos and all life contained within and without are always being created in the NOW moment.
And although your 3d preconditioning is linear, you not only have the ability to reach beyond physical programming, you also have the ultimate goal of doing so. While inhabited by human consciousness, the living physical body operates as an intense focus point for Earthplane experience. The aggregation of consciousness within the physical body on all levels focuses its own myriad network of sensory perception and communication, both on levels of the ordinary, and the extraordinary. In terms of the latter, you are therefore constantly perceiving in ways that you do not recognize with the 'ordinary' physical senses. There are vast arrays of colors, sounds, electromagnetic codes, and sensory feelings that you see & apperceive both on a cellular and crystalline level of chakric networks sourced in Quantum Consciousness that are geometrically and frequencially influencing you.
This network is connected in harmonic oscillation to all others like it. But humanity is at this time vastly unaware of these extraordinary levels of interaction that take place between all spectra of bodies, crysto-electromagnetically and materially within biology. This interface occurs in Crysto Mer-Ka-Na light body and is more far reaching than humanity in masse realize. Yet the physical cells in biology can and do respond to each other, and their activity triggers even higher centers of crystalline light body consciousness that ties into and above linear time. Rather into multidimensionality.
Multi-Dimensional Time Holograms
So in this assay we are speaking of Time and its nature in more than one context. We will speak of human perception of time as it relates to your lifetime-sojourn experiences and your ability to script and re-script both future and past. We will also touch lightly upon separation mechanics of hologramic time program inserts onto the earth, and their anchoring to certain points on the Omni-Earth.
Now, many points upon the earth contain magnetic and gravitational oscillations that create a time anomaly. Some are recognized, others are not. None are understood much less accepted as possible by your main stream academics as yet. Time is a sub program of light physics, and is in essence a created illusion. It can and is effected somewhat at anchor points by gravity, earth spin ratio, electromagnetics and celestial alignments. All of which are mechanisms of this phenomena.
Now, time as you perceive it, is simply that, a perception. We assure you that time truly does not exist in the linear manner that you believe, beyond duality. And even within the filtered lens of duality, there are certain areas of dimensional overlay that occur on your planet in which striking time anomalies can and do occur. You see there are many Earths that concentrically occur within the space that mankind perceives physical earth to occupy. There are frequencial mechanisms that connect these overlays of parallel dimension, and these create gateways to other timeframe subprograms and realities that coexist differently and more tangibly within these unique areas. But understand Dear Human, these are not experienced in the brain, in human biology. Rather in higher multi-dimension, via the higher mind in which you exist just as vividly, just as tangibly as you do in the physical.
Simultaneous Time
To explain it in your present day computer analogy, Space and Time are sub-programs of digital-dimensional light. Space-Time then is a hologramic server that can simultaneously store many different files and sub files within its storage capacity. Just as there are locations within the stages of computer access that allow you to see all of the programs and files and navigate from one to the other, so there are location vectors on the Earth program that anchor the hologramic dimensional gateways that allow access into other metric/matrix files of reality and time formats.
So as you live this 'present' life in the perceived time of today, you also live all your existences at once. Time 'programs' are hologramic and these programs are manifolded and coded in certain areas, especially the polar regions. Gateways or multi program access occurs in them.
The area of the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas contains many overlays of myriad space-time energy dynamics. It is indeed a Crystalline Portal, but we will say an open-ended portal that is not just a wormhole in space to other points in the Cosmos, but indeed (and especially) a unique gateway to other dimensional aspects of what may be termed the hologramic Omni-Earth program. It may be termed a time-gate vector. It is one of many coordinate points on your planet that contain within it time code scripting. Such coordinate points are anchors that peg each reality to the physical worlds, the Omni-Earth. And so then, within this concentric overlay vector other time programs; other dimensional realms can be frequencially accessed more easily. The ancient adepts knew this, and certainly experienced to varying degrees by many of what you term as the indigenous.
Time Gate Vectors are not the only means to access other realities. Indeed this can be done myriad ways, including the crystalline energies of the phi resonance, in deep meditative states. But what is different in the Time- Gate Vector coordinate-points is that the Omni-Earth Time program itself is anchored, to use a simplified explanation, to certain aligned points that occur on your planet, within certain frequencial matrixes. These are very unique in purpose, and differ from areas such as Titicaca, Arkansas, Ireland(Newgrange) , Shasta and Roslyn that are primary Celestial Star Gates. In the former one access other realms, other epochs, other programs of terrestrial time, whereas in the latter one travels to other dimensions in Space. Do you see the difference?
Question to Metatron: Are you saying that Arkansas and other such 'Time-Gate Vectors' allow for or enhance the ability to travel in time?
Metatron: Yes. But let us be clear, it is better to say that all programs of hologramic times programs coexist more clearly, more tangibly within such points. That does not mean that when one walks into the Crystalline Vortex of Arkansas that you will disappear from the present and materialize into a future or past program, rather it means windows into other time-sequence frames are (more) accessible here. But we will indeed tell you that materializations can and do occur here quite intentionally and occasional by accident. We will tell you those more technological civilizations, both from the future and past in your terms, which understand the very real science of time travel chose such time gate vectors for entering other epochs for various purposes. Indeed this can has and does occur.
Time Travel
Time travel, as we have mentioned, has occurred in both your future and past. Although there are instances in which people have temporarily passed into different time holograms, there are very few cases where the transition was permanent. Your Admiral Byrd did in fact temporarily view a very real passing into a different time epoch during his polar flight. Most of the flight disappearances that are so publicized over the Bermuda Triangle were not permanent transferals. Time disruption did occur, but the airplanes did not fully disappear into another epoch of time. Rather were they caused by related instrument malfunctions that created misdirection and radio silence, and the disappearances were simply crashes into the sea.
Certain of your governments working in classified tandem with covert corporations have already developed crude mechanisms of time travel. These are not yet at a truly manageable level, and the stress that results on the human 'tempornaut' is considerable, stress-aging the human body approximately 7 to 10 years on each journey. At present they are only able to move forward in time about 20 years, and are unable to navigate into the past. In time, when the apparatus utilized is converted from magnetic forces to crystalline bio-plasmic field this will be improved considerably, and time navigation will be deliberate and not by random mishap.
Optimal time navigation occurs in Mer-Ka-Na through a consciousness refined Bio Plasmic field, and while certainly aided in terms of time vector by crystalline apparatus, it is primarily operated by the light-consciousness quotient of the traveler. Many of you time travel in dream state quite often, and therein is the key to how it will be optimally done when you learn to be more lucid in expansive conscious states. There are indeed Laws of Physics that apply to how time and space are navigated intra-dimensionally.
In the not so distant future Humanity will rediscover these laws. And when this takes place, the seeming boundaries between past, present and future will be better understood. As we have already explained duality experience in the third dimension contains programmed parameters that limit mankind's greater dimensionality perception.
It is indeed these 3d single lens filters that create the linear illusion of sequential unfolding of time. This then is precisely the reason mankind believes that one moment exists and is gone forever, and the next moment comes and like the one before also evaporates into the great elusive mist of the past. We tell you that everything in and on the Omni-Earth and indeed the Multiverse exists at once, simultaneously. The past, present and future only appear to those who exist within three-dimensional reality. And the programs that separate time-epoch files on the Omni-Earth can be navigated.
The Past is Dynamic
The past and future as you 'believe it to be' exists as a series of electromagnetic receptors held in the crystalline portion of the physical brain and in the nonphysical mind within the ultra violet field. These electromagnetic codlings can be changed, and in fact are in constant flux. You script your destiny, and your destiny is not a linear one- way dynamic. Your creation of your past is just as important as the creation of your present and future. The past then, is quite malleable and no more fixed than your future. Now, your mental process and beliefs create your past, and there are as many valid versions of the past as there are of the future.
We tell you that if the next generation were all to be taught from an early age that the Roman Empire ruled the world until the 17th century, indeed that past would become a reality, and evidence would be found to confirm it. Yet it would be a completely different past from which the older generation constructed. But BOTH would be true. Both would be separate yet valid files within the hologramic programs of time.
As humans in duality, you take it for granted that present action can change the future, but present actions can and do change the past as well. The past is no more detached or uninvolved from your present than the decisions you make today. We share a great truth for you to ponder, and that is that everything you do effects your past, and you can accordingly remove what you may term traumas and misactions that occurred years ago or lifetimes ago from your present stance. Furthermore, all of you are required to do so! The electromagnetic crystallographic portals within the human brain are forged and mantled totally and completely by each of you, and uniquely so. The probable past can be changed, and such changes are far from uncommon. These changes do happen spontaneously on a subconscious basis. You can now learn to do this consciously by entering Quantum Consciousness via Mer-Ka-Na.
The linear aspect of the past is rarely what you remember it to be. In fact you constantly rearrange your memory of the past with the experience of each new moment, each new occurrence. It is a constant metamorphosis from the instant of any given experiential event. Your hypnotherapists are aware that pseudo-memories of fictitious or altered past events can be implanted in the brains of humans through deep state inducement, and in a very real sense these memories and they way they effect the subjects present become quite real. So, it follows to reason that the future, present and past are always re-created by each individual as beliefs, attitudes and associations evolve and change. And take note that what occurs is a real-time actual recreation, not a metaphoric one. The changes you make are quite real. The small inner child is indeed still within the adult human as you progress in years. But that inner child is also dynamic, not molded into a permanent version that remains as it was. The child within the human constantly changes every day, as does the teenager, young adult and elderly you in your future.
The Power of Now
Accordingly, it is now incumbent on you as you enter the Ascension energies, to grasp the power of NOW, and realize that you can and must change the past, your individual past, from the stance of Now.. Within the NOW, you can convert to the Mer-Ka-Na and as such gain the controls of all within your multidimensionality. That is a sacred Universal Truth, and that Truth expands when you enter into it. It expands into power that allows you the fulcrum of co creation in the singular moment of NOW, above linear time and hologramic sojourns within time in the Omni Earth.
We tell you that personal issues and blockages can and do arise when appropriate evolvement of the past are stymied and not allowed to spontaneously take place. In some scenarios serious neurosis occurs precisely because an individual has not changed his or her past. For example, a lifetime may be chosen in which you a part of a catastrophic event that results in a traumatic loss of life. This may have been chosen for myriad reasons of growth. Perhaps, as one example, in sequential lifetimes the entity is far more appreciative of time spent with love ones because of having learned that life can seemingly end unexpectedly.
Yet such powerful traumas that were chosen for lesson in one life time are often so emotionally over-charged that they can and do bleed over and negatively affect other lifetime programs. This untoward over-bleed may express itself as an intense fear of flying or perhaps a fear of water from drowning, and such. Masters, you can enter into Quantum Consciousness and remove the negative, retain the growth lesson, and replace the event entirely with a positive alternative. You can change the past!
While it is incumbent upon you to truly understand that there was indeed a reason, that you have chosen to experience any trauma, it is also true that some of the traumatic or less desirable experiences simply have the purpose of showing you what can occur if you do not consciously create your own realities. If you hold a mental state of belief that the world is evil, or that you are undeserving, that very individualized mental projection will faithfully draw untoward experience into the physical reality in which your mindset manifested it. In all cases, however, you have the ability and need to draw the lesson, and then change, dissolve the past experience into a more positive one. This is requisite, and can be done consciously in Mer-Ka-Va and Mer-Ka-Na levels of consciousness.
The key again, is understanding that all realities are in flux. All can be altered.
Quantum Consciousness
Masters, Your realities in all sojourns are constantly in a state of fluidity. Nothing you have experienced is written in stone, but humanity has in large forgotten this truth. So we tell you that each scenario you experience is but one of many potentials from an immense menu of possibility.
The ones you do not experience, in your terms, are just as valid as the ones you do. Accordingly you have the ability to go back at any vector thru Mer-Ka-Na Quantum Consciousness, to change any reality. If you have chosen (and all of you have) a particularly traumatic experience, you can alter it to one that is of your choosing.
Always remember that the world is indeed formed holographically by your thought processes in actual image reflection of your own creation. When you truly understand that your physical experiences and environs are fully the materialization of your own structured mental creation and beliefs, then you hold the key to unlocking the door to scripting the future and indeed re-scripting what you think of as the past.
This is manifested through intent and optimal use of your divine will. But this requires concentrated deliberation and focal effort. In the course of realizing your true power, free will is a double edged sword until wisdom and enlightenment is re-acquired. Using your free will haphazardly in less conscious lifetimes can and does make physical reality into something quite less than what it can optimally be in your sojourns. But again from over view, this also has the ultimate result through cause and effect of your greater growth.
You are attending the 'University of Duality' on the Earth-Plane to learn how to responsibly create, and that involves the process of working out problems and challenges. All of you will graduate, one heart at a time. You did not co-create this plane of duality to fail. No one gets left behind.
On a higher level, humanity remains aware of its true inner nature and divinity, and of its spiritual purpose and non-physical source. But most of mankind has lost contact with this wisdom in 3d. You have focused so strongly upon the density of physical reality that it has become the only reality that you consider and thus empower.
Time - Dimensional Portals
Now, the LeMurians who escaped the islands of Mu going into the inner realms of the Earth did not simply do so by spelunking. They did not suddenly find a cave and venture deeper and deeper into it until they stumbled upon a vast inner world chasm. Rather they entered into a different program of the Omni Earth precisely by gathering in a Dimensional-Time Gate coordinate portal and raising their frequency through intent and self-mastery in order to shift into another hologram.
This process was also followed in a far more scientific protocol and technique by the Atlanteans of the Golden Era, and for different purpose. The LeMurians relied primarily on natural time gate vectors; whereas the Atlanteans had sophisticated devices and crystals that created time gates.
The ability to become unfixed in time, and indeed navigate within it, has a succinct utility that serves the integral healing of the whole self within multidimensionality. Certain areas on your planet make accessing the time holograms and multidimensional aspects somewhat easier. Arkansas and Mount Shasta are among the most potent of these in North America. Globally, Titicaca, Roslyn, Montserrat, Newgrange, Giza, Minas Gerais Brazil, and Lake Baikal are among the most potent.
This is due to the frequencial energies that are exuded within these portals. Yet it can be achieved in Mer-Ka-Na field at any point. No past event is 'written in stone' nor predestined to failure. Any given event can be changed not only before and during but after its occurrence. You are here to learn, not to fail. All of this is a dream, and was never intended to be a nightmare. It has a happy ending.
Conscious creation of your future and changing the past remains one of the final challenges for many of you, and no time is more potent than NOW. But be assured, the graduation ius in place, you have created it, and will continue to do so.

Dear Ones, the Ascension will occur. Release your fears, and create in the energy of 2012 and beyond, the benevolent completions that you have waited millennia to achieve.
Nothing ends in 2012. The poles will not shift, the axis of the earth will not tilt, and there will not be an asteroid destroying the Earth. The economy will not crash into turmoil, chaos will not reign. What purpose would be served? The 12-21-12 is a new beginning.... and you, all of the many 'you's' on many levels, many dimensions, many epochs of past, present, future have combined in the NOW to make it happen. We assure you of this.
The Earth expands, ascends on the 12-12-12, and the new template will rebirth on the 12-21-12. The graduation of the Earth to 12 dimensions provides the template for the Ascension of Humanity in approximately 300 years, 15 generations. Many of you are there to navigate!
All of you will graduate, all of you will Ascend. ... one heart at a time. You did not co-create this plane of duality to fail. No one gets left behind. This dream has a happy ending. Create it!

The Cabal are increasingly be arrested and 'contained' with the assistance of the Galactic Federation. To date just over 78% have been rounded up in this matter.
The process places the individual into a special containment unit where the individual's own negative and positive energy is immediately directed back to them for instant biofeedback. This is as intense as their energy is sending out, thus the reconditioning of the soul is rapid. Send them light and love for their healing.
As the individual is acquired, a physical hologram of them is created in their place. Thus, it appears they are still active, however, the hologram is not allowed to do any harm. With the temporary replacement, there is no alarm to the population as public figures disappear.
